The next day Lois and Clark both decided that they were going to put in the applications to go to work at the Daily Planet. This would allow them both to know about things that were happening in the city and the world and would allow them to be able to stop those things before they became too serious.
The most serious thing that the two Kryptonians had to deal with right now were the Zoners. Chloe had been keeping an eye out for weird occurrences all over the world and she had found a couple of things that would cause concerns. She found something that was happening right over at Fort Ryan, and she told Lois and Clark about it. They got Kara to come with them as well so that hopefully that would make it easy to take care of.
"Ok, so what do we have guys?" Kara asked as she walked into Chloe's apartment.
"We have what looks like a Zoner fighting in alien fight club at Fort Ryan. Clark said that is a tattoo from the Phantom Zone." Chloe said.
"Yeah, it is. So, what's the plan?" Kara asked.
"Clark is going to find a way to get into the fight club. You and I are going to break in once the fight starts and hopefully, we can end this quickly." Lois said.
"I guess it would be good to have a person on the inside. Would it not be better to have two of us inside though?" Kara asked.
"Yeah, might be right, but from what I have seen from the videos, there are no dampeners of any sort in the building, so you two should be able to get in easy enough." Clark said.
"Ok, that sounds good to me. So, when are you trying to get into this fight club Kal-El?" Kara asked.
"I am going to find the guy in charge of the thing tonight. I don't know when the next fight will be, but hopefully it will be soon so that we can take care of this Zoner once and for all." Clark said.
"We will take care of this Clark. You have help now. You don't have to do this on your own anymore." Lois said.
"Lois is right Kal-El. Everyone thinks that it is only you who will be fighting these Zoners. They will be in for a surprise when Lois and I show up as well." Kara said.
"You guys are right. So, the head guy for the fight club works at Belle Reeve so I will have to get to him when he leaves work tonight. The two of you will need to stay off in the distance and follow us to where we go on Fort Ryan. Then use your super hearing and x-ray vision so that you can hear when everything is going down." Clark said and the girls nodded.
Clark left to go and find the guy who headed up the fight club and Kara and Lois stayed in the distance. "Looks like Clark found the guy he was looking for." Lois said.
"Yeah, and he is trying to make it look like he doesn't know what Kal is talking about. I guess he will have to show him somehow that he deserves to be in the club." Kara said.
Just as Kara said this the man pulled a gun on Clark and shot at him. Clark caught the bullet and showed it to the guy which made the guy finally invite Clark to be in the fight club. Clark rode with the guy to Fort Ryan and the girls followed close behind so that they didn't lose sight of Clark.
When Clark and his new friend made it to Fort Ryan, they walked into one of the buildings and there was a ring right in the middle that Clark would be fighting in later. The girls could see the same thing from the outside of the building.
"You will be fighting tonight. We will have you set up against someone easy for your first time." The head guy said.
"I want Titan." Clark said.
"You don't have what it takes for Titan yet. I don't want you to die on your first night fighting." The head guy said.
"I won't die. I am not that easy to take down." Clark said.
"Sorry, but it is not happening tonight my friends." The head guy said.
"Well, this is not turning out the right way. I am going to have to improvise." Lois said as she changed into a red leather suit and enter the building.
"Who the hell are you and what are you do here?" The guard said.
"I am here to fight. I heard about this place, and I want in." Lois said.
"You don't look so special. Why should we let you fight?" The guard asked.
Lois looked at the woman and said, "How about I show you what I can do." Lois said and the woman guard attacked her, and Lois picked the woman up and threw her across the room. As the woman looked up, she saw Lois approaching and she said, "I see you are able to take care of yourself. I will talk to the man in charge and get you into the fight tonight." The guard said.
"Thanks." Lois said as she went back to the locker room and found Clark there.
"Sorry about this Clark, but I thought with both of us fighting each other and using some of our powers, it might get Titan's attention and we can get him then." Lois said.
"That is actually a good plan. Let's not hurt each other to bad though." Clark said.
"I will make it up to you later Smallville." Lois said with a smile.
Not long later the two Kryptonians were in the ring and fighting each other. The plan ended up working to perfection. Titan saw that Clark was fighting and he entered the ring and that is when Kara flew in as well which made it easy for them to take down Titan and end his threat to the planet. They were able to send him back to the Phantom Zone even though it was a bit harder sense he wasn't a phantom but was an actual physical being.
"Well, that actually went better than I thought it would, and with all the stuff that we got off of the hard drive on that computer, Chloe should be able to write a hell of a story that will make it so that all the people in charge of the fight club will be arrested." Lois said.
"Yeah, that is a good thing because no one she be able to profit off illegal fight." Clark said.
"You know, I think we all make a good team. I hope we continue being able to work together for a long time." Kara said.
"I think that is possible. I mean all of us are going to live for a long time now." Clark said and they all nodded.
"Ok, let's go and get Chloe this information so that she can close this thing down with her story and then we will have one less idiot trying to profit off of aliens in this world." Lois said as they all left Fort Ryan to go and end this whole fight club once and for all.
