Here's the next chapter. Doing this one on my phone. I'll be back to writing with my laptop soon.

Olivia awoke to her phone vibrating on the side table. Squinting against the bright light she saw it was Susan and the brunette quickly swiped a thumb across her iPhone screen, excepting the call. "Susan, thank God." Olivia breathed and Amanda's therapist could instantly tell something was very wrong and she grabbed a pin and paper, prepared to begin taking notes to add to the blonde's file.

"Olivia, what is going on?" Susan questioned worriedly, and the older woman glanced at Amanda who had woken up and was just staring at her, almost as if she was waiting for instructions. "I have no idea. She had a nightmare last night, and while I was comforting her, she said she needed to be punished." She started and Susan raised her eyebrows in complete shock but continued to write. "She brought me one of my belts and said she wasn't a good girl for me. She said if she wasn't a good girl, then I would lock her away, but she was speaking in the 3rd person point of view." Olivia said and Susan's blood ran cold at the seasoned detectives words.

"Did someone tell her that?" "I honestly have no idea. The only people she's been around are me, you, Kim, Alex, her parents and the squad." She started as a terrifying thought suddenly came to mind and apparently Susan was having the same exact thought. "I hate to say this, but is it possible her parents told her that?" She questiond and the brunette let out a sigh but before she could respond Amanda began speaking, and Olivia immediately placed Susan on speaker phone.

"Amanda has to be a good girl for Liv." "What happens if Amanda isn't good?" Her therapist gently inquired and the blonde began shaking uncontrollably. "Liv will lock Amanda away, but Amanda is feeling little right now." The blonde responded, shifting towards the brunette.

"Let it happen, Olivia. I know you need answers, but I think I can provide those." Susan said and Olivia nodded even though she couldn't see her. "You're feeling little, honey?" Liv whispered

and Amanda nodded, gripping her shirt. "It's ok, baby. "I'm right here." Olivia said, even though she was beginning to panic.

"You need to call Kim. "We need to find out what happened the last time she saw their parents and i'm on my way over there." Susan said, a note of alarm now noticeable in her voice. "Are you aloud to do that?" The brunette questiond, and Susan's response stunned her into complete silence. "RIGHT now, I don't really give a damn. "Amanda needs me and that's what is important." She answered and Liv smiled slightly despite herself, just glad Amanda had such a good therapist like Susan in her corner and praying they could get to the bottom of this, and quickly.

25 minutes later, Kim and Susan entered the apartment where Olivia was sitting on the sofa, Amanda in her lap and they could tell she was completely in little space. "How is she?" Her therapist questiond, not even bothering with pleasantries and Olivia let out a sigh. "She's..." Olivia started but then stopped, not entirely sure how to answer that question.

"Amanda, sweetheart, it's Susan." The older woman whispered, neeling down and placing a hand on the blonde's arm. As soon as she did however, Amanda let out a wail, beginning to speak, but all the three women could make out was unintelligible babbling. "Hey, sweetie, you're ok. "Shh, I've got you." Her boss cooed, beginning to rock slowly and Amanda clumsily gripped her shirt.

"Not in your mouth, baby. "Lets let Kim wash that." Olivia said when Amanda attempted to suck on a pacifier that was on the side table, just within her reach. "I'll be right back." She said before leaving the room.

Suddenly there was a nock at the door and Kim poked her head around the kitchen doorway. "That's mama. "She's been so worried about Manda. "Liv I promise she didn't cause this." Kim assured. "I wouldn't have allowed her to come here if she had." Kim told the brunette who had an unreadable expression on her face.

"come on in, Miss Rollins." Susan said before introducing herself. "I'm Susan Phillips, Amanda's therapist." She said, extending a hand and Beth Anne shook it firmly, glancing at her daughter and noticing the pacifier she was contentedly sucking on, frowning once again as she noticed Liv keeping it in place.

Susan could see though that Beth Anne knew something about what had happened and why Amanda was acting this way. She just hoped these events combined with her daughter's regression wouldn't damage the trust she had been making with Olivia. She was broken out of her thoughts by Olivia as she gently spoke to her patient and she glanced fondly in their direction.

"Can you hold it by yourself, sweetheart?" Her boss cooed lovingly and Amanda, like a baby, placed her hand on top of Olivia's and Beth Anne snapped out of her shock and carefully approached the sofa before taking a seat next to them.

"Captain Benson, I'm so sorry." Beth Anne whispered, tears beginning to fall from her eyes. "Just tell me what happened, please." The brunette whispered, taking her detective's mother's hand softly in hers.

"I didn't know he was taking her there. "If I had, I would've called you, all of you." She started, beginning to stroke Amanda's hair. "Where did daddy take her, mama?" Kim questiond, a tremble in her voice. "He took her to the prison to see, him." She said in just above a whisper and Olivia's blood ran cold.

The room was silent after Beth Anne's admission. The only sound being Amanda's contented babbling from time to time as she continued sucking on the pacifier, eyes lighting up each time Olivia would hold it steady for her, keeping it in her mouth. "Kim, can you take her?" "I need to speak to your mom." Olivia started, beginning to hand the blonde to her sister but Amanda let out a loud wail, pacifier falling from her mouth and Beth Anne reached to retrieve it, keeping it from hitting the floor. "Hey, sweetie, it's ok. "I'm not leaving, shhh. "I'll be right back." The brunette hushed but Amanda just continued wailing, reaching for her and Olivia sighed before taking her back into her arms, returning the pacifier to its previous position and she began sucking firmly once more, a hand once again coming to rest on Olivia's own which was keeping the pacifier in her mouth.

"Did he say what the hell he was thinking?" Olivia asked as calmly as she could with Amanda currently in her arms and her mom let out a sigh. "I don't know, honestly. "He claims it was because he wanted to help her heal, but I don't believe that for one second." Beth Anne snapped before lowering her voice, looking at Amanda who hadn't moved, at this point completely in little space and Susan followed her gaze, knowing Amanda would most likely remain in little space for a while.

"I know I treated her horribly, Olivia, but I am honestly trying to do better. "I see how my actions have hurt her. "I mean look at her. "My actions when she was a child cause her to regress like that, is that right?" She asked quietly and this time Susan spoke up, watching as Olivia began gently rocking her patient back and forth, pressing a kiss to Amanda's head and smiling as the blonde held the pacifier herself. "Yes, it is." Susan responded, looking at her patients mother, wondering how to best explain this coping mechanism.

"Basically she feels safe. "She trusts Olivia more than anyone, even Kim." Susan explained, seeing the brunette carefully spooning the little one, the two of them now on the sofa, both on their sides with Amanda's back against the older woman's chest and the brunette's arms gently wrapped around the smaller detective and Susan knew feeling Olivia's heartbeat would lull her patient into a peaceful sleep sooner rather than later.

"Was she like this before she came back last night?" Olivia said, keeping her voice low, knowing her detective was close to falling asleep and her mother nodded. "She kept wanting you, but she was calling you Livy and she would sometimes suck her thumb. "She was also much more affectionate with me than normal." The older woman explained and Olivia nodded, glancing down and seeing the little one sleeping soundly, nodding to Susan who smiled fondly, knowing just what her patient needed.

"That's what caused this." She told the other three women.

"I'll be visiting her here from now on. "I'm not letting Jim take her there again." Beth Anne vowed, and Kim just looked unsure, knowing even if her mother did that, her father would become more determined to continue this sick psychological mind game with her sister.

They would be lucky if Amanda came back to them within a few days this time.
