Hello to all! This is Episode 57 of the arc: The Pursuit!
Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.
Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!
Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight of Light!

Volume 5: Episode 57: Attack of the Akatsuki Part 3! Immortal Odds!
In the previous episode of DKR:
Naruto's group was confronted by Kabuto, revealing his ''evolution'' in becoming Orochimaru. He showed this new strength and even thanked Ichigo for helping him realize this solution. He soon left, announcing his desire to go after Sasuke.
Meanwhile, Jonouchi's group was engaged against Sasuke but also Deidara too. Not much of a choice, Ruby tried to help out.
Elsewhere, Alicia's group of Judai and Shadow engaged the revived Sasori of the Red Sand, easily destroying his main puppet body. However, the Dark Lord brought back all of his puppets, including the Third Kazekage. Regardless of his iron sand Magnet Release, the three used teamwork to beat it and even against Sasori's Hundred Puppets. Delivering the finishing blow, Alicia put Sasori back to sleep in the afterlife.
Kurosaki and Sonic engaged Kisame with more than one problem. Will they overcome his limitless power?
What will happen next?
And now the conclusion... last left off in the previous episode:
Yugi's group is confused by what has happened, especially Ichigo. She isn't sure how to feel and it concerns her, thinking that she'll confront Kabuto again.
"That guy is really… weird Nya.'' Mew Ichigo mutters, also very creeped out, as she puts away the Kunai belonging to Naruto, not sure why but it might come in handy later. Yugi approaches her and asks her, also concerned for her. ''Are you okay, Ichigo-kun?''
Ichigo looks at the tricolor head and nods softly. Yugi nods, looking back where Kabuto was and frowns.
''I wonder if Orochimaru-kun really did mean a lot to him.'' The tricolor head begins to question, wondering about it. He looks back at the others as he says. ''I didn't like the guy. I think his reasons for power are selfish but I never understood him, others did but I think Orochimaru-kun was sad.''
''Sad?'' Naruto mutters out puzzled, not getting it. Hinata did, looking at Naruto blushing as an example.
Yugi nods as he explains. ''Yea. He's sad, likely having lost more and the only thing to feel hole is to fill it with something like power.''
He frowns, wondering how Kojan feels. Mew Ichigo notices his doubt and just smiles, affirming him with a wink. ''Maybe, but Yugi-kun; he chose that path for himself. If he trusted on those who at least cared for him, his friends, then maybe he wouldn't become that creepy snake man.''
The tricolor head looks at her and just smiles with a slight chuckle, saying with a smile. ''He would still be a creepy snake man honestly.''
The cat girl giggles happily, replying in agreement. ''True Nya!''
He smiles, admitting Ichigo is right. Still, it's something to think about. Yugi then begins thinking as he realizes they need to find Sasuke or Itachi. He turns towards Naruto and tells him firmly. ''Naruto-kun, Ichigo-kun and I are going our own way.''
Yamato is about to protest but Naruto objects, allowing him to do it with a warning. ''Just be careful.''
Yugi nods. The Mew Mew eyes him and smiles, willingly to come with him like always.
''Let's go, Yugi-kun.'' She tells him happily. Yugi smiles and nods. The two head off their own way with Yugi leading them, still not able to sense anyone's auras. He groans as he tells himself. ''I need to figure out where Itachi-kun is or whatever is blocking my ability to sense aura.''
The two still head out together, hoping to find one of their targets.
Sonic watches in his water prison as Kisame's Water Release technique is about to hit Ichigo, consuming… until Ichigo then shouts out loudly, his body glowing a black-red outline across his body. ''BAN-KAI!''
The glow manifests and explodes like a waterfall, blocking the multiple water blasts and even vaporizing the water sharks biting on him. Kisame grunts, bracing himself in surprise. He then looks ahead and doesn't see him. Kisame then hears a splash as he turns and widens his eyes to see his Water Prison destroyed by the orange-haired young man, saving Sonic.
''Impossible! He moves too fast to-'' Kisame begins to question in shock but as he tries to finish his words, Ichigo appears instantly in front of him and slashes him. Kisame doesn't have time to react as the blade cuts him deep across the chest and sends him flying backwards, crashing onto a large boulder wall.
Ichigo glares before turning to the blue hedgehog, breathing heavily as he asks Sonic. ''You okay, Sonic?''
Still breathing, recovering some breath, Sonic finally answers him. ''Almost…''
He begins to chuckle, also adding. ''Almost drown in there heh.''
Kurosaki sighs, relieved to hear that. However, his moment of peace is interrupted by Kisame's voice declaring. ''That really hurt.''
He staggers as he and Sonic turn around and stare down at Kisame, still standing but bleeding from his chest with his torn in front. The wound was deep and effective. Kurosaki steps up and tells him to stop. ''You can't win with that wound! Give up!''
''Give up?'' Kisame questions with a blurred face and instead forms a smirk, responding. ''Hardly.''
In that instant, his body begins to regenerate from that wound. This shocks the two as Kisame proclaims with a smirk. ''Hehehe. I'm just warming up.''
''HAHAHAHA!'' Laughing like a psychopath, Hidan comes charging like a mechanic, swinging his scythe at his foes. Both Ryan and Sailor Moon panic, dodging around the crazy swings. They sweat in terror how quick this guy is, even trying to stab them with a thin metal spear that Ryan manages to deflect.
''WAAHAHA! BECOME A SACRIFICE TO JASHIN-SAMA!'' Hidan shouts insanely, grinning as he continues swinging. The two back away fast and then the two blink, asking. ''Who?''
Hidan snaps out of frustration, insulted that they are mocking HIS GOD. He yells out as he comes charging at them. ''YOU WILL PAY!''
The two panic still dodging around. Hidan tries spinning and moving quicker but the two dodge even quicker in response.
Sailor Moon sweats, able to sense such menacingly evil from this guy like this isn't his first time killing someone.
Groaning in upset, Hidan calls out to his partner. ''Hey Kakuzu, give me some damn help!''
Kakuzu, on the other end, comes swinging earth-shaking punches at Ed and Wizard who also dodge his attacks but do try to strike back. Ed transmutes his forearm blade, slashing the man who blocks with his fist, sparks flying. Wizard then delivers a swift kick at the other side but Kakuzu also blocks it and literally tosses the rider away and then bashes Edward backwards with mere force onto the ground.
''Deal with it yourself, moron.'' Kakuzu tells him, not interested in supporting him. Ed grunts, standing up as he looks at Kakuzu's fists, realizing that sparks did fly out and reminds him of Greed.
''His fists hit hard… then!'' Knowing what to do, Ed claps his hands and comes charging. Kakuzu scoffs as he stands his ground and swings a punch. Ed times it, dodging to the left and then slams one of his hands across that arm and then strikes the other arm. Kakuzu sees that and begins mocking this stupid attempt. ''Tapping them won't-''
Just as he says that, Ed swings his blade but Kakuzu blocks... Only for his arm to suddenly bleed out in shock. He staggers as Ed then delivers a kick across his face, slamming onto the ground.
''N-Nani?!'' Kakuzu utters out, looking at his bleeding hands. His Jutsu should have made his hands become as hard as rock and boulders.
Wiping his hands, Ed proclaims confidently. ''I fought someone who can harden his skin all the time. YOU'RE NO DIFFERENT!''
Ed comes charging at him again, slashing him as he stands up.
''Who needs a mage when you have alchemy?!'' Ed declares until Kakuzu turns into smoke. He's shocked as Kakuzu appears behind him, about to swing a punch at his back head until the Wizardriver announces. ''EXTEND, PLEASE!''
Suddenly Kakuzu's arm is wrapped by Wizard's elastic arm and pulls him away and right into a wall. Wizard pulls back his arm, returning back to normal.
''I wonder about that.'' Wizard says to Ed's statement as Kakuzu turns annoyed and comes dashing with a fierce punch. Wizard dodges swiftly, evading his barrage of punches as Wizard somersault kicks him away. He then switches his current ring on his left. He then flips the right lever as he slides his left hand over his belt.
''LAND, PLEASE!'' The Wizardriver announces as Wizard lifts up his left hand towards the ground. A yellow magical circle manifests and starts moving upward as the belt chants. ''DODODO DODODON, DON DODODON!''
It overlaps Wizard, changing him into his yellow Land Style form.
Kakuzu scoffs at this and comes charging, swinging another punch. However, Wizard easily uses his swift palm swipes to redirect Kakuzu's straight punches, tossing him away. Kakuzu groans, charging back with more punches but Wizard simply strikes his arms instead and pushes him backwards.
Kakuzu slams his feet on the ground, holding his stand.
''Annoying pest.'' Kakuzu mutters as he comes dashing as Wizard slides his right hand over his belt.
''BIG, PLEASE!'' The Wizardriver announcers as a magical circle manifests before him. He slides his arm through it, coming out as a massive arm. He then reaches and grabs onto Kakuzu, slamming him over and over onto the ground before raising him up and dunks him onto the ground. Kakuzu crashes with a heavy grunt, eyes widened, before Wizard's giant hand slams on top of him and explodes in flames. He pulls back as the circle vanishes and his arm returns to normal.
Wizard turns to Ed with his jaw dropped and taunts the alchemist, chuckling. ''Want to say that again?''
Steaming with fury, Ed starts yelling at him. ''Y-YOU'RE JUST JEALOUS I-''
Suddenly he stops as his eyes widen. Wizard notices it and turns, watching as Kakuzu has gotten back up, grunting annoyed.
Kakuzu touches his chest, a bloody mess in front but very much alive but loses his main heart, again.
''That was my Earth Chakra Heart…'' Kakuzu proclaims, truly annoyed. He reaches around his torn cloak and discards it. It reveals his bare arms with stitches across them even going onto his chest.
Kakuzu then takes on a squatting pose, letting out a shout. Just then something starts growing or rather coming out from his back. Ed watches with a look of horror as Wizard remains calm.
Kakuzu screams louder as four black creatures come out of his back. They are made out almost like hairy tendrils with each one having a white mask but with different color linings resembling a face for each: Red lips, blue cheek markings, light blue upper cheek markings and yellow nose.
Calming down, Kakuzu then announces with his usual tone, pointing his finger at the two. ''I will now need a replacement.''
Edward sweats, really hating to face weirdos like this. Wizard, however…
''Now this is more familiar.'' The Kamen Rider comments, taking on a fighting pose. Ed looks at him with a look of disbelief, hoping he doesn't mean it.
''I AM NOT FIGHTING THAT GUY ANYMORE!'' Jonouchi screams from the bottom of his lungs as he and Ruby are being carried by Danny, flying away from the disintegrating Jutsu that Deidara just unleashed. Their fight against the clay enemies turned into Deidara bringing the massive clay dragon to bombard Sasuke who entered his creepy Curse Mark form. Still, Deidara seems more superior but Sasuke uses his smarts to take advantage and do some damage. However, Deidara resulted into using this C4 trick which is destroying EVERYTHING that's alive but him. And the worst part is this attack moves really cast; having destroyed a pair of birds that Danny has just passed by.
Jonouchi really regrets this, wishing he's dueling Kaiba and losing a 100 times over fighting a WALKING EXPLODING ARTIST GUY.
''WE'RE GOING TO POP!'' Ruby screams, not wanting to die. Luckily for them, Danny turns intangible and stops as the attack went past them and they are all together. Sighs of relief that his powers worked, Danny says. ''Intangible, we're safe.''
Jonouchi and Ruby both sigh with relief. They look back at the fight to see Deidara beginning to laugh with his eyepatch removed, showing he does have a normal eye. They sweat drop at how he has beaten Sasuke but the Uchiha is coming at him from the back.
''Why is the guy laughing? He didn't hit Sasuke with that.'' Danny begins to question his logic but Jonouchi starts getting excited, realizing what just happened. ''Oh! Illusion!''
Ruby gasps smiling, expressing happily. ''Awesome!''
Tobi watches from his end, watching that Sasuke has seemingly stabbed Deidara from the back. He starts chuckling, narrowing his Sharingan eye with such amusement.
''Just as a genius would, just like his brother.'' Obito tells himself mentally, snickering to see Sasuke's growth… and what he has planned for.
Multiple Dark Dragon Hunters and Soldiers scream in agony, getting slash apart by Kojan who slaughters them with both his swords. He dashes around them with such insane speed, cutting them apart with no mercy. They can't even fight back, being torn apart like paper.
''Rawr!'' The last large group of Dark Dragons roars about to breathe their intense flames. Kojan, however, shouts, swinging his swords around as they're surrounded in electricity. "RAIKIRI PULSE!''
He swings around, releasing an electrical pulse of energy that shocks and completely disintegrates them. Kojan watches them turned into ashes, twirling his swords before sheathing them away.
Kojan walks forward and sees a large tower-like dark machine that is blocking aura reading abilities.
"So you're the one.'' He begins to speak as he manifests a Raikiri from his right hand and stabs his hand right through the machine, disabling it. Pulling his hand out, Kojan walks away as he proclaims. ''I'm coming, Itachi-Onii-san.''
He soon vanishes in an instant, off to find Itachi before it's too late.
Commercial Break:
Sailor Moon: With our friendship, we will punish the evil!
Haruto/Wizard: … Basically, it's Showtime. Let's finish this.
Yugi and Mew Ichigo continue searching and suddenly the tricolor head staggers, sensing his ability of auras. The cat girl notices his face and calls him out. ''Yugi-kun?''
He faces her and tells him with a small smile. ''I can sense aura again!''
The tricolor head focuses, searching for Itachi's aura and locates it. Smirking, he tells Ichigo. ''This way, Ichigo-kun!''
The Mew Mew blinks but nods, following him right behind him. This is their only chance.
Running for his life, Ed dashes as quickly as possible as he's avoiding fireballs that the red mask monster is shooting from his mouth as another mask monster is breathing powerful wind blasts. Edward claps his hands and slams them on the ground, transmuting a wall behind him that blocks the attacks. Wizard dodges around the other two mask monsters, shooting out jet stream water and bolts of lightning. He tries to repel them, coming at them with a kick but the masks move quickly, moving around and leaping to make distances. Ed transmutes pillars at his and much like the other two, his mask monster foes dodge around them with their agility.
''I HATE THESE THINGS!'' Edward yells out, completely frustrated by these things.
It isn't any better as Ryan has been trying to slash Hidan across his arm or his legs to slow him down, even a swing across his chest that doesn't even faze him. He then punches him across the gut and follows it with a barrage of punches but those did nothing either. Hidan is bleeding and all but he laughs like a psychopath.
''I'm not fond with my opponent.'' Ryan comments, not liking how his attacks are not doing anything. Even Sailor Moon is disturbed by the man who is bleeding and he's just laughing.
''HAHAHA!'' Hidan continues laughing, already having a blast as he mocks the two. ''You can't kill me, dumbasses! I am immortal!''
Ryan isn't convinced but it doesn't change. This guy is hard to stop.
''I kinda want to switch with Eddy's opponent.'' Sailor Moon, sweat dropping, openly admits though sweats to see Ed running from his life from the mask monsters.
''Now become sacrifices!'' Hidan then declares, charging right at the two. Sailor Moon turns around quickly to hold her right hand over her forehead, manifesting a golden disk from her tiara.
''MOON FRISBEE!'' Sailor Moon shouts, twirling around before tossing the golden disk right at him. Hidan just runs at it, swinging his scythe at it. However the first blade of the scythe is literally cut through by the throwing energy disk as it proceeds to cut him across half of his neck, blood exploding from his wound.
Ryan widens his eyes while Sailor Moon immediately freaks out, panicking that her attack is redirected to kill the-
''That f**king hurt!'' Immediately she and Ryan stagger with widened eyes, seeing Hidan still speaking and not gagging up on his own blood, extremely mad. ''YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT!''
Boy did this shock Ryan; now openly admitting this man might be immortal. Hidan then comes dashing right at Sailor Moon, swinging his partly damaged scythe. Ryan reacts too slowly, intercepting and punching him… however Hidan releases his scythe and swings it like a whip, cutting his sword arm and drawing out blood. Ryan gasps in pain with Sailor Moon expressing. ''Ryan-chan!''
Ryan rubs his arm, pretty okay. However Hidan grins like a psychopath, pulling his weapon back to him.
''Yes, finally!'' He declares, jabbing his other weapon onto the ground quickly to form a strange ritual seal and then he licks Ryan's blood he got. This grosses the two but the worst part is that Hidan's skin turns pure black with white markings, almost making him resemble a skeleton.
This shocks the two as the transformed man calls out to his partner. ''Oi Kakuzu, help me complete the great ritual!''
Kakuzu turns to face him and scoffs as two of his mask monsters take aim at his partner.
Grinning, Hidan laughs as he tells his latest victim. ''Now you will become an offering to Jashin-sama!''
''I rather not.'' Ryan utters out, really not following him. Hidan smirks as he says. ''Let me show you.''
He proceeds by stabbing his leg through and immediately Ryan gasps out in pain, watching in horror as his own leg is bleeding too. Sailor Moon panics as Hidan laughs, declaring. ''Now die!''
Kakuzu forms his hand seals as Wizard tries to stop whatever they're doing but Kakuzu immediately shouts. ''LIGHTNING RELEASE: FALSE DARKNESS! FIRE RELEASE: INTELLIGENT HARD WORK!''
One of the two mask monsters releases a burst of electricity from its mouth as the other ignites a burst of flames. The two attacks come directly to Hidan, willingly with a crazed grin. The attacks consume him and explode on impact. Ryan suddenly gasps in agony, dropping onto the ground hard as his skin is badly burned without ever being burned.
Sailor Moon makes a dreadful face as Hidan is still very much standing from the attack, emerging out of the smoke of the attack with the same grin.
''HAHAHA! HOW'S THAT?!'' Hidan declares loudly, laughing like a hyena. Sailor Moon sweats as she rushes to the white haired young man, shouting of concern. ''Ryan-chan!''
Hidan smirks as he knows that he has won until Ryan starts grunting. This alarms the immortal as Sailor Moon smiles, watching her friend trying to get himself up.
''I-I'm… okay…'' Ryan, smiling weakly, begins to say. He stands up and realizes his leg is healed and not just that but his skin is healed instantly.
Hidan makes a pair of widened eyes; shocked that his victim is alive. He cannot understand how he is alive, shouting in protest. ''What? HOW?!''
Ryan isn't completely sure either. He felt himself drifting and then he felt all better.
''N-not sure…'' He openly admits being unsure. Still it doesn't matter right now that this man is capable of causing so many deaths for his so-called God. He looks at this sadistic man and calls him out. ''But I won't let a man who loves killing for his God be let loose to this world.''
Smiling, Sailor Moon nods as she says. ''Good people don't deserve to die by someone as sadist as you!''
Ryan nods, also smiling as he then declares, holding his sword and pointing it at Hidan. ''It may be wrong but someone like you can't go on hurting anyone else!''
He comes charging at the immortal. Hidan grins as he has no reason to fight, raising his spear to stab himself but Sailor Moon summons and twirls the Spiral Heart Moon Rod. She then shouts, unleashing an old move as she aims at the enemy. ''MOON PRINCESS HALATION!''
She releases a white light, blasting Hidan across his body. He stands his ground, unaffected at first. Hidan starts laughing like a psychopath before he shouts, jabbing his weapon across his chest. ''THAT DID NOTHING-''
He pierces through himself… and then Hidan suddenly gasps out blood from his mouth. He staggers back, realizing his skin has returned to normal and his body is shaking, shivering… in pain. Hidan begins panicking to Ryan's confusion as if his attack did damage to himself.
''M-my body!'' Hidan begins to express with a horrified face. It's like his connection to Jashin has vanished. His immortality… gone. Sailor Moon looks at him with a sad frown, not wanting to hurt a living soul but this man can't get away with his evil intentions.
''Ryan-chan!'' She calls out to the surprised Ryan, telling him. ''Finish this please!''
He looks at her and nods. He clenches his grip on his sword handle, unease to go through with this… but a knight mustn't hesitate to their beliefs in justice.
Nodding, Ryan resumes charging as his Dragon Sword begins to glow. Hidan watches, helpless as his face is of pure fear.
''HELP ME, KAKUZU!'' He cries out for his help but Kakuzu, not at all concerned for him, is having his mask monsters in attacking the other two.
''Occupied.'' He responds, not even turning his back. This pisses Hidan badly, shouting at him. ''KAKUZU, YOU BAST-''
''DRAGON SWORD STRIKE!'' Ryan shouts, swinging his sword and releases a wide, strong energy blade strikes, consuming the yelling Hidan. The slash destroys Hidan's body, also due to Sailor Moon's previous attack.
Ryan sighs of relief though he is sad for doing such an act but it is the right thing.
''That takes care of him.'' Kakuzu speaks up, now looking at his opponents. ''Now you two…''
His four mask creatures try to attack the two but Wizard pulls out his WizarSwordGun and flips open the fisted hand switch, hi-fiving it with his left hand.
''LAND SHOOTING STRIKE!'' The Wizardriver's voice chants as the rider takes aim with his gun, glowing from the tip of the barrel. He takes aim and fires a barrage of earth-like yellow energy bullet blasts. ''DON-DON-DON! DON-DON-DON!''
The mask creatures use their elemental blasts, countering Wizard's attacks.
Kakuzu chuckles as he taunts the two. ''Is that all you got?''
Gritting his teeth, Ed claps his hands together and then shouts, slamming his hands onto the ground. ''Like hell!''
He transmutes multiple spikes from the ground, extending and moving towards him but Kakuzu counters, forming a hand seal. ''WATER RELEASE: WATER FORMATION WALL!''
One of the mask creatures unleashes a wall of water, blocking the spikes which break themselves hitting the torrent of water. Ed grunts angrily, transmuting pillars underneath the enemy but the masks unleash their attacks, blasting them into pieces.
''Damn it…'' Edward mutters furious. None of their attacks are working and these things outnumber them. If things keep going like this, they won't last long.
''… Teamwork then?'' Wizard suddenly asks him, causing Ed to stagger with a shocked face. He turns to face him and questions him. ''Now you want to try it!''
Wizard just looks at him. Ed gazes back and sighs, wishing to see his damn face expression if not for his mask helmet. He rolls his eyes and says. ''Okay fine, don't have the same power as you so yea! Teamwork it is.''
Ed now thinks of his options as Kakuzu's masks are about to attack but Wizard fires from his WizarSwordGun, forcing the creatures to move around and evade the attacks.
''I might be able to pin all of them if you have the power to hit them hard.'' Edward tells the rider who chuckles and tells him. ''I have an idea.''
Kakuzu watches the two and has had enough of their pointless chatting. Forming hand seals, Kakuzu declares as a mask creature comes flying at the two. ''WIND RELEASE: PRESSURE DAMAGE!''
It releases a piercing gust of wind at the two but Wizard quickly slides his right hand over his belt as it chants. ''DEFEND, PLEASE!''
A large earth wall manifests and blocks the attack head on.
''Elric!'' Wizard shouts at the blond haired alchemist who nods, slamming his hands and then onto the ground, responding. ''I know!''
Sparks fly out as multiple transmuted chains with spikes come out from the ground and they catch the masked monsters in surprise, smacking them onto the ground. Kakuzu dodges the chains as he then commands the fire one to breathe its flames but Wizard blocks with multiple energy shots from his gun. He then discards it, switching the Land Style ring with a similar ring of the same design as the Flame and Water Dragon Rings.
''Let's settle this.'' Wizard proclaims calmly, flipping the right lever of his belt and sliding his hand over his belt as it glows brightly before moving his hand forward.
''LAND DRAGON!'' The Wizardriver chants while a new yellow magical circle manifests in front of Wizard and it moves towards him, overlapping across its body.
''DAN DEN DON ZU DOGON, DAN DEN DOGON!" The Wizardriver chants excitedly as the circle fully slides through the rider as shooting out from Wizard's chest is an earth energy form of Wizardragon, circling around the rider rapidly. It consumes him before it vanishes and emerging is Wizard, taking a much more confident yet elegant fighting pose in his Land Dragon form. Much like Flame and Water Dragon forms, Wizard's outfit has changed with the coat now pale yellow as more yellow is across his outfit, more of a dragon design and an upgraded helmet with longer dragon-like antennas.

Ed watches amazed while Kakuzu scoffs, unimpressed as his mask creatures come charging.
''That won't-'' Kakuzu begins to say but Wizard slides his right hand over his belt after flipping the left lever of his belt, chanting. ''GRAVITY, PLEASE!''
Wizard then extends his right hand at the masks and waves his hand down as a magical circle manifests over them and moves itself downward, releasing strong gravity. On cue, the powerful gravitation pulled from the magical circle slams them with such force, pinning them and even pressuring the ground. This shocks Ed as much as it has Kakuzu.
Wizard then walks slowly towards them, moving that same hand towards himself and the gravity pull literally pulls all of the masks and Kakuzu towards the rider. Wizard still edge walks as the first mask monster is in his range and he delivers a striking hand strike across his face. The blow tears through the monster and shatters it into pieces. The second one tries to breathe water but Wizard kicks it upward with such force it stuns it. Kakuzu tries slamming his hardened fist at him but Wizard catches it from his palm and then tosses the ninja with great force into a tree.
The other two mask monsters to unleash their attacks but Wizard waves the fingers of his right hand upward, as the magical circle lifts them off their feet and then throws them, crashing on top of Kakuzu.
The last mask monster tries to attack Wizard who dodges the water blast, twirling around quickly and then he leaps forward, swinging a kick across his chest. The kick pushes the monster back as Wizard lands and pressures his right foot as the ground shoots out a large pillar spike, stabbing through the monster right through it. Ed staggers and sees his cue; clapping his hands and slamming them down as the pillar transmutes multiple smaller spikes right though the monster, especially through the mask thus destroying it.
Ed sighs as Wizard turns slowly, staring directly at Kakuzu who gets up with a stunned expression.
''Two down.'' Wizard says as he begins walking towards him slowly. Kakuzu sweats, not possible this damn human could have caught his fist and not become fazed. What the hell is he?!
''Not yet!'' Kakuzu, however, protests as his last two mask monsters thrust themselves into Kakuzu's back. He grunts in agony as their tendrils cover his whole body. It rips off his hood and mouth mask, revealing his face now having the tendrils coming out from his mouth too through his stitches.
''You gotta be kidding me.'' Ed utters out in disbelief. Wizard looks at Kakuzu's monstrous form as he thrusts his tendrils right at them. Wizard forms a barrier, blocking the attacks.
''You're in my way from regaining my wealth.'' Kakuzu declares as he moves around them, launching his tendrils to their backs. Ed quickly claps and slams his hands, transmuting taller walls to block the attacks though the tendrils pierce through the walls but not getting far in before Ed cuts them down with his blade forearm.
''You're a greedy monster who cares not for life.'' Wizard calls out, leaping over the wall and comes at him with a dive kick with the Drill Ring amp. Kakuzu just swirls his tendrils and smacks the rider away from him. He's distracted as Ed comes at his back with a transmuted spear, stabbing most of his tendrils. Kakuzu sees him and turns around, swinging his tendril arms but then he's suddenly slammed away by Wizard's Gravity, pressuring him into it.
''We won't let you kill anyone's hope for your greed and wealth.'' Wizard proclaims, vowing to defeat him here and now. This gets into Kakuzu's nerves, standing up with a look of rage.
''Enough from both of you!'' He declares as the two mask faces on his side open their mouths, charging swirls of fire and lightning.
''STRANGE MASK EXPLODING FLAME!'' Kakuzu shouts as the mask fires their attacks into a massive combination blast. Wizard simply sways his right hand as his magical circle uses its gravitational pull and redirects the blast into the sky.
Kakuzu quakes in fury as he comes charging until Ed transmutes multiple spikes shooting out and stabbing through his tendrils and legs. He grunts in pain as Wizard changes rings in his right hand and slides it over his belt.
''BIND, PLEASE!'' The Wizardriver chants as multiple earth chains shoot out from the ground, wrapping themselves around Kakuzu and his tendrils. He grunts, trying to break free but Wizard isn't going to let him escape, switching rings in his right hand.
''Finale.'' Wizard proclaims, lifting the left lever of his belt as he slides his hand over his belt, chanting. ''VERY NICE! SPECIAL!''
A magical yellow circle manifests as the earth-like Wizardragon emerges out of it, circling around him.
''THE BEST!'' The belt further chants as the dragon circles faster before vanishing and in its place, Wizard's hands have on a pair of giant silver, golden dragon claws belonging to Wizardragon.
Ed watches as Wizard breathes deeply, swirls of yellow magical energy wrapping around him before he comes dashing right at Kakuzu with such speed that he thrusts his right claw right at him. The impact not just pushes the Akatsuki upward in the sky but tears through most of the tendrils protecting him. Kakuzu gags as Wizard focuses and swings each of his claws, releasing golden claw energy slashes from them.
Kakuzu watches, helpless to do anything as he yells in his mind. ''NOT AGAIN!''
The golden slashes strike through Kakuzu. Kakuzu screams before he's consumed in flames, exploded and destroyed completely.

Ed has a stun expression as Wizard breathes calmly, muttering out. ''Whew.''
''We got really lucky…'' Ed mutters, sweat dropping. Wizard reverts back to Haruto who pulls out a bag of donuts and starts eating one of them.
''Teamwork…'' Haruto begins to mutter, aware he could have beat that man with his actual trump card but he wants to try what he learned from Yugi; replying to others and combining strengths. Again, he's not wrong. Smiling a bit, he further says. ''So this is the power he believes in.''
Ed looks at him and honestly, other than Al and maybe the other Alchemist they've met like Mustang and Armstrong; he never had a strong trust on teamwork until he met Yugi.
''I guess…'' Edward simply replies, smiling a bit. Haruto cracks another smile as he holds up his bag to him, asking him. ''Cool no?''
Ed looks at the bag and is actually tempted, taking a donut and bites on it before uttering out. ''Again, I guess.''
The two eat the donut as they look up. Kinda peaceful now.
''Wonder how the others are doing?'' Haruto asks, chewing on his donut with Ed replying. ''Probably okay. Can't be as bad to what we fought.''
Haruto turns to eye him with a look on ''Why did you have to say that''. Soon Ryan and Sailor Moon catch up to the two, also hoping the others are okay.
Kurosaki and Sonic are still fighting up against Kisame who assaults the two even more aggressively, swinging around his massive sword while the blade is literally moving. Even Kurosaki's suspicions that the sword is alive are becoming more likely.
Backing away from their clash, Kisame shouts, forming a Jutsu. ''WATER RELEASE: FIVE FEEDING SHARKS!''
Multiple water sharks shoot out from the water at the two but Kurosaki swings his black blade, releasing a sword swing so strong it's like a hurricane, blasting the sharks. Sonic then dashes to Kisame's side and delivers a spin dash, grinding and slamming Kisame hard. He spirals around and slams his feet on the ground, sliding backwards.
He grins, really getting excited but he begins to realize he is taking too much time fighting them and Itachi isn't in good health to even fight, especially since he must be saving his remaining strength on his little brother.
Brushing off the damage, Kisame then announces still smirking. ''As much as this is getting fun, I can't play with you two forever.''
''Then I'll settle this!'' Ichigo proclaims annoy, already done with this game. Raising Tensa Zangetsu over his head, the blade releases a stream of black, red outline energy. Kurosaki swings the blade before shouting, now swinging it forward. ''GETSUGA TENSHO!''
He unleashes his torrent of black Getsuga right at Kisame. However, the fish man is grinning as he utters out showing his sharp teeth. ''Time to feast, Samehada.''
Slamming his hands, Kisame begins to shout as he swallows his mouth. ''WATER PRISON SHARK DANCE TECHNIQUE!''
He immediately shoots out a blast of massive water onto the ground that enlarges his surroundings and expands it. The massive water becomes a sphere that blocks the Getsuga wave and expands more. Now the water consumes all of them with Kurosaki quickly grabbing onto Sonic with his free arm. They breathe before the water consumes them, finding themselves almost underwater in a round sphere of water.
Kisame, chuckling even underwater, soon says as his sword moves and rips open through the wrappings, revealing to be a mouth-like thing with spikes surrounding it. ''Now you will experience the difference between our levels.''
The two watch as the weapon and fish man begin merging as he discards his cloak. Now he resembles a humanoid shark with fins, gills and sharp-like elbows over his arms,
''You gotta be kidding me.'' Kurosaki utters to himself while Sonic says mentally with an amusing, nervous face. ''Oh… nice sharky.''
Jonouchi's team watches as Sasuke outsmart Deidara's C4 explosion and proceeds to shock him till the two are on the ground but Sasuke has won.
''I can't believe he beat clay artist man.'' Ruby comments, amazed at how strong Naruto's friend is. Now she gets why he feels weak, this guy is strong!
This gets Deidara's attention, causing him to snap furiously. ''HEY!''
Ruby panics and says kindly. ''You did your best! Your art was great! I love the explosions!''
Deidara looks at her with an exhausted face, not sure why but he feels humble that someone thinks after all he went through; he appreciates that his art has impressed her.
''Eh… thanks.'' Deidara simply says, not sure how to feel but he is-
''That was supposed to be art?'' Widening his eyes, Deidara turns towards Sasuke who breathes heavily with Houndour beside him. He then says unimpressed. ''It's a waste of time. Where is Itachi?''
Deidara's piece of happiness begins to become fury and rage as Sasuke demands him again. ''Now. Where is he? Tell me.''
The others watch and can tell that Deidara is steaming with fury.
''… In Hell…'' Deidara begins to utter out as he rips off his shirt and then lets out a shout. ''WHERE WE'LL BE GOING!''
Everyone watches to see that Deidara has another mouth on his chest where his heart is but closed up by threads. Removing the threads, he then orders loudly to his partner somewhere in the area. ''TOBI, YOU BETTER START RUNNING BECAUSE WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!''
The threads are removed to show the mouth, opening up and grinning. Deidara immediately stuffs the last of his clay into the mouth, chewing it. His body starts to literally hollow out, becoming partly if not fully invisible as the black lines go across his body. Sasuke panics, trying to move but he's too drained from the fight to get away.
Laughing menacingly at his hopeless, Deidara begins to say ''Watch and marvelous in despair as this final Jutsu will kill us all!''
Danny immediately grabs Jonouchi and Ruby again, really having a bad feeling.
''And remember…'' Deidara starts to say, grinning as his heart begins to shine as he shouts. ''ART IS AN EXPLOSION!''
Sasuke watches, grabbing Houndour and guarding it as Deidara laughs, consumed in his own power and expands. Danny flies to Sasuke, holding on to his friends with Jonouchi protesting loudly. ''DON'T YOU DARE!''
However Danny isn't going to make it and then a burst of blue flames forms him to turn himself and the others intangible as the blast consumes all, becoming a massive mountain-size explosion.
5 minutes before Deidara self-destructs himself…
''…'' In silence, Itachi is walking alone in the forest, looking around as if waiting for something. He tries his best to not show his weakened condition as the only thing giving him any purpose is to complete his life with his death.
Looking up to the sky, Itachi then tells himself rather sadden. ''Sasuke, it seems our day has arrived…''
He wonders when fate will determine their final battle. It's ironic to Itachi, questioning if this is all a cruel fate.
Itachi looks forward and makes his calm, bored expression before uttering out. ''You two…''
He's staring upon both Yugi and Mew Ichigo, the two finally finding him. The tricolor head is relieved he was able to detect Itachi's aura.
''It's been a long time…'' Yugi begins to speak until Itachi's body starts shaking and explodes into black crows, crowing.
This doesn't alarm the two as they turn, Ichigo swinging a kick and Yugi swinging his Dragon Sword and their attacks are blocked by the real Itachi, blocking the kick by catching it with his free hand and the other hand gripping and clashing with his kunai.
''Itachi-kun!'' Yugi says with a small smile, not surprised he would attack them like that. Mew Ichigo sweat drops at how happy-trigger he is. Then again, Sasuke is too.
Itachi soon backs away as one of his crows lands on his shoulder, further crowing at the couple.
''Um…'' The Mew Mew utters out nervously, trying to say kindly. ''You still are pretty… scary still, Nya. A-also nice crow.''
Itachi doesn't say a word as Yugi speaks up firmly. ''Itachi-kun, I met Kojan-kun.''
Itachi doesn't respond though his eyes squint slightly narrowed.
''And I know for sure you lied to me so I wouldn't worry about who Kojan-kun has become.'' Yugi then says, getting why he did it but this only makes him feel more powerless that he can't help his friend. Kojan has become someone else, someone bitter and hateful. And that isn't him, not in the slightest.
''He's my friend… my first friend…'' The tricolor head begins to say with a sadden face, wanting to understand what has happened to his friend who taught him about bonds. He can't just give up on him, telling the older Uchiha. ''I need to reach and help him. I need to learn what happen to him and Keiko-kun's fate.''
Just the idea that Keiko isn't with Kojan has left Yugi uneasy, worrying him that something has happened to her. He needs to know everything, even if he regrets it later.
Yugi looks up at Itachi determinedly, proclaiming passionately as he holds his Dragon Sword with both hands. ''And I won't take no for an answer. I will help my friend before he becomes something he isn't.''
Itachi tries his hardest to not crack a smile, reminding how much more Yugi is acting like him; like his father Takao.
''I supposed we will see how strong you've become now…'' Itachi begins to say as he takes on a fighting pose, actually putting his unsleeved arm into his cloak's sleeve. ''Dragon Knight."
Yugi and Mew Ichigo stand beside each other, determined to beat him this time.
However their fight is being watched by the Dark Lord.
Smirking as he gets an idea, Akumu makes a direct call to Pain, the real Pain as his ''other selves'' are wrapped in darkness the Dark Lord gave him.
''Oh Pain~…'' Akumu begins to say out loud, having a wicked smirk across his face. ''I have some good news for you.''
Will Yugi and Ichigo handle Itachi and be able to get what they need before they confront a ''God''.

Author's Note: I feel like this chapter feels lacklustering but I have done a good job with the chapter regardless.
Before someone asks, if Usagi/Sailor Moon's powers can do crazy stuff, then she should be able to basically nullify not just Hidan's Jutsu but his immortality too. But is it right for Ryan to take a life? Yes, a chivalry knight must be willingly to do what's right for everyone plus the man is pure evil and has no way to be redeemed.
As for Kakuzu… Haruto/Wizard could have swept him but teamwork! It helps for character growth for both Haruto and Ed.
Next time a rematch we haven't seen since Volume 2 and Pain… So much pain.
SIGH... When you think you'll catch up to this story I like, sh*t happens. SO first, I tried to update my computer with drivers and whatnot AND it broke many of my programs like EDOPRO, Steam and etc. I went to my guy to fix it... AND learn I have to finally update from Windows 7 I adored to... bleh... Windows 10. I had no choice unless I want to deal with it on 2023. Anyway, my guy updated and fix the issue... AND then my laptop broke again with him because of a computer piece inflated. So I wasn't able to update DKR last week.
NOW... It was fix and better than ever... ish. I still don't like Windows 10. But I'm doing okay. Now I have a lot to catch up! So wish me luck.
I'll try to upload DKR more times due to what happen but no promises sadly. I will try!
