Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto sadly,-cries-
It was a normal day; Sakura sat at home, looking through her window. It was grey and looked like it was about to rain. She sighed and went to sit on her balcony. Sakura enjoyed the rain, she waited until it started and headed outside. She refused to bring an umbrella, or anything that could protect her from the rain. Today, Sakura didn't feel like her normal self, she was rather quiet and sad which was very unlike her. The poor girl hadn't talked to her one and only love for a while now and started to miss him so.
She was outside with nothing to protect her from the pounding rain; she walked through the park thinking of Lee. That's all she could ever think about. The way she felt around him, the way he would cheer her up when she was down, the way he would hold her hand, she missed all of that and wanted to see him. She continued through the rain until she saw a figure in the distance walking towards her. Sakura couldn't make out who it was because of all the rain and the fog. The boy walking was also feeling sad because he hadn't seen the love of his life for almost the whole summer. He suddenly looked up and saw a female figure walking towards his way. The rain pounded so hard that it was hard for him to see.
Sakura gave up trying to see who it is and continued to walk with her head down. She sighed until she heard a voice call her name. Was her mind playing games with her? It sounded like Lee calling her. She looked up and saw Lee running towards her. Her face lit up and she began to run towards him. She ran into his arms and held him tightly.
"I've missed you Lee-kun"
"I've missed you too Sakura"
With the rain pounding down on them, they stayed together in the rain; they didn't care about the weather...as long as they were together. Sakura couldn't help but to tell him what she hasn't said for a long time now...
"Lee-kun.."
"Hm?"
"I love you..." She held him tighter and closed her eyes.
"I love you too Sakura" He smiled, lifted her chin up and gave her a sweet, passionate kiss.
She smiled at Lee and ran her fingers through his wet hair. Sakura was so happy to be with Lee again... She can't stand being away from him. Lee looked deeply into her eyes, he was so lucky to have her.
"Its getting cold, I think we should go home before either of us gets sick," Sakura said and she especially didn't want him to get sick.
"Okay, I'll walk you home." Lee took her hand and walked her to her building. Sakura turned to Lee and smiled. She was glad that she was able to see him today. She put her arms around him and stared into his eyes. They leaned in closer for another kiss to end the night. They said goodbye and went their separate ways. As soon as Sakura got to her apartment, her mom saw her soaking wet. "SAKURA! Why are you so wet! I told you to bring something for the rain!" Sakura continued to smile. She will never forget that day.
