Now then I want to thank JxA fan 2000 and kazutoxx123 for figuring out the clues I left.
Now it's time for part 2 of this story.
Sorry it took so long but I had to finish a very overdue chapter of another story.
Also I got 3 chapters uploaded for different stories 1 each.
Now it's time for the story to continue.
There will be some explaining at the end.

Here we go…
Jaden was making his way through the busy streets to the café to meet up with Alexis.
He had to admit it's been a long time since he last saw her, back then when he came back from the spirit world he did kind of kept his heart and emotions closed up except dueling but over time parts of his old self came back and then after that time travel duel with Yugi he realized he lost his passion for dueling and now that he got it back, he been traveling all over the world his powers to help those being oppressed by evil and he been doing that for a year and well besides dueling he has learn a few things and even worked out a bit.
Now that he regain his passion of dueling but still have some of his serious side, Jaden was back to the person everyone knew.
After making the left turn Jaden arrived at café and there was Alexis waiting and sipping some tea.
"Hey Lex over here!" Jaden called out.
Alexis looked up and saw it the person she fallen for.
"Hey Jaden I'm over here!" she shouted back.
Jaden made it over to her and sat down.
"Hey Lex how have you been? It's been a while." Said Jaden.
"Yes it has a lot of things have been happening in my life." Replied Alexis.
Jaden ordered some tea and the two began talking about their past adventures, the duels and getting together with old friends and even talked what the other has been doing since graduation.
"So Lex how are your studies coming?" Jaden asked.
"They're going good but I never thought I say this but having Crowler teach did help a bit in a way." She said.
"What about you?" she asked.
"Well I've been doing some traveling, dueling and stopping bad guys you know the usual." Jaden answered.
"Yeah that's you Jaden always dueling and helping others." Said Alexis.
"Yeah you know me too well Alexis." He said with a smile.
That made Alexis blushed she remembered that when Jaden smiles it was like a light had enter her heart and she was in its glow and she felt happy.
But it didn't help that her heart did skip a few beats whenever Jaden smiles.
"So Lex how are the others been doing?" Jaden asked snapping her out of her daze.
Alexis told Jaden that Mindy and Jasmine were in Paris, Chumley was still working making new cards with Pegasus, Chazz was still being himself but he's doing good and he's competing in many tournaments and so is Syrus who became quite the hotshot and for Hassleberry he's doing well and he's spending time with his family and the others are doing well even her brother.
Jaden was surprised but he was happy for his friends and hopes to see them again soon, then he told Alexis where he has traveled to. He went to Italy, France, Germany and a lot of places around Europe and helped a lot of people, stopping bad guys and even picked up a few things.
Alexis was surprised and impressed it seems Jaden has changed a lot but she was glad he was still his old self, the same person who dueled not only for fun but for his friends and he was compassionate and that is one of many reasons why she has fallen in love with Jaden.
Just then one of the waiters brought them some food and they ate it and when they were finished they paid the bill and left unaware of someone watching them from a distance from her binoculars.
"I see that my 'targets' are getting along well, now for the fun surprise." She said.
Jaden and Alexis then spend the rest of the day walking around exploring the place, checking out some stores, even getting some new cards for their decks and some gifts for their friends and even went on a couple of rides.
They were having a good time, smiling, laughing and enjoying each other's companies.
Soon the sun was setting and day was slowly turning to night.
They were both sitting on a bench after walking around all day.
"That was fun Lex." Said Jaden.
"It sure was Jaden." She replied.
Jaden looked at the skies and saw that the stars were coming and the sun setting on the horizon.
"Well Lex it's getting late and I need to head back to the hotel, I'll see you later." Jaden said as he got up.
Alexis didn't want Jaden to go so soon and she grabbed his arm stopping him in his place.
"Lex?" Jaden said confused.
"Jaden there's something I need to tell you, it's really important can you come to my room later on? I'll leave the door unlock for you." Said Alexis.
"Uh sure." Jaden answered.
"Great meet me in my room #405 in one hour." Said Alexis as she got up and left.
"Ok? That was unexpected." Said Jaden.
He then walked back to his hotel room and to unpack of what he bought.
Meanwhile the mysterious woman who was watching them smirked.
"Now to make my move." She whispered.
When Jaden got back to his room, he unload his stuff and jumped on his bed.
"Oh man why does my heart beat so fast around Lex?" he said to himself.
Jaden feels a bit confused and flustered, every time he sees or thinks of Alexis his heart beats fast and she on his mind and she means something very important to him, more than as friends maybe something else entirely.
(1 hour later…)
After getting a bit of rest, Jaden made his way to the hotel where Alexis was staying and after taking the elevator he arrived on the 4th floor and got to her door #405 and saw it was indeed unlocked and went in.
He then closed the door behind him and looked around wondering where Alexis and noticed that the door to her bathroom was closed meaning she was in there.
He decided to go sit on one of the beds and waited for her to come out.
"Surprise!"
Jaden then felt someone tackling him to the ground landing on his back.
"Ow! What the hell?" Jaden said surprised.
Jaden tried to get up but he felt someone on him.
"So you're the Jaden Yuki that Alexis spoke of? I have to say she wasn't wrong that you are quite the catch." Said a female voice.
Jaden turned to see who was on him, it was a tall, fair-skinned woman with a curvaceous figure has blue eyes and straight, shoulder-length blonde hair cut in an asymmetrical bob style. She also wears wear a very low-cut outfit which displays her sizeable cleavage, with mesh armor underneath, a short skirt and red hand guards, high boots, and what appears to be a modified Kumogakure flak jacket that covers her stomach only, similar to a girdle. She also carries a tantō strapped horizontally to her lower back.
Jaden can't help but feel a bit scared and a little bit aroused cause the woman on him is very hot and secretly wished that Alexis was on top of him like this.
"What are you going to do?" Jaden asked as he tried to fight his growing blush.
But before the woman can answered the bathroom door opened and out came Alexis in her baby blue robe.
"Hey Jaden are you… here?" Alexis said as she looked down to Jaden with some woman on top of him.
"H-hey Lex." Jaden said stuttering. "I came in here like you said when this woman jumped me and now I'm pinned down."
Alexis looked at the woman and got an annoyed look on her face.
"Really?" she said.
"What I've been hearing how this guy has managed to get your attention and you weren't lying that he's hot." Said the woman.
Alexis blushed in embarrassment and annoyance.
"Can you please get off of Jaden?" she said.
The woman nodded and got off of Jaden who managed to get up.
Alexis then went to her door and put a 'do not disturb' sign on the knob and closed it and locked it.
"Jaden sorry about that, I should've known she would try this, then again it's part of her job." Alexis said.
"Jaden meet Samui my cousin." She introduced.
"Your cousin?" said Jaden surprised.
"Yeah but me and Atticus don't see her much cause her job takes her many places." Said Alexis.
"Yeah I'm a member of a secret unit and can't tell you much because well classified stuff." Said Samui.
"So now that I am here Lex, what is it you want to talk to me about?" said Jaden.
Alexis looked at Jaden and then at Samui who nodded and then back to him again.
"Ok Jaden there's something I wanted to tell you for a long time." Said Alexis as her blush slowly rose.

Ok that ends this overdue chapter.
Sorry for the wait but I had to update a overdue chapter for another story.
Also I decided to make this a 3 shot story with the lemon for last.
I was going to do the lemon in this but after some thinking I thought it be easier to do.
Now the lemon part of this story will be out in September.
As I got other stories and chapters to do.
But I will get to work on it as soon as I can.
And to the ones that I mention earlier thank you figuring the clues I left in the first one.
Now once this story is done I might consider to do a Yu-gi-oh story or not that hasn't been decided yet.
Now if you will excuse me I got some other stories to do.
