Akira's POV
"Hey! You slipped the first time you jump. I thought we're gonna die-dattebayo!" Naruto said frowning
"We're still alive don't worry too much," I said chuckling
"Ahh, no, no my heart dropped that time-dattebayo" He said sitting up, making my head fall from his shoulder. I just chuckle at him.
"You know what I'm going inside-dattebayo" He said standing up, still with a frown.
"...Wait..." I said standing up to catch up to him.
"You scream like a girl that time, You also wake up the whole village" I said teasing him.
"It's entirely your fault-dattebayo" He said, a blush on his face
"Why so red" I teased him again
"You know what, I hate you-dattebayo" He said walking faster
"I'm glad we share the same feeling" I said also walking faster, chuckling again. His frown got worse, but he didn't talk again, keeping his annoyed look.
(He looks funny) I thought as I stop chuckling
We both stop once we are at the door
"Open it Akira" He demanded. My eyebrow twitch at that
"Hai! Naruto-sama" I said opening the door slowly. I peek inside and open it completely, seeing the lights are already off.
"Here you go, Naruto-sama" I said bowing, moving aside to let him in. His eyebrow twitch at my actions
"Stop that, Akira-ttebayo" He said walking inside. I follow him and locked the door
"Okay..." I said putting my hands in my pocket.
"Ahh, mo, I'm tired" I said yawning and stretching.
"Well, me too, going to sleep-dattebayo" He said also yawning. We quietly walk upstairs and walk to our respective room
"night, Akira-ttebayo" He said as he open their door quietly
"Night" I said waving my hand at him. I wait for him to enter their room before opening our door
"here we go..." I whispered, slowly opening our door. I tiptoed as I walk inside, slowly closing the door
"Maybe I could actually sleep with them" I mutter planning to open the door again
I hear a sigh making me quickly turn around.
"Ohh, you're awake" I said looking at him, holding an orange book. I deadpan seeing the same book.
(Doesn't he get tired of it)
"Don't tell me you're just gonna stand there. Don't you want to sleep" Sensei said making me walk towards my futon, which is already fixed
"Thank you" I said pulling the futon away from his futon. Once it's arm's length away from him. I remove my jacket and cover myself with the blanket.
"What?" I said after a few seconds, turning to him, when I still feel him staring at me. He didn't say anything and look back at his book, making my brow twitch.
(Man, I'm just gonna sleep) I thought, turning my back on him again and closing my eyes.
"Goodnight, Akira" I heard him say, I just hum, too tired to reply.

"Naruto..." I whispered shaking him slightly. He groaned and turn his back to me
"Naruto!" I said, louder this time. He groaned again and put the blanket over his face.
"5 more minutes..." He grumbled, shoving my hands away
"Channaro! We've been waking him up for ages" Sakura said cross arms. I sighed and tried to wake him up again
"We'll just gonna leave him here" Sensei said making me stop shaking Naruto. I looked up at him and nodded, standing up.
"Well, I tried my best" I said shrugging. My eyebrow twitch when Naruto change his position making the blanket tangled with his feet, mouth open snoring slightly.
"We should leave Tazuna-san is waiting for us outside," Sensei said putting his hands in his pocket. We nodded as we started to leave the room leaving Naruto
"Oh, we're the blonde kid" Tazuna-san said.
"He's still sleeping" I said, sighing.
"I see, then we should leave" Tazuna-san said fixing the towel on his neck
"Okay, then! I leave Naruto in your hands. Because he's used his body to the limit... I don't think he'll be able to move today" Kakashi-sensei said to Tsunami-san.
Tsunami-san glanced at me then looks at Sensei again "Are you both sure you're feeling all right?"
"Yes, somehow" Sensei chuckled. Tsunami-san looked at me, concerned
"Ehh, I'm actually feeling all right, I told you I'm a fast recoverer" I said jokingly.
"I see..." Tsunami-san said with a smile
"We'll be going!" Tazuna-san said waving his hand. Tsunami-san nodded and after that, we started to walk away.

"W-What the heck is this?!" Tazuna-san shouts. We all look around, the workers are on the ground knock out, and some are still conscious but hurt making them not be able to stand up or make any unnecessary movement.
"What is going on? What's happened?" Tazuna-san ask, frantic
We all get alert when a thick mist surrounded the area.
(Man, this is too early) I thought, looking around, readying a kunai
"Sasuke! Sakura! Akira! They're coming!" Sensei said as he positioned in front of us. We also positioned surrounding Tazuna-san.
(So, he's really alive. Tch...)
"Say, Kakashi Sensei. This is his... Hidden Mist Jutsu, right?!" Sakura asked
Sensei hums " Be alert!" He said as the mist becomes thicker.
"Sorry to have kept you waiting, Kakashi. I see you've got those brats with you as always. he's still trembling. Poor thing." The familiar voice said. Suddenly, many Zabuza appears in front of us.
(Water clone, huh)
"I'm trembling with... excitement" Sasuke said with a mocking tone
"Do it, Sasuke" I heard Sensei say. As Zabuza's clone was about to move, they suddenly burst turning into water, I can't help but smirk.
(nhn, not bad) I look where Sasuke is, him having a determined look.
"Well, well. So he could see the Water Clones, eh. That brat's grown quite a bit." Zabuza said mockingly.
"This means a rival has emerged, Haku" He said as a masked person stands beside him.
"tch..." I mutter seeing the same mask who pretended to be a tracker Ninja.
"So it seems." The masked ninja said.
(Well, this will be fun...) I thought as we all stood there as if examining each other strengths and abilities.
"Well, well... It seems my prediction was right on the money." Sensei said looking bored
"That little mask..." Sensei added
"Oh!" Sakura said shocked
(Damn, she didn't recognize the mask right away) I thought sweatdropping
"I knew it...Heh!" Sasuke said
"No matter how you look at him, he's gotta be a comrade of Zabuza. Standing together with him and all..." Sensei explained
"How dare he show up like that after what he did!" Sakura said annoyed
(Why can't we just start, there's so much talking) I thought sighing
"I hate brats who think they're so cool..." Sensei said
"He's better than you, Kakashi-sensei" Sakura commented, making me chuckle. Sensei looked at my direction, I quickly drop my smile and keep a poker face.
"Oh...really" Sensei said sweatdropping.
Sasuke suddenly speaks getting our attention "I'll do it. With his bad acting... I hate brats who think they're so cool!" Sasuke said, Sakura complemented him making Sensei's shoulder drop.
"Damn..." I whispered, trying not to laugh.
"He's an impressive youth. Even though those Water Clones have only 1/10th the strength of their original... To think he went that well" The masked ninja named Haku said
"However, you made the preemptive move. Go!" Zabuza said,
(What do they mean by that...) I thought, tightening my hold on Kunai.
"What?!" Sasuke said shocked, as the masked ninja go toward Sasuke with an incredible speed.
"Fast..." I mutter as Sasuke deflected the senbon with his Kunai.
"Sakura, Akira surround Tazuna, and don't move away from me. Let Sasuke handle him!" Sensei said, making me frown.
"Tch...what do you mean by that, we can't let Sasuke handle him by himself" I protest.
"Akira, listen to me, just stay here with me" He said sternly, standing in front of us as a shield.
"For the time being, I will," I responded, positioning myself next to Sakura." However, if something goes wrong, don't expect me to just stay here." Sensei looked at me, with troubled eyes
(I'm sorry, but I won't just stand here if he can't manage it himself) I thought to myself as I stared at him as if promising to do what I said.
Third Person's POV
The clanging of metals can be heard, as Sasuke and the Masked Ninja continue to fight.
"I don't want to have to kill you..." The Masked Ninja said, sincerity clear in his voice.
"I'd like for you to back down." He continued
Sasuke just smirk at him "Nonsense..."
"I knew it. But you won't be able to keep up with my speed. Also, I've already made two preemptive moves" Haku said, making all of them confused.
"The first one is the scattered water. And the second one was blocking one of your hands..." He said as he formed a seal using one hand.
Sasuke looked at him shocked.
Kakashi stared horrified seeing the masked ninja, do one-handed Sign.
Akira just stares at the scene, her posture becoming tense by the seconds that is passing.
The masked ninja forms the final hand sign "A Thousand Needles of Death!" He said as he stamp his foot on the ground, making the water rise and formed into senbon.
Sasuke closed his eyes as he concentrates, remembering their chakra training. He builds chakra on his feet and quickly released it, causing him to be pushed to the side, as the water senbon hit the ground. He quickly throws shuriken towards their enemy, but the masked ninja just easily avoids it.
"You're surprisingly stupid...from here on...you'll only defend my attack!" Sasuke said appearing behind the masked ninja. Their fight continues as their teammates watch the scene intensely.
The masked Ninja got kicked on his head making him fly towards Zabuza's direction. Zabuza looked shocked by the sudden turn of events. He didn't expect Haku to lose in speed. But, they are just getting started. He looked at Sasuke.
"It seems that I'm faster than you..." Sasuke said mocking them
"I can't have you mocking our team, calling them brats...he may not look like it, but Sasuke is the number one rookie of the Village Hidden in the leaves. And Sakura is our sharpest... The other one is the number one hyperactive, knuckled-head ninja, Naruto Uzumaki. Lastly, Akira... Well, she's just Akira, but I know she can do something unexpected, she's Naruto's partner in crime after all" Kakashi said glancing at Akira.
"Wow, that's really an amazing comment" Akira said, putting her hand on her waist.
Zabuza stares at them for a few seconds, before he looked down and chuckles.
"Haku, do you know what this means? at this rate, you'll be defeated by your intended victim..." Zabuza said as the masked ninja stands up
"yes... It's unfortunate..." Haku said, as he releases chakra. The air temperature changes making all of them become alert again. Haku formed a hand sign, as ice mirror appear all around Sasuke.
"Hidden Jutsu! Crystal Ice Mirrors!" Haku said as he entered the mirror. The mirror reflects his appearance.
Akira looked at the scene shocked. She may be a brainy-brainy but what the hell is that... She looked at Sasuke worriedly. She takes a glance at their Sensei for an answer, but instead, Kakashi also looked at the Jutsu confused.
Kakashi suddenly run towards where Sasuke is but Zabuza appeared in front of him, making him stop immediately.
"I'm your opponent, aren't I? Since that Jutsu has appeared... he's done for" Zabuza said with a smirk.
"Now then... I'll start. I shall show you my true speed!"They heard the masked ninja said, making them look at their direction. Haku attacked Sasuke with an amazing speed, with just a few seconds Sasuke appeared with wounds on his body.
"Sasuke!" Kakashi yelled. Sasuke shouts with all the attacks he's taking, blood pouring from all of his wound.
Akira looked at the scene horrified. She can't just stand there. She tightened her hold on her kunai. What could she possibly do? She needed to go there and help Sasuke.
"If you make a move, I'll kill those three!" Zabuza said to Kakashi. Kakashi glanced at them. That's true if he goes to Sasuke, they will be in danger. Kakashi tensed when he meets Akira's eyes, purple eyes looking at him intensely. Kakashi stares at her, troubled. No, he can't let Akira go there...
"Ahhh!" Sasuke shouts again, making him tense more. He glances back at Sasuke seeing him covered with wounds, and not being able to stand up properly.
Kakashi averts his eyes again to Akira. Akira is just looking at him, waiting for something. He can't let her... He sighed, and looked back at Zabuza, with a final decision.
"Like I told you...she can do something unexpected" Kakashi said, making Zabuza confused
"Who?" Zabuza said with furrowed eyebrows
Kakashi takes a quick glance in Akira's direction. Akira took that as a sign as she closed her eyes and concentrate.
"Akira..." Sakura said as she sees Akira's posture change, more relaxed. Akira builds chakra. She needed to attack outside, she may not be that fast but she hoped this will do. She opens her eyes and vanished from her position, shocking them.
"She disappeared..." Zabuza said startled. The breaking of mirror can be heard.
Akira appeared outside of the ice mirrors and tries to break it with her kunai. She just needed to move faster and focus. Haku stopped from his attack seeing Akira tries to break the ice mirror, he quickly made a hand sign to restore the crack on the mirror. Akira looked at the regenerating glass, observing it. Akira moved again faster this time and attempted to break the mirror. He may regenerate the mirrors, but his chakra will deplete. Sasuke took that as a chance to form hand seals.[Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger.] "Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu!" Sasuke said as he releases fire through his mouth, attacking from the inside.
The other just stares at the fight, worriedly.
"Do you think you can just defeat Haku like that?" Zabuza said making Kakashi look at him intensely. The breaking of glass stops and a loud thump can be heard on Sasuke and Akira's direction.
The masked ninja suddenly appear in front of Akira holding her hand that was about to hit the ice mirror again.
"I didn't know you were that fast, but... you will not defeat me just like that" The masked ninja said as he disappear into the ice mirror. Akira looked around in an attempt to find him
"behind" She mutters as the masked ninja appears behind her not giving her enough time to defend herself. The masked ninja kicked her on her stomach making her fly inside the ice mirror.
"Akira" Sasuke said catching her, making them both fall with a thump.
"Damn it, it didn't work," Akira said holding on to her stomach, wiping the blood from the corner of her mouth.
"We can't both attack from the inside we needed someone from the outside" Sasuke said, making Akira nod.
"That's if you can go outside, now that there's no one interfering..." The masked ninja said entering the ice mirror again. He readies a senbon and throws at them continuously
"Ahh!" They both said covering their head.
Sasuke! Akira!. Kakashi thought looking at them. He needed to go there. He takes a step forward but Zabuza stops him again.
"Kakashi, you must have forgot..." Zabuza said smirking at him, making him annoyed.
"The brat might be fast, but Haku is still faster than her" Zabuza continued looking at Akira who is now trying to deflect the senbon with a kunai, but most of them still hit her.
"She may have a fast reaction but, she still will not be able to see and keep up with Haku" Zabuza said, making Kakashi more frustrated. Kakashi looked at them, his fist clenching. Something inside him boils seeing Akira, slowly be covered with blood.
"Akira! Sasuke-kun!" Sakura's shout can be heard. Kakashi looks at Tazuna-san and Sakura's direction. Sakura suddenly runs forward with a kunai, shocking him.
"Sakura!" Kakashi shout. Sakura ignored him and continue to run forward. She jumps and throws a kunai at Sasuke and Akira's direction
"Take this!" She shouts getting their attention. Sasuke and Akira waited for the kunai but it was stopped by the Masked Ninja. They both collapsed to their knee, breathing hard.
"Tch..." Akira mutters. One of them needed to go outside. Akira perked up sensing his chakra. Naruto...
A shuriken flew towards the Masked Ninja's face, making a slit on the masked and making him fall outside the mirror.
A burst of smoke gets all of their attention. Such an explosive appearance... Akira looked at the smoke, eyebrow twitching, Forgetting about all of her wounds, all of a sudden.
"Baka..." Sasuke and Akira mutter at the same time. They both sigh as they attempted to sit up.
"The number one hyperactive, knucklehead ninja..." Haku said as he stands up.
"Uzumaki Naruto...is finally here!" Naruto exclaims, posing with two fingers up: middle and index fingers. Akira just stare at him dumbfounded. She didn't know if she should be happy and laugh at a time like this or be afraid for Naruto.
