Brawl Meeting with Former Criminal Mayor
Just after Raoh answer Lucia's question, they heard a loud explosion.
"Oh my, what was that?" Menat surprised.
"Sounds like it was coming from a block away and lots of dynamites too with the three cars being hurt so badly." Abigail guessed and crying for the cars.
"(That sounds like an unhealthy love for cars.)" Menat thought commented.
"I'm getting a bad feeling that there's trouble. I better go see this!" Lucia charged toward the explosion.
Raoh watch Lucia running toward the danger which is something not surprising for a police officer to do since it's their job and all, but for some reason there is going to be something interesting during that little crisis and his instincts are screaming at him to go see this for himself right now.
"We're following that woman." Raoh said as he walks in the direction where Lucia went.
"Hold on, Raoh, you're not going to do anything troubling and dangerous, are you?" Menat asked worry.
"That depends on the fool who wishes to throw his fist at me." Raoh responded without stopping and looking back.
"(Of course, you would say that.)" Menat thought sighed and follow Raoh.
"The next time you come, it better be about wanting to look at cars and see how awesome they are!" Abigail shouted.
"Kids these days, they all want to do something exciting that could get them in trouble like when I used to be in a gang." Abigail sighed and started making some vroom car noises as he gets back to work.
(With Lucia)
Lucia hurries her way to the scene of the danger from the explosion she heard as she jumps at a light pole and slingshot herself in the air for over a dozen feet, then lands perfectly on top of a car as she looks up seeing both a bank and another store are in danger.
"Whoa, what is going on here?" Lucia wondered.
"Officer Lucia!" A policeman called out as he runs up to her.
"What's the situation here?" Lucia asked the officer.
"It's a strange robbery, the gang committing them are attacking the bank and also that store at the same time along with beating some of the people who were inside and looks to be very injured." The policeman explained.
"What lowlifes, they won't get away with this." Lucia cursed that this happened while she was out on patrol.
Then she spotted six men coming out of the store holding some bags with money inside and some other stuff that appears to be mostly knives, she notices one robber is dragging out a man with some stab wounds on the arms and legs and a few on the stomach and cuts on his face.
"Hey, do you think the boss will like a new play toy?" One thug asked.
"Probably, he did end up throwing away the last one last week when he couldn't play anymore." The other robber shrugged.
"How about you boys play behind bars!" Lucia shouted as she dives in with an axe-kick to the head slamming one robber's face to the ground.
"What the falling attack of the law fuck!" The other five robbers gasped.
"It's the law alright, one that is going to giving you all a burning defeat before facing the judge!" Lucia glared at the robbers causing them to flinch in fear from their spines.
Two of the group were about to take out the knives they stole from the store to use against the policewoman, but they reacted too slow when she performs an upside-down spin kick knocking the knives away from their hands and use her other leg knock down all of them in one shot.
"Okay, that put a stop to them. Now for the other group." Lucia said.
"Hey, what's with all the commotion going on?" A man asked coming out of the bank with four robbers behind him.
"Are you the boss of these idiots here?" Lucia asked.
"So, what if I am? I'm going to do whatever I want and however I want because I don't give a shit about what anybody else says with my spiky armor!" The man bragged showing off his very spiky armor.
"Geez, are you trying to be a porcupine or what?" Lucia surprised.
"I prefer not to be cute, and I always go for the kill to whoever pisses me off." The spiked leader smirked evilly.
"Don't think you can scare me with those spikes." Lucia said before charging straight at the criminals.
"Get her, boys!" The spiky leader commanded the two four men ran at the policewoman.
Four of the robbers brought out their weapons to attack the woman and believing they can kill the woman with the numbers on their side, but they were proven very wrong when Lucia easily took them down with her flaming kicks and sent them flying at the other robbers, she took care of.
"That took care of them." Lucia smirked.
But suddenly her instinct warms her of danger, and she quickly moves out of the way to dodge some spikes, but she still got some cuts like one on her cheek and a few on her left arm and leg as she backs away with a double backflip.
"Fuck, you dodge me, but at least I made you bleed." The spiky leader smirked and licked the blood on one spike.
"You are under arrest for robbery and injuries to the innocent!" Lucia declared as she brought out the handcuffs.
As if right on cue, Raoh and Menat have enter the block seeing Lucia is dealing with a man wearing a very spiky armor and the policewoman herself has some cuts though not anything troubling.
"I hope you're ready for death because it's gonna come in the form of a hug." The spiky leader said with his arms spread out.
"The only get hugs from my mom and grandmother." Lucia stated.
"Oh, in that case, I'm going to kill those two after I kill you!" The spiky leader laughed loudly and insane.
"Oh my, it looks like Lucia may have trouble getting past all those spikes on that man." Menat surprised.
"It does, close quarter battles would be impossible without impaling yourself and getting holes all over your body." Raoh noticed how those spikes on the armor makes a perfect defense against any fists.
"Try and dodge this!" The spiky leader threw a random bag at Lucia.
Lucia didn't need to dodge the bag as she caught it with her hand and shows to be one fill with more knives from the store.
"So long, suckers!" The spiky leader mocked as he runs for his life with the money bags in his hand.
"Hey, you get back here!" Lucia demanded in shock that she was only distracted by the bag of knives.
Raoh was thinking about going after the spiky armor man to stop him and send him to the end of his life, but then he senses something coming into the area and this presence feels strong too.
"Hey now, what you in such a rush for?" A man asked.
The spiky man heard that and became confused for a moment until he is suddenly grabbed in the face by a hand from the man who asked the question, and the spiky armor man is being lifted with his feet no longer touching the ground.
"Wow, you look like cactus with legs and one ugly face." The man commented.
"Mayor Cody?!" Lucia shocked as she recognizes that man.
"Hold on, did she just say that man is the mayor?" Raoh asked.
"I believe so." Menat nodded as she heard that right.
"Hey there, Lucia. This is unlike you to let a criminal outsmart you like that or were you thinking about your cup of noodles again." Cody chuckled.
Cody has short blonde hair that is slicked back and blue eyes. He wears a business attire, including a purple formal vest with brown upper outlines, a light blue and white pinstriped long sleeve button-up shirt with the sleeves folded into cuffs and a red necktie with brown and white linings on the collar, as well as black formal pinstripe pants with a gray belt around his waist which he had holstered his combat knife and black shoes.
"Don't give me that, I totally would have arrested that guy earlier!" Lucia stated.
"Well then, I hope you don't mind that I help you with taking down this wannabe spiky Pokemon." Cody smirked at the spiky criminal.
"Like Hell I'm going anywhere with you bastards! Cannot you see my armor makes me invisible, these spikes will destroy you with a hug!" The spiky leader shouted in rage and about to do his spiked hugging attacked at Cody.
"Yeah, I don't think so." Cody clutched his fist.
"Criminal Upper!" Cody performed a powerful uppercut that created a tornado that destroyed all the spikes on the armor and sending the leader high about over twenty feet in the air.
"No way…?" The not anymore spiky leader shocked groaning before going unconscious and falling back on the ground.
"Wow, did you see that! I just commanded the wind to attack that man!" Menat amazed.
"Indeed, he has the strength to defeat perhaps 100 men at once." Raoh admitted that move is pretty impressive.
"Well, another day, another thing that ended too soon and here I was hoping for some fun at least." Cody sighed, rubbing the back of his head.
"Thanks anyway, Mayor Cody." Lucia thanked as she puts the handcuffs on the leader.
"But I'm a little confused, aren't you supposed to be at the office?" Lucia confused.
"Come on, do you honestly think I would keep myself trap in the office when there are things I could do as Mayor?" Cody asked back with a shrug.
"I would seem you're the kind of mayor who would rather take things in his own hand." Raoh commented as he and Menat walks up to the mayor and policewoman.
"Yeah, you could say I am." Cody responded.
"And who are you two?" Cody asked, surprise to see two kids entering the scary crime scene.
"Hey, why are you two here? This could have been dangerous if one of those crooks took one of you hostage." Lucia concerned.
"Do not worry, we are strong fighters, and those men wouldn't even be able to hold us." Menat stated.
"I'm sure you recall of Raoh's fight with Abigail." Menat mentioned.
"Oh yeah, I did saw a little of how well he was doing against the guy." Lucia remembered seeing the fight before she had to enter stopping it.
"Whoa, you really fought Abigail and still standing!" Cody shocked.
"That's right, and to be honest I'm not entirely sure how the fight would have ended if Lucia hadn't stepped in." Raoh stated.
"Well, I'm glad I did because it looked like you two were going to trash the place." Lucia pointed out of how strong those two were going at each other during that fight.
"I believe she was right; we only came to America to find out any information about meeting with Ken Masters." Menat reminded him of the task at hand.
"Oh, you're looking for Ken Masters?" Cody asked.
"Oh yeah, these two came to America to see if they can ask about where Ken is to ask him about the whereabouts of his best friend/rival." Lucia remembered.
"So, you only want to find Ken so you can find Ryu? What reason do you need to find the man without a home?" Cody asked curious.
"To fight him." Raoh answered immediately.
"Huh, fight him? Just like that and not any other reasons?" Cody asked, surprise to hear a simple answer coming from this kid.
"You see, I fought Ryu in a small martial art tournament back from the hometown of mine when I used to live with my master and lost, but it was still a thrilling battle." Raoh looked at his fists.
"I want to fight him again because I can tell he still had a lot more power within those fists and I will make him use that power." Raoh explained some more.
"Well, isn't that interesting." Cody chuckled.
"So, do you know where I can find Ken Masters?" Raoh asked the mayor.
"Well, the man is busy with his own company and rarely go see a fan." Cody mentioned.
"Also, he lives in a different city from here with his wife and son, so I'm not sure if you might be able to find him since he also goes on business trips." Cody explained.
"Oh dear, it looks like we're gonna have to travel some more in order to find Ken." Menat sighed.
"Worry not, I wouldn't mind a little travel through the road." Raoh stated with his arms cross.
"Hey now, you don't have to be in a rush when you just got here, and I wouldn't mind giving you a little tour of our town." Cody offered.
"Actually, Mayor Cody, I was thinking you should go back to the office now." Lucia suggested.
"Why? It's not like the paperwork are going anywhere." Cody shrugged.
"No, but I'm sure Marlowe didn't give you the okay to just leave your office like that." Lucia narrowed her eyes at the mayor causing him the flinch.
"In fact, I'm willing to bet a fifty-dollar bill that you sneaked your way out of the office without Marlowe knowing just because you were feeling bored." Lucia stated.
This causes Cody to feel more nervous as sweats are staring to look visible on his face the more Lucia is talking about this Marlowe woman, Raoh and Menat can see one of his legs is shaking in fear for one woman.
"Well, I might have left a note telling her that I would be out for a while." Cody chuckled feeling frightened.
"Really, I don't think you would because you're the kind of guy who doesn't like to tell others who are super strict where you'll be going." Menat stated.
"Huh, how would you know about that?" Cody asked shock.
"You could say I can sense your emotions through my crystal ball. I am a Fortune-Teller." Menat answered and showing her crystal ball to the mayor.
"Fortune-teller? Now why do I feel like I know a fortune-teller somewhere before?" Cody asked himself.
Then a couple of seconds later, two police cars arrived at the scene with the police officers coming out to take the criminals away.
"We arrived as soon as we can." One office saluted.
"Glad you guys can make it because I was getting worried of knocking those guys down some more and they wouldn't look nice." Cody pointed at the unconscious robbers.
"Mayor Cody! I wasn't expecting to see you out here again and taking care of the danger before it got worse, you're definitely a mayor we need." One policeman smiled at Cody.
"Yeah, but doesn't the Vice-Mayor know you're out here?" The other policeman asked causing Cody to gulp feeling the fear within him again.
"Alright, guess I'm going back to the office." Cody sighed in defeat, then he looks towards Raoh and Menat.
"Hey, why don't you two come with me at the office and I can try giving Ken a call to meet up with you two." Cody suggested.
"Oh my, would you really do that?" Menat asked shock.
"Sure, I can tell you two aren't any harm and that one of you was gonna jump in to help Lucia which I'm really grateful to be kind like that." Cody explained his reason and pointed his thumb at Lucia.
"Officer Lucia, perhaps it would be best to go with them to make sure Mayor Cody doesn't wander off again." One policewoman said as the other officers nodded in agreement.
This left a sing in Cody's heart that the police who works for him are saying they don't trust him to be on his own even for a moment.
"Is there something we should know about?" Raoh asked Lucia.
"As you already know, Cody doesn't like to stay in the office for long and whenever he goes out, he ends up involving himself into trouble which would also cause some property damage and him getting an earful from Marlowe who is the only person that Cody would never raise his fist again." Lucia explained.
"In other words, this woman is Cody's Kryptonite." Raoh commented with a straight face.
"Hey, no need to say it like that!" Cody snapped.

Another interesting thing that happened to Raoh and Menat upon their first day in the city with seeing Lucia handling some thugs robbing the bank and a store for knives, not to mention meeting the odd mayor, Cody and takes them to be his office.
