Lucy Is Warming Up

Update: I'm so sorry that this chapter took so long, but I have been dealing with finals and a lot of Writer's block but I am back, hopefully this chapter doesn't sound like a repeat of the last chapter, hopefully I can at least delve deeper into how Natsu has been feeling, about Lucy and Gray's relationship, and how he will help her slowly recover while taking their relationship slow. The next chapter will be Gray's slow descent into madness, as he sees the two together. Anyway, here is Chapter 3.

Chapter 3: A Deep Conversation and Lustful Night

"What happened at the guild Lucy?" he asked, his fists clenched, he had to know what happened, even if it meant hearing about the ice bastard.

Lucy all of a sudden started shaking, her body racked with sobs, as she walked into Natsu's warm embrace. His expression softened as he held her in his arms.

"Luce, please tell me what happened?" he asked, his voice taking a much softer tone. Her grip on the man in front of her tightened as she tries to gather herself.

"Ok, You remember when we w….were at the g…guild, and you gave me some advice on how to confess to Gray."

Natsu couldn't help but remember, he didn't want to tell her how much it hurt him, when he saw her kiss the ice make wizard, his heart felt like it would burst out of his chest, an unbearable amount of pain. He of course, tried to be genuinely happy, but he couldn't.

He felt the tears in his own eyes, but he didn't cry, even though his heart was breaking at the sight of the crying blonde in his arms.

"Well, w…when we go back to my place…. W…we got into this stupid argument, I don't k…know why he got so mad at me?"

"Why did he get mad at you Lucy?" the dragon slayer asked, his voice filled with concern. If Lucy was this scared, then it must have been really bad. He walked over to the crying blonde girl, gently lifting her face to meet his gaze, and wiped a tear from her eyes.

"I don't know it all came from nowhere, it was l…like one moment he saw you and I talking, and the next he was extremely angry. I…I've never seen him act that way before." Her voice was quiet, but Natsu could still understand her. She was shaken up by whatever happened, clearly, he wouldn't get mad for no reason, and he was going to get to the bottom of this issue, even if it meant potentially ruining his friendship with Gray. Still, anyone who hurt Lucy was dead in his eyes, even if they were nakama.

Every fiber of his being wanted to confront the raven-haired male, but he had to stop himself, right now the best thing was to be by Lucy's side.

At least fifteen minutes passed as Natsu held Lucy in his arms, maybe it was best not to go to the guild, he didn't give a single fuck if Erza dragged them both to the guild, he just wanted to hold Lucy, and now he had that opportunity to do so.

There was total silence in the room as they held each other, that was until Natsu broke the silence.

"I'm sorry Lucy." he said. The blonde turned to face the pink haired male sitting next to her, she knew how much he had regretted leaving her for that entire year, only for her and Gray to get closer.

"I never should have left you alone, I have no idea what you have been through, but I can only imagine how much pain you were in." Lucy could hear the tears threatening to escape as she saw his eyes mist up.

"Natsu, none of what happened was your fault, this issue is between me and Gray." She said laying a comforting hand on his shoulder. The dragon slayer turned to face the blonde as he placed his hand on her cheek, before touching his forehead to hers.

"Even still, I can't help but want to protect you, I know how strong you are, but something inside tells me to protect you with everything I have. I know that I could never feel how you feel, especially after losing Igneel, but now knowing that bastard laid his hands on you it gets me so angry, I love you so much, but I don't want to ruin what we have if you don't fee…" he was interrupted by her lips covering his. The kiss lasted at least 5 minutes before she pulled away.

"Natsu, you need to stop thinking that I don't feel the same way, I love you, and its unfortunate that this would be how we confess to each other." She said, slightly blushing, with a small smile on her face.

The pinkette chuckled slightly as he placed another kiss onto her soft lips. In that moment, they both truly felt happy in each other's presence.

"You know…." "That whole year I was away on my mission I never stopped thinking about you, and how strong and beautiful you are, There were so many nights that would lose sleep knowing you weren't next to me, it was almost unbearable, the only thing that got me through it was the fact that I would see you again." "I was actually hoping to confess to you how much I loved when I came back, but then you and Gray announced that you were together."

Lucy's eyes widened at his confession, Natsu was going to confess to her, she felt awful, but then again she wasn't any better, even after two weeks of being with Gray, she couldn't help but feel that something was wrong, like there was a certain warmth that she missed, every night she slept with Gray, she would miss Natsu's warmth, almost to the point where she would sleep away from him, she was so unhappy in her relationship with Gray that she never bothered to tell him how she truly felt, mainly because she didn't want to hurt the ice wizards feelings, she wasn't entirely innocent in the matter either, still that didn't give Gray the right to do what he did.

"N..Natsu, I had no idea, I…I just thought…." She couldn't finish her sentence as she broke down again, she didn't know why she was crying, but in the back of her mind she knew it was because Natsu truly felt the same way.

The fire wizard held the crying blonde in his arms, his warmth mixed with her scent was something he could truly never get over. He wanted her, but he wasn't going to force her.

Smut starts here:

"Lucy." he said , his voice regaining its husky tone from before as he lifted her face to meet his gaze.

The blonde knew what he was doing, and she wanted this too, she didn't want to stop him, they both felt the same way, so it was okay wasn't it, and it's not like they had to tell anyone, although there was the matter of Gajeel and Laxus finding out, after all they were dragon slayers too, their senses were just as if not sharper than Natsu's.

"I don't know if I can control myself any longer, Luce." "I don't want to hurt you." He said looking away from her gaze. Lucy turned his head to face her as their lips connected in blaze of passion, their mouths move in sync as the pink muscles danced around in a tango of pleasure. Natsu leaned into the kiss more, gently lacing a hand on Lucy's face, before pulling away.

The blonde opened her eyes as she felt him pull away, slight disappointment cascaded her beautiful features, as she saw his expression.

"Natsu, w..why did you stop?" she asked, knowing very well that he didn't want to and she didn't want to either.

"Luce, you don't want this do you? I mean isn't this moving a little too fast?" he was still unsure if this the right thing to do, but it was all too tempting, he didn't want to hurt her for just a few minutes of pleasure.

"Natsu, I want you, I don't care if this is too fast, this entire time I've been fighting my feelings, and now I can finally show you how I feel."

That was all that he needed to hear before crushing his lips to hers. The passion was even more intense than before, the pleasure they both felt was indescribable, but it wasn't unpleasant, truly this would be the moment that their friendship would be taken to a whole new level, and this level was something that was finally being explored.

Exploring her mouth, he was finally able to taste every inch of her warm cavern, it was an amazing feeling, he was finally able to show her how he felt, and there were no regrets from either person.

As much as he wanted to keep kissing her, he needed to explore the rest of her body. His mouth left hers, moving towards her cheek and kissing her from her jaw down to the column of her throat, placing hot opened mouthed kissed along the way.

Lucy let out moans and mewls of pleasure at the feeling of Natsu's kisses, her hands moving from around his shoulders to his salmon locks, earning a muffled moan from the boy as he laid her down onto the bed, as pulled away he took in the view of the blonde princess underneath him, her hair flowing about like a halo, her face flushing pink, with excitement as she watched his eyes scan her body, her chest heaving up and down as her breath became stifled.

The dragon slayer couldn't but smirk at her swollen lips, capturing them once more as he kissed his way down to her top, unzipping the fabric with his mouth as the valley of her breast became more visible, he had to know what they tasted like, he wanted to taste her every where from head to toe, worshipping her like she deserved to be worshipped. Slowly unzipping her top her bare chest was finally exposed, Lucy only covered herself from sheer embarrassment as the pink haired maled eyed her hungrily.

"Don't look at me like that." She said, her voice was as soft as a whisper, looking away from him as the blush on face became more apparent. Natsu couldn't help but admire how adorable she was when shy, he was determined to make her feel like the most beautiful women in the world, and nothing was going to stop him.

He said prying her arms away from her voluptuous mounds as his mouth encased the pink bud. He only smiled as he placed a comforting kiss on her lips. "Don't worry, I'll be gentle." He said, slowly guiding himself to her, and rubbing his length along her wet lips, before slowly easing himself inside as he felt some resistance. He mouthed to her that he was sorry before ramming himself into as a pained sob left her mouth. He kissed her tears away whispering sweet nothings into her ear as he let her adjust to his size. Some time had passed, before she wrapped her legs around his waist, moving her hips as a signal to move. He slowly moved out of her only halfway, before thrusting himself back in.

His movements becoming more rapid, as he flipped them over so that she was on top. Her moans became even louder as his grip on her waist tightened, her hands lying flat on his chest as he sat up to capturing her breast in his mouth. Their grunts and moans of pleasure were accompanied by screams as they finally reached their limit, with Lucy falling on top of the dragon slayer. "I love you too, Natsu, and I hope that I can give you a happy future." She said allowing sleep to overtake her, with Natsu following close behind.

Tomorrow would be a different day, but right now they would enjoy this moment, little did they know that tomorrow would have an unexpected impact on not only them, but the future of the Guild.

Ok so we finally have chapter 3 and I put a smut scene a little early, but don't worry, because the next chapter will be even spicier than this. I almost put this story on hiatus, but right as I was about to, I suddenly knew what I was going to write, anyway like I said next chapter will be the confrontation, and the downfall of a certain ice mages sanity as he witnesses how close our two lovebirds are getting, and this could lead to an all out war of guilds, but we shall see, I am really excited to see where this story goes, and I hope you don't hate for not only making Gray the villain, but taking so long to update.
