"Gloria!" Hop exclaimed after Lillie came back and put her down on a couch.
"Nnngh…" Gloria groaned as she came around, staring at the Galarians and Alolans in front of her.
"Hey, how's our Latias gal doing? Aside from… being beaten up pretty bad." Hau said. "And I thought Guzma took a few heavy hits."
"Heh." Guzma rolled his shoulder. "That musician knows how to swing that guitar of his."
"What happened?" Umber asked in concern.
"Well… I've met Marnie again. This time we got a bit more physical." Gloria said, trying to move but wincing from the pain.
"Please tell me she's okay." Umber hoped.
"She is… but that phazon bitch manipulated her. I could tell she didn't want to do it, but had no other option. I saw it in her eyes. It was either she took me out… or I defeated her and she comes back corrupted in Phazon…"
Bede folded his arms, putting his hand over his chin. "That's definitely a Lose/Lose situation. Either side wins but at what cost…"
"I even told her it'd be okay… I don't hold it against her." Gloria said, trying to readjust herself. "Mmph!" She winced.
"Easy…" Lillie gently said, putting her hands on her shoulders.
"Yeah, that would seem to be the case." Palutena said as she approached. "Marnie did seem rather upset during the whole thing… I think there's more to it at what happened at Boulder Bowl, but I wonder what…"
"Make way, comin' through!" Conductor pushed through the crowd and saw Gloria. He let out a small gasp before clenching his fists. "Alright! Who's the peck neck responsible for hurtin' the lassie!"
"Dark Samus, who do ye think?"
Conductor growled. "THAT GOOD FOR NOTHIN', PHAZON THROWIN', DARK ARMORED, BLUE FIRE USIN' PECK NECK! I'LL SKIN THE SKANK ALIVE IF SHE KNOWS WHAT'S GOOD FER HER!"
"Heh! Good luck skinning armor alive, darlin'!" Grooves said.
"GROOVES! Don't make me pluck off all yer feathers!"
"Ha! You couldn't pluck off my feathers even if you tied me up with rope!"
"OH YEAH?!"
"Oh brother." Hat Kid rolled her eyes as she walked by.
"Heheheh… I think I should make a boxing ring for these two." Snatcher mused.
"You kidding? I don't think that'll be enough." Yang said.
"You're right. I should rig it with explosives!" He added, causing Yang to sweatdrop.
Nearby, Edward was grumbling to himself. "What's wrong?" Ruby asked as she approached him.
"Rrrgh… it's just that we got Dark Samus and Ridley running around these cosmos and it's ruining everyone's day." He said. "Now Dark Samus is one thing with all this phazon crap but Ridley? Ridley's someone who I've had a history with…"
"Huh? You've met Ridley before?"
"Yeah." Ed nodded and showed off his metal arm and leg. "How do you think I lost my limbs?"
Ruby put her hands over her mouth. "Oh my gosh… Ridley did that?!"
"Mhm. It was the planet DF3-1011." Ed explained. "Me, Al and Winry were just having a good time on that planet when the Space Pirates showed up. They wanted some kind of resource but we didn't have it. Something called… Afloratite or something? Anyway, when they found out we didn't have it, they decimated everything. Our parents didn't make it and… well, I got in Ridley's way. He was going to kill Winry…"
"HEY YOU BIG UGLY DRAGON! PICK ON SOMEONE YOUR OWN SIZE!"
"He tore off my arm and leg like it was nothing and left me bleeding out. He didn't go after Winry or Al but he left me for dead. The next thing I know, I wake up being half the guy I used to be. On our planet, we had this resource called Automail, basically metal that allows you to shape it into limbs. That bastard destroyed everything…"
"Oh my…" Ruby whispered.
"Yeah… DF3-1011 was destroyed in just a few hours. There were survivors but not enough. The Galactic Federation came over and took the survivors back to HQ to restart our lives. That's when I met those guys." He said, glancing over at Roy Mustang chatting with Lubba on Starship Mario, Riza cleaning her weapons, Armstrong arm wrestling with Terra, and Olivier sparring with Youmu. "Next thing we know, we're part of the Strike Force."
"But isn't Winry just your pilot?"
"Yeah, but she's still part of the force despite not being actually "Noble Team" since fighting is not usually her style."
"I can fight! I just prefer making things." Winry pointed out.
"So yeah… next time I see Ridley, I'm gonna give him a piece of my mind." Ed said, cracking his knuckles with a devilish smirk. "Oh, I'm gonna enjoy this."
"Huh… that's peculiar…" Polari mused.
"What's up?" Samus asked.
"We have three galaxies ready to go, but one of them was originally a Hungry Luma." Polari turned to Rosalina. "You wouldn't have happened to feed a Hungry Luma recently, right?"
"Not to my knowledge." Rosalina rubbed her cheek. "I remember feeding one for Flip Swap, but not this one."
"Honeybloom…" Samus mused. "Hmm…"
"We'll go take a look at this planet!" A voice said as Sarge walked up, pumping his shotgun. "It's about time we get to do some more intergalactic stuff!"
"Oooh, we'll go with you! This sounds like fun!" Penny said.
"Yeah!" SAPR agreed.
"We'll go too." Akira spoke up.
"Are you sure it's a good idea?" Ann asked. "I mean, I'd love to go but…" She looked at the Terrace Dome. "Haru…"
"She's being taken care of." Makoto put her hand on her shoulder. "I'm worried about her too, but we'll have to go on without her."
"Yeah…"
"Let's move." Akira said as the Phantom Thieves, plus Akechi, were ready to go as a Launch Star was made and they all were launched away together.
Honeybloom Galaxy Power Star #1 - Bumble Beginnings - Blood Gulch Crew, Phantom Thieves, Atlas Sisters
BGM: Honeybloom Galaxy (Super Mario Galaxy 2)
The group landed on the ground. "Huh, nice place." Carolina said.
"Seems like a good place to take a nap here." Grif said as Caboose stared at a few Bees.
"…Caboose, you okay?" Penny asked.
"According to all known laws of aviation, there's no way a bee should be able to fly! Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because it doesn't care what humans think is impossible."
Penny blinked. "Huh? Where did that come from?"
"Don't worry about it, Penny. It's just Caboose being Caboose." Church responded.
"Um… okay." Penny shrugged.
"I always wanted to say it!" Caboose said as they walked along… and then they would come across phazon scattered around the planet.
"Augh! Of course there's phazon here! So much for my nap…" Grif grumbled.
"Oh, I'm sure you can take a nap! Just anywhere but that Phazon." Sarge said.
"Are they normally like this?" Akechi asked.
"Yes." The Phantom Thieves nodded, causing Akechi to sweatdrop as they worked their way around the Phazon until they came across some infected Goombas.
SAPR let out a gasp. "Infected detected! Logical courses of action: Keep seven feet distance. Wear protective clothing. Acquire large quantities of toilet paper."
"Why toilet paper?" Penny asked.
"Long distance ammunition."
"Seven feet?!" Grif spoke up. "Whatever happened to six feet?!"
"Grif, this is no normal infection. This is advanced infection!" Sarge exclaimed.
"Dun dun duuuuuuun!" Caboose said dramatically.
"…I'm surrounded by idiots." Church groaned.
"Right…" Washington shot down the Goomba. "Come on, let's go."
"Ya know, normally… we could just not shoot them." Carolina said as they walked around the planet.
"It's a mercy kill." He said as she shot down a few Chimeras and Healslimes that were also infected.
"Ooooh, they're gonna be upset when the cure is made…" Futaba grimaced.
"Why? There's tons of 'em. It's not like a few of them will be go unnoticed." Simmons said as he walked into a Bee Mushroom and gained wings and antenna. "WHAT THE BUZZ?!"
"Ooooh, Bee Mushrooms!" Futaba exclaimed.
"One for each of us!" Ann said as they each took one as the Reds and Blues had antenna and wings with a bee aesthetic to their weapons, SAPR gained a new arm that resembled a beehive, Penny gained bee stickers on her cheeks and her hair turned pink to resemble a flower, the Phantom Thieves would simply gain Bee aesthetics to their masks and weapons, including wings.
Carolina, however, had a miniskirt under her armor, wore a black and yellow shirt that said "Queens Rule" and had a rapier in her hand. "Huh?" Carolina blinked.
"I think you just turned into a queen bee." Washington said.
"So I'm like in charge of the hive…" Carolina mused.
"Not only that, but queens are also good for something else~!" Tucker said. "Mind if I put my stinger in yours~? Bow chicka bow-"
BANG!
"…Oooow…"
Carolina put her Magnum away. "Let's move." She said as they walked ahead while Doc patched up Tucker as they proceeded to fly up.
"Hah… hah… who knew flying could be so exhausting!" Grif said.
"Oh, buzz off, Grif! It ain't that bad!" Sarge said.
"To infinity and beyond!" Caboose said as they would buzz around some Choppahs and hopped into a Launch Star toward another planet, but SAPR would spot a Power Star nearby.
"Oooh!" SAPR flew over to grab it, and then she turned around to join the others where they would land on the ground.
"Meeeeeyork! Meeeeeeyork!"
"Did anyone say… New York?" Akechi asked.
"Nah, I think it was a "Meeyork"." Makoto said.
Futaba grimaced. "Fuzzies."
"Augh, for real?! Those assholes are here?!" Ryuji groaned as they would see several Fuzzies hopping toward them, and they were all covered in Phazon to boot.
"…Wash." Carolina spoke up.
"Yes?"
"Remember when I suggested not shooting any of the corrupted Koopa Troop?"
"Yeah?"
"Shoot these bastards down."
"I wasn't even gonna hesitate anyway." Washington said as he, Simmons, Akira and Sarge would shoot them down.
"There we go." Akira nodded as they walked ahead and found more Fuzzies where Penny and SAPR would take 'em out, the latter shooting out homing rounds that were shaped like bees. Once they were done, they found a Launch Star and flew away, where they were immediately greeted by Bee Eaters and Flower Mimics.
…Not to mention there was a loud roar.
"What was that?!" Grif asked.
"I think it was a dragon." Donut said.
"Analyzing. There's a massive monster just up ahead, I'm not sure what it is, but it's big and powerful." SAPR said. "It's also where the other Power Star is located."
"Well, let's go pay it a visit then." Yusuke said as they wandered around, avoiding the Bee Eaters that would shoot out and try to stab them with their spikes but the robots would shoot 'em down where they would hop into a Launch Star and fly off to a massive planet, covered in roots, thorns, flowers and other garden-y things.

"This feels like a boss battle. Stay on your toes." Akira said as they immediately went into their Phantom Thief attire, where Oracle went into her Persona and analyzed the planet, causing her to gasp.
"Oooooh… crap." Oracle said.
"What? What's wrong?" Queen asked.
"Guys… I THINK I KNOW WHERE KRAID WENT!" She yelled as suddenly a massive green monster rose out of the ground, covered in Phazon as he let out a loud roar.
Kraid.
"RUN! IT'S GODZILLA!" Grif yelled.
"No, you idiot! It's Kraid!" Panther yelled at him.
"Still, we should run like it's Godzilla!"
"I don't even know if we have anywhere to run on this planet!" Simmons pointed out.
"Boys! We're just gonna have to shoot our way out of this one!" Sarge said.
"What he said!" Washington nodded.
"I'll contact Samus!" Penny said.
"No need, she and Rosalina are on their way over." Palutena told her.
"Then we'll just have to weaken him a bit!" Penny said.
"Let's take Craig down!" Caboose declared.
BGM: Kraid Battle - Phase 1 (Metroid Dread)
Craig - Kraid
Craig, uh, I mean Kraid, swung his claws down, forcing them to dodge as Joker ran up his arm and shot him in the face but also made sure not to touch the Phazon on his shoulder where he would backflip and shoot him in the mouth, while the Reds and Blues would shoot him in the bellybutton.
"Are you sure this is working?" Church said, managing to hit Kraid with his sniper rifle.
"I think it is!" Donut said, and then saw something coming out of his bellybutton. "Uh, I think he needs to get that looked at!" He said as some sort of claw dagger shot out from his belly and nearly impaled Simmons.
"Yagh! What the buzz was that?!" Simmons wondered as Queen jumped over and punched Kraid in the belly and Panther threw fire at the belly button.
Kraid would swat at the robots flying around him, the two firing lasers at him as SAPR got in front of him. "Eat these!" She exclaimed, firing her bee shaped shots, to which Kraid would eat them and licked his lips. "...How about that, he actually ate those..." She sweatdropped.
"Well, I hope he's hungry for more!" Penny fired lasers into Kraid's mouth, when suddenly two lasers struck Kraid as they would turn to see Samus's ship flying overhead before landing on the ground as Samus and Rosalina walked out.
"My gods, he has Phazon on him..." Rosalina said.
"No doubt he's been unwillingly dragged into this." Samus said, pumping her arm cannon as Kraid snarled and swung his tail to try and hit everyone but they had avoided it.
Well, mostly everyone. Doc was unlucky enough to get hit and be sent flying away out of the planet's orbit.
Not that anyone noticed.
"Hope you're hungry!" Samus exclaimed, charging up her arm cannon as everyone else were attacking him... but then another laser struck Kraid in the head. "Huh?"

"Oh, nice hit, sis!" SAPR praised.
"Uh, that wasn't me!" Penny said as her radar picked up on something. "We got something coming in!" She said as they would turn to see a Rayquaza flying over, tackling Kraid head on before flying overhead.
"What's Rayquaza doing here?!" Oracle wondered.
"Wait a sec, who's that on that lizard?" Sarge asked.
BGM: Battle! Zinnia - Hoenn Trainer (Pokemon Masters EX)
"Alright, Ray Ray! Let's knock this big guy down!"
"Wait, is that the crazy dragon chick that somehow befriended Rayquaza?" Samus wondered in disbelief as Kraid swiped down at Rayquaza, but he coiled his body to avoid it and then slapped him with his tail, making Kraid take a step back as he spat out fireballs at him.
Rayquaza flew out of the way and unleashed Dragon Breath on him, as Kraid would respond by throwing claws at him but Rayquaza would dodge these while Zinnia grabbed one.
"Thanks for the souvenir, dude! Here ya go!" Zinnia threw it back, hitting him on the head as Kraid roared and breathed fire at him but Rayquaza responded with a Hyper Beam attack, both of them colliding but the latter easily overpowered Kraid and struck him in the throat.
Zinnia stood up. "All yours big guy! Dragon Ascent!" She said as she backflipped off... while touching the Mega Stone on her ankle as Rayquaza went up into the sky while Mega Evolving, and then came crashing down with Dragon Ascent, slamming into Kraid as the latter roared before falling on his back into the thorny brush, with Zinnia gracefully landing on the ground next to the Phantom Thieves.

"And that is how ya do it." Zinnia said, dusting her hands off while Rayquaza roared in triumph as a Phazon Power Star emerged in front of them along with a power up for Samus.
"Oh, blast it, it's a Phazon Star... then again, I shouldn't be surprised..." Rosalina mumbled to herself as Samus would look at her sympathetically before she went over to the power up in question, letting her armor absorb it.
Diffusion Beam back online!
Samus took the Phazon Star and approached the others.
"Soooo, what's been goin' on?" Zinnia asked. "Aside from tackling big, tall and ugly back there."
"It's a... long story." Ryuji said while Akechi was trying to figure out what the heck he just witnessed.
"That dragon thing transformed into... what..."
"Ha, try me. You're talkin' to a Lorekeeper." Zinnia smiled while Samus put a hand on Rosalina's shoulder.
"It's gonna be okay, Rosie... we'll find a way to get everything back to normal."
"I hope..." She said as Samus dismissed her armor and hugged her from behind, then the latter's ear piece went off.
"Samus... do you read me? SAMUS!"
"Blake?" Samus replied. "Blake, what's going on? You sound distressed." She said. "Huh? What? Slow down, I can hardly understand you!"
"Let me try it." Rosalina requested as she telepathically called Blake. Blake, sweetie... take a deep breath. Now, tell me what's got you riled up.
She let out a gasp right after. "We'll be right there, honey. Just hang on tight!" She clenched her fists. "Those despicable Space Pirates..."
"What's up?" Samus asked.
"Blake and a few of her friends are at Cosmic Cove Galaxy, and there's something in the water that's got her shaken up."
"Okay, what's Cosmic Cove?"
"A planet filled with water, a paradise for penguins and other water creatures."
"Okay, so Blake's scared of a little penguin?"
"No, it's much worse than a penguin."
"Well, what can be worse than a penguin? Unless the Space Pirates were crazy enough to..." Her eyes widened in horror. "No!"
The two quickly ran toward the ship. "Adam, set the coordinates for Cosmic Cove and haul ass on the double!"
"What's gotten you riled up?" Adam wondered, setting coordinates for the Galaxy.
"Blake's in grave danger. Move it! I'll tell you on the way."
"Okay." The ship roared to life as it quickly took off in a hurry while Zinnia was nodding in understanding.
"I see, this whole mess was because of those two." Zinnia cheerfully waved her arms. "Welp, glad we're here now!"
"Quick question, how were you able to tame THIS guy?" Yusuke asked, glancing over at Rayquaza as SAPR was curiously checking him out.
"Ha ha... funny story..." Zinnia rubbed her cheek as heavenly lights overtook them.
"I bet it'll be a fun story for all of us to hear." Palutena said as they all were taken to the Observatory, including a knocked out Kraid.
Wild Glide Galaxy - A Monster in the Shadows - Ruby, Yang, Pit, Roman, Emerald, Mario Bros, Peach, Daisy, Bernadetta, Marisa
Everyone landed on the ground, noticing that the place was a wreck and some places were on fire, some trees were even thrown in the river.
"What the heck happened here?" Pit wondered.
"Looks like something ransacked this place." Yang guessed.
Ruby took out Crescent Rose. "I don't like this... let's be on our guards."
"Right." Mario nodded.
They hopped off the platform where they would have their weapons out, ready to attack anything that would come at them. Emerald knelt down, checking on a Jabberjay. "Not even the wildlife were spared." Emerald said solemnly.
"Yeesh… whoever did this had to be some kind of monster." Roman said.
"I'll look toward the sky." Marisa hopped on her broom and looked around while Bernadetta ciimbed up on a tree.
"Wonder if I can take this monster on from the safety of this tree…" Bernadetta wondered to herself as she would see something on another tree. "Hmm?" She would narrow her eyes to try to see what it was, and then pulled out her bow, nocking an arrow and pulling the string, then fired it.
"YAAAGH!" A voice cried before they fell to the ground in front of the group where the others turned to see who had crashed on the ground. "Ugh, who would fire an arrow at-"
"Seryu?!" Yang exclaimed.
"You!" Pit glared as Seryu got up and saw everyone in front of her.
"Oh joy, my cover's blown… so much for assassinating all of you so easily."
"Wait, who's this chick?" Marisa asked.
"Seryu, the one responsible for the massacre on Atlas and the reason why Weiss has those scars on her chest." Yang responded.
"Wait, THIS is the bitch responsible for that?"
Seryu turned to glare at Marisa. "What the hell did you just call me?"
"You do know what female dogs are called, right? Assuming those ears are real."
"Well, at least my dog ears are real. Where'd you get the dress… the dollar store? Honestly, you could've done better than that lame outfit… oh, and by the way, Halloween is already over so you might as well ditch the outfit unless it's the only thing you wear, so you might as well be a hobo or a massive slo-"
"Big talk for someone within Master Sparking range."
"Huh?"
Marisa fired a point blank Master Spark to the face, all with a smug look.
"Oh wow, it's a rainbow laser…" Bernadetta said. "I didn't know rainbows could be so deadly."
Once the Master Spark was done, Seryu stood there covered in soot, blinking a few times and coughed out smoke. "Ow…" She groaned before shaking it off, aiming her gun at a smug Marisa, but then had a gun pointed at her head, belonging to Emerald.
"I think I know who was responsible for destroying the wildlife."
"Bitch, why would I waste ammo on the wildlife? I only take out humans… besides, it was like this when I got here. I was told a group of "heroes" were coming, so I thought I'd make myself scarce."
"Let me guess, Adam Taurus?" Yang glared.
"No. This jester dude who was wanting to torment someone named… Chaos Ruby or somethi-" Ruby grabbed Seryu by the collar. "Wah!"
"You're working with that clown?!" She growled. "I already didn't have a high opinion of you for what you did with Weiss and Blake, but now you're working with him?!"
"Well, it's more like he had the Crimson Fang join forces with his cause for whatever it may be. That said, he did enjoy watching you squirm."
"I wonder if he'll enjoy watching you squirm." Ruby glared as Yang looked at Ruby in surprise.
"Whoa…" Yang silently said.
"That seemed uncharacteristic." Roman said as the Bros, Princesses, Yang and Pit nodded.
"What… do you mean?" Seryu asked.
"Oh, let's see…" She paused for a second. "I can do this!" She said, attempting to give Seryu a noogie… if you can call ruffling her hair with her palm a noogie.
"Never mind…" Roman sweatdropped as Marisa and Yang held back a few snickers.
"What are you doing, grooming me?"
"Ooooh, how does Yang do this!"
"You gotta do with your knuckles. Like so!" Yang said, pummeling Seryu's head with her knuckles, and fired her gauntlet for good measure.
"YOWCH!"
"Ooooh, so someone has to fire a gauntlet in order to give someone a noogie…" Ruby nodded. "I gotta get me one of those!"
"No! She only did it because she's a bitch!" Seryu said, elbowing Yang. "It's a shame the Schnees aren't here, but I can take out someone befo-" She would try to aim her gun at Ruby, but noticed it was gone. "Huh?!"
"Looking for this?" Emerald held the gun in her hand.
Bernadetta turned her head, hearing the sound of heavy footsteps and trees snapping. "Um… guys? We have a problem!"
Peach turned her head. "A monster?"
"Friend of yours?" Yang glared at Seryu.
"What? No, why would I be friends with a rampaging… thing? I don't even know what it is." Seryu took a step back. "Anywho, if it's going to kill you guys, I might as well do it a favor."
"If you kill us, then it'll just come after you for an appetizer." Daisy said, causing Seryu to pale.
"And if you flee while leaving us for dead, it'll come after you." Mario pointed out.
"N-no… hahaha! You're lying! You humans are all the same with your lying and-" A spike came flying over and grazed Seryu's cheek. "YIPE!" She yelped, jumping up and landing into Yang's arms.
"…Our Atlas murderer, everyone." Yang said, dropping Seryu on her butt.
"Wah! Ooof!" Seryu got back up as they turned to the monster in question, where it would topple over the tree that Bernadetta was on.
"Ack!" She yelped as she jumped out.
BGM: Hunter of the Dark (Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Final Mix)
"What is that thing?" Luigi asked.
"I don't know, but it's covered by smoke…" Marisa said. "And if I were to guess, it has spikes for weapons?"
"You think it's one of those Heartless things?" Emerald wondered.
"I dunno!" Daisy said as they got to cover as the creature roared and breathed fire on a rock that Mario and Ruby had taken cover, then Ruby would get out of cover and shoot at the creature. It would respond by going around the debris as Emerald and Roman shot at it, before Roman had an idea.
"Peach, your tennis racket!"
"Oh, good idea!" Peach took it out as Roman shot at her as she caught it with her tennis racket as she lobbed it up and swung her racket, hitting the creature before getting back into cover. "Fifteen-love!" She grinned, high fiving Roman.
"Does anyone know how to lure it out?" Pit asked.
"I've got a few options!" Yang said, glancing at Seryu who ducked after a few spikes flew overhead.
"Don't even think about it, blondie!"
"Mario, take this!" Ruby said, handing him her scythe before switching to her boomerang and threw it as Mario got into position and fired a shot, which the recoil was enough to make him fall on his butt.
"That's got a kick to it!"
"You get used to it!"
"Wait wait, hold on… did it get quiet all of a sudden?" Roman asked as they would peek out and saw nothing ahead.
"Ha! We scared it off." Daisy grinned.
"…Does anyone feel dread all of a sudden?" Luigi paled. "Like… do you feel as if something is right behind you?"
"I would mock the human but… I have that feeling too." Seryu whimpered.
Pit closed his eyes. "Ah crud…" He groaned as they slowly turned their heads and saw the massive beast behind them. The beast in question had spikes all over his body and had two massive imposing horns on his head.
The Extinction Dragon - Nergigante
"Oh, good heavens, would you look at the time… it's time to GET THE HECK OUT OF HERE!" Luigi yelled as they scrambled to avoid getting crushed by the dragon.

The Nergigante roared and flapped his wings, flying into the air… but the flap of his wings would be enough to send everyone flying where they would try to shoot at it but it would flip and throw spikes at them, forcing them to get out of the way, with a spike narrowly hitting Roman in the foot.
"Hey, Seryu! You want to be best buds with this thing? It's all yours!" Yang shoved her towards it.
"WHAT?! No! I'm not taming that thing!"
"Why not? Blake told us you tamed a Glavenus!"
"I didn't tame it, Adam did! I was just trying not to die from that asshole's glowing fiery tail!" Seryu said as the Nergigante slammed into the ground and knocked the two down as it clawed at them, but Pit would get in the way with a Guardian Orbitar.
"Hey Lady Palutena, you got any info on this guy?!" Pit asked as Seryu and Yang took a step back, the latter jumping toward it with a Firaga Punch.
"Holy Zeus… it's a Nergigante!"
"Okay, what's so special about this Nergi… whatever it is?" Marisa asked, throwing down Starlight Typhoo to lure it away from Bernadetta.
"Well, to put it bluntly… it's called the Extinction Dragon."
"DID YOU JUST SAY EXTINCTION?!" Luigi yelped after blasting it with a lightning attack, to which they would see its spikes slowly rising out of its back.
"Well, we're definitely screwed!" Daisy exclaimed.
"We have to knock it down somehow!" Peach said.
"I offer Seryu as a sacrifice to this guy!" Yang suggested.
"HEY!" Seryu glared before getting in a stance. "Alright, I was saving this for the Schnees and that Belladonna traitor, but I guess I can give you a demonstration on my new power that Dimentio had given me!" She said as she clapped her hands, a purple aura surrounding her hands. "HRAAAAAAAAH!" She yelled, unleashing purple lightning at the Nergigante simply caught it with its claws, letting out a roar before slamming it into the ground and causing a massive explosion that knocked everyone away.
"Nnngh! Way to go, you made it use that thing against us!" Marisa exclaimed.
"How was I supposed to know he'd do that?!"
Ruby quickly used her semblance to rush toward the Nergigate, using a Rose Tornado to try to lift it up the ground but the Nergigante didn't even budge and headbutted Ruby before striking her with spikes. "YAAAGH!" She screamed as the Nergigante lunged and sent her flying.
"RUBY!" Yang and Pit yelled.
"Well, there goes one human!" Seryu said as Yang and Pit would rush toward Ruby, as even Mario jumped in to see if she was alright.
"Nnngh…" Ruby grunted, seeing a spike was in her side as she pulled it out. "Aaaagh!" She cried as the three came next to her. "That thing… that thing's a monster!" She said.
"We gotta get out of here!" Mario said.
"No…" Ruby growled as she pulled out her spell book. "We gotta find a way to knock it down…"
"Rubes, I don't think your magic will-"
"There's something I need to try…" Ruby interrupted Yang. "It caught my attention before I had a talk with Aunt Raven…" She flipped through the pages. "Here we go…"
Pit looked at it. "How do you pronounce that…? And why are there question marks next to it?"
"It's best we find out now." Ruby said as she took a deep breath. "Yalley Mahwop Tiren JANNETH!"
Roman was pushed away from Nergigante's claws, Daisy quickly using a crystal shield to protect herself, Peach and Luigi while Emerald would stare at the Nergigante… but it would swat Emerald away in the blink of an eye. "Agh!" Emerald grunted. "Damn! My semblance isn't gonna work on this big guy!"
"Well, do you humans have any other ideas? Because I'm open for 'em!" Seryu exclaimed.
"I got a few! I just need to open this guy's mouth and throw a bomb in it!" Marisa said, unleashing Orrerries Sun at it as the Nergigante roared and went to tackle them.
"AWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Suddenly, a massive lightning bolt struck the Nergigante. "Honey…?" Daisy would ask.
"It wasn't me!" Luigi said as they turned to see Ruby looking entirely different. Wolf ears were on her head, electricity coursed through her body, she was wearing female Zinogre armor but in her colors. A wolf tail was also seen, her fingernails were replaced by claws, there were actual sharp fangs in her mouth as her hair had a streak of blue that was in the shape of a lightning bolt.
Not to mention she was looking a bit hunched over and looked a bit more… feral. Crescent Rose was also colored blue and green, and looked more sharper.
Crimson Lightning - Zinogre Ruby
BGM: Zinogre Battle Theme (Monster Hunter Rise)
"Let's dance!" Ruby smirked, rushing toward the Nergigante and lightning punched him in the face, sending the Nergigante sliding back as it snarled, charging at her and firing spikes, but Ruby punched the ground as a lightning shield protected herself.
The Nergigante flew up and body slammed into Ruby, attempting to bury her underneath its weight but Ruby would push him off and then used another Rose Tornado, only this time, lightning bolts shot out at the tornado and struck the Nergigante as Ruby was then above it and then came crashing down like a lightning bolt and struck it on its back.
With a snarl, the Nergigante twisted his body to get Ruby off of him, where Ruby landed on all fours before getting up and pulling out Crescent Rose, shooting out electric blasts out of it and striking the Nergigante. It would respond by flapping its wings to send her flying but she stabbed the ground to prevent her from flying away, as she then aimed her hand to summon the Rose Palm and charged up an eletrical attack and fired a bolt of lightning that struck the Nergigante.
She then howled before using her semblance, where it was a mixture of crimson and blue as electrical orbs shot out and struck the Nergigante as it tried to claw at her but Ruby wrapped around his side and landed on all fours again, electricity pouring out of her claws and swiped at the Nergigante right as it turned around, scratching its head and leaving claw marks over its snout, then she lunged as her scythe crackled with electricity, striking the Nergigante on the head to make it fall over.
"Awooooooooooo!" She howled.
"Oh. My. Gods…" Yang could only say before tearing up. "My sis grows up so fast!"
"That's my girl!" Pit exclaimed.
"Mama mia…" Mario said in awe.
"I think I just gained a new respect for the huntress." Roman chuckled.
Seryu started sweating nervously. I think Dimentio messed with the wrong chick… She thought.

"I wouldn't howl in celebration just yet. Those things tend to play dead…"
"Well then, get us the hell out of here!" Marisa said as they were surrounded by light, as even Seryu was covered in light as they were taken back to the Observatory.
"Oh hallelujah! We're out of there!" Seryu exclaimed before seeing the massive group in front of her. "…Uh oh." She sweatdropped before turning to Ruby who was already flashing her claws and sharp teeth at Seryu with a smirk. Seryu paled up and quickly pulled out two Power Stars. "Here, just take these stupid things I found on that planet! I'm getting the hell out of here!" She said as a purple aura surrounded Seryu and she quickly teleported away.
"Heh, that'll teach her." Ruby smirked.
"Oh Ruuuubes~!"
Ruby turned around, immediately seeing Yang with a bone in her hand. "Oh!" She exclaimed as her tail started wagging.
"Come on, who wants the bone? You do! You do~!" She teased as Ruby looked at the bone longingly before snapping out of her daze and just looked at Yang in annoyance.
"Really sis?"
"Come on, you know you want it! You wouldn't hit your sister with a bone, would you~?" She grinned, which resulted with Ruby snagging the bone and bopped her on the head with it. "D'oh! You hit me with the bone… that's well played." She said as Ruby snickered before turning back to normal.
"So that's what it does…" Ruby smiled. "Sweet, I can turn into a Zinogre! …A human version of it, but still!"
"I think it turns her feral too." Bernadetta mumbled.
"Well, as long as it doesn't make her lose control… I'm fine with it." Roman chuckled.
"Um… guys… are we going to announce the massive Goliath in the room?" Emerald spoke up as they would turn to see Kraid sitting on a massive platform that Palutena had made for him.
"KRAID?!" Ruby, Yang, Pit, the Mario Bros and the princesses yelled.
"It's a long story…" Palutena said.
Cosmic Cove Galaxy Power Star #1 - Creature of the Deep - Sea5ons, ATMC, CRDL, Weiss, Blake, Neptune
BGM: Cosmic Cove Galaxy (Super Mario Galaxy 2)
The group landed on the ground. "Wooow, it's pretty!" Kokoro smiled.
"You bet!" Ling also smiled.
"So peaceful…" Whitley could only say.
"Mmm…" Blake whimpered, staring at the water. "Do we have to go in…?"
Weiss put her hand on Blake's shoulder. "It's going to be okay, Blake. We'll be right with you." She smiled sweetly as Blake nodded, they they dove into the water and swam ahead. A few Cheep Cheeps swam peacefully in the water as one of them turned to look at them before going about its day.
Neptune would spot a Sling Star as he would swim toward it and launched high into the air, going through a ring of Star Bits as he did a graceful flip before cannonballing into the water. Nailed it! He thought as he caught up with the others.
What are these things? Akame wondered, seeing a few Snoodles glaring at them before resuming to go back to their naps as they swam through a cave. A Spiny Cheep Cheep saw them and chased after them, but Cardin slugged it in the face to knock it away as they would swim up to the surface right after, coming up for air as they would see a tower up ahead.
They swam toward it as they climbed out and walked up the steps as they would find a switch as Weiss pressed the button, where the whole lake would freeze over.

"Ooooh! A personal ice rink!" Weiss's eyes sparkled as they hopped down… and then they heard a Pokeball opening up as Seer came out.
"Absol! Sol Sol!" He said.
"Sweetie… what's wro-" Blake stiffened. "Mmmph!"

"Blake? You okay?" Neptune asked.
"I've heard Absols sense danger…" Kokoro said.
"That can't be good." Cardin responded as they took out their weapons, although Cardin simply squared up.
Something quick swam underneath them as Weiss looked down, spotting a tail before it disappeared into the water. Seer would see something move in the corner of his eye as he turned to it but it disappeared into the shadows.
Deep breath… deep breath… Blake thought.
"Whatever this thing is… it's got Blake all tensed up." Chelsea said, readying her needles as Akame would look down and see something swiftly disappearing in the water, and then it would slowly approach Blake underneath, behind her and ready to pounce.
"I need to get out of here!" Blake said as she ran off.
"Blake, WAIT!" Weiss yelled, noticing movement underneath her as it was headed straight for Blake. "LOOK OUT!"

"Mmph!" Blake was knocked back on her butt, getting out of her daze as she saw the creature in front of her… looking incredibly eel like. She immediately paled up, knowing exactly what it was as she had flashbacked to the BSL Station. All she could do was shriek.
Faunus Eating Eel - Serris

Weiss would quickly use her semblance to fire icicles from her gylphs, knocking the creature at bay as Weiss pulled Blake away right after. "Blake… BLAKE! Are you okay?!"
"That… that's the eel… who ate me…" She would say with terrified tears running down her cheeks.
Weiss's eyes widened before she clenched her fists. "Everyone, form a perimeter around Blake! We're NOT going to let this thing eat her a second time!"
Whitley pulled out his daggers. "Time to show off Boreas and Chione then." He said as everyone formed a perimeter around the petrified Faunus, as even Seer got ready to go. Another Pokeball opened up as Zeraora got into position, flashing his claws while Weiss called up her Blue Wisp for assistance, then the latter would toss Myrtenaster to Cardin.
"You're giving me this?"
"You're not fighting that thing with your bare hands!" Weiss told him as she brought out Eiskönigin.
BGM: Battle! Serris (AM2R)
Serris shot out of the ice and spat out electricity but Akame would block with her sword and then lunged, slashing at the beast before it disappeared into the water. "Did this thing shoot out electricity before?"
"N-no!"
"Then they definitely revived this thing with new moves." Weiss growled as Serris would burst out of the ice and tackled Zeraora but it would grab its jaw and tossed it to the side where Mine shot him up, forcing him to go back into the water.
"Well, the good news is, eels don't slither on the ground!" Cardin said as Serris sprang out of the ice and landed on the ice before slithering toward them in a creepy snake-like motion.
"YOU WERE SAYING?!" Mine yelled.
"Okay new plan! EVERYONE STOP JINXING EVERYTHING!" Cardin yelled.
"Knowing how this universe works, that's next to impossible!" Weiss said as she trapped Serris with gravity glyphs as Whitley and Ling went over and swung their weapons, the former stabbing at him while Ling swung her staff down, all the while Blake reached for her ear piece and started to contact Samus.
"Samus… do you read me? SAMUS!"
"Blake?"
"Oh thank Oum!"
"Blake, what's going on? You sound distressed."
"It'shorriblewe'reinCosmicCoveandthisgiantthingcameoverand-"
"Huh? What? Slow down, I can hardly understand you!"
Blake, sweetie… Rosalina telepathically called her. Take a deep breath… Blake took a deep breath while Serris lunged at them, but Cardin and Sky would attack the creature to make him back off as Seer unleashed Night Slash on it.
"Okay…"
Now, tell me what's got you riled up.
"We're at Cosmic Cove and… they revived Serris. I repeat, they revived Serris!"
Rosalina let out a gasp. We'll be right there, honey. Just hang on tight!
Serris lunged at Kokoro, but she quickly used her semblance to blind it as Tatsumi and Akame slashed at it while Chelsea threw her needles, then Kokoro's cat, Yukina came out of her bag and hissed at Serris. It let out a snarl and lunged for the cat, but to everyone's surprise, include the eel, Yukina let out a cat uppercut to knock it's chin back.
"What the… you didn't tell me your cat could do that!" Cardin said, impaling Serris as Weiss would gracefully swing her Eiskönigin down, then Dove and Russel would swing their weapons to knock the creature back.
"I didn't either!" Kokoro admitted as Yukina hissed again, then Neptune shot at its face as Serris would unleash an electrical shockwave that stunned everyone but Zeraora as it went back underwater, and then it would target Blake from underneath, something that Weiss immediately saw.
"Lapis!" Weiss yelled as the Blue Wisp went inside of her as she stabbed the ice.
"CUBE!"
An icy cube platform rose underneath Blake to get her out of harm's way right as Serris body slammed into the cube, which was enough to shatter the ice and sent everyone flying as Blake landed on her back, sliding a few feet as Serris lunged for Blake. "BLAKE!" Weiss screamed as she ice skated toward her, using a gravity glyph to block him but Serris went underwater as everything went slow motion as Serris lunged from below right as Weiss lunged and pushed Blake out of the way right as Serris breached out… and ate Weiss instead.
"WEISS!" Blake shrieked, tears swelling in her eyes.
"NO!" Whitley yelled as everyone stood there in shock while Whitley fell on his knees in disbelief.
"No… no…" Neptune clenched his fists, glaring angrily at the eel. "RAAAAAAAAAAH!" He yelled, shooting at Serris while it flicked its tail toward Blake, sending her sliding toward the group but Zeraora would grab Blake.
"Weiss…" Blake teared up. "Dammit… why can't my body move…!" She whimpered as Serris slithered toward them, ignoring the damage it was receiving from everyone as it towered over the Faunus, ready to sink its teeth into her as it would lunge… but it suddenly stopped right as Chelsea threw her needles at it.

"What's wrong, big guy? You look like you're about to die from exhaustion!" Cardin taunted as Serris let out a groan before he was suddenly frozen over and then shattered into pieces. In his place was not only a power up and a Power Star, but Weiss in her Fierce Deity form.
"Hah… hah…. EUUUUUUUUUGH!" She groaned in disgust, visibly cringing as some guts were on her face as she dove into the water to wash her entire body off before climbing out, going back to normal. "I am never going to look at a Maw-Ray the same way again." She said as she walked over to Blake.
"Weiss…" Blake could only say as Weiss knelt down and hugged her tightly. "Weiss… I'm so sorry… I should've done something but I was paralyzed by my own-"
"Shhhh… it's okay, it's not going to hurt you again…" Weiss whispered, with Blake burying her head into her shoulder. "I can see why you were so terrified…"
It was then that Samus's ship came down and landed on the ice, with Samus and Rosalina walking out. "Is everyone alright?" Rosalina asked.
"We're good!" Cardin blinked as Rosalina and Samus approached Blake.
"What happened?" Samus asked with worry on her face as Weiss would tell them everything, and would break away from Blake as Samus and Rosalina hugged Blake.
"It's okay… we're here, sweetie…" Rosalina softly said where Whitley hugged Weiss tightly.
"You worried the hell out of me…"
"Don't worry, bro. I'm still here." Weiss smiled.
"That's good." He said and then sniffed. "You still smell like eel guts."
"What? Oh come on, I took a dip in the water!" Weiss pouted.
"Wasn't long enough, sheesh… you stink!" He said, playfully pushing her away.
"Ugh, I hope the Observatory has a shower…" Weiss groaned as Neptune hugged her from behind, then once Blake was calmed down, Samus would walk over to the Power Up in question, letting her armor absorb it.

"That's more like it." Samus chuckled as she took the Power Star. "Come on, let's head back."
"You guys go on ahead." Rosalina said. "I sense two Power Stars here and I'm going to-"
"There's no need to go looking for the other one." Palutena spoke up. "A team is currently going for the second one."
"Oh? Well, I'll let them take care of that then." Rosalina nodded as Palutena surrounded everyone else in light and took them back to the Observatory, including Samus's ship. Rosalina, meanwhile, turned around and walked over to a platform, with a Hungry Luma flying down.
"Phew, that was a mess!" The Hungry Luma said.
"Indeed. How many coins do you need?"
"Fifteen!"
"I'll be right back." Rosalina smiled as she dove underwater.

Cosmic Cove Galaxy Power Star #2 - Exploring the Cosmic Cavern - DJ Grooves, Mafia, Umber, Kairi, Ven, Reimu
Once the group had landed on the ground, they would walk toward the water but saw it immediately freezing up. "Oh!" Kairi yelped.
"Well, I'll be! It magically turned into an ice rink!" Grooves said.
"Mafia skate like flopping fish… this will not go well."
"Darlin, time to learn to skate properly!" Grooves said, happily ice skating across the pond with Umber joining in.
"Come on, it'll be fun!" Kairi said, taking the Mafia goon's hand and ice skating around.
"Wah! Whoooooa!"
"He'll be fine." Reimu said as she decided to fly over the ice while Ven took out his Keyblade and threw it across the ice, hopping on it and acting like an impromptu board before they found a Warp Pipe as they would go into it, but before Reimu and Umber could go in, they heard shrieking from the other side of the wall.
"What was that?" Umber asked.
"Eh, I'm gonna go ahead and say something along the lines of… people failing miserably ice skating."
"With a shriek like that?"
"I dunno, probably a guy doing the splits." Reimu shrugged as they hopped into the Warp Pipe and found themselves in a cavern, with them all wanderig around while dodging big bubbles of water rolling down a slope, then they would find a body of water and they all dove in.
As they swam down, a Gringill would try to snap down on Grooves but he smacked it upside the head with his microphone. "Show some respect, darlin'!" He scolded as they swam down, then Kairi would use Blizzaga on it to freeze it in place as they would find a Warp Pipe soon after, proceeding to go inside and found themselves in an area with water floating in space freely… with a lot of black holes surrounding them.
Well, this is precarious! Ven thought.
Welp, don't fall in… or out. Umber thought as they swam across while taking out some Floating Mines that were in their way before reaching the top platform and found a caged Luma with a Key in front of it, only for a Phazon infused Shadow Heartless picking the key up… but Kairi simply cut through it and grabbed the key.
Meanwhile, in the vaccum of space…
The Phanto Mask, as it was floating aimlessly… sensed a key being picked up. It's eyes lit up and started to go after the one with the key. However, the lights disappeared shortly after, sensing the key was used for something and disappeared right after. Still, it was heading towards it, hoping to find some sucker stupid enough to snag another key.
Back at Cosmic Cove…
"Thank you!" The Luma chirped happily before turning into a Launch Star, all of them flying away as they would approach the Drill Water Spring Planet, all of them seeing Fizzlits going about their day.
"Oh, they're cute!" Kairi gushed while Reimu flew up toward a platform and snagged the Power Star.
"Well, that was easy." Reimu said as a massive glow spot caught everyone's attention.
"What was that?" Ven asked.
"Looks like a Hungry Luma turning into a planet." Umber shrugged. "Wonder who was suckered into giving them coins?" He chuckled where they would disappear into the heavenly lights.
Cosmic Cove Galaxy Power Star #3 - Catch That Star Bunny! - Rosalina
Rosalina landed on the planet and spotted a Star Bunny. "Oh, hello little one!" She smiled.
"Hello, boiyoing! If you catch me, you'll get this Power Star!" He said as he hopped away… only for Rosalina to telekinetically bring him back to her and snagged the Power Star. "Hey, that's cheating!"
"You never said how I should catch you." Rosalina pointed out, causing the Star Bunny to sweatdrop.
"…Good point." He said as Rosalina put the Star Bunny down, patting him on the head before teleporting back to the Observatory.

At the Observatory, with Summer…
"It's like I can stare at this for hours…" Summer smiled, staring off into the horizon.
"Hey, Summer."
Summer turned her head, seeing Raven approach her. "Oh, hi Raven."
"Hey." Raven said. "Hell of a view, isn't it?"
"Yeah, it is…"
Raven looked down, looking somber. "Listen, Summer, about what happened last time…"
"Don't worry about it."
"Huh?"
Summer turned to her. "You were right. I was way in over my head." She frowned. "After witnessing all of that from the beyond and all that stuff, I was just so… frustrated that you would go and do all those terrible things, especially when you left Tai and Yang like that." She said. "…Not to mention I kinda put that stuff into Yang's head."
"Yeah, I heard it."
Summer looked at her in surprise. "How much did you hear?"
"Does "To hell with her. I don't need her then and I don't need her now" ring a bell?"
"Oh gosh… you heard it all at Patch…" Summer whispered.
"About… all of that…" Raven looked away, awkwardly rubbing her arm. "I-"
"Don't apologize… you did what you had to do… and I was too blind in my frustrations to fully understand what was going on."

"You were right. All of it." Summer looked at Raven, nearly tearing up. "I was the one who pushed you away in our argument, I wasn't really understanding your viewpoint and… and… I said that horrible thing about you with Salem coming for you and not expecting any help…"
"Summer…" Raven looked at her with tears in her eyes as well.
"You were right! I am just a woman who's only interested in seeing the good in everyone and trying to bring hope to everything! You should've been team leader for STRQ instead of me! You would've made… you would've made a better leader than I ever would… all of that junk Ozpin put in my head… I was too blind to see the truth!"
Tears were now streaming down her cheeks. "I'm such…. I was such a bad leader… because look at all of this. I never understood your ambitions and I was one of the key factors of driving our team apart and-"
"Summer!" Raven put her hands on her shoulders. "Don't say that. You were a wonderful leader and despite how we didn't get along at times and how we butted heads more than Tai and Qrow… you were the one pulling us together, and even though it was a bit aggravating, you did all that you could. If anything, I should be the one apologizing for leaving everyone behind just like that… and I'm sorry I said all those things to you at camp…"
"Raven…"
"Sums… you're my best friend… I was grieving for you when I found out you died… will you… forgive me for all I've done?"
"Will you forgive me…?" Summer whispered before the two embraced one another, both of them crying into each other's shoulders.
"That's beautiful..." Ibuki said, overhearing their conversation with tears in her eyes. "They made up!"

"Hey blondie, you got a sec?" Iris asked Yang who had sat down on the deck to stare out into space.
"Hmm? Oh, hey Iris." Yang greeted as Iris sat down next to her. "What's up? Usually you're just hanging around with your team or having a food eating contest with Akame."
"Ah, something's been on my mind for a while." She said. "Kinda came up suddenly."
"Didn't want to chat with the others?"
"Nah, it doesn't concern them."
"Well, I'm your woman, so lay it on me. I can handle a secret or two."
Iris chuckled. "Well, honestly, this concerns you."
"Huh?"

"Look, this whole thing has been bugging me. Your moth- I mean, Raven... she's been trying her best to reconcile with her family. She's done with Ruby, I think she's doing it with Summer..."
"Mmm, well, good for them. I want nothing to do with her."
"And that's the problem. You're shutting her out, you're giving her the cold shoulder, giving her the stink eye, hell, you literally punched her in the face!"
"I'd do it again..."
Iris sighed. "Yang, she's trying her best..."
"And what if this is just a set up?" Yang shot back. "What if Raven is just tricking everyone? She's probably setting everyone up into a false sense of security and next thing everyone knows, she will just leave everyone for her stupid tribe!"
"How do you know that? How do you know she's going to do that?"
"She's obviously lying. She doesn't want to reconcile, she just wants to make everyone think everything is all hunky dory now, but I'm on to her! She's not going to get me into one of those hugs! She abandons everyone she loves and I wouldn't be surprised if she'd abandon her tribe for another!"
Iris stared at Yang, hearing the cracks in her voice that she's desperately trying to hide. "Yang..."

"Okay, enough... take a deep breath. Raven's family."

"Because she left!" Yang had her hands on her knees, stiffening and doing her best not to lose it. "She abandoned all of us for some malicious reason! She maliciously abandoned us for no damn reason and she thinks she can just walk back into my life just like that? To hell with her! She's obviously lying and if I even start to warm up to her, she's going to just disappear again. What if she'll leave again? I made that mistake once, I thought she was my mother... but no, she didn't want a family. I'm not making that mistake again..."
"Do you know why she left you?"
"Yeah, she didn't want anything to do with us."
"And how do you know that? Trust me, Yang... this whole mindset is poisoning you and you need to get this toxicity out of your mind. You think she wanted to leave you? She probably had a very good reason... a reason that was probably hard for her to do."
"It crushed me and dad..."
"And you think she did it without hesitating? Believe me, Yang... I've a feeling she didn't want to do it but had no choice. She didn't tell you because she was more than likely afraid you or your father would go after her and you'd end up in more danger than ever."
"She cut ties with us!"
"If that's the case, explain her semblance. She makes a portal to anyone who she's connected with, and one of those connections is you. Before you ask how I know this, Ibuki told me... I'm not sure how she knows, but it's Ibuki, I'm not gonna question it. I think maybe Ruby told her..."
"Even if she has her semblance... she ain't my family, that's for sure. But why are you telling me all this?"
"Because I know what it's like to leave a family member. I've left my entire tribe with one grave mistake that ended up severely hurting one of the villagers. It lead into a fight and the blame was pinned on me and... I agreed to it. You think I wanted to leave my family? No, no I didn't... I hesitated too but, it was either staying in the village and dealing with the guilt, not to mention be at odds with my cousin... or leave and forget about it all. I didn't want to do it, but I wouldn't go and wish contention with your family members with anyone..."
"So you see yourself in Raven's shoes?"
"Honestly? Yes... she had a reason to leave, I had a reason to leave, and I bet it was hard as hell for her to leave just like it was for me. There's not a day that goes by where I think about my village... and I have a feeling Raven feels the same way with you and your father. Yang, this is your one chance to reconcile with Raven... and I bet she's waiting for you to make the first move. Don't waste this chance, okay?"
"Tch, why should I..." Yang mumbled, both of them unaware of Dark Samus underneath the Starship and overheard everything.
"Interesting..." Dark Samus mused. "She's letting her abandonment issues control her. Most interesting indeed..." She said before disappearing into a Phazon portal.
"Don't waste this chance, okay?"
Yang stayed quiet, contemplating on what Iris said about Raven. Perhaps Raven did want to make amends but Yang could be taking a risk if or when Raven abandons her again.
But hey, isn't life about taking risks?
"I…I'll think about it." Yang eventually replied with a sigh. With a nod, Iris put her hand on Yang's shoulder before getting up and crossing over to the Observatory via Pull Star.

"How's she holding up?" Nyx asked.
"Her abandonment issues are sky high, she's letting it control her." Iris said. "I tried, but I don't think I can get through to her."
"Alright..." Nyx cocked her crossbow. "Guess I'll have to knock some sense into her soon."
So, fun fact: the concept of Wolf Ruby stemmed back all the way to Bowser's Inside Story. I was gonna have Yang stumble across that spell in her tome and ask Ruby how to pronounce it, then turns into Wolf Ruby. However, I couldn't figure out where to put it in or figure out what kind of shenanigans went on inside Bowser, so I put it on the backburner.
...And then I finally got into Monster Hunter with Stories 2 and next thing I know, we retooled Wolf Ruby into having Zinogre Armor and other stuff, but still had the name "Wolf Ruby" and I saw an opportunity to finally implement it, but had decided at the last minute to rename her Zinogre Ruby. It made more sense to do so.
