Chapter 10: Lisanna & Sting vs Erza & Luke
It was the next day after the events of Lullaby, Lisanna's group returning to Magnolia and the upcoming battle between Erza, Luke, Sting, and Lisanna was drawing near, but before all that, the Magic Council in their headquarters in Era were discussing something. They stood as always, on the large light blue magic circle standing a few feet from one another. The aftermath of Lisanna's group against Eisenwald and the defeat of Lullaby still was very fresh in the minds of Fiore and the Magic Council.
"Eisenwald's defeat does not solve the fundamental problem in any way," informed Org.
"There are as many dark guilds as there are stars in the sky," Yajima explained.
"Then we should commence the operation at once." requested Org.
"How?" asked Yajima.
Org spoke up again, holding a glass case with the Lullaby flute sealed up. "We cannot allow Zeref's magic to fall into their hands again!"
"How exactly was the magic of this level stolen, anyway?" asked Yajima while Ultear remained silent a small smile on her face.
"The blame for this might reach the administrative level," said Michello while he stood by Leiji and Belno.
"Still, for all the reproach we've given Fairy Tail." spoke up Siegrain, arms folded. "It appears they've saved our hides this time."
"A mere handful of them destroyed a whole guild." Ultear smiled her sleeve hand to her chin. "That's something. Eight of them, right?"
"I realized it's difficult for you to accept, but it is fact," Seigrain added calmly. "The situation would have been horrific had Lullaby killed the guild masters. Many heads would have rolled in the room, as well."
"That's nonsense! You intend to pin the blame on us too?!" Leiji retorted to the blue-haired member.
"Nonsense!" agreed Org looking at the calm expression on Seigrain's face. "Their unbridled destruction has us exasperated as ever!"
Seigrain kept smiling before offering his request, "Then we should personally offer them our words of appreciation."
Lucy woke up the next day after waking up in her house. Before she could get ready for the day, a new letter about the events of the Clover Master's meeting was already published. It talked of Fairy Tail members defeating the demon flute (albeit destroying the meeting building and a few mountains destroyed). The members of Eisenwald were all apprehended and taken into custody. Meaning everything was fine... For now. Dressed in her Heart Kruz clothes, she was writing on her desk, her new rapier, Wild Fluent, resting on her left. Quill in hand, she wrote down the events of the Lullaby incident and her involvement with Luke, Sting, Kyuri, Cyan, Gray, Lisanna, Happy, Lector, Byakko, and Erza
Eisenwald's attempted attack on the guild masters using the Lullaby instantly became a major news story that sweeps across the country. Even now it's hard to believe I was at the center of such a big incident, but my daily life is still the same as usual. Sometimes I feel scared when I think about it all, though. As it turns out, Kageyama and most of the Eisenwald members were caught. I guess it's only natural. Although Kageyama went willingly, seems Kyuri and Gray's words got to him a little. The only scary thing is that they never caught that Erigor. What if he decides to get revenge on Fairy Tail or something? But it's okay! Fairy Tail has the greatest team of Lisanna, Gray, Sting, Luke, Cyan, Kyuri, and Erza! Oh, and me, Lector, Byakko, and Happy too! This is a great guild! So don't worry, Mom! I'm doing fine. P.S. Don't tell Dad about that, okay?
With a sigh of relief of finishing her letter, she placed the quill down and the letter folded into an envelope sealed with a stamp. Lucy pondered, wondering what she'll do today now that she finished her letter to her mother.
"Guess I'll go shopping today." she decided to get off her chair to stretch her arms into the sky. "Thrilling adventures are nice and all, but being home sure is relaxing!"
"70,000 Jewel a month is a good price for a place like this." A boy's voice spoke from behind her.
Lucy was confused, who just spoke? She turned around and was shocked to find Gray Fullbuster sitting on one of her loveseats with a smile and a cheerful wave. And the worst of it all, he was half-naked once again.
"Great find, Lucy!" Gray smiled cheerfully.
"Breaking!" Lucy screamed wide-eyed before delivering a left kick into Gray's bare chest while his eyes were almost coming out of their sockets. "And don't strip in other people's houses!"
"Hold on! You've got the wrong idea!" Gray assured her hand up in defense. He turned around, knuckles to his sides as Lucy looked with narrowed eyes. "I stripped before I came here."
"Out!" Lucy demanded, wanting to grab her rapier and make him leave if it meant getting a few swings of practice at the Ice-Make Wizard.
"Today's the day, you know." Gray reminded her eyes narrowed. "I came here because I thought you might forget!"
"What day?" she asked, putting her hand down and looking confused. What's so important about this than any other day? Gray looks at her, frowning at the Celestial Wizard's forgetful memory.
"See, you did forget…" Gray said. Outside near the guild, a large grouping of both Fairy Tail and onlookers were ready to watch something important. "Remember what Lisanna said before we left? I know we dropped you off the other night but did you forget what those two are doing?"
In the center of the circle, Erza and Luke stood calmly on one end while Lisanna and Sting stood on the other end. Cries of 'Get them!', or 'You can do it, Lisanna and Sting!' were heard from the onlookers as the four wizards faced one another. Luke stretched a little, his black coat standing out the most in the circle.
"Sting, Lisanna, Luke, and Erza are going to fight!" Gray continued,
Lucy left right away to Fairy Tail, now remembering the fight the four mages were going to have. Clipping her rapier and whip and keys to her belt, she was followed by Gray to the guild. She pushes aside one of the spectators to see that it was true the fight was today and going to happen. Brown eyes blinking twice, she asked stammering, "W-wait! Are those four serious?!"
Mirajane, who was standing with Macao, Cyan, Kyuri, and Elfman greeted the blond-haired Celestial with a smile, "Oh, Lucy!"
"Good morning Lucy-san." Kyuri greeted the young Ice Sculpt Wizard smiling at her.
"You made it just in time too." Cyan chimed in, her mask she was wearing on her face today.
"They're serious, all right! They're not men unless they're serious!" smiled Elfman.
"…Erza is a girl, you know? And so is Lisanna, brother." Mirajane reminded him.
"More like a female monster, Erza," Macao commented.
"Luke is dangerous too. He's a Dragon Slayer and skilled in Sword Magic, being only … he's seventeen right?" Kyuri asked looking at Cyan
"I think he's only sixteen, most think he's seventeen by his height, but he's only a year younger by a few months." Cyan corrected.
"No way, he's younger than me?" Lucy asked before shaking her head, "That's beside the point! But if four members of our strongest team clash…!" Lucy commented fearing the worst of the situation.
"Strongest team?" Gray repeated frowning. "What are you talking about?"
"You, Lisanna, Sting, Luke, Kyuri, Cyan, and Erza, you're the top seven in Fairy Tail!" Lucy replied fist balled up.
"Huh? What rubbish." Gray smiled thinking Lucy was playing a joke. "Who told you that crap?"
Mirajane kept a cheerful smile for only a second before placing her hands into her face, tears coming from her eyes as she cried. Kyuri let out a disappointed sigh at Gray's choices of words, even Cyan folded her arms under her chest in a huff at Gray's ignorance.
Gray's eyes were wide with shock and embarrassment, "Oh, it was you, Mirajane?" he added nervously,
A vein was throbbing on Lisanna's head as if her Phoenix soul couldn't get even hotter.
'That… Stripping bastard… Made my sister… Cry?!' She thought in frustration
"Smooth Casanova, you made her cry," Lucy stated hands to her hips with a sigh.
"What an idiot, have some tact to women." Kyuri groaned.
"Gray!" Lisanna shouted from where she stood, "Make her cry again or you'll be sleeping with the fishes!"
"Fish?" Happy said excitedly, a sliver of drool from his mouth.
"Figure of speech, she's going to kill him." Lector explained.
"Wow, didn't know Lisanna had dark thoughts. You sure she doesn't have a demon in her too?" Wakaba asked.
"You do know that doesn't make sense right. From what we know of them back then?" Macao said and Lucy blinked. What do they know?
"I do recognize Sting's, Luke's, and Gray's manly spirit, plus my sister's no slouch either but I can't sit by and let them be called the strongest, sister or not," Elfman commented, arms still folded. "Fairy Tail is filled with plenty more powerful people." He held out a thumb to himself. "Like me!"
"I'm pretty sure Erza is the strongest female member, thought." Levy commented before thinking, 'Next to Mirajane of course, even for what happened two years ago.'
"As for the strongest man, you can't overlook Mystogan or Laxus." Jet frowned arms folded.
"What about Ur, as Gray's teacher, she's also the strongest woman too. Even Erza could match her Ice-Make skills." Droy chimed in.
"I just thought Sting, Kyuri, Lisanna, Gray, Luke, and Erza had the best team chemistry…" Mirajane admitted tears dripping from her eyes.
"Huh?" Lucy questioned, brown eyes widened. "Weren't you worried that they would fight whenever Erza wasn't around?"
"In any case, it's gonna be an interesting fight!" Elfman smiled proudly.
Back inside the circle, it was back to the four wizards. Luke looked to both Lisanna and Sting, ready to see how much both had grown, not just in the past years but since the incident with Natsu and the mission. He knows Lisanna has grown so much, He wants to be sure that the suffering she felt, not only a part of her but helped her grow. Sting was also someone he knows has grown, always being Natsu's brother and just an extension of him. When he remembered him snapping at Erza, it was clear he never wants to be just Natsu's brother.
"Lisanna, how many years has been since we last locked horns like this?" Erza asked, smiling confidently.
Lisanna faced sideways to Erza, a serious look on her face before facing back, hands balled into fists. "Three years or so, but I'm ready to show I am not the same Lisanna anymore. That's why I want to show I can beat you," she said.
"...and Sting? Let's see how much you've changed in these years, let me see your improvement." Erza added, seeing Luke readying to grip his twin swords, "show me you aren't just Natsu's brother, you are Sting Eucliffee, you are your person."
Sting's eyes look sharply at Erza, ready to fight. "I won't hold back Erza, I'll give you my all."
Erza closed her eyes, still calm and collective. "I'm going to fight for real, too." Light and energy were coming from underneath Erza's feet as her hair was blowing upwards. She opened her eyes, a smile on her face. "It's been a while since I tested my strength!" as Erza's body started to glow as her Heart Kreuz armor disappeared and reappeared a new armor. The armor has dark red as its predominant color and sported orange and black parts, with the orange parts being shaped like flames and the other parts being reminiscent of the dragon's limbs. It is made up of three different parts: the breastplate, the gauntlets, and the greaves. The breastplate lacked pauldrons, revealing Erza's shoulders, and extends down to cover her groin, revealing her legs and being somehow reminiscent of a one-piece swimming suit, with an orange part covering her breast and another one circling her waist like a belt; the black parts on it are mostly decorative, with one covering her groin. The gauntlets sport prominent orange decorations, along with small claw-like protrusions on the hands. The greaves are shaped like dragon's claws; possess orange-colored knee guards, and black parts which extend up from the knees to the upper part of the thighs. The breastplate possesses a pair of dragon-like wings attached to it. Erza's hair is tied into a pair of high, long pigtails by clips resembling dragon's horns in this new outfit. In her right hand was a large bastard sword which is predominantly dark red except for a small sliver of black in the middle, and sports orange decorations on its handguard.
Macao spoke first, eyeing the armor of choice of Erza. "Flame Empress Armor? That's strong against fire!"
"That'll halve the power of Lisanna's fire," Laki commented, revealing what the armor could do to Lisanna's fire magic.
"Erza! That's going overboard!" Wakaba warned. Can she at least remember it's Lisanna she's fighting?
The crowd cheered as Happy saw the armor Erza had picked and thought about what he should do. 'That armor will just make any attack Lisanna throws at her just only a portion of its power. But I can't lose hope on my mama and Sting; they need me to support them in this battle…'
He looked to the kneeled Cana, who was near a chart to see who would win, Sting and Lisanna or Erza and Luke while right in front of her was a bucket of Jewels. He held the bill out and decided, "I'm betting on Lisanna and Sting!"
"Same put it on Sting-Kun and Lisanna!" Lector exclaimed, giving a bill to Cana as well
"Happy and Lector participated in the bet because of them, I don't like stuff like this!" Lucy whined. "I don't want either to lose!"
Sting wasn't fazed and neither was Lisanna, the Dragon Slayer still sporting a cocky smile, Lisanna keeping her cool.
"Flame Empress Armor, huh? That's perfect!" Lisanna smiled as orange flames surrounded her fists as she was ready to fight. "Now I can go all out without any hesitation!"
Sting didn't say a word as Lisanna his white light surrounded his wrists. Luke took from his back his two blades and stood in a fighting stance, his green blade pointing out. Finally, Master Makarov announced like a referee holding up a little stick in his right hands, "Begin!"
It was Erza who made the first move, dash forward, her red sword igniting with fire. Lisanna guarded, her arms making contact with Erza's blade and getting pushed back. Even while her fire magic resisted Erza's fire magic, the steam from the heat of the sword was present. Finally taking the offensive, Lisanna strikes with her left ablaze in fire at Erza to block the sword. Lisana leaped away, letting Sting take the fight. Luke came in, his black blade glowing before striking Sting. Taking the sword at Sting with a horizontal swing, Sting was sent back by the force, the Dragon Slayer skipping back as Erza dash over. Lisanna came in front of Sting, guarding her arms in front of Erza's sword, pushing Erza back with her feet digging the ground. Taking her legs, she lifts herself off the ground and sets herself backward before her hand is held out.
"Phoenix Flame Burst!" Lisanna exclaimed, a stream of fire-orange came from her hands and traveled towards Erza. Erza smiled, taking her sword and spinning it before her, catching the fire in her blade, taking the fire in as the attack vanishes, sparks of flames dancing around her. Lisanna was impressed, that was a Luke maneuver, looks like their training always let them learn each other's skills.
"Sun Dragon Iron fist!" Luke exclaimed, dashing past Erza to punch at Lisanna with a yellow glowing fist and pushing Lisana back and landed by Sting.
"They're good, no wonder they fight well together," Lucy pointed out, seeing Erza's defense of Lisanna's attack and Luke's counterattack.
"Erza and Luke have known since Natsu and Sting came to Fairy Tail, so they are very close friends for a long time. They feel like real partners to each other," Levy explained.
"I see…" Lucy replied, looking back to the battle. She remembered Luke telling her that and it's true, they fight like a well-oiled machine.
'They fight well, best keep them, also Luke is good at switching up with Erza, he'll go for the offensive,' Lisanna thought and look to Sting, "Sting, that attack of yours, is safe to use in this close distances?"
"Sure, I can hold back at it," he said nodding.
"Well, I'll keep their attention, okay?" Lisanna asked.
"Sure, go for it, Lisanna!" Sting exclaimed.
"Right!" Lisanna exclaimed and was ready to dash forward at Erza and Luke when a sound of a gong stopped the two as even Erza and Luke were confused. Everyone was confused too about the sound, why this sound stops the match, it was getting good? They each turn their heads to someone coming up to Sting, Lisanna, Luke, and Erza,
"That's enough. Everyone stay where you are." a male voice spoke and all eyes were on the person, or to be more accurate if it was a person. He was a relatively short, frog-like creature with anthropomorphous traits, and his attire was clear he was from the Council. He was quite large, having a round face, and many spots covering the upper part and the back of his head, as well as his cheeks. He wore a common uniform consisting of a wide-collared, dark blue jacket with red trimmings over a plain light blue shirt and a white robe reaching down to his feet, closed on the front by many laces. He had a small, elongated hat matching his jacket on top of his head, bearing a circular ornament seemingly made of metal on its front. He carried a brown bag with one strap over his shoulder.
"Who are you?" Lisanna asked calmly, turning to the person before her.
"I am an emissary from the Council." He explained.
"The council?!" Levy repeated.
"An emissary?!" repeated Jet as well.
"Why here…?" asked Droy.
"No one's going to mention how it looks?!" Lucy exclaimed, mouth wide. It was the first time she's ever met anyone a part of the council, but why someone with a frog head.
The messenger then took out a piece of paper and began to read it aloud as Luke, Erza, Sing, and Lisanna remained where they stood. "For eleven crimes committed during the recent Eisenwald incident, including the destruction of property... Erza Scarlet and Lucas Kurenai." He announced causing the red-haired wizard's mouth to remain shocked in the revelation that her name was said and the mentioned charges as he added, "You are hereby under arrest."
"What?" Luke asked, and his eyes darted to Erza, eve she was confused. Erza and at times she had gotten into trouble, but arrested? They never thought it happen? Why now, after they only got back. Sting gasped in shock, the one most shocked was Lisanna. Her blue eyes drained of color, her face pale, she didn't know what she was hearing.
"Arrest? Why…?"
Lucy and the members of Fairy Tail returned into the guild, a bit down in the dumps that Erza and Luke were arrested. Gray, Cyan, and Kyuri sat together, the two Ice Wizards being so civil with each other that they didn't bicker. Of course, two of their number was missing since the arrest, but it wasn't on anyone's mind if they noticed. Lucy had her head against the table, eyes open and sad for what happened to Erza. Loki, Laki, Elfman, and Gray sat with one another all bummed out too. Everyone else remained silent and quiet, the feeling of the battle just wiped from their spirits. Even Mira and Makarov were quiet too. The master's arms and legs crossed and Mira's eyes closed, the white-haired wizards worried for Erza too. She opened her eyes, hearing the boots to the wooden floor.
Sting was pacing back and forth, eyes watched by Lector and Byakko. The black and white cat was also downtrodden by his partner's arrest, he sat at the bar, playing with a plate of fish Mirajane put down for him.
"Sting, you are going to wear down the floor with all that pacing, sit down," Mira warned her.
The Dragon Slayer stopped and looked solemnly at the woman, "Sorry, just confused on what happened," and took a seat looking at Lector.
"I know you are worried for them, but you will stress yourself out that way," Mirajane said, her tone very sisterly to the boy.
"So, we are going to let them take Erza and Luke, they are our friends Mira!" he retorted to the white-haired wizards.
"This is the council we're talking about. There's nothing we can do." Gray stated arms folded, "Sting, I get it, Luke is my friend too, the sheer fact he got arrested is insane."
"Then you know how I feel!" Sting yelled, balling his fists and looking at the others. "I'm gonna give them a piece of my mind! I don't care if they're the council or not! They're in the wrong here!"
Gray frowned, closing his eyes with a sigh. "If the council says you're guilty, you're guilty. Even if you are innocent. They'd never listen to us. You got your adopted brother's spirit, but would stoop to his level to any crazy attack on the council?"
"I…" Sting froze. He was doing it again, thinking like his brother, he would go to the council and well-oiled give them a piece of his mind. No, it would be a Natsu move. Why think recklessly like him?
"Still, after everything we've done, why now?" Elfman asked hand to his right cheek.
"Yes. It's beyond comprehension." Laki agreed.
"Even I'm confused," Kyuri said, polishing her katana with a cloth.
"There's another side to this," Lucy commented trying to think of the situation.
"Will Luke be okay?" Byakko asked.
"Don't worry, Luke is brave, a arrest won't break his spirits. Besides, as long he's with Erza, she won't feel alone there," Lector assured him.
Byakko sighed a half-hearted smile on his feline face, "you're right."
The Fiore Branch of the Magic Council. Lule and Erza were being guided along to the courtroom where their trial was about to take place. With her arms in handcuffs, she followed the massager through the corridor, the sunlight radiating the windows and the room. Erza's face was both stern and calm, but of course, thinking about what was going on. Luke was still confused, but he had to stay strong and be by his friend's side. Without his swords and no access to magic thanks to the magic cuffs, he had best not make a scene. The massager stopped and so did Erza and Luke, spotting someone leaning against a pillar. His arms folded, and his expression was impatient, to say the least. He opened his eyes to look and see Erza had arrived. His lips together, the blue-haired council member had his eyes on the scarlet-haired wizard.
Erza gasped, eyes widenedYou with shock at who he was.
"Seigrain!" What was he doing here?
The massager bowed to the ground to greet the council member, but Erza was furious at the young man. Her legs spread ready to fight as Seigrain greeted the Queen of the Fairies with open arms. "It's been a while, Erza. and you as well, Mr. Kurenai." He noticed the scarlet-haired wizard was on the offensive with Luke steeping between them to protect her, his teeth bared. she
"Don't be so defensive," he added calmly. The blue-haired member's body appeared to be fizzling in and out, shocking them, "This is a projection. My real body is in Era right now." he explained. Erza gasped again as he continued looking at the courtroom door, "All the geezers beyond that door are projections, too." Erza's face formed a frown, "There was no reason for us to personally come for such trifling business." he finished and Luke would feel Erza wasn't happy about this.
"Now I see." Erza realized eyes sharp. "So this is all you're doing? This is a pathetic farce!"
"You dragged me as well into this, I have done absolutely nothing but work with Erza, why am I punished?!" Luke spat to the projection Segrain.
Seigrain walked past Erza and Luke, his back facing hers added in an ashamed voice hands to his hips, "That's not nice. I stood up for Fairy Tail." Erza grunted in anger as Seigrain continued once more.
"But those geezers had to come up with someone to take the full blame for the incident, out of fear of having to bear the blame themselves." He smiled before adding to the stern-looking Erza her right eye looking back at him. "You two are a scapegoat."
Erza snapped, turning to Seigrain with gritted teeth. "Be quiet!"
"So we are an example, what is the council on about? An S-Class Wizard and her partner, we're the example?!" Luke snapped again only for Erza to look at him.
"Calm down, don't lose your temper," she said softly before eyeing Seigrain. The fact the council dragged him into it was particular. Besides Natsu and Sting, it wasn't a piece of long-lasting news that Luke was a Dragon Slayer, with his dual blade style and knowledge of swords from another continent, most would just know him as a skilled swordsman Erza had around her. But an example of him?
Seigrain kept calm before coming closer to Erza, ignoring Luke's outburst. "Well, no matter. I came to see you before the trial for but one reason…" he turned around and places a hand on her cheek, his face close to hers as he whispered something into her ears. "Don't tell the geezers about you-know-what, for both our sakes. You would want to put dear Lucas in trouble would you?"
Erza nodded, knowing full well what he was referring to. If word got out about you-know-what, it's trouble for both her and the blue-haired member. But Luke's ears caught the words Seigrain said, what was it? He's known Erza for seven years, Erza and Seigrain never got along when they see each other, remember their first time he saw the young ma and Erza trying to attack him. Still, he best plays stupid and not reveal he eavesdrop with his Dragon Slayer hearing, for the best.
He released her cheek and walks a few steps to face the courtroom door before facing back at her. "Well, I'll be waiting beyond the door," Seigrain told her, "As a member of the council, of course." And the thought projection faded away, leaving Erza and Luke alone in the corridor with the massager. The massager looks up at the scarlet-haired Wizard, her expression full of anger and her eyes sharp like daggers.
"Y-You know some really important people…!"
"He's evil," Erza replied sharply.
"Ribbit?" the Massager frog responded. What did Erza mean by that?
"Erza?" Luke asked but he felt a hand to his shoulder.
"You don't have to worry, it's between the two of us," she replied, her tone not as angry towards him. But Luke could tell, it wasn't over how she felt.
Back in Era, the real Seigrain thought as he walked a serious tone were in his words, 'Don't try to interfere, Erza. Not after I've come this far…'
In the courtroom, Erza and Luke were standing facing the thought projections of each member of the Magic Council. A gavel was heard as it was time to begin the trial. Seigrain sat with Ultear and Yajima, the latter with serious and quiet looks on their faces while they sat across Org, Michello, Belno, and Leiji with stern and serious looks on their faces as the massager announced to the gathered member.
"The Wizard hearing will now come to order." While reading off a paper, he continued, "Defendants Luke Kurenai and Erza Scarlet. Please stand."
'Stay calm, if this farce is over, we go home, be calm, and speak not a word. No matter what, I'm going to keep Erza safe,' Luke thought and gripped his hands tightly.
Erza kept her eyes on Seigrain while back in Fairy Tail, a certain blond-haired Celestial Wizardstood up from her seat wanting to make a stand about this.
"We can't ignore this after all! Let's testify!" Lucy requested,
"Lucy…" Nab said simply.
"Hold on, now!" said Makarov.
"How can you say that?" Lucy retorted running up to the bar to Makarov, Mira, and Sting. "She and Luke were unlawfully arrested. Besides whatever property damages or crimes they were talking about, both Lisanna, Kyuri, and I were with them most of the time. Sure there was that head butting, but that's beside the point! We need to get there before they reach a verdict."
"Don't forget the train tracks, that was our fault, right, Lisa-," but Sting's words were cut when he realized, someone was off looking around the guildhall. Lisanna had not made a peep or sounds, Happy gone too.
"Hey, where'sLisanna and Happy?" Lector asking, looking around the guild
"I think the arrest shook Lisanna so she returned to the dorms, but why take Happy with her, he rarely sleeps there," Mirajane pondered.
"I guess I best explained," a voice spoke up, coming to the bar.
"Macao?!" everyone explained, seeing the older Wizard rub the back of his head sheepishly. Romeo stood beside him, from his expression, he knew as well
"Lisanna-nee didn't return to her dorm, she and happy snuck away to the go after Erza and Luke," Romeo explained and remembered some moments after the viewing of the fight was cleared and Lisanna was holding Happy in her arms.
'You're sure about this Lisanna? No way the council is going to listen to you,' Macao stated but Lisanna wasn't backing down from his words.
'I don't care, it's not fair they are blamed. I got to at least try. Please, don't tell Mita and the others, I got to do this myself.' she explained, her blue eyes meeting Macao and Romeo's.
Father and son looked at Lisanna, seeing the determination in her face. Lisanna was serious and if it meant going to help her two friends, she'd do it. Macao didn't know what to say, but he had debt in Lisanna for saving him and allowing him to see Romeo again despite being taken over by a Vulcan. Seeing the white scarf around her neck, Lisanna would do the same for Natsu if he was wrongfully arrested.
'You have your reasons, Can't stop you,' he said sheepishly.
'Do be careful Lisanna-nii,' Romeo chimed in concernedly.
'I will,' she nodded to the Cobolt family and held Happy in her arms, 'Happy, let's go!'
'Aye!'
"After that, Lisanna took off with Happy, I'm sure they are flying to the Fiore Branch where they took Erza and Luke," Macao finished, rubbing the back of her neck.
"So she's serious?" Lucy asked, her time knowing the Take Over Wizard, this has got to be her most extreme measure idea she had.
"I know Lisanna gets it from him but is she about to pull a Natsu on us?!" Gray exclaimed, looking to Macao.
"Probably, you know her, has her heart set on something, she'd do it," Macao replied.
"I know my little sister can be manly, but this is much to fight the council for those two!" Elfman exclaimed, "The first thing is this, the next thing finding Natsu and having children with him!"
"Wait, what?!" Cyan exclaimed to her adopted brother, "You implying our sister will immediately spread her legs for him?!"
"Everyone be quiet!" Makarov exclaimed, keeping the calmest of the situation, "All we can do is quietly wait for the outcome."
All eyes turned to the short master, but as much they don't like the idea of what punishment Erza and Luke, but what would Lisanna do? She wouldn't attack the council members, would she? Kyuri gripped her katana on her belt tightly and Cyan was concerned for her adopted sister. Lucy sighed, taking her spot to the bar. Lector and Byakko were also worried, Sting as well, putting her head to the bar. He hoped Lisanna will be okay.
Erza and Luke calm a stern look when Org addressed them. all the members were watching them, and Luke got an eye on one of them, a black-haired woman and he mumbled something,
'Ur?"
"Defendants Erza Scarlet and Luke Kurenai. You stand accused of partial destruction of Oshibana Station during the recent Lullaby perpetrated by Eisenwald, as well as the destruction of the Ryusiki Gorge railway and the destruction of residences in Clover." spoke Org's booming voice in the courtroom.
Erza took into account each of the 'charges'… The Oshibana Station…. Most of that damage was from Kyuri, Gray, and Sting, so why aren't they to blame? The Ryusiki Gorge railway… That was Sting, Lisanna, and Erigor's battle that torn up the railway. And the Clover bit… all six of them. If it wasn't obvious from the start, Erza would feel she was in for the worst. Org continued as Erza lost her train of thought.
"According to eyewitness testimony, the people responsible was an armor-clad female and black wearing male who…" But before Org could finish, a wall behind Erza burst opened, sending pieces of the wall flying around shocking the council members. What was going on were on their faces, what could have caused the blast?
"STTTTTTTTTTTTTTTOOOOOOPPPP!" A female voice screamed after a shadowy figure looked like it crashed into the wall before dashing over to the stands, the figure shocking the two Wizards as they saw them breathing heavily.
"Lisanna?!" Luke and Erza exclaimed, what was she doing here?
"Please… it's not their fault… it's not… their… fault..." and before Lisanna could speak more, she slowly collapsed to the ground, the ends of Natsu's scarf falling with her. Luke panicked, Erza not wanting to make a scene.
"Lisanna!" and hopped off the defendant stand and rush to her side. He felt her neck, she was still breathing, thank goodness. Lisanna must have misunderstood why they were taken in, understandable, they thought they were arrested. Being a scapegoat even worried Lisanna, this was harmless but even to be put on display, it was too far. The council members were obviously confused, they recognized her as Mirajane's little sister, but they didn't expect her to turn up.
"I did not see that coming, we'll have to fix that wall," Seigrain sail coolly.
"That's girl's Mirajane's sister correct? How did she make it here?" Ultear asked, even as calm as Seigrain.
"That poor girl, ever seen Natsu disappeared, she pushes herself. I know she and Natsu's adopted brother Sting have made trouble, but I think this one she was only worried for her guildmates, no reason to take anything out on her," Yajima explained, and the other Council members didn't want to admit, he was right.
"It pains to admit but he's right. I think this got the point across," Michello pointed out as the small footsteps of Happy ran over to Lisanna and Luke.
"Is she okay?" Happy asked.
"Don't worry, guess she must have exhausted herself," Luke explains and the black eyes of Happy looked up at Luke.
"Aye, when my magic was used up, she flew the whole way. She at least she tried, that's what matters," Happy explained.
Org clears his throat, getting the attention of Erza who looked on at her friends and back at the Council, "Well, I think we made the point clear, earlier than I expect, a busted wall, but nothing as strange as someone trying to be you. Might want to wait until Ms. Strauss wakes us, then you can return to your guild," he said.
"My deepest apologizes on her behalf," Erza bowed her head, not of shame and embarrassment, but worry and concern.
"Honestly, of everything, this is the tame version of her actions," Yajima said matter of factly.

Lisanna felt a strange weight to her head, feeling lifted off the ground. Her eyes opened and Lucy was looking down at her smiling. Light danced around her Celestial Wizard, Lisanna surprised to see her. Her vision started to blur, the image of Lucy's brown eyes was replaced with Erza's black ones. The colorful backdrop was changed to a dim hallway, seeing the Wizard look at her with a smile.
"Good evening," Erza greeted.
"Erza?' Lisanna asked before feeling a sharp sting on her head, "ow!"
"You took quite a fall in that courtroom, how are you feeling?" Luke's voice spoke behind her. She looked to see the young wizard have Happy sitting on his lap, the pair smiling at her.
"You okay Lisanna?" Happy asked.
"Yeah, just fine," she replied, "What about you two, you aren't taken away forever,"
"It's best you know what happened," Erza replied and started the explanation.
Taking her back to the wall, Lisanna finally learned what the arrest of Erza and Luke was just that, a mock trial. Lisanna blinked a little, but the two and Happy explained. It was a little while after the little 'show' that was made. Erza explained to Lisanna that the Council convicted her to appear as if they enforce the law. As Lisanna realized, just to keep up appearances so it wouldn't look like they screwed up.
"So the arrest was for show, and I got worried for nothing, I'm sorry you guys, we would be in a cell right now because of me," she apologized.
"No, you were right to worry, they used me and Erza to save face. It wasn't fair for any of us," Luke assured her.
Lisanna sighed, hugging her knees, and felt Natsu's scarf to her knees. "I guess, I didn't want you two gone forever. I worry, I could have done something stupid," and felt Erza's armored hand to her head.
"You miss him and you don't want to lose any more people, I understand. But if there's ever a real reason, I know you'll be there be for me," Erza replied to her. Lisanna looked up at Erza, finally a light smile on her face.
"He's alive, and I will find him. And Erza, Lucas, thank you…"
"You're welcome!"
"Aye!" Happy exclaimed.
At the same time the four of them sat in the hallways, someone was eyeing them from the corner. Seigrain overheard the whole conversation, the name Natsu Dragnell came up. It was a big reveal of the pink-haired boy's disappearance, most weren't sure he died or not, but Lisanna's wording confirmed he was alive. The blue-haired Council member smiled, his face covered by the shadows.
"Natsu Dragnell is alive, that's interesting. And Luke, is he a Dragon Slayer" I should keep a good eye on her as well, she knows he's alive." he said.
"Ah, it's great to be home!" Lisanna exclaimed happily.
Lisanna was at her most cheerful ever after Erza, her, Luke, and Happy returned to the guild and explained everything to the guild. Mirajane and Elfman did scold her for running off like, as it was clear they got worried. Cyan too hugged her older sister but glad she was okay. It was a shocker that the whole arrest was just to save face in the public eye. Sting was glad Lisanna was fine, but of all things so the Magic Council come out smelling like roses, pissed him off a little.
"Shocking you are in such a good mood, and, also," looks at the plate of food in front of her, it was…. A lot, "Did you leave without eating?" Elfman asked his little sister.
"A little," she replied, going back to enjoy her food.
"Your appetite is more manly than mine," Elfman said with bewildered eyes.
Lucy sighed after hearing Lisanna's part of the story. "That's good, I knew something was up. I'm glad you didn't get in trouble. But you did worry me you know, don't go running off like that," Lucy said, raising her head to face the eating Lisanna. Lisanna stopped eating, got up, and embraced Lucy her head, to her chest, surprising her by the gesture.
"I didn't mean to worry you, I'm sorry Lucy," she replied apologetically, and Lucy's cheeks were flushed, knowing where her head was.
At the same time, Gray was putting together the whole situation, crossing his arms before it finally hit. "Wait I get it now, I should have known. They sent a 'toady' to let us know they'll be sent home 'today'. And both Elfman and Cyan groand at the pun.
"That's an Ice Wizard for you, your comic timing is always cold." Cyan moaned, putting her head to the table.
"So what about your manly challenge with Erza and Luke, you two gonna finish it?" Elfman asked.
"Man?" Lucy repeated, removing her head from Lisanna's chest.
Sting shrugged, putting his hands behind his head. It might be great to fish where they started, but it was fine where it left out, it knows he's gotten stronger and has a way to go, "Nah, I'm good. Besides, Lisanna, Luke, and Erza are probably exhausted from the other day."
"Aww, man! The guild groaned in disappointment.
"Then can you tell us what was your counterattack you and Lisanna were going to do?" Wakaba asked.
"Come on Lisanna, tell us!" Levy asked eagerly.
"Hmm..." Lisanna crossed her arms and pondered. The guild was all looking to the Take Over Wizard while Erza and Luke were eating at their table. Lisanna uncrossed her arms and winked, "It's a secret!"
"No fair!" everyone exclaimed, only for Erza and Luke to just leave everyone disappointed. Luke chuckled, passing some food to Byakko.
"Things being lively," he said.
"Indeed," Erza agreed.
"If Natsu was here, he'd challenged you to a fight and be sent to the ground in a second," Luke replied, with Byakkoo agreed.
"He would do that, that's Natsu for you," Erza agreed, remembering Lisanna's hopes he's out there.
From back behind the bar, Mirajane softly giggled as Makarov remain still where he sat arms and legs crossed. He grunted which caught Mira's attention.
"What's the matter, Master?" she asked curiously.
"Oh... I'm sleepy." the elder master said, his eyes half-open.
"Huh?" she questioned back as Makarov added, "It's him."
'Him?' she thought starting to get drowsy as her legs felt like wet noodles as she slumps her head onto the bar counter, her eyes becoming heavy.
"M-Mira?" Lisanna asked, looking from the bar and collapsed slowly to the ground, mumbling, "damn it, not… now…"
But it wasn't just Mirajane, Lisanna, and Makarov who were feeling drowsy, but so were the other members.
"This is..." Gray said as Elfman was starting to feel drowsy too.
"Sleep… magic… shit… he's… here…" Cyan said drowsily.
"No, I don't… want to… sleep..." Kyuri mumbled.
One by one, each member felt the feeling of drowsiness as even Erza was feeling it too. Lucy started to collapse, closing her eyes as everyone else either fell to the ground or slump against the tables or poles. The whole guild except for three individuals was asleep or barely awake as someone came walking in. He wore a dark blue cloak and his arms and legs were mostly covered in bandages. He wore a dark blue bandana with a silver forehead protector. On his back were magic staves which were held by a dark green strap going across his main body. He steps through the mess of knocked-out members before heading to the request board.
"Mystogan..." Makarov and Mirajane muttered eyeing him.
Picking the request he likes to take, the unknown mage came to the Makarov who tried to resist falling asleep, and Mirajane who was trying to stay awake.
"I'll be back." He said to the two.
"Hold on. Lift the sleeping spell!" Makarov muttered weakly.
"Of course and Mirajane... congrats on your sister for her mission last year, I hope that new Takeover is in good hands," Mystogan said showing the request to the two before leaving. With each silent step he took to depart, he counted ready to reverse the spell he placed on the guild. "Five... Four… Three... Two... One..."
As he left, the Sleep spell was lifted, and everyone opened their eyes at once. Still a bit drowsy from the spell, most of the guild started to converse with one another.
"Th-this feeling… Mystogan?!" Jet asked, hands to his eyes.
"That bastard!" Droy spat.
"His sleep magic is as powerful as ever…!" Levy added a bit amazed.
"Mystogan?" Lucy and Kyuri asked in confusion, eyes still droopy. It did make sense Kyuri didn't know, she was gone three years, one year before he arrived at the Fairy Tail Guild.
"He's in the running for the strongest man in Fairy Tail," Elfman explained.
"Huh?" she questioned again still not understanding. Gray (who she was facing) took his hand from his face to speak.
"For whatever reason, he doesn't want anyone to see him. So, he puts everyone to sleep like this whenever he takes a job." Gray added.
"Are you serious? Why would he do that? That's too suspicious!" Lucy replied.
"What did I miss?!" Kyuri exclaimed.
"So, no one but our master, my teacher, and Mirajane knows what he looks like," Gray added again.
"No, I do." spoke a voice from above them getting Gray's attention and so were the others. Lisanna's eyes shot open when she heard the voice.
"Laxus!" exclaimed Macao, eyeing the person that was on the second floor.
"You're here?!" Elfman said shocked.
"This is rare." Wakaba agreed.
"Another candidate for the strongest member..." Gray added a hand to his chin.
Where Lisanna stood, her fingernails dug deep into his palms, gritting his teeth in anger. "Laxus…"
Laxus was a very tall and muscular young man with gray/blue eyes. His hair is slicked back, its numerous spiky strands pointing backward, though some of it falls on his forehead. He had a distinctive lightning bolt-shaped scar on his right eye and sports dark lines circling his eyes, with each of them possessing a single, prominent eyelash jutting outwards. On his head were spiked headphones and he wore a black coat with grey fur trimmings and a dark yellow shirt. He was grinning, and it made Lisanna more pissed off at him. She never liked Laxus' attitude and seeing that grin made her hate him more.
"I came back two days ago and watched young Sting and little Lisanna battle Erza. Shame it got interrupted." He grinned. "Anyway, Mystogan is shy. Don't be nosy."
Lisanna clears her senses and steps forward, her blue eyes glaring at him, "Well, you show your face here, shouldn't you be busier than hanging around here?"
"Lisanna, you just got back, don't get so worked up," Gray reminded him.
"Lisanna, calm down." Cyan hissed, trying to hide her anger from everyone.
"That's right!" Laxus replied, "You don't stand a chance against me if you can't even beat mere Erza and Luke, even with Sting's help."
"What does that mean?!" Erza responded darkly giving Gray the creeps and Lisanna angrier.
"Whoa, calm down Erza…" Gray stammered.
"Bastard…" Luke said through gritted teeth.
"You are calling us weak?!" Sting shouted; Lector was also mad.
"Yeah, Sting-Kun is great!" Lector exclaimed.
"I mean that I'm the greatest!" Laxus boasted to the guild, "You may have his scarf and a strong Pheonix Takeover, but you are still little Lisanna. You'll never replace Natsu…"
The whole guild felt a hot feeling as everyone felt Lisanna 's Pheonix flames surrounding her, outside her Takeover.
"Oh, he pressed the Natsu button," Cyan realized.
"Come down here, you jerk!" Lisanna growled at the Wizard. Hearing the words, 'You'll never replace Natsu', echoed her ears.
"You come up," Laxus taunted.
"Fine by me!" Lisanna yelled, making her way through the guild house, and jumping up to the second floor. But before she could make it, Makarov's hand grew big and flattened Lisanna with his fist, stopping her. The guild was shocked, they had never seen Makarov stop Lisanna like this, and it was for a good reason, she was losing her temper. Lucy gasped and ran over to the stopped Lisanna, Cyan and Kyuri ran to her too.
"Lisanna!"
"You're not allowed to go up there! Not yet!" Makarov said to Lisanna. Sting gritted his teeth, but he knows. But that line pissed him off. That was his brother who was saying Lisanna would replace him.
Laxus chuckled, still grinning. "Got yourself in trouble little Lisanna..." as he eyed the struggling Strauss sibling with Makarov ordering him.
"Laxus! That's enough out of you!"
"Master's right, that was uncalled for. Natsu's special to her, she knows she'll never replace him!" Mirajane raised her voice, looking at the blonde Wizard.
"I won't let anyone take the title of Fairy Tail's strongest!" Laxus continued, holding his hand out, "Not even Erza, Mirajane, Ur, or Mystogan." He then points to himself with a toothy grin he had on. "I'm the strongest!"
Sting angry, Gray bored, Erza a stern look, Luke keeping his composure, Cyan mad, Kyuri feeling disgusted, and Lisanna pissed were the emotions fueling the seven. But Lisanna continued gritting her teeth, this catching Lucy's eye when she and Cyan helped her up when Makarov's arm stopped flattening her.
"Don't count on it…" she muttered under her breath. "Keep that smug egotistic look on your face for long, Laxus. Because one day I will wipe that smirk off your face…"
"Lisanna…" Lucy said softly wondering what was on her mind. Lisanna walked back to her brother's table, crossing her arms in frustration. She decided to ask Mira about the second floor.
"What was Master talking about?" Lucy asked Mira, "Why can't we go up to the second floor?"
"It's still a bit too soon for you, but the request board on the second floor has jobs that are far more difficult than the ones on the first floor. S-Class quests." Mirajane explained.
"S-Class?!" Lucy repeated.
"They're dangerous jobs in which even a momentary lapse in judgment can prove fatal." she continued. "The rewards are that much higher, though!"
"Wow…" Lucy replied in amazement.
"Only wizards given our master's approval can accept S-Class jobs. Including Laxus, Erza, myself, Ur, and Mystogan, there are only seven people qualified for them." she smiled before adding, "It isn't for the faint of heart. S-Class jobs are all really dangerous and deadly."
Lucy smiled. "It sounds that way."
"Boy, what's the quiet mood for?" a new voice spoke from behind her, making Lucy feel off guard to turn back to the guild doors. Someone walked inside, seeing a knapsack on their shoulder.
It was a young woman with black hair, close to her neck. Lucy is almost taken aback by her beauty. Her jacket was a dark blue jean jacket with a green shirt and matching jeans. Something pinned on her jacket was a strange badge that Lucy didn't know what it was. Eyeing her legs, she noticed a strip of skin on her leg, that looked different from the other leg.
"Welcome back Ur!" Mirajane greeted the woman.
"Hey Mirajane, how are things? Oh!" and looks to Kyuri, the Ice Sculpt Wizard looking awkwardly at her. Ur walked over and hugged the young wizard, "You came back, I was so worried1"
"Ms. Ur, pleased to see you," she greeted before Ur let her go and kneed down at her.
"I'm so sorry Gray snapped at you, he got a stern talking to him for yelling at you!" Ur said, her tone was motherlier. Gray looked away with a frown, it was going to happen.
"It's okay Ms. Ur. Besides, I have gotten stronger with my magic now!" Kyuri replied excitedly.
"Great to hear. Oh, wait right here, there's something I need to ask Lisanna and Sting for something!" and stood up straight to turn to Gray, "Gray!"
"Yes ma'am!" He snapped to attention, getting up from the table before being pushed back by the weight of her bag.
"Tell this to the dorms will you?" She asked.
"Aw come on Ur, I haven't seen you in three weeks since your last mission, can we at least go out to eat?" he asked, feeling disappointed in his voice. Ur put a hand to the teen's shoulder.
"Much later, right now I have to ask Sting and Lisanna something, okay?" she said, and Gray gave in to her request.
"Fine, can't argue with an S-class like you, now, can I?"
'So, she's Ur. she's like his mom.' Lucy thought. It was the first person besides Master Makarov she saw Gray listen to. Gray walked out of the guild while Ur walked over to the pair, Happy, and Lector. Ur spotted the grumpy Lisanna look up to hug the woman, but Lucy paid no mind to her conversation with her two leaders.
'"Keep your sword held! that's it, now follow my movements!" Luke ordered Lucy.
The clash of metal rang the night sky with Luke and Lucy training when the sun was already down. Lucy was improving increasingly since obtaining the rapier from their fight with Eisenwald. Her body was getting lighter with the blade, feeling her body move with each swing. Taking Luke's order, she swung the Wind Fleurant forward, seeing Luke guard swiftly with his dual blades. The blades rang out more with the clash with each attack and thrust until Lucy step back. She felt her muscles expand and contract, feeling her slim body be more accustomed to fighting. Slowly in her eyes, she felt her energy radiant from her body to her rapier, the blade glowing green, before lunging forward.
"Take this!" Lucy exclaimed, thrusting her Rapier at Luke as he guarded. The force of the sword skill used the blade felt strong and he jumped back from the force.
"Very good, you are getting a lot better, you performed that sword skill quite elegantly," he congratulated her, putting both swords behind his back.
"Thanks," and put the rapier back in its sheath. She looked at Luke, who Byakko had come over to rest in her arms, "Hey Luke, have you been on an S-Class mission before?"
"A few just with Erza, why you ask?" Luke said. Lucy shook her head.
"It's nothing. Night!" she waved and walked home with Luke waving and Byakko calling back to her.
"See you tomorrow!"
Lucy put into thought S-Class Wizards and the missions they went on. So far, she's met Erza, Luxas, and seen Ur. It was crazy to think something like the S-Class and the missions were a thing. Still, as a newcomer, it was a lot to learn.
"I've heard of Mystogan and Luxas before. Yep, Fairy Tail is such an awesome guild!" said happily.
"Hey Lucy, that's dangerous!" a boat owner called from the canal below her as Lucy balanced herself on the edge.
"But I now know the strongest in Fairy Tail," she added with a smile, imagining a chart of everyone in the Fairy Tail. The other members including the cats were at the bottom, herself, Cyan, Kyuri, Luke, Sting, Lisanna, and Gray were on one placement, Erza, Luxas, Ur, and the mystery Myostogan on top, the old man member Gildarts she heard about, and the Master at the very top. It was such a pecking order of strength.
"I'm going to work tomorrow!" Lucy said excitedly and finally made it to her apartment. She opened the door only to be greeted by someone in her home.
"Welcome home!" greeted Sting, who was without his top and vest and doing sit-ups while Lector and Happy were lifting weights.
"You smell of sweat!" Lucy shouted, stomping her boots into Sting's chest, making the blonde squeak in pain.
"Sorry, I guess maybe coming uninvited wasn't an innovative idea," spoke up Ur, who hid a small house key in her back pocket.
"Wait a minute, Lisanna, Kyuri, Cyan, and, you are Ur, right?" she asked, looking at the blacked haired woman. Ur was there, also Lisanna, Cyan, and Kyuri with her.
"Yes. My name's Ur Milkovich, you are the newcomer Lucy, right?" she asked, taking out a hand to shake hers.
"Yes, nice to meet you Ms. Mikovich," she said, shaking her hand, and felt how cold her hand felt, 'Yes, she's an Ice wizard, her hand feels so cold, but she looks so warm, "So can you explain to me why the lot of you are in my house, and Sting half-naked working out?" and crossed her arms.
"You see Lucy, we were hoping you would help us with a job," Happy explained going to Lisanna's shoulder.
"A job?" Lucy repeated before Ur held the flyer to the blonde wizard. Lucy's eyes darted to the S on the flyer and were flabbergasted, "Is this what I think it is?!"
"Yes. Ur asked us to take us on an S-Class job," Lisanna explained and Lucy was still in disbelief.
"You can't be serious?!" she exclaimed.
"Aye, Ur took me to get the job, she told me it was a job she had an eye on for weeks," Happy explained. Lucy looked bewildered, she figured Happy would steal it or something.
"Wait, you didn't steal it?!" she asked.
"No way, Mama Lisanna was surprised Ur asked for me as a witness," the feline added on.
"She asked for Kyuri as well. Since it's not been long, she's been back at the guild, so more time to get adjusted again," Cyan pointed out.
"Sting and Lisanna told me you knew about it, so I was worried about taking you along. But Lisanna vouched for your skill to come along," Ur explained, hand to her hip.
"I see, so what's the reward, if it's an S-class Request, I bet it's high," Lucy said eyeing the flyer.
"7 million Jewels. We'll spill half a million between us, but we told Ur you get a million for your rent." Kyuri said, hands behind her back.
"Really? You do that for me?" Lucy asked, fidgeting with her fingers while sitting at her table facing the group.
"Yeah. The mission is to save a cursed island, the island of Galuna," Sting explained and the hairs on the back of Lucy's neck were on end.
"Cursed? Umm, some other time, I am not sure about curse things, you know," Lucy said, trying to not look afraid. Lisanna sighed, sitting from the bed.
"That's too bad Lucy, the additional reward was a Zodiac gate key for finishing the mission. I mean, if you don't want it…" Lisanna was then interrupted by Lucy staring at her, brown eyes looking at her, "What?!" and her face was flushed.
"Have I told you how pretty you look Lisanna?" she complimented, and Lisanna's face was beet red.
"P-P-Pretty?!" Lisanna stammered and Sting was trying not to laugh. The buttering up tactic, what a strategy.
"You requested me knowing I will be interested in a zodiac key, yes?" Lucy asked, inching closer.
"Yeah, I-I know you seem interested, plus the key is useless to us so…" and Lucy put Lisanna into a tight hug.
"Thank you, Lisanna, I love you!" she squealed, and Lisanna was steaming red at the word love.
"So, it's a deal?" Ur asked, feeling like a mother happy for their child.
"Yes ma'am, you won't be disappointed!"
"The things Lisanna does for her," Lector admitted.
"Love, amirite?" Cyan commented at the now red face Lisanna still in Lucy's arms.
Now with Lucy joining in, the group of Sting, Lector, Lisanna, Happy, Kyuri, Cyan, and Ur was going on the group's first S-class Request… if only it would be an easy venture…
The next day, was just a normal day, if only for a few minutes…
"Oh No!" exclaimed Mirajane as she walks down from the second floor. "Master! A job flyer is missing from the second-floor request board!"
The master who was drinking his morning tea made a spit-take in response to it. "What?!"
It was pandemonium in Fairy Tail... What else was new? As a request was taken and a dangerous adventure was on the horizon for Sting, Kyuri, Cyan, Lucy, Lector, Lisanna Ur, and Happy, one thing was for sure… There will be trouble... Or a complete misunderstanding…

Michael: It took some time but finally we will begin the Galuna arc proper now and Ur's reintroduction into the What if. This took a while after starting the chapter, and I had to cut the strategy move Lisanna and Sting were going to do. The fight was interrupted in the manga and anime anyway, I have Vol 1-17 of the manga so expect some manga scenes or lines moving forward. This was close to my pre updated chapter with Natsu vs Erza episode so hopefully, no Natsu where it shouldn't belong. 2021 is a major year as last week I turned thirty years old, a big deal for me. My biggest goal of 2021 is to get a lot of my current projects updated more, don't expect miracles on that, and get ready for Convention season in the Fall. I have stories during rewriting like KH2: Another Story, it's going to go more canon in the Another Story trilogy. Persona 3 Novelization will continue, Dimensional Merge I am working on chapter two, and stories like my Sword Art Online fics, yes, I am working on chapter six, you will have to be patient. Now other stories like Overcoming and Reclaiming, I will put focus on getting a chapter out for them. I have even more projects I want to do, two Eugeo X Alice stories involving Eugeo and Alice as a couple during the Medina arc of Lycoris and Eugeo having both versions of Alice around him. If you ever want to see these projects I talked about, let me know.
But onto this chapter, you may be asking will Ur alive prevent Lyon from trying to unseal Deliora? The answer is a big fat no. Lyon didn't care for his teacher's sacrifice, that's why he still went along with it, he wanted to beat the demon she could only steal away. Lyon didn't care for Ur's sacrifice, and you will see that when he sees Gray and Ur again, and his anger at both is more profound as what they did after he was knocked out is why he's angrier at them and sees himself superior over the pair. The Galuna arc is also where Kyuri, Cyan, and Cyan's sister will shine, so Sting and Lisanna will take a touch on Gray's story outside the pair and Luke getting that run-in with Ultear in her disguise. This point moving forward will go beyond ReDeluxe, which after I finish rewriting the story's chapter, will have a completely new title. So don't expect the first chapter for many a few weeks, I shift so many unfinished projects and don't want to leave some unfinished.
