My favorite daydream is the one where I don't have to look at Xander's face when I tell him that Anya died saving my life. Where I don't cower in terror but use the force like Luke defeating the Death Star and destroy the Bringers at Sunnydale High. Where both Anya and I make it to the bus and Xander showers me with praise. I wish I had fought as valiantly as her, I wish I didn't always take the easy road. I killed Jonathon and let Anya die. How do I live with that in reality not my daydreams?
