(Student Council Office)

Normally the student council had Sunday off, but due to the Three Faction's meeting they were forced to come in early Sunday to start preparing for the next phase, "So, Irina will transfer into Issei's class and Azazel will become their homeroom teacher right." Sona said calmly finishing up the last bit of information they had discussed.

"I'm not looking forward to explaining that." Momo groaned as she logged onto the website. There were plenty of people who still hated Irina for how she impacted Issei and this news would just make things worse.

"Yes, but that's part of your job as-" Sona started to say until she was interrupted.

"WHAT THE HELL!" Momo screamed causing everyone to look at her funny.

"What happened" Reya said nervously. Momo was never this emotional and if she was screaming, something happened.

Momo looked at the girls with disbelief in her eyes, "I've… I've been fired by Issei." Momo revealed.

"What!" Reya replied in disbelief. Sona and the rest of the council walked over to the computer and read Issei's announcement and they were not happy. Momo was fired from her role as manager and the whole student council was basically banned from Issei activities.

"Something is very wrong here." Sona said firmly. He was only banning them, but the other girls involved with the supernatural are fine.

"I agree, if he was trying to get away from the supernatural, he'd get rid of everyone. This means that something happened that forced him to get rid of us specifically." Reya spoke up.

"Then, let's go see him and find out what it is. He should be free today." Karlamine insisted.

"That's the worst thing you can do in this situation. Issei has his reasons and we have to accept it." Sona said calmly but she was trying to analyze the situation herself.

"Why should I accept it! Think about all we've done for Issei and for him to get rid of us is just unfair! He didn't even have the decency to explain why he did it" Momo said angrily. She was as loyal to Issei as anybody and there was no justification for it.

"There is an explanation for it Momo. We just don't have it yet. For right now, we need to stay calm and analyze the situation" Sona replied trying to keep her composure.

"Fine" Momo frowned accepting the answer but clearly not liking it.

"Should we have Lady Ravel talk to him. She's not banned, and she could figure it out if she's discreet" Xuelan wondered.

"No because Issei would get suspicious. Right now, let's focus on arranging the supernatural side of our lives. We can worry about Issei later." Sona insisted. They had too much to work on right now to focus on Issei.

Momo was about to respond until her phone rang, "It looks like I'm not the only one to see Issei's post and it looks like I'll be busy for a while trying to put out some fires." Momo scowled looking at text being sent to her. Issei posting on the site directly was one thing but the fact he was directly interfering with the harem was sure to cause a reaction from the girls.

"We can take care of the rest Momo. You go do what you have to do?" Sona nodded in understanding.

"Thanks President" Momo smiled before leaving to start putting out the major fires that were on the way.

The good news for Issei was that nobody spoke to him about his decision to fire Momo and he was able to have a mostly relaxing Sunday. Unfortunately for Issei, he knew that tons of questions were on the way and it was going to make an already complicated day downright tedious.

Dressed for school and walking into the living room Monday morning, he was met by the smiling face of Irina Shidou who was not only his new classmate, but his new neighbor along with Xenovia. Without him realizing it, Irina had moved next door to him and although he had questions of how they pulled it off without him knowing, he decided that he would rather not know. Irina asked her partner to move in with her since she wouldn't feel comfortable in the big house alone and she agreed hence the new situation. "Good morning Issei, I figured we could walk to school together." Irina smiled happily dressed in a brand new Kuoh uniform.

"What about Xenovia." Issei replied curious why Irina's partner wasn't joining them.

"She said, 'Walking to school with Issei alone is something you should experience at least once.' I tried to tell her that we did that already during the whole Excalibur mess, but she said that didn't count because I was on a mission." Irina said bashfully.

"Right" Issei chuckled before remembering something, "Seeing as how Momo gave you a new uniform, what did you do with the one I gave you before you left." Issei wondered.

Irina blushed before saying, "I had to throw it away because of… personal reasons." Irina admitted bashfully.

"Got it" Issei replied with a knowing smile.

"Let's get going!" Irina said quickly hoping to change the subject.

"Sure" Issei smiled as he opened the door just to find a smiling Valerie and Raynare waiting for him with Valerie dressed in the Kuoh uniform.

"Not that you don't look amazing in it, but why are you wearing a Kuoh uniform Valerie." Issei wondered.

"Zaz is making me transfer into Kuoh as a third-year student. We had a big meeting yesterday at Kuoh but didn't invite you because we know how little you care for our situation" Valerie smiled.

Issei twitched but there was nothing he could do about it, "Let's go" Issei groaned.

(Scene Skip)

Issei walked onto the campus with Valerie and Irina flanking him with Raynare slightly behind. Issei had no idea why they ended up doing it, but Issei just let it happen as with most things in his life. "Where do you think you're going Hyoudou" a familiar voice called out and it was one that Issei didn't want to deal with at the moment.

"Go away Saji." Issei groaned in annoyance as he was confronted by Saji Genshirou the lone male of the student council. He had an oval like face fair skin short blonde hair and green eyes and wore the Kuoh uniform without the blazer.

"No. We need to talk Hyoudou and I mean right now." Saji growled as he approached with anger in his eyes.

"Who's the runt Issei." Valerie smirked.

"Runt" Saji yelled angrily.

"This is Saji Genshirou, Sona's pawn and the student council's errand boy." Issei replied. He had other terms, but he didn't feel like having a needless argument this early in the morning.

"Got it." Valerie smiled.

"Show some respect Hyoudou. I'm a member of the council after all." Saji boasted.

Issei ignored him and looked at the girls with his typical smile, "Come on Irina Valerie, let's take you to the principal's office to finish up any last formalities."

"Can I come" Raynare wondered.

"Sure" Issei replied and they walked by Saji without paying him any mind.

"Hyoudou stay there" Saji growled as he moved to grab Issei by the left shoulder stopping him in his tracks.

Issei quickly glanced around to see that nobody was around so he get rid of some of his frustration on the weekends events, "Bad move Saji" Issei said coldly before he pushed his shoulder up causing Saji's right hand to fly up exposing his shoulder. Using his impressive flexibility, Issei spun and quickly placed his hand on said shoulder ready to strike, "Dragon shot" Issei whispered and Saji's eyes widened as the point blank shot nailed Saji's shoulder breaking it instantly. Saji crumbled to the ground in pain just to get nailed in the face by a perfectly placed right knee from Issei. Between the point-blank attack and the brutal knee to the face, Saji would not be going anywhere.

"Ouch!" Raynare smiled as Saji fell to the ground with a bloody nose and a broken shoulder screaming in pain.

"Let's get going everyone." Issei smiled as he moved towards the principal's office. It wouldn't take long for people to find Saji and if he was around that would cause more headaches then he cared for.

"Okay" Valerie smiled and she and Raynare walked ahead while Irina looked at Issei nervously.

'What happened Issei' Irina thought to herself. Issei was ruthless but what he did was cruel.

"Irina are you coming?" Issei questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"Yeah" Irina replied as they moved to take care of any final procedures.

(Scene Skip)

Issei and Raynare arrived at homeroom with around ten minutes left due to helping arrange everything for Irina and Valerie. Upon entering, Issei was immediately met by Kiryuu, "So, I'm the new leader of the Kuoh harem huh?" Kiryuu said with a bit of annoyance. She spent her Sunday dealing with angry girls who wondered why she was replacing Momo and she would've asked him if she weren't so exhausted.

"That's right. I would've thought you'd be thrilled" Issei replied nonchalantly.

"I'm glad to be the one chosen but you've let the girls manage that this whole time. What changed" Kiryuu wondered.

"I have my reasons" Issei replied firmly.

"And they are" Kiryuu questioned.

Issei was about to say something but the door opened, and Azazel walked in. "Nice to meet you class. You can call me Professor Azazel and I'll be your new homeroom teacher." Azazel smiled dressed in a blue jacket with a white dress shirt that had the top button undone underneath and a pair of tan pants.

'What the hell' Issei thought to himself. Valerie mentioned a meeting and clearly this was one he should've been at if Azazel was being made the teacher.

"Now before I get started on introducing myself, I'm going to introduce a new student that's joining our ranks." Azazel smiled before focusing on the door.

As the new person walked into the room there were various reactions from the girls and one stood out, "I thought Momo was kidding. You… you're actually back Irina." Misao screamed in disbelief as Irina walked into the room.

"Nice to meet you guys. I'm Irina Shidou and I'll be joining your class." Irina smiled ignoring the disbelief coming from Misao.

(Scene Skip)

Lunchtime arrived and most of the class, left the room in order to eat lunch. However, Issei stayed behind to talk to his new teacher and friend. "So, you're the new teacher huh. Does your daughter approve." Issei smirked.

"Raynare may not like it, but she understands why I'm doing it." Azazel countered quickly and without shame.

"Very well. I don't get it, but I can't complain since I stay away from the supernatural" Issei shrugged.

"You should be grateful since it was a choice between me or Serafall Leviathan." Azazel said calmly causing Issei to twitch.

"Say what?" Issei said with a surprised expression on his face.

"The town of Kuoh is currently home to: three heiresses of high-class devil families two who are siblings to the Maou; the daughter of the leader of the fallen angels; the White AND Red Dragon Emperor's; a former holy maiden with the most powerful healing sacred gear in the world, and two of the liaisons of the three factions. I don't need to tell you what that means Issei"

Issei cursed because he didn't have to say something, "In other word somebody can cause major damage by starting something in this town."

"Correct. To that end, it was decided that somebody needs to watch over them to protect them from said issue. Outside of Serafall and me, nobody else would make sense." Azazel shrugged.

"You're telling me, that the best the supernatural could offer was you and Serafall. You spend most of your time playing video games and Lady Leviathan spend most of her time pretending she's a magical girl." Issei deadpanned. It really was embarrassing that this was the best they had.

"That's right and luckily for you they chose me."

"What makes you say that?" Issei questioned.

"Because… hold on a second." Azazel smiled as he flared his magic briefly. Issei didn't know what happened, but he knew that something did. "Ahh that's better."

"What did you do?" Issei questioned.

"Privacy barrier. I'm pretty sure one of the girls in the council was looking for you and this is a private conversation."

"Makes sense. I did kinda dump them out of nowhere." Issei admitted.

"And we both know that it wasn't by choice." Azazel smiled.

Issei sighed because Azazel was too smart for his own good, "How much do you know?"

"When Raynare told me about your little announcement I was surprised at first. Then I thought about it and the answer was obvious." Azazel chuckled.

"Damn genius." Issei smirked.

"Not really, if you understand how Serafall thinks it's pretty obvious. Her obsession with her sister rivals her obsession with magical girls and a dangerous element like you is something she simply cannot accept. From there it was easy to figure out that she basically blackmailed you into staying away from her and the council. How she did that I don't know because that's not my business but that's the only explanation I can think of."

"Why not simply kill me?" Issei shrugged.

"Besides the fact her sister would never forgive her for it, you and Valerie are the two most powerful fighters at our disposal by a long shot. Not to mention that killing you means that we potentially lose the Boosted Gear for good."

Issei nodded at that, "Makes sense. You'd be reeling from my death and the Khaos Brigade could focus their efforts on finding the new host and securing them."

"Exactly and that's why she's blackmailing you. You're away from Sona, but the supernatural still has access to you thanks to your massive harem. For Serafall, it's a win-win."

"Pretty much. It's actually pretty devious." Issei admitted begrudgingly. It was one of the only ways to put Issei in check. It wasn't mate, but it was pretty damn close.

"That it is, but you should really get some lunch." Azazel smiled.

"Right" Issei replied bringing an end to the conversation.

(Scene Skip)

Due to the chaos with Momo, he wasn't meeting with any of the clubs today. That meant Issei was free to go home and he was planning to do that if Kiryuu wasn't waiting for him by the gate, "Hey Issei, mind if we have a talk on your way home." Kiryuu smiled.

"Sure" issei replied not seeing the harm since her house was in the same direction. The two talked about simple stuff like the antics of his two comrades, class and everything else but soon Kiryuu got down to the real reason she wanted to see him.

"So, what are my duties as the new head of your harem." Kiryuu wondered reaching into her pocket as she asked.

"I'm surprised you didn't ask Momiji considering she's a head just like Momo." Issei replied.

"I did and she told me a few things, but not much that I didn't already figure out. She did say that the hardest part for me was coordinating everything with the clubs of Kuoh." Kiryuu nodded.

"That's true but let's stop playing games Kiryuu. What do you really want to know?" Issei said bluntly.

"Why in the world did you fire Momo? She was extremely loyal to you and as a member of the student council, who you also banned for some strange reason, she was able to control things to the point that your club visits were not only allowed but practically encouraged."

Issei narrowed his eyes at the question and he was positive that he was either being recorded or Momo was on the other line which was just what he needed to get himself out of this mess, "To put it simply Momo was fired because her older sister found out about the harem and confronted me about it. Since I didn't want word spreading to more people than necessary, I agreed to remove her and the rest of the council in exchange for her silence" Issei explained.

"I'm surprised you didn't seduce her Issei. You have a few sisters in your harem so it wouldn't be anything new" Kiryuu wondered.

"I could tell she wasn't into guys." Issei answered taking a cheap shot at the Maou Leviathan

"Well that's unfortunate" Kiryuu smiled reaching into her pocket and stopping her phone call with Momo. When she needed advice on what to do as leader, she called Momo who asked her to interview Issei to find out why he ditched them in exchange for advice.

"Yes it is. I take it Momo got her answer." Issei smiled causing Kiryuu to flinch.

"That obvious" Kiryuu blushed.

"Yes" Issei smiled before stopping to kiss her on the cheek. "However, that was wrong of Momo to get you involved?"

"Am I missing something?" Kiryuu frowned.

"Yes, and that's okay."

"But wait. If there's something I can help resolve, I should be told as much as possible"

"Right now, you need to make sure my dates are arranged. What's going on is between me and them" Issei smiled.

"Got it." Kiryuu smiled as the two walked a little further before they had to separate. Tonight was going to be a tough one for Kiryuu and she did her part to help things along.

(Student council office)

Over at the student council, Momo was absolutely furious, "You've gotta be kidding. This is all Lady Leviathan's fault" Momo yelled angrily. When Issei mentioned Momo's older sister it was obvious who he was referring to and to say she was pissed was an understatement.

Sona wasn't exactly pleased herself at the moment and it was taking everything she had not to go ballistic, "I understand exactly how you feel Momo. My sister's antics are usually minor annoyances but to think she'd threaten Issei." Sona said with a bit of disappointment.

"I don't think she threatened him as much as used his one weakness against him." Ravel spoke up staying calm as she thought about what Issei's conversation with Kiryuu revealed.

"Weakness" Reya said in confusion.

"Our politics." Ravel replied and Sona instinctively knew what she meant.

"Damn it all." Sona groaned as she smacked her forehead for not thinking about this sooner. Issei slept with Ravel without any consequences due to the Phenex understanding why it happened. However, the same was not true when it came to Sona. Issei wasn't aware of this but she also had a fiancée but instead of solving the matter with fighting, she did so with chess. Because of that, there was an informal agreement made between Sona's family and her that she would only acknowledge somebody who beat her in chess. That wasn't the case with issei and the fact they had sex complicated matters more due to how valuable purity was.

"So, what do we do?" Xuelan wondered.

"WE do nothing. This was my fault and I need to solve it." Sona replied. A call to her parents would do the job, but she was positive that a heavy price would be paid.

"Understood" Xuelan replied and the rest of the council acknowledged her order. It was a very unpleasant situation but luckily for them, it would be resolved soon.

(Scene Skip)

Issei and Irina were cuddling Issei's room later that night reflecting on the latter's first day at Kuoh, "Are you sure this is okay?" Irina wondered.

"I didn't have anything scheduled so I can do what I want" Issei replied unsure of why she was complaining.

"I get that, but shouldn't you try and figure out how to deal with your student council problem." Irina wondered. She was so busy getting ready for school and moving her things in that she never actually found out about what happened. She learned the ugly truth when she logged into her page on the website when she came back from school and there was quite a bit of hate mail along with it. When she asked Issei what happened, hiding the mail of course, he told her the truth.

Issei smirked before kissing her on the forehead, "I don't need to do a thing. Sona will solve the problem and that's that."

Irina was slightly surprised by that, "What about Kiryuu? Will she keep the role once your council issue is resolved or will you give it back to Momo?"

"I'll trust Momo and Kiryuu to take care of that." Issei said confidently. Issei was convinced that Kiryuu would ditch the role sooner or later anyway.

"I see" Irina frowned not liking how calm he was at the way he was handling things.

"Is something wrong." Issei asked curiously.

"No…" Irina trailed off.

"Irina!" Issei pressed knowing that she was hiding something.

Irina let out a deep breath, "During the ORC meeting today. Rias told me that her peerage is going to the underworld during the summer and the same was true of the council and Ravel. There's also a big meeting at the end of the summer."

"And I'm going to have to get involved in some capacity." Issei cursed. Being the Red Dragon Emperor had many advantages, but this was not one of them.

"Yeah" Irina sighed.

"Well I'll worry about that later." issei said calmly.

"Alright" Irina replied not quite as sure as Issei, but considering how calm he was, she wasn't about to go crazy.

(Scene Skip)

Later that night, a magic circle appeared in Issei's room and Momo Hanakai appeared in Issei's room wearing a baby blue nightgown cut so her breasts were out revealing a lack of a bra. Momo approached the bed to find that Irina was snuggled into his right side, "Damn it" Momo sighed realizing that he was occupied. Just as she was about to cast a circle to leave, a voice interrupted her.

"Where do you think you're going Momo" Irina said as she leaned up with a smile on her face.

"You're awake." Momo said with disbelief.

"And she's not the only one." Issei smiled eyes open and staring at her.

"How in the?" Momo gasped. They had done that without her noticing a thing which was freaky to say the least.

"My dad taught Issei and I to be aware of our surroundings at all times and that included when you slept. When Issei slept over, my dad would sneak down to the living room and wake us up by whacking us with a stick. It took us a while, but eventually we reached the point that we could detect people around us at all times." Irina smiled.

"Wow!" Momo replied unsure of what else to say.

"So… what are you doing here? Technically you're banned from seeing me and as far as I know Kiryuu hasn't lifted that ban yet" Issei wondered.

"I…" Momo stammered.

Irina smacked Issei on the head, "You idiot. She probably wanted to cuddle with you and figured that she could escape before you realized it. Lucky for Momo, I think one more person can fit on the bed." Irina smiled.

"Sounds good to me" Issei smiled raising his left arm to make space for Momo

"So, I get the Red Dragon Arm huh?" Momo smirked. The supernatural girls referred to his right and left arms as the Hottie Magnet and Red Dragon Arm respectively.

"Well you are technically banned from Hottie Magnet." Irina teased.

"Low blow Irina we both know that Issei did that to save face" Momo pouted but she walked over anyway and cuddled in.

"I'm sorry that I had to ban you Momo." Issei frowned as Momo snuggled against him.

"It's not your fault Issei. Sona's sister is unpredictable even to us. Besides, Sona has a plan to deal with it so it won't be long now before we can do stuff again without any issues." Momo replied before kissing him on the cheek.

"Can we just cuddle now and not talk about how crazy the supernatural is" Irina insisted.

"Works for me." Issei smiled.

"Me too" Momo nodded and the three fell asleep.

(Scene Skip)

The next morning, Issei made his way to school with Irina and Xenovia flanking him ready to start another day, "So can I get in on the next sleepover. I had to finish moving my things into the apartment, so I wasn't able to join you." Xenovia smiled.

"Good thing you didn't. Momo stopped by in order to have a moment with Issei since Lady Leviathan screwed her over." Irina sighed.

"That's enough Irina." Issei smiled. As they approached the school, they were approached by Kiryuu who looked absolutely exhausted.

"Issei… can I give Momo her job back." Kiryuu groaned.

"If she wants to take it back that's fine with me. I take it you're a little worn out." Issei smirked.

Kiryuu did what counted as a scowl, "Oh yeah. I was on a conference call with my sister and the others for 3 HOURS yesterday and that was at 10 at night. How the hell do they do this all the time."

"Hell, if I know" Issei smiled.

"For the record, you have a date with Ryo at lunch and your club visit is the kendo club. Your date tonight is at the Blue Storm with some girl named Cecelia from Nochizuri."

"Thanks" Issei smiled pecking her on the cheek.

"Well anyway, I'll see you in class. I gotta find Momo and give her the managers role back and maybe do something about my hair." Kiryuu smiled as she left to resolve the other issue.

Issei couldn't help but smile at things, "Looks like Momo will get her job back sooner than I thought." Issei smiled as they walked into the school.

"You can't keep this up Issei. Eventually it'll all come crashing down" Irina frowned.

Issei merely switched into his school shoes before closing his locker with a smile, "Eventually it will but until then I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing because it works beautifully" Issei said smugly before kissing Irina on the cheek. "Now if you don't mind, I'm going to get to class. I'll see you both shortly." Issei smiled before leaving the two girls to get changed themselves stunned by how nonchalant Issei was about everything.

"He's terrifying, isn't he?" Xenovia shuddered.

"He sure is." Irina replied shuddering at the reminder of her childhood friend's skill and ruthlessness. This was not an easy situation to resolve and it was only because of how much the girls of the council adored him that he was able to work around it so quickly. She was pretty sure he chose Kiryuu as the replacement because she was somebody who would focus on how to resolve the issue instead of taking control of the harem. It was all calculated to brutal effect and now things were back to normal or at least as normal as they were for Issei.

(Scene Skip)

Later that night a smiling issei returned home after his date having enjoyed Cecelia yet again, "She'll never learn" Issei smiled as he thought about the blonde. For the better part of a month Cecelia had been trying to take Momiji's job and it's reached the point where he should get rid of her. The problem was that he couldn't count on her not exposing his trysts to the world. That, and she was one of his best fucks.

"Speaking of never learning" Ddraig chuckled.

Issei looked up to find a frowning Serafall Leviathan standing as though she was waiting for him dressed in the same business suit as she was during the Three Factions meeting, "Is that smart to be stalking me like this Lady Leviathan." Issei teased and he could see Serafall was not pleased to see him.

"Is it smart to be sleeping around like this." Serafall replied with venom in her voice.

"Depends. Are you going to try and interfere again since I'm guessing Sona resolved our other issue?" Issei smiled. The only reason for her to confront him was if Sona had made a move to stop her.

Serafall twitched heavily but again kept her cool, "At this point there's nothing I can do. Sona reached out to our parents and told her about every aspect of your relationship. They worked out a deal with Sona and now you're sitting pretty. I don't get it since you're no better than Riser." Serafall scowled.

Issei wanted to be offended by that but he found it more amusing than anything else, "That's where you're wrong Lady Leviathan. Riser was a coward who pushed things knowing that Rias had no chance of winning. Meanwhile I don't need to push anything" Issei smiled.

"What's your point?" Serafall scowled.

"My point" Issei smiled before using his speed to appear in Serafall's guard and placing his right hand on her cheek, "Is that without really lifting a finger I have the Kuoh supernatural scene right where I want them just as I always have."

"Not true" Serafall protested but she didn't move away from his touch.

"Is it. I'm sleeping with most of your sister's peerage and two members of Rias's peerage with Rias desperately trying to get me to join her peerage due to how powerful I am. Ravel Phenex adores me despite the fact I humiliated her brother and stole two girls from his peerage before kicking his ass and costing him his fiancée. Raynare originally tried to kill me, but I turned the tables on her and now she's as eager to fuck me as anybody. My 'rival' would rather fuck me then fight me and I'm pretty sure I could charm the two other girls in her group if I really wanted to." Issei replied before moving his hand away. It was hard to miss the confused look on Serafall's face as he did so.

"You!" Serafall growled.

Issei found her anger to be hilarious since it was more proof that he won, "This has been fun but I'm going to go home and get some rest." Issei smiled walking away like nothing else happened. As for Serafall, she just stood there wondering what to do with him.

(Scene Skip)

As he walked into his home, Issei couldn't help but chuckle at the way things played out. He would have to discuss what Sona did when they had their next date but with Momo restored to her role as manager, something announced on the website earlier, it was only a matter of time until that happened. As he walked in, he couldn't hide the odd feeling in the back of his skull, but it wasn't a bad feeling. "Oh issei. You have a girl waiting for you." his mom spoke up.

"Got it" Issei replied and he made his way upstairs. He could've used his senses to find out who it was, but it was more interesting to do it the old fashion way. He was positive that this was Rias trying to take advantage of the situation to try and worm into his harem and if that was the case. he would be rather ruthless with her. Opening the door to his room he was pleasantly surprised to find Sona sitting on the bed in a seiza position wearing a light blue kimono.

"Welcome home Issei." Sona said in a surprisingly demure way.

"Okay… what's this all about." Issei replied.

"I must be this way for my fiancée." Sona said in the same tone.
