Spider-Man: Fire and Desire

Author's Note: HEY, LOOK GUYS! I'M TOTALLY NOT DEAD! AHAHAHAHA, YEAH! HAHAHAHA! Okay, on a more serious note, my God, it's good to be back. Last semester put me through the ringer in every way imaginable, but somehow, I still live. Fortunately for me, I still live when SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME is coming out THIS WEEK. WOOOOOOO! THE HYPE CAN'T BE STOPPED, IT'S SELF SUSTAINING NOW!

But anyway, this chapter will be different. This will be a combination chapter. A Thanksgiving chapter, with the other half being a Christmas chapter. Yes, I know Thanksgiving was weeks ago, but I couldn't make the special I wanted because of life being so busy. This chapter will be a huge THANK YOU to all my readers for sticking with me. I love you all, and all the favorites, follows, and reviews keep on inspiring me to continue with this story.

Speaking of reviews, time to reply to them!

ElburR0: Thanks a bunch! I've always planned on putting Spider-Man 2099 in this, so I'm glad others are as excited as you are with his appearance.

Marvel Nerd: The black suit is indeed here. Now dig on this… (sorry, couldn't help myself, lol)

Leviathan117: Haha, I think I took notes from how Spectacular Spider-Man handled all the girls being interested in Peter, so right now, it is a bit chaotic. But I agree with you, though. It's time for the black suit Spider-Man to rip every villain apart.

Joe: Thank you, Joe! I wish I could comment on some of the theories you have, but unfortunately, that means I would spoil some things, haha. But once again, thanks for enjoying my story, and happy belated Halloween!

SalazaSAUCE Neo: I assure you, my friend, there's a whole lot more craziness that's going to happen!

UI Ghosty: Yep, I'm putting Peter through the ringer, lol. I really wanted to emphasize all of his struggles in this story, along with how he chooses to handle them. Oh, and to answer your question about Peter's age, he's currently 17. Thanks for the review as always!

Spidey-Boy21: I am quite the evil vile author, am I? Haha, glad you're enjoying the drama.

SpiderCatForever: Thank you! And don't worry, there will be more Peter and Felicia moments, I can assure you of that. With what happened in the last 'Main' chapter, they're going to have some… interesting interactions, to put it lightly. Again, not trying to spoil too much, so all I can say is keep reading.

I think that's all the reviews. If I missed one, please forgive me. Trying to get back into the 'swing' of things here, much like how Spidey does. Yes, I know that was a horrible joke, and I have no shame. Basically, what's going to happen is this. The Thanksgiving chapter, much like my other specials, will take place a year before the main story begins. That means we're going back to see the gang in junior year of high school like in my first Spidey Christmas special along with the Valentine's Day special.

Speaking of the Christmas special, this one… will be a bit different compared to the last one. It kinda won't be a Christmas special, but at the same time, it kinda will? It's hard to explain. Though, with recent events in the main story, making a Christmas chapter now with the 'main' group would be a bit difficult, so the main group won't be included. HOWEVER, you all still need to read it because it affects the main story in a HUUUUUUUGE way. Trust me, you don't wanna miss it. The Christmas chapter is my gift to all my wonderful readers for sticking with me.

With that being said, let's get started on the first half of this chapter, The Thanksgiving part.

Chapter 14: Thanksgiving & Christmas Multiverse

Intro Music: Spider-Man 1967 Theme Song

One year ago…

F.E.A.S.T.

It was Thanksgiving time at F.E.A.S.T. and that specifically meant things were busy. Giving all these people valuable shelter was one thing, but now, actually making sure they all get terrific Thanksgiving food was another. One woman who was somehow making all of this work was no one other than May Parker, AKA Aunt May. Whenever people needed her, she was there at the blink of an eye, always being ready to help those in need.

With her job, especially on this day, she couldn't stay in one spot for long since she was moving all over the place. Whether it was helping new people find out where they could stay, cooking in the kitchen, offering valuable support and advice like she was a longtime professional therapist, people were now starting to question was there anything this woman couldn't do?

"Thank you, May," Gloria said, showing genuine smile. "I think I speak for everyone when we say we don't know what we would do without you."

Aunt May would form a smile of her own, replying, "Oh, you're just exaggerating. I'm only one person." Even with praise, she remained humble.

"I'm going to have to agree with Gloria on this one." Martin Li spoke, who was the founder of F.E.A.S.T. "I can't count the amount of times you've helped us all, and it's inspired us to do the same for others." he complimented, admiring the amount of work she's done. "However, it is Thanksgiving. I'll be honest and say I feel bad because you're working on this day, when it should be spent spending time with your family at home." he said, sighing a bit as he looked around. Peter Parker was here on Thanksgiving as well, trying to do the best he could by helping everyone.

Aunt May would give a disagreeing nod. "Martin, don't worry about that." she told him honestly. "I consider all of you to be family, and the absolute best thing I can do for my family is to make sure they all have a great Thanksgiving." After her statement, Martin couldn't help but to smile, along with Gloria who was already smiling.

Meanwhile, with Peter, he had a plan to help out his Aunt May. He made multiple phone calls to his closest friends, Harry, Gwen, and Miles. Peter told them what the deal was, and once they understood what they needed to do, they all jumped at the chance to help Aunt May at F.E.A.S.T. because she's always been there for them.

To go along with this, Norman Osborn, Captain Stacy, along with Officer Jefferson Davis and Rio Morales decided to help out as well.

"And they should be showing up about… now." Peter told himself, looking at the clock, and the door would open revealing everyone. A wide grin appeared on Peter's face at the sight of seeing all his friends and their parents show up to help. "Great, you guys made it!" he happily exclaimed. "Words can't describe how much I love you guys for this."

"Oh come on, man, don't get all mushy on us." Harry said, lightly patting Peter on the back.

"Aunt May has always been there for us, so it's only right we do the same for her." Gwen added, smiling.

Miles would agree. "I share Gwen's same thoughts. The only question I have is what in the world do we do?"

"Don't worry, I'm sure Mr. Li will have no problem in finding something for you guys to do." Peter assured them, still looking at the entire group. "Captain Stacy, Officer Davis, Mrs. Morales, and Mr. Osborn, thank you for showing up too. It means a lot."

"Anything we can do to help, son." Captain Stacy told Peter, giving him a nod.

"F.E.A.S.T. is nothing short of incredible, so it's a pleasure to be here." Jefferson Davis said, as his wife Rio would agree.

"Thanksgiving should be spent with family. You and May have always been family from the very beginning." Rio told Peter.

"Well, they took all the things I was going to say," Norman brought up, joking a bit which caused the group to share a small chuckle. "So, the best thing I can say is this." To show what he was talking about, Norman extended his arms to show them what he brought to help out. "I picked up a fruitcake."

"Anything and everything helps, Mr. Osborn." Peter replied. Though, it wouldn't take much longer for Aunt May to show up, wondering what Peter was doing.

"Peter, what are you-" But before Aunt May could finish her sentence, she saw all the people Peter had called. "Oh my goodness! I wasn't expecting all of you to be here today!"

"Pete said you and F.E.A.S.T. needed help, so that's what we're here to do." responded Miles, as Aunt May would bring them all in for a group hug. This was the first Thanksgiving she and Peter would spend without Ben, so everyone else deciding to show up and help was a big deal to her. In a way, she almost had to keep herself from crying, but she remained strong.

While she was holding back her tears, there was a silence that would occur among all of them. Everyone knew this was the first Thanksgiving Ben wouldn't be here for, so it wouldn't take them too long to connect the dots.

"Thank you… all of you." Aunt May managed to say, wiping a tear away from her face as she tried to get herself together. She would show an appreciative and sweet smile. "I'm so thankful for all of you."

A touching moment that all of them would share together. After Aunt May thanked them all, something… odd would happen.

Gloria would come right to the front doors, her eyes widening at the sight. "Uh, May?" she began, waving her hand to get her attention. "You might wanna see this."

Aunt May tilted her head, wondering what Gloria was trying to show her. When she went to the front doors, what she saw would shock her. There was a large amount of Thanksgiving food on a cart, large enough to help feed a lot of the people at F.E.A.S.T. But it was so odd. Where in the world did this food come from? Was it a Thanksgiving miracle that came outta the sky or something?

Not saying it wasn't appreciated, but it was weird nonetheless.

"How strange… There's nobody here." commented Aunt May, looking to see if there was anyone who dropped off this cart of Thanksgiving food, but there was nobody in sight.

Hours later…

BGM: Macy Gray – My Nutmeg Phantasy

Peter was now on Spider-Man patrol, perched on top of a building as he watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. And to his surprise, there was actually a balloon of him floating across the street, which put the biggest smile on his face under his mask.

"They love me!" Spidey said, trying to take it all in. Man, if only he could see himself a year from now, but that's neither the here nor there. He's only been Spider-Man for a short amount of time at this point, but yet he's made such a name for himself by doing so much good in New York. It was cool to see.

As he was watching the parade, he would be greeted by a certain friend on the rooftop.

"Enjoying the parade, Spider?"

No one other than Black Cat.

Spidey turned around, being surprised to see her. "Cat? What are you doing here?"

"Oh, you know, enjoying the parade much like you are, while also trying to rest up a bit after helping some people." Black Cat casually replied, making Spider-Man tilt his head.

"Wait, you actually helped some people out of the goodness of your heart without me telling you to do it?!" Spidey exclaimed, putting his hand on his chest, acting like he didn't know how to take this news. Although, it was clear he was overexaggerating. "I'm shocked, shocked I say!"

Black Cat rolled her eyes, but playfully punched Spidey's shoulder. "Oh, shut up. Now I regret ever telling you."

"But now you have to tell me more!" Spidey insisted, not letting this topic drop so easily. "What did you do to help exactly?"

Black Cat shrugged. "Gave some Thanksgiving food to the people at F.E.A.S.T. Should be enough to feed a lot of them." she casually said, as Spidey's eyes would widen. Now he knows how that Thanksgiving food got to F.E.A.S.T.

"Wait, really?" Spider-Man replied, as hints of joy could be heard in his voice. "Cat, that's great! That's a really good thing you did!" he complimented, but then he had to think about it some more. There was a question that needed to be answered. "Wait…" he started off, now never taking his eyes off her. "All this food you say you got, how did you get it?"

"Stole it from Fisk." Black Cat quickly replied, not seeing anything wrong with what she did.

"Cat!" Spidey exclaimed.

"What? I don't see the issue here." Black Cat honestly replied. "You know how rich he is? He can get a full course Thanksgiving meal whenever he wants with all the chefs he has at his disposal. The people at F.E.A.S.T. are way less fortunate." she pointed out. This made Spider-Man sigh deeply, not sure how to reply to this at all.

After shaking his head, he just gave up. In a way, Black Cat did have a point, but it still wasn't right to steal. "Well, at least your heart's in the right place…" he managed to say, breaking the silence. Black Cat would grin in victory.

"Agreeing with me would save you a lot of trouble, Spider." Black Cat told him, putting her arm on his shoulder as they watched the Thanksgiving parade. "I gotta say, though, I'm thankful for you. Not sure I would've done what I did if you weren't in my life. I'd be lying if I said giving those people food didn't feel good."

Spidey gave an approving nod. "I'm only a motivator, but I know there's a lot of good in you. You wouldn't have done what you did if there wasn't any good in you at all." he told her, giving the girl credit.

"I wouldn't go that far, but it is nice to hear you say that." Black Cat replied, turning to Spidey as a smirk would form on her face, as her tone would also change into something more seductive. "But do you know what else would be nice right now?"

"I'm scared to ask." Spider-Man said, taking note of Black Cat's change in tone which made her laugh.

"Don't be." she replied, slowly lifting Spider-Man's mask to where it only revealed his mouth. In mere moments, the two would engage in a kiss, as the Thanksgiving Day Parade going on in the background seemed to be a perfect event for the occasion.

CHRISTMAS TIME

EARTH-199999

BGM: Michael Giacchino – Spider-Man: Homecoming Intro

Two heroes would be fighting each other on a train, and the cause of this would be due to both heroes having different opinions on how something should be done. One was a master sorcerer, or you could call him a Sorcerer Supreme.

Dr. Stephen Strange.

And he was fighting against no one other than your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.

"That spell gets loose, they're all coming here!" Dr. Strange yelled at Spider-Man, who was carrying a cube of some sorts that was currently keeping things together. "Don't do this."

Spidey would get into his fighting stance, clearly not backing down. "I have to try!"

Dr. Strange gritted his teeth out of annoyance, hoping this situation would have dissolved peacefully, but now he realizes the only thing he can do is take the cube away from Spider-Man by force.

They would leap at each other, striking one another, and soon, a bright light would appear, putting the whole multiverse into madness as rifts would form in the sky.

…..

"Hello, Peter."

"You knew this was coming, Pete!"

"Hey, Parker."

"You're not gonna take this away from me!"

"What does it matter to you anyway?!"

"You're a fraud, Spider-Man!"

"If I knew who he was, he'd already be dead."

"Spider-Man's real name is Peter Parker!"

"Ooh, look! Spider-Man is back!"

"Peter… You're struggling… to have everyyyyything you want… While the world tries to make you choose."

*RIFT*

*STATIC*

In Another Universe…

EARTH-120703

BGM: James Horner – The Amazing Spider-Man Theme

"Peter… I know things have been difficult lately… and I'm sorry about that. I think I know what you're feeling."

"Ever since you were a little boy, you've been living with so many unresolved things. Well, take it from an old man. Those things send us down a road... they make us who we are. And if anyone's destined for greatness, it's you, son."

"You owe the world your gifts. You just have to figure out how to use them and know that wherever they take you, we'll always be here."

"So, come on home, Peter. You're my hero... and I love you!"

*RIFT*

*STATIC*

"It's easy to feel hopeful on a beautiful day like today, but there will be dark days ahead of us too. There will be days where you feel all alone, and that's when hope is needed most."

"No matter how buried it gets, or how lost you feel, you must promise me that you will hold on to hope. Keep it alive. We have to be greater than what we suffer."

"My wish for you is to become hope; people need that. And even if we fail, what better way is there to live?"

"As we look around here today, at all of the people who helped make us who we are, I know it feels like we're saying goodbye, but we will carry a piece of each other into everything that we do next, to remind us of who we are, and of who we're meant to be."

It was hard to move on, that much was true.

Losing your parents, your uncle who was essentially your father figure, your girlfriend's father, and finally your girlfriend… Peter Parker's life, no matter the universe, never seemed to be easy.

Today, he was doing the same thing he did every day ever since he failed to save the love of his life, Gwen Stacy. There wasn't a day that passed by where he didn't visit her grave, talking to her, saying sorry multiple times, telling her how much he loves her and will continue to love her for the rest of his life.

Guilt would never leave him.

He was supposed to keep Gwen out of this superhero nonsense, that was the promise he made to Captain Stacy before he sacrificed himself fighting the Lizard, AKA Dr. Curtis Connors.

Ultimately, he didn't follow through with keeping that promise, and now we're here today.

"I miss you, Gwen," Peter said in a somber, low tone. "I'm sorry."

As he told his love that he was sorry, which was one of the many times, something odd started to happen in the sky. An actual, multiversal rift was happening, as it seemed like the sky itself started to separate.

BGM: Hans Zimmer – The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Theme

Quite frankly, Peter didn't know what was going on, but if the sky is literally separating, then it probably wasn't good.

"No place like home." he told himself, putting on his red and blue Spider-Man costume, swinging towards the sky to find out what was happening.

And then he was gone.

*RIFT*

BGM: Danny Elfman – Spider-Man 2002 Main Titles Theme

"Who am I?"

"You sure you wanna know?"

"The story of my life is not for the faint of heart."

"If somebody said it was a happy little tale... if somebody told you I was just your average ordinary guy, not a care in the world... somebody lied."

Another Spider-Man was swinging through New York at high speeds, seeing the rift in the sky starting to form. His longtime girlfriend Mary Jane Watson was being sucked into the rift, letting out a cry for help as she was powerless to stop this from happening.

"Hold on, Mary Jane!" Peter shouted, picking up his speed as both he and Mary Jane got sucked into the rift, as more static would follow.

All three Spider-Men would get transported into a different universe, along with their villains.

This will be fun.

END OF CHAPTER 14: THANKSGIVING & CHRISTMAS MULTIVERSE

Author's Note: Like I said, this is my Christmas gift to all my readers. Just in case anyone needs any confirmation on who's confirmed into this story, let's go down the list. Sam Raimi's Green Goblin, Sam Raimi's Doc Ock, Sam Raimi's New Goblin, Sam Raimi's Sandman, Sam Raimi's Venom, Marc Webb's Lizard, Marc Webb's Electro, Marc Webb's Green Goblin, Marc Webb's Rhino, Jon Watts' Vulture, and Jon Watts' Mysterio, and MCU Doctor Strange.

And finally, for the three you've been waiting for, Tom Holland's Spider-Man is confirmed, Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man is confirmed, and Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man is confirmed to all show up in my story. Yes, I'm basically confirming that Spider-Man: No Way Home will be tied to my story, and it's going to be a multiverse of madness… eventually.

A lot of Spider-Men are showing up, but now, a lot of villains are showing up as well. Yes, I'm still taking requests on which Spider-Men will join this story, but now, for all my readers, I'm also giving you the chance to request which villains you would like to see show up. A lot of them are here already, at least the film versions, but Spidey's log of villains runs DEEP, so there's still a good amount that you can request.

So anyway, what else… The Thanksgiving half of the story was to show how important Aunt May was to everybody, and to make recent events of the last 'main' chapter sting even more. Why did I do this? I am clearly evil. Oh, and I'm also thinking about making a Guardians of the Galaxy fanfic that's mostly based on the game that released this year. Seriously, it's so good, especially the story. It won best narrative at The Game Awards for a reason, so let me know if you want to see that. Uhhh, what else? I'm thinking about adding a Halloween chapter. Like, you know, ACTUALLY making a Halloween chapter instead of some goofy interview. All I would have to do is edit the previous chapter. I know it would be super late, but I have some ideas for a Spidey & Black Cat centric Halloween adventure, so if you guys want it, let me know. To go along with this, I'm also thinking about doing a Q&A type thing where you can ask Peter, Felicia, Miles, Gwen, Harry, MJ, and the rest of the cast questions and they would answer you. It would be like a side series. If you guys wanna see it, then I'll do it.

Finally, as always, if you guys like what you read, LEAVE A FOLLOW AND A FAVORITE! DON'T FORGET TO READ AND REVIEW! See ya guys next time, because now I'm locking myself in my room until the Spider-Man: No Way Home Premiere. Actually, isn't today the world premiere? Well, happy Spider-Man: No Way Home World Premiere!

THE MAIN STORY WILL CONTINUE IN…

CHAPTER 15: AFTERMATH
