Jaune was currently sitting at Junior's bar, with a wooden wine box. He was wearing a dark blue jacket with orange lining, a gray shirt, and a pumpkin pete hat. After a few minutes of waiting, Junior walked over to him.

"Well, I guess you're his partner?" Jaune nodded in response. "I don't believe we were properly introduced. I'm Junior."

"Arcadia, Heisenberg's assistant."

"Well then, Arcadia, do you have what we agreed on?"

"Do you?"

Junior grabs something from under the counter and puts it on the table. It's a brown paper bag. Jaune snatches and opens it. Inside, there are an assortment of blue, white, and green lien in stacks, each worth 20, 50, and 100 lien respectively.

"75,820, I believe that is the correct amount for 2 pounds."

"That's right," Jaune said as he was counting the lien. After a minute, he looked back up at Junior. "It's all here. We will have another batch ready by next week. Until then, take care." Jaune hands the wine box over to Junior before leaving. Junior, who opens the box, see's 2 pounds of methamphetamine. He puts it under the counter to deal with later.

As Jaune is heading towards the door, he sees a familiar set of golden hair. Jaune turns right and into a booth. He looks over, seeing Yang and a guy with blue hair knock past Junior's goons and start to make their way closer to an unaware Junior.

Junior walks out from the bar, confused. "What are you two idiots doing?!" He looks over to where his goons were and sees Yang.

"Guess who's back!" Yang said as she smiled and posed. Eight guns are trained on her face with an equal number of angry Henchmen behind them. From what Jaune could see, she wasn't phased. She was just staring at the recording studio where the track is messing up until the frightened bear-headed DJ takes the needle off the record and retreats under the table. The blue haired guy said something to Yang in her ear. Meanwhile, Junior was making his way to them, in a somewhat quickened pace.

"Stop, stop! Nobody fire!" He said, stumbling past a mass of his goons before straightening his tie. "Blondie, you're here! ...Why?"

She said something to him before grabbing Junior by the arm and dragging him to the bar through the hired guns. At this point, they seemed occupied. Jaune crouched, carefully and quietly making his way to the door. Every so often, he would look back to the bar, making sure that Yang did not turn around. After about a minute, he made it to the door. Jaune stood up, opened the door and left. Jaune walked until he was a good few blocks away from the club, then pulled out his scroll to call Mr. White.

"Did you do it?"

"Yeah."

"Did you count the money?

"Yes, there is 75,280 lien, the exact number we agreed that was our cut."

"Alright then, I'll see you later." Then, the call ended. In the distance, Jaune could hear the sounds of a mechanical running. Looking back, he saw a blonde monkey faunus and Blake running from a giant robot.

Jaune froze, his mind racing. His eyes searched for a place to get out of the path, but realized that it was too late. He soon also started running, with the duffel bag in tow. Eventually, Blake and the man caught up with him.

"Jaune? What are you doing here!?" Blake said in a surprised tone.

"Running from the mech, same as you." Jaune said, before turning to the blonde faunus. "And you are…?"

"Sun Wukong."

"Nice to meet you."

"I'm Jaune." He said before turning his attention to both of them. "So… Do you mind telling me how you guys got to this situation?"

"Later. Roman is still on our tail." Blake said.

"Wait, Torchwick is piloting the mech?" Jaune asked.

"Yeah." Blake said. She then looked ahead and her eyes widened. "We're gonna have to jump."

Jaune looked ahead and saw the road ending, and ahead of them was the highway. Jaune, afraid he would be squished by the mech, ran as fast as he could before jumping off the balcony with Sun and Blake. As they fell onto the highway, Jaune screamed.

Walter was driving on the highway, he had to gather some equipment from the other side of town. The radio was playing some weird music. SInce he showed up in this world, he hasn't found music that was, by his standards, actually good. After a few minutes of driving, he heard a thump on his car. Looking out of the window, and up on his roof, he saw none other than Jaune.

"Jaune, what are you doing here?"

Jaune looked down at Walter and then to the back of his car. His expression turned to horror. "I'll tell you later. Right now, you need to punch it."

Walter looked back and saw a giant mech on the highway. Walter slammed on the gas pedal, his car revving faster. As he looked in the rearview mirror, he saw that the mech was getting closer. He was swerving past car after car. Looking ahead, he sees Sun and Blake, jumping from car to car. Sun then turned around and seemed to summon two duplicates. Walter looked back again and found the mech was right on him.

CRASH

The car went flying off the road. In the air he heard 2 thumps against the car, along with two screams of pain. Walter's head was spinning. Everything in the car was flying around in it. Walter, slowly regaining composure, opened the car door and unbuckled his seatbelt. Walter was flung out of the car, seeing Jaune, Sun, and Neptune flailing about in the air. The duffel bag was in free fall, in between Jaune and Sun. Walter then looked down, seeing the ground rapidly approaching. Walter, in an attempt to mitigate some of the pain he would feel, tried to orient his body in a way to where he would land safely. After a few seconds, his feet met the cement ground and his landing immediately fell apart. Fortunately, little pain came, as his aura blocked most of it.

"Right, aura. Forgot it does that."

Walter looked around, and saw his students groaning on the ground, his car crushed, and the duffel bag next to Jaune. Walter made his way over to the car and used his semblance to revert it to its base compounds. Then, he walked over to each of the young men and helped them up.

"*groan* thanks Mr. White." Said Jaune.

"Why were you guys fighting a mech on the highway?" Walter asked

"Well, that's a long story." Sun said.

Walter looked around, "We have time."

"Alright." Sun said. "Let's talk about it over a meal. I know a noodle stand close to here."

"Sure."

Walter and company were sitting at a noodle stand. The man running the stand was old and a bit short. Walter turned to Sun, who was slurping down his noodles.

"So, why was a mech chasing you?"

"Well, here's how it started."

Flashback

"This is it." Blake said. She looked around the corner, spotting the entrance guarded by a bearded man.

"You sure?" Sun said as Blake glares at him and starts moving towards the entrance while unfastening her bow. Sun looked back at the way they came, and then back at Blake's trailing figure. "Y'know, I'm just gonna take your word for it."

The two walk inside the building to a hallway filled with cases. "New recruits, keep to the right!" a man announced to the crowd as the duo followed suit. In the cases were half masks, colored red and white.

"I don't get it." Sun said, holding out a half-mask in his hand. "If you believe what you're doing is right, why hide who you are?"

"The masks are a symbol." Blake said. "Humanity wanted to make monsters out of us, so we chose to don the faces of monsters."

"Grimm masks... That's kind of dark."

"So was the guy who started it." Blake said before putting her mask on and walking into the crowd.

"Always sunshine and rainbows with you…" Sun followed her lead.

The new recruits to the White Fang are moving in a line to the side of the stage, a mere few dozen compared to the hundreds of white-vested, black-hooded soldiers to their left and up above in the balconies. Blake and Sun looked around themselves when they stopped. The crowd was too dense for them to continue further. Listening to the crowd they picked up on a conversation.

"Did you hear about the incidents at one of the settlements?"

"You mean the one attacked by bandits and was destroyed by Grimm? Yeah."

"Well, here's the thing: it wasn't Grimm and bandits."

"Really?"

"Yeah, I met one of the few survivors from the twin and they said it was just two bald men with an ax."

"Oh please!" A third guy said. "Those two are an urban legend."

It's true though. People keep seeing them."

"Well, I haven't, and until I see proof of their existence, I won't believe they exist."

"Yo," a fourth guy said. "I think it's starting."

Soon after he said that, a fully-masked man with tattoos standing started speaking before the large sheet emblazoned with the bloody wolf and claw marks.

"Thank you all for coming." Said the man. "For those of you who are joining us for the first time tonight, allow me to introduce a very special comrade of ours! I can assure you, he is the key to obtaining what we have fought for for so long!"

The dark pants and brown shoes step forward before the orange tip of the Melodic Cudgel taps on the stage, revealing none other than Roman Torchwick.

"Hold on," Walter said. "You're telling me that Roman, a human, is working with the White Fang, who hate humans."

"Yeah."

"Why…?"

"I'm getting there."

The crowd starts protesting, acting scornful at the notion of working with a human.

"Thank you, thank you!" Roman says as he waved As he spoke, A short girl with pink and brown hair walked out from behind the sheet. "Please, hold your applause!" Roman continued.

A Faunus with antler ears in front of Blake and Sun pointed ad Roman. "What's a human doing here?!"

"I'm glad you asked, 'Deerie'! Now, I'll be the first to admit, humans... are the worst." Roman said with a prideful tone as he pointed to himself. "Case in point. So, I understand why you would like to see us all locked away, or, better yet, killed!"

Sun leaned over to Blake "So, is he going somewhere with this?" Blake didn't answer, her eyes were fixated on Roman.

"But, before the claws come out, I'd like to mention the fact that you and I all have a common enemy: the ones in control, the people pulling the strings, the dirty, rotten humans that run our kingdoms!" The crowd slowed down their chanting, their attitude started to change, and they started agreeing with him. "Government, military, even the schools: they're all to blame for your lot in life! And they're all pests that need to be dealt with! Fortunately, I'm the best exterminator around... No offense to any rodents in the room."

With a snap of the fingers, the curtain falls, and the whole mass of Faunus, save for Blake and Sun, roar with applause and cheer, revealing the giant mech behind it, the mark of the White Fang painted on its shoulder.

"Whoa," Sun said. "That's a big robot…"

"How did he get that?" Blake said.

"As some of you may have heard, this right here…" Roman saint as he slaps the giant mech. "...is Atlas' newest defense against all the scary things in the world. And thanks to my 'employer', we've managed to snag a few before they, uh, 'hit the shelves'. Now, many of your brothers have already moved down to our new operation in the southeast. If you'd rather stay within the city, that's fine... But if you're truly ready to fight for what you believe in, this is the arsenal I can provide you. Any questions?" The crowd roared with applause.

Blake turned to Sun. "We should get out of here."

"Will all new recruits, please come forward!"

The line surges forward with the two having to follow "Welp…" Sun said whispering to Blake "What are we going to do?!"

"I'm thinking…"

Sun was watching Roman lean on the robot smoking his cigar and laughing with the girl beside him before he zeroes in on the two. His grin turns to a frown. "He sees us…" Sun said. Sun tried to smile and wave to stave off suspicion.

Blake looks around and notices a junction box on the wall "Well, he can't see in the dark."

With that, Blake unsheathes Gambol Shroud, transforms it into a pistol, and shoots at the box, making the lights go out for the whole building and turning the screen dark.

"Don't let them get away!" Roman shouted

"Sun!" Blake said "The window!"

Blake and Sun start making a mad dash for the window. The two student Huntsmen crash through the window and start running as fast as they , suddenly, the Altesian Paladin crashes through the wall of the building in pursuit of the runaways, who leap off of a car and manage to get on the roofs. The Paladin follows beside them on the street as Blake and Sun run, jump, and flip from rooftop to rooftop. Eventually however, the buildings were too tall to hop and climb on.

"Shortly after that, we ran into Jaune and then had the whole highway fiasco." Sun said.

Huh." Walter said. "That's interesting. You do realize that what you did is illegal, doing huntsman work without a license."

"Yeah, but I don't think you'll report us. After all, it's not like we fought the Paladin."

"Fair." Walter said, taking a mouthful of noodles afterwards. After he finished it, he realized something. "Wait, what happened to team RWBY."

"Oh yeah," Neptune said. "They're probably fighting the mech."

Jaune chimed in. "Shouldn't we help them?"

"Nah." Sun said. "I think they'll be fine."

The four then sat there, eating their noodles. They didn't speak for the rest of the time they were there. Afterwards, they parted ways. Walter slowly made his way to the bullhead pad, Sun and Neptune went to meet up with team RWBY, and Jaune went to his house, where he decided to hide the money for the time being. Jaune then went to sit down on the couch, exhausted after the events that occurred.
