And YES young Harry found himself back in the hateful cupboard under the stairs, but now with completely different possibilities, he knew he would call Weanjer, but he could wait a few minutes for that.

Because the stairs were his roof, it was accessible, and blood would be perfect for the ritual magic that young Harry did for a couple of hours.

"Weanjer" Harry whispered faintly, but with as much emotion as he could, and soon he had met the family elf again.

The Potter Elf was overjoyed that a young master called on him, it was enough for him to be able to overcome stupid Albus' barriers.

These meetings were for obvious reasons, discreet and as he did not come wandering out on the street, no one among the neighbors knew anything about him. Alastor, on the other hand, remained informed, and for reasons neither Arabella nor Alastor knew, Albus Dumb-as-door came into the picture and Arabella was helped to move to a better accommodation, in a villa on Wisteria Walk.

The explanation for Albus help for the old lady did not come until November 1981, when he asked her to keep an eye on young Harry Potter in No. 4 Privet Drive.

After that, Alastor got into the habit of slowly walking invisibly past that house, and what he saw made him badly affected. But he had no reason to be there, so he could not interfere.

He got into a habit of locking for the young kid, and one ad he saw that young Harry was missing. The knowledge of young Harry Potter's life and now disappearing ended up on Minister Fudge's table, thanks to his daily work, in law enforcement.

And of course, Fudge was upset, and canceld the decision that Albus Dumbledore would be young Harry's guardian, because now he knew that Dumbledore was not fulfilling what he set out to do. He would, if he got the opportunity to have young Harry to call upon the magic in being a guardian of a youngster. He would do it himself if he could, but it was the affected himself that had to call upon that oath.

A ministerial decree ruled that as of Tuesday, September 13, 1983, the guardianship of young Harry Potter was granted to Lucius Malfoy.

But the search for young Harry would also intensify with all available means.

Albus Dumbledore had his own methods of finding young Harry, he had acquired it several years earlier, and blood magic has strong powers, his indicator asserted with certainty that Young Potter was alive and well and was in No. 4, So of course he would find his trophy.

That was the reason for Dumb-Domb to be inside at Nr 4, and befor any of the inhabitants of the house could stop him he took the stairs up, because his indicator pointed in that direction, he had looked closely, he had seen that it pointed straight towards the stairs, not towards and up.

Albus almost ran up the stairs, but once up there his indicator showed that it was straight down. Vernon Dursley, who had hastily followed Albus up the stairs eagerly shouting that he was infringing, was pushed off balance when Albus suddenly turned around. During the collision, Vernon fell down the stairs, fell so badly that he broke his neck and died before help could be reached, not because it would have helped him if a medical team had been ready when he fell.

Before Albus had time to perform all his spells that would change the story of how Vernon Durslay's death occurred, he was surrounded by several aurors who listened to Petunia Dursley persistently explain that the old devil excuse of man kind had pushed her husband down the stairs, after first penetrating the house and did not want to leave despite their persistent requests.

It was many and long days that more or less turned the life of Petunia Dursley upside down, now a widow with a son, and without income.
