I am borrowing Erika Aoyama and Mew Erika from Redwallfan2000. Ichigo Momomiya is NOW 17 (Volume 4 to 10) years old than 12-13 like in the anime/manga. Hello to all! This is Episode 37 of the new arc of Volume 5: The Dark Conquest!

Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.
Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!
Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight of Light!

Volume 5: Episode 37: The Ominous Curtains! Complete the Dark Conquest RPG!
In the previous episode of DKR:
The Dark Conquest RPG commenced as it spread across the 4 worlds. Karakura was consumed in metal by the effort of Eggman and the newly built Metal Sonic, Konoha was being merged with the Ghost Zone and their people controlled by varies ghosts leaded by Vlad and Tokyo was having an undead monster take over by a revived Queen Beryl.
Meanwhile Yugi and the others in Domino watched as Arkham is engaged by the young man Yugi met, Haruto, becoming a masked rider mage known as Kamen Rider Wizard. Engaging the masked villain, the wizard hero fought against Arkham. Both were seemingly evenly matched but even Arkham could tell Wizard was slowly overpowering him with his magic and techniques with his sword-gun weapon. However Arkham tried to take back the advantage before his form drained him… until Yugi, fully recovered taking a bite on the cookie Yin Dragon wanted and his desired fulfil recharged his powers, takes back the energy Arkham took and with Ryan's help, the three defeated Arkham.
Defeated, Yami Bakura appeared beside Arkham informing Yugi and his friends of his game, the Dark Conquest RPG. Explaining the rules and conditions, Yami Bakura taunted the heroes they have until sunset, 6:04pm, to beat the bosses of the 4 regions and then defeat himself. Yugi accepted not having a choice as if he can't win then the whole world is consumed by darkness.

Inside his office room in Kaiba Corporation, Seto was having a long distance video chat conversation with Kisara. She is still in the US in the city her stepfather lives in though she didn't want to live but after getting kidnapped, her father said otherwise. She followed his orders, trusting him.
''Seto don't worry, I'm okay now.'' She tells him from her end, easing her worries. Kaiba wasn't… much as he responds calmly.''Just confirming it. And how's home?''
She smiles telling him. ''My father was just worried for me. As soon as things die out, he'll let me leave to see you again. He also wishes to thank you for saving me.''
Seto didn't respond as much, having done a checkup on the man who adopted her and still puzzled: A well-known scientist of one of the biggest and former scientific labs after that… mishap. For him to meet Seto in America, in Central City, means much. Most likely he'll want to start over and will need funding and possible cooperation with a company with the technology to help. Other than that… most likely meet him and learn what Seto might want with Kisara. For Kaiba, he's not afraid of meeting a father, far from it.
''… I'm aware who your stepfather is. I am curious about meeting him myself.'' Seto finally responds, also curious about the man. He is smart but failed in probably one of the most important projects of his career. Kisara just smiles as she says. ''I'd imagine. Oh and you'll like my father's coworkers, they're really-''
But as she was saying that, the video gets blurry and distorted. This alarmed Kaiba a bit calling her out.''Kisara?''
The distortion didn't get better as the whole chat just dropped, no signal found. Now this annoys Seto as he checks signals on Kaiba Corporation, none. He expands, none. He scoffs typing on his computer to activate a special broadcasting signal for all of Domino, at least temporary.
Seto now slides on his headset and taps his collar, speaking directly downstairs. ''Mokuba, Isono, what's going on now?''
His headset then shows him the image of the control station under Kaiba Corporation with the workers freaking out and Mokuba also working. Isono rushes over in front of the screen of his boss and informs him. ''All power is out. Kaiba Tower's emergency power triggered as command.''
Kaiba scoffs. Of course, he always hated block outs so he made an emergency power system in case this happened with broadcasting signals.
Mokuba was checking what happened to the power in Domino and soon learns what, worrying him greatly.
''Um Nii-san…'' Mokuba begins to inform Seto, showing him a grim live image of Domino. Seto looks at it and sees enough to confirm who to blame this on, telling his brother. ''I'm going to see Yugi. No doubt this is directly his fault.''
Seto immediately marches and taps his hand on a control panel. The wall opens up to reveal a hidden elevator. He walks in as the wall closes up and the elevator shut descends with insane speed.
''More like someone's doing to-'' Mokuba begins to correct his older brother that it's not exactly Yugi's fault but Kaiba interrupts, annoyed. ''You know what I mean, Mokuba. Lock the building up, tight, and keep me updated.''
''You got it!'' Mokuba promises not to fail him. With that the conversation cuts off. The elevator stops and opens up as Kaiba walks up, seeing his Blue-Eyes Ferrari 720. Hopping on it, Seto ignites its engines as the car is literally moving upward. It moves as the ground opens up, revealing it was inside an underground car lift in front of Kaiba Corporation. With that, Kaiba rides off with the car moving at such incredible speed with a tracking signal on Yugi's Duel Disk.
Just the two of them standing in a rooftop in Domino, Yami Bakura gazes at Arkham. The evil spirit glares at the masked man for his latest attempt to spoil his game.
"I won't ask again not to ruin my game." Yami Bakura threatens him firmly. Arkham chuckles as he promises him. "I won't. It does help make doubt their chances and act reckless."
"... I suppose." Yami Bakura does somewhat agree with him. He does smirk, saying. "It still doesn't matter. Yugi and his foolish friends will fail and I will win. Kekeke... HAHAHA!"
Arkham looks ahead in the city being shrouded in darkness. He had already told the villains to keep in mind to exploit and use the heroes' weakness or break their "unity". Vlad and Eggman had a plan and as much experience as the two are; they are still very egoistic in beating their foes. Greed didn't bother listening and Yami Bakura didn't care in the slighest; his obsession towards Yugi is great. Still, Arkham isn't that worried; this is merely a test run to see how the villains will likely fail in not listening to him. And if they do win; it's still a win for them.
"... We'll see, won't we." The masked man tells himself, going to enjoy himself and learn more from the enemy... especially that Wizard.
Having seen the villain vanish, Team Dragon Knight with Kamen Rider Wizard watch as a sphere of dark energy manifests within the center of the city and expands.
Breathing annoyed, Yugi turns facing his friends as his form reverts back to normal as did the Dragon Blade back to the Dragon Sword. Jonouchi and the others approach as Alicia asks concerned. "You okay Yugi?''
''Need a shot?'' Jonouchi adds having his emergency syringe case ready. Yugi oddly didn't feel weird or weak like he would other times due to his diabetes and confirms his worries. ''N-no, I'm fine.''
Jonouchi is left speechless, having seen Yugi REALLY bad if he doesn't get a shot in case he's in a bad state.
Yugi is also puzzled about this until he hears a familiar voice telling him telepathically. ''You're welcome!''
The tricolor head slowly widens his eyes and turns to see the spirit head of Yin Dragon, grinning. It didn't take long for Yugi to realize what he meant, widening his eyes.
''… NO! You guys can do that to me?!'' Yugi slowly explodes in a telepathic yell, not realizing until now that Yin-Yang Dragon's ability works on his health issue. Yang Dragon, smiling, says happily. ''You never asked us. Enjoy eating sweets!''
Yugi oddly smiles thankful for the two and the two-headed dragons knew that smiling… though the tricolor head sweat drops really not wanting to eat sweets again. He sighs as Alicia notices and asks. ''You okay Yugi?''
''Yea…'' He responds somewhat half honestly about the sweet part. Alicia misunderstood that, figuring he was upset about how Arkham got the upper hand on him. She smiles, ensuring her. ''Don't feel bad. Arkham's new form surprised all of us.''
Yugi startles not thinking about that. He frowns a bit admitting Arkham's new form did surprise him and did almost have him pretty good.
''Yea, though I shouldn't have taken him lightly.'' He replies upset about letting Arkham have that much of an advantage. Alicia smiles not blaming him for that as she reminds him a wink. ''Well after last time, I can't blame you.''
Yugi, sweat dropping, nods admitting that his fight against Aknadin as Shadow Magus. Still he wishes he had access to a powerful attack like Dragonaun Tengoku but due to the drawback, he can't use it more than 3 times and losing Burst Limit for a few days is too dangerous especially right now. Dragon Slayer has the limitless Dragonaun Tensho to fire but doesn't have the advantages that Burst Limit gives him. That's something he needs to keep in mind… and he has an idea how to take advantage of his many disadvantages… hopefully.
''How long do we have?'' Yugi then asks Ryan who checks his watch and declares worrying. ''29 and counting!''
Alicia sighs really hating this. Judai eyes Wizard looking at the energy sphere enlarging up ahead. Ichigo notices it as Berry walks up to the strange superhero and thanks him. ''Um thank you! You really help Yugi-san and everyone else.''
''Yea, thanks um… Rider Guy Nya?'' Ichigo finally speaks up, also thanking him, still somewhat tense about her visions. The masked rider eyes the red cherry haired girl and corrects her politely with his right index finger up.''Wizard.''
''Yea Wizard Guy!'' Judai adds with a smirk. Wizard, having his index finger up, quickly decides not to correct him, pretty sure the guy is playing with him. First time though.
Wizard instead switches rings in his right hand with a new ring, a yellowish-like ring. Before he left, he let his new ring maker give him a few new rings to test out that would help him.
''Shunpei, I'm trying out your new ring out.'' Wizard tells himself as he lifts the lever of his belt and slides the ring over the hand buckle, glowing.
''SCAN, PLEASE!'' The Wizardriver announces as he Wizard waves his hand. A magical circle manifests before him as the inner portion becomes like a screen, scanning and showing strange symbols that Wizard can read through his helmet. He nods confirming this thing is expanding and not just here but 3 other locations have the same identical magical energy.
''Whoever that Bakura you called him or that Arkham, something is happening to this city.'' Wizard confirms the villain's words. Bakura coughs as he corrects him kindly. "He's not Bakura, I am. He's well… something worst that takes my name.''
''Good to know.'' Wizard responds by flipping the levers as his transformation is undone with Haruto stating. ''Regardless, this Bakura or Zorc as you call it, he intends to spread despair upon countless lives and I'm not going to let him.''
Haruto turns facing the group and declares showing the Flame Ring on his left hand. ''I am the Wizard of Hope, that's my job to be everyone's last hope and I will stop him.''
''…'' Everyone else is rather taken back by this guy. Yugi was really amazed by this guy. He couldn't help but smile blushing. Is this a crush? NAY, but he really likes Haruto's aura; hopefully and never doubtful.
''So you're not any magician-'' Ringo begins to speak up and Haruto smiles while correcting her. ''Wizard and I am not.''
Ringo blushes nodding softly while Tasuku is really amazed by this guy. Jonouchi had a lot of questions for this guy but before he could ask him anything, he heard something loud and fast. The group turns to see the Blue-Eyes Ferrari 720 stopping in front of Ichigo's house.
''Oh god no.'' Jonouchi and Honda both begin to complain loudly as Kaiba walks out of the car, adjusting his coat. Haruto leads his head to the left with such a puzzling face, never seeing such a bizarre outfit for a guy before.
''Kaiba-kun!'' Yugi utters, rushing over to Kaiba who looks at the sphere of energy expanding from what his headset is informing him, analyzing. He scoffs looking at the tricolor head stopping before him and asks coldly. ''Is this your doing, Yugi?''
Yugi sweat drops as he corrects him. ''More like Zorc-kun's.''
''Lovely.'' Kaiba responds just as coldly. If it's not a black scaled humanoid dragon trying to kill Yugi or his now dead real father screwing with his life, it's one of the other dozen losers that want Yugi's head.
Yugi looks up at the sphere forming rapidly, worrying about everyone in Domino. He eyes his rival and asks him. ''Kaiba-kun, can you communicate to all of Domino?''
Kaiba gazes at him, scoffing as he already has a feeling why and nods. Yugi smiles as he further asks. ''I need you to send a message to everyone!''
''Fine. Like I don't have a choice-'' Seto agrees not given a choice but to make sure no one on his city dies by this-
It's there that Kaiba pauses and notices Haruto watching them, eating one of the donuts that Yugi bought for him. Yugi blinks, turning as Haruto soon realizes he was being stared at. He coughs chewing his piece of donut as he asks the brown haired man shaking the bag of plain sugar donuts. ''Donut?''
Seto looks up and down at this guy and boy is he displeased with this man's taste in clothing.
''… Who the hell is this now?'' Kaiba demands, also not one who likes sweets no less donuts. Yugi sweat drops immediately imagining how Kaiba will react if he told him he's a wizard. He gulps replying carefree. ''He's um… He's a guy I met! We're friends now!''
Kaiba scoffs not even surprised there. Haruto sweat drops never actually agreeing that they're friends. He speaks up and corrects him. ''Actually, I'm a wizard.''
Yugi sweat drops with Jonouchi overhearing that and groans worrying as did Honda. Kaiba, slowly turning towards Haruto, had this face with disbelief and disgust.
''Sure you are when pigs fly.'' Kaiba comments coldly, refusing to admit his crap. Haruto pauses for a moment and blinks, uttering out with a small smirk. ''I can do that now.''
Kaiba just made another irritated face, hoping he's lying. Yugi sweat drops hoping Haruto isn't the type to taunt-
''Yugi!'' The tricolor head blinks, turning and sees Jenny as Mew Plum landing in front of him.
''Nee-san!'' Yugi utters out relieved she's okay while Haruto mutters leaning his head to the left. ''Nee-san?''
Haruto looks up and down by the… dog girl. He hums wiping his lips that regardless of her appearance, she looks REALLY hot. God, he better let Rinko know he likes part animal girls.
Adjusting himself, Haruto approaches and sways with the girl. ''Hello Nee-chan!''
Mew Plum eyes him and blushes, uttering out. ''Hello woof?''
Yugi sweat drops heavily with Kaiba more disgusted and Jonouchi shocked that Yugi's sister actually blush.
Haruto smirks, shaking his bag of donuts if she wants. The dog girl blushes, shaking her head as she asks Yugi. ''Um… what's going on?''
''Um let me explain.'' Yugi responds back as this will be a long story.
Alicia tells the others she'll be heading back inside the house to get her gear. She's not going to let the others do all the fighting.
Peeking out of their protected house from the window, Amy grunts nervously as did Cream seeing the mess happening outside. Tails was already on work trying to figure out the mystery dark barrier surrounding the city. Seemingly no one can escape from it, using one of his drones to leave the city and was immediately destroyed. Sonic was just napping, relaxing or well trying to.
''Um Sonic…'' Amy begins to say, worrying with Sonic already beside her. He whistles at the mess going on, kinda wishing it was raining. ''Boy today isn't a rainy day.''
He dashes to Tails trying his best to have some kind of communication connection but none. Not even the Ghost Zone Portal isn't working.
''We can't contact to Yugi or anyone.'' He informs the blue hedgehog who sighs. He then dashes off with incredible speed out of the house, dodging and evading anything before reaching the ends of Tokyo. He stares down at the barrier, tapping on the barrier and could confirm this thing having a surface was bad. He dashes back inside his home and tells the group. ''Barrier. Can't get through it easily.''
Tails sweat drops already trying to break it but no luck. Knuckles scoffs thinking he can break it.
''Then we got to hope Yugi and the others come.'' Sonic says sitting back on the sofa, yawning. Knuckles hum for a moment, not sure why but this feels very suspicious that if this could be that Dark Lord's doing, wouldn't this be Eggman's doing with Tokyo but it's not. Then the mad scientist could be somewhere else causing a problem.
''Well something tells me this is not just happening here.'' Knuckles then theorizes with Sonic actually taken back by this and asks. ''Why you think so?''
The echidna eyes him and just responds firmly about it. ''A gut feeling.''
Sonic smirks actually agreeing with the knuckle-headed for once. Tails nods trusting his friends' words but at the same time he's working on something so when Yugi and the others do arrive, they'll know to find them. Hopefully it works.
Within the forest of Mahora City, a dark portal manifests and both Akumu and Dark General Knight emerge as the portal vanishes.
Dark General Knight looks around, scanning the seemingly peaceful forest as Akumu looks around oddly happy.
''Here we are my lord.'' The dark knight proclaims confirming where they were. Akumu still smiles, muttering out. ''Brings back old memories…''
The dark general believes his lord's word as he asks him. ''You know the way my lord?''
Akumu looks at Arkham's map and then takes a moment to sniff the air. He smells deeply before replying. "I can smell her.''
''… I will not ask.'' Dark General Knight utters, sweat drops behind his helmet, not even wanting to know what that means.
The two begin to walk with Akumu leading the way. So far nothing to assume they were being watched or detected by this place's magic protection. Akumu recalls long ago doing this journey with his general and well… the results were terrifying. But one thing was sure; they were detected within moments of walking in the forest back then unlike right now.
''So far that foolish Arkham was right.'' Dark General Knight states astonished that the masked man was right. Akumu chuckles gazing at his general and taunts him with a grin. ''Enjoy having him beside me.''
Dark General Knight groans at the idea. The two continue their journey with Akumu unable to control himself, wanting to see her so badly.
Will he reach her?
Commercial Break:
Mew Plum: Wait he's a wizard?! He's well… handsome.
Chibiusa: Ah. I really wanted ice cream and now this happens. Why does this have to happen?
Tokyo was a mess as the city was taken over by the Chimeras. Hiding from the strange monster-like humanoids, Shintaro and Sakura poke their heads under rags that are covering the horse carriage. The poor horse was taken while they were hiding. The damn driver ran like a coward and well… Shintaro didn't let his wife see the part where one of those monsters killed him cruelly. Idiot, he told him not to risk himself.
Shintaro looks around and groans so upset right now. This tops the time Tokyo was unavailable or that other time or the other or AH.
''God damn it, Tokyo. You can't do this at a time like this.'' He complains angrily but quietly just wanting to spend time with his wife. Sakura sweat drops smiling knowing her husband wanted to make her happy but she's more worried for their daughter.
''I hope Ichigo and her friends are taking cover.'' She says recalling the party Ichigo's friends are going to have for her. Shintaro sighs hoping for that too but he knew they would be fine.
''Yugi, you must be planning something like Takao would.'' Shintaro tells himself mentally, thinking about his dead friend.
Somewhere else in Tokyo a shadow moves on its own, revealing a demonic red eye seemingly gleaming with interest, watching the chaos happening.
''How interesting. '' The shadow speaks as it vanishes.
Under the city of Artemis, the shadow was controlled or rather is a young boy, smirking evilly as he looks up a throne with a figure sitting on top of it with a gleam of light shining over him.
''Father, it seems brother Greed is being a bad boy.'' The young boy says with a taunting smirk. The man on the distorted but pure white throne hums rubbing his long bread.
''My poor child, always disobeying.'' He speaks up firmly about his naïve Homunculi child as his eyes glow red and menacingly. He holds a communicator device and speaks directly to it. ''Wrath, I leave it to you to bring him back immediately.''
On a train heading towards Tokyo, within a private cart, King Bradley responds to the old communicator on the other end.
''It will be done, Father.'' He responds with a firm, sinister gaze on his eyes. He touches his eyepatch, eager to cut loose to capture that pest and this time he won't fail.
A Hollow arrives back in Hueco Mundo and flies straight to the palace of Las Noches. The creature howls, kneeling down trembling upon the throne that Sosuke Aizen is sitting on, smirking calmly. The Hollow has returned to inform him of a shocking event happening in Karakura Town. In fact, he got the same type of report from Tosen about Tokyo and Domino.
Cracking a small smile, Aizen begins to speak. ''How fascinating. So Akumu-kun is letting one of his villains to plot and attack even Karakura Town.''
The Hollow still trembles scared. Tosen steps forth and asks him. ''Aizen-sama, allow me to kill that fool before he ruins your plan.''
Aizen hums for a moment but this would not ruin his plans. In fact, this works for him.
''On the contrary Tosen-kun, this benefits my plans.'' Aizen begins to protest calmly as he instead orders him. ''Gather the Espada and have them attack Soul Society until I order the retreat.''
Tosen hums astonished but nods firmly, vanishing through Shunpo. Walking up beside his beloved captain, Gin emerges leaning on a pillar as he says with a sly fox grin. ''Oh, taking advantage on this mess Captain Aizen?''
Aizen smirks back at Gin. This was the opportunity he wanted. Originally, his plan to use Orihime Inoue's powers was postponed in favor of more… effective strategy. But before he could proceed with that plan, he needs to wait. He thinks in a room with three bodies forming with the power of the Hogyoku.
''Of course.'' He simply states but another part of his plan must be made apparent. He looks at the Hollow still trembling as he adds firmly, his smile curling into a frown. ''Though…''
The Hollow, terrified by his power, flies away wanting to get back to the darkness until a hang suddenly grabs on its head. It screams before the same hand, belonging to the cruel Yammy smirks, blasting the head with a Cero. The dead Hollow is seemingly incinerated but its spiritual energy is absorbed into Yammy's pet Hollow Dog, barking.
''Must you kill our inferior kind?'' Ulquiorra questions unemotionality for killing off a possible future Vasto Lorde while Yammy laughs it off declaring. ''Ah relax Ulquiorra! My dog was hungry.''
The Hollow dog barks at Ulquiorra who looks down at it and scoffs. The two approach forward as the Hollow dog barks, running away, sensing the terrifying power of Aizen. The two kneel down to their leader as Aizen commands them, trusting mostly Ulquiorra for this task. ''Ulquiorra-kun, Yammy-kun, you two will be assign to watch and observe Yugi Mutou-kun and his friends and attack when they deal with Karakura Town's current situation.''
Ulquiorra bows willingly to accept the assignment while Yammy complains and is upset. ''AH why us!''
Immediately Ulquiorra swings and smacks Yammy across the stomach so hard he drops on his knees bowing.
''Ignore him Aizen-sama, we won't fail you.'' The #4 Espada declares to his master on this task. Aizen cracks a smirk replying to his subordinate's loyalty. ''I don't expect you to.''
Ulquiorra gets up and bows, eyeing him as he turns and walks away. Yammy, rubbing his stomach in pain, bows and chases after him. Gin hums leaning to the left as Aizen then says, also looking in that direction. ''Going with them too or planning to go after him… Grimmjow-kun''
In that direction's shadows, was Grimmjow watching this. He's shocked after suppressing his Spiritual Energy and yet this damn man still sensed him.
Aizen smirks as he then tells him. ''Go on, I'll let you out of your leash.''
Those words scared Grimmjow, widening his eyes furiously. Breathing once to not let this cost his life, he walks out from the shadow to look at Aizen and simply bows obediently. Aizen smiles, waving fingers so he can leave.
Grimmjow dashes off, telling himself angrily mentally. ''Damn you, so much!''
He won't let that man treat him like some damn pet and he won't let anyone get the upper hand of his prey.
''Now to see how things will be played out.'' Aizen tells himself standing off his throne, going back to complete his experiment. Gin just grins following his captain.
Somewhere in the United States, the secret basement of the military force, Guardian Units of Nations also known as G.U.N. are getting reports of what was going on in Tokyo.
A soldier rushes into the battle station, taking on a salute standing pose to his commander. "Sir, reports are coming in!''
The man turns who is the leader of G.U.N., an older white haired man in black military general-like uniform with dual-colored heterochromia eyes with some stripes and wearing white gloves
"Tokyo and 2 other places are being consumed by this sphere of energy. It is currently happening in Domino and we're mobilizing there though we're having problems!'' The soldier informs as groups of GUN are trying to get inside the city but they are being slaughtered by a masked man. (Arkham ;) )
''What of the other two?'' The Commander questions the officer who pulls out his tablet and shows him. ''Karakura Town is well… a problematic situation.''
He sees the tablet to see the seemingly metalized town.
''And Tokyo we're getting report of well humanoid creatures and chaos.'' The soldier then says showing such images one of the soldiers managed to get before his squad was attacked by the strange enemy. ''And no sir, not the Black Arms.''
This still didn't please the Commander. Lives were on the stake and their men had been able to make much of an effort. After what happened months ago with this ''Alien God'', he wasn't going to take any chances. But regardless of GUN already being mobile, the situation was more than he could handle.
''Oh my so you do need our help then, commander.'' The older man turns to see the arrival of Team Dark. He looks at the three before gazing at Shadow. The Commander and the black hedgehog have a very problematic past, connecting back to Maria and how he blamed her death on him but he would soon learn it was not Shadow's fault.
''Have we lost any causality?'' Rouge the Bat asks with a confident smirk. The soldier blushes as he informs her by showing her the situation through his portable tablet. ''Not yet ma'am but the situation is pretty well grim.''
She looks at the screen as Omega has already scanned the device of all of its data and gathers all the information he needs. Rouge also studies the situation, seeing that GUN soldiers try to get inside the areas within these dark barriers and well it wasn't pretty, barely a few came back just due to retreating.
''Commander, pulled GUN soldiers out of those places. We can handle this.'' She tells the Commander with Omega agreeing, speaking robotically. ''Affirmative. Your lack of firepower and experience does not compare to ours.''
The Commander scoffs at that assumption as he tells the bat anthro. ''Confident aren't you agent.''
''Well we are GUN's best, are we not?'' Rouge, however, states with a wink. The Commander is aware they are the best they have. He gazes at Shadow and asks him seriously. ''And you sure you can handle this.''
Shadow, his arms still crossed, just looks at the Commander firmly. The two have their past but he doesn't care about it, only caring what Maria left him to do… and what he owes to the human who saved him more than once. Yugi will risk himself in order to protect others. He won't let him fight alone.
''… I have a friend there, only wanting to help others and protect them.'' Shadow finally speaks up looking back at the older man. He turns his back, making up his mind declaring. ''I won't let him die the way Maria did. I want to protect the world they love.''
The Commander remains silent for a moment before declaring firmly. ''Then get going before I changed my mind.''
Shadow just scoffs as he dashes off. Omega follows with Rouge waving and flies after her teammates. The soldier sighs hoping they do well. He looks back at his commander and startles to see him oddly smiling.
''Sir?'' He questions him, never seeing him smile. The Commander didn't expect that kind of response from the black hedgehog. He could see Shadow has changed. He soon coughs and states eyeing the screen. ''Nothing.''
The soldier sweat drops not following but nods.
Within a hidden cave near the borders of the Nation of Fire, a ritual was being performed. The Akatsuki were sucking up the captured Three-Tailed Bujin that one of their remaining members captured. After losing Hidan and Kakuzu, the situation for the rogue organization, making the progress to absorb the Tailed Beast to take much longer but finally after nearly a week, they were done.
Sighing as he rubs off the sweat off his forehead, Deidara speaks up annoyed. ''Damn it, that Three-Tailed pest was harder than I thought hmm.''
''But you kicked that turtle's ass, Deidara-senpai!'' Tobi disagrees playfully while doing swinging arm actions almost mimicking what Deidara did to capture the monster. Deidara glares at him and tells him off smacking the back of his head but his swing is a miss by Tobi in the last second panicking. ''I know I did Tobi! You don't have to tell me twice damn it hmm!''
Tobi giggles playfully with Deidara scoffing. Kisame chuckles at their banter while Itachi is silent. The leader, however, was being informed of something by Zetsu. His purple eyes in looping rings stare Deidara and Tobi, telling them. ''Deidara, Tobi, you two are closest to Konoha. I require your assistances.''
This surprised the blond head man as he slowly smirks, questioning him. ''That means I get to go after that Kyuubi brat!''
The leader, however, shakes his head correcting him. ''No, but there is commotion happening in Konoha. I want both of you to go there and learn what you can.''
This disappointed Deidara, wanting to prove to that damn Itachi that capturing that Jinchuriki is damn too easy, no less avenging the pointless death from Kakuzu. Still, it's the boss' demand; he can't say no.
''Tch, fine. But what about-'' Deidara accepts but begins to argue on the idea if they cross paths with the Jinchuriki only to get interrupted by his leader correcting him. ''If you see him, do as you please but do not engage if you must fight all of Konoha. Understood.''
''Understood boss.'' Deidara responds. With that, the holographs of the remaining Akatsuki members vanish as well as the Gedo Statue. Both Deidara and Tobi exit the cave as the blond ponytail declares confidently. ''Let's go Tobi, we're about to set an art of explosions!''
''YEA!'' Tobi responds excitedly and happy-going. Deidara rolls his eyes manifesting a large clay bird he rides on and it takes flight.
Tobi watches Deidara fly on his clay bird and lets out a much more firm mature voice, chuckling. ''Commotion huh?''
He soon runs catching up to the blond headed Akatsuki. Their destination… that hellhole.
As Yugi explains the situation to his sister, Kaiba has been sending the warning broadcast to all in Domino
''Attention Domino City, you all must lock indoors and don't go outside. Your one and only warning!'' Kaiba warns all those listening to the message as it would repeat as a warning. ''If you don't, well let's hope nothing kills you today, no? That is all. You all owe me.''
With that he stops and lets the message repeat itself. Now getting the situation, Mew Plum agrees to gather as many people in hiding at least until her brother and the full force of Team Dragon Knight comes back. Yugi smiles, glad she understood.
The dog girl eyes Honda and the others and tells them. ''Alright, I'm taking you guys with me.''
Shizuka nods but frowns, worrying for her brother who wants to go with Yugi and the others. She turns towards him and pleads with him. ''Onii-san.''
Jonouchi eyes his sister, understanding her worries and hugs her. The younger Jonouchi blushes as Katsuya affirms to his sister with a wink. ''Don't worry Shizaku, Yugi needs me and I got his back, literally.''
He pats the large backpack he's still carrying, applying to the joke. Shizaku blushes understanding that but she nods.
''We got Shizaku-'' Both Honda and Otogi begin to declare, gazing at the other until Jonouchi looks down at the two with such a menacing gaze. The two gulps and nods going to protect her. Bakura sweat drops telling Yugi and the rest. ''Be careful, all of you.''
''We will. You guys please be safe.'' Yugi replies back hoping they come back soon. Just then Alicia returns with her Valkyria lance and shield on her possession, declaring proudly. ''No worries! We got all the firepower now.''
She faces the red cherry haired girl and asks her somewhat concern. ''Right, Ichigo?''
Ichigo staggers facing the pigtailed brunette and responds, hesitating. ''Y-Yea Nya.''
Ryan nods smiling as did Judai. Kaiba scoffs, willing to come just to get back to his job.
Seeing them all confident, Ruby wasn't at all confident in herself or the rest of Team RWBY right now. Weiss felt her pride hurt, Blake felt unease about herself and Yang couldn't help still being mad.
''I-I should stay back.'' Ruby suddenly speaks up to the group, surprising them.
''Ruby-kun?'' Yugi mutters surprise that the fifth most energetic person in their group would step down. Ruby looks at him trying to smile confident as she explains happily. ''Just that someone should protect the people that your sister finds and protects, right.''
''Come on sis, we can be big-'' Yang begins to ease her worries but Ruby for once protests firmly. ''No…''
The blonde haired Huntress is startled heavily by her little sister's response as did Weiss and Blake. They notice the hand shaking on Ruby's hands, having never fought someone so hard like Arkham. He was brutal like the others warned her and yet she was confident that she and her team could help Yugi and yet they didn't even scratch on him. On the contrary, they got owned and creamed hard. As leader, she should have been more responsible.
''We couldn't do a scratch on Arkham. I let them down. I'm just…'' Ruby begins to utter defeat for screwing up badly but then a hand taps her shoulder. She startles to look forward, seeing it was Yugi doing that as he smiles.
''Ruby-kun, you told me once you want to become a great Huntress like your Kaa-san.'' The tricolor head asks her, recalling how much she wants to be a great huntress like her mother was. Ruby blushing as she nods. ''Y-yea.''
Yugi smiles as he then tells her from experience. ''Then a single loss is not a big deal. We all lose sometimes but we learn from those mistakes to become stronger.''
He's been there like she was, still felt like that way back with Mew Blackberry or Arkham or against the Espada or other times. He understands what Ruby is going through, but she has a huge advantage over him, telling her. ''Besides, you're already becoming strong trying to fight someone like Arkham-kun. He's a strong guy but you didn't let it get to you.''
She blinks not seeing it like that.
''We make mistakes to become strong. That's not a weakness to look down on but appreciate it and use it to become true to yourself.'' Yugi then adds with a small smile believing Ruby has more to learn from and to not doubt herself. And you told us that you can learn a lot from us so it's worth not running away, right?''
Ruby stares at him and slowly smiles. Yugi is right; she shouldn't run away. Everyone is doing their part and she should too… and he's right, for her to run away, she could never forgive herself in her mother's memory.
Taking a moment, Ruby slaps her cheeks hard. This sweat drops the group as the dark red haired girl declares with a new sense of confidence. ''You're right! I want be strong, just like my mom.''
Yang slowly smiles, looking down rather sad… thinking of her own mother.
''Then never doubt yourself Ruby-kun. Win or lose, these are lessons to appreciate and become strong through them.'' Yugi advises her as Ruby gets it, responding strongly. ''I won't run away.''
''Y-yeah well I won't either!'' Weiss, taken back by those words and not wanting to fall back, also speaks out loudly in wanting to become strong too. Blake eyes the tricolor and smiles also adding, not wanting to fall back either. ''Neither am I.''
''Makes it four of us!'' Yang adds jumping in hugging the two who sweat drop. Ruby giggles jumping in hugging her beloved friends.
Yugi forms a smile, happy to see them like this more. He becomes serious, realizing how wrong Zorc has made this game to harm so many just because of his hatred towards him and Atem. But that will be bad for him, eyeing the friends present before him and the friends to be saved.
''Zorc-kun thinks he'll take his petty revenge against me and Atem but his mistake is underestimating not just me but all of you guys!'' Yugi suddenly speaks up, looking at the sphere of energy still growing and he makes up his mind facing his face with a strong, heroic but kind smile, vowing. ''We're going to complete and beat his game!''
Ichigo doesn't say much blushing as the others cheer in agreement. Kaiba scoffs, still going to help regardless of his cheesy friendship crap.
Haruto eyes Yugi, oddly smiling a bit. This kid is something special. Could that be why the Hope Ring is drawn to him?
''So where first Yugi-san?'' Judai asks, figuring it's Yugi's call how they approach the first stop.
Yugi thinks about it and decides firmly. ''Tokyo. Edward-kun and Usagi-kun are over there and we can contact Sonic-kun and hopefully Danny-kun from there too.''
Ichigo nods softly thinking about Ed and Cousin Usagi.
''Then we need a bigger ride. Luckily.'' Kaiba begins to say gazing at his small car he wants none of those fools to ride on… until rushing over and stopping before them is a black limo. ''I brought the limo.''
Jonouchi drops his jaw wondering when Kaiba pulls that off. Coming out from the limo is Isono, running over towards Seto who tosses his keys to his car.
''Isono, careful with my car.'' He tells him expecting he returns it where he left it. Isono salutes as he responds, catching his breath. ''Y-yes Kaiba-sama! Good luck to you!''
Jonouchi smirks, giving him a thumbs up. Everyone gets in the limo with Kaiba taking the driver's seat and Yugi sitting on the main passenger seat.
Hopping on his bike and ramming on the hand throttle, Haruto, having put on his helmet, looks at Kaiba and tells him. "Lead on.''
Kaiba just groans annoyed. Haruto prepares to drive until suddenly Ruby hops on the back seat of his Machinewinger.
''Woah wait!'' Haruto starts to protest but Ruby just puts on a biker helmet that Yang just gave her, declaring excitedly. ''Let's go Wizard Guy!''
Pausing for a moment; Haruto just chuckles at her optimism as he nods. He rams on the throttle and drives off. Kaiba scoffs putting the pedal on the metal and drives off.
Mew Plum watches them and wishes Yugi and all of them luck. Yugi smiles, not going to fail her. With that the group leaves. The dog girl watches them leave, hoping they do their best; otherwise they're all goners. In fact, she should have stopped him from going; still recalling what Kojan told her. But... this isn't the place to tell Yugi this. For now, the Dragon Knight is needed... but hopefully next time it won't be the case. She sighs, having her own duties to do as she runs off to find and bring more people away from the mess. It's the least she can do until Yugi and the others return.
Having barricade inside a store with mechanical equipment or pieces, Ed and his group were doing their best to hide until Winry finishes making his new automail.
Edward groans unease with Alphonse as backup. He couldn't stand being in here knowing people were likely getting killed by these mad Chimeras.
''Are you finished yet with it?!'' Ed demands still very impatient, trying his best to not stomp his foot on the ground. Winry just hums working fast on the automail, simply responding. ''I'm getting on that.''
He rolls his eyes wishing she just works faster. Tuxedo Mask tries to be the calmer one but he couldn't, knowing Usagi is powerless without her powers and yet she's much calmer than him.
''Usagi…'' Chibiusa mutters worry about what the evil queen of Dark Kingdom might be doing with her Silver Crystal. It terrified her knowing she may be the only one to get it back. Usagi notices her worrying look and smiles patting her head.
''It's okay Chibiusa-chan, I'm not worried. I know Beryl won't be able to use the Silver Crystal.'' Usagi ensures her knowing the evil queen won't have the power she always wanted.
Chibiusa blinks wondering what she means by that. However before she could ask, the barricades they placed were cut through by something. This paused Winry's work, terrifying her.
''I got this!'' Chibiusa declares gripping on her Prism Heart Compact brooch, shouting out as she raises her right hand up. ''MOON PRISM POWER! MAKE UP!''
Chibiusa glows as light pink ribbons wrap around her body, transforming her into Sailor Chibi Moon, smiling confidently.
''I got this! I am after all the future Sailor Guardian of the Moon!'' Chibi Moon proudly declares not going to let her future parents or her teacher down. However the barricades are soon ripped off and walking in were a bunch of humanoid Chimeras with a big guy nearly underneath the ceiling.
Chibi Moon soon sweat drops heavily with a stunned expression. Al gets in front as does Ed, sweating.
''Brother, I remember those guys.'' Alphonse says remembering these guys as Ed agrees worryingly. ''Yea, these are-''
''Well-well-well.'' The brothers become alarmed by a familiar voice. A figure walks past the giant Chimera, grinning as he walks up in front.
''Hiding from your king can lead to immediately execution.'' Speaking up evilly stands Greed as he wears a golden crown and a black cape over his sleeveless vest coat. The Homunculi looks at the brothers and can't help but grin more. ''But you make a damn good exception, shrimp.''
Ed glares intensely but tries to control himself, knowing if he doesn't then he and everyone else are dead.
Will the others arrive to save Ed and everyone else on time?

Not seeing the point of having more people getting involved, Haruto heads off alone and would encounter Team Dark… and a certain former evil queen. Will our heroes find the new king of Tokyo, King Greed, before it's too late?
Jonouchi: Well… Tokyo looks partly normal.
Alicia watches people stealing from others out of fear to hand them to their new lord: … You sure?
Jonouchi: O-Okay no! Never mind.
Haruto eyes them so bizarre these kids are fine with all of this.
Judai: Yosh, we gotta stop that greedy Homunculus and get our friends.
Ichigo: Um I can get everyone with some help.
Alicia: Ichigo, we need to-
Ichigo: I'm perfectly fine being the gatherer Nya!
Yugi didn't argue with her.

Hello everyone, I am not well. Not health wise, depressed than usual. A lot is not working for me since the start of 2022 and it will not stop there. SIGH... Anyway, I will keep uploading but I'll let you know I might not upload weekly as I want to.
With February coming up and March will be a much worse case for me, I will have to make pauses in DKR (you know, not able to upload it a week and whatnot). Hoping things will get better but yea... wanted to let you all to know.
Anyway, if you guys want to help me to get new reviewers for DKR, I would welcome it. Well until then!
