Hello to all, this is Episode 9 of the ending of first Arc of Volume 5: Colorful Huntresses and Uncolored Enemies!
Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.
Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!
Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight of Light!

Volume 5: Episode 9: Bricks and Bonds! The Building Blocks of Friendship!
In the previous episode of DKR:
Torchwick shook in a crouching position in his and his small group's temporary location after witness the Dragon Knight's power… and that was when Akumu appeared, transforming into Dark Leader Dragon and offered him an alliance, simply wanting to know who he works under and everything he knows.
Yugi and the others rest in his home with Ichigo feeling better and got to know each other more, especially Ruby wanting to join in Team Dragon Knight, desiring to become stronger like the tricolor head. He sweat drops but accepted by Ichigo's approval.
Meanwhile Jenny was getting food for everyone to celebrate Yugi's Birthday but got cornered by criminals wanting her money and body. Jenny, not even threatened, prepared to beat them apart until Kojan appeared with his Pokemon partner Manectric. He proceed to beating the thugs to the point of almost killing them for their cruel, inhuman actions but Jenny stopped him, much like Yugi wanting to see the good in people and give them a second chance. Sighing, Kojan accepted and let them ran away. The two talked, confirming who the other was with Kojan leaving but not giving her a warning to watch over Yugi.
Jenny later came back to celebrate Yugi's birthday with everyone before he took Ichigo home… where well some things turn out badly.
What is Kojan aiming for and what is his aim?

Stomping her foot frustrated outside her house, Ichigo tries breathing relax but her face however was upset. Ruby sweat drops along with her team, having well come to her home in search for a place and well ruin a special moment she was having with Yugi. Nonetheless, it was something else yet well embarrassing for all of them. Ichigo stares down at them and everyone else who lives her house. Ryan was present because he wanted to get to know them more.
Ichigo had allowed Judai, through her parents, to stay in her home. Then Naruto… uninvited. Ed and Al soon followed, paying rent fairly. Alicia was invited soon after and well here they are with Ruby and her friends. At first it seemed fun to have so many guests… but well enough is enough.
"Okay, SOME of you have to leave MY HOUSE NYA!'' The red cherry head finally speaks up, fed up and declares it to the group… mostly towards Ed, Judai and ESPECIALLY Naruto who blinks awkwardly who burst in panic. ''FOR WHAT?!''
Ichigo gazes at Ruby who panics and laughs nervously, explaining falsely. ''We had a slumber party!''
''An awkward one I had to clean up Nya.'' The cat girl adds with a gaze, angry her present for Yugi was ruined. Ruby still laughs nervously, not meaning it.
Alicia smiles sweat dropping, kinda relief she will not be kicked out. Judai whistles not worry; he can camp outside like the old times. Ed sighs fearing this would happen and likely he has a respond to this.
''If it's about the need the space, I can fix that.'' The young Alchemist proclaims. Ichigo blinks questioning him. ''You're going to build a house Nya?!''
Ed smirks nodding.
''You can do that?'' Yang asks with Weiss and Blake not confidence. Edward snaps and tells them serious about it. ''OF COURSE I CAN! I am an Alchemist! Nothing is impossible!''
Ruby claps excitedly wanting to see it. Ed, however, sweats realizing he does need the requirements for Equivalent Exchange. He groans eyeing Ichigo and states. ''Though I need material for the indoors and a lot of help. I can make a small house but unless you want to sleep on a rock bed, it's done.''
Ichigo sighs not surprised. Weiss immediately shakes her head, refusing to sleep on some rock bed.
"How are you supposed to get the materials? Can't you make them out of thin air?'' Naruto asks puzzle by the need of extra snap. Alphonse sighs backing away just as Edward rushes like with super speed and smacks the blond spiky idiot across the face, sending him screaming into the ground.
''I'VE TOLD YOU PEOPLE A HUNDRED TIMES ALREADY!'' Ed yells furious at first before calming down and then explains calmly. ''Equivalent Exchange: I can't make something out of thin air without exchanging it with something of the same or equal value!''
Ruby gasps with Blake humming rather fascinated by Alchemy.
''… Okay, so you need… rocks?'' Weiss asks still opposing the rock bed. Yang sighs not caring at this point.
Ed, face palming, sighs as he responds. ''… A whole ton of rocks and then more.''
Ichigo sweat drops not sure how she can even help. Ryan, however, was on the phone hanging up and announces with a smile. ''Done!''
Everyone blinks eyeing the white haired young lawyer. He smiles explaining himself. ''I asked for a favor. Edward, you'll get the materials tomorrow.''
''S-seriously newbie!'' Ed utters out taken back. Ryan nods smiling as he responds. ''Yep mate. Just small stuff for beds and other stuff but I'm sure you can make it work.''
The alchemist is just astonished but smirks, rather thankful for the new guy. For a newbie, he's not cheap unlike Kaiba. He grins replying determined. ''You ALL shall be amazed tomorrow!''
He then points at Naruto, ordering him. ''AND YOU'RE HELPING ME.''
Naruto, still on the ground, moves his arm shaken in pain and lifts up a thumb up.
''What about Yugi?'' Edward asks puzzled he's not here. Ichigo eyes him and says. ''Yugi-kun is taking an egg.''
Ed just makes a blank, stun expression. Ichigo just giggles proclaiming with a big smile. ''Well for now you girls get to sleep in my room Nya. Lucky today is the weekend.''
''… Then another Slumber Party?'' Ruby asks smilingly. Ichigo grins excitedly causing Ruby to giggle excitedly back. The cat girl giggles happy to finally have another friend to do slumber parties though, immediately thinking of Erika.
''I might call Erika-chan-'' Ichigo begins to suggest pulling out her phone to call her only to get a surprise by a familiar voice. ''You called?''
''WAA!'' The cat girl yells out in shock, turning to see the black haired bestie behind her. ''Erika-chan!''
Ryan blushes red, not expecting her either here too. Erika giggles, having recovered from the hospital to have been let out. She did visit Yugi first, wishing him a happy birthday before saying hello to her leader/best friend.
Ichigo purrs joyfully hugging her, missing her. Erika giggles telling her. ''Easy Ichigo, still healing. Also you got the text from Ryou?''
The red cherry head nods, having gotten the text that Café Mew Mew is finally ready to be opened. For once, she's happy to return to work; she needs money again. She ignores it as she says purring. ''I'm glad you're here Nya! You can meet Ruby-chan and the others.''
Erika nods having been told of them by Yugi. Ichigo drags her towards Ruby and the others as the red cherry head introduces them to her dearest friend. ''Girls, this is my Best Friend Erika-chan!''
''Erika Aoyama, nice to meet you all.'' Erika introduces herself with a smile. Weiss and Blake hum admitting she's quite a polite, beautiful girl… almost questioning why she's with Ichigo.
''It's a pleasure to meet Ichigo's bestie! I'm-'' Ruby begins to introduce herself cheerfully but Erika beats her to it interrupting. ''I'm aware of you and your friends, Ruby.''
Ruby drops her mouth slightly expressing in shock. ''YOU HAVE ESP!''
Erika sweat drops not far from the truth though she clarifies it. ''S-sort of but it's actually Jonouchi texting me about you all.''
She then eyes the golden blonde of the group and informs her. ''And Yang, You were telling him about how you want a bike; he and his friend Honda might help you.''
Yang, drinking a soda can, staggers in surprise. She recalled something Jonouchi was saying after how she had told him that she had a bike in her world and since she's stuck here, she'll need a new one. Immediately she gives the can to Ruby and declares running off. ''I'll see you girls later!''
Ruby and the others blink puzzled. Ichigo blinks really off too so she changes the subject towards Erika. ''Um anyway, want to hang out with us? I'll ask Alicia-chan and Usagi-chan if they want to hang out too.''
Erika hums noticing how excited Ruby was alongside Ichigo. She frowns for a moment before replying with a smile. ''Sure!''
''Great Nya!'' Ichigo expresses joyfully while Ruby drags her ahead, wanting to get another super tasty cookie. Erika sweat drops seeing this and sighs.
''Jealous, daughter of mine?'' She blinks hearing the Inner Scorpion's voice, giggling. Erika blushes redder responding mentally. ''Of course not mother, that's being ridicules.''
The Inner Scorpion just hums replying back. ''You sure?"
Erika does not reply, not wishing to admit anything. She sighs following.
Is Erika jealous hmm?
Commercial Break:
Erika: I can't be jealous… right?
Ruby: I hope we get ice cream cookies!
The group of girls is hanging out in the mall, just staring in the stores and other stuff. Seems fun especially for Usagi wanting to buy as many clothes but Ichigo had to remind her the last time she did that and her mother freak out. Immediately the blonde long pigtailed girl backs off and sobs.
Erika watches silently towards Ichigo and Ruby, just talking while enjoying ice cream cookie. Ruby was enjoying it so happily.
The black haired girl sighs looking away, actually a bit scared Ichigo might enjoy Ruby's company over hers. She sighs not believing that she's feeling like this. She walks away getting Alicia and Usagi's attention but Ruby's too, looking down rather sad that maybe she's getting in between Erika and Ichigo.
''You okay Erika-san?'' Erika blinks turning to see Alicia and Usagi approaching her. She eyes them and smiles replying. ''I'm fine.
Alicia hums able to tell she's not completely fine as did Usagi, asking straightforward. ''You worry about Cousin Ichigo-chan?''
Erika startles a bit and shakes her head softly responding. ''No, just that… well…''
''Worry Ichigo likes Ruby more?'' Alicia questions the obvious. Erika sighs hoping no one would notice, of course the baker soldier saw through her.
''Yes actually.'' Erika admits it blushing a bit. Alicia smiles figuring as much with Usagi asking puzzle. ''How come?''
Erika blushes more, not wishing to speak more of it but Usagi's big blue eyes wouldn't let down. Knowing how stubborn Ichigo is, her cousin would likely be the same.
''I'm not like well… like other girls.'' The black haired girl speaks up. Usagi hums having notice that but Erika is no different to anyone. Like Ami is smart, Rei is firm, Makoto is strong, Minato is elegant and herself is well not smart but kind, but they all love doing what any girl does. That's no different. Alicia agrees feeling the same with her female comrades in Squad 7. They're all unique in their own way but they like what any girl likes. No harm there.
''Why is that?'' Usagi asks with Alicia nodding. Erika blushes not sure herself. Ever since she was little, she can't seem to think like other girls. Being cute, liking to shop, eating sweets, talking about boys and those other things; that never got Erika's attention, not once. She just did her studies and tried to live her life as if she's skipped her childhood and matured.
''Not sure. My brother Masaya always thought of me as the older one for being so much mature than him.'' Erika says giggling a bit, finding it always funny how the more serious ''I will save the environment'' brother of hers thinks she's the more serious one.
''And he wants to SAVE the world right?'' Usagi asks out loud while Alicia sweat drops. Erika also sweat drops correcting her slightly. ''The environment but yes.''
She coughs and resumes. ''We were more mature than other kids who got their attention and how we became popular. I guess it's one of the reasons why so many wanted to befriend us, but Ichigo...''
Erika blushes recalling the birthday party Masaya was having and they invited everyone just because. No real reason just so kids won't hate them or something and they were popular though. Like always the girls all wanted to talk to her and Erika wasn't the type; until she met that red pigtailed girl with brown eyes. She smiles red not regretting in befriending that girl who saw her like any other girl, seeking a friend. They were like soulmates.
''Ichigo saw me as someone who wanted a friend and I could tell she also wanted a friend too.'' She says giggling. ''We were a perfect fit.''
Usagi giggles with Alicia pointing out with a wink. ''You mean you two still are?''
Erika blushes wondering about that, thinking her friendship with Ichigo would become complex when Masaya had feelings for her and asked her out. At first everything was going well even when they both became Mew Mews but then Yugi and the Dark Lord became a thing and changed. At the least it didn't end badly… but deep down, Erika did want Ichigo as her sister-in-law.
''Do you know the story behind Ichigo and Masaya?'' Erika asks the two girls. Alicia didn't know much about that, just the basic, but Usagi did nodding rapidly. Erika sighs figuring as much as she proceeds. ''Then you must be asking yourself why I felt okay with Ichigo choosing to be with Yugi.''
Usagi hums not sure herself. Alicia less; she knew this Masaya was Ichigo's boyfriend before Yugi and due to this Deep Blue her feelings were changed when Yugi seemingly died by him. Erika knows why Ichigo pick Yugi due to their past connection but there's another reason that still connects to their past.
''It was because what they have is a better perfect fit.'' She proclaims to the girls confusion. Erika explains it to them. ''Ichigo always did her best to enjoy what Masaya liked and supported him and he was happy being close to her but when she's with Yugi, she can be herself without trying and Yugi wants to support her more than her supporting him, though we all know he needs as much support.''
Alicia agrees with Usagi blushing, pretty sure the two supports each other evenly like herself and Mamoru.
''It also didn't help that my brother was a bit protective of Ichigo even when he learned she was a magical cat girl while Yugi always had her back as partners.'' Erika then adds admitting Masaya's worries for Ichigo may have done less good than what he intended.
Alicia hums thinking about it and states. ''So what you're saying is Ichigo loved your brother but she loves Yugi more because of his support for her than of Masaya's?''
Erika shakes her head clarifying it. ''No, I think my brother would try to be more trusting in Ichigo's strength. It's more like Ichigo and Yugi are more close to being the other's missing half.''
Alicia blinks with Usagi expressing smiling. ''Like soulmates!''
The black haired girl nods smiling. It's hard to deny the fact that Yugi and Ichigo can almost read the other and understand what they and seemingly everyone else feels and do their best to make it up or help them in any way. It's like a bind between them that can break. That's what her brother and many others who saw Ichigo with interest got when she and Yugi are together.
''My brother must have noticed it a while ago but was afraid to lose Ichigo and Yugi refused to take Ichigo away from Masaya unlike Kish… or Ryou, sort of. He's weird that way.'' Erika says chuckling a bit how Ryou complained a bit ''Why him? ''.
She coughs finishing the point to this saddened. ''The point is I feel like Ichigo might like Ruby more as a best friend more than me.''
There was no doubt that Ichigo and Ruby are closer than herself. However…
''… Nay, I don't think so.'' Erika startles facing Usagi who smiles, explaining herself. ''Maybe it is true Cousin Ichigo-chan's heart wants Yugi more, but she won't change her feelings for the people she still truly loves.''
Alicia smiles agreeing as she adds. ''Ichigo will always look at you as her dearest, most precious friend. That won't change.''
Usagi nods happily not being the smartest person but she can see friendship and her cousin's friendship for Erika is strong, speaking up smiling. ''That's me being a dummy but that's what I see and hear when she starts talking about you, Erika-chan.''
Erika staggers a bit and questions. ''Ichigo said that to you?''
Usagi nods rapidly with Alicia smiling, having been told the same by the very red headed girl. She then tells Erika from what Ichigo said. ''Ichigo admires you for so many reasons, as a strong commander to the Mew Mews to a loyal comrade and most of all her greatest friend, her bestest friend.''
Erika tries her hardest to put up a strong face but she actually sobs in the inside happily. Even her eyes leak some of her tears trying to smile.
At that time Ichigo walks over noticing they were alone and wanted to check up on them. She notices Erika tearing up and startles worrying.
''Erika-chan, are you okay?'' Ichigo asks touching her shoulder out of concern. Erika startles and relaxes immediately, putting her feelings aside and turns facing her with a confident smile.
''Of course I'm okay, silly Ichigo.'' Erika responds as she holds her friend's hand. Ichigo blushes by this and smiles telling her kindly. "Well if my favorite scorpion feels sad, never hesitate to ask this kitty for help Nya.''
Erika smiles not going to be sad anymore knowing she has an amazing friend on her side.
''Right.'' Erika responds smiling. Both girls soon giggle happily.
Alicia watches them with Usagi taunting with a playful push from her back. ''Are you jealous Alicia-chan?''
''Nay.'' Alicia says smiling at the two friends, thinking of herself and Selvaria. The two were close but the war pulled them away and became enemies. In the end, she couldn't save her friend and the best she can do is protect the ones still present and the friends she's made and will continue making. Alicia eyes Usagi and tells her smiling at her. ''I'm happy because you all are my friends.''
Usagi just eyes her surprised before sobbing joyfully and shouts hugging her tightly, happy being friends with her. ''AH! I LOVE YOU TOO ALICIA-CHAN!''
The pigtail brunette sweat drops smiling how emotional she is.
''Stop crying on me so much, Usagi.'' She asks of her but the blonde pigtail just continues crying joyfully. Alicia sighs patting her back.
''I can't wait to tell the other girls about Ruby and her friends Nya.'' Ichigo says giggling. Erika hums wondering about that. Mint… well maybe Weiss she'll like, Zakuro maybe Blake, Lettuce would be okay as well as Ringo… Pudding though… oh boy.
Ruby watches this with her friends and smiles just astonished by their friendship. It's beautiful.
''I really like Ichigo and her friends a lot! They're like us.'' Ruby expresses joyfully eyeing her friends. Weiss sweat drops not sure how to reply with Blake commenting reading a book that Ichigo gladly bought for her. ''I haven't notice it yet.''
Ruby just smiles as she approaches the two and tries speaking up towards Erika. ''Um… We're friends too right Erika?''
Erika eyes the dark red headed and smiles nodding. ''Yes we are.''
''I'M SO RELIEF!'' Erika staggers as Ruby hugs her, expressing her worries she's felt the whole day. ''Like because Ichigo told me so many things about you and I don't want to dare replace you!''
''…'' Erika stares silent with Ichigo sweat dropping. The black haired girl just smiles and says giggling. ''You're going to enjoy Pudding driving you mad, Ruby.''
''Huh?!'' Ruby blinks awkwardly not following but goes with it.
Ichigo purrs holding up her palm hand to Erika. The black haired girl smirks holding up hers and high fives her friend's hand. Both girls giggle more by this blushing.
Yang blinks with such awesomeness… at a rusty, broken down bike. Why does she think it's awesome? Well because Jonouchi shown her to Honda's garage and that they can rebuild this trash into a new bike.
''THIS IS SO COOL!'' She expresses loudly before stopping herself and asks them. ''So wait, you two can build a bike?''
Jonouchi nods very confident giving Honda a slap on the back and states. ''Honda is the best mechanic I can trust.''
''And this has a discount, Jonouchi's charge.'' Honda replies giving a returning slap on his friend's back. Jonouchi sighs willing to pay for it.
Yang eyes the two boys, her arms crossed and questions them serious. ''Why?''
Honda eyes Jonouchi wondering about that too and Jonouchi just answers with a smirk. ''Because why not!''
''… I like you!'' Yang, grinning, responds with a grin, thinking he's a cool guy. Jonouchi grins back thinking so. Honda, however, sweat drops thinking his buddy was hitting on her but it wasn't even close.
''Okay, never mind, Jonouchi is not in love thank god.'' Honda says mentally after learning about this girl from Edward and be alarmed.
The next day arrives as a large building truck arrives and dumps the materials Ryan got for the house. Ed checks the stuff and nods confirming it all.
Clapping his hands together, Ed uses Alchemy to transmute walls across in 4 sides large enough to resemble a house. He wipes his hands together as he turns towards the spiky blond headed and asks him. ''Ready Naruto?''
''YOSH!'' Naruto replies using his signature hand sign and creates multiple Shadow Clones. Ed nods transmuting the materials into unique house stuff and Naruto and his clones get to work building the two floor small house.
Ichigo and the others watch the house being made in with Ruby and her team amazed.
It took hours but eventually the house in the inside was made. Thanks to Naruto's clones and Ed's alchemy, the rooms were built with the beds set. The one that took the most time was the arrangements from Ruby and her friends, wanting an almost identical setting where they were living in their school.
Regardless the house was set. Ruby and her friends quickly check the beds and were satisfied. Ichigo sighs smiling also relieve as her home will be empty… until Ed figures out how to deal with the pluming. Oh no, electricity wasn't a problem for the alchemy but the pipes were. He says he'll need time but hey, at least it's a start.
Erika smiles deciding to leave early but she blushes facing Ryan who blushes back.
"Um Erika.'' Ryan begins to say a tad bit nervous since the last time they talk was well when they were almost going to die.
''Ryan…'' Erika mutters blushing, glad he's okay and acting like himself.
Ryan coughs trying to act like a lawyer should but with her he can't help himself. He relaxes as best as he can, proclaiming. ''Thank you, for back then.''
Erika blushes a bit, recalling that day and doesn't regret it happy she could have helped him.
''Sure.'' She answers softly. Ryan nods blushing, wishing to repay her for what she did to him and asks her straightforward. ''Um… Can I ask you out?''
Erika staggers in surprise, her face suddenly becoming red. Ryan worries he might have overdone it and explains his reasons nervously. ''I MEAN to repay you for saving my life. Like a one-time deal sort of date but not really! Hehe…''
She nods understanding that… a bit, it still felt overwhelming to her. It feels like a date and could be considered as one unlike the number of guys who she's deny; she oddly smiles accepting his offer. ''Sure! I would like to.''
Ryan startles by her reply and just staring at her smiling face, he smiles back nodding. Erika giggles bowing and walks away, looking forward to their ''date''.
A new mini house was made for most of Ichigo's guests. Things are looking up! Will that keep going? Only time will tell.

After finally fixing all the damage done to the café previously and improving it, Café Mew Mew is finally re-opened and in mass to celebrate. However the most interesting event will happen the day Ichigo comes across a young girl who seeks out a change in her life.
Ichigo sighs exhausted: Back to work Nya
Yugi: Aren't you excited to be the hostess of Café Mew Mew?
Ichigo sobs: I GOT BAD NEWS NYA!
Yugi sighs patting her back: My poor Strawberry Kitten.
Ichigo still sobs but happily: At least someone loves me next to me Nya.
DragonKnight15: Um…

Author's Note: This was a Slice of Life Chapter to end this first RWBY arc. When will the next RWBY arc be… *eyes early Volume 8* … YEA… I have my reason... but I will promise to add other RWBY characters in the future before Volume 8. And yes, I will cover an alternative Volume 3 of RWBY. Oh my god... that needs fixing
Next time… the day I wasn't honestly dreading but close enough; Tokyo Mew Mew à La Mode. For fans of Tokyo Mew Mew, this is the spinoff that killed Tokyo Mew Mew (until Re-Turn became a thing that took more than a decade to happen BUT I LOVE RE-TURN and the announcement of Tokyo Mew Mew New anime WHICH I AM FUCKING EXCITED other than Bleach Anime returning in 2022) but it had potential… just poorly done. From Mary Sue Berry, to the poorly invested Saint Rose Crusaders, poor plot (looking at you Volume 2) and characters heavily downgraded (mostly Ichigo and the rest of the Mew Mews); I HAVE A PLAN. You all have to trust me.
Of course this is DKR so I won't screw it up but also à La Mode will have multiple parts (2 tops so far with one in a later Volume). Why? Not sure, I want to know what the new TMM Anime will offer.
