Hello to all! This is Episode 33 of Volume 5!
Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.
Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!
Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, to his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight!

Volume 5: Episode 33: The Rivals' Last Clash! A Day at Kaiba Land!
In the previous episode of DKR:
Even though Yugi and Kaiba defeated Aknadin, he transformed into Shadow Magus and posed a whole new threat. With the others arriving, Yugi transformed into his Dragon Blade mode and the others fight the evil dark priest. However Shadow Magus' dark abilities including his new protective barrier made him even harder to beat.
Yugi had tried to overpower the barrier with his own power and everyone helping him out, using up his Burst Limit mode but to all of his efforts Shadow Magus remained untouched. Shocked even after using his best, the evil priest prepared to put them down until suddenly Kojan appeared. Curious about this foe sending him and taunted to go and face him by Shadow Knight, the so-called dark Dragon Knight goes to fight the dark priest. The fight went somewhat the same for the others but Kojan saw something and triggers his evolved Dragon Sword form, the Mega Limit Dragon Rakurai. However Shadow Magus seemingly killed him and prepared to make Seto join him by force but Kisara protected her, suddenly awakening her power. It damaged Shadow Magus long enough (but not needing her help) for Kojan to not just snatch the Millennium Eye but also used the Dragonaun Raigeki, ending the fight in his win.
Shadow Magus, still breathing, tried to get away only to be killed by a strange full body costume man in yellow and red lining, killing him. Aknadin's body was founded by Kojan and Yugi. Even if Kojan didn't won, the Uchiha taunted Yugi that he failed to see through Shadow Magus' barrier and how he is no Dragon Knight. With that Kojan left. Even if Kisara was rescue and the only loss was Ed's automail arm, Yugi felt defeated unable to be the hero to save the day and began to doubt if he was the Dragon Knight.
Meanwhile Yami Bakura felt the death of Shadow Magus but just laughed as his power as Zorc Necrophades had return to him. Soon his revenge will be complete.
Will things improved? What will happen next?
And now the conclusion... a few days later since the previous episode:
Just a peaceful day… seemingly. Ichigo has a slight open mouth at what she's staring at. She's finally been fully recovered and getting the doctor's approval to enjoy her normal morning and Yugi arrives at her home having free tickets to Kaiba Land for the day on any ride and any venting stand.
''Kaiba-Baka? Free tickets for today?!'' Ichigo expresses just all shock that Kaiba would even bother to give away anything for free. She quickly raises an eyebrow and asks suspiciously. ''What's the catch?''
Yugi hums, also in awe but he can assume this is for saving Kisara.
''Kaiba-kun felt humble, for once.'' The tricolor head replies honestly. Ichigo should feel overjoyed for this and yet she's upset that Kaiba of all people gave them this. She lets out a sigh muttering out with her arms crossed. ''I'll have to repay him. Don't want him to think I'm cheap or something Nya.''
''Fair point.'' Yugi says in agreement though knowing Kaiba; he would not accept anything she repays him.
''Well…'' Ichigo begins to say, stretching her arms before exploding in screams. ''LET'S GO NYA!''
Yugi sweat drops figuring as much, nodding. Ichigo giggles declaring happily. ''This is going to be a fun date, Nya! Plus I needed it too Nya!''
In those moments the tricolor head widens his eyes and just mutters out unease. ''… Crap.''
Ichigo blinks, overhearing that with her sensitive cat ears.
''What is it, Yugi-kun?'' She asks him curious about what he meant. Yugi chuckles nervously, too scared to tell her this isn't a date… sort of.
A few 1-2 hours passed as Yugi and Ichigo arrived at Kaiba Land to stare upon their friends that got the free pass.
''Oh Kaiba gave it to everyone too?'' Danny mutters surprised the man shows a sign of generosity. Ichigo, however, now changes her mind really wanting to be alone with Yugi but instead has to deal with her friends in the way.
''I now hate him again.'' She expresses angrily. Ed can't help but agree as he says. ''I don't know why Kaiba of all people sent me a ticket to go to his stupid amusement park but screw it!''
Judai and Danny eye the missing arm the young alchemist doesn't have. Alicia sighs with Ruby asking. ''Eddy is still mad he lost his metal arm?''
''AUTOMAIL AND YES!'' Edward barks furious, steaming with fury. He sighs as he requested Izumi since she and her husband were going back home to contact Winry immediately to come back to Domino and get a new automail arm ready for him. He groans though as Winry will likely smack him for destroying ANOTHER automail arm but he has no choice.
''Could be worse. I would be a pile of nothing.'' Al says happily, for once not destroyed unlike last time. Ed groans glaring at him.
''Try to cheer up Eddy!'' Usagi expresses trying to make him happy as she tells everyone. ''We're all going to have fun times here!''
The others sweat drop and nod. Ichigo sighs, not caring about anyone as she just wants something sweet to make her feel better.
The group heads off exploring the amusement park. Ruby hums smiling, never been in an amusement park in a long time nonetheless with Yang. Now she can do some catching up… well if it wasn't for the number of Blue-Eyes White Dragon themes from statues, to cosplayers, to gifts.
''Why does that man have a fetish for that dragon?'' Weiss questions unease. Yang nods with Blake reading her book.
''Hard to say.'' Honda responds by never getting it. Judai doesn't care as he says grinning. ''Let's just ignore that and have fun right?''
''I got time!'' Danny says not his bedtime yet.
''Shame Naruto-kun is still gone.'' Yugi comments taking a peak of what Blake was reading. His face turns red leaning away. They tried contacting Sonic but he refused, just relaxing.
''And Kurosaki-chan refused to spend more than a day in any Kaiba-chan thing.'' Usagi states pretty sad that he turned down coming.
''Instead Rukia-kun took it.'' Yugi points out to the small raven-haired Shinigami with them, grinning as she waves the ticket.
''And I took Renji with me.'' Rukia expresses with Renji groaning not wanting to come but well he had no choice. Besides, at least he can hang out with Rukia though.
The group splits up trying to enjoy the amusement park… well with the most that they could.
''WHAT DO YOU MEAN I CAN'T RIDE THE BLUE-EYES TICKET RIDES?!'' Jonouchi yells crossly. The attender explains he can't because he has the Red-Eyes Ticket and that there are three tickets that range from not enough access, some access and all access: Red-Eyes, Dark Magician and Blue-Eyes
Jonouchi has this irritated expression on his face, eyeing his ticket and just screams out madden. ''DAMN IT KAIBA!''
Ichigo also sighs having the Red-Eyes ticket too, hating Kaiba more than ever.
''Huh? Sorry mates. Need me to-'' Ryan tries to apologize willingly to buy the Blue-Eyes tickets but Jonouchi kicks him into the ride yelling at him. ''ERIKA-CHAN WILL PICK ME LAWYER!''
Ryan blinks sweat dropping as he's forced to take the ride. He sighs admitting that Erika would enjoy this if not that she's spending time with her brother. Understandable… though he will make it up to her.
While the others were riding the best rides, the others didn't. Even Ed despite having one arm, at least he hid that fact pretty well.
Time passes as Ichigo sighs sitting on a dining table with Yugi, drinking a soda that Yugi got for her with a tasty pizza. Yugi sweat drops, able to tell Ichigo is somewhat mad about the ticket part and thinking it would be the two of them. This is the best they got to be together since someone would drag him to take a ride, mostly Ruby or Usagi.
He eyes Rukia and Renji ranting about something and that got him to think… oddly enough, about Aizen.
''Say Rukia-kun, Renji-kun.'' The two Shinigami stop their conversation to face the tricolor head who asks them kindly. ''What could you tell me about Aizen-kun?''
This shocks the two greatly. Ichigo blinks greatly in surprise, actually spitting out the soda she was drinking.
Rukia questions him, taken back. ''W-why would you ask us that?''
''… Just curious.'' The tricolor head replies wanting to know first before he tells them his reasons. Rukia sighs, crossing her arms. She knew him, as far as anyone else would, until he shoved his hand into her chest to pull out the Hogyoku hidden in her Gigai.
She eyes the redhead who knows more of the man, telling Yugi. ''Renji would know more.''
Yugi blinks eyeing Renji who groans not liking to be put in this position. He sighs trying to think how to tell him.
''Well…'' Renji begins to say with a sadden look, recalling the times he had talked and respected the man before he revealed his true self. ''We all thought he was a kind captain, wise and respectful. My teammates felt the same, especially Momo.''
Yugi and even Ichigo blink with Rukia clarifying to them, ''She was Aizen's lieutenant. She admired Aizen like no one. She took the worst blow tricked and nearly killed by him.''
Ichigo is taken back to hear that. Who would do that to their own second-in-command? Even if he was using her… it's not right.
''Why do you ask?'' Rukia now demands, wanting to know Yugi's reasons for asking them that. Yugi frowns, recalling his fight against the man. Even though he got his newly Burst Limit mode, Aizen was no joke. He was something else like 4th dimensional. Even if he was able to keep up with him, that bewitching nature of his, his seemingly bottomless power; it was frightening.
''I want to figure him out.'' Yugi admits with a worrying face. ''That guy was no joke, his very being was power with such pressure that my very soul was going to shatter.''
He could remember viably that overwhelming pressure each time he tried to clash against Aizen. Even though he's gotten used to Burst Limit and got a hang on its abilities and drawbacks somewhat, he's not convinced that will be enough.
''And worse when I fought him, he said he was holding back and I believed him. He was just testing if I would become an opponent for him.'' Yugi also admits his greater worries that the next time he does face Aizen, things will end badly.
Rukia frowns, not able to blame him as Renji says. ''Sorry we couldn't be of any help. We all assumed Aizen was just a kind captain with somewhat strong skills and abilities but nothing that he truly shows.''
Yugi nods, thanking them. ''Well thank you though. I'll figure out a way!''
Ichigo remains silent eyeing the tricolor head, showing signs of concern. She can't let him fight that jerk Aizen alone like last time. Yugi almost died more than once there. Also she went to ask Rukia and Renji more about this Momo, feeling like she should know more.
The group continues enjoying their day in the park with Judai, Alicia and Ruby riding on the ferris wheel.
''This place is so fun!'' Ruby expresses taking a bite of a cookie she bought. Alicia giggles eating on a hotdog, really impressed how warm the bread still is. This place was really peaceful, more than Gallia but her country will become peaceful too once the small remains of the Empire are taken care of and when she returns home.
''I haven't experience this kind of peace and enjoyment before, well other than baking.'' Alicia says taking another bite on the hotdog. Judai believed her from what they saw during their time there. In fact he saw this young lady he met and befriended go through so much. From facing a sinister empire, to fighting robots, to almost dying and reviving as a Valkyria, to losing her first friend to making new ones. Alicia is a strong woman without a doubt.
''You had gone through a lot, Alicia-chan.'' Judai states with a small smile. Alicia eyes him with a small smirk, replying. ''I guess I have.''
She giggles a bit, actually admitting Judai isn't wrong. Though she does kinda wish she knew more about him. From the time she did, it feels like she still knows so little of him. He's a goofball but wise and noble, always risking his back for others and trying to have some fun regardless of his inner demons.
Ruby listens to the two and smiles asking up as she leans up to the former Osiris student. ''Say-say Judai, you're from the future right?''
''Yes I am!'' Judai replies without a doubt in his voice. Alicia sweat drops glad it's just the 3 of them and not another person or else he/she would assume Judai is crazy.
''Can you tell us a story about your time there?'' Ruby asks really curious what he could tell her. She's just curious, able to tell he's wise and cool.
Judai blinks at that comment and responds smiling. ''A story? I have a hundred!''
Ruby gasps excitedly to hear any of them. Judai hums thinking of one and then it hits him. He grins remembering one story.
''Actually…'' The girls eye the brown-orange headed who says with a wink. ''I'll tell you guys a recent story!''
Ruby giggles listening closely as does Alicia, curious.
''It all began in a tournament I joined in and where I reach the Finals…'' Judai begins to tell the tale of a rematch he had with his rival and boy was it a good one.
FLASHBACK…
The events followed before the Duel Academia Reunion trip, a year ago at best.
Having a small reunion party, the former Duel Academia students join up with Kenzan and Rei (still studying in the school) joining them for this moment. They were waiting to watch the finale of a tournament going on in Europa. The two finalists were none other than Judai and Manjoume, both about to
''It's about to start!'' Rei shouted excitedly, wanting to see her beloved Judai since so long. Sho felt the same missing his bro a lot as he says. ''I can't believe Aniki is going to duel Manjoume.''
''I'm surprised Manjoume even made it to the finals.'' Fubiki says chuckling actually impressed by his ''student''.
''Well it's a good thing I drop the tournament.'' Edo comments with a small smirk, his arms crossed leaning on the wall.
Asuka remained silent waiting for the duel to start… though she wished she could see it up close; she missed Judai.
Waiting for the cue to head into the duel field, Judai hummed setting his deck ready.
Yubel materializes in spirit form hovering behind her partner.
''You're sure about this, Judai?'' The Duel Monster spirit asks him smirking, knowing well what his respond is. Judai smirks proudly replying. ''You bet I am! I've been looking forward for this!''
He got the cue and Judai walks out of the hallway and emerged onto the large duel field with multiple people cheering from the stands. Judai grinned waving at them as he stands on his side and watched as on the other side Manjoume emerged, his arms crossed but confident.
''Yo! Long time no see, Manjoume!'' Judai greeted his old friend carefree.
Jun scoffs softly before declaring proudly. ''That's Thunder Manjoume-san to you!''
Manjoume had also been looking forward to this moment, truly happy that he can duel and defeat his rival once and for all.
''I've been waiting for this moment for so long. Now, I'm going to finish what was started that night in Duel Academia!'' He proclaimed vowing he will defeat Judai once and for all. Judai, however, chuckled excitedly loving when his opponent is this determined for a fun, epic duel.
''Haha, those were fun times. I can't wait to throw down and go all out too!'' The HERO duelist responded back smirking, going to enjoy this.
Jun scoffed again activating his Duel Disk as did Judai.
''DUEL!'' Judai and Manjoume shouted drawing their cards and commenced their rematch. The crowd cheered about to watch an exciting duel.
Duel Screen: Judai Yuki: 4000LP vs. Jun Manjoume: 4000LP
''This is it.'' Fubuki commented actually excited to see how who would win. Edo agreed as he said curious. ''Let's see how much Manjoume has grown.''
Asuka watched closely towards Judai, wondering how much he's grown… but mostly she wanted to talk to him. So she hoped he will win.
''Judai...'' She muttered watched things play out.
Duel Screen: Turn 1_ Judai: 4000LP H: 5 / Manjoume: 4000LP H: 5
''My turn, draw!'' Manjoume declared drawing his top card. He stared at his hand and began reaching and summoning a monster. ''I'll start by summoning Ojama Blue!''
A new, blue colored Ojama monster appeared, posing sparklingly even though it is an Ojama.
Ojama Blue Lvl 2 ATK: 0 DEF: 1000
''To think I'll be your best monster boss.'' Ojama Blue said directly to Manjoume in such a relaxed, sarcastic-like voice almost uncaring if he is sarcastic. Manjoume groaned not sure if he can buy his sarcastic nature. He ignored him as he added setting a card behind it. ''Next I set 1 card facedown. Turn end.''
The others watched puzzle but most like Edo, O'Brien, Jim and Kaiser could tell this new Ojama is new that that Manjoume had never used before.
''What's he up to summoning just that monster.'' Rei questioned a bit disgusted by the new Ojama gremlin.
Duel Screen: Turn 2_ Judai: 4000LP H: 5 / Manjoume: 4000LP H: 4
Judai let out a chuckle forgetting how fun it was dueling against an old friend no less the guy who in a way is a rival. Best he doesn't hold back.
''Man, I'm getting even more excited. My turn, draw!'' Judai proclaimed drawing his top card. He looked at his hand and summoned his own monster, calling forth. ''I summon Elemental HERO Burstinatrix!''
Emerging out of flames is the fiery female hero, striking a powerful pose.
Elemental HERO Burstinatrix Lvl 3 ATK: 1200 DEF: 800
''Battle! Burstinatrix, attack Ojama Blue!'' Judai commanded as Burstinatrix extends forward her hand and unleashed a blast of powerful flames. ''Burst Fire!''
The flames struck and burned the Ojama into dust. Manjoume braced himself well as he revealed. ''When Ojama Blue is destroyed by battle, its effect activates which lets me add 2 Ojama cards from my Deck to my hand.''
He added two Ojama cards smirking. Judai whistled rather impressed too as he said. ''Amazing Manjoume!''
''Don't be amazed losers, except Asuka-chan!'' Manjoume called him off not needing his appraisement, unless it was the blonde vixen angel. He blushed envisioning that a smiling Asuka congratulating him for his victory and wished to give him a winner's kiss. He drooled until he snapped out and declared serious at Judai.''I'm far from showing my full power!''
Everyone watched sweat dropping how delayed he replied.
''Fine by me. I set 1 card facedown.'' Judai responded setting a card behind his monster, calling it a turn. ''Turn end.''
Duel Screen: Turn 3_ Judai: 4000LP H: 4 / Manjoume: 4000LP H: 6
Manjoume looked at his hand and he was confident in ending the duel in one shot.
''I'll show you the difference between us Judai! My turn, draw!'' Jun proclaimed drawing his top card. He proceeded playing a card from his hand. ''I activate the spell, Lightning Vortex!''
Burst of electricity strike around the field as Manjoume explained sending a card from his hand to the Graveyard. ''With this spell, it destroys all face-up monsters my opponent controls in exchange of discarding 1 card.''
Lightning bolts came down upon Burstinatrix, striking her as she screams and then explodes. Judai braced though the others were confused.
''Why would he use up that card on a weaker HERO?'' Sho questioned as that card would be way better to save when there were more monsters. However he got his replied as Manjoume announced as his Graveyard slot began to glow. ''The card I discarded was Ojamagic and that activated its effect, adding me Ojama Yellow, Ojama Green, and Ojama Black from my Deck to my hand.''
He added all 3 of his classic Ojamas and then proceeded in triggering his set card. ''Reverse Trap open, Ojama Trio! Now I place 3 Ojama Tokens on my opponent's field.''
Appearing on Judai's field was the orginal 3 Ojamas, shaking their butts at his face.
Ojama Token x3 Lvl 2 ATK: 0 DEF: 1000
''I have a good idea what's next.'' Kenzan explicated as Jun proceeded in playing the fusion spell. ''I activate the spell, Polymerization! I now fuse my three Ojamas from my hand together!''
All 3 real Ojamas appeared slamming their butts together as they fused within the fusion portal.
''Fusion Summon! Just appear, Ojama King!'' Manjoume called forth as the massive king of the Ojamas emerged out of the portal.
''OJAMA KING!'' Ojama King yelled out proud and loud to Manjoume uneasiness though he put up a strong confident front.
Ojama King Lvl 6 ATK: 0 DEF: 3000
The others watched with Fubuki chuckling how amazing that was.
''Manjoume actually summoned that monster that fast.'' He said praising his student. Asuka sweat drops with Fujiwara then questioning. ''And with those Ojama Tokens on Aniki's field, that means one thing.''
Manjoume then proceeded playing another card from his hand. ''I activate the spell, Ojamuscle! With this, I destroy all Ojama monsters on the field except Ojama King.''
Ojama King's arms exploded in massive arms and thrusts them, extending as he smacked the tokens into pieces.
''Next Ojama King gains 1000 ATK for each destroyed Ojama monster.'' Manjoume explained as Ojama King increased up to 3000ATK and then added. ''Not only that but when an Ojama Token is destroyed, the opponent takes 300 of damage. And all three were destroyed!''
Judai's Life Points took 900LP of damage, leaving him with just 3100LP.
''Next I summon Masked Dragon!'' Manjoume proceeded summoning his masked red-white scaled dragon, roaring.
Masked Dragon Lvl 3 ATK: 1400 DEF: 1100
This surprised the group with Rei yelling out in shock. ''He intends to beat Judai-chan in an OTK!''
Asuka watched as she knew Judai isn't beaten yet.
''Battle! Ojama King, attack Judai directly!'' Manjoume commanded as Ojama King leaped up to the sky right to Judai.
''Ojama Slam!'' Manjoume shouted as the massive Ojama descends downward right on top of Judai. However the hero duelist wasn't beaten yet, triggering his set card.
''I'm not going to go down that easily. I activate the Quick-Play Spell, The Flute of a Summoning Kuriboh!'' Judai proclaimed flipping over his set card. White feathers fly out of the holographic card as he started explaining. ''With this, I can Special Summon a Kuriboh monster from my Deck or add it to my hand.''
A card popped out from his deck as he called forth. ''Come out buddy, Winged Kuriboh!''
Emerging onto the field is the winged angel Kuriboh, crying out happily. ''Kuri!''
Winged Kuriboh Lvl 1 ATK: 300 DEF: 200
Manjoume grunted mad at this and proceeded with his attack. ''Tch. I'll still attack.''
Ojama King slammed upon the poor Kuriboh; flatten it with its body before exploding into sparks of light. Judai braced himself as he announced. ''When Winged Kuriboh is destroyed, I take no damage.''
''…I end my turn.'' Manjoume ended his turn unable to do anything else this turn.
Duel Screen: Turn 4_ Judai: 3100LP H: 4 / Manjoume: 4000LP H: 2
Judai grinned at this which caused Manjoume to call him off irritated. ''Smiling because you avoid a defeat. Don't think I didn't come here to just let you win.''
''Nope, and it wouldn't be fun either if I didn't try.'' Judai responded not wanting this duel to be easy on either of them. It wouldn't be an exciting duel if otherwise. He then declares starting his turn. ''My turn, draw!''
He drew his top card and eyes it, proceeding to summoning the monster he drew. ''I summon Elemental HERO Bubbleman!''
Appearing is the bubble weapon wearing hero.
Elemental HERO Bubbleman Lvl 4 ATK: 800 DEF: 1200
''While I control no other cards on my field except for Bubbleman, I can draw 2 cards.'' Judai explained as he drew two more cards. He got them and smirks playing his favorite card. ''Next I activate my favorite spell, Polymerization!''
A fusion portal manifests as Judai announced revealing two monsters from his hand. ''I now fuse Elemental HEROes Ocean and Woodsman!''
Both the fish-man and wooden heroes appeared merging within the fusion portal. The group watched in surprised never seeing those heroes before.
''Fusion Summon! Show yourself, Elemental HERO Terra Firma!'' Judai called forth as the massive white armored-skinned hero of the Earth appeared.
Elemental HERO Terra Firma Lvl 8 ATK: 2500 DEF: 2000
The group was further shocked by this new hero. Even Manjoume was taken back uttering out. ''What the hell? I have never seen you use that HERO before.''
Judai hummed at his reaction and just told him with a smirk. ''He's a new one. Anyway I activate Terra Firma's effect, releasing an Elemental HERO I control to add the ATK of that monster to Terra Firma.''
Jun widened his eyes as Judai explicated.''I release Bubbleman! The Earth Magma!''
Bubbleman vanishes as his energy coursed through Terra Firma, surrounding him in a blue aura as his ATK shot up to3300.
''Battle!'' Judai commanded as Terra Firma leaped forward at Manjoume's massive Ojama.''Terra Firma, attack Ojama King!''
Terra Firma reached out on both sides of its waist and pulled out duo heated, magma-like sabers between both hands as he swung one after the other at Ojama King. ''Earth Magma Slash!''
Both slashes crossed through Ojama King as Terra Firma landed behind it. The giant Ojama grunted before yelling out its name, exploding. Manjoume braced himself taking 300LP of damage.
''Nice one Commander Judai-san!'' Kenzan cheered amazed. Sho nodded smiling. Judai continued his turn grabbing two cards and declared setting them. ''I throw down 2 cards facedown. I end my turn.''
Two face-down cards materialized behind the hero, ending his turn.
Duel Screen: Turn 5_ Judai: 3100LP H: 1 / Manjoume: 3700LP H: 2
Manjoume groaned not believing this but then again this is Judai, he always finds a way.
''That Judai. Always pushing himself like this.'' Jun told himself mentally, knowing well this wouldn't be that easy. Still he wasn't planning to lose to him, he had become stronger. He won't lose as he announced. ''I'm far from finished! My turn, draw!''

He banished both Ojama King and Ojamuscle to draw his two cards. The others watched confused that Manjoume had that card. Maybe he was planning to summon Armed Dragon LV5?
That would change as Manjoume then played another card from his hand. ''Next I activate the spell, LV Descend!''
A new card manifest that show the image of Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV4, posing powerfully with a silhouette of Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 behind it in the form of black flames. Manjoume then clarified his new card's effect.''This card sends 1 LV monster from my Deck to the Graveyard in exchange I add 1 LV monster from my Deck to my hand. I send Armed Dragon LV5 to add Armed Dragon LV7.''
This shocked the group that Manjoume would do that since Armed Dragon LV7 can't be Normal Summoned. Manjoume then grabbed a different card and announced.''Now I release Masked Dragon!''
Masked Dragon roared vanishing. Now Manjoume chanted as he summoned forth. ''Now appear from between the realm of Light and Dark! Light and Darkness Dragon!''
Swirls of white and black exploded in front of him and emerging out of the swirls is a completely new dragon with two halves on each of its side: The left is pure white with majestic angelic wing and the right is pure black with menacing demon wing. The dragon had blue eyes and two tails, white and black on their sides. The dragon let out a monstrous roar, shaking the field while Terra Firma braced himself

This left the group staggered by this new surprised. Manjoume smirked finally able to use this monster, a card very special to him.
''Guess Judai isn't the only one with surprises.'' O'Brien stated also awe about this new monster. Judai however smiled excitedly never expecting this. He expressed just as exciting.''WOAH! That's an awesome new dragon!''
Manjoume coughed not going to accept the praising as he then commanded. ''Battle! Light and Darkness Dragon, attack Terra Firma!''
Light and Darkness Dragon roared gathering swirls white fiery energy from its mouth.
''Shining Breath!'' Jun commanded as the dragon breathes its white energy blast upon Terra Firma. Judai however smirked triggering his set card.
''I activate the Trap, Hero Barrier to negate an attack while I control an Elemental HERO monster!'' Judai announced as his trap released a strong barrier and guarded Terra Firma but Manjoume sadly had to counter it proclaiming. ''That won't happen! Light and Darkness Dragon's effect negates any card activation.''
The white-black dragon let out a shrieking roar, tearing apart the barrier. Judai startled amaze but Manjoume frowned then explaining. ''But my dragon loses 500 ATK and DEF.''
Light and Darkness Dragon's ATK dropped to 2300. Judai blinked at this and then stated kinda disappointed.''But that means Terra Firma is now stronger than Light and Darkness Dragon.''
Terra Firma flied right at the dragon energy blast as he threw right fist engulfed in fiery magma forward, ripping through the blast.
''Earth Combustion!'' Judai commanded as Terra Firma slammed his heated magma punch right into the weakened two-headed dragon's chest. The punch released an explosion blasting through the dragon's chest, exploding it.
Manjoume braced himself tanking 200LP of damage. He frowned losing his dragon but he wasn't defeated yet as he announced. ''When Light and Darkness Dragon is destroyed, I destroy all cards on my field and next I can Special Summon a monster from my Graveyard.''
The remains of Light and Darkness Dragon unleashed swirls of darkness that became a portal.
''Dark Baptism! Emerge, Armed Dragon LV5!'' Jun called forth as emerging out of the dark portal is the Level 5 Armed Dragon.

''I enter my Main Phase 2 and activate Armed Dragon LV5's effect.'' Manjoume continued his turn as he discarded and revealed his stronger Armed Dragon. ''By discarding a monster, I destroy a monster my opponent controls with more ATK than the sent monster. I discard Armed Dragon LV7 to destroy Terra Firma!''
Armed Dragon LV5 roared as it aimed its claw knuckles at Terra Firma.
''Destroyed Pile!'' Manjoume shouted as the knuckles shoot out like drills, ripping through Terra Firma and destroying. Judai braced himself well as Manjoume then proceeded playing another card from his hand. ''Next I activate the Continuous Spell, Full Power of the Armed Dragons!''
A new card materialized showing the image of Armed Dragon LV7 unleash massive electrical aura trying to evolve into its final form.
''Turn end.'' Manjoume proclaimed ending his turn but not before he triggered his new card's effect. ''Now I activate Full Power of the Armed Dragons' effect.''
Armed Dragon LV5 roared surrounding itself in electricity as if its body is going through a transformation.
''At the end of my turn, I can send an Armed Dragon I control and perform a Level Up, Special Summoning an Armed Dragon with a higher Level than the sent monster from my hand, Deck or Graveyard, ignoring Summoning conditions!'' Manjoume explained his card's effect as he soon called forth. ''Roar, Armed Dragon LV7!''
The aura broke through like an egg, revealing the stronger Armed Dragon to the field.

''This duel is starting to get me even more exciting!'' He expressed not able to ignore his joy for dueling, something he wasn't able to enjoy for the last year in Duel Academia. Asuka giggled a bit happy to see Judai acting like the kid that beaten Cronus long ago. She blushed a bit not realizing even back then her interest for him hasn't changed.
''My turn! Draw!'' Judai shouted drawing his top card. He looked at his hand and played a card from it. ''I activate the spell, The Warrior Returning Alive! Now I can add 1 Warrior-Type monster from my Graveyard to my hand.''
He added and revealed Bubbleman. Judai then triggered his other set card. ''Next I activate the trap, Fusion Reserve!''
His last face-down card flipped over glowing as he explained with a smile. ''By activating this trap, I reveal 1 Fusion Monster from my Fusion-''
''Extra!'' Everyone, including Manjoume, corrected him on the new rules. Judai sweat dropped resuming. ''Extra Deck and then I can add 1 of that monster's Fusion Materials from my Deck into my hand.''
He revealed Elemental HERO Thunder Giant as he added Elemental HERO Sparkman into his hand. He then added as his trap still glowed. ''And if Polymerization is in my Graveyard, I can add it as well in my hand.''
His Graveyard slot popped out Polymerization as Judai added it too into his hand. He then proceeded summoning his previous hero. ''I once again summon Elemental HERO Bubbleman!''
Once more Bubbleman appeared onto the field.

''And like before, I can use Bubbleman's effect to draw 2 cards when I control no other cards on my field except my hero.'' Judai explained drawing two more cards. He smirked playing a spell from his hand. ''Next I activate the spell, Reinforcement of the Army! And this spell lets me add 1 Level 4 or lower Warrior-Type monster from my Deck to my hand.''
He added Elemental HERO Avian into his hand. Now he proceeded playing his favorite card once more. ''I activate my favorite spell again. Polymerization!''
''Obviously.'' Manjoume muttered extremely annoyed.
''I now fuse Elemental HEROes Bubbleman, Avian and Sparkman!'' Judai announced as Sparkman and Avian appeared merging with Bubbleman, fusing together behind the Fusion portal.
''Fusion Summon! Show yourself, Elemental HERO Tempest!'' Judai called forth as emerging out of the portal is Tempest, striking a hero pose over the field.

Judai grabbed his last two cards and sets them announcing. ''Next I throw down 2 cards facedown and activate Tempest's effect!''
Tempest glowed as Judai explained. ''By sending a card I control to the Graveyard, I can target 1 monster I control and as long as Tempest is face-up on the field, that monster cannot be destroyed by battle.''
Jun groaned worrying already knowing what he's aiming for.
''I send 1 of my set cards and choose Tempest.'' Judai informed. His set card vanished as Tempest is engulfed in a green outline aura.
''Judai plans to crash over Manjoume-kun's Armed Dragon and avoid the destruction thanks to his hero's effect.'' Kaiser stated what Judai's aim is. Jim smirked at this commenting. ''That's just like him!''
''Battle! Tempest, attack Armed Dragon LV7!'' Judai then ordered as Tempest flied up high over Armed Dragon LV7 and then he dived down at the dragon sticking out his right leg as a kick. ''Earth Impact!''
Tempest started spinning rapidly and kicks right through the dragon, tearing through it as it exploded. Manjoume grunted madden as Judai finished his turn. ''Turn end.''

''Damn that Judai.'' Manjoume told himself upset, just like him to turn the tide in a duel like this. He squeezed his hands reminded of how much better Judai was back in Duel Academia. Whenever he dueled someone stronger or had haxes, Judai always found a way to win no matter what the odds… well nearly but 95% of the time he had always won.
''He's always a better duelist than anyone else, even me.'' Manjoume told himself even admitting that he could never become his equal… but now things are different, he had become much stronger than before. He then declared serious. ''But not for long! My turn! Draw!''
He drew his top card. Manjoume formed a small smirk at the card he just drew, immediately playing it in his Spell and Trap Card Zone. ''I activate the spell, Card of Sanctity! Now both players draw until we each have 6 cards in our hand.''
Judai nodded as both duelists drew until they had 6 cards in their hand.
''Lucky break there.'' Judai commented taunting but Manjoume immediately corrected him with a smug smirk. ''It's not just luck, it's Thunder!''
Everyone sweat dropped except Fubuki nodding passionate.
''Next I activate the spell, Armed Rebirth!'' Manjoume proceeded playing another new spell. The card materialized on the field showing the image of an Armed Dragon LV7 emerging out of the ground roaring. ''In exchange that I can't Normal Summon this turn, I can Special Summon 1 Armed Dragon from my Graveyard, ignoring its Summoning condition.''
The ground shook as Jun called forth. ''Revive, Armed Dragon LV7!''

''Next I release my dragon in order to perform a Special Summon!'' Manjoume announced as his dragon vanished and a lightning bolt suddenly came down behind his back, calling forth. ''Bang the Earth with Thunder, Armed Dragon LV10!''
More electricity came down and formed together, becoming the destructive Level 10 Armed Dragon.

The others stared as things will be bad. Asuka watched concerning as this will be a problem for Judai who stared this smirking a bit.
''Next I activate Armed Dragon LV10's effect!'' Manjoume announced as his dragon roar. ''By sending 1 card from my hand to the Graveyard, I destroy all face-up monsters my opponent controls. Armed Big Vanisher!''
He discarded Ojama Red as Armed Dragon LV10's slammed its powerful right claw into the ground, releasing a destructive electrical burst of energy. The wave hit Judai's field, destroying his HERO monster.
''Not good! Aniki's Hero is gone!'' Sho shouted out in terror as Judai was wide open to a direct attack.
''Battle! Armed Dragon LV10, attack Judai directly!'' Manjoume commanded as his dragon extended back its right claw, sparks of electricity forming out into the shape of an orb. The dragon then threw it over, throwing the attack at Judai. ''Armed Big Punisher!''
The attack struck and exploded on impact.
''JUDAI-CHAN!'' Rei shouted in terror worrying extremely.
''AAAW!'' Judai screamed in pain, pushed back hard but stood his ground. His Life Points however dropped hard, having only a mere 100LP left.
''Aniki took a huge hit.'' Sho commented with Kenzan adding as he gazed at Manjoume's confidence. ''Manjoume-san isn't pushing anything back now.''
''Judai…'' Asuka muttered knowing well this won't beat him.
''I set 1 card facedown.'' Jun resumed his turn setting a face-down card behind his dragon before ending his turn with a cocky smirk. ''Turn end.''
Everyone watched wondering how Judai will perform a turnaround with 100LP left. Will he be able to give it his all?

Asuka watched a bit concerned. Judai was at a disadvantage if he doesn't handle Manjoume's dragon with just 100LP left. Still, Judai had been in worst situation. She can only hope he can still pull himself out of this. After all, that is who Judai Yuki is; a duelist who always determines his own destiny through his power.

Judai panted but smirked excitedly. He expected nonetheless from Manjoume though he's showing off more of his power than usual.
''Manjoume is still giving his all against me...'' He told himself realizing he can't back down either. He reached his draw hand over his deck and shouted drawing. ''Better do the same. My turn, draw!''
He drew and eyed his drawn card and smirk, playing it. ''First I activate the spell, E - Emergency Call! Now I can add an Elemental HERO monster from my Deck to my hand.''
He searched through his deck and revealed Elemental HERO Neos into his hand. Manjoume stared uneased as Judai then proceeded playing another card from his hand. ''Next I activate the spell, Fake Hero! With this card, I can Special Summon 1 Elemental HERO from my hand to the field but it is returned back to my hand during the End Phase.''
This was what Manjoume was worried about. Judai then called forth showing Neos and summoning it on a Monster Zone slot. ''Show yourself, Elemental HERO Neos!''
Emerging onto the field is Neos, striking his signature pose.

The group watched knowing what Judai is about to do with Edo stating it. ''Judai is going to do it.''
Judai smirked as he declared. ''Contact Fusion! I fuse both Neos and Flare Scarab, returning them back to my Deck.''
Both Neos and Flare Scarab leaped up into the sky, flying into a portal into Neo Space.
''Fusion Summon! Show yourself, Elemental HERO Flare Neos!'' Judai called forth as the portal shines and emerging out is fused Flare Neos.

Jun gulped calmly as he stated out seriously. ''Your hero isn't going to beat my Armed Dragon LV10!''
Judai smirked as his Field Zone slot opens up and declared sliding a card inside of it. ''Next I activate the Field Spell, Neo Space!''
The field around them altered and became the colorful Neo Space.
''Neo Space increases the ATK of Neos and his Fusion forms 500ATK.'' Judai explained as Flare Neos was engulfed by the energy of Neo Space as his ATK went up to 3000. Judai wasn't done proclaiming as he set two cards. ''Next I throw 2 cards facedown.''
The two cards appeared face-down on the field and with that Judai declared smirking. ''Flare Neos gains 400 ATK for each Spell and Trap Card on the field.''
With the 4 Spell/Trap cards on Judai's field and the two on Manjoume's, Flare Neos shot up all the way to 5400ATK.
''5400ATK!'' Manjoume uttered out in shock. Judai then proclaimed with a smile. ''Battle! Flare Neos, attack Armed Dragon LV10!''
Flare Neos flied right at Armed Dragon as both hands are engulfed in fiery flame spheres.
''Burn to Ash!'' Judai declared as Flare Neos threw the powerful fire balls at Armed Dragon LV10.
Manjoume sweated as he can't let his dragon get destroyed. He pressed on his set card and announced flipping it over. ''Not yet! I activate the trap, Scale Sacrifice!''
His card opened up showing the image of a dragon losing most of its scales to protect itself from an attack. Manjoume then explained his trap's effect. ''By destroying 1 other face-up card I control, all Dragon-Type monsters I control cannot be destroyed by battle and are unaffected by all other card effects this turn.''
His Continuous Spell exploded as Armed Dragon LV10 was engulfed in aura-like scales. Flare Neos' ATK dropped by 800 since two Spell/Trap cards left, now having 4600ATK.
''But you're still going to take the damage.'' Judai reminded him as his hero's fireball attack struck the Armed Dragon, consuming it in flames. Jun still took damage from the battle, yelling, as he lost 1600LP.
Manjoume panted heavily soon declaring. ''If Full Power of the Armed Dragons is destroyed, I can add 1 Armed Dragon from my Deck to my hand.''
His pulled out his deck and grabbed his card.
Judai chuckled at this back-to-back action, praising his rival. ''I'm getting too excited by how you're dueling me Manjoume.''
Manjoume scoffed at that and responded. ''Don't think a loser like you can look down at me as if it was a kiddy game.''
''True but that's how a duel is.'' Judai replied partly agreeing with Manjoume also partly accepting. ''Whatever you say.''
The others sweat dropped how much those two banter in their own special way of respect.
''Those two respect the other, in their own way.'' Asuka expressed smiling a bit.
''I end my turn.'' Judai ended his turn confident.

Manjoume eyed his hand and proclaimed. ''I'm going to settle this duel Judai. This turn will be the one that we'll finish our score. Don't expecting holding nothing back!''
Judai smirked accepting the challenge head on. ''Bring me your best and I'll do the same.''
Manjoume smirked as he drew his top card. ''My turn, draw!''
He looked at his card and proceeded grabbing another card from his hand, declaring. ''I now release Armed Dragon LV10!''
Armed Dragon LV10 roared as transformed into electricity and shot right up high. Judai watched as the sky started shaking violent.
''What's going on now?'' Rei questioned not liking this.
The sky became black and violent as bolts of thunder struck down around Manjoume.
''Quake the World with the full force of Thunder!'' Manjoume chanted as the thunder expanded and became stronger through each struck before finally a big lightning bolt came down in front of him. There, a silhouette of a dragon was shown as Manjoume called forth. ''Leave nothing against your true thunderous form, Armed Dragon LV12!''
The dragon roared twirling its body as its tail cuts through all the thunder bolts and cut through the black sky, revealing itself. It resembled Armed Dragon LV10 except its armor is more silver with yellow lightning bolt pattern, including on its red scales, with sharp spikes all around. It also had spiral bladed wrist blades, a longer tail with more spikes and a spiral bladed tip, the inner portions of the wings are made out of zig-zagged pattern thunder coursing through each wing and spiral drill claws. The dragon's head had two extra horns and a third middle, sharper chin as its eyes glow red. The dragon roared once more releasing a burst of electricity across its body.
Armed Dragon LV12 Lvl 12 ATK: 4000 DEF: 2800
The audience watched speechless with the former Duel Academia students were also awed by this new dragon.
''A new Armed Dragon!'' Sho expressed in surprised with Edo adding rather impressed. ''Manjoume has really trained himself to finally beat Judai.''
Manjoume then proceeded discarding a card from his hand. ''By sending 1 card, the ultimate Armed Dragon LV12'seffect destroys all other cards on the field.''
''That's even more frightening of an effect than LV10's!'' Kenzan expressed in terror.
The ultimate Armed Dragon let out a roar as massive burst of thunder erupted from its body. Judai watched cautious as Jun declared. ''You're done! Armed Big Bang Thunder MAX!''
Armed Dragon roared thrusting and slamming its right claw onto the ground. A radius of electricity formed around the claw to the body before it expanded and became an electrical explosion right towards Judai.
''Now I got you Judai.'' Manjoume proclaimed smirking until Judai responded back with his own smirk. ''You would think.''
Manjoume staggered as Judai then declared triggering his set card. ''Reverse Continuous Trap open, Neos Wave!''
His set card flipped over showing the image of a massive wave made by Neos as well as the other Neo-Spacians. Judai then explained his trap's effect as it glowed. ''When I control Elemental HERO Neos or a Neos Fusion Monster, I can activate this trap. And it prevents any other card I control from being destroyed by card effects.''
Manjoume growled as he then pointed out. ''But not your trap!''
Armed Dragon LV12's explosion consumed Judai's field but only the trap was destroyed while his other cards remained. Flare Neos dropped to 4200ATK but it still had higher ATK than Manjoume's new dragon.
''Close one huh?'' Judai commented chuckling, thinking Manjoume got him with that… however Manjoume immediately protested and revealed. ''Wrong! For each card destroyed by its effect, Armed Dragon LV12 gains 500ATK!''
Judai and everyone else startled as Armed Dragon roared shooting up to 4500ATK, surpassing Flare Neos.
Sho gulped at this pointing with Kaiser pointing out. ''Not bad from Manjoume. Unless Judai has the means to stop this attack against an unaffected dragon, it's over for him.''
With only 100LP left, Judai will not survive this attack. Manjoume coughed before declaring as he raised his right fist into the sky, chanting. ''1, 10, 100, 1000, Manjoume Thunder! Battle! End this duel, Armed Dragon LV12! Attack Flare Neos!''
Armed Dragon LV12 roared taking flight into the sky as it raised its right claw, burst of electricity flying out of it. It focused, swirling the electricity into a massive orb of thunder.
''Armed Big Bang Storm!'' Manjoume commanded as the dragon threw the large orb downward upon Flare Neos. The hero tried unleashing his flames to stop the orb but it couldn't contain or push it back as the orb soon exploded in a widespread electrical pulse. It consumed everything as Flare Neos screamed as it was being slowly disintegrating him.
''Judai!'' Asuka yelled out as did Sho but more dramatic. ''Aniki!''
The attack soon glowed and exploded. Everyone braced themselves as smoke only remained.
''No way Judai-senpai saur…'' Kenzan uttered defeated with Rei screaming in horror that Judai lost.''NO! ''
Manjoume watched with his arms crossed, confident in his victory… and yet he expected more of a final effort from Judai of all people.
''Judai, I told you I wouldn't-'' He began to say until he realized his dragon was still on the field. Manjoume slowly widened his eyes turning as he spotted a glow through the smoke. ''What?''
Everyone soon noticed the light as the smoke cleared up to revealed Judai, still standing and smiling. Manjoume staggered by this.
''Surprised? I thought nothing surprises Manjoume Thunder.'' Judai began teasing him for the face as he then added pointing at the glow being his set trap. ''And just to be clear I activated the Trap, Hero Soul! During when I take Battle Damage from a battle involving a HERO monster I control and my Life Points will be reduced to 0, they become 100 instead. And since they were at 100, I didn't lose any points.''
Manjoume didn't saw that coming, expecting the set card being Draining Shield or something that could not harm his dragon at all. Every time with this guy, he always escapes defeat by an inch away.
Asuka just smiled a bit. Of course he would survive that.
''You just had to find a way out, huh?'' Manjoume just muttered oddly smirking, preferring a win that is his.
Judai just smirked calmly. Manjoume soon scoffed eyeing his two cards, knowing the duel will be settled on the next turn. He grabbed them and set them declaring. ''I set 2 cards face-down. I end my turn.''
The two cards materialized behind his dragon but then Judai's former trap reappears glowing.
''Then during the End Phase that Neos Wave is destroyed, I can Special Summon Neos from my Deck or Graveyard.'' Judai then revealed as Neo reappeared back to his field.

Judai had 1 card in his hand left and Neos along with Neo Space but Manjoume's dragon just had too much attack and two set cards on Jun's field.
''Even if you did manage to survive that one, I'm still going to win Judai!'' Manjoume declared still confident he can't beat his untouchable field. Judai sweat dropped that he can't even enjoy a moment of this awesome back-to-back duel they were having.
''I'm just enjoying this duel more than you are.'' Judai told him off with Manjoume scoffing. He sighed as he then told himself smirking. ''Still, I can't let myself be beaten unless I gave it my all and beyond that! This next draw will decide it!''
Judai placed his draw hand over his deck, determined to settle the duel once and for all with this final draw. Everyone watched in suspense with Asuka staring closely.
''Here I come, Manjoume! My turn! Draw!'' Judai shouted drawing his top card. He eyed it and grinned playing it. ''I activate the spell, Pot of Greed, to draw 2 cards.''
He drew two additional cards and eyed them, taken back. Judai slowly relaxed as he said to himself, imaging someone else. ''This one is for you, Koyo-san.''
Gazing at Manjoume, Judai declared playing one of the cards he drew. ''I activate the spell, Miracle Contact!''
Manjoume couldn't believe the idiot's draw luck.
''Damn it. I shouldn't be surprised since Judai always manages to get what he needs just when he really needs it.'' Manjoume told himself angrily by Judai's impossible luck.
''I can return monsters from my hand, field or Graveyard and perform a Fusion Summon for a Fusion Monster that requires Elemental HERO Neos as a Fusion Material.'' Judai explained as Neos' body glowed. He then announced picking the other monster he'll fused with. ''I fuse Neos from my field with Terra Firma in my Graveyard.''
This shocked Manjoume and everyone else.
''A Fusion Summon with Terra Firma?'' Edo uttered out finding this really intriguing.
Neos and the revived Terra Firma flied up to the sky. Judai raised his arm up high, chanting. ''Join together, guardians of Neo Space and the Earth! Become one in order to protect our worlds and our comrades!''
Both heroes merged as a bright light shines out of it.
''Fusion Summon! Show yourself, Savior HERO Planetary Neos!'' Judai called forth as the light descended and took a new form of a new HERO never seen before.
The new hero was the merger of Neos and Terra Firma with Neos' eyes, neck and long curve horn but with Terra Firma's face and neck bumps. The hero had most of Neos' design like the red lining, larger shoulder pads, the wrist arms and muscle design but with Terra Firma's white bump pattern, the blue orbs on its shoulders, the waist side and fists. The red rectangle octagon gem chest of Terra Firma remained but with the orb sphere of Neos is within that gem. The new hero flexed its arm as it released an aura so strong it felt otherworldly.
Savior HERO Planetary Neos Lvl 10 ATK: 3000 DEF: 2000
Everyone is left further speechless as each one just uttered out. ''Savior HERO?''
Edo watched this taken back. Judai found a new evolution to HEROes? How?
Manjoume stared unease by this new hero but he wouldn't be afraid of it. He then protested loudly. ''It's still not enough against my Armed Dragon LV12!''
''Neo Space increases Planetary Neos by 500ATK.'' Judai, ignoring his statement, then announced as Planetary Neos shot up to 3500ATK. He then played the other card he drew, declaring as he shown it. ''Next I activate the spell, Miracle Fusion! I banish both Avian and Burstinatrix!''
Manjoume staggered as both heroes appeared momentary before merging together.
''Fusion Summon! My Favorite Hero!'' Judai began to call forth as a burst of flames erupted in front of him and emerging out of them is Flame Wingman, striking his signature pose. ''Elemental HERO Flame Wingman!''
Elemental HERO Flame Wingman Lvl 6 ATK: 2100 DEF: 1200
Manjoume watched not following this until Judai then proclaimed. ''I activate Savior HERO Planetary Neos' effect!''
Planetary Neos' eyes glowed as Flame Wingman let out a shout and became swirls of energy flying into the stronger hero.
''By releasing a HERO monster or a Neo-Spacian I control, Planetary Neos gains that monster's ATK and DEF as his own as well as the monster's effect until my next End Phase.'' Judai explained as Planetary Neos let out a powerful shout. ''Strength of Heroes!''
Jun watched in panic as Planetary Neos shot up to 5600ATK.
''Nice one Aniki!'' Sho cheered excitedly with O'Brien adding with a small smile. ''Manjoume's dragon won't survive this.''
Judai then commanded raising his right arm forward. ''Battle! Planetary Neos, attack Armed Dragon LV12!''
Planetary Neos reached and pulled out his sabers, now erupting in cosmic energy. He flied right at the dragon as Armed Dragon LV12 shot out drill missiles from its claws and body. Planetary Neos replied them with a cosmic barrier as Judai shouted. ''Wrath of Planetary Neos Slash!''
Planetary Neos then responded swinging its swords right through the dragon as it tried to parried the slashes with its spikes, arms and wings but it was all in vain as the weapons cut through the dragon with ease. Armed Dragon roared in agony before exploding.
"AAAW!'' Manjoume screamed blown backwards onto his back by the destruction of his dragon. He grunted taking 1100LP of damage, leaving Manjoume with 800LP left.
He got up panting heavily. Now both duelists were near the same amount but Judai was going to end it announcing. ''Planetary Neos still has Flame Wingman's effect so you'll take damage equal to your Armed Dragon's ATK!''
Everyone startled as Planetary Neos raised his blades to the left side, charging right at Manjoume. The duel seemed to be over but Manjoume was bested yet shouting. ''This is not over! Reverse Trap open, Battle of the Weak!''
His set card triggered and flipped over, showing the image of Haniwa, Harpie Girl and Tentacle Plant having a three-way battle with Ojama Yellow running for its life.
''When a monster I controlled was destroyed by battle, this trap negates all monster effects on the field and then all monsters on the field are destroyed.'' Manjoume revealed his card's effect shocking Judai. His hero would survived this but not if his effect is negated. The trap released a pulse, damaging Planetary Neos as he exploded.
Judai braced himself as he lost his monster too. Manjoume then explained the rest. ''Next both players can Special Summon 1 monster from our Graveyards with the lowest ATK in Attack Position and both monsters must battle this turn.''
Once more Judai is surprised.
''So it's sudden death.'' Fubuki stated rather impressed. Edo sweat dropped pointing out the obvious. ''I would say Manjoume has this one but he has his Ojamas which have the lowest ATK.''
''And Aniki has Winged Kuriboh with 300ATK.'' Sho pointed out too rather happy meaning Judai will survive somewhat. Kaiser, however, declared firmly. ''It doesn't really matter for those two. It will come down who has the better last card.''
Asuka also agreed knowing Manjoume isn't that reckless to use such a card in the last minute.
Both duelists searched through their Graveyards and picked their weakest monsters.
''Let's finish this, Ojama Yellow!'' Manjoume called forth as the yellow Ojama appeared with a big smile ready to help. ''Here Aniki!''
Ojama Yellow Lvl 2 ATK: 0 DEF: 1000
''Come back too, Winged Kuriboh!'' Judai called forth as his winged Kuriboh appeared, crying out happily. ''Kuri!''
Winged Kuriboh Lvl 1 ATK: 300 DEF: 200
Judai chuckled actually loving this set up, recalling way back when he and Manjoume had their rematch when he returned helping North Academia. He smirked calling him out. ''Let's do settle this, Manjoume.''
''Don't rush me, loser. Just attack.'' Manjoume responded back wanting to settle this. Judai nodded as he ordered. ''Battle! Winged Kuriboh, attack Ojama Yellow!''
Winged Kuriboh cried out serious flying right towards Ojama Yellow, panicking. However Manjoume was waiting for this declaring. ''Time to once and for all end this! I activate the Trap, Ojamambo!''
His last set card flipped over showing the image of Ojamas from Yellow to Red swirled into massive energy by a strange silhouette of a sitting Ojama.
''Ojama Yellow gains 500 ATK for each Ojama monster in my Graveyard.'' Manjoume revealed as Ojama Yellow suddenly gained massive amount of energy coursing through his body. ''I have 4 so Ojama Yellow's ATK goes up at 2000!''
Ojama Yellow shouted engulfed in great energy, now confident he can't lose. Manjoume smirked before laughing as he had won.
''That's awesome... but I had something for that.'' Manjoume was cut short as Judai immediately played a card from his hand smirking. ''I chain and activate the Quick-Play Spell, Berserker Crush!''
Winged Kuriboh's wings enlarged as the winged furball let out a cute battle cry as a powerful aura surrounded it.
''By banishing a monster from my Graveyard, Winged Kuriboh's ATK and DEF become equal to that monster's ATK and DEF.'' Judai explained staggering Manjoume heavily.''Nani?!''
''I banish Savior HERO Planetary Neos, leading his strength to my partner.'' Judai then added as Winged Kuriboh gained its own aura.
Ojama Yellow went up at 2000ATK while Winged Kuriboh shot up at 3000ATK.
''Go, Winged Kuriboh!'' Judai commanded as Winged Kuriboh flied right towards Ojama Yellow, extending back its small claw into a fist, engulfed in the same aura.
Manjoume watched, squeezing his hands not believing he pulled it off again.
''Damn that Judai... better not let him think I gave up. If I can't beat him, then I'll beat him with more spirit and pride!'' Manjoume told himself refusing to let Judai take away his pride too for coming this far. He then ordered his Ojama. ''Take him out, Ojama Yellow!''
Ojama Yellow staggered by this but he couldn't say no to this; his boss, his big bro was counting on him. He nodded crying as he came charging at Winged Kuriboh. ''I WON'T LET YOU DOWN ANIKI!''
Winged Kuriboh however moved much faster now directly in front of the crying Ojama Yellow and it thrust its right fist forward, punching the Ojama across the face. The impact was brutal as some of Ojama Yellow's teeth came off his mouth as he was sent flying directly towards Manjoume. He panicked as his monster slammed his butt across his face before exploding into holographic debris. Manjoume fell backwards on his back; his eyes dazed all while his Life Points dropped to 0.
Duel Screen: Winner... Judai Yuki: 100LP vs. Jun Manjoume: 0LP
Winged Kuriboh cried out happily tackling and hugging Judai who chuckled hugging him back. The winged monster then vanished happily as the field reverted back to normal.
''My pride just cried a little.'' Manjoume told himself sobbing on the floor, not that he lost but he had to suffer one of his nightmares, his face being crushed by an Ojama's butt. Why God? Why?
Smiling, Judai walked up to Manjoume as he posed his signature hand salute, declaring. ''Gotcha! That was an incredible duel, Manjoume!''
Manjoume gazed at him and scoffed… until he watched surprised as Judai moved his hand towards him. Judai smiled, flexing his fingers so he can accept his hand. Manjoume gazes at it and scoffed accepting it as he was pulled up. The crowd cheered as did Rei screaming happily that Judai won.
Asuka smiled at the least happy those two still can get along.
''AWESOME- Who's Manjoume? Who's Asuka? Who's the rest? What's a Yubel?'' Ruby, at first amazed by the story, asks more than one question as she has no clue on Judai's friends. Alicia sweat drops as she would ask that many questions too but not the way Ruby put it.
"Also that's Duel Monsters right?'' Ruby also asks, still not seeing a Duel yet. Judai drops his jaw just realizing it and sighs defeat. "Forgot she doesn't know what she's missing on.''
Alicia suddenly begins to laugh, surprising the two. She giggles, calming down as she tells him. ''She'll catch up. Ruby is pretty smart.''
Judai oddly chuckles agreeing.
''Doubt it.'' The three panicked by a voice ruining their moment. They turn and it was Weiss actually with them the whole time, with a puzzling expression from the story Judai told and the fact that they didn't notice her till now.
Ruby groans protesting to the white haired girl, jabbing her finger to her cheek. ''Come on Weiss, I can learn to play cards too!''
Weiss groans, annoyed, jabbing her own finger at Ruby's cheek, arguing back at her. ''Yea well it's a game I can learn too and beat you!''
Alicia sweat drops smiling while Judai chuckles.
''I want to know too.'' The two staggers turning to see Blake was also with them in the cart as did Yang, adding excitedly. ''Same here!''
Alicia sweat drops heavily, not believing she didn't notice them till now. Judai, however, gets excited to hear that declaring proudly. ''It's settled!''
Alicia sighs but smiles. This guy is a mystery but a nice one.
The day comes to an end as the sun slowly sets. Yugi sighs, eyeing Ichigo seemingly bored even while she was eating a cotton candy, sadly it was a Blue-Eyes theme.
"Did you enjoy today, Ichigo-kun?'' Yugi asks, hoping in a way she was enjoying today. Ichigo eyes him and smiles, not really liking today at all… but she did enjoy being with him gripping the hand that she's holding on.
''I had fun just being with you Nya.'' She says giggling just happened she got to go out with him. Yugi blushes, staring at her eyes, wanting her to be happier.
Ichigo purrs as removes her hold on Yugi, posing adorable in front of him with her arms behind her back. She tells him with a cute smile and wink. ''Come on! Burgers and pizza, my treat Nya!''
Yugi nods, smiling, liking that idea. Ichigo giggles, skipping up ahead to the exit. The tricolor head smiles warmly, really loving her… and why he won't let her smile fade away.
As Yugi catches up to Ichigo, he walks past someone. The two crossed paths as Yugi felt an enormous course of strange power, almost magical. He pauses, looking around thinking it was Kojan but it wasn't.
The tricolor head just ignores it as he goes to catch up to Ichigo, never looking back at the young man he crossed paths, eating a Blue-Eyes themed plain sugar donut as he wields a strange pink on his right hand, glowing brightly. He notices it and looks around; knowing he is close to the city he needs to arrive though he wonders why the ring shined? Probably just the reaction of happy kids.
Paths will cross but under what condition? Time will tell.

Author's Note: OOF… my first flashback duel chapter… I HATED IT. I only have one more of these to do and no more ever again. But here GX fans, a taste of something cool to come and a hint to what I will do and will cover more in future Volumes.
But yea doing a duel between Judai and Manjoume was important especially for well the surprise I got for Manjoume in the upgrade department… eventually.
Next time we get back to a full-on new arc and MAN… this arc will be special! This arc I have been dreaming of doing and now I can really have a lot of fun with it! I look forward that you guys will enjoy it too! First part, a very important chapter YOU GUYS CANNOT MISS IT!
However, you guys will have to wait longer for it. No DKR next week as I have to prepare for my next Yugioh One-Shot for December.
