Director Fury and Maria Hill are looking down from their Helicarrier to see King Kong rampaging around Tokyo. The ground forces are trying to repel the giant ape but it just crashes all the tanks and soldiers in his way.

"Black Widow, I need a status report." Fury orders the former Russia spy but the radiation coming from the military base is harming the communications and so whatever she is saying is getting cut off.

"Erwin… Capsule… Godzilla…"

"Get down!" Hill shouts as she tackles her superior to dodge a tank crashing into the helicarrier. One of the agents looks at the monitor. "Sir, the giant gorilla is looking at us and is throwing vehicles at us!"

"Yes thank you for that report!" Director Fury said sarcastically. King Kong jumps in the sky and grabs the flying vehicle. It hangs off with one hand and uses the other to pummel it. "Sir! It's weight is setting the helicarrier down."

It roars as it keeps hitting the vehicle but stops once it feels something grab it's leg. It is forced off the helicarrier as it pulls off and slam to the ground. The giant ape looks up and sees an equally large reptile creature. Fury calls Spider Woman as he watches Godzilla charge at King Kong and grabs him by the head and slam it to the ground but the ape punches the reptile on the side. "Drew, what the hell am I watching?"

"Um… That giant lizard would be Erwin fighting the giant ape that General Tojo created." Jessica Drew tells him as seriously as she can with that sentence. Down below, Kong punches Godzilla in the stomach making him hunch over. It grabs the lizard by the face and slams him to the ground. The giant ape mounts on top of Godzilla and proceeds to choke with his bare hands.

'Can't… Loss… Control…' Erwin thinks to himself, trying to not go berserk. His dorsal glows as his mouth begins to light. He fires his Atomic Breath and it hits Kong's chest. The force sends him flying and crashes on the ground. The ape tries to get up but Godzilla stomps on him and roars in his face. The roar would've made anyone scared and surrender but not King Kong, who returns the howl with his own. The sound of two beasts challenging eachother can be heard all over Tokyo.

General Tojo looks at his creature from the Tokyo harbor and is outraged that he has lost. He runs to his personal submarine as his soldiers hold off Wolverine and Spider Woman. They fire at them but the mutant blocks with his claws and strikes all of them while the Spider theme hero dodges the bullets and dropkicks the soldier. Wolverine growls at the Japanese general and charges at him but then he dodges a strike.

"There you are my nemesis." A man in samurai armor shows himself, holding a katana with energy coming off it. Logan narrows his eyes when he realises who it is.

"Silver Samurai."

The mercenary looks at Wolverine and slashes at him but he blocks with his claws. "I must thank the general for giving me the chance to kill you."

"If you want your money, you will kill them both!" Tojo shouts as he enters the submarine and it dives under the water. Jessica tries to go after it but Silver Samurai grabs Wolverine and throws the mutant at her. They crash into eachother and they cannot help but look at the general dive down and get away. Logan gets angry and snarls at his nemesis as he runs at the samurai. They clash while Spider Woman jumps over them and punches the mercenary, dazing him and giving Wolverine the chance to stab him but he teleports behind him and slashes his back.

"Ah damnit! He has a teleporter ring!" Logan warns her and she jumps back as Silver Samurai teleports behind her and tries to hit her. She hits his hand holding the teleporter ring and takes it off him. Wolverine then slashes Samurai's hand off, making it and his katana fall to the ground. He is forced to kneel as the two heroes stand above him. Jessica contacts Nick Fury to inform of the situation.

Godzilla raises his claws, ready to end King Kong. He can hear the voices telling him what to do. 'Kill... Destroy...'

He then stops once he hears something that is familiar: Barking. The giant reptile looks down and sees his dog Bruce barking at him and licking his foot that could crush him with ease. His rage and thirst for battle ceases once he sees his pet knowing it is him even in his form. He closes his eyes and falls to the ground. Bruce is about to run at his best friend but Black Widow grabs the little guy and runs from the battlefield. King Kong looks at his enemy begin to disappear and feels sad. It pounds it's chest and roars as Godzilla begins to turn back into Erwin Serizawa.

Director Fury is looking down and talks to his second in command Hill. "Secure King Kong and bring the team back."

Erwin opens his eyes and finds himself on a bed. He feels exhausted as Director sits beside him with a chair. "Good to know you are alive doctor."

"Director Fury? What happen to King Kong?"

"The giant ape surrender once you fell unconscious. It is being transported to an abandon island in the middle of the Indian Ocean. The problem now is General Tojo, who escape from Logan and Jessica. Luckily he has been discredited and disgrace. However we need to talk about you." Fury explains then points at his hands.

Erwin looks at his arms and is shock once he sees scales attach to them. "Your body is mutating every time you transform. If you keep transforming, you may not be human anymore."

"Do you have any ideas?" Doctor Serizawa ask as the director sits beside him. "I am creating a group that will take on threats that a single hero or even groups cannot go against."

"You mean The Avengers?" Erwin ask but Fury shakes his head.

"It is not just Avengers. X-Men, Fantastic Four, and solo heroes have agree to an alliance that will protect Earth. Hulk even agree to help you deal with your powers."

"This sounds serious. Okay I will join this group. What is this team's name?" Erwin ask as Fury looks at him with a smirk.

" The Ultimate Alliance."

"Damn the half breed and his friends!" General Tojo slams his fist on his desk enraged. His body is mostly made up of bandages due to his injuries and now is forced to be on a wheelchair. "To think I would be forced to face exile while that doctor is being celebrated even though he became a Kaiju freak!"

His phone begins to ring and he answers it, knowing who it is. "What the hell do you want Doom?!"

"Watch your tone when Doom speaks." The dictator of Latveria's voice makes the general quake. As if he is right in front of him and ready to strike him down. "You may be part of the Masters of Evil. Doom has heard of a creation of yours that may rival Leopardon."

"Yes Doctor Doom. The Kaiju Project was a mere thought experiment compared to what me and my soldiers are creating."

"And what is this creation's name?" Victor Von Doom demands as the general grins, now he has the dictator's attention.

"Trust me, Mechagodzilla has no rivals."

(A week later)

The SHIELD Helicarrier is suddenly attacked by unknown ships. Nick Fury shouts orders for a counterattack. "Where is our air support? Get those anti-air guns back online! Somebody get General Wilson on the horn!"

The screen flickers to show Dr Doom. "Hello Director."

"Doom. You're going to wish you stayed in Latveria." Fury threatens the dictator, who scoffs at him.

"I have little patience for your banter. Surrender or be destroyed."

"I don't think so." Fury said as he activated the communicator on his wrist. "This is a priority alert to all Metahumans. Situation Code Alpha."

Thunder hits the deck and four heroes appear, ready to defend. Thor, Captain America, Spider Man, and Godzilla.

"Thor, take down those gunships. Spider Man, draw them towards the stern." The World War 2 veteran orders both heroes who nod and the god of thunder fly while the New York native jumps and uses his webs to grab a ship and fly with it.

"Wooo! I love this part!"

"Godzilla-" Steve is about to give the Japanese an order but he holds his hand out.

"Apologies Captain but I follow my instincts." He said as he ran to the deck and jumped off it. He lands on a gunship and he grabs a robot to throw it off the ship. Another robot tries to hit him but he fires his nuclear breath to melt it but it hits the controls as well. He mutters as he holds on to the rails as the ship goes out of control. "Shit."

Spider Man sees Thor destroy a number of ships. "Showoff." He climbs the ship he is under and walks to the robot. "Excuse me, is this the ferry to Staten Island?"

The robot throws a fist but the arachnid hero flips over the machine and grabs it and another one. He smashes the two together and jumps to land on the Helicarrier. He sees Captain America hitting the robots with his shield and grabs the last one to flip it to the ground. He smashes it's head off.

"That was cool as always, Captain." Spider Man praises the hero, who throws his shield above him and hits a robot about to jump him. They look up and see Thor create a thunderstorm that destroys a number of gunships. "That dude is scary."

The god of thunder lands beside his comrades while the ship holding Godzilla is heading straight to a turret. The three can hear screaming as he dives and crashes "AAHH!"

*BOOM*

The rubble moves away to reveal Godzilla. He walks to the team and looks at Captain America. "Okay. I'll follow your lead."
