Hey, guys! How've you all been? I know this probably isn't the type of update you were waiting for, but what can you do... Now, I know I said I wont be doing it, but here goes.
I won't be updating this story anymore...
Because I'll be rewriting it. Yeah, I realized while writing the next chapter that I'm not happy with some of the things I wrote. Some of the choices I made in the story don't really work in the long run. Some concepts, while good in theory, just aren't that good in practice. The earlier chapters are an absolute mess due to me not knowing what the fuck I'm doing... just a lot of things I'm not happy with overall.
I began this story out of sheer boredom while lockdown was still in effect where I live. I love GX and Yu-Gi-Oh! as a whole, so I figured why not try my hand with writing? And honestly, it's been really fun. And I never expected this many of you to take interest in my sloppy attempt at making a coherent story!
So, here's what's going on:
I'm currently planning things out. Unlike last time when I was winging it with everything. I'm gonna have a written plan to follow.
My OC is staying. I'm happy with her spot in the story. Though I'm gonna put more effort into fleshing her out.
This story is gonna stay here for the time being. I haven't decided if I want to delete it or not. And the new story is gonna be posted separately. I'll also be posting it simultaneously here and on Ao3.
When can you guys expect the new story to start? I don't know honestly. Probably January? I'm not sure.
