They flew down past a billboard on the rooftop of a building. It's title read: "Amity Park". Below that were words: "It's safe here!". They landed and jumped out to the sidewalk below.
"We're finally home!" Kurai fist pumped the air.
"You didn't like space?" Danny asked.
"Hm?" Kurai laughed. "The Ghost Zone is the closest to space I wanna get, Danny."
"Still, it's cool we were able to help out Frostbite." Tucker held up the Infi-map which glowed with a light blue aura. "I bet he'll be glad to get his map back."
"Yeah. We'll return it to him as soon as we can. But right now, though, I'm home." They walked down the road. "It's good to be back to where things are normal."
The trio was interrupted by the sound of a familiar voice on a megaphone. A voice they all knew meant total humiliation.
A voice sounded On the megaphone. "Attention, Amity Park!" Jack drove onto the sidewalk in the RV and witlessly wrecked everything he sees as he drives. The first thing he wrecked was a purple car. "The Fentons are on patrol!" Jack was in the driver seat as he used the RV megaphones to make sure everyone heard him loud and clear. "Rest assured-"
Maddie was in the passenger seat, with a serious look on her face as if nothing idiotic was happening.
"-the streets are safe!" Jack finally made a mistake due to being in such a hurry. The RV lost control and started skidding. It slipped to the right and rams a yellow fire hydrant on the sidewalk. It only leaked at the bottom for a few seconds but then pressure built up to the point where the hydrant was blasted into the air by the water, and now there is a geyser where it was. "Uh, city water supply A-Okay."
"Yep, normal." Tucker said.
Danny's ghost sense goes off, and Kurai shuddered, alerting the three. They turned to their left.
There was a store with it's title shown on the front, just above the doors. It read: "ELECTRONICS" and above the "S" was a star with the head of a stick figure wearing a purple cap. The doors blew up and behind the smoke was the shadow of a familiar ghost and the shadows of some electronic devices hovering with him.
Technus gave his signature evil laugh before the smoke moved out of his way confirming it was him. "Nothing like a lazy day of shopping,-" He held up his shopping bag. "-lattes-" He lowered his shopping bag back down and then held up the latte. "- and terrorizing minimum-wage workers." Technus hovered on the customer side of the cashier counter. The cashier, of course, was on the employee side and was cowering at Technus. The scientific specter then put his head closer to the cashier. "Boo." The cashier screamed like a girl as he ran away in fear.
Kurai and Danny looked at each other.
"I'm going ghost!" They ran into an alley and transformed, then Phantom and Khione flew out.
A column of boxes contained some of the store's merchandise. Technus grabbed some DVD cases.
"Well, look on the bright side." Technus was looming above the cashier who came back to the currently-being-haunted place for some reason. "At least I'm not downloading them illegally." Danny came from behind Technus and punched him.
"Next register, Cyber-jerk!" Danny said.
Technus crashed through the 2nd column of windows as 3 computer monitors and a keyboard followed him.
Technus's fall was broken by a parked car, and the 3 computers & keyboard landed next to him. 2 of the computers had their screen completely busted through.
Technus got up. He blasted a blue electro-blast offscreen. The car was hit by the blast. The car stood up on its trunk, with hood & windshield facing upward.
Technus Electro-telekinetically lifted his computer part's in the air as they and his hands glowed light blue. There was now also a hard drive among those parts. He pushed them together.
Computer parts began to stack on the. Once all the latter were on the former, the car & computer parts are overcome by an outburst of white and black as an explosion sound is heard. There was no car. Instead, a golden robotic foot with a wheel.
There was the other foot, which actually had two wheels and suggested that the other foot only appeared to have one wheel.
A matching robotic hand clenched it's fist.
Danny moved into the window and looked forward.
"Behold, Ghost child!" Technus cried.
Technus leaned in.
"The perfect combination of technology, past AND present! " He gestured.
There stood a robot made from the once normal car. Tires for heels, clavicle, and back. Hood for chest. Doors for shoulder blades.
"The Car-Puter!" Cried Technus. "It will drive you... to your DOOM!"
Danny nodded to Khione, who shot silver sacred power at Technus, destabilizing his ghost form. This just caused the computers to all glitch and the Car-Puter to go out of control.
Alarmed by this, Danny halted in the air. Failing to make a move to counter this, the engine rammed the halfa and knocked him out. The Car-Puter then retracted the engine.
"Great. My first car accident and I'm not even driving yet!" Danny groaned from the ground.
Turning, the Car-Puter's heel-wheels start spinning. It held it's ground so that the potential for speed could build up in the wheels, causing blue sparks to flare behind the latter. The Car-Puter released, and sped offscreen. Smoke was left behind. Danny moved after it, the former silhouetting him.
"Hey!" Danny choked on the smoke. Khion grabbed him, purifying the smoke. They both whirled, hearing Tucker scream.
Suddenly the Car-Puter was held back by a rope around it's leg. Thrash had the gun that the rope was launched from.
"Yo, I got it Vid!" Thrash cried.
"Awesome Thrash! Take it Download." Vid yelled back.
Download sucked in the Car Puter in his portable thermos. "Downloaded. Shaw."
Khione landed next to Tucker. "Uh, who are those guys?"
"I don't know, but those are the coolest jumpsuits I've ever seen!" Tucker exclaimed. Danny glared at Tucker. "Uh, except yours, of course. Black is very slimming."
"Adolescents! How dare you?" Technus cried. Vid fired 2 discs at him. "And another thing, the high tech look is my bit!" The discs zapped Technus and Download captured him.
Download gestured to the onlookers. "Ghost guy gone, area's safe. Have a righteous day."
