A Different Fairy Tail

Chapter 5: The Wizards of Armor and Dual Blades! Erza and Luke

Michael: Welcome back to A Different Fairy Tail. We finally begin the second arc of Fairy Tail: Lullaby Arc. This arc, Team Natsu was formed, but here, Team Strauss is formed. Also, Luke and Cyan, who were slightly introduced in the prologue, are fully introduced in this chapter along with certain things I learned in the recent chapters that I thought, 'Well I should add it before others get the chance to'. I am going to slowly redo Re Deluxe so it matches the quality of this; I'm not sure how long it will take. But this, Overcoming, Reclaiming, and Re Deluxe all will try to get to the current arc. Don't ask for fast updates, That's not my style. Let's begin, I'll see you later.

After their run-in with some unknown Wizards, Lisanna, Happy, Kyuri, Sting, Lector, Lucy, Levy, and Gray returned safely back to Magnolia, luckily beating Erza and Luke home. The group didn't speak of the events of the attack to anyone, deciding to keep it to themselves. Levy hurried home when they returned to town and Sting and Lisanna headed back to the guild to tell Mirajane about the semi successful job with Lucy. She was most surprised about the client, but glad they did a good thing. Lucy had already gone home and so did Kyuri, but Kyuri seem she wanted to not be in the same room as Gray. Lisanna returned to her dorm room at Fairy Hills, a girl's only dorm in Magnolia with Happy while Sting himself returned to his apartment in town too.

The next day, the group and Lucy all came to the guild one early morning, most of it was thinking of a new job to take. While Sting and Kyuri were discussing something with Lucy, Lisanna had her head to the picnic bench looking sound asleep. She had decided to sleep when she arrived to the guild, her teammates not wanting to bother her. She was sound asleep, blissfully unaware of the daily life of her guild.

"Mira, three beers over here, please!" called a male Wizard from a picnic table.

"Coming right up!" Mirajane responded turning around with a smile, a tray of three foamy beers in her left hand, standing from one of the tables where two members were sitting. One of the Wizards looked at her with a smile, trying to pick the white haired barmaid up while the usual commotion of the guild was going on.

"So how about you and me go on a date tonight?" Wakaba asked with a smile, surprising the second occupant sitting crossed from him.

"Wakaba, not this again, would you leave her alone already?!" said the girl annoyed at the older Wizard. She was a slim young woman of average height with straight, pale lavender hair set in a bowl cut-like style, with her fringe covering the left part of her forehead, and the right side exposed. Her hair was cut long despite the bowl cut top, with two bangs framing her face and her forehead being covered by her fringe. She has brown eyes behind a pair of simple oval shaped glasses and a large, dark-colored ribbon adorning the top of her head. She wore a light-colored coat reaching down below her waist, with dark cuffs retaining the original color on their back edges, a dark cravat tie around the collar, tight-fitting dark pants tucked inside light-colored boots with dark soles, and light colored gloves. She also had a small, dark satchel adorned by a pair of small hearts hanging on her right hip, seemingly attached to her waist.

"Oh, but…" Mirajane replied as she waved a hand to her face as a pink magic circle appeared and a puff a pink smoke. When the smoke finally cleared, Mira's face and appearance was that of a heavy looking woman with brunette hair, rosy cheeks and red lips. "…don't you have a wife?" she added, her voice still the same causing Wakaba to jump back in shock.

"I hate when you do that!" he exclaimed causing the lavender haired girl to giggle, getting Sting and Kyuri's attention. The White Dragon Slayer had to chuckle only for a moment and Kyuri too chuckle as well. Over by another table in the guild, Cana was drinking a beer while sitting across from Macao hearing the commotion between Mirajane and Wakaba interrupting her drinking.

"All I ask is to drink in peace and quiet." Cana sighed.

"You drink too much." Macao pointed out assuring to the brunette Wizard.

"He's the same old Wakaba, always trying to hit on a girl." Kyuri said, "He hasn't changed one bit. Laki-san hasn't changed; she still has her odd way of speaking?"

"Yeah, she does." Sting replied, "Still never understood her well growing up." as the two turned to see Lisanna wake up with a yawn, stretching her arms up high before looking directly at them.

"Morning Lisanna-san, slept well?" Kyuri asked.

"I did." She yawned before looking at them still mostly tired. "So what's up?"

"Well Wakaba was trying to hit on your sister, but she freaked him out as per usual." Sting explained. "So, what were you dreaming about?"

"My usual dreams, Sting: Natsu, my mom and dad, how I ended up in Fairy Tail, those kinds of dreams." She replied crossing her arms on the table, letting her eyes look semi open. Sting placed a solemn hand to her shoulder, the platinum haired Takeover Wizard looking into Sting's eyes.

"We'll find him, don't worry." Sting assured her, "We aren't going to give up; besides, we're a team now, you, me, Kyuri, Lector, Happy, and Lucy, we need to be there for each other." He slowly took his hand off her shoulder and to her hair, smiling at the Wizard. "Don't worry, as long as well work together, we can handle anything. We won't rest until my brother Natsu is home once more."

"Sting…" Lisanna said softly, her eyes looking at Sting before raising her head up to look at him more directly. She started to stiffen a cry, tears falling down her eyes before wiping them away. It was true, She had her team and no matter what, they will find Natsu again, she was sure of it. Her eyes took a gander at Lucy, who looked at the Takeover Wizard with smile, she deciding to smile back. Today, the blonde Celestial Spirit Wizard was wearing a red V neck shirt, a white skirt, black boots, and a pink ribbon in her hair, Lucy's eyes connecting with Lisanna's.

"Well, I'm sure you'll see your friend again, you haven't given up yet, so don't worry. I'll put more effort in your cause." She said and smiled even more sweetly at the girl, keeping her eyes still on Lucy.

'Thank you, Lu, Sting…' She nodded, thinking to herself.

"Still..." Lucy added, looking to the job board, "This month's rent is coming up." and started to get up from the picnic bench, still eying her teammates before walking over to the Job board. She pondered while staring at the different requests, her hand to her chin in thought. "Find a magic bracelet… Breaking a spell on a cursed cane… Reading someone's love horoscope… Hunting a volcano demon?! Wizard jobs sure come in lots of forms." She said to herself.

"Let me know if you find one you're interested in." Mirajane said to Lucy as she walked up behind her still carrying her serving tray. Lucy turned towards the elder sister as she added to her, "The master's at a conference right now, you see?"

"A conference, what's that about?" Lucy repeated confused at what she said to her.

"All the guild masters in the region get together every so often and report about things." Mira explained, then placing a finger to her lips. "It's not like the council, but…" but paused, looking towards one of the members, a more rounded looking members with a black Wizard's hat and orange colored hair. "Reedus. Could I borrow a light pen?"

"Oui." Reedus responded towards her, handing Mirajane a pen, a light and dark pen with a glowing green tip. Mirajane started to draw in the air for Lucy to see, explaining to her as she drew.

"The Council is at the very top of the magical world. It consist ten members and has connections with the government. Its purpose is to uphold all the rules in the magical world. Wizards who commit crimes can also be tried here. Just below that are the different guild masters leagues. They pass on the decision the council makes and help all the different guilds communicate. Basically, they hold us all together. It's really a tough job."

"I had no idea that guilds were interconnected like that…" Lucy admitted to herself a little taken aback. 'So the council runs the magical world and keeps it in balance, while the guild masters help keep the balance in order. That explains why Master Makarov was a little miffed by the antics, even though he seems to not like the council as much.'

"Yes, it's important that guilds cooperate. If a guild doesn't focus on cooperation…" Mirajane continued on but was interrupted by Sting, Kyuri, Happy, Lector, and Lisanna coming up towards the two ladies, the white haired little sister holding up a hand of flames with a sinister look on her face.

"…the guys in black will come!" She said dramatically, creeping up on the blonde Celestial Wizard.

Lucy shrieked out loud and hid behind Sting for support, shivering in fright. Lisanna giggled, seeing the look on Lucy's face as very funny.

"You're funny when you are scared, Lucy." Lisanna said still giggling.

"I-I am not. D-don't scare me like that Lisanna!" Lucy replied nervously, frightened at what Lisanna said and did.

"Actually, Lisanna isn't far off on what she said. Mirajane?" Kyuri asked kindly to the older sister. Mirajane nodded and drew something else on the graph she made in the air. Lucy looked away from Lisanna and to the graph, which showed the words 'Dark Guild' on it now behind the Council and legal guilds diagrams.

"The dark guilds… They're guilds that don't belong to any league. They're malicious people and are often involved in crimes." explained Mirajane.

"Really…?" Lucy said interested.

"Speaking of info, have you decided on the next job, Lucy?" Lisanna asked looking at her.

"No, I still haven't, and I'm still surprised of everyone I didn't know." Lucy replied looking from Lisanna to the Diagram again, her eyes fixed on it. "I didn't know about dark guilds before now and sure you scaring me didn't help at all." And she frowned once she crossed her arms, Lisanna only rubbing the back of her head very sheepishly.

"I wouldn't worry about any dark guilds or being in a team with those five. Better pick someone else with better offers." Gray stated, sitting with Cana and as always without his clothes. Lisanna and Sting looked at Gray, feeling offended they weren't 'great offers'. It was true they made their 'names known', but they weren't that bad of options. Kyuri gripped her sword from her grip wanting to give the stripper what for.

"We aren't bad offers you know!" Sting and Lisanna murmured, crossing their arms and turning away from Gray as Happy and Lector nodded in agreement, Kyuri still angry at the Ice Make for his remark at her and her group.

"Gray, your clothes." Cana pointed out, causing the dark haired Wizard to jump with fright of being in his boxers again. Kyuri turned coldly at the Ice Make Wizard's antics, just looking at him stripping and calling her and her friends worst offers as a team with Lucy. She hated how Gray would belittle them.

"You're annoying." She scoffed, getting Gray's attention and he immediately jumped off his seat to get into Kyuri's face, the Ice Sculpt Wizard eyes narrowed in anger. Everyone's eyes were on the Ice pair when they locked horns at each other, glaring at each other. Lisanna and Sting only wishing they could stop them about to bicker, but it was two Ice Wizards who are very hot on the collar.

"Did you just call me annoying, little brat?!" he said, already his eyes staring deeply at Kayuri's.

"Yeah so what if I did, you going to do about, Ice princess!" she retorte, already her own mice flowing from her body as the two were still locking horns. Happy and Lector only looked away for just a moment, even with Kyuri only back for only a few days.

"You copycat!" he shouted back to the girl, his teeth baring like fangs.

"Least I'm not a coward, braver than you'll ever be!" Kyuri shouted back.

"Spineless wimp!" he shouted again and Happy and Lector still paid the two Ice Wizards no mind of their fighting. They just kept smiling and smiling.

"Looks like they're at it again!" Happy said cheerfully.

"We lose Natsu and now Gray has someone else to bug with his attitude." Lecter said shaking his head at the pair. At the same time, Loki had come over to Lucy and Lisanna, the orange haired wizard taking her attention from the two and onto him. She didn't seem to hate Loki as her eyes were off him, just he was a bit of odd like the rest of them.

"Why don't you join the team of love with me later tonight, just the two of us?" he asked, already putting his charm on the Celestial Wizard, putting his arm around her.

"S-Say what?" she asked, feeling a little uncomfortable about the offer out of the blue.

"You're just so stunningly gorgeous," Loki said putting a finger to the bridge of his glasses with a charming smile, "I have to keep my shades on when I look at you. Or I'd be blinded by your azzling good looks."

"That's sweet and all, but I'm already have arrangements with Sting and Lisanna, they probably keep begging me to stay." Lucy replied trying to keep her cool at the embarrassed offer and cheesy pick up line. Lucy took a step back from Loki, wanting to get away before this got awkward when her keys flashed into Loki's eyes. Loki snapped back, seeing the keys on her belt like an unsheathed dagger pointed at his neck.

"You're not a Celestial Wizard are you?" he asked, his voice from smooth and charming to frighten little kitten.

"Huh?" she asked, cocking her head at Loki's behavior, first flirting with her and now scared of her? What was going on?

"Yeah, she has got Cows and crabs and stuff." Happy pointed out eating a finish. Loki was horrified, he face in complete shock as Lucy was revealed to be a Celestial Wizard and he didn't know it.

"Cursed fate, why must you with me so?!" he shouted in a dramatic way, making Lisanna try not to laugh him for that. This was normal for Loki, but seeing it again in always a treat, "I'm sorry, but you and I can't never together my dear!" and Loki ran away, tears in his eyes in a dramatic fashion was out the door. Lucy still looked on with confusion, stll puzzled of what just happened. First flirted to join up with Loki and not Loki just ran away from her in such a dramatic way, it was just bizarre.

"That was definitely a thing, but did I do something wrong? I only just rejected his offer, he didn't have to be so odd about it." She said looking to Mirajane and Lisanna for help.

"Sorry you had to see that Lucy, but Loki's got bad history with celestial Wizards ever since we met him. Rumor has it he dated and it didn't end well for him." Lisanna said, crossing her arms at the blonde haired girl, "You did nothing wrong, just upset him, he'll be back to himself soon."

"Well not surprised, but really, any…" But Lucy was interrupted by Kyuri flying into her as both wizards fell it the wooden floor of the guild, Kyuri's body on Lucy's back.

"That looked painful." Both Struss sisters said seeing the Ice Sculpt Wizard on top of Lucy like it really hurt. Lucy groaned in annoyance to herself that she got wrapped into one of their fights and was the that got hurt.

"Who the both of you stop it before someone gets hurt, mainly me?" she asked irritably at the black haired wizards as Gray flexed his left arm while still in his boxers.

"Kyuri started it, I'm just following through." Gray said to Lucy.

"Where are your clothes?" Cana pointed out again, still drink through her beer mug as Gray realized yet again he was half naked. Kyuri rose up from Lucy's back, staring darkly at Gray for what he just said.

"Well you're the one that was provoking me," She said darkly, keeping one hand to her katana at all times, "You dirty slime ball!"

"Oh yeah, and what exactly did I do to provoke you?" Gray retorted back darkly at her, "You Icy baby!"

"You pervy flasher!" Kyuri shouted already the two are locked horns yet again, Lucy feeling she's seen this already before.

"Punk!" Gray shouted and Lucy shook her head at the pairs.

"Lame insults guys!" she said to them, but of course they didn't pay her any mind.

"They start to run out!" Happy and Lector said in unison, both know how it usually happens with Gray fights with Natsu and now Kyuri. But everyone was laughing, their attention turned to Gray and Kyuri, it like nothing really changed. Even with Natsu gone, the air of Fairy Tail was the same as before. Even Lisanna started to laugh a little, remember how happy things were before Natsu vanished. She put her hand to the scarf, thinking of him right now wherever he was. She still missed him and every fiber of her being will find him. Before Lucy could join in the laughter, the guild door opened wide and Loki had at the front of the door, all the laughing stop when he opened the door in panic.

"We got bad news!" Loki shouted, his voice carrying through the guild hall. All eyes were on the orange haired wizard as the guild went silent. Loki looked he saw a ghost and he face was full of terror in it that no one knew what it was. He catches his breath for just a moment, speaking a few words that would change everything, "it's Erza and Lucas… They're on their way here!"

Like all the lightheartedness of the guild hall turned into bone chill terror as everyone freaked out he moment Erza and Lucas were mention. Panic spread through the members, not at all pleased for the news Loki gave them. Even Gray and Kyuri were panicked, stop their fight (Gray grabbing the girl by her shirt and Kyuri grabbing him by his hair) to look on in horror at the news of Erza and Lucas were coming.

"Wow just mentioning their names and the whole place freaks out." Lucy feeling uneasy about everyone's shift in reaction. Lisanna and Mirajane weren't worried, Mirajane only smiling like it was nothing.

"Well she is the strongest female wizard we got and Lucas has gotten stronger as well." Mirajane said cheerfully, "She can more than a bit intimidating."

"Tell me about it, if it's not master, it's Erza." Lisanna said hands to her head with a smile. From outside, the shadow of a large figure was coming its way to Fairy Tail. From inside, everyone was still in terror of their return, Mirajane picking up those footsteps well.

"That's got to be Erza and Lucas right now/" Mirajane said as all eyes glued to the oped doors now.

"That has to be the sound of their footsteps." whispered Wakaba as Macao was worried, seeing everything changed now that Erza was coming back.

"Even the air's gone completely still." He said as no not a single voice anymore now that Erza and Lucas were only a few steps closer.

"Geez from how everyone reacts to her, she sounds like a demon or something." Lucy said to herself, seeing several guild members in her eyesight. She thought back to how Gray and Kyuri called her, could she be that scary? Lucy felt her own spine tingle now and held her face in horror, "I'm so scared!"

Slowly the shadowy figure entered into the guild, the sunlight hiding their features for just a moment, no one move not a centimeter if only not to anger them. From how it looked, one was tall, another figure trailing beside the other was only a little shorter than them. When the stood more closely, Lucy slightly gasping, seeing the faces of the infamous Erza and Lucas for the first time, Erza putting down a large object. Erza's red hair was down to her back as her brown eyes stared around the guild. She had a tall, slender, voluptuous figure that was covered by a gray Heart Kreuz armor, a blue skirt, and black boots that reach up to under her skirt. Her Fairy Tail stamp is blue and is located on the middle of her left upper arm. Lucas on the other hand was a liter shorter than Erza. His black hair was slightly spiky in the back, his eyes are a light blue with most of his bangs covering his eyebrows. His clothes were quite unique to Lucy, like they were out of an action book. His clothes consisted of black pants with a black belt that had a large silver buckle, a black V-necked shirt that was worn underneath a black trench-coat with gray lining going down the sleeves, and black boots with silver plates to protect his shins. He has a silver plate worn on on the left side of his coat, and a pair of black fingerless gloves. He wore a strap, which went over his right shoulder and under it to wrap around his left side held two blades with him. While Erza had more of serious look on her face, Luke was more calmer, more innocent to it, but had a mature stern look to it.

"We have returned. Where is Master Makarov?" she asked, her tone very much stern sounding the moment she spoke aloud.

"Wow she's pretty and Luke's close to my age." Lucy said with amazement a hand to her mouth in shock.

"Welcome back Erza and Luke, the master is at a conferee right now." Mirajane said facing the two wizards.

"I see," was Erza's reply as one of the members of the guild Max spoke up to her.

"So hey Erza, Luke, what that thing you were brought in with you?"

"It's the horn of a monster that I and Lucas defeated. The locals were so thankful that they decorated for me," Erza said sternly, hand to her hip before she look to Max and the others with a dark piercing stare, "do you have a problem with it?"

"No not at all!" the men squeaked a reply in shock as Luke only sighed when something flew in right behind him and in turn made Lucy shocked. It was another flying cat, like Happy and Lector, but his fur was white with black stripes and a black vest it wore on its body.

"It's good to be back." it said, and Lucy could tell it's male from its voice. It standed by Luke as the boy looked to the cat.

"It's nice to be back for once." spoke up Lucas, his voice rather young for his age.

"That's another cat like Happy and Lector." Lucy said, even surprised it can talk like them.

"I bet they heard what happened on Mt. Hakobe." Cana mumbled to Wakaba while drinking from the barrel. Macao was worried, if news of his little rescue caught wind from them, he was in trouble if Erza knows.

"Really, damn I'm a goner." Macao mumbled, feeling his face sweat in panic.

"She's not what I imagined at all." Lucy said to herself seeing Erza and Luke's face in person.

"Listen up!" Erza announced, causing the guild to snap into focus with a 'Eep!', "Myself and Luke heard that Fairy Tail has been causing trouble as of late. The master may not care, but I do!" before turning her attention towards, who flinched when she spoke to her, "Cana! How dare you drink dress like that?" and looked to Vijeeter who was dancing and spoke to him next, making his freeze in place in fright, "Vijeeter, that dancing outside!" and looked to Wakaba who smoking his pipe, making him freeze when she addressed him next, "Wakaba, get rid of that stupid habit!" and her gaze turned to Nab next, who (as predicted) was standing at the request board, "Nab, I see you're dawdling in front of the request board as usual. Just pick a Job!" and looked deflected by her words.

"Only a few minutes in and already she's tearing into them... Yup, this is how it usually feels." Lisanna said trying to hold back a laugh.

"Macao!" Erza called out, turing her attention finally to the blue haired Wizard who made the most recent trouble a few days ago. Erza didn't respond, but keep her black eyes on the mage. But she sighed deeply. Even Luke didn't know what to say and just sighed, realizing the trouble he put himself and the guild through.

"Please just say something!" Macao asked, fearing the worst from what she'll say to him

"Honestly, you cause so much trouble. But I'll be kind and not say anything today." Erza sighed, hand to her forehead.

"She's really tearing into everyone... she's like a completely different person." Lucy whispered, looking away from the two Wizards standing the guild.

"That's Erza for you!" Happy and Lector chimed in happily.

"Even if she is kind of bossy, she looks like an actual mature person." I wonder why everyone is afraid of her?" Lucy asked, looking back to Erza who's stern face was still firm on her face.

"Are Lisanna, Sting, Gray, and Kyuri here?" she asked, looking for the four Wizards in question.

"Yes!" said Lector and pointed to Sting standing waving at the Wizards in question. Lisanna had already stood with Sting, as for Kyuri and Gray who were… happy, smiling, and quivering at the same time. Lisanna grinned as she came to them and placed an arm around Kyuri and Gray, who had arm around each other doing a handshake. Lisanna just kept her grin going. It was what she expect since Kyuri coming back and now it's going to fun to watch.

"Hi Erza, We're good buddies as usual…" Gray said nervously.

"Aye!" squealed Kyuri in a tone that sounded like a more female Happy.

"Why is Kyuri acting like Happy?!" Lucy exclaimed, seeing the usually chilled girl looked terrified. The two Wizards were sweating bullets as Erza smiled at them.

"I see. It's natural for good friends to fight sometimes, too. That said I like seeing you getting along like that." Erza stated and added to Lisanna and sting's directions. "And Lisanna, do be careful on missions with Natsu's brother."

"Yes ma'am, we'll be careful!" Lisanna said brightly, hands behind her back.

"And sorry about that, we'll try not to cause a ruckus." Sting said scratching his chin sheepishly.

"No, we're not exactly 'good friends'…" Gray stated still nervous.

"Aye!" Kyuri agreed nervously.

Lucy was shocked by Kyuri's change of character. It was a little funny once you see it at first glance. "I never saw Kyuri act like this before."

"A long time ago, Kyuri caused Erza to drop something that belonged to her and Erza took it out on her." Mirajane explained.

"Kyuri did?!" Lucy repeated. It wasn't like Kyuri to do that, even if she was younger, hard to see Erza attacking someone.

"She found Gray walking around naked and beat him up." Macao grinned remembering the tale vert visually of that. That was more likely, of what she seen of Gray and him stripping most of the time.

"She beat Loki up too for trying to hit on her. She would have killed him by accident if we weren't there." Cana interjected, "You reap what you sow."

"Wow hate to be anyone trying to hit on her." Lucy said, feeling a little bad for Loki. Playboy as Lisanna describes, but who would want to go out like that?

"Sting, Kyuri, Lisanna, Gray, I have a favor to ask." Ezra spoke to the four of them.

"Huh?" the four in question spoke in unison. The guild was silent again. What was Erza asking of them?

"I heard about something bad while on my last job. Normally, I would consult the master something like this first, but I believe this is a matter of the utmost urgency," Sting, Kyuri, Lisanna, and Gray let each other go as they listen in. "I want your help. Will you come with me?" she asked.

The four Wizards who were requested look to one another. Was Erza serious about this? Many of the guild murmured things like 'What in the world?', or 'Erza's acting for help?' and 'That's a first!'

"We leave tomorrow. Make sure you are ready." Erza continued to them.

"I'll be coming as well, both of us know," Luke said, his cat hopping into his arms, Kyuri, Sting, Gray, and Lisanna look to one another shocked.

"Me, Lisanna, Kyuri, and Sting…" Gray questioned.

"…on a team?" Kyuri questioned too. She was already made a team with Lucy, Lector, and Happy, now a team with Erza alongside them?

"Erza, Luke, Gray, Kyuri, Sting,, my own sister… I never even imagine it before." Mirajane said slightly hand to her mouth, getting Lucy's attention. "But this could very well be the most powerful team in Fairy Tail…"

Lucy looked at Mirajane, wondering what she meant by that, is them together really a strong team? Her time knowing Sting and Lisanna, they were strong, same with Kyuri. Gray seem strong too and he did fight those unknown wizards the other day. What about Erza and Luke, how strong are they? It was a lot to take into after it was time to return home. Lisanna decided to follow her home before heading back to her place. Happy would be waiting for her, so she didn't mind walking alone with the Celestial Spirit Wizard. Alone, it was a first the wre alone since the met back in Hargeon. It felt not so long the two were ever alone, spending most of that time with the others. When it dawned on Lisanna, a faint blush crossed her face as they continued walking.

"Wow, talking about getting a big request from Erza," Lucy admitted, smiling fondly at Lisanna, "Sounds important to not pass up."

"I know. So, what you thought of Erza now?" Lisanna asked, hands behind her back.

"She's interesting to say the least. I can see why most listen to her." she replied, still wondering how much the guild is afraid of her.

"Erza is a close friend of mine and Mira, so we know she's a good person. Don't worry, Kuri and Gray just being themselves." Lisanna assured her, Lucy smiling to the Takeover Wizard.

"I'll take your work on that, I guess." she replied, the pair finally making it to her apartment. Lucy looked back to the her, "Well I'll see you tomorrow.'

"Yeah, see you tomorrow." Lisanna replied, hands behind her as Lucy was at her door. Take her house keys out, she finally spot up a few feet from the Celestial Spirit Wizard, "WAit, Lucy?"

Lucy turned to her, their faces meeting. "Yes?" cocking her head at what Lisanna wanted.

"Umm, after the mission, would you like... I mean, Like to get some coffee, just you and me?" she asked, her voice cracked and nervous. Lucy, unsure why she as nervous, smiled at her leader.

"Sure, that's a promise… Night Lisanna." and with a small smile, Lucy turn away and vanished behind her apartment door, Lisanna left looking onward at her house. She sighed, turned around and walked to the riverbank to stare at her reflection. Natsu's scarf still around her neck as she sighed to herself, Natsu's face seen before Lucy's smiling face.

"Idiot, why didn't you tell her?' she scolded herself, closing her eyes and looked at the setting sun, "Natsu, what should I do?"

"What do you want to do?" Natsu's voice echoed through her eyes as she saw Natsu before her eyes.

"Well, I, uh, well…" Lisanna said, trying to find her worlds, holding a blanket in her hands that was moving slightly in her arms, "It got swept up in the river, I couldn't leave it there, Natsu."

"Can I see it?" he asked, looking at the bundle. Lisanna nodded, taking the blanket and unwrapped it slightly, showing a small animal in it. It was forest rabbit, it's fur a caramel brown and shivering.

"How did A rabbit get in the river?" a voice asked beside the, Happy was floating beside the, eyeing the small creature in Lisanna's arms.

"I don't know I want to, to…" Lisanna pant through each br, her legs giving way. Both Natsu and Happy gasped as she was about to fall.

"Lisanna!" the pair gasped, Natsu catching her in his arms before she she collapsed to the ground. Natsu looked at her face, her face flushed and breathing badly. Natsu put a hand to her fore, seeing she was burning up.

"Crap you have a fever. Don't tell me you jump into the river without even using a takeover?" he asked. Lisanna didn't respond, her breathing heavy, "Happy, I'm going to look for a blanket, can you watch her?"

"Aye sir!" Happy saulited, Natsu walking over to the other side of his house, Happy landing down to confront Lisanna, breathing was heavy as her eyes were blurry when she looked at Natsu looking for a blanket.

"Natsu.." she breathing weakly her eyes closing.

"You've always looked out for me. What can I do, Natsu?" she asked, the scarf blowing lightly in the wind.

The next day, Lisanna, Sting, Happy, Lector, Kyuri, Gray and Lucy were up and waiting at the at the Magnolia Station, waiting for Luke, Byakko, and Erza. Of course everyone was eager for this request Erza ad for the others, except how to individuals were feeling wasn't looking so great. Over by one of the benches, Lucy and Happy, who had tagged along were watching this happen too. Lucy was wearing an orange top and a dark blue skirt with a red ribbon in her hair. In her arms were her spirit Plue and her whip on her lap. Sting sat with Lucy, the cats sat on Lucy and Sting's lap, Lisanna between them, and Gray and Kyuri, the two Ice Wizards were as pleased by the arrangement, in fact they weren't all the most pleased by it.

"Ahh, I can't believe I have to work with you of all people, Sting, Lisanna, and I can do this without you!" Kyuri screamed, her teeth bared and eyes glared. The Ice Sculpt Wizard had her backpack with her and wasn't keen to be here with Gray on Erza's request.

"That's my line, Kuruwa. If Erza needs help, I'm more than enough by myself." Gray retorted, the Ice Wizard wearing a white jacket over a blue shirt and black pants. He was glaring down at the Ice Sculptor, both having a blue magical aura both of them had around them. The two Wizards were arguing as usual, but were making a scene. Lisanna was pushing them back with all she could muster without using her magic but they continued to lock horns at one another.

"Then go by yourself! I don't wanna go!" Kyuri snapped, still glaring at him, "Why don't you wait for you mommy and let Sting and Lisanna handle it!"

"Ur is not my mother! And don't come, then! Let Erza beat you senseless later!" he yelled, as everyone continued to watch them.

"Honestly you two, don't embarrass us." Sting groaned, before looking to Lucy, "Hey Lucy. did Mirajane say anything to you before you walked with Lisanna?"

"Just to keep those two out of trouble of course. But how would I deal with them, Lisanna is struggling already. But I am a little nervous." she replied, patting Plue's head with Happy eating fish happily. Sting patted her head. assuring her no need to worry.

"Don't worry Lucy, no matter what, we got your back." he said, smiling cheekily at his friend. Lucy smiled back, before a voice caught the two friends off guard as well Happy and Lector

"I'm sorry. Did we keep you waiting?" asked the young woman's voice from behind them.

Kyuri and Gray stop glaring at one and were shock to hear the source of the voice. Lisanna sighed in relief to hear who it was. Lucy turned to greet the voice.

"Oh! Erza! Lucas!" Lucy greeted but saw the scarlet haired young woman wasn't alone, but was dragging along with her a large carriage of luggage. Luke was accompanying her, a bag on his back and his cat Byakko in his arms. What shocked Lucy more was all the stuff she had with her, or that she was able to drag all of it with no issue.

"That's a lot to take for one mission." Lucy said startled. On cue, Kyuri and Gray had their arms around one another and were doing what look like a happy dance. Their faces were also in an odd expression too.

"Time to hit to the road, good buddy!" Gray chimed in.

"Aye!" Kyuri chimed in too.

"They're doing it again!" Lucy pointed out. Sting sigh, letting Happy and Lector climb on his shoulders as the got up from the bench.

"Yes, it's important to be at good terms." Erza added calmly. She looked to Lucy, now noticing she was with the others now holding back Plue. "Who are you? Didn't I see at Fairy Tail yesterday?"

"I-I'm Lucy. I just joined a few days ago." Lucy introduced nervously. While they were talking, Kuri and Gray were back to glaring at one another. "I was partnered with Lisanna, Sting, and Kyuri so Mira asked me to come with you too. It's nice to meet you!"

"I'm Erza, It's a pleasure." Erza greeted. "Ah, so you're Lucy." She glance at Kyuri and Gray who automatically went into Happy mode before turning back to Lucy, who returned to glaring mode she wasn't looking, "The one who defeated a mercenary gorilla with just your little finger?"

Lucy was shocked by this. Who told her that? Sting, Kyuri, and Lisanna defeated the gorilla maid Virgo and the two members of Southern Wolves. She defeated Duke Everlue. Luke sighed, tapping Erza on the shoulder.

"Erza, I think it was a gorilla like maid and a mercenary guild. I'm sorry, we heard a lot of stories coming back, so they got a bit jumbled up." He explained, bowing his head, "Oh, my name Lucas Kurenai, but call me Luke. It's nice to meet you Lucy-san." he greeted, looking up and shaking her hands, "And this is my partner Byakko."

"Nice to meet you, Lucy." the striped cat greeted, his tone more calm than Happy or Lector. Lucy had a good look of Luke, both of them were close in height and he had those blades on his back.

"It'll be wonderful to have you on board. Thanks for your help." She glances back at Kyuri and Gray who were back into happy mood. Lisanna was just giggling at them, Luke and Byakko smiling cheerfully, Sting holding back laughter with Lector, and Happy nodding in agreement.

"My pleasure I guess." Lucy responded calmly. When did she get this reputation she did all that? Erza smiled at the Celestial Wizard, glad for all the help they can get.

"Erza I'll come along, but on one condition." Lisanna spoke up standing in front of her.

"Hey." Gray stated, shocked that Lisanna would ask about this now of all times.

"What is it? Tell me." Erza asked, looking to Lisanna with curiosity.

Lisanna smiled, holding up her left up with pride and a confident smile prest on her face. "Let's have a little sparring match when we get back."

Happy, Kyuri, and Lucy were shocked at this? Was Lisanna serious about this? Sting then came up and place an arm around Lisanna. He smiled, his eyes shining with determination.

"It wouldn't be fun if Lisanna gets all the glory. So how Luke and I join in the fun, I'm up to see how strong Lucas has gotten since we were kids." Lisanna said confident too.

Now Sting wants to fight Erza and Luke? Are they both out of their minds? Sure those two were close but never in a lifetime would the young Strauss would stoop to Natsu's level of picking fights. If Natsu was here, he be jumping on the chance to fight her. Of course it was natural for Sting,he likes a battle, so it was the norm.

"Hey! Don't get hasty! You wanna die?!" Gray hissed at her, "And Sting, have some respect for yourself."

"Things are different last time." Sting added with more confidence. "I'm going to prove myself

"And I really like to show you how much I really improved in two years." Hand balled into a fist, Lisanna look even more confident than before, "Even if it means beating you." she added.

Erza lightly chuckled at the two eager mages. "It's true you two have improved. I feel somewhat at a disadvantage, but all right." A smile appeared on Erza's face, her bangs covering her left eye from view. "I accept."

"Same, it'll be fun, Lisanna-san, Sting-san." Luke said smiling to the pair.

"Awesome! Now," Lisanna thrust her fist into the air, her confidence as a leader showing, everyone looking at her energy at full blast, "Let's go everyone!"

After that was all said and done, the group of Sting, Kyuri, Lucy, Happy, Erza, Luke, Lector, Byakko, Gray, and Lisanna were now on the train to their destination. Lisanna determination to beat Erza had changed to her comforting Sting feeling sick on a train again. Sting sat from Lisanna and Gray, Happy sitting on the white haired mage's lap. Erza and Lucy were stilling across from the others. Kyuri and Luke sat in a row behind them, Luke not showing motion sickness like Sting, and laying his arms on the back of the seat.

"Jeez, you're pathetic." Gray scoffed at the White Dragon Slayer, "You're definitely Natsu's brother after all."

"It's gotta be tough doing this every time." Lucy understood, looking at the fellow blonde.

"Oh all right. Come sit next to me." Erza offered kindly.

"Okay…" mumbled Sting in response, only for Lucy to realize what she meant.

'Is she telling me to move?' Lucy thought, feeling offended.

Lucy switch seats with Sting and sat next to Lisanna, Gray, and Kyuri. Erza placed a hand on his shoulders to comfort him.

"Just relax..." She said simply to the White Dragon Slayer.

"Yes ma'am…" squeaked Sting again.

The armored mage then punch Natsu in the gut to knock him out as he led there on Erza's lap, causing the mages to flinch in shock. Lisanna, Lucy, Kyuri, Luke, and Gray pretended not to watch as Sting was out cold.

"There. That should be batter." Erza said to the group.

Lucy had a blank stare on her face from what she just witnessed. 'Th-This woman might be a little weird after all…'

"Erza, Luke, isn't time you fill us in?" asked Gray, his arm on the window and hand to his chin.

"I like to know too, what exactly are we doing?" asked Lisanna.

"What's going on that you need us for?" Kyuri asked, hang off the seal like Lue was doing.

"Right." Erza nodded. "We're up against the Eisenwald dark guild. They plan to use a magic called Lullaby for something big."

"Lullaby?!" Gray, Lucy, Lisanna, Lector, Kyuri, and Happy repeated.

"That thing from before?!" Lucy reminded them.

Erza had a stern look on her face. They heard that name too? Luke as well, they didn't expect news to travel to them so easily.

Elsewhere in a unknown area seep in the woods, Inside a creepy building in an unknown forest was the dark guild Eisenwald. Inside, members of the dark guild were speaking to one another as they were leaving the guild house. Several bodies hun in the ceiling, the the light blinding the faces of the departing and the members Lisanna's guild was attacked by.

"I hear Kageyama sent us a word." spoke a member.

"Says he's found the item." spoke another.

"At last, our big chance has come." spoke another member wielding a scythe. He look back to the other members, "This is our only chance to achieve our goal; the guild master geezers are in the middle of a conference.

Back on the train, Lisanna, Lucy, Kyuri, Gray, and Happy explained to Erza that they were attacked by members or so they think of Eisenwald. Erza was astonished that they beat those members, even though they didn't know what guild they were in when they fought them. Luke and Byakko were taken back the tried to eat Happy and Lector, the two cats both going pale at the thought.

"I see, so you encountered Eisenwald as well." Erza said to the group.

"Probably. They did mention something about Lullaby." Gray replied.

"But there was something odd with them. They seem to be really hungry and tried to eat Happy." Lisanna explained.

"It sounds like they were guild dropouts." Erza confirmed. "The plan must've been too much for them so they ran off."

"But to go after them, it must been serious." Luke interjected, crossing his arms.

"Dark guild members going after their own isn't too common, you can't desert a dark guild without them coming after you. Especially if you have information." Byakko added, crossing his paws.

"And that plan has something to do with Lullaby?" Gray asked wondering what it was exactly.

"It's only a guess." Erza continued, "But the shadow that dragged them off was probably Eisenwald's main squad. They must not want the plan to get out."

"What kind of plan are we talking about?" Lucy asked, curious as this was wh the other members were taken away and silenced.

"Allow me to explain in order." Erza informed calmly. "It happened the other day on our way home after that job. We stopped by a pub in Onibas where Wizards gather…"

"When we were there, we caught the conversation of a few of them, what they said, got our attention.." Luke continued, tapping his hand on the seat.

Erza, Luke, and Byakko sat in the pub as a voice called out for someone, "C'mon, Where's my booze?!"

"Hey, calm down." Another responded.

"How am I supposed to calm down?!" the first voice snapped.

Erza turned her gaze to a couple of mages sitting together at a table, Luke and Byakko stop eating to listen in as well. The first Wizard was a tall man with a square-shaped face and dark hair, which is arranged on the front in a flat tuft going upwards. On his face are six distinctive whisker-like things, with each cheek bearing three of them. He wore a simple attire consisting of a zipped, brownish jacket with a large collar over a dark shirt, dark pants and simple shoes.

The second Wizard was a tanned man with a pointed nose and a sharp chin. He has dark lines circling his eyes. He wears a distinctive jacket, light in the low part and dark in the upper one and on the sleeves, which comes equipped with a tight hood covered in black and light stripes, which he was wearing.

The third Wizard a short, hunched and fat man with strange features: he doesn't seem to have a visible nose, and possesses very large lips, with his face on the whole resembling that of a fish. His hair is green and points upwards in many rounded, curved spikes. His attire consists of a crimson jacket with lighter edges and a high collar, held closed right under it but otherwise being left open, over a light shirt, which, being quite short, reveals much of his stomach, and loose, military-spotted pants (portrayed as plain blackish in the anime), held up by a simple belt and tucked inside boots. He also has a massive necklace around his neck, consisting of several, very large metal discs connected by a rope.

The fourth and last Wizard sitting from them was a young man of average height and weight with black eyes and black hair which he ties in a short, spiky ponytail. He wore a white shirt with a high collar and an intricate symbol on its back over a plain, dark red undershirt. He also wears a pair of aquamarine pants, black shoes and small black earrings in each ear.

"We manage to find where Lullaby is located!" one of the four exclaimed.

"Not so loud." hushed another Wizard.

"Don't sweat it." responded one of them calmly, the one with knot in his hair. "I'll take care of it now. You guys head back to the guild." and the knot haired mage rose from his seat.

"Kage?" asked one the three.

"Will you be okay by yourself?" asked another.

"Tell Erigor that I will be back within three days with Lullaby." informed Kage, a sinister smile on his face.

After hearing Erza's side of the story, everyone process what they learned.

"Lullaby… Like a nursery rhyme, right?" Lucy asked.

"Yes. The fact it's sealed away likely means it's very powerful magic." Erza nodded.

"And from how they knew about it, were they members of Eisenwald, right?" Lisanna asked.

"Yes." Erza confirmed. "Like a fool, though. I didn't recognize the name 'Erigor' at the time. He's the ace of the Eisenwald dark guild. He only accepts assassination related jobs or which he earned the nickname 'Erigor the Reaper'.

"Assassination?" Lucy gasped.

"The council outlaws assassination requests." Erza continued again. "But Eisenwald decided that money is more important. As a result, it was kick out of the mage guild league six years ago. However, they disobeyed orders and remained active to this day. "

After Erza's tale, Lucy was stunned silence, feeling a lot to take in. "I think maybe I'll go home." Lucy admitted.

"Don't be so scared, Lucy." Lisanna replied to her.

"You heard it right?!" She snapped at Lisanna.

"Yeah I'm terrified too, but you gotta be brave. You can't chicken out because of what Erza said." Lisanna reassured her.

Lucy sighed, but had a feeling arguing with anyone about this would get her nowhere.

Erza slammed her armored fist onto Sting's head, causing the white haired Dragon Slayer to yelp.

"I was careless." Erza fumed, trembling in anger, "Only if I recognized Erigor's name then, I could've pulverized them and had them confess their scheme!"

"Scary!" squeaked Lucy.

"There was nothing we could do Erza, especially if innocent people in the pub got hurt in the crossfire, we couldn't intervene if we tried." Luke assured her, Byakko nodding in agreement

"I see. So Eisenwald is planning to do something with this Lullaby, and you want to stop them because it'd obviously something bad?" asked Gray.

"Yes." Erza nodded, "I don't believe I can take on an entire guild by myself. That's why I asked for your help. We are going to storm the Eisenwald guild!"

Lucy was even more scared, Plue too was blue in the face and flatten as Lisanna jab her in the sides with her elbow to loosen up. Kyuri nodded confidently and so did Lector, Luke, and Byakko. If Sting was moving, he nod as well. Everyone was ready to stop Eisenwald and what their scheme was. If Natsu was here, the'be fired up as him right now.

"Sounds interesting." Gray smiled.

"Aye!" Happy agreed.

"We won't let you down, right Lucy?" Lisanna asked a dark glare roughing out her kind face.

"Aye!" Lucy squeaked in fright.

"We won't disappoint you!" Kyuri chimed in.

"We'll do our best!" Lecter exclaimed happily.

As the train stop at another train station and departed once more, Lucy decided to break the ice and ask about Erza and Luke. She didn't know them much and nothing about her magic either, or Luke's as well. In the meantime, Plue was eating a carrot and Happy a fish. The others were eating sandwiches while Erza ate a slice of strawberry cake.

"If it's not rude to ask, what kind of magic so you use, Erza, Luke?" Lucy asked calmly.

"It's not rude at all." Erza responded.

"Find by me." Luke replied.

"Erza's magic is pretty! It makes her enemies bleed a lot!" Happy explained.

Lucy was gloom all over. 'You call that pretty?' she thought.

"Personally, I think Gray's magic is prettier." Erza pointed out, taking a bite of her cake.

"Really?" Gray responded putting his left fist and right palm together as a light blue magic appeared for a quick second. Mist formed from his hands as he opened his fist for reveal a little ice figure of the Fairy Tail mark, it lightly floated from Gray's opened palm as Lucy was astonished.

"Wow!" gasped Lucy.

"I can use Ice Magic." Gray confirmed to Lucy.

"Oh, is it that why you and Kyuri don't get along? Because both of you are Ice Wizards?" asked Lucy.

"Oh. I never thought of that." Erza admitted.

"Does it matter?" asked Gray.

"So what's your magic Luke?" Lucy asked.

"Same as Sting and Natsu-san's, Dragon Slayer like them." he explained and Lucy gasped in shock.

"No way, I thought Sting and his brother were the only ones." she added.

"That I know of just me Natsu, and Sting. But my Dragon Slayer magic isn't what I only use." Luke pointed to the two blades on the other train seats, the black and white blades that caught Lucy's eyes, "I've had these all my life. My goal is to find all the rare swords I can find. It sounds like a like a tough ambition." and smiled to Lucy, "but it gives me a reason to see more of Fiore."

"Wow, I hope you complete your goal." Lucy replied as the group continued their train ride in peace.

Finally, the group made to their destination, Onibus station and disembarks from the train. As the train was getting ready to leave and their luggage in their possession, Gray asked while they were walking.

"Are the Eisenwald guys still in town?"

"I don't know." Erza replied concerned, "That's what we're about to find out."

"It's going to be a wild goose chase…" Lucy admitted sighing.

"Huh Where's Sting?" asked Lector, not seeing his partner with him.

Lisanna looked to Erza. "Wasn't he with you, Erza?"

"No, I thought he was with Gray and Lucy." Erza admitted.

"Don't tell me he's..." Lucy screamed, looking back at the train leaving the station. Lisanna and Happy watch the train go and leave the station, With Lector panicking and Kyuri and Luke' mouths agape. And Sting was sound asleep and motion sick, unaware of what was going on. Happy waved goodbye to the train while Lucy's mouth was wide open. Gray was speechless too and so was Lisanna who like Gray was speechless.

"I was so absorbed in a conversation that I forgot." She fumed, hand balled into a fist. "I can't believe myself. He's terrible at riding vehicles, too. This is my fault. Could you please hit me?!"

"Now, now." Lucy responded hands up, shocked that the scarlet haired woman would ask one of them to hit her.

"Yes just go get Sting, and then we'll deal with those Eisenwald folks." Lisanna told them.

"Right." Everyone agreed.

"Hopefully a silver lining comes to make this day better." Kyuri hoped, crossing her arms

"Is something the matter?" a voice asked behind them. Lucy and everyone turned around to see someone standing before them. She was close to Lucy's height, having long blue hair tied with a black headband. She was wearing a black mask over her eyes, wearing a yellow tube top with a black vest over it, dark blue shorts and black leggings. Her foot wear was brown short heeled shoes. Lucy cocked her head at the mystery girl wearing a black mask, but Lisanna's eyes lit up with excitement seeing her.

"Cyan!" she exclaimed, and the girl named Cyan pulled up her mask, revealing red eyes. She smiled, Lucy seeing a kindness in those eyes.

Back in the train, Sting was sound asleep in empty train car, still looking sick in the face as someone walked inside the empty car. The unknown wizard spots the mark on Sting's exposed shoulder, identifying it as Fairy Tail.

"What's this? Fairy Tail? You're a wizard in a legitimate guild?" he asked. "I'm jealous!"

"Huh?!" Sting responded uneasy. Sting look up at the unknown man but found a black shoe in his face. With his arms still folded, he heard the man speak again.

"Don't act so big 'cause you're in an official guild, Mr. Fairy." He jeered the blonde, "Do you know what we call you guys? We call you flies."

'Oh how original…' Sting thought angrily, 'We're flies because fairies have wings, real original… Who helped your jokes, the same one who helped with your hair?'

Sting unfolded his arms as both fists were surrounded by red-orange flames, causing the unknown wizard to jump back as ASting rose from his seat.

"Whoops!" the unknown man responded calmly.

"You!" Sting growled. Sting's white light went out, his motion sickness returning.

"Huh? You call that magic?" he asked. "Real magic…" a dark purple magic circle appeared from under his feet. Shadows appeared from the circle and struck at Sting as he fell to the wooden floor of the train car. "…is used like this." He finished, his shadows disappearing after their use.

Sting grunted in pain and look to see the shadows disappear. "That magic…!" If he wasn't on this train, he show this man a thing or two.

The unknown wizard slightly laughed as the train the two were fighting was screeching to a halt. Sting was kick back by the unknown wizard as an odd instrument fell to the ground. It looks to be a wooden flute with a skull on it. The skull had three eyes than the usual two.

Back at the train Station, Erza had pulled the emergency break to the train Sting was stuck on. The conductor was nervously looking at her and Luke as her fellow comrades were standing in the back. Lucy had an aura of gloom over herself while Lisanna, Kyuri, Lector, Cyan, and Gray were calm about this. Cyan was brought up to speed of their mission and how Sting was stuck on the train because of his motion sickness and being knocked out by Erza

"Please don't do that!" the conductor exclaimed. "Don't pull the emergency lever without permission!"

"It's for our comrade. Please understand." Erza replied calmly.

"Sorry sir, one of our friends was stuck on the train," Luke explained calmly bowing his head, "Please forgive us, we just need to retrieve him, that's all."

"You're absurd!" the conductor exclaimed again. Lucy had an odd expression on her face, as it that much to get Sting back, they could try to fully explain the situation

"Please take our luggage to the hotel." Erza asked.

"Why me?!" the conductor exclaimed.

"I guess everyone in Fairy Tail is like this after all…" she admitted.

"Not me..." Gray admitted coolly, not wearing his shirt.

Lucy, Cyan, Kyuri and Lisanna stared at the half naked wizard who stripped once again.

"Where are your clothes?!" they screamed at the Ice Make Wizard.

Back on the train, Sting felt his motion sickness leaving, meaning the train mush have stopped,"It stopped." he confirmed. He got to his knees and spots the odd flute on the ground. "Huh? What's that?"

The unknown wizard noticed that Sting saw the flute too. "You see it!"

"Shut up! It's payback time!" Sting told the dark haired mage. Slamming his fists together an white magic appeared too as he came leaping towards the unknown mage, his left fist covered in white light.

"Guard shadow!" the unknown wizard then commanded, and several shadows formed in front of him to guard from White Dragon Holy Punch. The fist connected with the shadows as an explosion occurred in the train car. When the smoke cleared, the unknown mage was in the wreckage of the train car. Many of the seats were destroyed and the floor broken up. Above where Sting stood was an opening of the roof.

"Damn you!" Sting growled, walking his way to the unknown mage, fist up. "Fly punch!"

"Our emergency stop was due to a false alarm." A woman's voice announced, getting Sting's attention. "We will depart again shortly."

Sting was panic stricken once more, knowing full well the train moving again means he's sick again. Behind him, several passengers from the other car look to see what cause the explosion to see two young men who look to have been in a fight, with the blonde haired young man the winner.

"Crap! I'm outta here!" he said panicking and hurried to grab his bag.

"Wait you!" the unknown wizard called. "You'll pay for messing with the Eisenwald guild!"

"You're with Eisenwald huh?! I'll teach you not to mock Fairy Tail! Let's take this outside!" Sting demanded, turning back to him and held his bag in his other hand. Sting then heard a slight shake from outside as a green magic-mobile, a type of vehicle that runs on the user's magical energy, was coming to the train with impressive speed. Erza was driving it, Happy, Lector, Kyuri, and Lucy were riding inside, Gray was hanging on for dear life on the roof and Lisanna flew near it in her full bird take over. Luke was carried by Byakko, and Cyan (a face he didn't expect to see), was flying with bat wings.

"Sting!" Lucy, Kyuri, Cyan, and Lisanna called as the blonde haired Dragon Slayer was flying out the train and crash into Gray with a loud bonk. The two boys fell from the vehicle and onto the ground. Erza made a quick turn and stop to see if her two comrades were alright.

"Sting! Are you alright?! Erza called.

"Did anyone get the number to that magic mobile…?" he responded back weakly as Gray was still shock in the face. Lisanna shifted back to her human state help the two boys back on the feet as Lucy, the girls, Luke, Lector, Byakko, and Happy join them outside.

"You okay Sting?" Gray asked, dusting himself off.

"I'm fine, but why did you guys leave me on the train like that?" Sting asked, scowling at the group and seeing Cyan was with them.

"My apologies. But you don't appear to be hurt. I'm glad." Erza responded kindly taking Sting into a one arm hug to her chest but banged his head into her armor's chest plate.

"That's hard!" Sting replied weakly while Lucy's mouth was open wide. Sting lurched back from Erza and faced the others, "But I'm not alright. Some weirdo attacked me on the train!"

"Weirdo?" Lucy and Lisanna repeated.

"On the train?" Kyuri and Luke added in unison

"Attacked you, Sting?" Cyan added as well.

"The one who dragged away the guys, who tried to eat Happy and Lector, said he was with Eisenwald…" Sting stated but found a hard slap to the face by Erza.

"You fool!" she exclaimed, causing Gray, Lisanna, and Lucy to all be shocked. "We're trying to go after Eisenwald! Why did you let him go?!" she added, hands on hips.

"This is the first I've heard of this…" Sting groaned, hand to his swollen cheek.

"I explained it earlier! Listen when people talk!" Erza shouted back.

"That was because she knock Sting out. Of course he wouldn't know." Lucy whispered into Luke's and Lisanna's ear.

"Sometimes Erza can be so unbelievable in various ways…" Lisanna nodded in agreement with Cyan agreeing as well.

"Agreed…" Gray and Kyuri chimed in.

"That's Erza for you!" Happy, Lector, and Byakko chimed in as well.

"You knocked me out remember, don't treat me as I'm naive as Natsu!" Sting screamed and everyone went silent. Lucy saw everyone look at each other, not sure what to say when Erza took the hint and bowed her head, Lucy stunned how she took it. Then it hit her, It's probably how she treated both of the boys, forgetting Natsu wasn't here to make trouble.

"Forgive me, I shouldn't have knocked you out like that." she said apologetically.

"No Erza, I'm sorry for saying that. We all miss him, I did mean to say it like that." he replied.

Erza gave a light smile and returned to the Magic-mobile and place cuffs to her arms that connected to the vehicle. "He's on the train, you say? We're going after it." Erza ordered the group.

"What was he like?" Gray asked Sting once it was a chance both of them claimed down.

"He wasn't very distinctive, actually." Sting told him but remembered something else he saw. "Oh, he did have some kind of skull flute. The skull had three eyes."

"A three eyed skull?" repeated Lucy.

"What kind of flute was it?" asked Lisanna

"It looks really wooden from my little glimpse of it." Sting explained.

"That's creepy." interjected Gray.

"That's a strange flute, who would carry such a thing ona train?" Kyuri asked.

"Beats me, but something about it sounds strange." Luke pondered crossing his arms

Happy and Lector noticed Lucy was silent after Sting said it was a flute with three eyes on it. Did she know something?

"What's the matter Lucy?" Lector asked.

"I know about the flute…" she admitte,. "Lullaby… A curse song…. It's death magic!"

"What?" asked Erza who had brought the vehicle closer to Sting, Kuri Gray, Luke, Byakko, Cyan, Lisanna, Lucy, Lector, and Happy.

"A cursed song? Like an incantation?" asked Gray.

"I only read about them in books, but there is some deadly, forbidden spells out there, right?" asked Lucy.

"Yes. Cursed black magic that kills who ever it's used on." Erza admitted.

"Well, Lullaby is even worse than that!" Lucy corrected the armored wizard.

"You think that flute is Lullaby?" Kyuri asked, crossing her arms.

"It's probably why that wizard reacted to Sting-san seeing it." Cyan pointed out.

"He probably had orders for no one to see it. That's what I think." Luke interjected.

"If it's death magic, it means that they're planning something if they're having this gu deliver it to their destination. The question is where?" Cyan asked.

Several witnesses watched in horror as a conductor was killed right in front of them. A man was an extremely tall, lean-built and yet mildly muscular man with silver hair, which is held pointing upwards in spiky strands on top of his head, but hangs down to the left of his face in a distinctive tuft, sometimes partially covering it, and reaching down to his shoulders. His eyes are dark and he has an elongated face with sharp features and somewhat pointed ears, but seems to lack eyebrows. His eyes are circled by dark lines and each of them has a simple tattoo right below it, consisting of a pointed line going down vertically, crossed with two more, larger horizontal lines. The upper part of his body is similarly tattooed, but with much larger, intricated and blue-colored motifs, which take on spiraling forms, and adorn his shoulders, biceps, pectorals and back He was wielding a scythe and announced to the people, his men right behind him. The unknown Wizard stood in a little train station called Kunugi Station.

"This train belongs to Eisenwald now. Dump everything. Including the luggage and conductor." ordered the white haired man, "Defy us and you die."

The passengers did as they were told, removing everything from the train. The unknown man that Sting fought hop from the train and greeted the white haired man.

"Erigor."

"Kageyama." he responded calmly turning around. "I heard you were returning aboard this train. This wreckage, though… Did something happen?" he asked.

"I can explain later. First have a look at this." Kageyama chuckled, "I manage to break the seal." He held the Lullaby flute in his hand, proud of his handy work.

"Oh!" the yellow and black hood wearing mage responded amazed.

"So this is it?" asked the green haired mage. "This is the forbidden Lullaby?"

Erigor held the flute in his other hand, the scythe in his left hand. "This flute was originally nothing but a simple death cursing tool. But the great mage Zeref developed it further into a demon flute. It's terrifying mass death cursing kills all who hear the sound of the flute. Lullaby!"

Erigor had claimed Lullaby. Now that step one was complete, it was time to put step two into play.

Back with Lisanna and her group, Erza drove the magic-Mobile through the rocky terrain, Gray on the roof, Lucy, Sting Lector, and Happy riding inside and Lisanna flying beside it. Cyan held Kyuri in her arms and Luke flying thanks to Byakko.

"Slow down Erza!" screamed Gray through the rushing wind. "Powering this thing takes a lot of magic energy! Even for you, Erza!"

Inside the mobile, Sting was motion sick and sat with Happy, Lector, and Lucy. The group could tell Erza won't give up and stop Eisenwald at all cost. Everyone was on pins and needles to stop them, seeing others outside the magic-mobile and flying to keep up.

"There's no time for complacency!" Erza called back to Gray. "There's no telling what Erigor right do if he gets his hands on the death curse magic!" as she drove even faster, Erza thought, 'Curse them… What is their aim?!"

Erigor held the death flute in his right hand proudly, "Let's begin! Let's the operation commence!" he announced to his guild.

To be continued…

Michael: And after a long time, apologizes for that, chapter five. Despite the additional OCs, not much changed this chapter, outside of a few additional conversations that extend the scenes a little. Lucy and Lisanna walking home had a few different ideas I wanted to spitball to grow their relationship, but decided not to and just do more natural ways to make them grow. There was a dream with Lisanna and Lucy and turns into Lisanna looking for Natsu at the darkness of the train station, but omitted the idea. Sting snapping at Erza and bringing up Natsu was original. I feel once we start Galuna Island arc, the changes will differ more than just changes in different situations. Well outside the upgrade Lucy gets to fight a little more. Like Re Deluxe, the focus is Lisanna's character growth but I do want to make sure she, Sting, and Luke get to do things. It helps they are going to take up a lot of the Natsu stuff, going up against Natsu's opponents and share the spot light between them. It's not the Sting show, or Lisanna show, it's their show, so next chapter you'll see a bit of Luke in action and setting him up as the 3rd main character besides Lisanna and Sting. Lucy as well, so in order: Lucy, Lisanna, Sting, and Luke. These are the main characters of A Different Fairy Tail. So Daemon of Wrath will be pleased. Don't have a clear time I do the next chapter, have five more stories to update before the end of the yhhear, so hopefully I'm not swamped by school to update. Also moving next year as well. So with that, I'll see you next time. See you then!
