Later that day, John treated the four younger bounty Hunters to food at TakoYummy when Toka brought Marsau for the universal visitors to see him. Young John said, "Hey Marsau, how have you been?" Marsau held a thumbs up to Young John and said, "Good young daddy." Young John chuckled and ruffled his hair as Young Toka smiled as she ate the food. John then said, "So how's the food guys?" Young Yuma smiled and said, "Good, This universe's version of me made this?" and Yuma nodded his head and said, "Yup, made specifically for you guys." Young Meg smiled as she ate her Honey mustard coated TakoYaki. John smiled as he held toka and Marsau in his arms.
_X_ 9 YEARS LATER _X_
John, the now 38 year old, was watching his son graduate High school with his friends. When Nagisa said Marsau's name, John yelled, "THAT'S MY BOY!" Marsau chuckled as he took his diploma and nagisa said, "Good job Marsau." Marsau smiled and said, "Thanks Uncle Nagisa." Nagisa nodded his head and Marsau walked back to his place. When everyone was done, Nagisa, "I now pronounce you, the class of 2036, GRADUATED!" and the class threw their caps in the air in celebration.
Out of the bleachers, John hugged Marsau as Hadet walked up to them. Marsau smiled and kissed Hadet deeply. John then said, "Congratulations you two." and Yuma said, "I agree, you're finally graduated." Hadet smiled and hugged her father. At Bertrand Manor, there was a party to celebrate the graduation. Marsau was happy his father was there with them to celebrate it since he's had so many brushes with death before in the past. That was when Kiki Naegi, a friend of Marsau and Hadet hugged him and her as they had their celebration. John saw that and smiled when Kiki's father, Makoto Naegi, walked up to him and said, "Hey John." John smiled and shook his hand and said, "Makoto, our kids sure grew up fast." Makoto nodded his head and said, "Yeah, remember when they first met?" Smiling, John said, "How can I not, it was the same day WE met.
_X_ 9 YEARS EARLIER, 3 MONTHS AFTER ENDING OF LAST CHAPTER _X_
John was picking up Marsau and hadet when he saw a little girl upset and he asked Marsau, "Who's that little girl, son?" and Marsau said, "Oh that's Kiki Naegi dad. Seems her father is late picking her up. He's a headmaster so he's been late picking her up." John nodded his head, rolled down his window and he said, "Kiki right?" the girl nodded her head and said, "Yeah…" John then said, "Well I'm Marsau's dad, wanna ride?" Kiki wasn't sure, but she got in his truck as John handed her his phone and said, "call your dad, ask for a location to drop you off." Kiki nodded her head and called her father's office phone and John herard her end of the conversation as she said, "Hi daddy, it's Kiki, Marsau's dad has me and wants to know a location for you to pick me up."
"Is the Park okay?" Kiki asked John, and he said, "The park's fine." She then told her father, "The park's fine daddy. Okay, see you there. Bye." She then hung up the phone and said, "He'll meet us there. Thank you for the ride Mr. Bertrand." John smiled and said, "It's no problem Kiki." After driving to the park, Kiki saw her dad and ran and hugged him. John shook Kiki's dad's hand as he said, "Thank you for doing that." But John said, "Not at all Mr. Naegi. But he said, "Call me Makoto." and John said, "in that case, call me John. If you ever need me to do this again, just give me a call or text me."
"I most Certainly will, thanks again John." Makoto said. John nodded his head and said. "How about you and your wife come over for some dinner with me, my wife, and our friends. Kiki can play with Marsau and Hadet." (A.N.: Kiki Naegi is owned by WiiFan2009 and only him. Naegi and Kyoko are not owned by me) Makoto smiled and said, "Sure."
At Dinner time, Makoto, Kiki, and Makoto's wife, Kyoko, all saw the Manor and they were all shocked to see it. John walked out and shook the adult's hands as he said, "welcome to Bertrand Manor." Naegi smiled and said, "this is amazing! We are happy to be here by the way." John smiled and led Makoto and his family in. John then told Jones, "Jones The Naegis will be here for Dinner, have the new cook make three more plates." Jones nodded his head and let the cook know as Marsau and his friends greeted Kiki and they took her to the game room.
"They all live here?" asked Kyoko. John nodded his head and said, "Yeah, their families all live here, they're friends of mine." leading the two adults into the room, John said, "Everyone, meet Makoto and Kyoko Naegi." Nagisa and Karma walked up to them and were the first to shake their hands then the rest of the group greeted the Naegis. As dinner progressed, Nagisa and Makoto got to talking about the schools as Kyoko talked to Kayano when she got a call.
When Kyoko answered it, she said, "Hello, oh hey Hina. What?! Another one! Damn, okay thank you for telling me Hina, I'll talk to Makoto. Bye." Kyoko then hung up the phone as Makoto said, "Another one?" Kyoko nodded her head as Karma said, "What happened?" and Makoto said, "there have been a series of disappearances of our students at night. It's been a student every night and we have 6 students missing." John looked at Karma and he looked at him. The two nodded their heads and Karma said, "Want us to look into it?" Makoto responded, " Look into it, are you guys private detectives?"
"No, we're the Hunter Classroom." Meg said to their guests. Makoto and Kyoko were astonished to hear that, the Hunter Classroom. That was when Kyoko said, "We heard about you. Aren't you Bounty Hunters? That was when Kotaro said, "we also take rescue missions and what not." Makoto and Kyoko looked at each other and nodded their heads before Makoto gave them the address for Hope's Peak Academy and the missing students' home addresses.
_X_ HOPE'S PEAK ACADEMY _X_ JOHN'S P.O.V.
When I arrived at Makoto's school with Hinata, Ryoma, Yukiko, Meg and Meg's German Shepard Balto, we were in awe at the mere size of the school. Makoto walked up to us and shook our hands and said, "thanks for coming." and Meg said, "No problem Makoto, this is Balto. He's a former Bomb sniffing Dog that my husband and I adopted." Makoto smiled and said, "Okay, follow me to one of the students' lockers." We then followed him into the School to the locker of the recent student that went missing.
After Balto sniffed some of the things belonging to the student, I asked Makoto, "Is there anything that connects the students?" and he said, "No, there is nothing in common with any of them." That was when Balto ran off with us following him. At one area of the school, Balto began digging at some concrete area. Meg clipped a leash onto Balto while John called out his tentacles and slammed them onto the ground before saying, "I got something… stand back!" After digging Rock and Creed into the ground, I tore open the door and revealed a stairway. After my team pulled our guns out, I brought mine for safety reasons, we walked down the stairway carefully so as to not trip any traps. That was when I felt part of a wall move. Pushing harder I saw that it led to a slide. I looked at the others and said, "Follow the pathway, I'm checking down here." They nodded their heads and after leaving Creed out, I slid down the slide and ended up in another hallway. It smelled like something died in there. Walking down the hallway, I had to dodge several traps, so I decided to jump onto the ceiling and crawled along it to avoid the traps. As I crawled, I saw dried blood on everything. When I got to the end of the hallway, I found a skeleton of a girl in a school Uniform.
By the skull was a white hair clip resembling the spaceship from Galaga. Scanning the skeleton with my glasses, I made a 3-D model of who the skeleton looked like before. Waiting a while I got a hit, she was a student at Hope's Peak Academy from years ago named Chiaki Nanami. Gathering the bones, I saw a Camera in the wall and noticed that there were cameras all along the hallway, meaning whoever was behind her death was fucking recording the whole thing. When I got the last of the bones in bags labeled for the right sides, I left that torture hallway.
Back outside, I saw the rest of the team and the missing kids when Meg walked up to me and said, "They were down the stairs looking at screens, we got them out before anything major was done. They'll need to see a Hypnotist to undo whatever was done to them." I nodded my head, looked at Makoto and asked, "Do you know Chiaki Nanami Makoto?" He was shocked to hear that name and he said, "Yeah, she's from the 77th class, she's been missing since the tragedy."
That was when I held up the bag of bones I found and said, "I found her, well her skeleton at least." Makoto was speechless, but he walked over to me and the bag and said, "You sure?" I nodded my head and said, "Yes, I am sure." I then showed him the Hair clip and he confirmed that it was hers. After that the kids were returned to their parents and Makoto thanked us for the help.
_X_ PRESENT _X_
"Once again thank you for helping us find those kids." Makoto told us. I chuckled and said, "NO problem man. At least your own daughter wasn't involved." Makoto laughed and said, "True, but Kyoko made sure she was safe." I smiled and said, "Good to hear that Makoto." That night, I entered my Bedroom and saw two women there, my first wife Toka Yada-Bertrand, and my second wife of 4 years, Hinano Kurahashi-Bertrand. Smiling at them, I got in bed with them and held one on each side. Hinano and I got the okay from her parents because I didn't want to see my wife's best friend grow up miserable and alone.
"What were you and Makoto talking about darling?" Hinano asked me before kissing my cheek. I replied, "Stuff, and he thanked me again for what we did nine years ago." getting a smile from them both, I kissed their lips and got adjusted for bed. That was when Toka said, "I'm sure that Chiaki's parents are still grateful for what we did." I nodded my head and said, "Same here Toka, same here." After turning the lights off, the girls got closer to me and fell asleep in my arms. Smiling myself, I fell asleep holding the girls in my arms and never letting them go.
The next morning, we woke up, got dressed and had breakfast with the gang when the 3 year old Taiga Okajima Junior walked into the room and to his mommy. Hinano smiled and picked him up and gave some food while we watched and smiled at the sight. After breakfast, we got things together for the kids to go to college. Marsau got into York College back in the states, as did Hadet. The rest decided to stick to online schools.
_X_ MIDDAY _X_ THIRD PERSON P.O.V.
When the kids had fun during a graduation Party, John got a call from his family in the states and gave their congratulations to Marsau and Hadet. John smiled and said, "Thanks Uncle George, Marsau's going to go to York College in the states, so is Hadet Isogai." Uncle George chuckled on his end and said, "Want us to watch them for you John?" John looked at his son and his girlfriend and said, "Sure Uncle George, keep them safe." Uncle George acknowledged John by saying, "Will do John, anything for my sister's boy." smiling, John hung up after saying goodbye and sighed.
As the day went on, John began drawing up plans for a new building when Toka walked in and wrapped her arms around John's waist and asked, "Well?" John smiled and said, "They agreed to watch the two while they're in the states." Toka smiled back and said, "Great to hear that honey… have you thought about getting back in the game?" Looking out the window, John said to her, "I have, but I prefer living with my wives in my arms, taking care of the children, and enjoying retirement." Toka smiled and kissed his cheek.
Later that day, John saw Marsau limping with help from Hadet. Taking his son into the mansion, John asked, "What the hell happened?!" Marsau sat down and said, "The wolf pack dad, they jumped us. We fended them off, but I took a few hits." Then Hadet said, "I drove us in his car and helped him to the mansion when you can out uncle John." John nodded his head and took care of Marsau's injuries.
Afterwards, John took a canvas out and painted an Abstract painting of the room he was in. After that, John painted some pictures he took with his camera of their lives and happy memories when JJ walked in. JJ looked at the paintings and said, "Not bad dad." smiling, John hugged his son from the side and said, "Thanks son." JJ Smiled and hugged his dad back. That was when the twins came in and hugged their father who hugged them back.
Later on John was walking around his property when a portal opened up and another version of him fell through it and caught what looked like Captain America's shield. Soon the Portal closed and the other John said, "DAMN IT!" John readied his knife and said, "Hey buddy…" John with the shield looked at John and was shocked and said, "Um… Hi. I'm in a parallel Universe aren't I?" John lowered his knife slightly and said, "Yeah you are… are you supposed to be Captain America?" That was when John with the shield put the shield on his back and said, "I AM Captain America."
Back in the Mansion, in the den, Captain America John was telling his story to Hunter Classroom John and his friends. Captain America John said, "My team was fighting Hydra on one of their bases where we got a report that the Reality Stone was there. We were fighting hard when Red Skull used the stone to send me here." HC John was shocked, as were his friends. But HC John was the first to recover and said, "Well capt. we'll get you back home. IT just so happens we have our own set of stones to get you back home."
That was when HC John pulled out his Infinity Gauntlet, surprising Capt. John. Afterwards HC John opened the portal walked through it with Cap. John, along with Nagisa, Karma, Rinka, Ryu, Meg and Yuma. On the other side it was a mess, Debirs everywhere, holes in the ceiling, and knocked out H.Y.D.R.A. Goons. HC John sighed and said, "Looks like we missed the party." that was when a voice said, "John…" they looked at saw Tony Stark in his Iron Man suit, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Thor, and Falcon.
Capt. John smiled and shook Tony's hand as he said, "Tony... what did I miss?" That was when Tony said, "Oh the usual H.Y.D.R.A. Stomping, us saving the day and what not. Who are they?" pointing to HC John and the others before Capt. John said, "They are from a different universe, they helped me get back here." Tony then walked up to HC John and shook his hand and said, "Thanks for getting out guy back to us." John smiled and said, "Don't mention it Mr. Stark, Happy to help out." That was when Capt. John kissed Black Widow deeply.
HC John and his friends were shocked to see that as Tony said, "Oh yeah those two are lovers. When Capt. was sent to your universe, she got pissed and went ham on the H.Y.D.R.A. goons." HC John smiled and chuckled at what Tony said as he pictured her going ham on H.Y.D.R.A. goons. HC John then said, "So This universe's John became Captain Americe instead of Steve Rogers… nice." Capt. John then said, "Steve was a good friend of mine. We were both picked to get the Super Soldier Serum, but a H.Y.D.R.A. Agent killed him before he could get the Serum."
"I'm sorry to hear that." Nagisa told Capt. John. Capt John nodded his head and said, "It's okay. I miss him, but he's in a better place." HC John placed a hand on Capt. John's shoulder and said, "There are no wiser words than those." After a while of talking, HC John and his friends decided to head for home. Capt. John and his friends said goodbye. After walking back to their universe, John closed the portal with the gauntlet and said, "That was fun, seeing myself as a Captain america… so cool." Everyone eho went with him agreed
At sundown, John was out at his pool when he suddenly felt dizzy and sat down, Marasu rushed over to his dad and asked if he was okay. John told his son, "Yeah… I just had a weird feeling, like one of my firend's just died." That was when Nagisa came up to him and said, "John… Kimura's been murdered." John was shocked to hear that and he collapsed to the floor. Waking up, John was told what he was told before, that Kimura was dead. John went to check on Kurenai, Kimura's wife and saw Toka comforting her sister.
sitting on the other side, John rubbed Kurenai's back as he said, "We'll find who did it Kurenai, you have my word." Kurenai looked at him with tears in her eyes and said, "Kimura spoke highly of you… You fought to prove his innocence. Make whoever did this pay for killing him." John nodded his head and hugged her closely. Back in the Hunter Classroom Headquarters, John saw Karma and said, "Tell me you got something." Karma looked at John and said, "We do, video of his death." Karma then showed John the video in question and it shows Kimura getting stabbed in his chest and his killer was none other… than Takaoka.
"Fucking Takaoka…" John said as Anger grew inside him when suddenly, a crash was heard behind them and Takaoka laid on the floor out cold. John and Karma looked at the knocked out Brute then up and saw someone they didn't think to see, another John. the John who punched Takaoka looked at Karma and said, "Karma… when did the Younger version of me get here?" Karma gasped as John said, "Wait… are you the… Original John." The other John was confused and said, "Original… waht are you talking about?"
"Um… this is going to be tough to…" John said but he was cut off by a sharp gasp and when the three of them looked where the gasp came from and saw Meg, Kayano, Nagisa, Yuma, Manami, and Toka, with Toka in tears. The other John asked, "Will someone expain to me what the HELL IS GOING ON HERE?!" that was when John asked the other John, "Waht's the last thing you remember?" The other John corssed his arm and said, "I was in space getting away from the Earth due to getting injected with a deadly Serum by Luis that would cause Antimatter to explode."
That was when Toka walked up to the other John and said, "You're him… you're the original John…" She then hugged the other John as everyone else stood frozen. John then said, "The original… but how…" The other John said, "Hang on, who the hell are you?! Why do you look like me?!" and John said, "Well it's a long Story. Why don't we head back to the mansion…" but the other John said, "MANSION?!"
_X_ BERTRAND MANOR _X_
The other John paced back in forth in the Den as John and the others watched him pace. The other John then said, "So you are a clone of me, made by a good Shiro. I… you, bought this mansion. the Young Hunter Classroom was shown Sone, who is alive and a clone as well. Deadpool came here to try get tentacles in HIS neck. The rest of our Shiro's family tried to take us on but lost due to several of you guys had Tentacles in your necks. We had more missions after I died including a mission to stop a NUCLEAR POWER PLANT. I got an adopted Sister and my dad died due to my son coming from the future and killed him. Toka had Breast Cancer but you paid for it to get the cancer removed."
They all nodded their heads as John stood up and said, "That and Marsau and Hadet got together and are going to York college and… Taiga…" the other John nodded his head and hugged Hinano as he said, "Sorry to hear that Hinano." She smiled, hugged the other John Back and said, "Thank you." That was when Jones said, "So Sir… what are we supposed to do with two Sir John Bertrands?" John realized Jones was right and said "Shoot… that is a problem…" that was when the original John said, "Isn't it obvious… the Clone goes!" John looked at the original John and said, "Hey now! I've got your memories plus the ones I made being alive. Where the hell were you for that?!
The original John growled and said, "Watch who you're talking to, Clone!" That was when John said, "HEY! Why I oughta…" but he was cut off by Toka slapping the original John. Shocked, John said, "Toka…" Toka then said, "Watch what you say! This John has been caring for our son for years! Marsau sees him as his father no matter if he's a clone or not!" Then Nagisa said, "This john raised a good question, where were you all this time?!" The original John said, "I don't know, I woke up on the street when I thought I died."
"Either way, this John we've come to know as well as you. We knew he had your memories, but he is still our teammate." Meg said as she crossed her arms. The original John growled as he called out his tentacles. John called his tentacles out and wrapped them around the original John and his Tentacles when something happened. John's Tentacles Absorbed the Original John's tentacles into themselves and John got stronger and more buff. Everyone gasped at the sight and the original John groaned in pain as he felt his tentacles get taken out of his neck.
John looked in the mirror and said, "DAMN! I look AMAZING!" Toka and Hinano got nosebleeds at the sight as the other girls blushed at the sight. Nagisa and the other guys got a little pissed at the sight of John getting more buff but they were happy for their friend. The original John slowly got up and said, "You fucker… you took my Tentacles!" John then heard voices say, 'This is amazing… I'll say...' John then renamed the Rock and Creed from the original John to Butch and dutch. The Original John then said, "Hey! Give them back!" John smiled and said, "Sure." He then used all four tentacles to punch the Original John out cold. That was when John opened a portal to a lifeless Earth and tossed the original John into it.
After Closing the portal, John said, "Was I ever that big of an ass?" and he got a collective no from his friends. John sighed and said, "Anyway, I wonder how stronger I am now with four tentacles." Kotaro pushed up his glasses and said, "This is the first time that has ever been done before. So testing your new abilities should be fun." John nodded his head and smiled as he said, "Agreed. Can't wait to try them out."
