I originally wrote this from Sakura's view point but realized that it could go either way, if you're a Sasuke/Sakura fan, because each name has six letters and…yeah. Well, enjoy!
Sakura/Sasuke Based
When You Call My Name
When you shout it to the Heaven's,
When in tears or in rage.
I feel as though my heart is singing,
And being let out from it's cage.
When those six letters roll,
From your mouth into my ears.
I want to kiss you tender lips,
And burst out into tears.
When you call my name,
It sounds like Angel's from the skies.
I reach up with arms wide open,
And wait for you face to grace my eyes.
I wish to kiss you face,
Taste those sin covered lips.
I want to dance with you until Hell reigns,
While feeling your soft touch upon my hips.
I want to be lost in your eyes,
Like being lost within the sea.
Drifting away with the tide,
Until it's only you and me.
I can't wait to hear my name,
Rolling from those lips.
As long as your hands,
Stay upon my hips.

And just incase you don't understand the whole "As long as your hands, stay upon my hips" thing, it's just saying, "I will love to hear you say my name as long as you love me." Yeah, that's it, I just found a weird way of putting it, hope this poem didn't confuse anyone too much!
