The tensions of nuclear warfare rise as the tremors of the Second Cold War (also known as Wave Two) shake Europe and the rest of the world. Only a few decades have past since the USSR disbanded due to an economic collapse. Unfortunately, the growth of the technological age has aided the reemergence of a new threat in Russia. Democracy has slowly faded away in Eastern Europe as authoritarian dictators fight for the survival of their country. The rest of the world holds their breath as this political plague marchers towards the Western European front.
To combat this problem, the United Nations have set up a secret rebellion alliance to face the threats boiling in Germany. You are part of this small force of rebellion UN forces. The German political and economic system is at its breaking point as the wave of suppression engulfs the region with the authoritarian flames of oppression. While Ludwig and Gilbert slowly suffocate under the new German regime, you try to find a way to save their lives and hopefully many more.
