A few weeks later, Clark, Lois, and Chloe were out of the Daily Planet to do a story on an orphanage and they were going to interview the owner and some of the older kids that lived there. Everything looked above board from what they could see and the owner was a very nice woman who seemed to care about all of the kids who were there. As the interviews went on, Chloe stayed inside, while Lois and Clark went outside to take a look around the grounds to see what there was for all of the kids to do here.

Lois decided to listen around for anything wrong with her super hearing and she heard a young girl screaming for help. She looked at Clark and she could see that he was doing the same. They both changed into their suits and flew into what was the basement of the orphanage and saw a girl sitting in a chair that she was bound to. Lois and Clark helped her out and then they both went back outside with the girl.

When Chloe was done with her interview she met up with Lois and Clark who were now in their civilian clothes again. "Call the others. We need to have a meeting. There is something going on with this place. We found a girl in the basement tied up to a chair. We don't know what they were trying to do to her, but it was obviously bad." Clark said.

"I will send out a text now. We will meet at Oliver's in an hour." Chloe said and the others nodded as they left the orphanage knowing that they would be back soon with their team.

Clark and Lois explained everything to the team as they all gathered in Oliver's apartment. "So, let me get this right. You think that this woman is one of the vessels?" Oliver asked.

"I think it is possible. Either way we need to go there and help these kids. There is something going on there that is not right." Lois said and they all had to agree on that.

"Ok. I am on board with that. So what is the plan?" Oliver asked.

"I think most of the shady stuff is being done in the basement so that no one will ever know about it. I think that most of us need to go into the basement while Victor and maybe one more of you should go and find the computers and get all the information that we need to take this lady down." Clark said.

"I can do that." Victor said.

"I will go with him." Dinah said.

"Ok. The rest of us will hit the basement and once that is clear, we will clear the rest of the place and make sure that nothing else is going one." Clark said.

"Sounds like a plan. So, when do we leave?" Kara asked.

"As soon as possible. We need to make sure that this woman doesn't hurt any more of those kids." Lois said and everyone nodded as they went to get changed so that they could go and stop all of the wrongs that are happening at this orphanage.

Once the team was there, they split up into their groups, with Dinah and Victor finding a way in on the main level, while Clark, Lois, Kara, Oliver, AC, and Bart went into the basement. Bart did a quick search of the place and came back to the group and told them what he saw.

"Looks like they have kids in their teens training in fighting for some reason. There was also a room that had another kid strapped to the chair. I don't know what is going on around here, but I don't like the way that it looks." Bart said.

"Ok, we are going to split up. I think we need to have a super with everyone, so I will go with Clark, AC with Lois, and Bart with Kara." Oliver said and all of the others nodded as they split up and went their separate ways.

Lois and AC were the first to come up against something. They were the ones who found the girls who were training. The girls stopped what they were doing and turned towards them. The two heroes didn't attack until the girls started to come after them. It didn't take long at all to take the girls down with using little to none of their powers. They tied the girls up so that they weren't a problem anymore and kept looking around.

Kara and Bart ended up finding the same kind of situation on the other side of the basement. Girls training for some kind of fight that they probably shouldn't even be a part of. The girls attacked and just like Lois and AC, Bart and Kara took them down easily and tied them up as they continued looking around.

Clark and Oliver made their way to the door Clark had been into earlier in the day. When they entered they saw multiple girls tied to chairs and the owner was doing something to them while the girls were screaming. Oliver knocked an arrow and released it into the woman's shoulder and she turned around just in time to see Clark approaching her at super speed. He knocked the woman out by tapping her on the head. The two heroes released the girls and told them to go outside and wait for them. Once they were out of the room and had the woman taken care of all of the heroes checked out the other levels of the place and saw that nothing else was out of the ordinary. Once they were done, they all went back down to the basement and used the bottle to suck the entity out of the woman and then they had Chloe call the police. They stayed there so that they could explain everything to the police and once they were done with that and sure that the owner wasn't a threat to anyone anymore, they left and went back to Oliver's apartment to get a debrief and then go home for the night. Two down, one to go, they all thought as they left Oliver's.
