Chapter .4.
Diagon Alley
Loki and Selena appear in Diagon Alley in disguise and they walk through the Alley and Loki saw the papers making HIS Selena look crazy.
"Calm done they will realise soon enough", Selena says soothingly
"I wish they wouldn't tarnish your imagine and soul with this rubbish", Loki says
"Next time he comes after me I will reveal him", Selena says
"He would have to go through me. Your not dying again", Loki whispers in her ear then kisses her
"We will see. It is only 1,095 days till my 18th birthday", Selena replies
"I will work on a way to free you from that curse. If it is the last think I do", Loki promises, "This I vow"
"I know you will. I love you my Trickster Prince with all my heart", Selena says kissing him
"I love you too my little Starling Princess with all my heart", Loki says kissing her back
They continue to walk and they find a place to eat in Horizon Alley. Loki pulls out his chair for her and she sits and he takes a seat and they look at the menu. A waitress comes over and takes their order and promises to be back soon.
"How are my parents coping?" Selena asks
"Not good. They are still searching on a way to help you. They don't like seeing their daughter getting killed time and time again and not being able to do anything. And you're their Crown Princess", Loki says
"What about my siblings?" Selena asks
"They are carrying your duties but it is always going to be you who will get the Crown that is what your father King Oberan says and it is agreed with your mother Queen Layla. But the second in line Princess Kimirian is doing the most duties", Loki says
"So all 29 of my siblings are safe?" Selena asks
"Yes. Nothing has happened too them. Expect some getting married and having children", Loki replies
"Will you really help me break the curse this cycle?" Selena asks
"I will. I am not letting you die again. You have died too many times as it is", Loki says passionately cupping her face
"I will do my best to survive", Selena promises kissing Loki again
"I am glad. I don't know what I would do if I lose you again", Loki says
There food comes and they start to eat.
"Tell me what happened before New York", Selena orders
"Of course my Princess. I did some stupid things like letting Frost Giants in to spoil Thor's coronation. But I did it because he was not ready", Loki says
"He hasn't changed then?" Selena asks
"No. Still childish but he is in love with a mortal he met in exile named Jane Foster. To go into exile Thor attack Jotunheim and nearly destroyed it and nearly got Frandal killed. Father seat Thor to here in New Mexico I think it was. Where he met SHIELD. I have something to confess I found out I am a Frost Giant son of King Laufrey to be precise. Do you hate me?" Loki asks
"Loki I would never, ever hate you", Selena says kissing him gently, "What happened next?"
"Odin took me in. I found that out just before Father went into the Odinsleep. I became regent of Asgard. I sent the destroyer to Midgard to kill Thor. I was so angry. I killed Laufrey and was about to destroy Jotunheim when Thor destroyed the Bifrost and I fell of the bridge into the void", Loki shutters
"What happened after that?" Selena asks softly
"I was found by Thantos and the Other they tortured me into giving in and attacking Midgard with the army you saw a few days ago. I don't know how long I was under Thantos control or in his care but I have the scars to prove it", Loki shutters as he sees flashes of his time with Thantos
He vaguely aware of Selena calling his name and smoothing touch. Her touch was the only one he could stand.
"Come back to me my Trickster Prince", Selena murmurs having knelt in front of him and caressing his face
"My Starling Princess?" Loki murmurs starting to come out of the flashback
"Thank the gods. I shouldn't have asked", Selena says kissing him
"You have the right to know. Hold my hand and I will tell you", Loki says
Selena holds his hand and Loki puts up a silence charm and Loki tells her everything. She shreds tears for him.
"Don't shred tears for me my Starling Princess as I do not deserve them", Loki says
"Yes you do! You have been through so much all my deaths and finding out about your heritage would push anyone over the edge and break. But now I will patch you up my Trickster Prince", Selena says kissing him
"I love you Selena. You are my shining star and rising sun will you marry me again?" Loki asks pulling out the ring he gave her every time they met.
It would automatically go back to him if she died. So each time they meet Loki proposed again.
"I will", Selena says kissing him
Loki slides the multi-stone ring onto her finger and places a charm on it so nobody but him could see.
"Where it belongs for all times", Loki says kissing it
"All times", Selena echoes
They finish up there meal and walk around the alley where Loki buys her the finest things from clothes to things she would need at Hogwarts. She tells him about her years at Hogwarts and they both realised she should have been emancipated when her name came out of the goblet. So someone was tracking her wand. They went to the goblins and they confirmed she was emancipated and greeted her knowing her other lives which the King has sworn them all to secrecy.
"This is another time at Hogwarts. I would know more then the Professors", Selena says
Loki laughs, "Yes you would. Since we both have been around longer"
"Maybe you should teach History of Magic. That way you can be close to me", Selena suggests
"I would love too. I will get your dear Headmaster to let me", Loki says carrying her items like a gentleman
"Maybe I can say I won't come back unless you are with me", Selena says
"We will see what it comes too", Loki says
"Lets go back to Grimmauld Place", Selena says holding his hand as he teleports them
They land in her bedroom. It looked like no one had been in there he familiars where still there. They put the items away.
"Ready to go down my Radiant Queen?" Loki asks kissing her lips
"As long as it is with you", Selena replies kissing him back
They leave the room and shut the door behind them. Selena shutters at feeling the Dark Magic again. Loki holds her to his side.
"I will never get used to the Dark Magic", Selena mummers
"You have me I will shield you always", Loki says making a shield around her to keep the most of the Dark Magic away from her
They hear mummering from the kitchen and walk in and everyone turns to them.
"You have been up there a while", Sirius says
"Sit and eat. You should not have stayed up there long Selena", Molly says
"I am not hungry thank you", Selena says
"Of course you are", Molly says
"Loki gave me some food and I am full. His cooking really is the best", Selena says smiling
Everyone else frowns at how close Loki and Selena were.
"Miss Potter what have you been doing up there?" Dumbledore asks
"Redecorating. Loki helped", Selena says
"Headmaster Dumbledore. Selena tells me History of Magic is taught by a ghost who puts all his students to sleep. I would like to offer my services for free", Loki says smoothly
That surprised everyone.
"I don't know. As it is you just lead an attack on a city", Dumbledore says
"If you don't give him the job I won't be returning to Hogwarts", Selena says holding her head high
There were gasps from everyone. The Avengers where wondering if Loki had her under his spell.
"Miss Potter you must attend", Dumbledore says
"Since the Triwizard Cup spat out my name I have been emancipated so I can go where ever I like. There shouldn't have been a trace on my wand. Shouldn't you be looking into that instead of grilling Loki? He is offering to teach History of Magic for free and he knows the history of magic and where it has begun", Selena says
"I have already hired the Avengers to teach a gym course. And maybe an Archery Club and Martial Arts Club. Mr Stark will be teaching Physics with Dr Banner", Dumbledore informs them
"Well then it shouldn't be an issue", Selena replies
"All right I will hire him. But he will have to behave otherwise the Thor will take him to Asgard", Dumbledore says
"Thank you", Selena says holding Loki's hand
"Miss Potter you can't date a Professor", Dumbledore says
"Watch me", Selena says calmly, "Unless you want me to go"
"Keep it private then", Dumbledore says with a sigh
"We will", Loki promises
"Selena are you all right after the Dementors Remus says you where exposed too?" Sirius asks
"I am. Loki has helped me. We just can down to see about the job offer. I would like to go to bed now. I haven't slept the last few days", Selena says getting up
"Of course dear. I am sure you had trouble sleeping", Molly says kindly
"Come on Loki lets go to bed", Selena says
"Loki will not be sharing your room young Lady", Molly says
"You are not my mother, and never will be and once again I will leave if you force us apart. Now goodnight everyone" Selena says walking out with Loki
They get to her room and she changes clothes into pyjamas and snuggles up to Loki in the bed.
"Goodnight my love Starling Princess", Loki says
"Goodnight my Trickster Prince and hold me tight", Selena says
"I will never let you go willingly again", Loki says
Selena snuggles into Loki and was out in seconds with Loki not far behind her. Finally feeling complete with Selena by his side…
"What are we going to do about Loki and Selena?" Tony asks
"We will just have to watch them and see if she is under his spell", Dumbledore says
"She said I was not her mother again", Molly says wiping her eyes
"She really needs an attitude adjustment", Ron says, "She is now treating you like crap"
"We will have to watch her more closely", Sirius says
"We will give her chores to do tomorrow to get him away from her", Molly says
"I don't think my brother would hurt her", Thor says
"How do you know?" Natasha asks, "Considering the Prophecy"
"I just have a gut instinct", Thor replies
"How sure are you? What with your brothers recent chooses?" Clint asks
"Point. We better watch him. At the first sign of something bad I will take him back to Asgard", Thor promises
"You better", Sirius mutters, "If anything happens to my goddaughter then it is on your head"
