This is the next chapter. Please read and review, love Hannah xxx

Heidi woke up in the morning and started to cry letting it all out. Yesterday she had been so practical in wanting to sort everything out that she couldn't focus on suddenly being a girl. Today it had finally hit her and she was exceptionally overwhelmed. Not only was she now female but she she'd need to eventually date a boy. Who would she choose and could she guarantee that whoever she did choose would want her for more than her money and or titles? How could she ever trust anyone to choose her for her and not her titles if it turned out she had more than one of them? She would no doubt still be famous but she really didn't want that.

Ron had always accused Harry of liking his fame over everything else and Harry had only realised how screwed up that was towards the end of the war. Ron didn't have anything over his family being poor and had often lashed out at others because of it. They had made poor choices leading to their loss of funds and had no one but themselves to blame for it. Back then he could understand Ron's anger but now Heidi was furious with herself. Why had he not thought of how bad his own upbringing with the Dursleys had been when Ron had family which actually loved him? It was true they had next to nothing but they did have each other something which Harry had never truly known. Why had he felt bad for Ron who had never deserved his pity?

Ron had been furious and lashed out when he realised that Harry had so much money that he never used. That was Harry's choice and Ron didn't get to complain to him about it. He'd always expected Harry to get him anything he asked for simply because he had the money. Heidi was determined to actually use the money and treat herself this time around. As Harry she'd never been very good at caring for herself. Harry had unfortunately always thought of himself last. He'd been so afraid of losing his first friends and the war itself that he'd never thought of himself. When he had tried to think solely of himself Hermione had called him selfish and unfocused. She had said if he spent more time on his studies and less time on himself he'd be a better wizard. He'd felt so guilty from her constant nagging that he'd simply given up on caring for himself ever again.

He had thought it would have been different at the Weasley's house but it wasn't as Mrs Weasley had always chastised him for wanting alone time and given him some chores to do as a punishment or something he was never sure which. It was like the Dursleys if they weren't evil. Molly had so many children that she often forgot that Harry was not one of them and did not have to do everything she said. It was something that Arthur often reminded her of and something she hated so much. In her mind children were for doing chores and being useful not for wandering off alone and causing trouble. Her problem of course was that she assumed that everyone who wanted alone time would behave like the twins did which was not at all right. Any time Harry had managed to get away on his own for a moment she'd gone mental looking for him. He was never allowed to be alone to just think something he'd often needed to do.

Heidi cried for all the lives lost in the war. She realised she'd be able to save Sirius earlier to and would be doing so as soon as her house elf was with her. Peter would be stunned and sent in a cage to Amelia Bones with a note attached proclaiming him to be an illegal unregistered Animagus worth investigating. That would get the ball rolling for sure. She would make up for last time and Sirius definitely wouldn't die. She'd make sure of it. She'd need to be dealing with Severus too. He was a total jackass the last time even if she'd learned he'd been caring for her welfare behind the scenes all the time. Maybe because she looked so like her mother this time, he might treat her differently. Who knows!

If she timed it right she could get Quirrel too before school. If she remembered correctly they'd met him last time in the Leaky Cauldron. She'd simply need to touch his neck and he'd be finished before he could even begin. She could claim to be afraid of the crowds or something and no one would question her. She would be asking Hagrid what the most interesting animal he owned ever was. He would tell her about the Cerberus and she would ask him how to care for one. Because Hagrid couldn't keep anything to himself he'd tell her everything even without realising he was doing it at times. It was all planned out. She reached over into her school bag and removed her report card once she'd found it. She was a straight B student. It wasn't the best but wasn't near the worst either. She was determined to read everything she could before school and also whilst at school. Hermione had better watch out.

She went downstairs asking her aunt if she could take a walk in the nice weather and Petunia agreed immediately because it was better to have her out of the house then it was to have her in the house. Around the corner she called out for the knight bus to take her to Diagon Alley. In an agonising ten minute journey she was dropped off at the alley and pulled her hood up entering it without too much fanfare as she was early and hardly anyone was there at this hour. She did spot Mrs Weasley and Ginny shopping to get clothing for her and grimaced. She walked past hearing Ginny talking about how excited she was to meet Heidi and that she couldn't wait to have her as a sister in law when she married one of her brothers. Molly smacked her slightly.

"Ginny dear do shut up! Not outside of the house remember I told you that. Yes Heidi will marry your brother but we shouldn't tell anyone because they might not like it!" she chastised as a disgusted Heidi walked past heading for the bank. She entered the white marbled building and actually saw Malfoy in the corner withdrawing some money and looking smug. She didn't feel instant hatred for him. Instead she felt extreme indifference to him. He didn't matter and neither did his silly father.

"Ah yes welcome! We were about to send you some mail but it is fortuitous that you are here today. Please come with me!" said the goblin who approached her looking very caring. She'd shown manners where most wizards didn't and that warranted a polite response. They walked down winding corridor after corridor before coming to the office of her account manager Ripclaw who looked furious. She entered and sat down opposite him waiting for him to talk first as she thought that would be the better course of action.

"Miss Potter I must apologise to you. Albus Dumbledore told me he was managing your account as your magical guardian on your behalf but I have now discovered he was lying and did so without your consent. He has not taken anything monetary from your accounts but he has taken some heirlooms from them which have now been returned to them. We do not tolerate nonsense in this bank as you will soon find out. He has been banned from touching your accounts from now on. I will tell you about them but first off all you need to sign this silver parchment here. This quill will take your blood and it will sting for a moment but do not worry!" he said as Heidi gasped having forgotten about Umbridge as she'd not been that important last time.

Yes she scarred Harry but in terms of actually doing much she had only been a nuisance in the latter years. This was why Heidi had momentarily forgotten about her. The blood quill had reminded her. Yes Umbridge was indeed going down. Harry had been too vocal about his views but Heidi wouldn't be. She didn't need the stress of the Ministry coming after her again. If she was asked she would say she was only a young teenager and what would she know. She quickly signed the parchment gasping at the pain in her right hand shocked as it disappeared just as soon as it had arrived. There was no scar either. The parchment glowed as she watched it in awe. It soon stopped and floated over to Ripclaw who picked it up as three boxes appeared there one of which thoroughly stunned him.

"Well Miss Potter you have inherited from three houses however Slytherin was inherited by right of conquest. Slytherin is a house in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and because you beat its last master you are the new Lady of it and must wear its ring. It is quite likely that the sorting hat will place you there because of this!" he said sliding one ring box across the table to her. She took the box closer and held it in her hands nodding when she was ready for him continue. She'd not known any of this the last time because Dumbledore had wished her to be as ignorant to everything as Harry had been. I mean Harry had known none of this and what's more he never once thought to look into it either. What a fool!

"You have obviously inherited the Potter ring but also the Peverell ring due to an ancient family connection somewhere along the line. Here are the rings. You must put them each on your right hand ring finger one after the other as they combine into one ring from which you may call up any of the house crests you like. Do you have any questions for me?" he asked politely as she placed each ring on one after the other and watched them combine carefully. It looked amazing.

"Well I need to know what being Lady Slytherin means for me whilst being at the school and what it will mean if I am sorted there? Also I need to know what each house has!" she said as he smiled at her.

These were intelligent questions and he liked that about her. More than likely when she got into Slytherin she would be reforming it totally and wished to know more about it. Oh things would be very different indeed. She intended to become and intelligent and strong woman in their world. People would learn whenever the time was right that she meant business and took no prisoners all whilst doing it her way in a way which actually mostly non aggressive. She would prove you could get things done without needing to be a brute.

"Well whilst at school and even now you can change the layout and decoration of the house as all new Slytherin heirs do. For example the last Lord of the house commanded that it should be very dark green and highly intimidating as its house colours are green and silver. You can set the passwords from here which will be mailed on to the head of house so he will know about it and can tell his prefects and so on. Generally the password of Slytherin is changed every year once so you'll need to speak to your head of house about that. You can do anything you like to any members of Slytherin family or house should you wish to do so!" he answered her first question as she thanked him for doing so.

He could see that she was deep in thought about all he had just said and then something within her appeared to be solidifying. He could tell that whatever she said next would be explosive in some way even if not right now.

"Ok then as the new head of Slytherin house myself I hereby banish Tom Marvolo Riddle from the house permanently and ask that magic call upon him and remove his foul self from this earth so mote it be. For some reason I just knew what to say. I am sure the ring guided me there. Tell me Ripclaw can I put a taboo on certain words used by others within my house or formally a Slytherin member?" she asked as he thought deeply about it.

What she had done was momentous as the horcruxes all exploded his soul fragments leaving them and heading for Quirrel whom they violently assaulted as they reconnected with their master for one last time before he perished permanently. Dumbledore had probably never realised he could have been taken care of so simply as he had never cared to look in to that possibility. Even more negligence on his part no doubt. He'd never thought to even look into it in all honesty. He was so incompetent last time.

"Yes you can put a taboo on as many words as you like but you'll have to tell me those words so I can add the taboo for you. Usually with a taboo on a word something happens when they say it so you'll need to tell me what you wish to happen when they say the forbidden word!" he said as she nodded.

"Yes that's alright. For word number one I will select mudblood. The punishment to anyone who says this word is to be a mild stunning charm or fainting to teach them a lesson. The next and final word for now is Crucio. Should anyone use this word they are to feel the instant effects of whatever it is that word does. My ring is telling me it's not good and is used to torture others just now. I wouldn't want anyone of my house now or previous to be able to use it carelessly without punishment!" she instructed as he gasped.

This was ingenious and would punish severely those who now thought they could torture others in secret and get away with it. He loved it because she had shown that her ring had told her all about it which it had although she already knew about it anyhow. This way no one could get away with lazily relying on the crutiatus curse to get their torturing done which hopefully wouldn't happen in any other capacity. As Harry he'd seen how often the death eaters of all kinds had relied on that spell far too much. In fact most of them only used that spell in the final war like idiots. That wasn't cunning or intelligent.

"As for the layout of the house it's probably about time it was redecorated. Firstly all of the floors and walls are to be deep cleaned and all the furniture is to be taken away and replaced. The walls once clean are to be painted a deep teal green shade and more over the lights should be new making it a much brighter place. The couches should be silver leather with teal cushions on them. The armchairs of which there are to be many should be teal in colour with foot rests in silver on them. All the beds are to be replaced with new ones which are painted black in colour and contain memory foam mattresses. Each person is to get their own room warded for safety so that only someone they authorise may enter it any time for safety reasons you understand. The password is to be Callidus. It means cunning in Latin and obviously new desks and chairs for study should be there as well" she said as he took it all down and smiled at her.

He was very impressed. Her womanly touches actually made the house sound more inviting now. Within the walls of the castle the house was changing to match the specifications she set out using old family magic of course. It now looked much brighter and comfier then it had previously. Those returning this year would be stunned at its new beautiful and cosy layout. She had also stated that it should have a few plants and flowers in it to liven it up a bit something which made him smile.

"You should also know that your family rings are invisible to magical eyes and all those whom you do not wish to have any prior knowledge of their existence. I have just sent word to Professor Snape the head of that house with the new password attached. Speaking of which, here you go. This is a mail box you keep on your person at all times. We will send your mail out normally but it will also appear here for you to read should Albus start attempting to keep your mail from you again. Check it once a week and all should be well. It costs ten galleons for the whole year until this time next year when you will be charged another ten galleons!" he said handing over the silver and delicate looking mail box.

She took it gasping at its beauty and further gasping at seeing her initials etched in a plaque on the top of it. It did truly look wonderful.

"Thank you Ripclaw. Please tell me about what finances each of the houses has please!" she asked as he went through them all. She was in actuality quite rich but didn't let it go to her head knowing it would bad to do that. She finished her business at the bank and was home in time for lunch not that Petunia cared of course. They were yet again having sausages and chips and she was sick of it. She'd be getting her letter in a few days and she knew it too. That would be interesting for sure.
