Sorry for not updating I have been trying to find a Beta reader and well I had writer's block. One of those problems is solved. I do try my best with the spelling and grammar my dyslexia likes to fight me on that front.

Naruto rises from his chair and heads toward his office. As he sits down at his desk Sakura places the basic contract in front of him. It was a standard one used by almost all owners in the Fire country. Narutoadds in what mods he will be adding to Hinata.
Noting the addition of some modifications made by his company and not yet released to the public. He reads it over before sending it off to Lord Hyuga for his signature and approval.
Sakura runs in "My lord apologies but it would seem Neji is attempting to get out of his room and scaring some of the house pets." Naruto lets out an annoyed sigh and rises from his desk.
"Have the house pets leave that area and have them take some time to calm down before returning to their duties. I will deal with him now." Sakura nods and heads off to round up the pets. While Naruto heads to the room holding Neji. He unlocks and opens the heavy door finding Neji attempting to braking the chains holding him.
"If you were smart you would stop now." Naruto shuts and relocked the door before walking over to Neji. Neji glares up at him the muzzle still in place. It sits tight on his pace completely covering his mouth.
Neji tries to lunge forward at Naruto who responds by backhanding him. The strike snaps Neji's head to the side and stuns him for a moment. Naruto grabs Neji's chin in a tight grip "I am going to remove the muzzle but I swear if you bite me or one of my staff the consequences will be severe."
He removes the muzzle Neji spites on Naruto once the muzzle was free from his face. Naruto's eyes narrow and flash red for a moment.

"I will be sending someone to clean you back you give them issues and I promise this punishment will be child's play." Naruto leaves the room locking it behind him. "Go find Sakura and have her come to the holding room of Itachi and Sasuke." He orders one of the guards that were placed outside the room.
"And here have someone clean this as well." Naruto hands his blood-covered belt to the guard.
Naruto walks down the hall to the room holding the pair of brothers. Entering the room and locking it behind him. The soft murmurs of the par stop as the door opens. Both watch naruto as he enters and walks over to Itachi.
"Fox traits fit you well." Naruto crouches down and gently rubs one of Itachi's ears, who leans into the touch. "Hopefully you can convince your dear brother to just behave himself. I hate having to punish him so often." Itachi remains quiet but looks over at his brother.
Naruto stands and walks over to Sasuke "Itachi if you are respectful you can speak as you wish." Naruto reaches down to touch Sasuke's ears only for the smaller male to jerk his head away.
Naruto sighs but leaves it be. "I am being used to keep him in line aren't I?" It was less of a question and more of a statement. "You are I take no pleasure in harming my pets. But after he tried to kill himself and caused harm to my staff. Well punishments to him have little effect. But threats to your safety do." Naruto looked at Itachi his tone disappointed.
"I rather it does not get to that point however my hope is you will be able to talk sense into his thick skull." As naruto speaks Sasuke glares at the floor. At that moment Sakura pokes her head into the room.
"You called My lord?" She asks "yes please have someone clean the mess that is Neji's back. Having a guard with them Neji is proving to be difficult. I do not put it past him to act out and try to harm someone." Sakura nods and shuts the door and locks it once more.
"What did he do?" Itachi asks "ohh he was attempting to escape causing enough racket to scare some of the pets assigned to clean this floor. He also spit on me as well which you know very well how much I despise such a thing." Naruto says
Itachi nods wincing slightly knowing the type of reaction that brings out in the blonde. "Now if you both behave for a week" Naruto looks down at Sasuke with an annoyed look. "You will be able to pick out your own clothing. Continued good behavior will get you moved to official rooms, not this holding one."
"You have to earn rights to be able to walk around freely and due to the fact, I don't trust you Sasuke yours and your brother's rights and privileges are tied together. If one of you fucks up you both get privileges taken away." Naruto tells the pair.
"And Neji?" Itachi asks "His actions reflect only on him. His road will be far longer it seems to be good behavior. Sakura will be the one to bring you food and water when I am not available. Sasuke knows what happens if you refuse to eat or drink for multiple days." Naruto once more gives Sasuke a look.
"You get three meals a day you won't be punished if you don't eat one or two. As long as you eat and drink that day. Harming my other pets or staff has harsh punishments other rules will be explained when they become necessary." Naruto explains the pair nods in understanding.
"Good now I have other things to attend to seeing as the dam Hyuga clan are selling their eldest daughter into slavery," Naruto says before heading to the door.
"Why are they selling her?" Sasuke asks surprising naruto. "They deem her not fit to lead the clan. Her father offered her to me I accepted. Until you behave you will not be interacting with her." He says before leaving the room and locking it behind him.
Naruto heads back down to his office knowing the day's mail should have arrived by then. Sakura was sorting through the mail as he entered his office. "Most of it is junk but the report on the milk is in if you like to read it."
Naruto nods, taking the report and looking it over. "Well, this is good news. It hits all the right milestones and they approved the wide-scale testing along with cross-modification testing. So we should be able to start testing with the goat hybrid and sheep one next."
"That is good to hear. I will draft up letters to send to those who are on the waitlist to go into the larger trail pool." Sakura says.
"Send a copy of the report to the other board member. This should also ease Lord Hyuga since I am intending to give Hinata the milk producer modification." Naruto says.
