Okay, so I know what you guys are probably thinking. If Glenn told you to stay, why the fuck didn't you just stay?!

In my defense?

… I didn't feel like it.

So yes, I was currently sniping from the roof of the building between where Daryl and Rick as well as T-dog were. And yes, I was going against what Ben had advised regarding my wrist. So what? I didn't feel any pain whatsoever at the moment. In fact, I was having a lot of fun with the feeling of the air and the strong urge to jump off the building. And in my defense, they certainly needed help. The walkers started to converge around Glenn, and I shot him down from where I could see them. I could see Glenn glance up at the roofs of the buildings in surprise since I'm pretty sure he recognized the silver arrows. The pizza boy ran towards Daryl's alley, and I slid down the fire escape step by step. That is, until I heard an absolute ruckus beneath me.

"That's the bag, Vato! Take it!" a Mexican man submerged, pointing at Glenn. I jumped off the last few steps of the fire escape, hitting the ground running as an arrow flew out of my bow and buried itself into his right arm.

"Ahh!" He screamed in pain, shouting at someone else. "There's another one of the putas with arrows!"

He proceeded to hold Glenn hostage, wrestling for the gun bag with his partner when Daryl shot his butt from the ground.

"Get off me! Get off me! Daryl! Daryl!" The poor boy thrashed, trying to get back to Daryl and failing. Unable to just keep watching, I unsheathed a hunting knife before showing up from behind them before the walkers could reach us. I proceeded to slash at the uninjured one, who reeled back from the gate in pain. A thump got me flying into the wall as the one I had shot got me. The man drew his hand back, about to finish me off probably, but he stopped immediately, hesitant.

"Felipe! Ayudame!" A young teenage boy shouted, breaking his trance. I kicked him where the sun doesn't shine while he was distracted, making him fall to his knees in pain. The agonized howls did nothing to deter me, and I turned to elbow his face and give him one last round kick, sending the man to the ground with a bloody face.

"Arlynn! Behind you!" was the last thing I heard before a blinding pain pierced through my head, ringing through my whole body as the world turned around strangely by me. My eyes were open, spots dancing, and I could see my own arm in front of me but couldn't move it like I was someone encased in a heavy metal doll. There was nothing I could do about it, someone's harsh breathing ringing in my ears. Feet appeared before me, and I found myself levitating in the air, the world swinging roughly around me before I felt cloth pressed against my body instead of the cold pavement of the streets. My body jolted backward and a face appeared in front of me, eyes wide with fear and worry. The same eyes that had persuaded me to stay behind. Glenn Rhee.

"-ynn! Arlynn! What the hell man?!"

"I didn't mean to hit her that hard!" an unfamiliar voice echoed around me.

"Yeah and you totally didn't mean to grab the fucking brick!"

"She beat up Felipe!"

"You beat up me AND Daryl!"

I blinked, and a new face appeared before me, one that I had longed for for so long. Jet black hair getting in his similarly dark eyes, my older brother brushed away a strand of hair from my face, cupping my cheek. He smiled his dimple-filled smile, the one on his right so prominent. I was his mirror, but Rennie was his almost exact copy. And I wanted him here so badly.

"Hey, dongsaeng," (little sister) K grinned at me, using the soft tone he reserved for me. I couldn't believe it, he was right here. Right in front of me or above me. I felt the tears leaking as I reached out a hand and cupped his cheek in turn, voice cracking.

"Oppa," his cheek was soft, radiating warmth. "Bo-go sheeppuhtsseo." (Big brother, I missed you.)

His smile was the last thing I saw before my eyelids dropped and all was quiet.
