I was stunned for a second, believing I was staring at Riveria's slightly more mature twin. Eina's mother had the same jade hair and similar facial features. Her casual dress covered her curvier feminine body. Ryu was still holding onto my hand, but she hid behind my shoulder.

"Eina…. It's only been a few months." Aina barely kept her balance.

"Sorry still trying to get used to my level up." Eina was released from her mother's embrace.

"Long story. I will tell you next time, but I kind of quit the guild and joined the familia again." Eina smiled while hiding her face.

"Oh no." Aina held her head. "Your father is gonna hate that news. Good thing he's gonna be gone for a week for his fishing trip."

"Why didn't father take you to the festival?"

Her mother had a beautiful pout on her face. "He was insistent on protecting his familia. Said he would make it up to me. I am just taking a break from shopping and eating with a few friends from the village

"Papa is a dummy." Eina pouted.

"He can be a blockhead." Aina's gaze shifted to the nervous-looking young man behind her holding a backpack. She noticed that he was shaking and red-faced. "Hello, do you know my daughter?"

"y-y-yes."

"No reason to be nervous." Aina walked around Eina. She had a mischievous smile knowing she uncover a secret about her daughter. "Are you and my daughter on a date?"

"Yes, mama." Eina blushed. "We were enjoying the beach."

"You couldn't visit. The village is only two miles away." Aina smiled deviously at her daughter with a sideways glance. "Aren't you a handsome one? My name is Aina. I am Eina's mom. What is your name?"

"B-Bell Cranel. N-nice to meet you, M-Mother." I blurted out nervously.

"Bell." Eina couldn't hold back her shocked laughter. "You could of broke that news easier."

Aina froze for a few seconds in shock. Then a huge pearly white smile curled up on her face. "So that's why? She's afraid to have you meet her father, Ethan."

"My husband can be grumpy, but I am sure he would like you as a son." Aina came closer and wrapped her arms around Bell to give him a hug. Aina's hands hit something else holding on to him. "Hmpf." Aina looked over his shoulder at the blond elf woman ducking behind his bag.

"Ummmmm. Hi…." Aina's eyes narrowed. "Who are you?"

"R-Ryu C-Cranel." Ryu bowed her head in front of a high elf. She was ushered forward by Bell.

"Eh." Aina backed away immediately. "What is going on Eina?"

"Uhhhhhh." Eina scratched the back of her head. Picking up the nervous tick from Bell.

"Eina?!" Aina's voice deepened.

Eina walked past her mother. She jumped in between Bell and Ryu; grabbing both of their hands. Aina's mouth was agape in trying to understand what her daughter was doing. She pointed her long slender finger between Eina and Ryu. Then to Bell utterly confused. Eina's hand was getting a little sweaty. "We….. are both Mrs. Cranel."

"What!?" Aina's eyes were blinking slowly in a deadpanned expression. "No, you're not."

"We are lady Tulle." Ryu blushed a deep red.

Aina's expression became sterner and colder. "No, you're not. Her father will kill you both."

"We're getting married tonight in the forest." Eina dismissed her mother's emotional outburst.

"No." Aina shook her head and walked up to Bell. Ryu looped around to Bell's right side. "What did you do to my daughter?!"

Aina's angry voice alerted a group of elves from inside the restaurant. "Madame Tulle is everything okay?"

"No, I am upset. My daughter has done something stupid." Aina was desperately trying to make sense of this situation. She was half expecting the innocent-looking man's face to form a monstrous smirk on his lips, but he stood there staring back with nervous red eyes. A brilliant red hue that was easy to get lost in if she stared too long.

"Miss Eina. Please step away from this philander." A shout came from the group. Bell particularly felt like he was punched in the gut.

Aina's brow furrowed. "My daughter deserves better than a half of heart."

"A third really if that's how you think of it. Possibly more." All the elves focused on the Riveria rounding the corner with Alicia.

"Riveria? What are you doing here?" Aina was blindsided by the appearance of her oldest friend. "What do you mean by more?" Aina was barely keeping it together.

Riveria glanced to the side at Alicia, before smacking her on the back. Sending her forward into Bell. The trio caught Alicia in their hands and pulled her up between them. "Alicia couldn't resist being without her friend."

"Alicia too!?" Aina was starting to get lightheaded.

"He is cute." A female elf dipped back into the restaurant after a few angered stares.

"Lady Riveria. You can't mean this."

"I do!" The crowd was instantly silenced. Onlookers throughout the street had already stopped everything they were doing to watch. Riveria stepped forward. "Eina was his first wife. "He-he." Riveria's chuckle alarmed the elves. "Nah it's too much fun. Plus, I think they enjoy it."

"I don't really care for my title." Riveria shrugged. "Plus were familia."

"What are you all yelling about out here?" An ancient-looking elven man stepped out of the restaurant. He was hunched over with a cane to support his weight. His face was wrinkled more than a fissured rock. His long elven ears were bent inwards but still protruded out of his nearly transparent white hair.

"Hello, Mr. Cirdan." Eina waved.

"Little Miss Eina and Lady Riveria." His frail wrinkled face softened and formed a warm smile. "Wonders never cease. The star has truly blessed us with your presence."

"I don't know if I would go that far." Riveria glanced at Bell for a second. "It is nice to meet you, Sir."

"The pleasure mine my lady." He pointed his cane at the group of elves. "Is this lot causing you problems?"

"A little." Riveria pinched her fingers together. "These four need to get married tonight."

"Four!?..." Cirdan's aged eyes fell on the nervous human in the middle of the three elves. "Oh my. Young man, you will do right by them yes."

"I will, sir." I bowed my head.

We would surely welcome you all."

"Thank you, Mr. Cirdan. I may have to take you up on that in a few weeks, after the expedition."

"We await your visit. Please, forgive me my soup is getting cold." Cirdan tilted his head once more before walking back inside the restaurant. The group hesitated for a moment before following the elder inside.

I shrugged staring into her emerald eyes. "It's okay. I did get to meet your mom."

"I am your mom too." Aina responded with a warmer smile, her tone still one of disapproval. Aina awkwardly approached Bell. "You're marrying my daughter. She has seen something in you. I just don't like the idea of her being one of many in your heart."

"Aina, I believe you will grow to love him if you give him a chance." Riveria walked up to Aina's side. "Eina is not a concubine like you were supposed to be."

"Sickening." The blond elf Luvis overheard the conversation.

"Can it Luvis?" Tsubaki Threatened. "They're all getting married tonight."

Tsubaki's cheeks pinkened as she stared over at her goddess on the stage. "Well….. if nobody hits nineteen. Then I guess I could convince goddess to hold the game open tomorrow night. Only fair since he's busy getting married."

Eina grabbed trailed her fingers over the middle right one. "Is this mine? I forgot."

"No that's mine, Eina. Catch!" Ryu exchanged one with her. A second later, each of their fingers had a silver mithril ring with a shimmering white magic crystal setting.

"How did you afford these Bell?" Alicia kissed his cheek.

"A pair. Lucky. Even I haven't seen one." Riveria covered her smile. "Still feels like these are worth more than two million valis. Mithril and a magic crystal."

"I… promised Tsubaki and Lady Hephaestus that I would help Welf Crozzo level up."
