Both Naruto and Yugo were running through the mountain forest trying to find the Jug Family. "So which way are we turning?" Naruto said, looking at Yugo as the path separated in two.
"What do you mean which way do we go? I've been following you this whole time because I already told you nobody knows where their base is located!" Yugo yelled in annoyance.
"Fine I guess I'll have to find them myself." Naruto said in annoyance. Naruto stood still for a second as he began to sniff the air, "I found them!" Naruto said running east.
"How did you find them?" Yugo asked in confusion. "I can smell them, they left their scent at Vestiblue so I know who exactly to look for, '' Naruto explained to Yugo as they ran east.
"Can you do that because of your devil fruit? "Yugo asked, trying to keep with Naruto. "And why are you so fast!?" Yugo yelled angrily.
"To answer your first question, yes I can track people with their smell because of my devil fruit. And I'm just fast." Naruto said, chuckling at the end. "I can tell we're gonna have a fun time together." Naruto said, turning his head to see Yugo.
"CHAHAHAHA! Really?" Yugo asked, laughing at Naruto comments. "Hmm, Yeah." Naruto said, turning his head back.
"So, what's the plan?!" Yugo asked. "Plan?" Naruto stopped, "Do we really need to have a plan?" Naruto asked, looking at Yugo.
"Of course we do. We can't just go there and fight a hundred people! PLUS THEIR LEADER!" Yugo yelled at Naruto. "But we're gonna have to be able to do that if we wanna go to the Grand Line. SO NO PLAN JUST KICK ASS!" Naruto yelled back at Yugo before continuing to run east.
"Fine.." Yugo said following behind Naruto defeatedly. Naruto and Yugo continued to run east in the forest until they got to The Jug Family secret base. The base is a three story building made out of stone bricks. It had a small sign in front of the building saying Jug Family. Naruto and Yugo noticed that a lot of people were leaving the building and heading down to the east coast of the island as if they were leaving the Island.
"SIR JUG WHERE ARE YOU!!!" Naruto yelled while walking towards the building. "Hey that the guy who kick are asses at the Vestiblue!" One of the bandits yelled, noticing Naruto.
"GET HIM!!" Another bandit yelled, running at Naruto. Naruto easily dodged the bandits' attack countering with a knee to the gut. "I GOT YOU NOW." A bandit yelled, jumping at Naruto. Naruto kicked the bandit while he was mid-air.
"IS THIS THE BEST YOU GUYS GOT?!" Naruto yelled with a cocky grin. Eight more bandits charged at Naruto after hearing him say that. Seeing this Yugo jumps in front of Naruto "Grow SHAKA!" Yugo spear grows to about fifteen feet long.
"TIDAL WAVE!" Yugo yelled, throwing a barrage of attacks towards the group of eight. Twenty-eight more come out from behind them. Naruto simply smirks at this saying, "This is the perfect time to test you out, Kurama!"
Naruto quickly unsheathes Kurama and gets into the 'Seigan No Kamae' stance.Naruto takes a deep breath as the bandits get closer. "Tiger Claw!" Naruto runs past all twenty-eight bandits appearing behind them. "How do you plan on being able to cut people with a dull sword?" The bandit at the very front says.
"Is this sword really dull?!" Naruto said worriedly. GLASH! Blood comes bursting out of all twenty-eight bandits causing them to fall to the ground unconscious. "I didn't know I could do that?" Naruto said, turning around.
"I guess you are strong." Yugo said, smirking. "Thank you but you don't gotta tell me something I already know."Naruto said walking towards Yugo with a confident smile.
"I was talking about Kurama." Yugo said, pointing at the sword. "What's that supposed to mean!? Are you calling me weak?!" Naruto asked, looking at Yugo.
"No, I was just saying the sword is strong." Yugo said, looking away from Naruto. "Anyway, let's go inside the building and see if anybody's home." Yugo said, turning back to Naruto. Naruto nodded in response and began to walk towards the front door and kick it open. To their surprise the building is almost packed with people. The music that was playing when they entered stopped and made everyone look at them.
"JEHAHAHA! It seems we got ourselves some intruders!" Jon announced getting up."We should teach them a lesson!" Jon yelled, making everyone charge at Naruto and Yugo. Naruto simply smirked at them, "Tiger Roar!" A huge gust of wind comes out Naruto's mouth sending all the bandits flying through the air knocking them unconscious.
"It seems you guys are pretty strong!" Jon said in excitement. Jon quickly shot an arrow at Naruto but got his shot blocked by Yugo's spear Shaka. "Naruto, go ahead I'll take care of this guy." Yugo said, smiling at Naruto.
"Alright i'll see you after this!" Naruto said running towards the stairs. "Jon's Arrow!" Jon shot multiple arrows towards Naruto as he ran up the stairs. "Poseidon Block!" Yugo yelled, blocking all his attacks. "Your opponent is me!" Yugo announced smirking at Jon.
Naaruto reached the second and saw more bandits. "Where's Jug?!" Naruto asked the Bandits on the second floor. "Well die before telling you that!" One of the bandits yells attacking Naruto. Naruto dodges the attacking counter with a sweep kick, knocking the bandit prone. As Naruto is about to kick the bandit in the head the rest of the bandits run at Naruto chagrin at him. 'I just need to keep one of them conscious after this.' Naruto thought as he continued to avoid and counter his enemies' attacks.
"Grade A Attack!" Jon yeled shooting a bunch of arrows towards Yugo. Yugo avoided Jon's attacks, finding it difficult to find an opening to attack from. "How do you expect to win if you can get near?!" Jon asked, laughing at Yugo. "Let's take this up a notch!" Jon said, grabbing a different type of arrow.
"Flaming Arrow!" Jon shot this arrow, having it catch fire as it went toward Yugo, but to Jon's surprise, you didn't move out of the way, instead he jumped towards the arrow as if he was going to attack."Grow Shaka!" Shaka grew to a twenty feet long spear at the moment Jon's flaming arrow went straight through Yugo's right lumbar region. Jon then began to prepare another arrow for his next attack saying, "It's over now!"
"Flaming Tri-Arrow!" Jon sent a three headed arrow toward Yugo. "Poseidon's Wave!" Yugo yelled, sending a barrage of attack with his spear towards Jon destroying his arrows in the process. "How did this happen?" Jon asked before falling down on his back unconscious . Yugo quickly grabbed awesome bandages from his bag and started to bandage Jon up before he did it to himself. After Yugo got done bandaging himself he tied Jon up then pick Jon up putting him on his shoulder and began to walk around the building looking for any treasures or berries they might have in the building.
"This was easier than I thought it was going to be. I expected them to be some big bad, but then again what else could you expect from the East Blue." Yugo said as began to walk towards a door that led to another room. In that room there were a lot of swords, some seemed to be in good condition while others seemed to be in bad conditions. Yugo then began to collect the swords that were in good condition assuming they belonged to Sherry.
After Yugo was done collecting the swords from the room he began to explore other places in the first floor. As he explored other rooms he noticed that there weren that many things in them except for bed or a toilet. In one room Yugo noticed a flight of stairs that led to what seemed like the basement of this place,Yugo went down the stairs.
Naruto is running up the stairs that lead to the third floor. He would have bandits running at him as he ran up the stairs but he would easily avoid their attacks. As Naruto begins to reach near the end of the flight of stairs he unsheathes Kurama ready for any surprise attack. When Naruto reaches the third floor he is surprised to see nobody there, it is just a brick wall, but even though Naruto couldn't see anything he smelled someone behind the brick wall, "Jug!" Naruto whispered angrily.
Naruto begins to walk towards the brick wall and easily cuts through the wall with his sword. When Naruto enters the secret room he is surprised to see how big Jug is saying, "I didn't know people could be this big!" Jug simply looks at Naruto with anger in his eyes, "So you couldn't just try to find the secret entrance?!" Jug yelled in anger.
"What is the point of looking for an entrance when I could smell you directly behind the door?!" Naruto said to Jug as if he was the dumb one. "SMELL!! DO I REALLY SMELL THAT BAD!" Jug yelled in embarrassment.
"No I didn't mean it like that it just- Nevermind it's too hard to explain." Naruto said pointing Kurama at Jug, "Today you and your family will fall!" Naruto declared to Jug.
"HHHAHAHAHAH! Do you really think you alone can take down The Jug Family! A no named loser like you?!" Jug said, grabbing his two swords. "I won't be a nobody to you once this is over!" Naruto said charging at Jug. "Spinning Whirl Attack!" Naruto yelled jumping at Jug. Jug tries to block the attack causing the two to clash with their sword before Jug eventually jumps back getting ready for his attack. "Giant Swings!" Jug swings a barrage of attacks with his sword. Naruto tries to avoid some of the attacks but finds it hard to avoid the attack due to the small room so he ends up having to block some of them.
"It seems that you might be as strong as you talk!" Jug said, looking at Naruto with a serious face. "Don't tell me that scares you?" Naruto said catching Jug off guard. At the moment Jug is caught off guard Naruto quickly runs towards him and kicks him through the wall sending them both outside the building.
"Now it wont be so cramped!" Naruto said, smacking dust off him from the debris. "How dare you destroy another wall!" Jug yelled charging at Naruto, "Two Sword Style: Rabbit Catcher!" Jug swings both his swords towards Naruto expecting them to hit Naruto, but to his surprise Naruto seems to be very agile and flexible. Naruto dodged the attack and countered Jug with his own attack by getting into O Gasumi stance and aiming his sword precisely where Jugs Thorat is saying, "Tiger Eye!" Naruto dashes towards Jug in the blink of an eye although Jug found it hard to track Naruto movements he was able to put his swords up to block Naruto attack, but to his surprise his block wasn't enough with Naruto's attacking breaking his two swords.
Naruto quickly sheathes Kurama as he gets close to Jug's throat and simply knees him in the throat saying, "I'm sorry if you wanted to be killed but I don't kill people," Naruto lands behind Jug. Jug smirks at this saying, "Your softness will get you killed in this wor-" Jug then falls to the ground unconscious. At that moment Yugo claps his hands as if he was watching the ending of the theater act and tosses rope towards Naruto. "Tie him so we can get back to Wright City." Yugo said, dragging one big bag of swords and another bag that was much smaller than the other.
"Why should I, what do we need him for?" Naruto asked Yugo as he tied Jug up. "Simple really, we're gonna turn them into the marines so we can build a good relationship with them since you don't want to be a pirate. They'll probably end up calling us a duo of bounty hunters." Yugo said, getting a cool pose.
"I guess that is smart." Naruto said, turning to Yugo, noticing the bandage on his right lumbar, "You're a doctor? How come you never told me that?!" Naruto said lifting Jug and walking towards Yugo.
"No I'm not a doctor I just know some of the basics!" Yugo said, pushing Naruto away from him. "Damn I guess we won't be a trio of bounty hunters then." Naruto said walking towards Wright City.
"Trio, is there someone else you want to join us?" Yugo asked running up to Naruto trying to catch up. "Yeah I wanted to get a cook, but since you're not a well trained doctor I'll have to get a cook and a doctor… oh also a Navigator for our ship if we plan on going to the Grand Line." Naruto said as if he had forgotten about the fact that he would need a Navigator.
"We might as well be a pirate crew at this point." Yugo said, looking at Naruto. "Shut up there is no way we will become a pirate crew! Well just be a group of bounty hunters!" Naruto said confidently he looked like he was going to say something but then he thought of a situation that might force him to become a criminal or pirate.
"Anyway, let's go party with the townspeople. And then set sail in the morning!" Naruto yelled running towards the city. "Yeah!" Yugo said, following right behind him.
Naruto and Yugo locked Jug and Jon up in a jail cell at the bottom deck. Naruto went to the Vestiblue and returned all the swords to Sherry. "So how is he?" Sherry asked Naruto. "I think he's gonna be okay. I know probably hurted him when he got pierced through right lumbar, but I'm sure Yugo can handle them." Naruto said looking at Sherry surprised to see an angry face.
"I'm talking about Kurama!" She yelled, hitting Naruto upside the head. "Ow, no need to get violent! But to answer your question he's a strong sword but maybe that's because he has a strong owner." Naruto said, giving Sherry a confident grin.
"Anyway granny I just want you to know I'm leaving tomorrow.. And thank you for the sword!" Naruto said, giving her one last smile before leaving.
"Hold on! What is your name again?! I don't think you ever told me?!" She asked. Naruto simply smirks at the question saying, "Uzumaki Naruto," and he walks out the door.
"Man, I can't wait to set sail!" Naruto yelled walking towards the city with excitement.
The Next Day
"Are you ready?" Yugo asked, looking towards Naruto. "I'm ready as I'll ever be!" Naruto said, giving Yugo a confident grin. Yugo simply chuckles before dropping down the mast and a huge gust of wind taking them away from the Island, The story of 'The White Tiger' begins.
