Braig's Point of View

That was my first time meeting Jessica. I realized that she must have run off because of the combination of Xehanort and Terra. It must have been hard on that kid. She had no idea what was happening. When I found out Xehanort had lost his memory, it was such a drag. I knew I'd have to try to help him remember. The only question was how to go about it. I had more pressing things to think about, like Jessica. I entered Ansem's study. "Hey Ansem, I wanna check the new kid out. Is that alright with you?" I asked.

"Very well. Why don't you take her and Ienzo outside to play? Jessica hasn't been out of her room for a while, and none of us have had the time to watch them lately," He answered.

"Me? A babysitter? That wasn't really what I meant," I tried.

"If you have time to pester me about such trivial matters, you obviously have time to watch the children," Ansem replied.

"Fine," I grumbled.

As I made my way to Jessica's room, I bumped into Ienzo. He's so small, I didn't even see him, and he didn't see me because he had his nose in a book. "When are you going to stop having your head in the book and start living in the real world, little man?" I chided.

"Sorry," He apologized.

"It was actually convenient that I ran into you. Ansem wants me to take you and Jessica outside to play," I informed. Ienzo's face lit up in a huge grin. I had never seen him look so happy. We walk to Jessica's room with Ienzo skipping all the way. That was the first time I had seen Ienzo skip. I wondered how Jessica made that much of a change in him. I knocked on Jessica's door, and she answered it. "Hey, Bun Head, I'm gonna take you outside to play."

She rolled her eyes. I take it she didn't like the nickname. "Whatever. Are you coming too, Ienzo?" She wondered.

"Yeah. As long as you want me to, that is. Um- if you don't want me around or anything, then I don't have to or whatever." Ienzo stuttered. Poor kid. He was terribly awkward around someone new.

"Why wouldn't I want you to? We're friends." Jessica giggled.
