Erwin walks around the Magical Sanctum Sanctorum, amazed by the artifacts and house of magic. The Ultimate Alliance is now using it as a base and searching for the kidnap mutants and found them on Doom Castle. A team of X-Men have went to rescue their friends. "You seem to be impressed with our home."
The Japanese hero turns and meets a goth teenager. "Sup, I'm Nico Minoru. Dr Strange's number one apprentice."
"Aren't you the only one?" Erwin asks and she jokes. "That still means it is true. Welcome to the Sanctum Sanctorum, home of magic and mystic arts."
They walk to the stairs with Bruce Banner sitting on the steps. He is reading a newspaper and is happy to see his friend.
"Erwin there you are. We have a mission. The Leader has been sighted in Boston." The Radiation hero tells his friend and they prepare to leave but Nico tells them something.
"Boston? You know, Master Strange told me that Echo is fighting Maggia gangsters in that part of the city. She can help you two."
"Make it three." Sabretooth reveals himself. The Feral Mutant wants revenge against the group that mind control him and he remembers that The Leader was one of them. Now Hulk doesn't trust Sabretooth. He has had to stop him and the Brotherhood from causing destruction. But Godzilla comes up to the villain turn ally and pats him on the back, making him growl.
"Come on then. Let's show those radiated turds what we can do."
Maggia mobsters and Intelligencia are going over a deal in a seedy hotel. The mysterious scientists remove the crate cover to reveal green grenades. The leader of this Maggia faction picks one of them up while the robe figure explains the grenades. "What you are looking is the next step in weapons technology. Your faction will annihilate Hammerhead and Silvermane's families with these Gamma Grenades. We will give you these but we require a payment for the next shipment."
The Don takes a feel of these Gamma Grenades. With these bad boys, his family will be the masters of New York City. He can even take out Kingpin. Noise alerts him and his boys which makes them take out their guns. The figure throws daggers at them which hit some of them.
Gangsters fire at the intruder that ambush them. The gray-skin don growls at this hero. "Do you know who the fuck you are dealing with?! The name's Tombstone and I'm going to rip your head."
Echo jumps and kicks one of the goons. Tombstone tries to punch her but she dodges the strike. But he grabs her and tosses her through a crate which makes the Gamma Grenades roll to her and one of them lits up. Godzilla and Hulk crash through the wall and Erwin grabs the grenade and throws it out the hole they made which creates a green explosion outside. The cloaked figure goes to a lead crate as Tombstone tackles Hulk and punches him.
Godzilla dashes at the figure and slams him to a wall. "Talk! Where is Intelligencia?"
"Heh. No way in hell." Godzilla finds his arms submerged into the robe figure's body and is launched out of him. He takes off his robes to reveal a man made out of water. Hydro Man smirks at Godzilla. He enlarges his water fist and strikes him in the face. "What's the matter, feeling thirsty? Have a drink on the house!"
He enlarges his body and begins absorbing more water into his body from the water all over the hotel. "Haha! Sinks, showers, drinks! I can't lose to anyone."
The water villain crashes off the roof and grabs Godzilla. He drowns in Hydro man's body as Hulk grabs Tombstone by the head and smashes him through the door. A goon aims his gun at Hulk but Sabretooth stabs him in the back. "Your welcome Hulk."
Echo takes a Gamma Grenade and throws it at the water giant. The gas goes into his liquid body which mutates Godzilla. He breathes his Atomic breath and Hydro man blows up from the inside. His liquid body swims away while holding the Gamma Grenade crate with Godzilla and Echo following him. His remains drop into the Boston Harbor and the grenades light up. A huge explosion comes out and Godzilla grabs Echo to shield her from the blast.
Meanwhile, Tombstone crawls to the lead crate and opens it to reveal the lightning monster and Hulk villain: Zzzax. "Oh shit."
"Zzzax needs energy!" It enters Tombstone's body and he becomes a skinny husk. Zzzax exits the used body to show it's enlarged body. Hulk crashes in and he and Sabretooth look at the living energy. The green giant punches it but the attack goes through it. The mutant tries to hit it but the result is the same. The energy monster fires lightning and they are hit. However Hulk claps his hands which stun Zzzax and Sabretooth is able to grab it thanks to clap and slam it to the ground. The energy dissipates and Zzzax can only scream as it disappears. The explosion however destroys the building they are in and they are sent flying.
Outside the harbor, General Tojo is watching from his submarine and smiles at Hydro man exploding. The Leader recruited the criminal with promises of money and getting back at the Masters of Evil for not recruiting him. "Excellent. With this, the water criminal will mutate and become a monster of our control."
"General! A large unknown creature is coming up!" One of the engineers reports and the villain of Godzilla laughs manically at who it is as a giant lobster emerges and crashes into the harbor. It rampages around the harbor but Godzilla tackles it into the water as Echo jumps off Erwin's shoulder and lands on the giant lobster. "Hahaha Yes! Go forth Horror of the Deep: Ebirah! All of New York will fall to the might of The General!"
The lobster uses it's claws to slash at Godzilla then grab him to sink him into the water with Echo still on the Crustacean. Deep underwater, he punches Ebirah but the shell bounces off the impact. It grabs Godzilla by the throat and begins crushing it. The giant reptile keeps punching it but it won't let go. 'Damnit..! Am I going to die from a dinner dish?'
Echo stabs Ebirah in the eye which makes it screech in pain and lets go of his throat. Godzilla has a chance and lifts the giant lobster out of the water. The deaf hero swims and hangs on to Erwin's dorsal fin. He jumps out of the water and slams Ebirah to the harbor. His fins begin to light up which causes Echo to jump off his body and land on a roof. The giant lobster tries to strike Godzilla but he stomps on it's claws and grabs it by the head/
"I'm having Lobster Tails tonight." Erwin's Atomic Breath blasts into Ebirah and destroys the mutated Hydro Man. Hulk jumps at Godzilla, holding Sabretooth. The mutant pushes him off. "Thanks for that, you angry Uber."
"Zilla okay?" Hulk questions while Erwin feels his exhausted body and sees a submarine go down into the irradiated Massachusetts Bay. He can also see the Japanese flag.
"Tojo…" Erwin growls as Iron Man flies above them to send microbots to clean the bay. "Hey there my favorite green giants. Could you tell me why you almost turn the fish into mutants?"
The X-Men made up of Cyclops, Beast, Iceman, and Angel sneak into Dr Doom's castle where Jean Gray and Nightcrawler are being held. They were teleported into it thanks to Dr Strange. Beast looks around the castle but feels something is wrong. He punches a pillar and reveals a candy cane pillar under it. "Friends, this is a trap!"
A giant sign pops out to show Murderworld. Clowns come out and attack the X-Men. Cyclops fires his optic blast at them with his teammates dashing at them.
