Shadow is a being from another dimension* that was destroyed.

She has a rare power even when compared to other people of her dimension and has enough power that if at her full potential she could possibly destroy universes. She has a bracelet that dampens her powers since she struggles to keep them under control.

She was trained by the Court of Owls, League of Assassins, Lady Shiva, Deathstroke and The Light, in fact she was one of the assassins sent after Dr. Roquette (in season one).

She suffers from survivor's guilt and night terrors. She is a friendly but reserved person.

She left the assassin life somewhere between season 2 and the time skip after it.

During his memory loss stage after his resurrection Jason met he Shadow and the two became instant friends. She helped him escape.

She will be referred to as a Batgirl since Bruce adopted her after Jason vouched for her not being evil.
