"Hmm…" Kokoro looked at the grand piano in the music room, rubbing her chin in thought. "It's been a while, but, maybe I still have it." She said to herself as she sat down and put her fingers on the keys. Here goes. She thought as she started to play a song, but played all the wrong notes that made her wince.
Okay, deep breath. It's been a while since you played one of these, so take it slow. She thought as she tried to play but also got the notes wrong. Geez, dad made this look easy. She thought with a sweatdrop.
A few minutes of trial and error later, Kokoro rolled her shoulders. Alright, got all the kinks out hopefully. She thought. Thumb on middle C… or, wait, was it index finger? No no, it was definitely the thumb.
She took a deep breath. Don't worry about it, who cares if you mess up? it's not like there's an audience. Besides, mother isn't here either. She thought as her eyes widened. That's right, mom's not here to yell at me for not playing the piano correctly!
"Alright, here goes nothing. Don't kick yourself for screwing up…"
"Mrow!" Yukina hopped up on the bench and curled up.
"And just relax." Kokoro said and then started to play.
BGM: Evolution Era (Deemo)
Outside…
"Hey, Cardin." A voice spoke up as Cardin turned to see Pyrrha approaching him. "You mind if we… talk? Just the two of us?"
"Um, sure."
"Oooooh! The amazon wants to talk to you!" Sky teased.
"Row! She's quite the catch." Dove smirked.
"When's the wedding?" Russel teased.
"Oh shut up, you boneheads." Cardin rolled his eyes as he walked off toward the garage with her. "So, what do you want to talk about?"
"Listen, um… I just wanted to say…" Pyrrha rubbed her arm awkwardly. "I'm… sorry for what happened earlier."
"Hmm? What'd you do?" Cardin asked.
"You know, you wanted to talk to Jaune about something and I wouldn't let you near-"
"Oooooh, that time, yeah…" Cardin nodded. "Yeah, I don't really blame you for doing that. Then again, I never seen you so protective of him so that came off as a surprise."
Pyrrha sighed. "Yeah… I should've heard you out. Jaune talked with me about it after you apologized to him. At first, I didn't believe him and thought you were setting him up for something but… nothing happened. I've heard what happened with Velvet and Coco and I asked them and at first, they couldn't believe it either but noticed you were doing the small steps to become a better person… and then, I overheard your conversation with Chelsea about your past."
"You heard that? I could've sworn it was a moment between us…" Cardin mumbled.
"No no, it's okay." Pyrrha chuckled. "And well, it just made me think about what happened between us a few weeks ago and-"
"Don't sweat it. I don't blame you for doing that, considering all the crap I've done with Jaune. Hell, I'm sure anyone else would've done the same… I'm just glad it wasn't Nora." He shuddered. "Girl's a maniac."
"Yeah… she means well." Pyrrha nodded.
"And, hey, if anyone should be apologizing, it should be me."
"Hmm?" Pyrrha tilted her head.
"Well… I was a bit jealous of your status at Beacon so I went and asked Jaune to gather Rapier Wasps and throw the honey at you to attract them and you get stung like so many times, you'd hardly be recognizable."
"Ooooh, so is that why you were covered in honey and attracted an Ursa?"
"…Jaune didn't tell you?"
"That day was a bit of a blur for me. He might have…" Pyrrha admitted, sheepishly shrugging. "I will say though, that is messed up on what you planned on doing to me, let alone have Jaune do it for you."
"Yeah…" Cardin rubbed his head. "I will admit, that was not my brightest moment." He shook his head. "Good thing I never stooped that low again…" He chuckled nervously.
"You are trying to be a better person and… I shouldn't stop you from making amends, nor should I stop you from hanging out with Jaune, even though I've seen you roughhouse a bit."
"Aheheh…" Cardin rubbed his head with a blush. "Slowly gettin' there…"
Pyrrha smiled. "Of course." She said, walking over and putting her hand on his shoulder. "Keep at it, you're doing great." She then walked off with a smile on her face.
"Heh, what do you know." Cardin chuckled before turning his head. "Okay, who's playing that song kinda loud? It can't be that Ibuki girl, she's in the infirmary." He said as he walked over to investigate.
Back with Kokoro…

Kokoro pulled away with a smile on her face. "Yeah, definitely need a little more practice… I played several notes wrong but it was good enough." She smiled as she heard clapping behind her, which was enough to startle her as she turned around to see Sea5ons, Ruby, Weiss, Blake, Ludwig, Akechi, Haru, Roman, Palutena and even Rosalina were there.
"Oh! Uh… how long were you there?" Kokoro asked.
"Long enough." Whitley chuckled.
"That was quite good." Akechi said with a smile.
"It was amazing!" Haru smiled cheerfully.
"Indeed. I thought I was pretty good with the piano but you sound like a natural." Ludwig said.
"Heh, not bad, kiddo." Roman said with a smirk on his face.
Kokoro blushed a little, her ocelot ears lowering a bit. "You guys…" She chuckled as they heard heavy footsteps and saw Doom Guy walking in, slowly clapping as well. "Mmph!" She stiffened, seeing the sight of the large man as he approached her. Please don't hurt me, please don't hurt me… She thought while squinting her eyes, but then he gently patted her on the head. "…Huh?" She blinked.
"He's a giant, but he's a softie from what Ibuki told us." Blake chuckled.
"Yeah!" Ruby nodded as Doom Guy turned around and then put his hand out to Ruby. "What…?" She tilted her head. "Ooooh! Were you looking for these? Sorry… I couldn't help but admire them." She said with a sweatdropping, handing over all his weapons that she hoarded as he walked off.
"How did you…?" Weiss wondered. "…You know what, I'd be better off not asking."
"I have to say, the light show you made was pretty spectacular too." Ling spoke up.
"Light show?" Kokoro tilted her head.
Earlier…
As Kokoro was playing, the room suddenly went dark as light particles appeared around her and danced around the room as if they were fireflies, creating a light show that complimented the melody of the song, then slowly started to fade away when she finished up.
Back in the present…
"Huh! I was so into it, I didn't even notice…" Kokoro said before giggling. "I guess I subconsciously did it!"
"It was wonderful." Whitley said, ruffling her hair as Palutena and Rosalina walked out.
"See? Knew it'd get you out of your funk." Palutena smiled.
"Yeah, it kind of did." Rosalina chuckled.
"Well, that and well… you went on a bit of a rampage in the Doom Slayer's training room."
Earlier…
A Maruader roared and rushed at Rosalina, blocking her attacks with its shield… until she telekinetically ripped it off of its hands. It let out a yelp before looking at a glowing eyed Rosalina fearfully before energy came out of her wand as if it was an energy blade and slashed through it with blood splattering everywhere.
In the present…
"The man the demons fear? How about the woman the demons feared." Palutena giggled. "Besides, I can tell you needed that."
"I do feel a lot better after cutting through the demons…" Rosalina admitted. "I guess I really did need that. I don't feel as angry as I did before. I mean, I'm still mad, but I'm not… super angry, you know?"
Palutena patted her on the shoulder. "I know what you mean. Guess we're glad he came at the right time."
"I suppose." Rosalina nodded as she walked off with Palutena.
"Hmm, I see we got three Galaxies to explore this time." Lubba mused.
"Indeed. I'm also seeing that a new galaxy was born recently from a Hungry Luma… Fleet Glide Galaxy." Polari said. "…Buuuut let's just focus on these three for now. Slipsand, Shiverburn and… Boo Moon."
"Boo Moon?!" Jade exclaimed with her eyes sparkling.
"…Uh oh." Luigi sweatdropped.
"Welp, that can't be good…" Grif mumbled.
"Well… I guess that means we're going to that galaxy." Nyx let out a chuckle as a few Launch Stars popped up as teams went into the Launch Stars and launched away.
BGM: Slipsand Galaxy (Super Mario Galaxy 2)
Slipsand Galaxy Star #1 - Squizzard's Sandy Sinkhole - Dante and Co, Hat Kid, Mafia
The group landed on the starting planet, noticing there were two directions they could take. One end of the planet had the sand current go with them and the other end had the sand current going against them, complete with moving platforms.
"I say we go with the current." Hat Kid said.
"Heh, I was thinkin' the same thing." Dante said as they hopped toward the platforms and dodged the fire rings where they heard a thud behind them as they turned their heads to see Sea5ons before they turned around to head toward the opposite direction.
"They're going to fight the current?" Trish raised an eyebrow.
"Eh, they'll learn." Dante shrugged.
"Mafia thinks they're dumb."
"Like I said, they'll learn." Dante chuckled as they got into the Lauch Star and launched away toward the Sandy Fall Planet, where they would go ahead and walk through the current where a few Pokey heads popped up.
"Ooooh!" Hat Kid grinned as she picked up one Pokey Head, and then she pulled out a baseball bat. She then tossed it up in the air. "Swing batta batta SWING!" She yelled, swinging the bat and hitting it, sending it directly into a Cluckboom that knocked it out and stunned it, wondering what the hell just happened as Vergil, Nero and Nico took out the three Cluckbooms wandering around, and then they climbed up a few square platforms before they hopped into the Launch Star and launched away toward the Sand Slide Planet.
"Sliding on the sand… that's not what Mafia expected to do…" Mafia mumbled as they all slid.
"Weee!" Hat Kid grinned, scooping up some Star Bits with a giggle while the others slid down with their feet.
"…Do you hear something?" Lady asked as Dante turned to see Rhomps rolling toward them.
"Ah, looks like we have some eager folks wishing for a turn." Dante turned around, proceeding to slide backwards as Trish and Lady has the same idea. "Nice of you to join us!" He said, slashing through the Rhomps while Trish punched and Lady blew them up with a rocket launcher.
One Rhomp rolled toward them, but was sliced in half thanks to Vergil and then Nero took out the remains… all the while Hat Kid was sliding down the slope with Mafia as they reached the end until they got into the Launch Star and flew off toward the last planet.

Once they landed, the ground rumbled underneath them as a large creature emerged from the sand, letting out a loud roar. "Well, aren't you just a ray full of sunshine." Dante chuckled as they got ready to fight, but then Vergil noticed something appearing out of the corner of his eye.
"We have a comet approaching." Vergil spoke up, as a Daredevil Comet flew overhead.
"Seems it's a Daredevil." Nico said. "Anyone feel any different?"
"Mmph… I feel as if my devil powers just went away." Trish said.
"Mine too." Nero said.
"Huh, how about that." Dante said before chuckling. "Nah, not like we need them to take this big boy down."
Hat Kid switched hats, but found that she couldn't conjure up a potion to throw at it. "Aww!" She pouted as she changed hats. "Guess I'm going powerless here."
"Not to worry, we can handle it just fine." Nero said. "Though, I imagine the Remnant-borns might be in some trouble."
"I'm sure they're fine. For now, we need to focus." Vergil said as they got ready to fight the creature before them.
BGM: Subhuman (Devil May Cry 5)
Sand Demon - Squizzard
Squizzard threw sand balls at them and then opened his mouth before punching the ground to create sandy shockwaves but they would avoid it as Hat Kid switched to the Sprint Hat and tried to sprint her way out, but thanks to the Daredevil comet, she was buried underneath the sand. "Hack! Plepth!" Hat Kid got out. "Oh, peck that comet!"
Nico spotted a Fire Flower nearby. "Oh oh?" She wondered as she grabbed a hold of it and absorbed it, her hands bursting into flames. "Make way, make way! Red hot flames coming through!" She yelled, throwing fireballs into Squizzard's mouth as he let out a roar before shaking it off, where he would then summon sand turrets and fired spiked balls at the crew.
"Hiyah!" Trish punched the spike ball, striking Squizzard in the head to stun him. In turn, she shook her hand while wincing a bit as Dante, Vergil and Nero slashed through him and then Lady fired her rocket launcher, obliterating Squizzard as he let out a groan before shaking it off and then threw bombs at the group.
However, Mafia would grab one of them. "Little girl! Catch!" He said, throwing it at her.
"Oh!" Hat Kid readied her bat and then swung the bat, hitting Squizzard where it exploded on him as he roared before Nico finished him off with throwing a stream of fire at him, and all that was left was a Power Star, and then a white Power Star came flying down, then the Daredevil Comet disappeared.

"Homerun~!" Hat Kid grinned as Dante took the two Power Stars.
"Mission accomplished. Let's head back."
"Might I suggest something real quick?" Palutena spoke up. "Sea5ons is having a little trouble. Perhaps you ought to provide back up, just in case."
"Did the Daredevil comet screw 'em over?" Nero asked.
"Pretty much. They're getting their butts handed to 'em."
Dante chuckled. "Well, in that case. Let's give whatever is giving them grief a hell of a time!"
Slipsand Galaxy Power Star #2 - Into the Sandy Depths - Sea5ons
The squad landed on the Sandy Sea Planet. "I feel like we just entered the belly of the beast… and I don't know why." Ling said.
"You too?" Chelsea spoke up.
"Hmm, we have to be on our guard." Whitley said as they walked ahead
"All of this sand…" Cardin mused as he let out a chuckle. "Perfect." He smirked as they came across some rock spires, and then they felt the ground underneath them rumble a bit as they would see a Barroth walking through the sandy sea.
"What's that?" Kokoro asked.
"That's a Barroth. Tanky as hell monster, it tends to headbutt into things. Also, it tends to wander around the desert sands." Cardin said as the others looked at him in surprise. "…What?"
"Since when did you know that?" Ling asked.
"Oh, well, after that encounter with the Magnamalo, I… might have studied up on some monsters that hunters tend to, well, hunt." Cardin explained.
"He might have had a little help from me and Rosie." Palutena giggled.
"So with that near death experience, he basically turned into a nerd. How ironic!" Hades taunted. "Perhaps you ought to give yourself a wedgie."
"Remind me to kick him in the crotch later." Cardin said.
"I don't think he'd feel it." Whitley sweatdropped. "Humans/Faunus kicking a god in the crotch? That probably won't do much."
"Not unless if you're a god yourself!" Viridi said cheekily.
"After all, with him at half power, we're at the top of the food chain." Palutena added.
"…Does that mean that a half powered Hades "kidnapped" Thanatos from his world?" Kokoro wondered aloud.
"That's just sad." Chelsea shook her head while they witnessed the Barroth minding its own business. It turned its head, spotting the five, but the Barroth turned around to go about its day… and then suddenly the ground rumbled underneath it as a monster emerged and impaled the Barroth before going into the sandy depths.
"What the heck?!" Whitley exclaimed as the sinkhole that the creature made was enough to pull in the five as they were sucked underneath, where they landed on a pile of sand shortly after.
Kokoro's ears twitched shortly after. "Guys…?" She spoke up, pointed toward the sandy falls where a Black Diablos emerged from the sandy falls.
"Not to worry, it's only one-" Cardin covered Whitley's mouth. "Mmph! Mmmph!"
"No... I don't think it's just one." Cardin said gravely as another creature walked into the fray. A White Monoblos. "Oh… hell." He grumbled. "A Black Diablos and a White Monoblos."
"Okay, so they're horned creatures… so that doesn't seem so bad." Ling said.
"There's just one thing." Cardin said. "The Black Diablos tend to be in heat… a lot."
"Heat?" Kokoro tilted her head while the other three paled.
"So, wait, does that mean…" Whitley sweatdropped.
"Yuuuup, we just potentially dropped in on their date." Cardin groaned. "…Or their honeymoon."
"Aheheheh…" Chelsea grimaced. "You two make a lovely couple, so how about we just pretend we never saw each other and we can go on our merry way?"
Both of them roared in response.
"…I was afraid of that."
BGM: Wildspire Waste Battle Theme (Monster Hunter World)
Star-Crossed Monsters - Black Diablos and White Monoblos
"Looks like we have to fight our way out of this one." Whitley said. "Cardin, you don't have any weapons on you, so leave this to us!"
"Pffft, you? Please… this is where I shine." Cardin smirked as the sand underneath them rose up as Cardin manipulated it and formed a sandy shield and a greatsword, while also giving Kokoro sand daggers. "As long as there's sand, my sand manipulating semblance comes into play!"
"You never told us about your semblance!" Chelsea said.
"We weren't around sand at the time, cut me some slack!" Cardin said as he got in a stance. "Kiddo, I hope you're ready to dish some pain."
"I'll see what I can do!" Kokoro said as the two creatures lunged at them, as Whitley would set up a Gravity glyph to stop them from charging as Whitley rushed in with his daggers toward the Black Diablos, where it would respond by roaring angrily as a red aura surrounded it.
"Dammit, I was hoping Palutena telling me that these things get angrier when you touch was a lie!" Cardin exclaimed.
"I would never do that!" Palutena smiled as Cardin swung his blade into the White Monoblos as Chelsea threw her needles into the Black Diablos. In turn, the Black Diablos dug underground. Chelsea would see movement heading straight for Cardin.
"Cardin! To you!"
"I see it!" Cardin said as he jumped back and formed a sand wall for the Black Diablos to smack into once it got out, then he rushed ahead and slashed at the Black Diablos. Ling, meanwhile, twirled her staff around and swung it into both monsters, and then the White Monoblos lunged and tried to skewer Kokoro, but she used some light particles to flash the Monoblos, stunning it as she quickly slashed at the Monoblos, though she was a bit clumsy with the sand daggers.
"Just to let you know, I've never fought with any weapon before!" Kokoro pointed out.
"You'll get the hang of it!" Cardin said, impaling the Black Diablos as it would turn its head toward Kokoro fighting the stunned Monoblos as it snarled and then dug underground, heading straight for Kokoro.
"Kokoron!" Chelsea wared as Kokoro turned toward it as the Diablos emerged out of the ground and attempted to skewer her, but with her quick thinking, she jumped away… however, she disappeared and then reappeared a few feet away in light particles.
"Did she just teleport?" Ling wondered while Whitley was knocked back from the White Monoblos's tail.
"No… I just unlocked a new ability with my semblance. Flash Stepping!" Kokoro grinned and then remembered something. Oh, that's right, Ibuki gave me this! She thought as she conjured up a Photon Bow and fired an arrow, but she was just a bit off as it grazed one of the horns. The Black Diablos lunged for her but she Flash Stepped to the side and then fired an arrow, striking the Diablos. Got ya! She thought.
"Thanks Ling." Whitley said, getting back up after she patched him up as he summoned yellow glyphs as lightning bolts struck the two monsters. "Bullseye." He said as sand spears rose from the ground and skewered the two monsters while Chelsea threw needles at them.
It was going pretty well for them…
End BGM
…Until the Daredevil comet came into orbit.
"Nngh!" Whitley grunted as all of their auras shattered. "What…?!"
"Oh no… Daredevil…" Chelsea groaned, causing Kokoro to pale.
Happy thoughts, happy thoughts… She thought.
Both monsters looked at their prey. They looked at each other right after. Their prey was kicking their tails and now they were suddenly sitting ducks? Oh well! Fresh meat is still fresh meat.
BGM: Rage Rayed Monsters (Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin)
"Wait... we just got hit with the Daredevil Comet... it took our aura and semblances away." Cardin realized as he would stare at the monsters. He immediately paled up. "Oh... shit."
"What do we do?" Ling asked.
"I'll tell you what we're gonna do. TRY NOT TO DIE!" Cardin yelled.
"I can live with that!" Chelsea said as they avoided the monsters lunging for them, then Chelsea picked up Kokoro and placed her on her shoulders.
"Oh! Chelsea, what are you-"
"Increasing your chances!" Chelsea told her as the two of them avoided the tails that were swung as the White Monoblos went underground, and then popped up in front of Whitley and Ling, attempting to skewer them but they dodged as they swiftly attacked the Monoblos, but it would strike Ling and sent her flying away.
"Ling!" Whitley exclaimed.
"Rrrgh... I'm fine!" Ling winced, shaking it off. Damn... that tail packs a wallop... She thought as the Black Diablos tackled Cardin but he would grab it by the horns.
"Lady, why don't you skewer someone else!" Cardin said, trying to push her head to the right but the Diablos overpowered him and tried to skewer him, but Cardin rolled away, the horns just barely missing him. Dammit, that Magnamalo had to destroy my mace! He thought as he ran away until all five of them were cornered against a wall.
"You guys have any options?" Whitley asked.
"Unfortunately, all the options I have involve my semblance..." Chelsea said, throwing needles at them but they bounced off of them.
The two of them inched forward, ready to destroy the team... when all of a sudden, they heard a whistle, then as they turned their heads, rockets struck the two of them.

"How's about you guys go back to doing whatever you were doing before bothering these guys?" A voice spoke up as they would see Dante's crew with their weapons drawn.
"Ew, you guys are ugly. Your mothers probably gave you up for adoption because of this ugly mugs!" Hat Kid taunted as the two monsters roared.
BGM: Death Wish (A Hat in Time)
The Black Diablos and White Monoblos roared as they lunged at the group, where they all jumped back as Dante smirked and took off his red coat, acting like cape. "Toro! Toro!" He said as the Black Diablos lunged and tried to impale Dante, but he moved his jacket away as the Black Diablos slammed into a rock spire. "Ole!" He grinned, then he pulled out his phone and took a selfie from the dazed Diablos.
"Heh, thank you, Sora." Dante chuckled as he quickly slashed at the Diablos as Hat Kid jumped over and threw a few potions at the Diablos, then Vergil and Nero proceeded to slash at the Diablos.
"Hraaaah!" Trish thunder punched the White Monoblos while Lady handed Nico a minigun while the former fancied herself a railgun as the two fired at the Monoblos. It would let out a roar and dug undergroud shortly after.
Mafia, meanwhile, quickly went toward Sea5ons, who were recovering, handed everyone a granola bar. "Here. Eat. You'll feel better." He said as they would eat up, all of them feeling re-energized right after.
"You up for another round?" Whitley asked.
"Why should we let them have all the fun?" Cardin smirked, the sand underneath him rising up as he formed a spiked mace with a great shield in his other hand. "Let's rock!" He said as they charged ahead.
"Hmm? Ah, I see they got their second wind!" Dante said as Whitley and Ling dashed in with the former cutting the Black Diablos with his daggers and Ling swinging her bo staff on the head, then Dante stabbed at the Black Diablos. It roared and then lunged at Dante shortly after but he swiftly blocked and then Vergil and Nero slashed through it as well.
"Hey ugly!" Hat Kid called to the Black Diablos, where she would pull her eye socket down and stuck her tongue out. "Nyeeeeh!" She teased as the Black Diablos lunged at Hat Kid, but she switched hats as time stopped for everyone but her. "Hmhmhmhm~" She placed a few potions inside of its mouth and then took a step back. "Mmm… ah!" She pulled out a white cone and scribbled something on it before placing it on top of the head.
"I'm a peckneck!"
"Perfect!" Hat Kid smiled, switching hats again as the potions exploded inside of the mouth which stunned the Black Diablos. She blew a kiss right after. "Mwah!"
The White Monoblos re-emerged from the ground and whacked Nico and Lady away with its tail, but it was soon skewered when Cardin made sand stalactites rise out of the ground and impaled it where Chelsea threw her clone at it where it exploded into electricity, while Mafia punched it with his brass knuckles and Trish threw an uppercut as Kokoro Flash Stepped into the scene and shot a Photon arrow into the forehead.
There was a pained roar shortly after as the Black Diablos smacked into the White Monoblos as they would turn to see Dante, Vergil and Nero in their devil triggers as Cardin would impale the two monsters right after. "Yo, Schnee! You up for a few summons under your belt?" Cardin asked.
"Well, why not." Whitley readied his daggers, using ice glyphs to freeze them as he rushed through and slashed at the both of them before digging them into their skulls to finish them off.
End BGM
"Phew…" Kokoro sat on the ground. "That was intense…"
"You said it." Chelsea agreed as a Power Star appeared before them, where Whitley would take it.
"So… what do we do with these?" Whitley asked.
"Simple. We take these two, plus that Barroth that's buried underneath the sand and see if we can't build armor and weapons out of 'em." Palutena smiled. "And then when that's done, eat the rest!"
"Eat the monsters?" Hat Kid blinked before giggling. "Well, why not?" She chuckled as they were all taken away by heavenly lights.
Shiverburn Galaxy Power Star #1 - Gravity Pains - SPBRR, Ruby, Weiss, Yang, Chell, GLaDOS
BGM: Ice Mountain and Lava Path Medley (Super Mario Galaxy)
"Just as I thought… there's a massive power source right here in this galaxy." Samus said once the ship landed.
"Rosie, are you sure you're okay being here?" Ruby asked with concern.
"Of course." Rosalina smiled. "After all, I'm feeling a lot better."
"I mean, she did wreck house in the training room." Blake said.
Earlier…
Rosalina formed a small black hole in her hands as she threw it into a Baron of Hell, where it would start to twist its body before spitting it out to a Tyrant and a few Hell Knights, then she raised her arms up as a massive fireball was conjured up before throwing it down on the demons to eradicate them.
Back in the present…
"Good point. I can tell she's feeling a lot better." Weiss said.
"That and I've seen her laughing at dad's… jokes." Ruby sweatdropped.
Earlier…
"And so I said to him there was snow way that you can complete that task in this kind of weather!" Tai joked, which caused Rosalina to giggle, and in turn, it made Yang give him the thumbs up while Qrow, Summer and Raven looked absolutely bewildered over Rosalina laughing at his joke.
Back in the present…
"Sometimes all you need is a simple pun." Rosalina giggled and walked off, throwing cosmic ice at the lava to freeze it up and walked off.
"Either Tai's getting better at his puns or Rosie's standards for humor is a bit low…" Samus whispered.
"It could swing either way." Blake shrugged.
"I heard that!" Rosalina called out to them. "Besides, he usually throws out winners."
"…Huh?" Ruby blinked.
"Eyyy, someone who likes my dad's humor!" Yang grinned.
"…I'm not even going to ask." Weiss sweatdropped.
"Boop boop?" ROB asked.
"Pika Pi Pi Chu." Pikachu agreed with a nod.
"Are we going to acknowledge the elephant in the galaxy?" GLaDOS spoke up.
"What?" Samus asked.
GLaDOS pointed toward the cliffs. "That." She said as they would look up to see distinct figures overlooking the galaxy, as if they were being watched.
"Oh, those things? They're just some hell valley sky trees. Don't worry about it. They're harmless." Rosalina waved it off, finding a switch and hitting it as the entire lava area became frozen.
"Boop…" ROB scanned them before his eyes turned green. "BOOP BOOP! BOOP BOOP!"
"My thoughts exactly. They're not trees!" Blake said with Chell looking a bit unnerved.
"I can assure you they're trees." Rosalina said.
"Yeeeeeah, I doubt it." Samus rolled her eyes as they ice skated toward the Launch Star, but Samus would spot a Warp Pipe. "Hmm?" She wondered as she hopped inside of it, and then popped out into a minigame room of sorts.
"Welcome! See if you can pop these balloons in under sixty seconds!" The Chimp said. "If you can get six hundred points or more, you get this Power Sta-"
BOOM!
The Chimp jawdropped, seeing everything on fire as Samus had kicked a Power Bomb toward it and destroyed it all. "I believe that's worth six hundred points." She said, taking the Power Star and walked off with a hum to catch up with the others.
Everyone else landed on the Magma Slice Planet as they would start walking, jumping between platforms as the rocks would move into the magma walls. Yang would jump over a gap… when suddenly the gravity shifted and shoved her toward the lava. "Whoa!" She yelped as Rosalina would telekinetically grab her and bring her back up.
"You okay?!" Ruby asked.
"I'm fine… the gravity just got heavy all of a sudden." Yang said.
"Maybe the gravity is a bit heavier on this planet." Weiss guessed.
"Waaaah!" Blake yelped as she was thrown toward the magma wall, but Rosalina would grab her as well.
"Okay, the gravity is wonky in this planet." Ruby said.
"No… I don't think that's the case." Rosalina said, closing her eyes. "ROB, think you can do an analysis?"
"Boop." ROB scanned the planet and the entire galaxy as they walked through the heavier gravity, or would if it wasn't for Rosalina canceling it out. "Boop boop bop. Bop beep boop."
"Wait, are you saying some creature is manipulating the gravity in this galaxy?!" Weiss exclaimed.
"I am detecting a massive power spike nearby." GLaDOS spoke up.
Rosalina put her hand to her earpiece. "Adam, are you-"
"Yeah, I'm seeing energy spikes all over the place in this galaxy." Adam responded from the comfort of Samus's ship. "Whatever's causing the spikes, it's not happy to see you!"
Blake's ears lowered. "You don't think…"
"That they revived him?" Samus walked over to them. "Yeah, wouldn't put it past them."
"Who did they revive?" Weiss asked.
"Let's just say… it was something we've faced at the BSL station." Blake responded.
A low growl escaped Weiss's lips. "…I see." She said, a low shadow cast over her eyes.
"Welp, we're here, so we might as well kick its butt!" Yang smirked as they hopped over more platforms while some Octoombas were unfortunate enough to be thrown about by the manipulated gravity as they would get into the Launch Star and launch away to the Ice Magma Skate Planet.

As they landed, the gravity got extremely heavy and tried to throw them off the planet but Rosalina would manipulate it and keep everyone stationary. "Geez! Whatever this thing is, it does not like us." Yang said as they walked through the ice as meteors were thrown at them but Ruby would throw in a Phazon shield to protect them as they would continue on as five Ota Rocks popped up and would try to spit out coconuts, but GLaDOS would obliterate them all.
"Hmph, I like this new body of mine, even if four eyes said it was temporary." GLaDOS said as they saw bubbles forming in the magma.
"There he is." Blake said.
"Get ready. It's gonna get wild!" Samus said as a monster breached out of the lava.
BGM: Nightmare Battle (Metroid: Other M)
Gravity Manipulator - Nightmare
"What the hell is that thing?!" Yang exclaimed.
"Nightmare!" Blake responded where Rosalina stared at it, flashing back to where it clobbered her in the BSL Station and knocked her out for a while.
Rosalina clenched her fists. "We've a score to settle." She said, magic forming in her hands while Weiss immediately went into her Fierce Diety mode.
"Rock and roll, let's go!" Blake said, activating her helmet while Nightmare roared, swiftly rushing forward and swinging its arms to punch Yang, but the latter responded by punching it back, their fists hitting each other as Yang was sent sliding back. She would quickly send a Hadoken right after.
Nightmare roared and fired lasers at them, but Ruby would set up a reflective Phazon barrier and then chanted some magic as a Phazon infused Zinogre magically popped up and tackled Nightmare before disappearing. Nightmare would slam his hands on the ground and created shockwaves before disappearing from the ground, and then the ground lit up underneath ROB and Pikachu.
"Pika!" Pikachu exclaimed as he and ROB jumped away as lasers shot out and then Nightmare burst out and manipulated the gravity for Weiss, but she stabbed the ground to prevent herself from flying into the abyss as GLaDOS set up a few Turrets as they fired at him but he swatted them away, then a laser struck Nightmare as it turned to see Rosalina throwing lasers at her.
Nightmare would manipulate Rosalina's gravity and sent her straight for him, however Rosalina lit herself up like a comet and slammed into him to knock him away, and then Weiss jumped over and slashed at his tail, freezing it in place before planting her hand on the ground as ice stalactites rose up and impaled it.
Chell fired a portal and then whistled to grab its attention as Nightmare fired an electric ball at her, but she fired a portal underneath her while jumping back as the electric balls went inside and struck Nightmare right as Samus unleashed a barrage of Super Missiles into the mask and Blake fired Wave Beams at it, and then Rosalina threw a meteor at the mask.
Once the meteor hit the mask, the mask shattered and revealed his slimy face, letting out an ear piercing roar. "Eugh! I prefer the mask on!" Yang said.
THAT'S what knocked me out? Rosalina thought.
"It gets worse." Blake said, shooting the face.
"Worse than THAT?!" Ruby said in disbelief as GLaDOS fired lasers at Nightmare where it would manipulate the gravity and pummeled Samus, but she rolled out of the way as Blake would fire the Ice Beam and shoot at the tail to freeze it up, and then Weiss conjured up ice and unleashed a freezing ice beam that struck the face, and in turn, the face started to melt.
"Gross!"
"Told ya!" Blake said as Pikachu unleashed a Thunderbolt at it and ROB reflected back some electric balls with his Arm Rotor and then fired his charged up laser into his face, and then Samus continued to make it melt with the Storm Missiles thrown at it, and then Yang went into her Shin form and then lunged over and then dragon punched it in whatever face it had left before landing on the ground as Nightmare fell with her.
"I'll end this!" Rosalina said as she telekinetically lifted up Nightmare and then started to telekinetically crush Nightmare as it let out several pained screams until it was nothing more than a ball as she conjured up a cosmic ring and threw it into the ring… before it fell into the lava and melted away.

"That was for last time." Rosalina glared.
"Okay, basketball your enemy to death… that works." Blake said.
"And that is why we don't play sports with Mario and his friends. They go over the top, especially with their questionable decisions over basketball courts and golfing courses… or worse, the Strikers tournament."
"Maybe they bowl like normal people?"
"I'd rather not find out." Samus shuddered as a Power Star emerged from the lava, along with a power up that came with it. "Hmm?" She wondered as she curiously walked over to it and absorbed it.
Gravity Suit back online!
Samus's suit glowed brightly as her Gravity Suit came back online… and it was looking quite shiny! "How do I look?"
"I think that's the best looking Gravity Suit I've ever seen on you." Rosalina said as Weiss formed an ice mirror.
Samus whistled. "Damn, if that doesn't look good on me, I don't know what will." She chuckled, snagging the Power Star, and then they saw a Rainbow Comet coming in as they would see several Octoombas popping up on the last planet.
"I got it." Rosalina said, snapping her fingers as several small comets struck the Octoombas and then she telekinetically brought over the Power Star. "Let's go!" She smiled cheerfully.
"I think she might have some anger issues to iron out…" GLaDOS said.
"Eh, it's better than her exploding in rage." Samus shrugged as Rosalina teleported them back to the Observatory.
Boo Moon Galaxy Power Star #1 - Silver Stars Pop-Up - Mario Bros, Princesses, Lysithea, Youmu
BGM: Haunty Halls Galaxy (Super Mario Galaxy 2)
"Mmm! This is a lot creepier than Haunty Halls!" Lysithea whimpered. "It doesn't help that everything is dark!"
"Not to mention Gloria is with the other crew…" Youmu groaned.
"Not to worry, we have a flashlight!" Peach smiled as Luigi shined his flashlight on some Boos that got a little too comfortable with them as they would find the Launch Star right after.
"Here we are!" Mario said as they hopped into the Launch Star and headed off to the Sinking Swamp where they would come across some snake blocks as they walked on it, and the ground behind them would sink into the swamp, causing Lysithea to pale.
"Um… can this go any faster?" Lysithea hoped.
"It's going as fast as possible." Daisy said as the Snake Blocks would sink into the swamp but went back up as they jumped over the gap as it would make its way into a corner piece, and the planet would bend its way around it, which was enough to unnerve Youmu.
"Ooookay… I think I see the Launch Star." Youmu said as she flew over toward it, and then saw the planet bending again to where the swamp was above her. "Oh, you gotta be kidding me." She groaned as she hopped into the Launch Star and flew off with the others following her where they landed on a crescent moon.
"Somehow, walking on a moon feels like I've done this before." Mario said.
"You too?" Luigi chuckled as they gathered up the Star Chips before getting into the Launch Star that was made and launched toward the Rise Picture Book Planet.
"Hmm…" Daisy would notice a switch and then went over to press it while Peach looked at the Silver Stars floating around, then Daisy pressed it as half the planet rose up along with the gravestones. "Oh! It's like a pop up book!"
"That's neat!" Peach said.
"It is… until you see the ghosts!" Lysithea paled at the Boos chasing after Youmu who was collecting the Silver Stars.
"Can you go bother someone else!" Youmu complained as the Power Star appeared in her hands. "Got it." She said.
"Great, now let's-a-" Suddenly a magic box surrounded Mario. "Huh?!" He yelped as the others turned to him, then Dimentio popped up.
"I'll just be taking this~!" He said, snapping his fingers as Mario was teleported away.
"MARIO!" Luigi and Peach yelled.
"And you… go back to the Observatory!" He said, snapping his fingers as they all were teleported back right when Daisy had jumped up to sock him in the face.
Boo Moon Galaxy Power Star #2 - Mystery of the Howling Tower - JINXY, Umber, Gloria, Blood Gulch Gang
"Mmm…" Umber whimpered as some friendly Octoboos casually floated away.
"So, wait, let me get this straight. You have like three Ghost Pokemon with you and you're afraid of ghosts?" Carolina spoke up.
"Yes…"
"Aaaaand adding on to that, you went to Haunty Halls with JINXY." Gloria spoke up.
"Mhm."
"That's ironic, but why are you afraid anyway?" Sarge asked. "Grif, I can understand because he's a wimp-"
"HEY!"
"But why you?"
"I don't know, it's just… ya know, the Ghost Pokemon are by far the creepiest Pokemon ever, then you have the ghosts of the Mushroom Kingdom who probably tend to torment everyone… and… they're just creepy! Not only that, but I'm also not a fan of the supernatural!"
"Supernatural meaning like… magic?" Church asked. "Dude, if that's the case, your girlfriends are scary!"
"My fear's complicated." Umber said. "Plus, those two are really cute…"
"It's perfectly normal to be afraid of something like that. The unexplainable can be quite intimidating." Nyx said.
"Don't worry, babe. We'll protect you from those scary ghosts~!" Xena smiled.
"Damn straight!"
"So yeah, don't worry about it!" Sarge said. "If anything, we'll knock down these gho-"

"-sts...? Huh?" Sarge turned his head.

"Where's that coming from?" Washington wondered as they readied their weapons.

"It sounds like a ghost having fun." Caboose said. "I want in on the fun too!"
"Ahahahaha!" Suddenly someone popped up behind them. "Thank God!"
"AAAAH!" Umber yelped as everyone turned around.
"It's Doc!" Caboose said.
"Oh, guys! It's so good to see you! Oh, it was horrible. Kraid knocked me off of that planet with his tail, and then I went in some wormhole and I hitched a ride on some meteor, and then the meteor left me when I went into another wormhole and ended up in a place where time and space was meaningless and after a while, I lost my mind! Then I found it! Then I lost it again. And another wormhole popped up and I ended up in this place, and it was the thought of you guys tirelessly searching for me to bring me back to the Observatory that kept me going all that time and look! Look at how my faith in my friends have been rewarded! Oh, I love you guys!"

"...Wait, you were gone?" Tucker asked.
"Uh... wha- yes! Why are you asking?"
"Since when?"
"Since when? Since Kraid knocked me off of Honeybloom!"
"...Really?"
"Yeah, uh, I don't remember any of that." Caboose spoke up.
"WHAT?!"
"Hey, Sarge. You remember Kraid knocking Doc off of Honeybloom?" Tucker asked.
"Doc? Nah, he's been with us! ...I think. Wait, was he with you blues?"
"No, I don't think he was." Church spoke up.
"This doesn't sound right at all." Sarge said. "Grif! Simmons! Do you remember seeing Kraid knocking Doc off of Honeybloom?"
"Who?" Both of them asked.
"The purple guy!"
"William Afton?" Grif asked.
"No, the other guy."
"Michael Afton?" Simmons guessed.
"Other guy!"
"Ooooh! Doc! ...I thought he was with us the whole time." Grif said.
"Huh, I guess he just has one of those faces that are like... REALLLLLY forgettable." Simmons said.
At that point, JINXY, Umber and Gloria could see Doc trembling in rage, causing them all to slowly back up, even Washington and Carolina backed up as well.
"Totally!" Tucker agreed.
"Man, I guess we totally didn't realize you were gone." Church said.
"Crazy, right?" Tucker chuckled.
"...Ha ha, crazy... hahahahaha... crazy-hahahaha... heheheheh... AHAHAHAHAHA!"
"HAHAHAHA! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Caboose laughed with him.
"You incompetent fools! You will TASTE OBLIVION!" Doc, or in this case, O'Malley started to tackle Tucker.
"Wah! Oooof!" Tucker yelped as O'Malley started pummeling him.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
"Shouldn't we do something?!" Carolina spoke up.
"HAHAHA- Oh don't worry, he's a friend. AHAHAHAHAHA!" Caboose laughed.
"ACK! MY BLOOD! HE... HE PUNCHED OUT ALL MY BLOOD! THIS SHOULDN'T BE PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE!" Tucker cried out

"I mean, it helps that Decidueye, Marowak and Nebby don't look like ghosts." Umber said, as his Decidueye was out with him. "Heh, I guess it's kind of silly that I'm afraid of ghosts, huh?"
"Nah, not really. It's natural to have a fear or two." Iris said.
"Yeah, like, there are actual ghosts hanging around. If we were in some world that didn't have ghosts, I would've called you silly." Nyx said.
"Yeah, that would be silly." Umber chuckled.
"Don't worry though, most Boos are friendly if not a bit mischievous. It's one who follow King Boo, they tend to be nastier." Jade said. "Luckily, we don't have to worry about him anymore."
"Yeah, so let's just find the Power Star and not worry about a thing." Xena smiled as they walked through, until they heard a yelp from Gloria.
"Gloria?" Jade opened up a door to see her a bit rattled. "What's got you so rattled? You're not one to let anything spook you so easily."
"Weeeeeell..." Gloria pointed to what she saw as the rest looked to see a grisly sight. Blood was splattered everywhere, paintings and furniture were torn up, scratch marks were on the walls, and bodies of Bokoblins, Lizalfos, a Lynel, a few Space Pirates and an Anjanath were all sprawled out... and those were just the recognizable ones.
"Looks like a struggle happened here." Nyx said. "...But what caused such a horrific event?"
"I don't know, and I don't think I want to know." Umber paled.
"Yeah, agreed." Gloria nodded as they walked out of the room, and walked down the hallway where they would see a few knocked down vases, small tables were splintered and knocked over.
"Did... Doc do all this?" Umber hoped.
"I dunno, this doesn't seem like something he'd do." Iris said, taking out her weapon. "Whatever happened here, it's a big one."
"Yup." Xena nodded, psychic energy surrounding her as Jade and Nyx had their weapons out, Gloria going into her Scolipede form, and Umber had his staff out, though his legs were shaking while Decidueye had his bow out.
They would peek into each room, seeing stuff like a destroyed fireplace, and bookshelves having fallen on the ground, another room where they saw terrified Boos and Octoboos daring not to get out of their hiding spots, and a queen sized bed that was absolutely smashed and tattered.
They walked up some stairs, some steps missing until they got to the top where they would find the Power Star innocently floating there. "This feels like a trap." Iris said.
"Yeah." Xena closed her eyes and sent psychic waves around the room, seeing if there were any traps in the room. "We're not picking up on anything suspicious."
"That honestly makes me more nervous..." Gloria admitted.
"Agreed. Let's get the Power Star and get the hell out of here." Nyx said as they walked and grabbed the Power Star, then heavenly lights surrounded them all and they made their escape... however, Umber stayed behind.

"Wh-what?!" Umber paled. "R-Really funny, Palutena!"
"I'm not the one who cancelled it out. Viridi?"
"Nope. Not me. ...Hades?"
"As much as I love to mess with you dunderheads, no, this is not my doing. But I wish it was! That said, today's forecast for this galaxy is going to be a 100% chance of Daredevil Comet!"
Umber turned his head toward a window as he looked outside to see a Daredevil Comet approaching him. "Hades..."
"Again, not me. Though it does give me ideas to mess with you folks whenever I'm bored! Stick this bad boy above Alola and there's no telling what it'll do!"
Umber sighed. "Great, I'm alone with Decidueye... I wonder if I have to find a Power Star in this creepy as hell area."
Suddenly there was a loud creak as the two of them would turn to see a wall about to break... before a creature tore through it.
The creature itself was a giant phazon creature. It had navy blue skin and black fur, the eyes neon blue as it had a rubber duck on its head and blue fire running down its back. It had legs of a bear, and paws and claws of a lion. The face, head and body was of a shark as it even had a dorsal fin. It's mouth had discarded weapons that acted like razor sharp teeth. Orbs floated around it, giving a supernatural feel to it.
Umber paled just looking at the sight of this creature. He looked at Decidueye before he went to call out his other Pokemon to assist him… but thanks to the Daredevil Comet, his Pokeballs were disabled.
"Come on… come on!" He desperately pressed the buttons on his Pokeballs numerous times but they would not activate in the slightest. He let out a whimper while Decidueye fired an arrow at the creature. When it struck, it became slightly transparent, showing off its skeleton.
The creature let out a snarl. There was only one thing Umber could do.
Run like hell and survive.
BGM: DJ Music Man's Theme (Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach)
Creature from Hell - Phaze Chimera
The Chimera lunged at him, but Umber quickly rolled out of the way and ran out the door with Decidueye right behind him. The Chimera turned its head and chased after the two. Umber ran down the stairs, nearly tripping over the gaps in the stairwell as he got to the bottom floor and kept running… until Decidueye grabbed him and brought him into a room, where they hid behind a knocked down dresser right as the Chimera burst its way through the room.
It slowly made its way forward, as if it can detect his breathing. "Ambush it… we gotta flank it somehow." Umber whispered with a terrified expression in his eyes, his mind scrambling for an opening as the Chimera got closer… before it swiped at the dresser to send it sliding toward a wall and leaving Umber and Decidueye totally exposed.
Umber quickly got up, terror in his eyes as the Chimera lunged to bite down, but Umber quickly scrambled out of the way before he could get torn apart by this… thing that wandered through the tower. He bravely took out his staff as the chimera's mane burned brightly as fireballs shot out of it, where he would swiftly reflect it back at the creature, striking it head on.
"Got ya!" He smirked as the Chimera shook it off and unleashed more fireballs and launched its spirit orbs as Umber reflected it back… however, this time, the Chimera jumped out of the way and let out a few snarls, as if it was chuckling. It was not going to fall for the same trick twice.
"Decid." Decidueye suggested.
"Yeah, good idea!" Umber said as the two took off before they got burned as he quickly brought out his phone and started texting Xena.
Babes! I could seriously use some back up right now!
"Message failed to send."
"OH, FUCK THIS COMET!" He yelled. "Great, how are we going to get out of here with that thing on the loose?"
"Cid Cid."
"Outwit it? How do we outwit a damn monster that looks like he came out of a horror movie?!"
"Cidueye."
"I suppose…" Umber took a deep breath. "Alright, let's hope my fears doesn't get the best of me. Come on, Veron… let's hopefully kick this thing's ass."
"Cidu!"
The Chimera prowled through the tower like a tiger, letting out a few snarls. It heard the sound of crashing nearby as it turned its head toward the sound as it picked up the pace and moved into a room, baring its weaponized teeth. It would see Umber standing there out in the open as it lunged directly at him… but Umber shattered upon impact as Umber dropped down behind it and charged up plasma bolts before shooting them at him, striking the Chimera.
It would turn around and roared at Umber. "Heheh… exit: stage left!" He said as he took off running as the Chimera chased after him, but then he saw Veron going into a door. The Chimera gave chase to Veron as it stormed into a room, prowling around as it would spot a box as it roared and lunged it, destroying it… and scaring the Boos and Octoboos as they quickly fled in a panic, which would disorient the Chimera to the point where Veron, standing on top of a shelf filled with shattered china, rocked the shelf until it fell on top of the Chimera.
"Cidue!" Veron said as he flew out the door.
Umber would swiftly run into the main room where they reunited with Doc, and he would see blood having spilled everywhere. "What…?" He wondered before shaking his head. Focus! You got a rampaging… THING on your tail! He thought as he spotted a chandelier up above. "Aha!" He smirked as he creatred some mirror clones as they helped him up to the chandelier where he got on it.
"There we go, now to cut through…" He said, using his Plasma abilities on the Mirror staff to act like a bolt cutter as he tried to cut through, and then Veron landed on the chandelier.
"Cidueye Eye."
"What do you mean you had something fall on him already?!" Umber paled as they heard a roar… and then the Chimera appeared out of thin air onto the chandelier. "IT CAN TELEPORT?!" He yelled, almost screaming in horror as the Chimera bit down on the chandelier, making it fall as Umber fell with but Veron grabbed him and flew down as he safely landed while the chandelier let out a loud crash, but to their dismay, the Chimera was unharmed as it dug into the ground and started chomping down toward them, acting like a Mattermouth as the ground behind it disappeared.
"Decid!"
"Y-yeah! O-Of course!" Umber whimpered as he jumped away while Veron flew up and used Spirit Shackle on the ground, striking the Chimera as he then swooped in to grab Umber as they ran out of the tower.
"You got any ideas because I can't think of anything else to outwit him!"
Veron would spot the Sinking Swamp in the distance. "Decid!" He said as he spread his wings and flew toward the planet while holding on to Umber, who was letting out loud whimpers. "Eye eye!"
"It's not the heights I'm worried about! Look!" Umber exclaimed as Veron turned his head to see it swimming through the air towards them.
"Cidue?!"
"Apparently it CAN fly!"
At that moment, Umber thought of something. "Wait a minute!" He grinned and then reached into his pocket, pulling out the Rotom Dex. "Wake up, lazy bum!"
"Mmm… wha…? Oh hi Umber! What's up? …Why are we flying?"
"Look behind us!"
Rotom Dex looked up and saw the Chimera approaching. "Oh! What, you're going to use me as live bait?"
"Think you can handle it?"
Rotom saluted. "I'll see what I can do!" He said as they reached the starting platform of the Sinking Swamp, where Veron used Shadow Sneak to disappear into the shadows and then the Chimera slammed into the ground, looking around with a snarl.
"Hellooooo!" Rotom waved as the Chimera turned toward it… before it turned around to ignore him. "Decidueye, the Arrow Quill Pokemon and the final evolution of Rowlet: Decidueye can nock and fire an arrow at an enemy in a tenth of a second, so its battles are decided in the blink of an eye."
The Chimera still ignored him.
"No? Then perhaps you would like to listen to the song of its people." Rotom said and started playing Decidueye's cry.
"Decidueye! Cidue! Cidue!"
The Chimera stopped and turned around toward the sentient Pokedex in confusion.
"Decidueye! Eye Eye! Cidue!"
The Chimera would lunge for Rotom, but he avoided it as he kept playing the sounds… all the while behind it, Umber activated his Z-Ring and did the dance as Veron flew up into the air and used Sinister Arrow Raid, surrounding it with arrows before it exploded and caused it to fall to the ground.
"Yeah! That's right! We blasted your ass!" Umber laughed. "How do you like that, you unholy abomin-" Suddenly, the Chimera got back up and swiped at Umber, striking him in the left knee. "AAAAGH!" He cried as he fell on his butt, then the Chimera used it's orbs to grab a hold of Veron and the Rotom Dex, holding them in place.
"Nnnngh… aaaagh….!" He winced as he tried to get up but the stinging pain was enough to make him fall. It didn't help that the Chimera was slowly stalking toward him. He could only back up as far as he could. "Rrrrgh! Why… this pain… aaaagh!" He winced as he looked down to see crimson running down his leg, but not only that… but he could also see neon blue coursing through his veins.
"Cidue!" Veron exclaimed.
"Oh no…" Umber whimpered as his body immediately started stinging. "GAAAAAAH!" He cried as phazon started to corrupt him, but… he would also feel the phazon repairing his knee as he slowly stood up.
End BGM
Work with this… don't let the phazon control you. He thought. You… you control IT! If Ruby can do this, then so can I! He thought as he opened his eyes, the phazon entering his eyes with his scelera blue and his pupils still yellow.
The Chimera roared and lunged at him, but he teleported a few feet away. The Chimera turned around as Umber stood tall, conjuring up plasma bolts that were purple in color. "I'm done running from you. Time to show you what makes me the champion of Alola!"
BGM: The Element of Chaos (SilvaGunner)
The Chimera lunged at Umber, but he quickly jumped to the side as he fired bolts of plasma at it, and since it was purple in color, the Chimera was also poisoned as well. It let out a snarl as the rubber duck lit up and fired lasers at him, but he would conjure up a mirror to reflect it back. The Chimera stepped out of the way, then Umber punched the mirror as shards were thrown out and impaled the Chimera, the mirror shards being a lot sharper than usual.
Umber smirked, splitting himself up in mirror clones as he surrounded the Chimera. It would try to spit out fireballs and shoot out lasers but more clones were made as they would all fire massive bolts of poisonous plasma as the real Umber lunged and Plasma Punched it in the side to make it slide.
The Chimera snarled and opened its mouth, letting out a torrent of hot air that hit Umber. "Mmmph!" He grunted as he started to hallucinate, seeing several Phazon-infised enemies surrounding him when in reality, the Chimera was the only one there. Umber let out a growl as he clapped his hands together and punched the ground as multiple plasma bolts came raining down, hitting absolutely nothing but the Chimera.
"Mmph!" Umber shook his head as the Chimera lunged, attempting to bite down but Umber teleported away as he swung his mirror staff, cutting him up a few times while mirrors rained down and stabbed it, then he teleported to get Veron and Rotom away from the spiritual orbs. Umber would then turn toward the beast as the Chimera snarled, then Umber split himself with a mirror clone again as the two ran around it, dodging its fireballs, swipes and lasers until one Umber was behind it and the other in front of it.
"Which one's the real me?" Both of them smirked. "I'll give you a hint. It's the one who's behind you!" The Chimera turned around and lunged for the one behind him, but it turned out to be a clone as the mirror shards impaled its eyes, where it let out roars of agony and then Umber rushed toward him and Poison Plasma Punched him into the swamp below. It let out several more roars, trying to get out of the swamp… before it sunk into the depths.
End BGM
"Was that it?" Rotom wondered as bubbles formed into the swamp before a Power Star emerged and flew toward Umber.
"Oh thank Arceus…" Umber said before collapsing on his knees, then the Daredevil Comet disappeared.
"Umber? Umber, can you hear us?"
"Xena…?"
"OH THANK GOODNESS! That stupid comet prevented us from contacting you, and was also preventing us from getting you the hell out of there, or provide backup for that matter…"
"C-Can you… please get me out of here… and into the infirmary?"
"I got this!" Viridi said, surrounding the three in a heavenly light and sending them back into the Observatory.
With Dark Samus…
"Your grace!" A Space Pirate approached her. "The experiment that you set out for Boo Moon has been destroyed."
"I'm not surprised. It was an unstable experiment that I was willing to try." Dark Samus said. "What about the scientists?"
"They were destroyed. It was unstable and beyond even our control."
"Heh… well, that's good information. I'm willing to try it again." She smirked. "By the way, how are Ridley's repairs?"
"His cybernetic wings are almost complete."
"Excellent. Dismissed." She said as the Space Pirate disappeared, and then Dark Samus pulled out Rosalina's storybook. "I think it's time that we go for her heart."
