John said nothing, all he did was faint from excitement. Soon Kotaro told Toka that she was free to go home, and do nothing but lay in bed. Toka was mad she couldn't do anything around the house, as John had Footman Duncan and Jones keep an eye on her while he took Marsau to school and went to work at the Hunter Classroom. The next few days were boring for Toka, as she was constantly in bed to make sure she was actually okay. Soon she was getting visits from Megu and the other Adults that were living in the Mansion with them. After a few days, Toka was able to do some work, by that time, everyone else decided to move into the mansion as well. When it was New Years eve, all the Adults counted down to midnight and signaled the new year with kisses for the couples. The old year was gone, and the new year was just getting Started, but John could already tell that the new year was going to be an Interesting one.
_X_ BERTRAND MANOR _X_
John opened his eyes and saw Toka laying on top of him after the intense fuck session they had the night prior, it was a week into the New year and it has been quiet on the Bounty hunter side of things. John had Karma get enough Tentacle seeds to implant two in each person's neck. John slowly got himself out from under Toka without disturbing her. He then got dressed and walked down the stairs and saw Jones attending to Karma and Manami. Karma saw John and said, "Dude, you and Toka need to quiet down on the fuck sessions." that made John chuckle before he said, "I'll call a remodeling company to make the walls soundproof." Manami sighed as Karma smiled. John then said, "Anyway, how's the request I made for more Tentacle Serums coming along Karma?"
"It's in and Approved, I'm having the tentacles shipped to HQ so we can put them in everyone over there. I also made sure that these tentacles are Sentient and figured to get you another pair just in case you wanted more Tentacles." John sighed and said, "I appreciate the thought Karma, but rock and Creed are enough for me. Speaking of tentacles, have you come up with names for them?" Karma's Tentacles came out as Karma said, "Yeah I did. One is named Hiroki, the other is Yokono." John nodded his head as he asked Manami, "Have you thought of names for the tentacles you're getting implanted in your neck Manami?"
"Not yet, I'm still deciding." Said Manami. John nodded his head as he thought, 'She has definitely come a long way since E-Class. From what Toka told me she was always too scared to communicate, now look at her.' John then said, "Well, it's breakfast time, let's get something to eat before going to work." That was when Ritsu walked in with a tray of Pancakes, a lot of Pancakes and said, "Good morning everyone." John smiled and said, "Good morning Ritsu, taking those pancakes to Kotaro?" but she said, "Actually… they're for me. I've been having a weird craving for Pancakes, especially with Peanut butter and Strawberry Jam on them." Karma and John thought that combo was disgusting, but Manami smiled and said, "Ritsu, did Kotaro make that body so you can experience everything we humans do?"
After getting a head nod from Ritsu as she said, "That's what he said, yes." John looked at Manami and said, "Manami, you don't think…" but Manami nodded her head and said, "It's the only logical and possible conclusion to that." Ritsu was confused by what they were talking about and asked, "What's the only logical and possible conclusion?" Manami crossed her arms and said, "Ritsu… you're pregnant." As soon as Manami finished speaking, Ritsu dropped the pancakes she had and fell on her ass before she said, "I… I… I'm pregnant?" Manami nodded her head and said, "I believe so, but you will need to get tested to see if we're right." Ritsu nodded her head and said, "R… Right, of course." John chuckled before they heard a voice say, "John…" Looking up, they saw Toka in a bathrobe walking down the stairs and towards John as he said, "I didn't want to wake you up Toka sweetie, so I carefully moved out from under you so you could sleep some more." Toka chuckled before Kimura walked in and said, "Hey John, when are we going to get our Tentacles?"
John looked at Kimura and said, "Well, want your tentacles first?" Kimura smiled and said, "Sure. Where do you want me." and John said, "Well, the tentacles are at Headquarters. Once we eat breakfast, you and I can head straight over and get them in your neck." Kimura smirked and said, "Cool." Soon his phone went off and Kimura said, "I got to take this." John nodded his head and as Kimura walked away, John looked at Ritsu and said, "Record that conversation. I don't know why, but I'm getting a bad vibe from Masayoshi right now." Ritsu nodded her head and after a few moments, Ritsu said, "Recording's beginning." John nodded his head and said, "So, how about some breakfast everyone."
They all agreed and as they went to the kitchen, Toka said, "Is it because of what John Junior from the Universe where Masayoshi sent you to this world and tried to kill you?" John nodded his head and said, "Yeah, ever since that day, I've always kept an eye on Kimura. I'm not sure if he can be trusted anymore." Toka nodded her head as the two looked behind them as Kimura finished his phone call.
_X_ HUNTER CLASSROOM HEADQUARTERS _X_
John and Kimura arrived at their headquarters where Yuma and Megu were already at as they were watching over the Tentacles and marking on them who was getting which tentacle. John walked over and asked if the Tentacles for Kimura were ready and Yuma said, "Yeah, is he the first one?" John nodded his head and said, "Yeah, he was getting a little impatient." Yuma and Megu nodded their heads and got both tentacles Kimura was going to get. John had Kimura sit in the chair that was nearby so they could put his Tentacles in. Kimura obliged them and John said as he took the Syringe with the tentacles in for Kimura as Megu grabbed his legs and Yuma held his Shoulders so John could inject the tentacles into Kimura's neck. After a while, Kimura's Tentacles were in his neck and under his control. Kimura smiled before using his Tentacles to knock out the three veteran Tentacle users. Kimura then placed a call to another Cellphone and he said, "It's done. I have John captured, I'll meet you at the Marina." Kimura then picked John up and walked out of the headquarters just as Yuma was coming around.

When John opened his eyes, he saw that he was in a cage and cuffs on his hands. When he tried to grab the bars, his hand hurt and he retracted it. Soon John heard a voice and the voice said, "Comfortable John? I hope you are, it will be awhile before we cast off." John recognized the voice and turned to face the person who spoke. John gritted his teeth as he saw his Middle School Bully turned Drug dealer Henry Gonzalez standing next to Kimura. John then said, "Thought you got life imprisonment Henry. How'd you get out?" Henry simply smiled and said, "Good Behavior. After getting out, I took back control of the Wolfpack and decided to spread operations Internationally. So I reorganized the Wolfpack and formed the New International 40 Thieves, which your former colleague is a member of." John looked at Kimura and said, "I knew there was something rotten about you Justice, never thought you would join an International Criminal Organization." and Kimura said, "Ah, Justice is my old name. Call me Nikuya, or Butcher." John said nothing to Kimura, but looked back at Henry and said, "Once they realized that I'm gone, the Hunter Classroom is going to come after you Henry, you will have no place to hide."
"Ah John, you think I'm interested in hiding after I kill you. No, I'm not going to kill you just yet, I'm having you as Bait to lure the rest of your friends in to kill them all. All except your wife of course." Henry told John. John then looked back at Kimura and said, "If you think this will make Toka be with you, you're sadly mistaken Justice." Kimura then took a Pistol and shot John in the leg before he said, "My name is Nikuya, get it right you deadman." John looked and saw that the bullet hole wasn't healing, so he surmised that it was like Shiro's brother's bullets. John then took his one thumb and pressed it into the bullet Hole to try and slow the bleeding. Afterwhich, he looked at Henry and Kimura as they were walking away and shouted, "You two won't win! The others will free me and you both will be going to Jail!"
"Yeah right. They don't even know you're…" Said Kimura before greeting a Pistol Barrel to his face by Terasaka and several pairs of Tentacles from Megu, Yuma, Nagisa, and Karma wrapped around him and his tentacles. Henry was also tackled and pinned by Yoshida and Muramatsu and cuffs placed on him. Then Toka walked up to Kimura, slapped him, took the key to the cell door from Muramatsu after he searched Henry and opened the door to hold her husband close as Kotaro came in to remove the bullet from John's leg. John looked at Toka as she said, "it was a good thing you activated the Tracker in your phone John." Kimura growled as he didn't know about it. John then said, "Yeah, and it was a good thing I had it installed in case something like this happened." Soon Kotaro got the bullet out and the hole healed itself and John stood up, walked over to Kimura and Henry, and said to Kimura, "Now I know why you wanted your tentacles first Justice, you wanted to use them to knock me out and hand me over to henry."
"So what if I was? You have no proof that was my intention." said Kimura. John then pulled out his phone, pulled up an audio clip and pressed play. The Audio clip said, "Yeah, I convinced him to put Tentacles in my neck first, that way knocking him out would be a lot easier. Very good Mr. Masayoshi, you'll make an excellent addition to the new International forty thieves. Thank you Mr. Gonzalez, but call me Nikuya, it means Butcher in Japanese. So once he's caught, luring the others to their deaths will be as easy as Pie." Kimura growled as the recording ended and John said, "I had Ritsu record that conversation, so we hatched a little plan, me, Karma, Nagisa, Megu, and Yuma. We give you the weakest tentacles in the batches and let you think you captured me." Kimura said nothing as John continued, "They could only do one big attack before they shrivel up and are no longer able to be used, which is what you did when you knocked me, Megu, and Yuma "out." Your tentacles are now dead." Kimura gasped as he tried to call out his tentacles, but to no avail.
"Get this traitor out of my sights before I kill him." said John with coldness in his voice. When he spoke, it was so cold, the temperature felt like it dropped to -30 degrees fahrenheit. Terasaka and Yoshida nodded their heads and after making sure Kimura was super secured, and received a kick to the balls from Toka, they dragged him to a van that would take him to Mr. Karasuma and he would be sent to a State Prison. John kissed Toka on her Cheek before he said, "Sorry about having to see one of your former Classmates go to jail, Toka." But Toka said, "He tried to get rid of you for he and I can be together, he can go to hell." That was when karma said, "Well, someone needs to tell his parents." John said that he would, Karma and Nagisa offered to go instead, but John said, "No, they have to hear it from me." John then took off to Kimura's parents' house.
_X_ KIMURA'S PARENTS' HOUSE _X_
Ringing the doorbell, John waited outside for a few seconds before the Door opened and Kimura's Mother answered the door. She then said, "Ah John Bertrand, please come in." John walked in and saw Kimura's father drinking a beer before he said, "Ah, John Bertrand. How is our son doing?" John sighed before he said, "About him… I need to tell you two something." Kimura's mother sat next to his father as he placed the beer Bottle down and asked, "Is our son Alright?" John told Kimura's Parents, "He's fine. But he's no longer a member of the hunter Classroom because he broke a major Rule we have for the group. That rule is to not help Criminals commit crimes."
"How did he break that rule? Our son follows the rules." Said Kimura's mother, to which John said, "He kidnapped me to try and kill me and the rest of the team besides Toka." Kimura's father looked John dead in the eyes and said, "You better tell your joking or else get the fuck out of my house." John said nothing, but he stood up and walked to the door and before closing it behind him, John said over his shoulder to Kimura's Parents, "I also wanted to let you two know that his betrayal was a shock to us all. I hope that he can repent and come back to the group. I'm a believer in second chances. If they let you see your son, tell him that for me please." John then closed the door as Kimura's father threw the beer bottle he was drinking at him and it broke against the door. Walking down the stairs, John saw Yuma and megu waiting for him in Yuma's Red truck and Megu asked, "Wanna lift to TakoYummy?"
"Sure, I could use a beer." Said John as he got in the back and Yuma drove them to Hiroto's bar. Along the way, Megu said, "So I'm guessing here, but they didn't take it very well did they?" John told her and Yuma, "Let's just say that if I didn't close their front door when I did, I would have had a Beer bottle hit my back." Then Yuma said, "So they didn't believe you?" John shook his head and said, "It seems like that yeah. I can understand their disbelief. Their son always followed the rules and has been on the side of good. This betrayal he did is completely out of Character for him. I did tell them that I hope his prison time will make him understand the wrong choice he made and will beg for forgiveness. But his betrayal has forever changed our views on him." Megu and Yuma nodded their heads as they pulled into TakoYummy
_X_ HUNTER CLASSROOM TRAINING AREA, NEXT DAY _X_
The day after Kimura was arrested, John was teaching everyone how to use their new Tentacles in Offense, defense, infiltrating, Exfiltrating, and how to tell if someone was telling the truth or not. John then watched as everyone was training with their tentacles, giving them pointers if they messed up in a way. For Manami, John said, "Since you alone aren't a fighter manami, focus on letting your tentacles do the work. Since they are sentient, they can make choices on their own when you're in combat as you focus on getting things ready. For example, getting Gas grenades ready to throw." Manami smiled and thanked John for the advice. For Taiga, John told him, "Your Physical strength is Good Taiga, but your long range skills will need to be worked on, use the Tentacles to pull your opponents closer to you so you can make use of that strength."
"Tomohito, that goes the same with you for using your tentacles to pull your opponents closer to you, and you can't use your tentacles to win baseball games, that's cheating." John told Tomohito as he dodged a Tentacle strike from Yukiko. John looked at Terasaka and said, "Now with your Tentacles Ryoma, you can go through every book and keep your memory sharp in case you ever decide to go back to school. To those who excelled in mobility when in E-Class, the Tentacles can help you in that area even more, as you saw with me and my speed." Soon it was time to take a break. John, with the help of Yuma, Surmise, and Takuya, made a 5-star food buffet for everyone to regain their energy. As they ate, John stood in front of them and said, "Okay everyone, you're doing well. You all are progressing well in training to fully control your tentacles. I'm proud that I can call you guys my friends." Everyone smiled at that comment, but Karma said, "John, you're saying that so we don't think about Kimura and his betrayal." John was speechless as he looked down and saw a Tentacle retracting back, and he quickly stepped on it, getting a loud ouch from Karma. John sighed before he said, "But he is right, you all know that Kimura's betrayal was a shock to us all. I'm hoping that when he gets out, he would have learned his lesson and apologize. I told Yuma and Megu this, but I hope he does understand the wrong choice he made and will beg for forgiveness. I will forgive him, but also tell him that if he does make it again, he will no longer be allowed to rejoin."
"What the hell John?! Why do you want that fucking traitor a part of this group again?" Asked Terasaka, getting agreeing heads from some people. John stood at the Podium and said, "He was a traitor yes, but I also believe in second chances. Also, you guys trust my judgment, right?" and after getting head nods from everyone, John said, "Then you guys should know that my judgment says to give Kimura one more chance for good. He breaks that trust then he will not only go to jail again, but he will also not be allowed to try and rejoin a third time." That was when Ritsu said, "John, we have an incoming Video call from the Prime Minister of Australia." John nodded his head and said, "Put him through Ritsu."
Ritsu nodded her head and on the projector appeared a man in his middle age years, greying hair, and glasses on his face. The man introduced himself as Australia's Prime Minister Ethan Price. Prime Minister Price then said, "Hunter Classroom, we need your expertise here in Australia. We have a Hostage situation." John nodded his head and said, "Have the Hostage takers made any demands?" Prime Minister Price told the Hunter Classroom that they have not made any demands yet, but they could kill all of the Hostages, and we don't want that to happen." John nodded his head and said, "Don't worry Prime Minister Price, the Hunter Classroom will assist your government." Prime Minister Price smiled, thanked John, and the call ended. John then said, "Maehara, Nagisa, Kayano, Hinata, Yuma, Megu, Chiba, Itona, Hinano, Taiga, and Tomohito, gear up." The people John called nodded their heads and went to get their gear on.
John then placed a call to Toka, letting her know about the mission. Toka sighed and said, "Please be careful John, and Not go into a Nuclear Reactor to keep it from melting down." John rolled his eyes before he said, "Don't worry sweetie, I'll make sure I don't go into a Nuclear Reactor to keep it from melting down. It's a Simple Hostage Crisis in Australia that we were asked to take care of." Toka sighed and said, "Okay John, be safe. Love you." John told Toka, "Love you too my sweet, I'll call when we're there and on the way back." Toka told John that he better call before they ended the call. John then got into the Armoury and suited up as some of the people he named walked past him wearing their armor and carrying their weapons to the vans. John hopped into the driver side and took off with Yuma driving behind him in the other Van. John also had everyone place their headsets on and he said into the mic for those listening, "Listen up, since I didn't ask Karma to come on this mission, I'll need Maehara as my Copilot. According to Itona, he modified the Transport Plane to make sure we have a way to defend ourselves. He told me that there are ball turrets on the side and underbelly. Nagisa, Yuma, and Tomohito, you three will man the Guns when I say so, you guys understand?"
John got an affirmative from Maehara, Nagisa, Yuma, and Tomohito. Then Nagisa said, "Did you personally ask for them John?" John smiled as he said, "I did, you can never be too careful, I also told him to make sure that the countermeasures are good to go." Nagisa rolled his eyes as John turned the van into the Kyoto Airport parking lot. John then led everyone through the Terminal and to their transport plane. In the cockpit, Maehara quickly studied the plane's Manuel as John said, "Kyoto Air Traffic Control, this is Hunter Classroom Transport Plane, request permission to take off to Australia." Kyoto Air Traffic Control came back as they said, "Roger Hunter Classroom Transport Plane. Let us Taxi you to Runway 2." John smiled and said, "Roger Kyoto Air Traffic Control. Looks like you're building another runway." Maehara looked where John was looking and saw that there were construction vehicles nearby. Soon Kyoto Air Traffic Control came back and said, "Yeah, but we don't have it in the budget to finish it." Then John looked at Maehara and said, "Seems like they could use a few million yen, don't you think?" Maehara nodded his head before he and John saw that the plane was at the runway and they took off for Australia.
In the belly of the plane, Nagisa was looking at one Grenade that Itona called the Sound Grenade. Nagisa then looked at Itona and said, "So this is a Sound Grenade? What does it do?" Then Itona said, "it emits a high frequency that can shatter Glass and eardrums if you're not wearing protective ear wear, the sound intensifies when it comes to hallways." Nagisa nodded his head and was interested in trying it." With the modifications Itona made to the plane, they reached Adelaide Airport.
_X_ ADELAIDE AIRPORT _X_
After exiting their plane, John and his team were met by a man standing at 6 foot, looked like he was a heavy set/rotund with brown and silver scruffy hair. The man wore a camo vest, black cargo pants, black boots and a shirt with the Southern Cross on it and he wore a hat as well. The name shook John's hand as he said, "Welcome to Australia, Prime Minister Price told us you were coming, I'm Agent Roo, follow us to our Command Post." John nodded his head and led his team as he followed Agent Roo to the Command post for dealing with the Hostage situation, which was taking place in a grand Hotel. Arriving at the Command Post, John said, "Any updates on the Hostage situation." and Agent Roo said, "Not yet, but we have the Hotel Surrounded and we're trying to set up a Link with the Hostage takers, so far no dice." Soon the Phone rang and the head Negotiator answered it and said, "Hello… yes this is the Negotiator… Yes they're here… How about you speak to me and we can… Very well." The Negotiator then looked at John and said, "They want to talk to you." John raised an Eyebrow before walking over to the Negotiator, took the phone and said, "This is John Bertrand, Hunter Classroom, to whom am I speaking to?" and he heard a voice he never thought he'd hear again say, "Hello son, how have you been…"
