Chapter 12

Bella's POV

I walked over to my closet and pulled out my black leather pants, my high heeled boots, and my black V-neck silk blouse with mesh. I grabbed my red lace underwear and went to changed. I loose curled my hair and did a smokey eye look with my makeup. I grabbed my leather jacket and my wallet and headed to Rebekahs room. I knocked and smiled when she opened it.

"Bella, plan on killing someone?" She teased.

"Only if necessary. Get dressed, we are going out. We need a girls night." I said walking in. I went to her closet and pulled out a green lace top, with a pair of dark skinny jeans, high heels, and her leather jacket.

"I heard you and Elijah almost do it. You okay?" She asked.

"Yup. Now get dressed. Leave your hair the way it is, and soft on the makeup." I told her. She nodded and got ready. Twenty minutes later we were walking out of her room.

"Ladies, going somewhere?" We heard as we walked to the stairs. We turned around and saw Elijah. His eyes roamed me and left me on fire.

"Girls night. We'll be back later. Maybe." I said smirking at Rebekah.

"And where is it that you two are going?" He asked stepping forward. I looped my arm through Rebekahs and stepped towards the stairs.

"Wherever we want! If we need a ride, we'll call! Lets go!" I said excitedly. We walked down and out to my car. Thierry had dropped it off awhile ago. We got in and left.

"He likes you, you know." She told me.

"I know. I like him too. But it won't work between us." I said shaking my head.

"Why do you say that?" She asked.

"Call it Witches intuition." I said speeding to the French Quarter. I pulled up to a club and we got out. I grabbed Rebekah's hand and pulled her with me as we walked towards the door. I winked at the security guys as we walked by.

"No compulsion? Just walk right on in?" She asked me.

"Yup! While the others wait in line!" I said smiling. We went to the dance floor first then grabbed drinks later. We spent a couple hours there then decided to go to another.

"Is this what they call bar hopping?" She asked as we entered another.

"Yeah. We have a few more bars to hit, then we'll end up at the pool hall." I said smirking. She laughed and we continued on until we got to the pool hall. I was lining up my shot when I felt that familiar stare on me.

"Bella Danvers. Man do I love those pants on you." I heard behind me. I stood up and turned around to see Aaron Abbott.

"Aaron Abbott. Blue is your color. How long have I left you blue for?" I said smirking. He grinned and slid an arm around me.

"Bellsy how did I know where to find you?" He asked.

"Because I could always be found hustling some poor sap, like yourself. Aaron meet Rebekah, Rebekah this is Aaron." I said introducing them.

"Pleasure to meet you sweetheart." He said kissing her hand. I laughed at her digusted reaction.

"Charmed, I'm sure." She said sighing.

"How much you up?" He asked nodding to the table.

"We just played our last ones over there and now we are onto our game. Want next one?" I said grinning.

"Yeah. Ill go grab Bordy and Greg and be back." He said kissing my cheek. I rolled my eyes as he left.

"He's a puppy dog in heat." Rebekah said laughing. I shook my head laughing and we went to finish our game. We started our game with Aaron and Bordy.

"Break." I told him. He kissed my cheek and walked around to the end of the table. I went over to the table we grabbed and picked up my drink. I felt a tingling go up my back.

"So that's the prick you told us about?" Elijah asked from beside me.

"Yup." I said nodding.

"He's very arrogant." He said sighing. I turned around to the table and smirked at Aaron.

"I think that's what attracted me to him way back when." I said giggling. I handed him my drink.

"Baby girl. Your turn. Solids." Aaron said coming over. I took my stick and went to the que ball.

"Aaron Abbott these are my brothers, Niklaus and Elijah." Rebekah said introducing them. Aaron shook their hands. I opened my ears more to hear Aarons conversation with Elijah.

"Stay away from Bella, old guy. She needs someone her own age." Aaron told him.

"Isabella is old enough to make her own decisions, Mr. Abbott, and if she wishes to be courted by someone four years older than her then that's up to her." Elijah told him. I smirked and lined up my shot. I hit two balls in. I smiled and stood up.

"Aaron! Ready for the combo bet?" I asked grinning. He shot a look at Elijah then came over.

"You know Reid and Tyler aren't here sweetheart. You cant do it." He told me.

"Aaron, honey, you know by now that no one tells me what I can and can't do." I said looking up at him. He sighed and pulled out his wallet.

"Alrihgt. 500." He said placing down the money. I pulled it out of my pocket and palced it down.

"You are on." I told him. Luckily he stood behind me and no human saw me flash my eyes. I made the shot and smiled. I picked up the money and walked over to Rebekah.

"He is absolutely seething." She said laughing.

"Just like home then." I said laughing along. I looked at Aaron as he talked to Bordy.

"Wanna see something funnier?" I asked her. She nodded. I unzipped and took off my jacket slowly just as Aaron was about to take his shot.

"Shit." I heard him mumble. He had missed.

"You're the devil and I love it." She said laughing. She took my pool stick and went to the table.

"What you did was cheating Isabella." Niklaus told me. I picked up my drink and shrugged.

"I don't know what you're talking about." I said smirking. He laughed as Aaron walked up to us. Aaron smiled and slid his arms around my waist.

"Why don't you and I get out of here? Go have our own party?" He asked seductively.

"I'm out enjoying myself with Rebekah, Aaron. I am not gonna ditch her for you." I told him.

"Come on baby girl. She has her brothers to look after her." He said pulling me closer.

"I said no. Go back to your hotel room or your aunts house." I said pushing him off of me. He grabbed my wrist tightly.

"I am not leaving without you Bella." He said angrily.

"The lady said no, Mr. Abbott. I think its best to respect her wishes." Elijah said stepping in. Aaron nodded, released my wrist and swung around and threw a punch at Elijah.

"Aaron you idiot!" I scoffed. I shoved him out of the way and stood beside Elijah. He looked at Aaron and wiped his lip. Security was quick to grab Aaron and Bordy. Elijah grabbed my jacket and shoved it in my hands.

"Put it on. We're leaving. Now." He told us. I huffed and slid on my jacket. We walked outside and my car was parked out front. Niklaus got in his car with Rebekah and Elijah got in my drivers seat. I got in and we headed back to the house.

"We are not going to that dinner with them." He said as he parked in the driveway.

"Fine. Ill go by myself." I said getting out.

"I don't think you heard me correctly, Isabella. We, as in everyone in this house, are not going to the dinner." He said following me inside.

"Oh I heard you. I'm still going." I said going up the stairs.

"Absolutely not." He argued.

"Yes, I am." I said. I walked into my room and went to shut the door but he walked in.

"Why do you intend to irritate me?" He asked.

"It's on my bucket list. To see if I can annoy one of the eldest Originals. Is it working?" I said smirking in his direction. I shut the door and kicked off my boots.

"You're not going to that dinner." He told me.

"Who do you think you are, Elijah? You are most certainly not my father, nor my brother, boyfriend or my husband. So you wont be telling me what I can and can not do." I snapped at him. I yanked off my jacket and took off my necklace and earrings.

"No. I am neither of those things. But in the past few days spending time around you, watching as you just being here changes my family, I have fallen deeply for you, Isabella. Now I ask of you, do not go to this dinner." He said. I sighed and turned to him. He stood there with one hand in his pocket and the other on the end of the bedframe.

"You know as good as I do, someone must keep to their word, Elijah." I said biting my lip.

"A woman true to her word. I thought you weren't a noble person?" He said.

"I have my moments." I said shrugging. I sighed and ran my fingers through my hair. I looked down then back up at him. I walked over to him and put my hand to his cheek. He leaned into my hand then reached up and grasped it in his.

"I've fallen for you too, Elijah." I said leaning up. I kissed him gently then pulled away slightly. I bit my lip again as I looked up at him. He grabbed my head and kissed me again. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer. He picked me up and layed me on the bed. Where we finished what we started earlier.
