Oh my god! I actually updated! Well I mean, it was really late and I apologize for that, but oh my god I had such trouble with this chapter you all have no idea!

I was obviously busy because I have been in school for the past two months, plus I have gotten a new job and a new car and all this other stuff that has happened that has kept me busy from this fic. As well, I had really bad writers block with this chapter; I only had the first few paragraphs of this fic a while back (2 months), when I was wondering where exactly this chapter would be going, such as plot wise. It kept sitting there until tonight when I was listening to Uta Pri and suddenly go the inspiration to write more to try to find some sort of plot.

LONG STORY SHORT: Had writers block, got over it, updated the fanfiction!

YAY!

i hope you all love this chapter, it gets more interesting especially at the end! ;)

Note 1: The song in the beginning is called "Mahou Wo Kakete!" from The Idolmaster! The version I use is by a character named Eri Mizutani!

Disclaimer: I do not own Uta Pri, Idolmaster or any of their songs or characters. All I own is my own OC, Mallory Nakagawa.

Do they think I'm just a boring girl?
Even though in reality, I want to find the one who throbs my heart

"She's gotten a lot better, hasn't she?" Haruka asked as she watched from the behind the sidelines of the cameras filming Mallory; they studio recently asked her to do a collaboration project and even made a giant set within one of the many ballrooms of Saotome Academy, bringing in decorated chandeliers and sheets along with other things to make the ballroom look more enchanted, as if it were inside a luxurious castle fit for a prince and princess.

"She has, but she needs more practice." The voice said next to Haruka as he watched Mallory as well, his eyes scanning her movements, counting every step and mentally checking off every cue that came in the song.

"She does? I thought she was already good enough?" Haruka asked as she turned to the male next to her, giving a curious look.

The princess that dreams of love
Will someday be able to meet her prince charming
Oh please, let that day come quickly
Because I'm closing my eyes slowly
Cast your magic!

"Nakagawa-san is good, but not good enough. She's just started getting into the intermediate courses we've given her, along with getting more publicity and promotion jobs; she's got a long way to go before she can debut like STARISH has." Haruka mused on the statement for a few moments, before giving a small nod, looking back at Mallory as she sang, a smile on her face as the crew continued to film her for the PV they were making for the collaboration CD.

"I understand Mikaze-san; I know she can do it, don't you?" She gave a smile as she looked back at the male, but he simply kept his blank look, watching Mallory. He stayed quiet, which confused Haruka, but she broke out of her trance when the song had finished and the crew announced that a break would be in order. "Ah, there she is; Mallory-san!" Mallory turned and gave a wave, running over to the two as she gave a grin.

"Haruka, I didn't know you'd be here." Mallory said with a smile, looking at the orange-haired girl, "What brings you here?"

"I thought I would come by and see your new song for the Duet CD with Camus and Ai; I know Saotome asked for you to be in the CD as a special guest for you to get more publicity." Mallory gave a nervous laugh, nodding her head.

"Yeah, Saotome has some pretty weird ideas; even though I get to work with my teachers, it's a bit nerve-wracking to be on the same CD cover with them; let alone the same CD as them." She jumped when she saw Ai next to Haruka, having not noticed hm before as she stuttered slightly, her face blushing. "Ah, Mikaze-senpai! Gomen, I didn't notice you there!"

"It's fine." He said to Mallory, simply giving her a rather plain stare as he watched her stutter and panic. She took a breath and calmed down, embarrassed for not noticing him earlier, as Haruka gave a small laugh.

"What do you think you'll be doing after this?" Haruka asked curiously, as Mallory gave a small frown; she wasn't exactly sure to be honest.

"Maybe more publicity like variety shows and such, but I don't know about a new single yet until Saotome asks me to write another song." Mallory said back, tilting her head lightly in thought. "I'm writing songs on the side if something like that comes up, but I have no idea when it'll exactly happen. This collaboration kinda came out of the blue, so I hope to get more of a notice next time." Haruka gave a small nod, giving a smile; she could tell that Mallory was stressed, even if she was good at hiding it. Doing these promotions and songs, as well as appearances must have been stressful for her considering so much pressure was on her.

"I know you must be pretty stressed Mallory-san. Saotome has made you a mascot for young girls, right?" Mallory gave a nod, a sheepish smile on her face as she nervously played with her hair.

"Y-Yeah, something like that." Mallory said, giving a nervous laugh, though a bit more of an embarrassed one to be honest. She was glad that she was getting jobs, as well as getting the chance to sing like she's always wanted, but to be publicized as a...what did Saotome call it? A Cinderella Girl? That was it, a girl that had her dreams come true, become something that she's always wanted for so long. Though it kind of gave the wrong impression on herself; she was nothing like Cinderella; just her situation was similar. But whatever Saotome wanted, he got. "I mean it's a bit far-fetched, and a bit embarrassing, but I kind of like the idea of being a role model for young girls." She had gotten quite the attention at the Idol Start festival that they had a few weeks before, and some magazines had already talked about her and her performance. She was ecstatic, but it just added more pressure to herself, and it honestly scared her a bit. So much attention was being put on her, and she wasn't used to it.

"I'm glad that you're getting what you've always wanted Mallory-san; I can't wait to see how far you go!" Mallory gave a smile back to Haruka, giving a nod to her friend.

"Thank you Haruka; I'll do my best." Haruka gave a smile back before she gave a wave to another person that ad walked into the set, as Ai and Mallory turned to see Camus, wearing a pure white tuxedo.

"Camus-senpai, you look amazing!" Mallory exclaimed in awe as she studied her teacher, as he simply gave a small nod to his student.

"Thank you Nakagawa-san, but it's time for the photo shoot to begin for the CD. You and Mikaze will start until I'm done with a few other things." Mallory jumped lightly as she heard Camus speak Ai's name, feeling her palms become slightly sweaty, as well as her heart begin to pace a bit faster. What was with her? It was just with Ai, her teacher, and it was a job for her to progress; nothing more.

"Then how come I'm getting this nervous feeling in my chest again?"

Mallory looked at herself in the changing room mirror, the outfit rather well put together. The dress was almost exactly like the one she had made for the Idol Start concert, but it was a light blue powder color, and it ended right above her knees. As well, instead of a lot of ruffles, it only had a few ruffles, and ended in a layered finish that had a sparkling tint to it when the light hit the dress at just the right angle. The dress was sleeveless of course, and on her hands she wore powder blue lace wrist cuffs that held small charms that resembled a carriage and glass slippers on each, as well as a small bow on the top of the cuffs. She wore light blue eye shadow as well as light eyeliner, along with a light lip gloss that she personally picked. Her hair combed neatly, a small powder blue bow adorned with a small string of pearls hanging on both ends of the bow was clipped into her hair as a pair of small silver crown earrings adorned her ears. Finally, the last detail in place, was her shoes; they were small heels of course, but after a bit of designing and special crafting from the design team, a pair of glass slippers just like Cinderella wore had been made specifically for her. At first Mallory was a bit worried, considering they were made of glass, she didn't want to step too hard and break them, injuring herself in the process. She winced at the thought, remembering that the designers of the shoes gave her a guarantee that they wouldn't break; they were made of glass, yes, but they were also made with other materials to make them more sturdy, so the idol wearing them would have the ability to sing and dance to her heart's content with no worry of them breaking or cracking.

That still didn't stop her from worrying however.

"It'll be fine; the design team said they wouldn't break, so they won't." Mallory muttered to herself, looking at the glass shoes in front of her; she was so hesitant they would crack from her touch that she hadn't even put them on herself yet. How were they even able to make something like a glass shoe anyways? She gave a sigh, of course Saotome would have the connections to get something like that done. She swallowed lightly, giving a breath as she slowly took one of the shoes in her hand, sitting down if she were to fall while putting the shoe on. She slowly settled her foot into the shoe, the glass shining lightly from the lights that caught its surface, seeing a small reflection of rainbow in the glass as she gave a miniscule smile.

"A perfect fit." She took the other shoe and slipped it onto her other foot, before carefully standing on her feet. She kept her balance fine, and everything seemed ok; no cracks or anything. "Guess I should head out then." Mallory muttered to herself as she opened the changing room door, walking out as her glass heels clicked against the ground beneath her. She was relieved that nothing had happened yet with the shoes, and she planned on it to stay that way, not wanting any bodily harm to come to her all because a pair of shoes.

"Woah, Mallory-chan you look awesome!" A female voice exclaimed as Mallory turned to see beside Haruka was her other friend and fellow idol, Shibuya Tomochika.

"Tomo-chan! What are you doing here?" Mallory asked, surprised that her dark red haired friend would pop up at her job; she had already surprised her at the concert, and now again for her photo shoot. She must have fun doing this to her and always surprising her when she least expected it.

"I'm here to pick up Haruka; we're going to the mall to go shopping,"

"Well surprising me is off the list..." Mallory thought to herself,

"-though I didn't know you were here until she told me." Tomochika looked at Mallory, inspecting her outfit with an impressed look of awe. "They're going all out on you, aren't they?"

"I think you mean Saotome is..." Mallory deadpanned, giving a small sigh, as Tomochika gave a small laugh towards her friend.

"But that's not a bad thing, is it?" Tomochika said with a cheeky grin as Mallory gave a small breath, giving a shrug. Maybe it wasn't, but Mallory was somewhat of a worrier when it came to high pressure situations, and this was exactly that. Though she should have expected this, wanting to be an idol and everything that came with it; harder lessons, more promotions, and no room for goofing off or messing around. The music business was serious business, and if she thought this was difficult, just wait until she got as good as STARISH, or Quartet Night even.

"Who knows if I'll even get that far." Mallory thought dejectedly, a frown appearing on her face. She snapped back to her senses when she felt a hand on her shoulder, with Tomochika standing in front of her with a comforting look on her face.

"Hey, if you ever need someone to talk to if you're stressed out or anything, you know Haruka and I will be here." Mallory looked up at Tomochika for a few moments, before giving a nod, a small smile coming to her lips.

"Right; thanks Tomo-chan." She gave a sigh of relief as she saw Tomochika give a smile back, before removing her hand from Mallory's shoulder, before she and Haruka began to leave, Haruka as well giving her a nod of understanding and encouragement. Mallory watched the two girls, giving a weak wave goodbye to them as they soon left the building, leaving the girl by herself in her thoughts. She continued to look in the direction where the two girls had left, giving a small breath before she turned back in the direction of the set she was supposed to be at, before making her way over, thoughts and emotions mixing together, giving her an unsettling feeling.

"Now drape your arm around her waist; just like that, perfect!" Flash upon flash of the cameraman's light irritated Mallory's eyes each time the shutter open and closed a million times a second. It's not that she wasn't opposed to taking pictures, it was part of her job now, but more it was rather annoying when the flash kept blinding you every moment only to continue to stay in one pose for more than half an hour. Mallory gave a small grumble in her throat that she hoped no one would hear, as she continued to stay in the pose that was told by her from the cameraman. Next to her stood Ai, dressed rather splendidly in her opinion; he wore a pure white tuxedo combined with a pale lavender waist coat and long sleeved white collared dress shirt, along with white slacks and white dress shoes. His hair was up like always, Mallory noted, and his face held a stoic blank stare; when she had gotten accustomed to. She was glad that she was able to choose the outfit rather then have ones pre-made; it helped her get creative and figure out different things for all the members of Quartet Night. Ai's turned out great in her opinion, but once again, that strange feeling welled up in her chest. When she noticed that the cameraman had put down his camera to change the lighting for the next shot, she took the time to slowly glance at Ai and his attire. Her heart began to race as she looked at him, feeling nervous doing so as her mind flooded with one thought.

"He looks so handsome." Mallory thought to herself as she glanced at Ai, before she halted her thoughts abruptly, blinking in surprise. "W-Woah, where'd that come from?! He's your teacher for crying out loud dummy!"

Her heart beat faster as she tried to quell her thoughts and snapped her head forward, her eyes casting downwards hastily as her cheeks flushed. She closed her eyes, lightly shaking the rest of her thoughts out of her head as best and as fast as she could, before she remembered that Ai's arm was still draped around her waist. Her flushed face got hotter and hotter as it became a red color, her body tensing lightly. It felt weird to be in a position like this, with someone she knew, and him being her teacher no less! This pose was more usual for couples or the sort, but it just seemed so out of place for someone like her, having no experience with that sort of thing, and now having to do it for her job, and with Ai no less; it was nerve-wracking to say the least. She could feel her heart beat faster and faster with each minute passing, and she felt as if she was going to faint. Everything ceased however when she heard a voice call to her; soft and calm. She opened her eyes, blinking a few times, before she turned to look to her right, where the source of the voice came from; to cyan colored eyes, to Ai.

"Are you alright, Nakagawa-san?" His calm voice fluttered into her ears, and her breath hitched in her throat for a few moments. Her face must have still been red, she was sure, and she gave a flustered nod of her head, trying to answer back without her voice cracking from her nervousness, however nothing came out. Just when she thought she was finally going to say something, a flash went off, momentarily disorienting Mallory from her previous thoughts. She blinked for a few moments, breaking her eye contact with Ai as she turned to look at the photographer, who had taken the shot while the two idols had been gazing at each other.

"That shot was great, you two," the photographer mentioned, looking at the two idols with a grin, before settling his camera down. "We'll take a break for now. After that Nakagawa-san, I'll need you to come back here for your shots with Camus-san."

"R-Right!" Mallory answered immediately, giving a small bow to the photographer before she hastily, but still gracefully, made her way off the set to somewhere more private, wanting to be alone.

"What was that?" Mallory thought to herself, continuing to walk as she thought to herself. "That weird feeling again; my heart kept beating and my palms got clammy, and that weird anxious feeling in my stomach too..."

Why was this always happening? And why always around Ai? She didn't understand it, how this one person could make her nervous and anxious by just being next to her, how her heart beat faster when he'd look at her.

"What is going on with me?" Mallory whispered to herself, her footsteps beginning to slow down a few paces, until she finally made it outside of the building of the school, walking down to sit down on the steps that lead to the building. She felt a gentle breeze fly by as she gave a sigh, looking up at the clouds in the sky above her. "Ai, who are you exactly?" She whispered to herself in thought, watching the cloud pass by and fade. Ai Mikaze was a singer in the group Quartet Night, she knew that simply by working for them. She knew what he looked like, and how he acted, but that was all she knew about him. Nothing about his family, friends, past, or why he shows almost no emotion. He was always so vague with her, giving her strange answers, or blunt answers with confusing explanations. He was always mapping out data, as he told her, and even kept important information to himself, only telling her if necessary.

"Like when we started to work together." Mallory muttered to herself, thinking back to one of her first days with working with Ai.

"Mikaze-san, I need to know this information in case anything happens to you."

"I'll only tell you the necessary information that I believe I need to tell you. Not everything is your business." Ai said simply as the two sat in the foyer of the dorms.

"B-But I need to know the hospital you got to, and your family doctor; what if you get really sick or injured during a performance?" After a few moments of silence, Ai glanced at Mallory again, before giving a sigh. He took out a ripped piece of paper, handing it to her.

"This is the number. If I'm ever sick or unresponsive and I need help, call the number." Mallory was a bit confused, looking down at the small piece of paper, only seeing a number on it, a phone number to be exact.

"Who is this?" Mallory asked timidly, looking at the paper to Ai, but she could tell that he wasn't going to answer her question. With that, she stayed silent, taking the number and putting it into her phone. It seemed that was all Ai was going to tell her.

"Whose number is that anyways?" A family members? Maybe his doctor at a hospital he regularly goes to? Mallory had never bothered to check the number or try calling it, considering it would be rather rude to call the person to simply ask who they were; besides, Ai had never gotten seriously ill or injured, so she had never had the need or urgency to call the number. It never stopped her from wondering though, but she kept the urge to call the number at bay.

"Nakagawa-san, it's time for the next set of photos!" A voice called out to Mallory, as she turned her head to the sound of the voice. It must have been one of the production assistants looking for her, she thought.

"I'm coming!" Mallory called out to the voice, getting to her feet quickly but carefully, before she made her way back inside to get the shoot started with Camus.

"Thank you for all your work everyone!" Mallory thanked the production workers and the camera crew as they packed their things, giving back a thank you to her as she gave a sigh; so many photos taken and standing, she was exhausted.

"But I'm not done yet." Mallory sighed, remembering all the work she had to do after still at the school; filing the photos, scheduling the next set of shoots and interviews for Quartet Night, and finishing up some outfit changes before their next concert; she would be busy here for the next few hours. Her thoughts were interrupted when she saw Camus back in his regular clothes, as well as Ai. "You two are heading back to the dorms?"

"I have an interview with a Tv show tomorrow and I must get my answers memorized by tonight. You'll be staying here longer, Nakagawa-san?" Camus asked, looking at the girl as she gave a nod. "By yourself? It'll start to get late by the time you're finished."

"It's ok Camus-senpai, I'll be fine." Mallory reassured her senpai, giving a small smile as she began to gather her folders and books where she kept her scheduling.

"I'll stay with her." A voice pipped in, as both Camus and Mallory turned their attention to Ai, as Mallory gave a look of surprise.

"Ai-senpai, you don't have to-"

"I have nothing else to do today. It'll be easier to stay together while you work; I can go over my schedule and you won't be here by yourself." Mallory was silent for a few moments, shuffling her feet lightly against the ground as she gave a small sigh.

"I guess thats that then." She gave a small smile towards the Camus, "We'll see you after I'm done with the work here." Camus gave a nod as he bid the two goodbye, leaving the ballroom of Saotome Academy and both Mallory and Ai alone. "Well, I guess I should get to work then. You can relax for now Ai, I'll let you know when I get started on the schedules." Mallory then began to get to work, opening her log books to write the days events, as well as the activities that each member of Quartet Night had done for the day.

"Finally, I'm done!" Mallory exclaimed as she gave a long breathy sigh, relaxing her arms and legs in the chair she sat in. It had taken her more then a few hours to get the information and schedules done, already seeing the sky turning an orange, with crows uttering caws in the background, signaling it was already the afternoon, and about to get dark. She gave a sigh as she groaned, stretching her limbs in the chair before she yawned, getting to her feet as she glanced around for the cyan hair colored boy.

"Ai?" She looked around the ballroom where a few desks were settled, but no sign of him anywhere. "Maybe he left back for the dorms while I was working. I did take a lot longer then I thought I would." Slowly she got to her feet, the sound of the chair's legs skidding against the marble floor echoing through the large empty room, before she packed her things and left the ballroom. Once outside, she noticed the sky and realized how late it was actually getting, giving a sigh. "At least I can take a nap when I get back." As she walked down the stairs in front of the ballroom's main building, she stopped when she heard the sound of a piano playing. It was odd to hear one at this time of day, or year for that matter; the school year hadn't started for the Academy yet, and no one, besides Saotome himself most likely, would be in the school at the moment. However, as Mallory started to continue her walk, she stopped once again. The melody of the music being played, it sounded so soft, melodic. It was beautiful, but also sad. It was as if Mallory's heart was overwhelmed, yet breaking at the same time. Who was playing it? She turned towards the school, and where she could hear the melody from. "Only one way to find out." she thought to herself.

Her hand rested against the wall beside her as she entered the first floor of the school building, hearing the piano melody echo through the hallways beside her. She looked back and forth, not sure which way it was coming from, but decided to go to the left when she noticed a door opened wide, with the sunset's light flowing out onto the floor, as if showing her the way. Mallory took the first few steps, hearing the piano's melody continue as it became louder and louder as she got closer towards the room. When she finally reached the room, she walked through the doorway hesitantly, only for her eyes to be greeted to the most beautiful sight. Ai was in the classroom, sitting at the piano as he played this beautiful melody that Mallory had heard from the courtyard, the sunset's rays of light draping over his frame like a blanket, bringing out the color of his hair an creating the most breathtaking sight Mallory had ever seen.

"...Mikaze-san." She was almost too stunned to say anything, thinking to herself that she would disturb him if she did. The melody soon stopped when the young idol heard his name, opening his eyes slowly to look up towards the voice, his eyes sparkling lightly when his eyes were greeted by the sight of his assistant, and student, standing before him in the sunset's radiant glow.

"You found me." He said simply, looking at her with a blank expression, though his eyes lowered lightly at the piano keys as Mallory walked in, slowly walking towards where Ai sat at the piano.

"I thought you had left back to the dorm. When I was done you were no where to be found, so I went looking."

"You didn't need to. You could have just called me." Ai said as he took out his phone, holding it for Mallory to view. Mallory gave a small frown, she hadn't exactly thought of that, but she gave a small shrug.

"...What was that, what you were playing I mean?" Mallory asked delicately, inching a bit closer towards the piano, standing next to where Ai sat on the piano stool, curious. Her eyes glanced at the piano, surprised to find no piano music, no sheets or anything.

"Something I've begun writing," Ai simply said as his fingers slowly glided over the piano's keys, feeling its delicate texture before he began to play the soft melody once more, "it's not done now, but I'll finish it soon." Mallory gave a smile as she watched Ai begin to play again, the melody gracing her ears once more. It gave chills, the melody, but it also warmed her heart.

"I can't wait to hear it once it's done Mikaze-san." Mallory said back with a smile, seeing the male play before his fingers stopped, his head turning to look towards her.

"Why?" Mallory blinked at the question, not expecting it in all honesty. Did he not think it was good?

"Well, it's beautiful. The melody makes my heart flutter, but also...breaks it. I'd like to see what your song will be like at the end, and how it'll sound with all the feelings you've put into it." Mallory said truthfully, her voice faltering every so often as she spoke, almost surprised by what she was saying herself. Mallory turned away from Ai, feeling that nervous feeling again, as she spoke, "We should head back. It's starting to get late." Ai simply looked at the keys of the piano, before he settled his right hand against his chest, muttering something to himself, before he looked up again, back at Mallory.

"Nakagawa-san." Mallory stopped walking when she heard Ai call for her, and she turned, giving a confused look as she looked back at Ai, who was now on his feet, standing a few feet away from the piano as he looked back at her, a blank look on his face, but starting to show a look of...interest, confusion, perplexity; Mallory couldn't tell. "What did you mean, when you said you wanted to know how my song sounded, with all my feelings put into it?" Mallory blinked a few times as she looked at Ai, seeing him begin to walk over to where she was, before stopping a few inches in front of her, slight confusion in his cyan colored eyes.

"What...did I mean?" Mallory asked, looking at Ai. It was simple, what she had said, right? "I want to know what feelings you put into your song, isn't that simple enough?" She watched him, looking away from her for a few moments, muttering something that she couldn't hear. "W-What?"

"I don't know...what feelings are." Ai said back lowly, his eyes downcast, before looking back into Mallory's dark brown eyes.

"...W-What do you mean?" Mallory asked, confused by what Ai had said. She blinked when she saw Ai move closer towards her, their bodies almost touching. His face looked down at hers, their eyes direct and staring intently into the others.

"I...I want to know how you feel." He said back towards Mallory once more, his voice in a whisper. Her face felt hot, as she could feel his breath against her lips as he spoke, while Mallory's was caught in her throat. He wanted what?

"H-How I feel?" Mallory stuttered out breathlessly, her voice barely a whisper as she stared at Ai, confused and flustered all at the same time. What was happening? What was happening all of a sudden, why? Why was Ai acting like this? She had never seen him like this before. "A-Ai, I don't-"

Her eyes widened as she saw Ai wince, in pain, hands clutching his chest. He moaned in pain, his eyes straining to stay open as he fought the pain that was suddenly taking him.

"Ai?!" Mallory exclaimed, worrying coming over her features as she saw him in pain. She put a hand on his shoulder to steady him and help him keep his balance, but he moaned out in pain again before he fell unconscious, his weight pushing against Mallory as she struggled to keep him on his feet. Mallory growled as she felt the male's weight fall onto her, struggling to keep straight until she fell to her knees, with Ai against her chest unconscious, his face peaceful, as if asleep. "Ai, wake up. Ai, please! What's wrong?!" Her breath began to quicken as she noticed he wasn't waking up, nor was her responding to her voice or pleas. Her breath was faltering and she was panicking.

"What do I do?!" Mallory panicked in her thoughts, looking around, Ai resting against her chest. She moved and settled his body to lay on the ground, with his head laying in her lap. She settled his head and rest her ear against his chest to hear his heart, and gasped, straightening up as her eyes widened.

She couldn't hear a heartbeat.

"Ai!" Mallory exclaimed, checking again for the sound of his heart, nothing. "Ai! Ai, wake up; Please!" Her voice was cracking, her eyes were beginning to blur from her tears forming. "What do I do?" She kept repeating it over and over, until she looked at her bag that she carried with her. Maybe, it was the only way, and the only thing she could think of. She quickly grabbed her bag, digging into it as fast as she could until she found her phone, fumbling with it angrily until she found the phone number that Ai had given her. She typed it in as the number began to ring, Mallory breathing heavily as she held onto Ai tightly, looking down at his face, still peaceful. "Please pick up, please pick up..." Mallory continued to say, as if a prayer, hearing only ringing, until finally the sound of a phone picked up.

"How did you get-"

"H-Help, Ai...Ai was fine, and then he was in pain. He was hurting and-and he fell unconscious," Mallory's voice was cracking, her tears falling as some fell onto Ai's cheek, "I-I can't hear a heartbeat; please, please save him!" She was shaking now, trying to control her voice as she held onto Ai, her hand grasping his lifeless one while the other held the phone to her ear. Her sobs continued as she heard no response from the other voice from the phone, hoping that they didn't disconnect, or worse, they simply hung up.

"Tell me where you are."

OMG it got real serious REAL fast!

Note 2: If you're all wondering what the collaboration CD that Mal was doing with Ai and Camus, it's the Duet CD, with their song, Tsukiakari no Dearest! one of my favorite songs ever!

What'd y'all think? :3

I finally thought for this chapter after the writer's block that I had to start on the whole route so I finally decided to do it! Yay!

Not the only thing now is for to do a lot of research on the route cause I don't want to screw anything up, or get info wrong. So considering that, plus school work and other things, it maybe a while until I'm able to update with the next chapter. This update was kind of fluke, considering I got back into the mood of writing again, plus I stayed up REALLY late to finish this chapter.

Like seriously, I got home at like 10:00PM and finished this chapter at 6:00 AM in the MORNING! GONNA SLEEP IN TODAY~

Anyways, please tell me your opinions in a review! As much as people don't review, I LOVE REVIEWS! THEY KEEP ME ALIVE AND LET'S ME KNOW YOU ALL WANT MORE!

REVIEWS=LOVE!

So, I all hoped you loved this chapter, and I hope you're excited for when the next chapter rolls around (whenever that is).

See you all soon in the next chapter!
