this is my first fanfic. I'm sorry if there are any grammar mistakes I'm not very good at English writing. This story will be a reincarnation of a recruit from rainbow six siege. why recruit you might be asking well I thought it would be intreating to give a blank slate character some life. Recruit will end up having a sacred gear that will be unique to him.

Prologue

Mark Gutenberg (Recruit) diary entry 659 2/2/2019

After fighting for a long time against the terrorist we have finally found good evidence to believe we have found the terrorist's main hideout with all of their production and approximately 70% of the terrorist. Rainbow has been assigned to do a full-scale assault of the facility tomorrow. After fighting alongside team rainbow for 293 days I was chosen to fight alongside team rainbow in this full-scale raid. It's a great honor to fight alongside team rainbow. I pray for everybody's safety.

"I guess I'll watch some anime before heading off to sleep" recruit's thoughts

Time skip

Beep beep beep

I wake up quickly see that it's 6 am and it's go time I get my weapon ready

I guess I can choose between

-Primaries- L85A2 (holographic, flash hider, vertical grip), Mk 14 EBR (holographic, muzzle break, vertical grip), M249 (reflex, compensator, vertical grip)

Secondaries- Super Shorty (laser), P12 (suppressor), C75 Auto (no attachments)

Primary Gadget- Frag grenades, Smoke grenades

Secondary Gadget- Breach charges, Stun grenades, Claymores

I'll probably bring the M249 (lmg) for suppressive fire alongside the super shorty (short barreled pump shotgun) along with smoke grenades and claymores for support

After equipping my weapons for the full-scale assault I walk over to the meeting area the majority if not all of team rainbow is in the room

Ash: here is what the blueprints to the hideout are. It's a 3-floor office building with a basement there are a total of 3 stairs to the front back left and right of the building it will be crawling to the brim with terrorists we have the surprise attack on them we will be quick to break in and neutralize the targets. I'll be honest we are heavily outnumbered even with the majority of team rainbow here we are outnumbered 10 to 1. I expect the majority of us to become casualties. But These terrorists need to pay for what they have done attacking schools, nursing homes, hospitals, and churches. They need to be stopped

Thermite: we will be separated into 4 groups

Thermite: Group 1 will be taking on the 3rd floor Osa, zero, nomad, maverick, Zofia, sledge, and twitch

Thermite: Group 2 will be taking on 2nd floor Flores, ace, gridlock, lion, ying, buck, thatcher, and fuze

Thermite: Group 3 will be taking on 1st-floor kali, Amaru, finka, Hibana, Capitao, ash, IQ, and Glaz

Thermite: Final Group will be taking on basement blitz, recruit, Montagne, Blackbeard, jackal, dokkaebi, nook, and me

Ash: Team rainbow defense will be the backup in case team rainbow attack fails. I pray for us all to make it back rainbow out

2 hours later

I and the group make it inside the garage in position Thermite is placing a hard breach on the wall waiting for the start signal

(earpiece)ash: team rainbow get ready to commence in 5 4 3 2 1 go go go

Thermite: take cover I'm making a really big fucking hole

Tssssssskk boom

The explosion leaves a cloud of smoke

Montagne raises his shield and walks into the smoke. Passing the breached wall past the smoke. Taking fire from the front he spots the terrorist

Montaigne: there are 4 in front behind a desk 2 to the left holding an angle

Dokkaebi whispers to blitz: I'll call you rush in

Blitz: all right

The terrorist POV

being confused from the unexpected explosion we start firing into the breach after a second of silence a man in a full body shield walks in from the smoke screaming our locations. After a sec out phones start ringing while In the confusion we hear somebody running we start firing hearing bullet shots colliding with metal a bright flash blinds me I duck but hear everybody else around me dropping

Recruit POV

As soon as we saw blitz flash everybody in the room while killing 2 holding the angle on the left

Blitz: 2 on the left down

Me nook and Blackbeard rush in while everybody is blinded Blackbeard and me shoot one person behind the desk each. Nook shoots the last 2

Thinking we are clear I start walking to the desk to confirm the kills

Nook: hey recruit don't walk ahead stick with the team

Before I realize it In my carelessness I get grabbed by the last terrorist behind a desk still alive with a shot wound on the left side of his chest. He hits me in the head with his gun and I black out

Montagne POV

After the gunfight, I was there just waiting to see if any terrorists were left when I see recruit pass me walking up to a desk to check for any survivors in that split second a terrorist hits recruit in the head and knocks him out.

Terrorist: don't move I got a hostage

Everybody points their weapons at him

Montagne: let the hostage go, put your weapon down, and surrender

Terrorist: I'm going to walk out if I see a single one of you make a move I will shoot

Nook thinking the terrorist isn't paying attention starts to pull the trigger slowly focusing on aiming for the terrorist

The terrorist points his gun at nook and shoots her in the chest. Nook dies quickly as it was a shot through the heart

blitz takes the opportunity to blind the terrorist and shoot him in the head

(Earpiece)Thermite: fuck nook down nook down

(Earpiece)Ash: what happened? (bullet notices in the background)

(Earpiece)Thermite: recruit was knocked out and taken hostage nook got shot by a terrorist. The terrorist was taken out by blitz

(Earpiece) Ash: no time to talk we're being surrounded

(Earpiece)Flores: thatcher and gridlock I repeat thatcher and gridlock down shhh

(Earpiece)Osa: we'll try to clear and be on our way there ash hold tight

Montagne: so what should we do about recruit

Thermite: leave him here he's probably safer here than if we were to carry him with us we need to keep moving I'm sure he'll figure out what happens when he wakes up let's go

Everybody all right

A couple of hours later

Recruit POV

I just started waking up with a splitting headache I get up and see that nook has been killed. then I remember that I was hit in the head and blacked out. what happened after that I ask myself looking around I see that the door has been opened so I slowly grab my things and start walking out into the corridor as I walk I can still hear gunfire a fair distance away

(Earpiece)Ash: who's still kicking we need some backup on the 4th floor we have found the leader and he is surrounded himself by over 50 people defending him holding suppressive fire we might not be able to hold on much longer

I slowly start making my way upstairs on the way you see many team rainbow operators dead the further up you go the more operators are dead

On the way you pick up things, I think might help from fallen comrades like fuzes gadget, blitz shield, yings candelas Along with her headpiece to protect you from the flash and a couple of other things. Although I haven't used them before I have seen them use them enough times to remember how to use them.

I slowly start making my way to the

(Earpiece)recruit: ash I'm on my way where are you

(Earpiece)ash: oh recruit thought you were a goner were on the north side 4th-floor middle master room

(Earpiece)recruit: alright on my way there. Be there In 2 min

I start rushing to the 4th floor on my way there I hear the gunfire and see ash threw a second door entrance behind an Osa shield I start to look for any soft wall to place a fuze gadget when I see that the hallway goes around the corner I run around the corner to see that there is a big patch of a soft wall near the back of the room I place a fuze charge and a breaching charge preparing myself for the worst

Plunk plunk plunk plunk plunk

Boom boom boom boom boom

POV Ash

I'm starting to run low on ammo when I hear plunk plunk plunk plunk plunk as I hear fuzes gadget throwing explosive in I see where they're coming from a wall to the back right side of the room. The fuze charge killed about half of the terrorists on the right side of the room. Then I see a breaching charge break the wall open

POV Recruit

I use the breaching charge after the fuze charge and rush into the room with blitz shield activating the blinding flash and flashing everybody in the room.

I start hip-firing and killing as terrorists as I can. While blinded all the terrorists can start spraying where they were blinded from.

They end up hitting my legs as I continue to walk towards them shooting an mp7 courtesy of zero. while I see ash and the rest starting to fire.

There are only about 7 terrorists left when one comes out of cover with an aa12. Fuck I scream out as I crouch and start to hold the shield down as much as I can. Trying to stop the fully automatic 32-round 12 gauge shotgun from blowing away the shield.

As soon as I brace myself I can feel the first shot impact the shield causing enough pushing force to make it feel like that single shot broke my hand. Tink tink tink tink I can hear the pellets bouncing off the shield but the force it is placing on the shield is no joke. Tink tink tunk tunk By the time the terrorist shot 19 shots my shield was starting to give out unable to withstand the fire some pellets go thew the shield.

I grunt loudly when the pellets start piercing my body. luckily not instant fatal wounds. It didn't hit my heart or head but I can definitely feel some in my stomach and lungs and my legs.

The terrorist noticing this closes the distance his fatal mistake was when he moved out of cover ash immediately shot him.

Looking to see threw the shield visor I see one last terrorist staring at me I poke my weapon out and hip fire him killing him with that I collapse.

POV ash

After I see recruit shoot at somebody behind a pillar I see him collapse. I start running to him pulling my pistol out in case.

(Earpiece)ash: call in the medical team

Ash: recruit recruit are you okay speak to me

Recruit: did we win is there going to be no more casualties

Ash: yes that was the last of them you came in here like a boss and took them all out

Recruit coughs up blood

Recruit: (hallucination) mom I want to eat your apple pie one more time. I'm sorry I couldn't stay alive reaches a hand out towards the sky. Then drops the hand

In between universes a being that can only be described as the start and the end of all creation sees recruits suicidal charge. Being amused for the first time in decades by his actions. Seeing him collapse on the brink of death he grants him an option

Pulling recruit's soul into his plane of existence he starts having a chat with recruit

Recruit: we're Am I, am I in heaven or hell

???: laughs loudly no human you are in a special plane of existence made by yours truly

Recruit: and why am I here

???: I have taken an interest After I saw your suicidal charge I have got to say it has been the most amusing thing I have seen in a while. Because you managed to make me laugh I will grant you an opportunity you won't refuse

Recruit: why would you do that

???: why does anybody do anything for entertainment of course. What you just did was amusing to me. The beginning and the end of everything is who I am. I see travel and see into all universes so I shall make you an offer somebody like you will never refuse

Recruit: what's the catch

???: ah smart one I see. You will make a contract with me I will send you to a universe you will recognize in return you will create a life story that will amuse me if you fail to do so at the end of your life I will bind your soul to the area you are buried to see humanity rise to its peak then fall watch as the universe ends and be reborn in a cycle. Never to move on

Recruit: that is harsh. that's mental torture on another level. I accept

???: very well I will be sending you to your new universe now

Recruit: don't worry I will be making the best life story you will ever see be sure to be ready to see when my life is done all mighty one

In a hospital in Kuoh, a baby was born

Waaaahhhh waaaahhhhh

Lady in her late 20 holding a crying baby looking pale and exhausted

Mother: what do we call him hubby

Man in early 30 Holding his wife with manly tears in his eyes

Father: what about Rachi Yoshio

Mother: That sounds lovely Rachi Yoshio

Man this has been a weird prologue honestly just wrote it quick since I didn't care too much about the prologue but in the future installment I will be paying more attention to details and such but so far for my first write, I think it came out ok if you guys have any suggestions or advice feel free to comment thanks for reading my first work so far.
