Nobody could ever accuse Sona Sitri of being emotional, in fact it was typically the opposite. "Seriously" Sona yelled out since Issei had managed to complicate matters even more. It was then that Sona realized she was in the middle of class and had to blush as people looked towards her.
"What should we do now?" Tsubaki whispered.
"We accept them. We need new servants anyway and Xuelan and Karlamine have experience and will add much needed strength to our group." Sona sighed. On one hand she would get a much needed boost in power and experience. On the other hand, Rias would be livid when she learned about the latest twist.
"Alright" Tsubaki replied as she returned to her desk. Rias and Akeno walked in a moment later and Sona gathered herself in order to make sure her friend had no idea about how crazy her day already was.
(Ravel P.O.V)
As I walked around the Phenex mansion, I couldn't help but think about what happened last night. It was far from the first time I'd witness sex, thanks in large part to my perverted brother who tended to forget I was there when he was screwing his servants which included my maid Mihae. "So Lady Ravel what are you planning to do for the rest of the day." Xuelan smirked causing my eyes to widen slightly.
"What does it matter to you?" I replied defensively.
"It doesn't really but you seem stressed out for some reason." Xuelan replied with a knowing smile.
"M-maybe so" I replied nervously.
"Maybe you should take a nice dip in a hot spring. Those sure calm me down." Xuelan smiled causing me to freeze. If I didn't know any better, I'd say she knew about Issei's invitation and she was all but saying I should go.
"What's going on Xuelan." Karlamine said with a scowl on her face.
"Nothing nothing. Let's go see Lady Layla" Xuelan replied with a smile before focusing on me, "By the way Lady Ravel, if you do go to a hot spring, naked is the way to go" Xuelan teased as she spun and moved towards my mother's study with a questioning Karlamine not far behind. Clearly Xuelan knew about Issei's request and she was convincing me in her own subtle way to go. Looks like I had more to think about.

Returning to my room and collapsing on my bed. I couldn't help but think about how things had changed in my life. Not even a week had gone by since he interrupted my brother's meeting with Rias and thanks to him my brother lost his fiancée and two of his servants. Well the servants were more because of Rias and me being foolish but he had a vague idea of what would happen so I still blame him. The question was would I give myself to him like Xuelan and Karlamine had has well. If the words of Rias's queen were any indication he was as much of a playboy as my brother if not more. Then there was another factor that was slowly creeping into my thoughts. I was the fifth sibling in a noble family and the only daughter which meant it was my destiny to give myself to a man someday. Since the candidates in the devil world were slim to none perhaps latching onto the Red Dragon Emperor, a man who was currently human would go a long way towards helping my clan. "Ravel may I come in" a voice shouted interrupting my musings. To my shock it was my mother for some reason.
"Yes mother" I replied nervously wondering how this was possible. I only left them around fifteen minutes ago so the idea that the conversation was done so soon was shocking. The door opened and my mother walked in moving to halfway between my bed and the door. Since she was here to talk, I moved to the edge of my bed confused thoughts and all, "Why are you still here dear." My mother said to my admitted surprise.
"What are you talking about." I said bashfully barely managing to hold back the blush on my face from my mother's knowing eyes.
My mother smiled at me before saying, "As I'm sure you're aware, I just got finished speaking with Xuelan and Karlamine so I know what happened between them and the Red Dragon Emperor and for the record I approved of them joining Ms Sitri. She is a fine young woman and it would do those girls some good to get away from our family"
"If that was all you came to tell me you can go." I said angrily. I knew that was coming but it was still bittersweet to know I had lost two people who were friends despite the odd relationship I shared with them.
"Xuelan also informed me that he extended an invite to you as well and about your interesting history with the young man." My mother added and this time I couldn't' hide my blush Damn it Xuelan, why did you tell her about that.
Knowing my mother wanted an answer I gathered myself, "He obviously wants to add me to his collection of women and my pride simply won't allow that to happen, especially after what he did to the Phenex family." I said firmly. It wasn't a complete lie but it wasn't the whole truth either.
My mother gave me a knowing smile before saying, "I agree it was pride that made you leave the first time but it wasn't your pride as a Phenex that stopped you but your pride as a woman"
"What are you talking about mother." I protested.
"When he showed you and Xuelan how powerful he really was you realized that you were only brought along for sex, which you suspected was the case anyway. That would've been fine if it was you and Xuelan only but the third young woman complicated things. You suspected that the third young woman would mean you would be the odd woman out"
"How did you know about the third person" I gasped.
"Xuelan told me when I asked her dear. Now instead of sitting here and moping, why don't you go see him because we both know if you don't do it now. You'll regret it later" My mother replied before getting up to leave.
As frustrating as her words were, my mother was right and I had a young man to see, "Thank you, mother." I said with a smile after she was long gone.

(AN: He's in a hot spring like the one Issei and group was in when they stayed at Rias's villa before Riser's battle. I don't feel like describing it for now since this is getting a little wordy even for me)
'So Ddraig it looks like she isn't coming.' Issei smiled as he relaxed in the hot springs waiting for Ravel to come. The massive spring was more than enough for what Issei had planned but sadly the guest of honor had yet to arrive yet and it was 230 which meant she was late.
"Shame because it looked like you had her." Ddraig chuckled.
"Yep. I guess it's time to" Issei started to say before he sensed a magic circle appear inside the house. Moments later the door opened and he sensed Ravel walk outside and stop a few feet from the door. While he couldn't see her, he did realize a few things and they were not pleasant ones.
"Is there a particular reason that you're looking away from the doorway even though you invited me over in order to have your way with me like you did Xuelan and Karlamine." Ravel scowled.
Issei chuckled at her blunt nature before replying, "Because if I looked towards the door, I would be disappointed."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Ravel huffed.
"Because instead of you being naked as you walk into the hot springs where I ravage that body of yours, you're mostly dressed." Issei replied.
"How did you" Ravel scowled since she was wearing her pink dress without shoes.

"So what was the point of teasing me then? You knew I was watching and taunted me into coming just to reject me." Ravel protested her anger rising. She had resisted him at every turn and now that she was there for the taking, he dismissed her. She couldn't believe it.
"Tell me Ravel Phenex, if I turned around right now and faced you what would I see? A girl wearing a towel that was worried about her first time or a girl who still isn't sure what she wants and is fully clothed because of it. Honestly if you were going to show up still dressed you should've stayed back in your little mansion. A smiling Issei teleported back into his room at 730 at night to find his clone sitting on the bed with a smile on his face, "So how'd the training trip go" The clone chuckled.

Rias was clearly angry but she did her job calmly explaining that it would be a 1 on 1 fight held in a location that was being prepared for them. "I wish. He's actually talking to somebody who's probably very curious about you."

"Rias's older brother, the Maou Lucifer." Raynare revealed.
"I see" Issei replied with mixed feelings. He wanted to speak to the man but he knew that he wasn't a fan of his after what happened with Rias.
"Do you want me to see if you can join them." Raynare wondered guessing his intentions.
He didn't really want to but he figured that he might as well, "Thanks." Issei said calmly.
"I'll text you in a few minutes." Raynare replied.
"Cool" Issei replied as he hung up.

Issei arrived at the living room of Azazel's house in his favorite shirt combo to find Azazel sitting his Yukata on the single chair drinking red wine. On the couch was somebody who Issei quickly recognized as Rias's brother due to his red hair and striking eyes. He was in a nice suit but that didn't matter to him. "Hello Azazel and Maou Lucifer." Issei said with a polite bow.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Mr. Hyoudou. However I'm only Maou Lucifer to supernatural beings so you may call me Sirzechs."
"Of course Sirzechs" Issei replied.
"You've caused quite a stir in our world recently. I was hoping to meet you before your battle with Riser but apparently you've been busy." Sirzechs smiled.
"To be fair I merely responded to what's happened around me. I just want to enjoy my life and spend time with the beautiful girls surround me." Issei replied modestly.
"And in doing just that you've managed to reign in my wayward daughter, screw up an arranged marriage, and discover a plot that may affect all three factions of the supernatural. Not bad" Azazel smiled.
"What plot?" Issei wondered.
Azazel took a sip of wine before frowning, "The plot that my lovely daughter had against Rias's new bishop Asia Argento. It turns out that it was something set up by a group of people in the supernatural who are opposed to the way things are. My daughter was simply a smokescreen" Azazel frowned.
"Makes sense. Raynare and the group only wanted her sacred gear but if that was the case why come to Kuoh. Based on what she told me a devil was the one who arranged it. One who didn't care if Asia was alive or otherwise."
"That's correct. Unfortunately we have no idea who the devil is and that is problematic." Sirzechs replied.
"I'm surprised you're being so free with this information since I'm neither devil nor fallen angel." Issei questioned.
"It's because you're the Red Dragon Emperor you dope. If there really is some plot going on that affects the supernatural world, you're a part of it whether you like it or not." A familiar voice scoffed.
"Hello Valerie." Issei deadpanned as his rival the White Dragon Empress walked into the room wearing her leather outfit. As she walked in Sirzech's eyes widened.
"You're"
"Yes I am, but that's not important right now." Valerie frowned before her expression changed. "Once my rival finishes beating the crap out of Riser. The focus needs to change to getting those heiresses of yours a big-time power boost.
"You seem confident in his ability" Sirzechs smiled.
"Yes I am. I fully expect him to win and win comfortably" Valerie smiled.
"Then get ready for a show rival." Issei smiled.
"I hope so. I can't have my rival losing to a weakling like Riser." Valerie said confidently before walking away just like that.
"Well on that note I believe our conversation is done. Though I will be watching to see what you're capable of." Azazel smiled.
"As will I" Sirzechs smiled.
"Of course" Issei replied pounding his chest with pride.
"On a separate note. Be careful of magical girls" Sirzechs teased.
"O-kay" Issei said with an odd expression on his face. Now it was time to start focusing on the most important task remaining, his fight with Riser.

School went by quickly the next day and a smiling Issei arrived at the ORC with a gleam in his eyes the likes of which none of the group had ever seen, "Ufufufu you look ready." Akeno smiled. The rest of Rias's peerage along with Raynare were waiting as well.
"Not quite" Issei smiled as he snapped his fingers and a magic circle appeared underneath him causing a bright light to fill the room. When it faded, Issei was dressed in his favorite outfit with some sneakers but he also had a pair of black fingerless gloves on. "Now I'm ready"
"Very nice" Akeno purred.
"You might look nice and all but what happens if you lose." Rias scowled.
"I find your lack of faith in me hilarious considering how far you were willing to go to make me your servant." Issei smiled.
Rias winced because he loved reminding her how he screwed up, "But"
"If you're so nervous then come over here and give me a kiss for good luck." Issei teased,
Rias scowled at him before realizing that her animosity is probably one of the reasons, she's in this mess to begin with. To the shock of the watching group the Gremory Princess got up and walked over to Issei. "I'm sorry for everything I've done and after you win, I promise to make it up to you." Rias frowned as she reached out not to kiss him but to embrace him.
"That works I guess" Issei shrugged before replying to the hug in question.
"I thought you two were going to kiss." Raynare groaned.
"Don't ruin the moment Yuuma." Issei retorted as he pulled away. Ironically enough, a magic circle appeared just after they separated revealing Grayfia no doubt to take him to the battlefield.
"Are you ready. I'll be taking you to the arena." Grayfia said calmly.
"Sure" Issei smiled.
(Battlefield)
The pair arrived in the middle of a large square arena with bricks around 30 feet tall surrounding it. Issei was at the bottom of the arena with a pawn and knight piece at the left and right corners with a bishop and Rook piece behind him on the right and left corners respectfully. Standing in front of Issei was Riser who was as smug as ever dressed in the same crappy suit. "I'm amazed you showed up." Riser boasted.
"Spare me" Issei replied calmly.
"This one-on-one battle will now begin. The rules are as soon as one person is knocked out the match will end." Grayfia announced before teleporting away.
It was time for battle but Issei was in the mood for some fun, "Tell me something Riser. How much do you know about Rias's school life?"
"Why would I care about such a thing?" Riser scoffed.
Issei found his dismissive behavior to be disappointing but it didn't matter grand scheme, "At our school Rias is one of the most desirable women there is and I'm willing to bet she receives at least two requests a week for guys who just want to see her in a school swimsuit much less an actual bikini." Issei smirked.

"Seriously" Raynare said in shock.
"Ufufufu that's not far off actually. In the week after our first swim lesson last year I remember us getting about 20 requests for her photo and not just from men." Akeno chuckled.
"Shut up!" Rias blushed recalling that period.

"So what. They can ask all they want but they'll never touch my Rias."
"Maybe so but if she thought that it would get rid of you, I bet she'd grant those requests and more and do it without hesitation." Issei smiled.

"Would she really do that?" Karlamine asked as she and Xuelan sat with Sona Reya Momo and Tsubaki who were watching the battle as well.
"She probably would. She hates your former master that much." Sona admitted. She was willing to kill Issei in order to do that and honestly if it meant getting rid of Riser, she would probably subject herself to the perverted whims of some of the school's students.
(Battlefield)
"Well that doesn't matter now. Once I kill you, Rias will be mine again."
Issei couldn't help but shake his head at Riser's attitude, "I pity Karlamine. She was so loyal to you and yet you tossed her away like trash. Well your trash is my treasure and boy did I enjoy that treasure." Issei smirked causing Riser to twitch.
"Bastard! Enough talk, it's time to fight." Riser yelled as he aimed a fireball right at Issei. Clearly Issei hit a mark.
"Lame" Issei smiled batting the fireball away without flinching.
"Impossible." Riser yelled.
"Then try again. You can fire all the attacks at me you want and it won't do a thing." Issei taunted.
Riser hated how arrogant Issei was and decided that this was his chance to put him in his place, "Then how about you try this attack on for size" Riser said calmly as he focused himself allowing his aura to build around him. If he wasn't going to dodge, Riser knew exactly what he was going to do next.
(Student council Room)
"No way. He's actually going to use that?" Karlamine said in shock recognizing the attack.
"What's he doing" Tsubaki said in confusion.
"Lord Riser is actually quite skilled in combat despite his brash behavior. The attack he's about to use is one of his most powerful but he rarely gets to use it due to how long it takes to charge. Issei is strong but this attack will do some major damage if it's allowed to hit" Xuelan finished.
"I see" Tsubaki said calmly.
"I'm surprised you're so calm Tsubaki." Momo questioned.
"Issei can simply use his clones to dodge it or his impressive speed. That attack can do all the damage he wants but if Issei dodges it he's fine" Tsubaki replied calmly showing that she wasn't concerned at all.
"We'll see" Momo replied nervously.
(Battlefield)
Back on the battlefield Riser lifted his hands into the air and above the flames was a slowly swirling ball of fire. "Try this on for size boy. Then you'll learn not to mess with Riser Phenex." Riser said cockily.
'Hey Ddraig, doesn't this attack look familiar.' Issei thought to himself.
'Yes it does actually. It reminds me of that attack you made when you were what 12.' Ddraig replied.
'Yep, but it really is such a dumb attack. Thanks to how long it takes to charge it's virtually impossible to use in combat especially against a single person. I could've ended the battle at least twice by now.' Issei smiled.
'So why not end it.'
'Because I've got a much better way to humiliate him.' Issei smirked as the attack formed at last above Riser. It was close to 10 feet in diameter and radiating with power.
"Prepare yourself human. GRAND INFERNO!" Riser roared before throwing the attack at a still unmoving Issei.
(Student council)
"Umm Tsubaki." Momo said nervously.
"Yes Momo" Tsubaki replied.
"He isn't dodging." Momo continued.
"I can see that" Tsubaki said flatly.
"Why the heck isn't he dodging." Momo panicked.
"I don't know but we're about to find out." Tsubaki frowned.
(Battlefield)
Everyone watching looked on in absolute shock as the slow-moving attack flew towards Issei who simply smiled. "If this is the best you've got. This won't be much of a match." Issei smirked before putting his hand out.
"What's that going to do" Riser smirked before a red gauntlet appeared above his gloves. A gauntlet whose power even Riser knew about. "Impossible. That's the boosted gear. You mean that you're the Red Dragon Emperor" Riser said in shock.
Issei simply opened his palm and aimed it at Riser, "That's right Riser and this should look very familiar, DRAGON SHOT." Issei said calmly before a small ball of energy roared towards the attack destroying around of the quarter of the way between the pair causing a massive explosion. Riser went flying into the nearby wall from the strength of the attack but Issei stood tall unaffected by the sheer power of the explosion. He could only imagine the looks on those who were watching at his display of power. As the dust finally cleared it was obvious that Issei was completely unharmed while Riser took a fair bit of damage.
"That was my strongest attack and you blocked it like it was nothing." Riser said in disbelief.
"It's easy to block if you know it's coming especially since it's so slow. Because of that it's a horrible finishing move" Issei smiled as he put his hand up in a similar position.
BOOST
"You act as though you've seen it before." Riser said in shock trying to move but finding the task difficult due to how draining his last attack was.
"Seen it. Riser I created an attack like that myself 4 years ago." Issei smiled.
BOOST
"That's impossible." Riser gasped.
"Actually it's not, and I'll show you." Issei smiled.
BOOST
Riser looked on in shock as Issei's hand created a similar vortex of flame to his but the difference was that it was more condensed. "Although to be fair I stole the attack from an anime and I figured it was worth a shot. Granted it was done with wind instead of fire but I made it work. Ended up wasting a week-long break trying to master it" (AN: Yes everybody, I'm giving Issei what is basically a flame Rasengan that he can fire and before you ask no I'm not doing a Rasenshuriken version. That's been done by a brilliant writer name the Third Fang whose work is legendary. His stories are a monster of a read but worth it. He makes a compelling story that you can re-read 10+ times and still love and does it without any lemons. Dude is a straight badass and anybody who likes good storytelling should read his work. Now back to the scheduled humiliation of Riser Phenex)
"Impossible. To condense flames to that sort of level is nearly impossible even for the strongest fire users out there." Riser gasped. Riser felt an emotion he hadn't felt in years, pure fear.
BOOST
"I'm the host of the Red Dragon of Domination. If I can't use fire properly, I'm messing up. Speaking of which" Issei smiled as he appeared a few feet in front of a shaken Riser.
EXPLOSION
With the boosted gear's cry the flames lit up even more but the size stayed the same. "It's time to show you how to really use that attack. DRAGONIC INFERNO" Issei smiled before firing the attack at Riser's stomach landing with a sickening thud. Unfortunately that was just the beginning and when the attack collided with Riser's body it caused the condensed flames to all burst into a pillar of pure fire.
"AH!" Riser cried out as the pillars of flames did far damage than anybody would've guessed a fire attack could do to a Phenex.
"Gotta love dragon flames" Issei smiled as the pillar of power finally faded after almost 3 minutes to leave a completely singed Riser who was amazingly still conscious.
"You bastard. It's not over yet. Once I regenerate from this, I'll" Riser started to say before he collapsed onto the ground.
"Idiot. That regeneration of yours is the only reason you're alive." Issei deadpanned as the Phenex heir lay prone on the ground.
"WINNER: ISSEI HYOUDOU" Grayfia shouted.
(Student council)
As Issei's victory was announced the student council girls looked on in shock. "Oh wow!" Karlamine said in shock.
"Okay I knew he was powerful but that was bullshit. He crushed him in one attack" Reya said in shock.
"Yes he did" Tsubaki spoke up. The display of power he wielded shocked every one of them and the fact he was usually so mild mannered was terrifying. With just one attack, a fire attack at that, Issei had completely defeated Riser Phenex. Somebody with that type of power was just unfair especially one who wasn't a devil. She looked towards Sona who was simply frozen.
'He really is a monster' Sona thought to herself. She had placated her this whole time because she suspected he was powerful. Now she had confirmation and it was even more terrifying.
(ORC)
Over in the ORC the reaction was similar to that of the council, "And to think both of us pissed off that guy." Raynare chuckled nervously as she stared at Rias.
"Yeah" Rias said in shock. A part of her was glad to see Riser beaten because that meant she was free but someone like Issei was way too powerful to be allowed to run free. Her expression steeled as Issei returned to the clubroom like nothing had happened.
"I believe we're even. Now if you don't mind, I'm going to go home to my family and get a nice warm meal." Issei smiled before vanishing in a magic circle leaving the ORC and a few others with questions that needed answering.
(Scene Skip)
After his dinner a smiling Issei returned to his room to relax after the wild day. His parents knew about the battle so they were ready to greet him with his favorite meal and Issei enjoyed it immensely, "Well we had a good day. Kicked Riser's ass using fire and now everyone's on notice not to mess with me." Issei smiled.
"Yes and the fact they didn't realize you were using as much power as you did was the best part." Ddraig smiled.
'Oh yeah.' Issei smiled as he recalled another of his favorite tricks. When he activated his boosted gear, he also took the chance to very quickly raise and condense his power. The reality was he used about 60% of his full power but on the surface. it would appear he used practically none. It was sneaky as hell and it would further allow him to control the situation with the supernatural girls in his life.
"So now what?"
'Now we wait to see what this big threat Azazel mentioned it all about' Issei replied with a frown. The news about a new threat was not one he enjoyed and it meant there were a few people he needed to get a hold of. Things were about to get troublesome and he knew it.
"But first we relax." Ddraig smiled.
Issei agreed and he was about to close his eyes when he felt a familiar sensation. 'Oh you've got to be kidding me?' Issei groaned as he put his hand up and created a small ball of fire. Soon Ravel's familiar appeared out of nowhere and ate the flames.
"Mhmm your fire is delicious" the small bird said happily before burping slightly.
Issei found it annoying that the bird was there but something else just occurred to him, "Come to think of it how can you eat my fire so easily." Issei wondered. His flames were basically dragon flames and considering what he did to Riser it shouldn't be that easy to deal with.
"How much do you know about the legend of the Phoenix?" the bird replied.
"All I know is that when it dies its body is turned into ashes and from those ashes it is reborn." Issei admitted.
"That's half true. When Phoenix die their body is turned to ashes but the reality is that not all the ashes reform into a phoenix. Some of the ashes become my species, an offshoot of the Phoenix that may not possess all the traits of a true phoenix but does possess a special affinity to fire that allows us to eat practically any flames."
The supernatural confused Issei quite a bit but it didn't matter, "So is Ravel watching me or waiting for you to deliver information to me."
"The second one. Milady wanted to show you something but she figured that you would be celebrating your victory with one of your other lovers. Luckily she was wrong." The bird replied cheekily.
Issei had a feeling he was either going to hate this or absolutely love it but considering that he was alone he figured why not, "Then tell your master that I'm waiting." Issei shrugged. The bird vanished in flames and Issei laid back on the bed as he awaited Ravel's arrival.
"I wonder what she wants to show you?" Ddraig muttered.
"Don't know but I guess we'll find out soon." Issei chuckled. A moment later a magic circle appeared and he was pleasantly surprised by what he saw.
"How do I look Issei?" Ravel Phenex asked bashfully. He couldn't believe it but Ravel was wearing the Kuoh Academy uniform.
"It looks good on you, but why are you wearing Kuoh's uniform." Issei said in confusion.
"Starting next week, I'll be enrolling at Kuoh Academy along with Karlamine and Xuelan. I couldn't get our time together out of my head and since you're not a devil this was the only way I could see you again." Ravel said with a blush.
"I see" Issei replied unsure of what else to say. Ravel left him at around 5 o clock the day before and for her to get the uniform so quickly was a pleasant surprise. He certainly owed Sona on their next date.
Ravel could see Issei was bothered by something, "If this is a bad time I'll get going." Ravel said bashfully.
"You might as well stay Ravel. If you're joining Kuoh that means you'll have to deal with my rotation and that means it could be a while before we have sex again." Issei sighed before snapping his fingers as a soundproof barrier appeared around the room so his parents didn't hear him.
"Okay" Ravel replied with a blush as she cast magic to take off her new uniform and walk over to Issei knowing what he wanted.
'To the victor goes the spoils.' Issei mused as Ravel crawled into his bed. For a long time he avoided the supernatural. With the news that Ravel would be joining Kuoh in addition to Xuelan and Karlamine, he knew that his ability to ignore what was going on around him was fading by the minute. At least it came with new lovers and as the cries of Ravel Phenex filled the room as Issei enjoyed his second battle of the day with a Phenex. Although this one was far more enjoyable then the one with Riser.
