"Given that you spoke to Sirzechs, I take it you realize that I'm no ordinary cosplayer." Serafall frowned.
"Not at all Lady Leviathan. But before I answer whatever question you may have, care to answer one for me." Issei smiled warmly.
"Very well." Serafall replied diplomatically.
"Was the convention a plan for you to speak to me or is the magical girl thing really something you do?" Issei mused.
Serafall twitched at that but given the way things played out she could understand his skepticism, "The magical girl thing is very real. When you've seen what I've seen during the war and as Maou, you need a way to ignore it all. The sweet innocence of a magical girl works out a lot better than a warrior who lost her childhood to war" Serafall admitted. It was something she rarely discussed with anybody, but she needed to get Issei to listen to her somehow.
Issei appreciated her honesty, "Very well. So ask away." Issei said bluntly. He had nothing to hide from her.
Serafall was slightly taken aback at his lack of concern but continued, "Can I trust you?" Serafall asked bluntly.
"Absolutely not!" Issei said bluntly. The answer would be considered almost suicidal to most people but Issei wasn't most people.
"What!" Serafall said in shock not expecting that.
"You asked me can I trust you and the answer is no. Ever since Raynare approached me for that first date, I've manipulated anybody and everybody that I could in order to get what I want. To my credit it's landed me not only Raynare and her two partners from that mission, but four devils in Akeno Ravel Xuelan and Karlamine. Your sister is also among my lovers, but that was more Momo's doing then mine" Issei boasted.
Serafall was furious about the reminder that Sona was sleeping with him and decided to put on the pressure, "You realize that I could kill you where you stand without hesitating for touching my little sister." Serafall said firmly showing a fair bit of killing intent.
"Yes, but I also know that you're aware of how much I mean to your sister and that you won't do anything to me because it'll hurt her. Any satisfaction you gain from killing me would vanish the moment your sister realized the truth" Issei replied without flinching.
"You!" Serafall growled since he was right.
Issei's expression turned from cheerful to more serious and Serafall flinched, "All fun and games aside Lady Leviathan, here's the very boring reality of how I operate. I will do what's best for me at the time. Raynare dragged me into the supernatural by asking me out. I accepted and I spent most of our time together with my hands teasing her body and the only time I let up was our date which she was planning to use to kill me and failed to do so. I ultimately came back later that night to claim her and got two more fallen as a bonus.
Rias wanted to use me to get rid of Riser and although I didn't want to at first, Akeno joined my bed in exchange for helping her. When you did, I decided to go after his peerage and snagged Xuelan and Kalawarner along with Ravel. Then I beat his ass and relaxed." Issei smiled.
Serafall was furious because in the end Issei was never the aggressor in anything. He simply took what the supernatural did and twisted it to his favor. He was too strong to ignore, but he was also too smart to be manipulated the way most devils want to. Rias was screwed because she wasn't very clever. As for Sona, she and half her peerage were sleeping with him so they wouldn't try anything either. "I'll be watching you." Serafall scowled realizing that he was untouchable.
"Go for it, but don't be surprised if most of what you see is sex. I may be the Red Dragon Emperor to you but to normal humans I'm Hottie Magnet Hyoudou and it means you'll be watching what amounts to a lot of porn. However, I do need to get going since I have to get to class, and I don't think you want Sona finding you here" Issei smirked before leaving the room and Serafall rooted to the spot.

It was date night once again and Issei was dressed in a red polo shirt with black slacks and some fancier black sneaks. His date for the night surprisingly was Jeanne who was in a white long- sleeved jacket with a red blouse underneath and a blue skirt. a reflection of her French heritage. Having just ordered their food it was time to talk at last, "Sorry for being late. We have a big match tomorrow against Kuzuri, so practice went a bit long." Jeanne said bashfully.
"That's fine. Aya and Kaya are fierce opponents so I'm sure you need to be ready." Issei smiled.

"What did I do for you?" Jeanne wondered in confusion though she had a bad feeling she knew what Issei was referring to.
"Let's see, you killed those assholes Freed and Valper and took the Excalibur blades but instead of keeping them, you gave them to Irina and Xenovia. So, thanks for that" Issei smiled causing Jeanne to wince.
"How did you know it was me?" Jeanne frowned. It would be foolish to deny it at this point, but she couldn't help but wonder how he figured it out when she was so careful.
"Kokabiel mentioned that somebody took out Valper and Freed while he was at the bar. That meant somebody snuck into his base knowing he wasn't there and attacked it. Irina and Xenovia couldn't pull that off. I also remembered that 'associate' of yours and realized that he could watch the base from afar while you were in school and if anything happened, he'd contact you"
Jeanne was stunned that he figured it out so easily and sighed, "That's right. We took the blades and convinced my associate to let me give them to you guys. He wasn't thrilled. but he was aware that in your hands the blades would be safe." Jeanne explained.
"Well thanks." Issei acknowledged.
"It was a show of good faith. You guys stopping Kokabiel helped my cause also." Jeanne chuckled.
"Well enough about the supernatural, I'm curious what Nochizuri is like." Issei wondered.
"Really, you want to talk about Nochizuri?" Jeanne questioned.
"Yes, because that's one of the few topics we can discuss that's not going to be stupid." Issei smirked. Issei and Jeanne's relationship was based around two things sex and the supernatural. Ironically, he didn't care for kendo at all, despite possessing lovers in all of the schools in the town which had a kendo club. It was an odd situation to be sure.
"True." Jeanne chuckled reminded once again of their odd relationship. "Nochizuri's not too bad actually, but it's boring since it's all girls because we run out of topics to discuss. Actually, most of the conversation at school is about you and getting a chance to see you."
"Really" Issei asked with a bit of intrigue.
"Oh yeah. If you walked into Nochizuri right now you'd have at least 60 girls trying to sleep with you and they're more than willing to share." Jeanne said with a hint of annoyance.
"Seriously" Issei sweatdropped.
"Unfortunately, yes. You have no idea how much grief I get from girls because you and I have seen each other so much" Jeanne groaned. Her teammates in the kendo club had been particularly vicious lately because of how much time she spent with him. She was convinced, that the only reason she was even participating in the match tomorrow is because she was captain.
"Looks like I need to make a trip up to Nochizuri." Issei smiled putting that thought to the side. In truth, he probably needed to see all his schools personally because of how chaotic the last week has been. Especially the ones that didn't have as many lovers.
"You might find that day more troublesome then fighting Kokabiel." Jeanne said bitterly.
"Sounds like my type of trouble." Issei admitted. A sixty-girl orgy would be exhausting but he would make it work.
"You'd probably enjoy yourself but right now I need you to focus on me since I'm going to be pretty busy soon." Jeanne explained.
Issei raised his eyebrow but he realized why. "Let me guess. Your 'organization' is going to be more active?"

"Sounds good but first our food." Jeanne replied with a smile.
The pair left the restaurant at around 8 PM and arrived at Aurorus thirty minutes later. Despite the original plan for him to take it easy, Jeanne decided to make it a last goodbye incorporating her supernatural stamina in order to enjoy Issei one last time. Issei ultimately left at 1 AM while Jeanne relaxed on the bed exhausted and satisfied knowing that the next time they met, they would be enemies.

Issei Hyoudou had lovers in virtually every club in Kuoh Academy, and as his Kuoh harem manager Momo was the one in charge of determining which club he enjoyed after class that day. However, none of them would request this and that meant one thing, "Let's see what she wants this time." Issei groaned as he approached the clubroom in the old school building. Opening the door, he found Rias sitting at the desk with a calm expression on her face.
"Hello Issei, what brings you to our clubroom today." Rias said in a polite voice that wasn't fooling anybody.
"You tell me. We both know that you're the one who asked Momo for this little meeting." Issei replied not hiding his annoyance.
Rias smiled proving his point, "I did and it's because I want to ask you a favor."
"Is that so" Issei said with a raised eyebrow.
"I know you're strong. You and Valerie couldn't have fought off Kokabiel otherwise and my peerage needs help getting stronger if I'm to protect Kuoh. So"
"If this is you asking me to join your peerage you should already know the answer."
"It's not. I simply want to ask you to help train us." Rias quickly relied.
"Why should I do that when you have access to Raynare and Valerie." Issei frowned.
"Because I don't trust Valerie and asking Raynare is pointless." Rias revealed.
"You mean because Akeno won't acknowledge her fallen angel side." Issei smirked causing Rias to scowl.
"Correct" Rias said through gritted teeth.
"My answer is the same as it usually is when you try to get me to do something Rias, No."
"Why not. We both know if Sona asked then you would say yes." Rias pouted.
Issei sighed because this was devolving yet again, "You still haven't learned Rias. I don't get it I truly don't" Issei groaned before turning to leave.
"What don't I get. What does Sona have that I DON'T." Rias scowled.
Issei stopped and turned to Rias, "I'll answer your question if you answer one for me." Issei glared.
"Fine. Ask me anything" Rias shouted. This was infuriating for her and she needed answers.
"If you knew Riser was coming to marry you, why did you wait until my second year to approach me." Issei asked and Rias froze.
"I…" Rias hesitated because she didn't have an adequate answer. They were on the same campus and with Issei's reputation she could approach him easily once Hottie Magnet Hyoudou began showing himself.
"The answer is because Riser wasn't originally going to come for you until AFTER you graduated isn't that right." Issei smiled causing Rias to glare.
"Who told you that."
"Ravel when we had sex the night that I defeated Riser. Pillow talk is so much fun" Issei smiled as Rias's expression paled. "She basically said that the change to your engagement was something that happened around the middle of last year."
Rias scowled because it meant his question was rhetorical, "So you know" Rias frowned yet again.
"That the original agreement between you two was that Sona would get me as a peerage member and you would get Saji… yes. That little detail was from Sona during our date after we met with Kokabiel. She confessed that she wanted to add me as a peerage member because they suspected that I was the stronger one between me and Saji and that you could mold him in time for your battle with Riser while Sona needed the power for her team. Funny thing is, I wouldn't have known that because she did little things like not interfere with Momo's job as my manager and even arrange the sex classroom for me in order to gain my trust before approaching me. That changed because of Riser making his intentions known earlier and you pleading to take me instead."
"What's your point" Rias scowled. She couldn't believe that Issei was told that and now she looked worse.
"That you never earned anything in your life. Akeno Kiba and Koneko were a coincidence and if we're being honest Asia and Xenovia are as well. It's made you spoiled and you think that because you're 'Rias Gremory' that everyone will just give in to what you want. I don't approve of that and until you stop being that way, you'll never get anything from me. The fact you're still trying these sneaky approaches even after we agreed to let bygones be bygones shows as much."
"Like you're much better. You certainly had your fun with me right after you beat Riser and I can only imagine what you would've done had Irina not arrived." Rias replied with a scowl.
"I only did that AFTER you said that I would've given Sona the assurance. Face it Rias, you're mad because you tried to manipulate me and failed." Issei replied.
"That's not true!" Rias protested.
"Oh. Then what is it. Jealousy because for once your best friend is the one with the spotlight?" Issei frowned.
"Issei… I." Rias started to say but she had no justification for why she was trying so hard that wouldn't make her look petty.
"Issei nothing Rias. I'll stay civil with your group but don't expect anything from me." Issei scowled before leaving Rias to stew once again. Luckily for him, he had the night off because dealing with Rias was exhausting.

Sunday had arrived and Issei was hoping for relaxing day until Momo texted him and asked him to come to Kuoh. A part of Issei wanted to refuse but he decided to when he realized that Momo's photo came with an attachment in the form of a photo of Momo in a dark black bikini that fit her marvelously he gave in. It was then that Issei remembered something from his visit to the swim club on Friday. The captain reminded him that starting next week they'd use the school's pool instead of having to drive to a local pool for practice. 'So Momo's inviting me for a trip to the pool.' Issei smiled.
"Partner we both know that she won't be alone. After her screwup with Rias, she'd want to make sure she's on your good side." Ddraig reminded him
Issei smiled, "I know and that's why this is going to be fun." Issei chuckled. Momo's schemes tended to work out very well for him outside of the mess with Rias and if she was planning something, it was definitely going to be eye-catching. Arriving at campus Issei wasn't surprised to find Momo was waiting for her, granted she was in her school uniform.
"Glad you could make it Issei. As I'm sure you've figured out by now, I've arranged for a special date for you at the pool. The council cleaned of it yesterday, but I convinced Sona to let you swim in it first." Momo snickered.
"Saji must've been pissed." Issei chuckled. Saji Genshirou was Sona's pawn and he hated Issei because of the relationship he had with his crush Sona. The fact he was sleeping with most of his teammates didn't help either.
"He was but Sona's glare shut him up. By the way in the men's locker room you'll find I've prepared a swimsuit for you and don't worry it's not a speedo. I'll be waiting for you by the pool so don't take too long." Momo smirked.
"Then let's go." Issei smiled as he and Momo walked towards the school.
"By the way don't use your senses to try and find who else is there. That would ruin the surprise." Momo smirked.
"So you did plan something for me?" Issei smirked.
"Well yeah. I'm your manager and after screwing up by sending you to Rias, I owed you one." Momo blushed.
"And showing off in a bikini had nothing to do with it." Issei teased.
"Of course it did. I know how much you love the swim club. That's why the gym Sona owns sponsors the team." Momo replied bashfully trying to hold back her blush.
"You devils and your control." Issei deadpanned.
"Says the guy who blackmailed his way into the pants of 3 fallen angels and four devils, including the sister of a man who hated your guts and two members of that same man's peerage."
"For the record I'm assuming the fourth devil is Akeno. Sona was your fault." Issei smirked.
"Guilty as charged. I still can't get over that story. I can only imagine how pissed Rias was." Momo smirked.
"Can we not talk about Rias." Issei groaned.
"Fine and I promise she wasn't one of the ones invited." Momo smiled as they approached the clubroom.
"I'll see you shortly then." Issei smiled as he went over to the locker room. Walking in, he found a pair of crimson shorts with dragon heads on them. 'Not bad' Issei smiled at the choice of trunks. As he got changed a part of him wondered which girls would show up.
"Partner just focus on enjoying yourself." Ddraig said happily.
"I know." Issei replied with a smile before walking outside. When he did, he had to admit his eyes widened at the sight in front of him.
"Hey there Issei!" was the collective shout from a large group of girls. Momo was joined by his fellow student council lovers in Reya Tsubaki and Sona along with Karlamine Xuelan and Ravel. Momo was wearing the same black bikini from the photo with Reya choosing a white bikini with frills. Sona was wearing a light blue one piece which was a bit of a shame but Tsubaki made up for it with a dark green bikini that barely contained her massive breasts. Karlamine was wearing a light blue bikini with black trim while Xuelan chose a red t-back suit which showed off her excellent ass with Ravel chose a crimson one-piece suit with yellow flames. Valerie finished this new group with a crimson and black racing suit which he swore was to match his colors. Finishing the display, was Akeno and Xenovia. Akeno's swimsuit consisted of a red and blue top that was held by a single silver ring along with two strings around her neck with the bottom held by a silver ring. Xenovia chose a dark green suit that was two squares that covered her nipples with string behind it connected by three gold lines up top and at the bottom was a small piece of fabric connected by three more gold lines.
