Hello to all! This is Episode 28 of the last part mini arc of Volume 5: Black Arms and a Promise Remembered!
Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.
Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!
Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, to his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight!

Volume 5: Episode 28: The Eclipsing Enemy! The Bonds of Protecting our Worlds!
In the previous episode of DKR:
As Team Dragon Knight and the Freedom Fighters continued their assault, Zero was treated though he lost his team, his eye and his pride. Now the only thing he desired is revenge.
Meanwhile Rouge and Omega have found Shadow but the brainwashed hedgehog attacked them regardless. Even at the best of their efforts to fight their teammate, they were no match for him… until Yugi arrived.
Believing he can reach out to his friend without using Yin-Yang Dragon powers, Yugi engaged the brainwashed Shadow in a fight without the Dragon Sword not wishing to harm him. The fight went like it should with a brainwashed Shadow unleashing multiple, devastating attacks upon Yugi who endured each one. It seemed to be a one-sided fight until Yugi called out reminding Shadow of the promised Maria asked of him, having learnt the truth from Rouge. This staggered Shadow as Yugi unleashed his new attack, Dragonaun Geyser, to remind Shadow of his friend. Through that point, Shadow was restored and angry on the fact he was used a tool.
However this moment was shortly lived with the real of the true villains, Eclipse the Darkling and Black Death. More than enraged, Shadow will settled this with this so-called offspring of Black Doom with Yugi helping him out.
Will our heroes finish this alien menace for good?
And now the conclusion... last left off in the previous episode:
The battle intensifies further as the soldiers surround the castle protecting the citizens within. Sally tries her best to command the remaining forces against the Black Arms' seemingly true army force. She's gotten reports that Sonic's team are handling them well with the humans helping out.
"We seem to be holding on against Black Arms.'' The commanding soldier informs her thinking they might hold their own.
Sally sighs of relief, not once doubting that Sonic meant what he said that his human friends will help them. Honestly she had some worries since Robotnik was the main human that caused great harm to all of Mobius but this proves her worries wrong. She owes them for their help.
Just then the castle shakes to everyone's alarms. A soldier runs towards the princess and informs her of a fight that broke loose. Sally feared it was the aliens but it was an inside attack.
Sally becomes alarmed following the soldier as the fight has started in the science wing of the castle. She sees many scientists and soldiers unconscious. She then realizes in shock running to the room that they were testing the strange gem that Zero had and it was gone.
She runs back to the infirmity room and sees more soldiers knocked out. Sally runs to Zero's room and he too is gone. One of the soldiers still consciously informs her weakly. "H-He escape his room... and stole that stone.''
''Zero…'' Sally just utters. She asks her commander to be in charge as she runs out of the castle, needing to search for him. That gem; there was something ominous about it.
Gazing at the two alien villains, Yugi and Shadow stand together as the tricolor head pulls out the Dragon Sword. This time he doesn't need to hold himself back as his purple eyes change into the red, dragon pupil Yin-Yang Dragon eyes glowing.
Rouge watches on the sidelines treating the damages on Omega as the robot tries self-repairing.
Eclipse smirks at the two opponents before him and states taunting Shadow. "So you think you and this human will be able to stop us?''
''I wouldn't call him a normal human but yes.'' Shadow replies uninterested as he's fine with Yugi backing him up.
Yugi doesn't respond as he stares at both aliens, still not understanding why they would attack here of all places. Why Sonic's home and not the Earth that were these Black Arms' real targets in the past. And also why go after Shadow too and use him to take revenge?
''Why attack this planet? Why go after Shadow-kun?'' The young Dragon Knight asks the two villains who did not reply. Yugi thinks calmly for a moment and then asks, actually sounding surprised. ''Is it because Aigami-kun told you to?''
This triggered a nerve in Eclipse widening his eyes irritated.
''You really are an annoying human!'' Eclipse shouts preparing to go after him but Black Death stops him, holding him back with telekinesis and advises him with wisdom. ''Remember the plan, Eclipse. You have a better chance in dealing with Shadow.''
Eclipse breathes heavily and nods admitting he is not wrong.
''Understood.'' Eclipse responds gazing his eyes at Shadow and smirks, muttering out sinister. ''Chaos Control.''
Shadow startles as time freezes and next thing anyone knows, Eclipse kicks Shadow through multiple trees.
''Shadow-kun!'' Yugi yells out furious swinging his sword at him but Eclipse teleports going after Shadow. The tricolor head quickly makes a chase but Black Death intercepts firing spinning, scythe-shaped energy blades at him. Yugi dodges and cuts the other blades in half.
''You may not know this human but I am just if not stronger than my savior, the former Black Doom.'' Black Death proclaims proudly of his power, adding as his eyes glow menacing. ''Your chances against me are slim.''
Yugi sweat drops a bit speaking up honestly. ''Never met this Black Doom-kun but I'm sure I can keep up.''
Annoy by his words, Black Death shoots out flaming lasers from his hands. Yugi dodges around them as he swings and fires a Dragon Slice Attack, canceling them out.
Black Death then manifests black holes as multiple, small flaming meteors shoot forward. Yugi aims up with his sword, firing multiple Dragonaun Burnings one at a time, destroying each meteor.
Black Death's third eye glows as he suddenly duplicates. Yugi startles but notices they were fakes, almost holograms. However each one unleashes different attacks to his surprises, creating a Dragon Clone who tosses him upward. The clone gets hit and destroyed by the variant attacks as the real Yugi performs Dragon Harpoon Slash, tossing and swinging the sword by gripping on his ribbon. The sword cuts through the fakes as they vanish as Black Death uses a barrier to block the slash.
Yugi lands on the ground reeling back his sword into his possession. He then creates Dragon Clones but Black Death's third glows knowing who is the original aiming his laser shots at him. The tricolor head dodges them but he continues firing which causes the Dragon Clones to leap in between the original, tanking the attacks as they're destroyed. One of the clones manages to create a Dragon Rasengan into the real Yugi's left palm as he comes thrusting the energy sphere attack at him but Black Death repels with telekinesis, both attacks colliding. Yugi grunts his eyes glowing fiery as the Dragon Rasengan changes into the black-white Yin-Yang Dragon Rasengan. The clash intensifies and Yugi breaks through the psychic field but Black Death teleports in at the last second.
Black Death hovers over the Dragon Knight glaring as he announces proudly. ''Your attempt to defeat us is impossible.''
Yugi glares calmly, not going to let him win. Rouge groans, turning to where Shadow was sent flying.
Meanwhile, Shadow engages against Eclipse, both are now using Chaos Control so time around them was frozen. They match blow-to-blow, clashing fist and kicks in the same beat until time unfreezes and they distant themselves.
''Shadow, you can't hope to beat your own brother.'' Eclipse taunts the black hedgehog smirking. Shadow scoffs at his crazy logic and reminds him. ''Like I said, we're nothing but Black Doom's twisted pawns.''
''And what's wrong with that?'' Eclipse asks smirking with Shadow glaring. ''Exactly my point.''
The two charge and clash the other in hand-to-hand combat even faster. Shadow was superior but Eclipse was smarter, leaping up and he fires a Chaos Spear below him. Shadow blocks with Shadow Guard and then comes at Eclipse with Chaos Punishment only for Eclipse to hit back with the same force, pushing each other backwards.
Eclipse smirks proclaiming evilly. ''Once I'm done with you brother, I'll have to brainwash you harder than previously.''
Shadow glares, irritated and vows furious. ''That won't ever again!''
He comes charging at Eclipse who smirks and changes into Black Doom. Shadow staggers stopping and uttering out. ''Hallucinations?''
The fake Black Doom fires a burst of energy but Shadow braces, erupting in Chaos Boost. The burst of energy snaps Shadow out as he sees Eclipse stagger. He quickly performs Chaos Magic but Eclipse just waves his hand. The red aura around Shadow vanishes to his shock.
Eclipse smirks once more, kicking Shadow right back to where Yugi is fighting Black Death, hitting a wall as he grunts dropping face forward on all fours. Eclipse joins in and tells the Black Arms' hive-mind. ''Black Death, time to finish this pointless fight.''
Black Death agrees. Yugi comes at them to stop them but Eclipse uses Chaos Control to freeze him temporarily. With no distraction, both Eclipse and Black Death unleash their combined mind controlling powers upon the black hedgehog. Shadow starts screaming as he's assaulted by their brainwashing powers.
Rouge panics trying to get back but Black Death fires beams of fire, surrounding her and Omega.
''It's over brother and once this is done, we'll get rid of any nuisances in our way.'' Eclipse promises with an evil smirk, going to make Shadow kill all of those ''friends'' as to repay for his sins.
His eyes glowing, Yugi suddenly breaks free from Chaos Control. He eyes what was going on but instead of worrying, he smiles softly.
''That won't work.'' Eclipse startles turning to see Yugi free as he adds with a confident look. ''Because Shadow-kun is no fool or tool. He's a total cool guy!''
Shadow grunts in agony but manages to hear those words, concentrating.
''As for me.'' Yugi begins to state as he stares seriously at the two aliens. ''I'm just his friend!''
Quickly sheathing his Dragon Sword in its scabbard, Yugi begins to chant as he grips on the hilt of his sword. ''Dragon of the Heavens. Roar across the boundaries of reality and fantasy, and grant me the blade that creates impossibilities!''
Eclipse glares waving his hand to use Chaos Control but Yugi beats him to it shouting. ''BURST LIMIT!''
Immediately he unsheathes his sword and he erupts in a burst of energy, canceling off Chaos Control. Eclipse braces himself as did Black Death by this sudden power.
Mobius Soldiers were overpowered by the numerous Black Arms slaughtering them. The last soldier remains until a Black Hawk fires a powerful wing energy slash, killing him off. The aliens howl as they march to the castle… until they stop noticing a figure up ahead.
Just wearing a dark cloak and hoodie covering only his upper face; Zero marches towards a large group of Black Arms.
''You damn monsters will make a good warm-up.'' Zero proclaims holding the red-black gem glowing ominously. He smirks as his yellow eye looks at them charging at him. ''Now come at me.''
He comes charging back as the stone glows and the area around them distorts heavily.
What will happen next?
Commercial Break:
Shadow: I will not become another's puppet!
Yugi: Shadow-kun and I won't let you guys do as you please!
Still holding their front, Team Dragon Knight along with the Freedom Fighters is chipping off the small fraction of the large Black Arms real attack force.
Kurosaki howls wearing his Hollow Mask as he fires a Getsuga Tensho, wiping off hundreds of Black Arms with a single swing. Naruto creates even larger Shadow Clones and more Rasengans but more still come out. Alicia fires multiple Blue Flames burning them away but more still appear.
''These guys just don't quit!'' Jonouchi yells summoning Gilti-Gearfried to slash down multiple Black Arms along with Antione. Bunnie blasts them from the sides with Tails using his gadgets with Rotor's bashing them. Knuckles glides his fist into multiple aliens with Amy, Cream and Big stomping on them.
Sonic dashes around Homing Attack each one with ease with Danny firing multiple ghost rays with his duplicates.
''I wonder if Yugi reach Shadow by now?'' Ruby asks slashing down multiple Black Arms, panting for how long this is becoming.
Sonic dashes right next to her and he says rubbing the bottom tip of his nose. ''If not, he's too slow.''
Ruby sweat drops as Sailor Moon disagrees, smiling. ''Nay, I think you did a great job Ruby-chan!''
The dark red haired girl blushes, happy to hear that.
''Okay can I ask who wouldn't be slow that isn't you?'' Alicia asks Sonic, really curious. Sonic hums thinking about it but just shrugs off his shoulders.
Just then dashing in was Sally, summoning blue energy blades from her bracelets. She then expertly slashes down the Black Warriors in her way before they hit the ground in pieces.
Jonouchi gasps with a wide mouth, uttering out loudly. ''WOAH! Chipmunk has moves.''
Amy sighs, swinging her hammer across his head and slams him onto the ground. Jonouchi groans in agony. ''S-shouldn't have said anything.''
Sonic approaches the princess and asks her. ''Everything alright, Sally?''
Sally sighs, shaking her head explaining. "No. One of my scouters have gone missing and I'm wondering if he came to the battlefield.''
Sonic hums as Rotor states. ''Haven't seen anyone new for sure!''
Antione hums wondering if it's the jackal. Wonder what happened-
Just then everyone felt a powerful quake erupting underneath them as a burst of light shot up temporarily. The Freedom Fighters watch in surprise as Bunnie asks. ''What was that?''
Jonouchi gets up rubbing the back of his head and says carefree with a small smile. ''That's Yugi alright!''
The energy dissolves as Yugi emerges, twirling the massive great-sword blade one handed before pointing it forward, wearing the long coated outfit.
''Burst Limit: Dragon Blade Mode!'' Yugi proclaims with a small cocky smirk. Rouge watches though she worries, eyeing Shadow struggling by the mind controlling.
Eclipse hisses at the human but soon forms a smirk to see Shadow struggling against the brainwashing.
''Now brother, join my side and help me eliminate that-'' Eclipse begins ordering the seemingly possessed Shadow until he's surrounded in a burst of red energy manifested out of Shadow. ''W-what?''
Black Death also staggers with Yugi smiling. Standing back up slowly, Shadow breathes calmly gazing at the two aliens resisting the mind control. Eclipse didn't understand though he could have sworn Shadow's aura took the form of someone for a moment.
Breathing, Shadow glares at Eclipse coldly.
''That trick won't work twice on me. Never again.'' The black hedgehog proclaims refusing to become his puppet. He then shouts holding his left hand forward. ''CHAOS CONTROL!''
Time begins to freeze but Eclipse waves his arm and immediately cancels it. Yugi is startled again by that. Eclipse smirks overconfident until Shadow speaks up confirming his suspicions. ''So you can negate my Chaos Control.''
Eclipse chuckles, actually surprised he figured it out as he reveals it. ''Our father made me to become your anti and the one who can stop your Chaos powers, brother.''
Shadow remains calm, figuring as much. Recalling their first confrontation, it makes sense now.
''You can't help to win!'' Black Death announces as there is nothing Shadow can do against them. Eclipse smirks charging at Shadow. Just then Yugi, or rather the Dragon Clone Yugi made to watch over Jonouchi, intercepts Eclipse with a kick pushing him back.
Shadow startles with the real Yugi smiling, asking his clone. ''Oh hey! Did the others arrive to pick up Jonouchi?''
The Dragon Clone nods as he then turns to Shadow and calls out. ''Shadow-kun, catch!''
Shadow raises an eyebrow as the Dragon Clone tosses him something. He catches it, revealing it to be a Chaos Emerald.
The dragon clone smiles as he poofs away and the real Yugi gains the memories of that clone, muttering out smiling. ''Thank you Ruby-kun.''
Cracking his own smirk, Shadow looks up at the surprise Eclipse and states. ''You said your powers nullified my Chaos powers.''
He then holds up the Chaos Emerald passed on, adding firmly. ''I wonder how effective they are when I have not just one-''
''Shadow!'' The black hedgehog staggers turning and catches something with his other hand. He eyes it being his red Chaos Emerald, tossed for him by Rouge. Shadow smirks with Rouge smirking back. The black hedgehog faces back at Eclipse, declaring as his eyes glow. ''But two Chaos Emeralds!''
Eclipse worries actually sweating.
''Shadow-kun, settle this!'' Yugi declares with Black Death quickly summoning meteors to stop Shadow but it is too late as the two Chaos Emeralds float around Shadow as he yells out. ''CHAOS CONTROL!''
Immediately time freezes as Eclipse tries stopping it only finding himself frozen in the pause time. Shadow smirks teleporting right in front of the so-called Ultimate Alien. He clenches his right fist as it is engulfed in Chaos Energy and swings his fist at him as an uppercut. The punch connects underneath his face as Eclipse is sent flying up as Shadow performs a Homing Attack, blitzing across his body like a pinball before Shadow twirls over him and slams a spinning downward kick. Eclipse is sent crashing onto the ground as he's then blasted backwards by Shadow using Chaos Spear, slamming him through a boulder.
Time resumes as a staggered Black Death is then blasted by a Chaos Spear, slamming him into a tree. Shadow begins walking slowly towards Eclipse as Yugi sweat drops, figuring he'll deal with Black Death.
Black Death groans preparing to attack until he's suddenly smack by the side of Yugi's swinging Dragon Blade, slamming him into the ground like Tennis' dunk slam swing.
Grunting as he gets up, Eclipse gets up dazed. He grunts and there sees Shadow approaching him. Gritting his teeth, Eclipse unleashes Chaos power upon him that dissolves not even touching him. Eclipse widens his eyes horrified.
Shadow soon erupts in Chaos Boost, his eyes glowing with a disappointing gaze upon the stun Eclipse.
''T-this is-'' Eclipse utters trying to stop his Chaos power and nothing. Raising his right hand forward, Shadow shouts as a burst of golden energy engulf his palm. ''CHAOS LANCE!''
He unleashes a devastating burst of golden energy, striking and consuming Eclipse. He screams sent flying backwards before hitting the ground, rolling onto the dirt. He groans in pain not expecting such power.
Scoffing that he was worried for nothing, Shadow turns his back and dashes back seeing Yugi is not trying to hit Black Death as he can't even hurt Yugi, at all. Seeing this, Shadow intercepts as he Chaos Fist Black Death backwards.
''Yugi, swap with me. I want to finish this copycat first.'' Shadow declares planning to put an end to another Black Doom. Yugi eyes him and nods, certain this is a serious manner for him.
Panting, Eclipse approaches steaming with anger as he demands maddened. ''You think I'm not good enough to be your opponent!''
Not even facing him, Shadow just comments bored. ''Your power to stop my Chaos powers is annoying, but nonetheless, you're a waste.''
Widening his eyes, Eclipse snaps. No, he will not be called a waste. HE WAS NOT A WASTE!
Suddenly his body begins to glow in power to Shadow actually turning. Eclipse quickly transforms as he looks somewhat like his normal form, but has increased in size and muscles, towering over Shadow. He has also developed four ridges on his forehead, in the shape of a crown.
''HOW ABOUT NOW!'' Eclipse yells out letting out a monstrous roar.
Shadow could tell he's much stronger and will handle any attack done on him but this larger form will slow him down regardless of all that power and the drain on his stamina.
Scoffing at this Monster Form, Shadow says with greater disappointment. ''More of a waste.''
Eclipse snaps again charging but Yugi gets his way. Yugi nods with a thumb up. Shadow scoffs dashing at Black Death.
''A MERE HUMAN WON'T STAND IN MY WAY!'' Eclipse roars slamming his fist but hits the air. He staggers as Yugi appears behind him and states with a small smile. ''I'm not; I am in your way.''
Eclipse snaps yelling as he swings his arms at him. ''DAMN PEST!''
The young Dragon Knight leaps over him, pouncing on top of him. Eclipse roars, turning and fires energy beams from his eyes. Yugi repels with his Dragon Blade, easily cutting through the beams.
He lands as Eclipse comes charging even faster. However Yugi easily dodges the punches and energy beams without struggling or slowing down, even dodging without his eyes open, just moving on instinct.
Eclipse becomes even angrier that even though he's ten times stronger than Shadow, he can't land a blow at this mere human.
Yugi then distances himself as Eclipse shouts furiously. ''FIGHT BACK! CHAOS CONTROL!''
He unleashes time freeze but Yugi lets out a loud roar so strong that the time freeze shatters. This horrifies Eclipse uttering out loudly. ''H-HOW?!''
''Because you're a bad sibling.'' Yugi responds by holding his blade in a swinging pose and shouts, swinging it forward. ''DRAGONAUN TENGOKU!''
His blade erupts and fires a massive burst of energy, manifesting into a fiery energy purple dragon. The dragon roars charging right upon Eclipse who punches the dragon but the attack is stronger, consuming him and eating him up. He screams in terror as the attack slams him into the ground and explodes.
Yugi sighs gazing over towards Black Death distancing himself from Shadow and staggers to see Eclipse on the ground defeated.
''You should be worrying about yourself.'' Black Death faces Shadow, glaring as he adds firmly. ''I don't tolerate anyone controlling or missing with my mind.''
''You are a property of-'' Black Death begins to say only to get a massive instant beatdown from Shadow still in Chaos Boost, using Chaos Punishment and Chaos Nightmare. The beating was overwhelming as Black Death is thrusted upward before Shadow teleports over him and slams both his fists downward, sending him crashing into the ground.
Rouge whistles never seeing Shadow perform such a beating before.
Black Death stirs up as Shadow appears right in front of him. This staggers the alien teleporting over the sky. Shadow looks up at him rather bored before asking him. ''Bad last words.''
Raising his right arm forward, he shouts as a burst of flash emerges from his hand. ''CHAOS LANCE!''
Black Death reacts too slowly as Shadow fires his Chaos Lance and hits on impact, obliterating half of Black Death's body. He starts gasping in agony as he uses his powers to regenerate the wound but it is still painful. Shadow sees this and finds this pathetic, confirming this Black Death is nowhere near as strong as Black Doom. Even he could handle him and then some even fought him when he went Super Shadow.
''This can't be…'' Black Death utters not impossible that he could be this much stronger than him when Black Doom should and would match and overpower him. How could this be possible?
Frowning in disappointment, Shadow declares calmly. ''Become nothing more than a memory, like was Black Doom!''
Black Death panics as Shadow starts erupting in red energy, surrounding his very body, before yelling out loudly as he spreads his arms forward. ''CHAOS BLAST!''
He unleashes the destructive explosion of Chaos Energy, consuming him as it expands right towards Black Death. He panics trying to escape but his injuries were too great as it too consumes him. Black Death screams in greater agony as he disintegrates instantly, killed completely.
Eclipse, getting back up badly from Yugi's attack, watches this with such terror as Black Death is gone.
Shadow breathes out of Chaos Boost but not drained as he gazes his sights at a beaten Eclipse.
"You're next.'' The black hedgehog proclaims intending to finish him off next. He now starts walking towards him as Eclipse starts laughing still in his monster form.
''You wouldn't kill your own brother.'' Eclipse questions him knowing he wouldn't kill-
Shadow flicks his right hand forward and unleashes a small burst of Chaos Fist, the energy blast pushing Eclipse back hard. He grunts gripping on his chest in pain as the single blow reverts him back to his normal form.
''Like a blue hedgehog I know would say: Wanna bet?'' Shadow says like Sonic would put it. Eclipse shivers out of terror not sure if he'll survive this.
''I rather not.'' A voice however intercepts as cubes manifest, blocking Shadow's path as well as Yugi's. Emerging through a portal that manifests behind Eclipse is Aigami, smirking confident.
''Aigami-kun!'' Yugi utters out upset with Shadow yelling as his eyes boil in fury. ''You!''
Aigami smirks happily for him to remember him. He eyes Eclipse and advises him. ''Eclipse, next time we'll have to get rid of your ''brother'' no?''
''…'' Eclipse doesn't respond looking up at Shadow and finally says firmly. ''Another time, brother.''
Shadow glares as the two villains walk inside the portal and they vanish along with the portal. Yugi lets out a sigh of relief that at least they won. Shadow groans however as he crosses his arms, knowing his fight with Eclipse and the Black Arms are far from over.
When Eclipse escaped, the Black Arm ships did too, sucking up their troopers back inside and ascending back to space, flying away from the planet.
Every Mobian cheered for their victory as Yugi and Team Dark arrived back to the castle where the others were waiting for them. Sonic smirks dashing in front of Shadow and says flicking his finger. ''Glad to see you back.''
Shadow scoffs, rolling his eyes away. Sonic still smirks knowing he missed him too. Sally walks up to the black hedgehog and asks him hoping he's mentally well. ''You sure you're okay Shadow?''
He eyes the princess and nods proclaiming firmly. ''I'll be better when I finish off Eclipse and end the Black Arms, forever.''
Sally sighs at the least he's his old grumpy self. Shadow turns around and pats Omega's arm as he tells Rouge. ''Let's go back, leader.''
Rouge smirks replying. ''Right.''
Team Dark prepares to leave to return to the Earth, Shadow wanting to put up defenses in the ARK so the Black Arms don't ever take a step in the colony.
Yugi watches, smiling that he kept his promise. Just then Shadow stops and turns around facing the tricolor head.
''…'' There was silence between the two, just staring at the other. Shadow scoffs as he tells him. ''Keep your promise.''
''I will!'' Yugi responds by not planning to break it. Shadow just cracks a smirk and dashes off with Rouge bowing with a wink at Knuckles who grunts as she and Omega chase after Shadow.
Not saying it with his words, Shadow is deeply appreciative of Yugi saving him. In one way or another… he's the third human in his life that he can trust and wishes to pay him back.
Yugi smiles happily knowing Shadow is happy too. Atem floats in his spirit form, smiling towards his partner. He recalls way ago when Marik was still obsessed with revenge and used Jonouchi as a puppet to kill him. Yugi took a gamble in saving his friend, believing that their bonds will overpower the Millennium Rod's power. It was a huge gamble but it worked. Not even Atem would take the wager but Yugi was willing because that's the kind of person he was: believing in his friendship and in himself.
''Yugi, that kindness is your greatest strength.'' The Pharaoh expresses once more that Yugi's true power is the compassion he has towards others. In a way, even Shadow could see that and why he was able to listen to Yugi's voice. Yugi could have used Yin-Yang Dragon but taking that risk on his own power shows how much stronger Yugi truly is.
Atem smiles though he thinks of that Kojan, certain that's the reason, why Yugi took that wager in not just for Shadow or himself but him too. He nods as he then adds, believing that will be the key to saving that friend too. ''Remember that as you continue being the Dragon Knight, partner.''
Blood, plenty of Black Arms' blood covers the area. Many dead aliens on the ground, killed in many forms from sliced or drilled or much more devastating methods.
Standing alone as the victory, Zero breathes heavily as the stone in his hand still glows. Slowly calmly down with his hands shaking, the jackal forms a grin and starts laughing. ''Hahahaha… HAHAHA!''
Zero grins sinister as he declares proudly. ''I AM NOT WEAK! NO MORE!''
He pants calmly before forming a frown, thinking of his fellow dead jackals. He scowls, squeezing his free hand as he vows. ''I will avenge you all.''
Zero looks at the stone still glowing and knows this will be the power to avenge them.
''Once I learn how to use this power more, that alien and that hedgehog.'' Zero vows as he squeezes the stone in his palm. He covers up his head in his hoodie, walking away as he finishes his vow. ''They will pay for all they've done to us. They will.''
Within Aigami's dimension, Eclipse lets out screaming yells of anger and frustration with his eyes glowing red.
''DAMN IT.'' Eclipse screams letting out his power go wild. With Black Death gone, he lost the means to restore the Black Arms. He grits his teeth furious towards Shadow for killing him but most of all that human who took his brother from his side.
''That damn human took Shadow from my side and now Black Death is gone.'' Eclipse utters angrily, squeezing his fists. He won't let that stupid human, that Dragon Knight, from living.
Aigami watches calmly at his trauma and smirks.
''True…'' He begins to state until he reminds the young Black Arms. ''But this was all a distraction. Your forces recover the remains of the Black Comet in the other world.''
Eclipse widens his eyes slightly. Yes, this was all a distraction, pulling Team Dragon Knight away from the Earth so his small Black Arms force retrieves what would be the remains of the Black Comet and most importantly what remains of Black Doom.
Aigami then says with a small smile, patting Eclipse's back. ''Soon you might be reunited with your father.''
Eclipse calms down, gazing at him and says coldly. ''And yet we won't conquer the Earth.''
''We made a deal.'' Aigami reminds him of their offer. Eclipse would betray that deal… But against this man, he might have to wait till what his father suggests.
Aigami smirks as he further adds, very cocky. ''And no killing Yugi, or else.''
Eclipse glares enraged but passes off his anger, responding. ''… Understood.''
Aigami smirks, happy to hear that. Eclipse then starts walking as he tells him. ''Keep me posted.''
Aigami nods as he teleports Eclipse back to his Black Arms' mothership. Left alone in the darkness, Aigami soon teleports himself into a dark dimension filled with nothing but crystal-like mirrors. He floats through the area as he stops in front of something.
"Mani will be worry if I don't check up on him but as promise, I'm reporting in.'' Aigami proclaims staring upon a floating thing, a winged demonic eyeball.
The eye stares with such delight at Yugi's image fighting against Eclipse. The ominous being hums without a mouth as it begins to speak. ''Do you know, Diva, why Yugi Mutou is a rather fixated human?''
Aigami stays silent; his real name revealed. Confirming his silence, the eye explains to him in a taunting tone. ''One of those reasons is because people underestimate him. It's rather humorous how even Zorc failed. My brother sees through that but his hatred and desire for revenge gets in the way.''
He then begins to chuckle menacingly as he questions the young man. ''So I wonder if you'll break through that wall and become the one to defeat Yugi.''
Aigami forms a small smirk, finally responding cocky. ''You have nothing to worry about. Both our goals will be fulfilled.''
Aigami then takes on a bowing pose and says. ''Just enjoy watching the show.''
He turns his back and walks away, teleporting back to see Mani and their plateau.
Now alone in his world, the eye giggles evilly as it narrows its eye evilly.
''That's what I like about you, Diva.'' It announces in a teasing voice, his one eye glowing in a red sinister aura. ''You think you'll overcome Yugi but each failure, each of your despair, will make me stronger. Kukuku!''
What is this being aiming for with Aigami and his connection to Yugi? And what exactly are their goals?

Time passed since helping Mobius as Ichigo was able to be moved back into her home the rest of recovery. Yugi visits her only on the worst timing as a certain housewife has located where the Elric Brothers were hiding. And to make it worst, Kisara is kidnapped while Mokuba was taking her to meet with Kaiba after fully recovering from his own injuries. For once asking for help, Kaiba seeks out Yugi.
Ichigo: AW! I missed out on all of that Nya! Well I'm glad about the creepy Black Arms part I wasn't part of that but still, this sucks.
Yugi: … When you get better I know we'll get back to many adventures.
Ichigo: Well I- *she hesitates and frowns* No… you're right.
Just then the two heard a commotion with Ed yelling.
Ichigo groans: Just great, yelling while I'm recovering Nya! Come on, let's go check what is Edward is up to Nya.
Yugi nods: Right! Next time in Yu-Gi-Oh! Dragon Knight Reborn: Kidnapped! Kaiba's pursuit!

Author's Note: As fast as Eclipse was revealed as quickly as he was defeated… but honestly this setup is sort of more menacing for Eclipse… it also didn't help that he would have attacked Earth instead if not for Aigami suggesting to attack Mobius for his own goals towards not just Earth but other worlds… but that is for another day.
Also keep in mind on the last scene… just because.
Also Zero… OH poor Zero but if we want him to return as the hype villain he was destined to be then it had to be done. What do you guys think of how I did Zero… spoiler, he is Infinite so I must have done a good job with how he will become a villain but towards Shadow and Eclipse including their allies.
Next time… another but smaller mini-R arc. I have my reasons but you guys will find the next arc ''interesting''.
