The Next Day…
Ministry Holding Cells
Selena shivers as the Dementors make their way passed again they were feeding on her bad memories. After all every death she had was horrible always was. They had pushed food into her this morning but she hadn't eaten it. It looked disgusting. And she was afraid of poison as she had been poisoned before. It had been four days since she was taken here. And she hadn't been realised from this cell.
She had been questioned by Amelia Bones, Senior Auror Kingsley Shacklebolt and Auror Tonks and she told them what happened in Surrey and what happened in New York and how she apparated 'instinctively' too New York but she didn't know how. And she refused to say why she would end up there. They gave her a proper meal and that was the only meal she trusted.
That was between her and Loki. No one else would know. She knew she was facing a lot of charges one charge for every spell she casted. So it was a lot. She knew she was in trouble but she didn't care as long as Loki was safe and well. As she had loved him for over 1000 and a half years.
If they convicted her she would kill herself and wait to she gained another body and could be with Loki again in that cycle. But she didn't know how Loki would handle her dying again. And she hadn't even told him about Voldemort out for her blood yet who would gladly torture her and make her death as gruesome as possible. Knowing her luck that was how she was going to die. She always died before her 18th birthday. Always. Not once had she made it over 18 since her first life. And that birthday was only just over 1,095 days left and yes she was counting.
She was bought out of her thoughts by feeling Loki in the Ministry building. What was he doing here? He couldn't watch her trial. And he should not be healed from breaking the mind control. And other injuries he had.
Soon Auror Shacklebolt, Auror Tonks and two other Aurors came in and unlocked her cell.
"Your trial is now", Senior Auror Shacklebolt says
The two Aurors she didn't know put manacles on her.
"Madam Bones said she didn't want manacles on a 14 year-old", Senior Auror Shacklebolt says
"The Minister sees different", the Auror says
"Now we will go behind her and you two lead", the other Auror says
She followed them to the Wizengamot with the Two unknown Aurors pushing their wands into her back every couple of steps and sending silent stinging curses on her back. But she followed where she hoped she would get free but knew her luck was bad…
Avengers…Earlier that morning…
Loki hadn't slept the night before he just wanted to see Selena. There was a knock on their hotel room door and two people were standing there one was a werewolf the other had brown/pink hair.
"I am Remus Lupin and this is Nymphadora Tonks that only wants to be called Tonks only. We have been sent by Albus to take you too the Ministry", Remus says
"Nymphadora?" Tony asks
Tonks hair goes red, "Don't call me Nymphadora"
"Steve Rodgers. Is Albus going to be there today?" Steve asks
"Yes he is. How do you know him?" Remus asks
"Old war mate", Steve says
"I am Bruce Banner", Bruce says shaking Remus hands, "Call me Bruce"
"He is the Hulk", Tony says getting blank stare from Remus but a knowing look from Tonks
"I am Natasha Romanoff aka the Black Widow", Natasha says
"I am Clint Barton aka Hawkeye", Clint says
"I am Prince Thor of Asgard", Thor says
"I am Tony Stark, Ironman", Tony says proudly
Remus doesn't know them but Tonks did since her Dad was Muggle-Born.
"I know about you. But be aware that not many people will know you. We don't have TV's in the wizarding world. I only know you because of my Dad who is a Muggle-Born", Tonks says
"Muggle-Born?" Thor asks
"There are four types of wizards. One is Pure-Blood which all your family are wizards and witches and can trace their family back about 5 centuries. Half-Blood who are witches and wizards who have with one Pure-Blood parent with a Half-Blood Parent. Half-Blood and a Half-Blood or Muggle-Born and Pure Blood and Half-Blood and Muggle-Born are all classed as Half-Bloods. Muggle-Borns are those born to mortals that don't have magic. And a squib who does have magical parents but no magic. The British wizardry favour Pure-Bloods so they won't be nice to any of you today because you are none magical", Loki says
They all look at him shocked he knew about the wizarding world here.
"Call me Remus all of you if you have come to help my not official Goddaughter/Niece I will welcome anyone", Remus says
"I am Prince Loki of…Asgard. God of Magic, Mischief, Trickery and the Liesmith or Silvertongue. Mr Lupin we will be coming back to the place you have come from after the trial. I will not be parted from Selena", Loki orders
The other Avengers still didn't know why Loki was so interested in Selena Potter. But they would keep an eye on them.
"How do you know my Niece?" Remus asks
"That is between me and her. But I will make sure she is freed from the Ministry", Loki says
"How are we getting to the Ministry?" Tony asks
"Albus managed to get as a port-key from Madam Bones. We will need to go to an alley too not to be seen", Remus says
"I can teleport us. Mr Lupin you just have to picture Madam Bones office and I will see the memory and I can teleport us there as it is not a good idea that Bruce take a port-key with his alter ego", Loki says smoothly
"Alter ego?" Remus asks
Tony turns on the TV and shows Remus all of them fighting which was being played over and over again. Tony pointed out the Hulk and himself.
"I really don't agree with Hulk but we have a truce at the moment. As Selena helped protect us. I still think I am a monster", Bruce says
"I know what you mean. I am a monster once a month. I might tell you later", Remus says
"So Mr Lupin picture the office and I will teleport us", Loki says
"Our luggage?" Steve asks
"We will shrink it", Tonks says waving her wand and everything they had bought shrinks, "You can put it in your pockets and we can re-size them later"
"Thank you", Natasha says
"I am picturing the office", Remus says
Loki latches onto the memory and they all disappear from the hotel and appear in an office which had a woman and a very old man waiting for them.
"Mr Lupin, Miss Tonks I see you have bought them", the old man says
"Albus?" Steve asks
"Is that you Steven Rodgers?" Albus asks
"Yes. How have you been Albus?" Steve asks shaking Albus's hand
"I have been well how are you still alive?" Albus asks
"I was frozen in the ice for 70 years. It stick me at the age I am. I don't even know if I am ageing", Steve says, "How old are you now?"
"I am 122 my good boy. Will be 123 soon. It is a joy to see a friend who I though was lost. Minerva will be happy", Albus says
"Minerva is still around too?" Steve asks
"Yes she is 85 now", Albus says
"I look forward to seeing her again", Steve replies
"How can you be 122?" Tony asks Albus
"Witches and Wizards life longer lives", Loki says
"I am Albus Dumbledore and who might you be?" Albus asks
"Loki God of Magic, Mischief, Trickery and the Liesmith", Loki says
"So you're the one Miss Potter was helping", the woman behind the desk says
"Yes. But she also saved a lot of lives in New York", Loki says
"All of you should introduce yourselves", Albus says
They all do that.
"I am Amelia Bones Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. I will be hopefully questioning Miss Potter. Along with the American Minister", Amelia says
"Hopefully?" Clint asks
"The Minister thinks it is his job and his Undersecretary will also want to question Miss Potter. I am going to do my best I can. I used to know Miss Potter's parents and their friends. I am engaged to Sirius Black who I know is innocent. If you see him you must not tell me as I am required to bring him in", Amelia says
"We won't", Natasha says
Natasha saw Amelia was stuck between a rock and a hard place. She couldn't help her beloved and she was meant to arrest him and have him kissed by the Dementors. So she was distancing herself so she wouldn't have to make the choose between the one she loved and her career and time in Azkaban.
"Tell us what happened in New York. How Miss Potter came to help. We have already taken her statement", Amelia says
So they tell her everything and Loki says he was being mine controlled but said Selena had broken it but that was all he would go into.
"Madam Bones they have bought Dementors into the cells again", a man with dark skin says
"Is Miss Potter in the cells?" Bruce asks
"Yes. The Minister Fudge insisted", Amelia says with a sigh
Loki was angry. Those creatures would love a person such as Selena who always died a horrible death. She had many memories they would love for her to re-live. They would feast on her.
"Auror Tonks you and Kingsley will bring in Miss Potter as planned", Amelia says
"Yes Madam", they say leaving
"Get those Dementors out of there", Loki demands
"I can't Fudge overruled me. Now we must head to the Wizengamot the trial will begin soon", Amelia says
They follow Amelia and Albus two to the deepest part of the Ministry they where lead to the witness area of the Wizengamot. And Albus and Amelia take their seats as many of witches and wizards take their seats. Remus Lupin takes a spot in the guest box.
They see a woman in horrible pink enter with a man the Loki knew was the Minister.
"That woman looks horrible", Tony whispers, "Doesn't she have a fashion sense?"
"Shut it Stark we will talk about it later", Natasha says eyeing the room
She sees a chair with chains in the middle of the room. Clint had noticed it too and they both agreed it was likely were Selena Potter was going to sit. Loki had noticed too and hoped those chains wouldn't wrap around his love. Otherwise he properly wouldn't control his temper.
He sees another official man appear and shake hands with Fudge with a small grimace. Loki found out he was the American Minister for Magic.
"Bring in the accused", Fudge calls
Aurors Shacklebolt and Tonks where leading and two other Auror's where behind Selena bringing her in. She sees her neighbour Arabella Figg sitting near the Avengers and her beloved Loki was there. Loki was furious they had manacles on her and then they chained her to the chair.
"Don't go on a rampage", Selena thinks to him
"Are you alright?" Loki thinks to her
"As well as I can be. What about you? You should still be in a healing coma", Selena thinks
"I knew where I was needed", Loki thinks, "I love you if they convict you I will steal you away"
"I know you will", Selena thinks back, "I had contingency plans. Like killing myself so I won't have to go to Azkaban"
"Never do that", Loki snarls in his thoughts
"You don't know this life. If I get off I will tell you", Selena thinks
"You will get off and you will be telling me", Loki thinks
"What are you planning?" Selena asks
"I will tell them who exactly I am if they start to convict you and how unwise it would be to anger me", Loki replies
"I love you", Selena thinks as her trial was about to start
"I love you too", Loki thinks
None in the room knew of their communication and how lucky they were Selena calmed Loki down so he didn't kill those who chained her. The last time she was in chains she was burned as a witch in the Salem Witch trials in 1692.
Natasha had seen a brief flash of fury on Loki's face as the chains went around Selena. But it disappeared in a flash. Loki looked calm but Natasha would bet Loki was furious she knew they were close somehow as they were on Stark Tower. If she had a guess they were lovers but Selena was only about 15 at the most and she had never been seen in America before from what Fury told her.
Selena saw Percy sitting with the Minister and wondered when that happened and how he got the promotion as he was in trouble for the whole Crouch debacle.
"He is one of your friends family?" Loki thinks
"Yes he is the third child out of seven. He was always pompous and proper. He always wanted to work in the Ministry and started last year. But I didn't think he would make it this far", Selena thinks

"Who would like the name Dolores?" Tony whispers chuckles
"Shut it Stark", Natasha says
"Witness for the defence Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore", Albus says from his seat
"That is his full name?" Stark whispers
"Be quiet Tony", Steve says
"Yes. Well, then. So the charges yes. The charges against the accused are as follows. That she knowingly, deliberately and in full awareness of the illegality of her actions, having received a previous written warning from the Ministry of Magic on a similar charge, produced a Patronus Charm in a Muggle-inhabited area in the presence of a Muggle here in England, then illegal apparition too New York City USA where she yes at least 30 spells in a Muggle-inhabited area in presence of Muggles, on the 23rd of July 2005, which constitutes an offence under Paragraph C of the decree for the Reasonable Restriction of Underage Sorcery, 1875, and also under section 13 of the International Confederation of Warlocks' Statue of Secrecy. Are you Selena Lily Potter, of number four, Privet Drive, Little Whinging Surrey?" Fudge says glaring at Selena
"Yes", Selena says
"We will start with the first charge of using a Patronus in close proximity to a Muggle. You received an official warning from the Ministry for using illegal magic three years ago, did you not?" Fudge asks
"Yes, but…", Selena starts
"And yet you conjured a Patronus on the day of the 23rd of July?" Fudge asks
"Yes, but…", Selena starts
"Knowing that you are not permitted to use magic outside school while you are under the age of seventeen?" Fudge asks
"Yes, but…", Selena starts
Loki grits his teeth as she was cut off again.
"Knowing that you were in an area full of Muggles?" Fudge asks
"Yes, but…", Selena starts
"Fully aware that you were in close proximity to a Muggle at the time?" Fudge asks
"Yes, but I only used it because we were…", Selena starts
"You produced a fully-fledged Patronus?" Amelia asks deciding to stop Fudge because she could see Loki getting angrily
"Yes, because…", Selena starts
"A corporeal Patronus?" Amelia asks
"A…what?" Selena asks
"Your Patronus had a clearly defined form? I mean to say, it was more than vapour or smoke?" Amelia asks
"Yes. It's a stag, its always a stag", Selena half lies
"Always?" Amelia booms, "You have produced a Patronus before now?"
"Yes. I've been doing it for over a year", Selena says
"And you are fourteen years old nearly fifteen?" Amelia asks
"Yes, and…", Selena starts
"You learned this at school?" Amelia asks
"Yes, Professor Lupin taught me in my third year, because of the…", Selena starts
"Impressive. A true Patronus at her age…very impressive indeed", Amelia says
"It's not a question of how impressive the magic was. In fact the more impressive the worse I is. I would have thought, given that the boy did it plain view of a Muggle!" Fudge states
"I did it in front of my cousin who knows about magic and I only did it because of the Dementors!" Selena says loudly before anyone could interrupt her
"Dementors? What do you mean girl?" Amelia asks
"I mean there were two Dementors down that alleyway and they went for me and my cousin!" Selena says
"Ah", says Fudge smirking, "Yes, Yes, I thought we'd be hearing something like this"
"Dementors in Little Whinging?" Amelia asks
"Don't you see Amelia?" Fudge says still smirking, "Let me explain. She's been thinking it through and decided Dementors would make a very nice little cover story, very nice indeed. Muggles can't see Dementors, can they girl? Highly convenient, highly convenient…so its just your word and no witnesses…"
"I'm not lying!" Selena says loudly, "There were two of them, coming from opposite ends of the alley, everything went dark and cold and my cousin felt them and ran for it…"
"Enough, enough!" Fudge says, "I'm sorry to interrupt what I'm sure would have been a very well-rehearsed story…"
"I may be wrong but I'm sure under the Wizengamot Charter of Rights, the accused has the right to present witnesses for his or her case? Isn't that the policy of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, Madam Bones?" Dumbledore asks
"True, perfectly true", Amelia says
"Oh, very well, very well", Fudge snaps, "Where is this person"
"Here she is in the stands", Dumbledore says gesturing to Arabella Figg
"Come forward", Amelia says
Arabella comes forward and sits down.
"Full name?" Fudge asks loudly
"Arabella Doreen Figg", Mrs Figg says
"And who exactly are you?" Fudge asks in a bored and lofty voice
"I'm a resident of Little Whinging, close to where Selena Potter lives", Mrs Figg says
"We have no record of any witch or wizard living in Little Whinging other then Selena Potter. That situation has always been closely monitored given…given past events", Amelia says
"I'm a squib. So you wouldn't have me registered would you?" Mrs Figg asks
"A squib, eh?" Fudge says, eyeing her suspiciously, "We'll be checking on that. You'll leave details of your parentage with my assistant Weasley. Incidentally, can squibs see Dementors?"
"Yes we can!" Mrs Figg says indignantly
"Very well. What is your story?" Fudge asks aloofly
"I had gone out to buy cat food from the corner shop at the end of the Wisteria Walk. On the day of the 23rd in the afternoon. When I heard a disturbance down the alleyway between Magnolia Crescent and Wisteria Walk. On approaching the mouth of the alleyway I saw Dementors running…", Mrs Figg says
Loki winces Dementors don't run they glide.
"That was wrong wasn't it?" Thor whispers
"Yes. They glide", Loki whispers
"Running?" Amelia asks sharply, "Dementors don't run they glide"
"That's what I meant too say. Gliding along the alley towards what looked like a boy and a girl", Mrs Figg says
"What did they look like?" Amelia asks
"Well the boy was very large and the girl rather skinny…", Mrs Figg say
"No, No. The Dementors describe them", Amelia says
"Oh. They were big. Big and wearing cloaks", Mrs Figg says
"Big and wearing cloaks", Amelia says coolly
Fudge snorted derisively
"I see. Anything else?" Amelia asks
"Yes. I felt them. Everything went cold, and this was a very warm summers day, mark you. And I felt…as though all the happiness had gone from the world…and I remembered…dreadful things…", Mrs Figgs voice shook and died
Amelia's eyes widen slightly.
"What did the Dementors do?" Amelia asks
"They went for the two teens. One of them had fallen that was the boy. The girl was backing away, trying to repel the Dementor. That was Selena. She tried twice and produced only silver vapour. They suddenly on the third attempt, she produced a Patronus, which charged down the first Dementor and then, with encouragement, chased the second away from her cousin. And then she just disappeared into thin air", Mrs Figg says
"That's what happened?" Amelia asks
"That is what happened", Mrs Figg says
"Very well. You may go", Fudge says to Mrs Figg
She was let out.
"Not a very convincing witness", Fudge says loftily
"Oh, I don't know. She certainly described the effects of a Dementor attack very accurately. And I cant imagine why she would say they were there if they weren't", Amelia says
"But Dementors wandering into a Muggle suburb and just happening to come across a wizard?" Fudge snorted, "The odds on that must be very, very long. Even Bagman wouldn't have bet…"
"Oh I don't think any of us believe the Dementors were there by coincidence", Dumbledore says lightly
Loki notices the pink witch besides Fudge twitched slightly but remained sill and silent.
"And what is that supposed to mean?" Fudge asks icily
"It means that I think they were ordered there", Dumbledore says
"I think we might have a record of it if someone had ordered a pair of Dementors to go strolling through Little Whinging", Fudge barks
"Not if the Dementors are taking orders from someone other than the Ministry of Magic these days", Dumbledore says calmly, "I have already given you my views on this matter Cornelius"
"Yes you have", Fudge says forcefully, "And I have no reason to believe that your views are anything other then bilge, Dumbledore. The Dementors remain in place in Azkaban and are doing everything we ask them too"
"Then we must ask ourselves why somebody within the Ministry ordered a pair of Dementors into that alleyway on the 27th of August", Dumbledore says quietly but clearly
"Hem, Hem", the pink witch says
"The Chair recognises Dolores Jane Umbridge, Senior Undersecretary to the Minister", Fudge says
"I'm sure I must have misunderstood you, Professor Dumbledore. So silly of me. But it sounded for the teensy moment as through you were suggesting that the Ministry of Magic had ordered an attack on this girl", she says with a silvery laugh
"What is she a two year old?" Tony whispers
Natasha hits him for talking. She was watching the room. And saw everyone had different expressions some believed Selena so they would be the light supports and the others didn't which could mean the dark supports. Natasha also looked at Loki and saw his eyes where fixed on Selena. But she also knew Loki was keeping an eye on the Minister and the Senior Undersecretary.
"If it is true that the Dementors are taking orders only from the Ministry of Magic, and it is also true two Dementors attacked Selena and his cousin a few days ago, then it follows logically that somebody at the Ministry might have ordered the attack. Of course, these particular Dementors may have been outside Ministry control", Dumbledore says politely
"There are no Dementors outside the Ministry control", Fudge snaps
"Then undoubtedly the Ministry will be making a full inquiry into why two Dementors were so very far from Azkaban and why they attacked without authorisation", Dumbledore says
"It is not for you to decide what the Ministry of Magic does or does not do, Dumbledore!" Fudge snaps
"Of course it isn't. I was merely expressing my confidence that this matter will not go investigated", Dumbledore says
"I would like to remind everybody that the behaviour of those Dementors if indeed they are not figments of this girls imagination, is not the subject of this trial! We are here to examine Selena Potter's offences Under the Decree for the Reasonable Restriction of underage sorcery", Fudge says
"Of course we are, but the presence of Dementors in that alleyway is highly relevant. Clause Seven of the Decree states that magic may be used before Muggles in exceptional circumstances, and as those exceptional circumstances include situations which threaten the life of the witch or wizard or Muggles present at the time of the…", Dumbledore says
"We are familiar with clause seven, thank you very much!" snarls Fudge
"Of course you are. Then we are in agreement that Selena's use of the Patronus Charm in these circumstances falls into the category of exceptional circumstances the clauses describe?" Dumbledore asks
"If there were Dementors, which I doubt", Fudge says
"I will give a memory", Selena offers but was ignored which made the Avengers frown
"They are treating her as if she is not there", Thor whispers
"Isn't it meant to be her trial?" Steve asks
"They are too intent on their own political war", Natasha whispers
"And Selena is right in the middle of it", Bruce says coming to the conclusion
"You have heard it from an eyewitness. If you still doubt her truthfulness, call her back, question her again. I am sure she would not object", Dumbledore says
"I want this over with and we still haven't got too what she did in New York", Fudge says
"But naturally, you would not care how many times you heard from a witness, if the alternative was a serious miscarriage of justice", Dumbledore says
"Serious miscarriage, my hat! Have you ever bothered to tot up the number cock-and-bull stories this girl has come up with, Dumbledore, while trying to cover up his flagrant misuse of magic out of school? I suppose you've forgotten the Hover Charm she used three years ago…", Fudge starts
"That wasn't me, it was a house elf!" Selena says
"YOU SEE?" Fudge roars, "A house-elf! In a Muggle house! I ask you"
"The house elf in question is currently in the employ of Hogwarts School. I can summon him here in an instant to give evidence if you wish", Dumbledore says
"I haven't got time to listen to house elves! Anyway that's not the only – she blew up her Aunt, for gods sake", Fudge shouts
"And you kindly did not press charges on that occasion, accepting, I presume, that even the best witches cannot always control their emotions", Dumbledore says
"That's enough. I will not allow this to continue. You will view Selena's memories of the House elf, her Aunt and the Dementors", Loki growls
"Who are you?" Fudge asks rudely
"I am Prince Loki Odinson God of Magic, Mischief, Trickery, also known as the Liesmith and Silvertongue. You have a pensieve Madam Bones?" Loki asks
"Yes my Lord", Amelia says
"Get it", Loki says
Amelia sends someone for one.
"This is ridiculous the gods don't exist. Another trick of Miss Potter's", Fudge says
"You better watch those memories and if you convict Miss Potter you will have me to answer too and I will bring Hel upon you", Loki growls
"Are you threatening me?" Fudge asks
"What do you think?" Loki snarls
Sensing his brothers anger Thor decides to turn the attention to him.
"My brother and I are very real. I am Crown Prince Thor God of Thunder and Lightning and Fertility. Our father is the All Father King Odin. And I would be wise at your chose of words", Thor booms
"Why are you here anyway?" Fudge asks
"We were with Miss Potter in New York. She fought with us", Tony says
"And who are all of you?" Fudge asks
"Tony Stark", Tony says
"Bruce Banner", Bruce says
"Steve Rodgers", Steve says
"Natasha Romanoff", Natasha says
"Clint Barton", Clint says
"What are all of your magical parentage?" Fudge asks
"We are all Muggles but Thor and Loki of course", Natasha says
Fudge goes red, "No Muggles should be here. Aurors have them removed and their memories modify!"
"STOP!" Minister Nixon says
"Why Minister Nixon?" Fudge asks
"Minister Fudge these Muggles as you call them saved New York City a few days ago from an alien attack. And they had help by Miss Potter who shielded them and used defensive spells. I have come for the US to thank Miss Potter for protecting all those people. And too say we are not pressing charges this shouldn't have happened in the first place. And I will be having a stern talking to my Aurors about it. From this time on Miss Potter you can perform magic in front of Muggles in the US. Miss Potter you have the full apologies of MACUSA", Minister Nixon says.
"What about exposing us?" Fudge asks outraged
"Everyone is saying is she is an enhanced individual. And nobody saw her face. So all she has too do is hide her face from now on. My apologies Miss Potter for your arrest", Minister Nixon says
"Thank you Minister", Selena says
The Auror was back with the pensieve.
"Madam Bones why don't you take the memories out", Loki suggests
Madam Bones does. Selena shields part of the Dementor memory of her two Patroness's she makes it look like one. She also makes sure the memory of Sirius revealing Peter and his confession come out.
"Clever my little trickster", Loki thinks
"I know. I am only showing the parts I am charged with and Sirius", Selena replies
The memories play in front of everyone and they could see Selena had told the truth about the House-Elf, what her Aunt said would have anyone who lost someone furious and lastly the Dementors. Now everyone knew she was innocent. Then one last memory plays out showing Peter Pettigrew was alive and his confession of what he did and Sirius's innocence and how he never got a trial.
The Wizengamot goes wild and there was shouting.
"We needed popcorn for this", Tony whispers to the Avengers
"I agree", Clint says
Natasha, Steve and Bruce just give them a glare.
"Miss Potter would you let us keep this memory?" Amelia asks
"I would. And my godfather would come to a fair trial if he got reassurances that he would not be kissed by the Dementors", Selena says
"We will work on that", Amelia says
"Am I free of these chains?" Selena asks
Fudge and the pink witch were silent as there plans were ruined.
"All in favour of conviction?" Amelia asks
No hands went up.
"All in favour of clearing the accused of all charges and previous charges wiped from her record?" Amelia says
All hands but a few of the Dark Fraction raise their hands.
"Cleared of all charges and record wiped clean", Amelia says
The chains holding Selena down fell away.
"Thank you Madam Bones and the Wizengamot", Selena says smiling
"We will send an owl to your godfather with a fair trial and a pre-questioning", Amelia says
"I am glad we have such a great Magical Law Enforcement", Selena says
Many knew she was being sarcastic. Dumbledore wondered when she had gotten sarcastic and sneaky of slipping that memory into the pensieve.
Selena walks over to the Avengers, Dumbledore, and Remus.
"Hello Uncle Remy", Selena says
"I am so glad those chains are off you Moony wanted to go down there and tear everyone apart. I am glad you are safe Cub and Sirius will be glad they are willing to listen to him now", Remus says hugging Selena
"Hello Loki you should still be sleeping", Selena says
"Couldn't keep me away. Now where is this place we are going to Headmaster?" Loki asks taking Selena's hand
"We have a port-key. We must leave from the port-key point at the Ministry", Dumbledore says leading them to the point
The Avengers all introduce themselves properly to Selena and she thanks them for looking after Loki.
"Professor what about me things and Hedwig?" Selena asks Dumbledore
"Moody and I already got them. I am Tonks sorry about the actions of those Aurors behind you I wanted to curse them but they are close to the Minister", Tonks says coming next to them
"It is ok", Selena says
"What did they do?" Loki asks
"I will tell you when we are alone", Selena says
"You will get mad", Selena says in his head
"Fine. But I want to know everything", Loki thinks
"Always"
"She needs to eat too she wouldn't eat anything they gave her the last few days", Tonks says
All look at Selena in concern.
"You thought they would poison you", Loki states in her thoughts
"Yes. And the food was disgusting", Selena thinks
"Here is the point. Everyone hold on", Dumbledore says holding out a scarf
They all take a hold and they go spinning and land with a thud outside some gloomy buildings. Bruce was taking deep breaths. Natasha had a hand on him and he was calming down quicker.
"You will need to all read this to see the house", Dumbledore says
They all look at the parchment.
