All right people, I wrote another chapter for you for the DSK. Don't know how it happened but it did. It also might've happed because my laptop just came back after its repair, so you could say its my happy chapter. That I wrote after I went into an happy fit.

And for some of you who are asking if Erza will be with Naruto, my answer is no, for some obvious and my own reason, so Erza won't be with Naruto.

Chapter: Academy-II
(Konahagukure No Sato)
Hiruzen Sarutobi sat in front of the head of the Nara clan, along with their long term allies Yamanaka and the Akimichi. The Yamanaka and the Akimichi clan, Inoichi and Chouza respectively, still had some amused glint in their eyes, especially because of some recent happenings that had occurred in the Nara Residence, and the target of their amusement was the recently freshened up, Nara Clan Head, The Jounin commander, the man that boasts of having an IQ that's over 9000, Shikaku Nara.
The reason for that is.
Apparently Shikaku was trying to create a new Jutsu from scratch. What was the technique?
Well apparently it should've allowed him travel and jump in between the shadows of others and becoming one with the shadow, while also allowing him to take control of their targets while hiding in the shadow. While the technique could be extremely useful, the only problem was that it was right now only a theory, and the practical was supposed to miles away.
But somehow Shikaku was able to actually use the technique.
Just not in the proper manner and several problems had come to light regarding the technique.
So when Shikaku tried to apply the technique, the first kink and the most obvious one he noticed was that the technique, because it was in its infancy, consumed a lot of chakra. Well that could be rectified, Shikaku noticed as he used the technique that most of the chakra he was using was going waste. So he is now trying to find a way to get rid of that.
The second problem that came to light was that the technique required an absurd amount of concentration for him to control it. A single lapse could result in catastrophic failures that could bring harm to the user's life, as he learned it the hard way when he almost suffocated himself in the shadows, he had never been as proud of his fellow clansmen that he had been on that day as they were able to briefly use the technique which was very shabby but still good enough to save his life, also it could result in you being struck in the shadows in a very iffy positions, which are not good for your pride.
Now the third problem, as the technique was still in its infancy it could only be used on inanimate and stationary objects. This is still quite a big feat, as it could still be used for infiltration. But the ultimate goal of the technique was for the user to hide in the shadow of a person, who is neither inanimate nor stationary, which for them is a failure.
Now came the last problem which was the biggest of them all. He didn't inform the leader of the village about the development of said technique. Truthfully it wouldn't have mattered much if the leader actively tries to ignore it, for it comes under clan regulations, only if it doesn't comes in the eyes of kage, which mostly happens in the battlefields and warzones, after which you explain to the Kage what your technique could do, and what would be the best use of it, so it wasn't much of a problem that needed a lot of work.
The thing that needed work was something else entirely.
"So." Hiruzen began as he looked at the Nara Clan head. "Your clan also tried to replicate a technique from the traits of the Dragon slayer bloodline."
"It's just insurance, Lord Hokage." Shikaku said while shrugging his shoulders in a nonchalant manner. "As you know that the bloodline of the Dragon is quite a…"
"Freaky?" Inoichi spoke.
"Unfair?" Chouza gave his own input.
"Extremely troublesome?" The Kage gave his own input.
"I was going with how it was well versatile but those words can also be used so yes?" He said in a questioning manner. "Back to the topic, we all now know that they can develop a technique from all of the clan so every other Clan has decided to create a few Jutsus that it may give them some kind of advantage over the dragon slayer bloodline."
"Including the Kurama clan?" The Kage asks.
"They included." Shikaku confirmed. "While they've been unable to attend the most of the council meetings because of the condition of their heir, recently she has been getting better because of recently promoted Jounin Kurenai and the kids." The Kage raised an eyebrow in question. "It was an accidental meeting between her and Ino, Naruto and Kiba, and after that things happened."
"Then I am happy for them." Hiruzen spoke with a smile seeing that for the first time in his life something was going good. "And for you too, and it came at a good timing that you were able to, at least somewhat, create a technique against a dragon slayer." The three of them turned to look at the Kage in confusion.
"And why is that Lord Hokage?" Inoichi asks the question as the leader of Konoha brought out a scroll from his sleeve.
"This letter is from Jiraiya." Hiruzen said as he also slid down three pictures, one a sketch and two clear photos, on the table towards the three who began examining them. "Apparently he came across two Uzumaki's during his search for Orochimaru, also met Tsunade in the same city."
"So he have found two Uzumaki's in his search?" Couza asks.
"One of whom is a legitimate dragon slayers." Hiruzen told the three who quickly whipped their heads to look in his direction as he pointed towards the photo of the red haired child. "To be exact she would be Poison Dragon Slayer, you know what this means, right Inoichi?"
"Yes, Lord Hokage." Inoichi nodded his head at the words. "But this also proves that the Dragon Slayer Bloodline is an Uzumaki bloodline."
"You are right." The Kage told them and then pointed towards the photo of the woman with a darker shade of red. "The Next one is Erza Scarlet-Uzumaki." Chouza took a sip of the tea that was provided to him. "And she is over three hundred years old." The moment he spoke that the Akimichi clan head spat out the tea he was drinking from his nose trills as he went into a coughing fit, Meanwhile Inoichi and Shikaku looked at their leader in shock, before looking down at the picture of the young woman and then back at their Kage.
"Did Lord Jiraiya was personally given photo of the woman in such a young form?" Shikaku asks. "Because I know that the Uzumaki have long life spans and vitality, but over three hundred years old and looking like this might be pushing it!" Chouza and Inoichi nodded their heads at the words.
"No apparently she looks that young and is three hundred years old." Hiruzen informed the three. "All because she was put in stasis with the use of a seal that kept her safe from everything that was outside the seal, including space and time."
"Such seal, only a seal master of a legendary level could do that, to create something that could not only keep human inside the pocket dimension of the seal and also to keep the human safe from time too." Chouza spoke as he got himself under control.
"Well she is able to create seals midair with use of signs and such." He informed the three. "She fought Orochimaru on equal footing and was able to overpower him, as she has a technique that allows her to fly and use countless weapons at the same time." The three were too stunned to ask him anything.
"I have several questions that I want to ask, but for the sake of keeping my mind sane I will ask just this." Shikaku spoke up. "If we look at her as a threat, where would she rank at?"
"From what Tusnade and Jiraiya were told while the two were interrogating her, she got the rank S when she was somewhere between 11 or 13, Jiraiya and Tsunade have faith in those words because apparently she was able to push back the three boss summons of the sanin, yes, it also includes Orochimaru." Shikaku rubbed his head at the words while the other two gaped at the words. "Also she is the partner of one Natsu Dragneel." Now that made the three to look at him in confusion.
"Natsu Dragneel?" Inoichi began. "Wasn't that the name of-" "The person that wrote the letter about the dragon slayers, left for Naruto by his parents, yes."
"But wouldn't that make her Naruto's grandmother in a way!" Chouza spoke up.
"It does." The Hokage said. "Also she told Jiraiya that Natsu Dragneel was also supposed to be here to help the dragon slayer to be prepared for two certain theats."
"Wait, Natsu Dragneel was also supposed to be here?" Chouza asks.
"Yes, well he was supposed to be but the chances are he was killed by the two threats that they wanted the future slayers to be prepared for." Hiruzen told them. "Right now she will be helping the little girl, alongside Tsunade, until she gains a better control over her bloodline before letting her into a crowded place because well her bloodline was forcefully activated by the two of the threats."
"So the two different threats?" Shikaku asks. "What are they?"
"One of them would be that person right there." Hiruzen pointed towards the last picture of the man on the sketch. "His name is Zeref."
"And he might also be over three hundred years old, I assume? Considering that she came from the past to the future?" Inoichi asks.
"You are right, Inoichi." Hiruzen said to the Yamanaka clan head. "He is over three hundred years old for sure but his actual age is not confirmed."
"So, he is, what, like more than three hundred years old, four hundred?" Inoichi asks.
"You must add that in the three hundred." Hiruzen told him.
"What?!" Inoichi and Chouza shot up.
"So what you are saying is that he is over seven hundred years old?" Shikaku asks.
"That is still in speculation." Hiruzen spoke again. "Considering that the man is an immortal."
"Whoa, lets back it up a little bit!" Inoichi exclaimed. "Seal that can contain people in stasis can be explained and we are still reeling in the fact that the person could fly and such but for us to consider someone an immortal! That's out of the realm!"
"Excuse me Lord Hokage." Shikaku spoke up. "But what is the proof of everything that you've just told us?"
"Apart from the things Jiraiya gave us information about that he got from the woman?" Shikaku nodded his head at the words that the Leader of the Leaf village spoke of. "That would be when Jiraiya and the elder toad sages went in the sage mode, and we know what the sage mode can do exactly, right?" The three nodded their heads. "So while he was in the sage mode with them he saw that man itself was something that couldn't be described as human." He then paused for a moment. "Well that and his abilities."
"His abilities?" Chouza asks.
"Yes, so some of the techniques that the man used, well he interrupted the ongoing battle between, Orochimaru, his lackeys and the woman Erza, Jiraiya and Tsunade." Hiruzen repeated what he was informed about. "He was the one that forcefully activated the bloodline of dragon slayer in the young Uzumaki girl, which is not good."
"Forceful activation of the bloodline is not good?" Chouza asks again.
"Well there are some backlashes because of that, especially if the person is old." Hiruzen informed them. "The older the person, the dangerous the consequences comes with the forceful activation, understood?" The trio of Ino-Shika-Cho nodded their heads at that. "So the very first thing he did after the forcefully activating the dragon slayer bloodline, was kill everything in a certain radius distance around him."
"Kill everything?"
"Well, the people that were killed were not the only one to be killed but also the surrounding area, which also includes trees and animals and birds, everything was dead."
"How is that possible?" Inoichi asks. "Is it a technique?"
"No." Hiruzen shook his head in a grave manner. "It is his existence, that did that."
"What?"
"I was like that too but the letter Jiraiya has written, informed me about him being something not human?" Hiruzen looked at the three. "Apparently it meant that the man himself not only feels like death, but is death shaped in human form." He then took a puff from the pipe and spoke again. "Another technique of his is that he is able to freely create demons." The three now already knowing that man was immortal, decided to put their common sense in the back and began assessing the threat the man could be. "Adding to the fact that the man is immortal, which was proven when he took in the full frontal attack from the three Sanins, and I am talking about the attacks from Jiraiya in his sage mode, Orochimaru with Kusanagi and a full power punch from Tsunade, a normal person would be dead if he is lucky, but that man stood with no sign of injury."
"So he truly is immortal?" Chouza asks.
"If not then I don't know what he is." Hiruzen muttered.
The hall they were sitting in was silent for a moment before Shikaku spoke up. "Apart from these are there any more abilities and techniques that we must know about?"
"Well, yes." The Hokage said. "Apart from this the strongest ability that he used there and we know are this." He took a deep breath before telling them of the technique. "The technique which allows him to freely stop and slow…..the flow of time." There was a few moment of silence before somebody spoke up.
"Uhm, excuse me." Chouza says as he lifts his hand like a child.
"Yes, Chouza."
"What was that…..um….dramatic pause when you pause did a pause there?"
"What?"
"He is right Lord Hokage." Inoichi was the next to respond. "The pause in midst of that was unnecessary, if you were looking for some kind of effect and/or reaction than you should've just stated it as such, then we might've provided for the reaction that you were looking for but as of now, it was very unnecessary."
"Wha?!"
"Hey now don't be like that." Shikaku was the next t interrupt. "It is quite known that recently, our Leader has been trying to add some flair to his usual work to make it look more intimidating and useful." The Nara head then took a sigh. "It's just that, at times the it became impractical and retarded."
"This reminds me." Chouza looked up at ceiling. "How come Danzo is able to perfect his dramatization."
"I don't know." Inoichi spoke up next. "But he does it make look good and practical."
"I just find it too troublesome to deal with." Shikaku groaned.
"It also made him a target of envy." Hiruzen pointed out as the four of them sighed simultaneously, before the Kage looked at the three. "So, shall we return to our original topic?"
"Yes." Inoichi
"Yep, definitely!" Chouza
"It's troublesome either way, so let's." Shikaku was the last one to speak. "So he can stop and slow time?"
"And that's when he is not going all out." Hiruzen stated. "If he tries for it, he could also reverse the flow of time."
"The second threat Lord Hokage, may I ask who is it?" Shikaku began. "Because I feel like the next one is going to be just as much troublesome."
"You are right in your assessment, Shikaku." Hiruzen produced another sketch from his other sleeve. "Now this threat is not encountered either by Jiraiya or Tsunade, but there has been some kind of rumors regarding it, which also includes the incident of the Heat Haze village and the recent endeavors of some of the shinobi's in the Land of Mountains with merchants."
"So when you're talking about the incident at the heat haze village, you are talking about when it just vanished." The kage nodded his head. "And when we are talking about the endevours of the shinobi in the Land of Mountains alongside the merchants, you are talking about how, many don't return from the trips that they made or how some who have survived talk about encountering some kind of monster in the Mountains."
"Yes on both accounts." Hiruzen said as Chouza unfolded the pictures.
"Lord Hokage?" Chouza began. "There are pictures of two different beings in here?"
"Both are the same person." The Hokage informed him.
"So the picture of the man and some kind of Dragon, both are, in reality, same beings." Inoichi spoke up.
"Yes, as a matter of fact, he is a dragon slayer, also an immortal over seven hundred years old, and has few special techniques."
"Which would be as absurd as the previous guy whose technique could stop the flow of time?"
"In a way, yes" Hiruzen said as he looked at the picture provided to him of the man. "He is a drsgon slayer of the old, also known as the Black Dragon of Apocalypse, Acnologia.
"Acnologia?" Inoichi asks. "I seem to remember that name?"
"It was mentioned in the letter once." Hiruzen stated. "Also he is strong, strong enough to destroy a city with only his breath, so apart from the dragon slaying capabilities, he could transform between his Dragon form and human, his strong technique would be the ability to use space time techniques same as Zeref and a technique that rain down stars from the sky and both him and Zeref are extremely well versed in seals." The group went into a moment of silence again which was fter a moment was broken by Inoichi.
"So we have an immortal with all the time in the world who also happens to have a space-time ninjutsu that allows him to bend time and we are talking about him not going all out at all on top of that there is a man who could transform himself into a giant dragon, destroy city with just his breath and could create and can use the same techniques as the previous including also throwing stars from the sky! Oh Joy, it's giddy howdy wow!" Inoichi spoke in a sarcastic manner. "And what are we going to write about the two in the bingo books, 'oh we are sorry to inform you that once you come across these two beings the only thing you could do is hide and pray, if you get the chance because you will mostly be dead, see you in the afterlife!" His rant was met with silence.
"Well, there is a way they can be defeated." Hiruzen said after a while gaining the attention of the other two. "And it's the only way that we can actually defeat them or even have a slight of chance."
"Oh and how would that be possible, Lord Hokage, because from the information you have been provided, the only one who could defeat them are the Jinchuurikis and the two Uzumaki Dragon Slayer."
"And how are you so sure that they can defeat two beings of such caliber?" Shikaku asks.
"Well for starters, Zeref while immortal created few beings."
"You mean like those demons that Lord Jiriaya mentioned."
"Yes." Hiruzen nodded his head. "But unlike them these had conscience and all of them lived for a sole goal and that would be the death of their creator, Zeref."
"So these demons wish for the death of Zeref? But isn't he immortal?"
"He is immortal yes, but these demons had the ability to kill him, well one of them did." Hiruzen informed them. "The name of that demon is E.N.D, a deomon strong enough to go against Acnologia and Zeref, who was resurrected using the body of Zeref's younger brother, but because he had too much power he was sealed away, but he did left behind someone who had its ability, and would later be known as Natsu Dragneel, the fire dragon slayer."
"Wait a minute!" Shikaku said as he raised his hand to stop the Kage from speaking. "I am confused right now, so let me just make sense of all things that you've just said." He took a deep breath before looking at the kage. "So these Zeref and Acnologia guys are strong and dangerous and also immortal, and the only one who could've defeated them was a demon Zeref created for the sake of killing himself, I am assuming s far, but he is so far away from his morals, he desecrated his brother's grave and the demon he created was called E.N.D, got to say not a bad name, but it got so strong that the demon was sealed, presumably by the combine efforts of Uzumaki and Zeref, but he presumably left a part behind, who would later be known as Natsu Dragneel, the Fire Dragon Prince, and would become the partner of Erza Scarlet-Uzumaki, and right now the only one who could defeat them are this young Uzumaki girl." He slid down the picture of Karin. "And Naruto Uzumaki, the former who is being trained by Erza Scarlet-Uzumaki, is that correct?" Hiruzen nodded his head at the words. "Then where does the Jinchuuriki's come in?"
"Well it has to do with the fact about how Uzumaki are such a great Jinchuuriki." Hiruzen told the two. "Around the time of Natsu Dragneel and even before that the dragons use to seal themselves inside their slayers to slow down the process of draconfication."
"Draconfication?"
"It's occurs with the over use of Dragon force where the bearer of the bloodline takes on a part side transformation of dragon and falls to draconic instincts."
"Wha?"
"Instincts where a person look after more of a primal instincts, it mostly happens during the teen years of dragon slayer but they don't turn into a dragon, but draconfication occurs with the over use of dragon force where the more they use the dragon force the more dragon like being they become." Hiruzen informed them as the three rubbed their heads in exasperation. "Also because they were mostly surrounded by dragons during their impressionable age, most of the slayers, they didn't know or understood the common sense of human and made mistakes during their time with the humans, not knowing how to keep their instincts in control."
"Seriously, Lord Hokage." Chouza began. "That is something you should begin with, not shelving it for a later date."
"This is something exclusive to the Uzumaki only, you three." Hiruzen explained. "I cannot just casually disclose it to you."
"We understand it." Shikaku said to their leader. "At least it explains about how the information about dragons was minsicule."
"So what are we going to do about this?" Inoichi asks. "And what of the draconic instincts, what are they?" The question made Hiruzen uneasy.
"Well they are…you know."
"I don't know Lord Hokage." Inoichi said. "If I know I wouldn't have asked you."
"Well it is you know." Again the Kage spoke in a broken sentences but Shikaku understood what the mn meant, but refrained from speaking anything. "You will learn it at a later date, meanwhile I want the three of you to go through this letter and prepare accordingly before the next meeting, I've put a lot of work on hold when I was coming here, and I need to get it done alas it piles up." The Kage quickly said his word and left for the tower while not looking back, leaving behind a confuse Yamanaka.
"What was that all about?" Inoichi asks.
"You heard what he said Inoichi." Shikaku began. "You will learn about it soon, sooner or probably later, than you will ever imagine."
