This is a crossover between Spider-Man and Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir. I don't own any of these properties except my OC. This will be the same as the Miraculous television series, but with some Spider-Man action in it. Also my OC is voiced by Tom Holland, who also portrayed Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Sensational Beginnings (Origins, Part 1)
"Many centuries ago, magic jewels bestowing extraordinary powers were created. These were... the Miraculous. Throughout history, heroes have used these jewels for the good of the human race. Three of these Miraculous are more powerful than the others; the earrings of the Ladybug which provide the power of creation, the ring of the Black Cat, which grants the power of destruction, and the bracelet of the Spider which grants the power of immobility and the ability of a spider. According to legend, whoever controls three of these jewels at the same time, will achieve absolute power." said the narrator
The scene reveals that the setting is in a room filled with butterflies. A mysterious man was holding a locket with a picture of a woman on it. The man is revealed to be talking to a small light purple butterfly like creature with little wings on it's back.
"I want that absolute power, Nooroo. I must have those Miraculous!" said the mysterious man.
"But nobody knows where these Miraculous are!" replied
"I found you though, my little Nooroo." said the man as he caressed his locket. "Your Miraculous... remind me of its powers again."
"The Moth Brooch allows you to give someone their own superpowers and to make that person your devoted follower!" answered Nooroo
"And when it comes to luring superheroes, what could be better than creating supervillains?" asked the man with a smirk
"But master, the Miraculous are not meant to be used for evil purposes!" protested Nooroo
"I must have this absolute power!" yelled the man as he stomps the ground causing the butterflies to flutter away. "Your Miraculous is in my control! I am your master now, and you must obey me."
Nooroo was shocked when his master said this. He had no choice but to obey his master
Nooroo sadly replies, "Yes, master..."
The man placed the Miraculous on his suit
"Nooroo, Dark Wings Rise!" yelled out the man as he butterflies surround him as Nooroo is sucked into the miraculous. The butterflies then dispersed revealing the man to be wearing a purple suit with a silver mask covering his face.
"From this day on, I shall be known as... Hawk Moth!" the man now calling himself Hawk Moth said he laughs evilly
Meanwhile in another location... a green turtle-like creature was sleeping on a gramophone, but he suddenly wakes up. He then flies towards an old man who is helping a customer.
"Master, Master!" the creature called
The customer heard him, but the turtle creature hid behind the old man. The man then came up with an idea
"Master, master... chanting, it's all part of the treatment. Master, master..." proclaimed the old man as he pushes the customer out the door. "Thank you for coming, see you again next week!"
"Wait wha..." before the the customer can speak, the door is slammed shut. The turtle creature then came out from behind the old man.
"Master, the Moth Miraculous. I felt it's aura" said the creature
The old man was surprised and said, "I thought it had been lost forever!"
"But Master, it's a negative aura. I fear it may have gotten into the hands of a dark power!" said the turtle creature
"We must find Nooroo and his Miraculous" said the man as he walked forward. "If it has gotten into the wrong hands, there's no telling what evil will come upon the world!" The man then holds up a green bracelet on his wrist. "Time to transform!" The old man begins to do different poses "Wayzz..." Suddenly he cracked back. "Oh! My back!" said the man as he fell to the ground.
"Please, Master. Be reasonable" protested the creature "You are..."
"Still young! I'm only 186" replied the old man "But you're right, Wayzz. I can no longer do it alone. We'll need some help."
He walks up to the gramophone and opens a hatch with a button. The gramophone opens to reveal a read octagon box with a Chinese design
[Cue Theme song]
The scene goes to a view of Paris, France. We hear the voice of a teenage boy narrating
"Who am I? Are you sure you want to know? My story began in Paris, France, the City of Love. But it's also called the City of Lights when it's dark."
The scene then shows the Boulangerie Patisserie bakery
"It really began here at the Boulangerie Patisserie bakery which is run by my parents. If someone told you I was just a regular Parisian, well someone lied."
The scene then goes to a different room with different posters of robotics and a picture of a male model. There was also a big desk filled with school supplies, notebooks, and paper. There was also a few comic books on the desk as well. There was also a bed with a white blanket covering someone. The alarm of a clock next to the bed goes off. Someone under the cover groans, and hits the snooze button on it. A knock was then heard on his door.
"Marlin, wake up! It's your first day back in school! I told Marinette the same thing as well! You don't want to be late!" called an adult woman's voie
The cover reveals a teenage boy with brown hair and green eyes.
"Coming, mom!" called back the boy
He gets out of bed and goes to the bathroom to brush his teeth. He then goes back to his room to get dressed. He is now wearing a red t-shirt, a blue hoodie, a pair of blue jeans, and green and yellow shoes. He then walked downstairs.
"This is me, Marlin Dupain-Cheng. Just your normal guy living a normal life in Paris. This is the day when my life would change forever."
He then heads to the kitchen where he sees a teenage girl that is slightly older than him with blue hair and blue eyes and a short older woman with blue hair and gray eyes. Those are his older twin sister, Marinette and his mother, Sabine.
"Morning bro!" greeted Marinette with a wave
"Morning, sis! Morning mom!" said Marlin
"Good morning, Marlin!" greeted Sabine
Marlin sat down at the table and pour some cereal into a bowl and some milk and began to eat.
"That's my older twin sister, Marinette. She can be a little clumsy and nervous, but I love her all the same. And there's my mom, Sabine. She's both a hard worker in the bakery and a loving mother."
"So, did mom tell you about our first day back at school?" Marlin asked Marinette
"Yep. I bet any doubt that Chloé would be there..." answered Marinette
'Ugh, Chloé. That girl has always been the bane of our existence ever since we were young. She thinks that just because she's the mayor's daughter, she can get what she wants. Spoiled brat!' thought Marlin in disgust
"Four years in a row, is that possible?" asked Sabine
"Definitely. Lucky us!" said Marinette as she poured cereal into her bowl
"Oh, don't say that! It's the start of a new year - I'm sure everything will be just fine!" said Sabine
"I highly doubt that, mom. But... we'll take your word for it." said Marlin
Marinette smiles and nods in agreement. She puts down the cereal box, Then several things are knocked over, spilling and falling on the floor. Marlin facepalms in embarrassment at that. The scene then goes to downstairs to see a man making macarons while singing La Marseillaise
"That's my dad, Tom. He also runs the bakery. He's sometimes a little overprotective, but he means well."
The two siblings walk up to him and see the macarons.
"Dad, these look awesome!" said Marinette as she looked at the macarons
Marlin looks at the design on the macarons and said, "Yeah, those macarons sure look unique"
"It was all thanks to your design" replied Tom. He then gives two boxes to the siblings "Be sure to share some with the class."
Marinette and Marlin both hug their father. Marinette accidentally drops the box, but Tom catches it on his foot and tosses it back to her
"Nice catch, pop" said Marlin
"Thank you, son!" said Tom with a smile
The two siblings grabbed their bags and kiss their dad goodbye. They then run out of the bakery and off to school. Marlin seems to be struggling to keep up with his sister.
"Come on, Marlin! Pick up the pace!" Marinette said as she ran ahead
"I'm going as fast as can, Marinette! Can you at least slow down a bit?" panted Marlin as he tries to catch up
"I can't! I don't want to be... Whoa!" yelled Marinette as a car passes her at a cross street causing her to stop. Marlin catches up
"And this is why we need to look both ways when we cross the street." said Marlin
"Thanks for the reminder" said Marinette. She then notices an old man in the street and a bag also on the street. "Uuuhhaawh?"
"Oh no!" yelled Marlin as he also notices this
Marinette races onto the street, grabs the old man's hand and takes him to the other side of the street, dropping her bag in the process. Marlin also runs onto the street to pick up the bag and meets his sister on the other side of the street as well
"Thank you, children! Oh! What a disaster." said the old man as he sees the mess
They all see some people walking on the streets while stepping on the spilled macarons
"Thank goodness I put my macarons in my backpack." said Marlin. He turns to Marinette "Sorry about yours, sis"
"It's okay, Marlin. I'm no stranger to disasters, besides, there are still a few left." said Marinette
The old man grabs one of the macaron and eats it
"Mmm. Delicious!"
Just then they hear a bell ringing
"Oh no! We're gonna be late! Have a good day sir!" yelled Marinette as she runs off
"Wait for me!" yelled Marlin. But before he can take off, the old man stopped him
"Wait a moment, young man." said the old man as gives him a black and gold hexagon box. "Here. For you"
"Uh. Thanks. But what is it for?" asked Marlin as he takes the box
"Consider it a small gift. Open it when you get home." instructed the old man. "And remember: 'With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility'"
Marlin got confused but then says, "Okay. I better head to class now. Take care of yourself sir."
He races off to school. The old man smiled as he watches him
"Thank you so much, young man" said the old man. He then picks up a small octagon box with red design and heads off to the bakery
At the Françoise Dupont High School in a classroom, a woman with red hair tied in a bun is telling a boy with a red cap and headphones over his neck where to sit. Her name is Caline Bustier.
"Nino, Why don't you have a seat in the front row this year?" asked Ms. Bustier
Nino grumbles and took his seat. Meanwhile, Marinette was sitting in her seat until a blond girl slams her hand on the desk. It later reveals to be her and Marlin's rival Chloé Bourgeois and with her is a red haired girl with glasses. This is her "friend" Sabrina Raincomprix.
"Marinette Dupain-Cheng!", yelled Chloé
"Ugh. Here we go again" muttered Marinette
"You're in the wrong seat!" exclaimed Chloé
"But this has always been my seat" replied Marinette
Sabrina sat next to her and said, "Not anymore! New school, new year, new seats!"
"So why don't you just go and sit beside that new girl over there?" said Chloé as she points to another girl sitting in another seat. Her name is Alya Césaire. "Listen. Adrien's arriving today, and since that's going to be his seat, this is going to be my seat. Get it?"
"Who's Adrien?" asked Marinette
Both Chloé and Sabrina laugh at this
"Can you believe she doesn't know who Adrien is? What rock have you been living under?" asked Chloé
Sabrina was about to answer, but someone else beat her to it
"He happens to be a famous model in Paris". The girls turn to see Marlin walking up to them
"Marlin. Where have you been? You're almost late" Marinette said
"Sorry. I got held up bit." said Marlin in an apologetic tone
"Oh look. It's that goody two shoes brother of yours: Marlin" Chloé said to Marinette
Marlin narrows his eyes and asks, "Is there a problem here, Chloé?"
"You bet there is! Your sister is sitting in the seat that is reserved for Adrien Agreste and I am his best friend. He adores me" said Chloé. "Go on, move!" Chloé told Marinette
Alya walks up to them and angrilly asks, "Hey! Who elected you Queen of Seats?"
"Oh, Look Sabrina! We've got a little do-gooder in our class this year." taunted Chloé "What are you gonna do, super newbie? Shoot beams at me with your glasses?
"Wouldn't you like to know." said Alya as She grabs Marinette's hand and drags her off "Come on"
Just then, Marinette trips and spilled some macarons
"Sorry, sorry, sorry..." muttered Marinette
Marlin groans in embarrassment as he put his hand over his forehead.
"The same applies to you too, Marlin! Don't even think about sitting here." Chloé told him. She then looks at a boy wearing glasses and green shirt "How about you sit with that nerd over there."
"It does fit. After all, you're a bigger nerd than he is!" insulted Sabrina
Both Chloé and Sabrina laugh at this. Marlin gritted his teeth in anger, but not wanting to cause a scene, storms off. He took his seat next to the boy
"Ugh. That Chloé. She really makes my blood boil" complained Marlin
"I 100% agree" said the boy
Marlin looks at the boy sitting next to him. He recognizes him
"Max!" exclaimed Marlin
"Marlin, it's been a while. How have you been?" asked Max
"I've been doing good, buddy. How's yours?" Marlin asked back
Max answered, "My summer was about 100% great"
"Still using those numbers, I see?" asked Marlin
"What can I say? I excel at math" responded Max
"Cool, I'm sometimes good with math too." said Marlin "Anyways, why does Chloé always make my life miserable? I just wish I could get even with her."
"There's a 33% chance of that succeeding." said Max. "And besides, she's the daughter of Mayor André Bourgeois. She always gets away with everything"
"Still that's no reason for her to treat us like garbage. We need to stand up to her" proclaimed Marlin
"Affirmative. But that would be a 50% chance of that happening" said Max
"Well, you'll never know unless we try. Oh." He takes the box of macarons from his backpack and gives one to him. "I have some macarons here. Would you like one?" asked Marlin as he offered one to him.
"Don't mind if I do" said Max. He takes the macaron and eats one."Mmm. Delicious"
Marlin smiles at this. Then the teacher begins to introduce herself
"For those of you who don't yet know me, I'm Miss Bustier. I'll be your teacher this year." said Bustier
Chloé was looking at the empty spot besides Nino
"Ugh, he should have been here by now." said Chloé
The bell rang meaning that class is over
"Those of you who have P.E., Mr. D'Argencourt is expecting you at the stadium. The rest of you can head over to the library." said Miss Bustier
Marlin is about to leave his seat when he heard an angry yell.
"KIM!"
He turns to see a bulky teenage boy about to hit an athletic boy. Their names are Ivan and Lê Chiến Kim or Kim for short.
"Ivan, what is going on?" demanded Miss Bustier
"It's Kim. I'm so gonna..." Ivan explained but Miss Bustier interrupted him
"Ivan! Go to the principal's office!" ordered Miss Bustier
Ivan walks off with a crumpled up paper in his hand
"What was that all about?" asked Marlin
"I don't know, but it might be best not to get involve" said Max
Marlin gets off his seat and is about to leave the classroom when he accidentally bumps into a girl with black hair with purple streaks.
"Oh, I am so sorry about that." Marlin apologized
"No no no. It was my fault I should've looked where I was going" said the girl
The two get a look at each other and blush as they both recognize each other
"Marlin?"
"Juleka?"
They both smile and hugged each other. After a few minutes they separated
"It's been a while. How have you been?" Marlin asked with a smile
"I've been doing good. Still as handsome as ever" said Juleka
Marlin blushes at what she said
"Thanks. And you still look beautiful" said Marlin
Juleka blushes at what he said
"By the way, did you do something to your hair?" ,asked Marlin "Cause it looks nice. Especially that bang covering your eye."
Juleka giggles as she finds his statement funny
"Thank you. Well I better get to my next class. I'll see you around, Marlin" said Juleka
"Yeah see ya. Oh wait!" said Marlin as he takes out his box of macarons and gives one to her. "Here. For you"
"Oh. Thanks. You're so sweet" said Juleka as she takes the macaron. She gives Marlin one last hug and walks off. Marlin blushes as he watches her leave and then walks out himself
"(sighs) Juleka. I've known her ever since I was young. I guess you could say that it was love at first sight. In the years that we became friends, I've been trying to find the right time to confess my feelings to her."
"Marlin!" Marlin heard his sister call out to him. Marlin looks behind him to see Marinette and Alya run up to him
"Oh hey sis! What's up?" asked Marlin
"I just want to introduce you to my new friend, Alya." said Marlin as she introduces her brother to Alya. "Alya, this is my younger twin brother, Marlin."
"Hi Marlin. Nice to meet you." Alya greeted Marlin
"The pleasure's all mine, Alya." said Marlin as they shake hands. "By the way, I just want to say that it was awesome how you defended my sister from Chloé."
"Well someone had to. That girl is the worst" said Alya
"Yeah. We can't let her get away with her bullying" added Marinette
"I totally agree!" said Marlin "By the way, I was just gonna head to the library
"What a coincidence. Alya and I were just gonna go there too" said Marinette
"Why don't we all go together?" offered Alya
"Okay" agreed Marlin
The three friends then walk to the library together
Meanwhile in the lair of Hawk Moth, he senses a negative emotion as his window opens
"Negative emotions. This is perfect. Just what I need. Anger, sadness... Burn a hole into his heart, my horrible akuma." said Hawk Moth. A butterly flies into his hand and he used his power to turn it into an akuma."Fly away, my little akuma, and evilize him!"
The akuma then flies out the window.
Back at the high school, Mr Damocles, the school principal sees Ivan enter his office without knocking.
"Excuse me, young man. Hasn't anyone ever taught you to knock? Go on. Out you go, try it again! Go on, knock" ordered Mr. Damocles
Ivan growls and closes the door. But just as he does so, the akuma flies into the crumpled paper he was holding, evilizing him. Then a pink mask appears on his face.
"Stoneheart, I am Hawk Moth. I give you the power to seek revenge on those who have wronged you." said Hawk Moth telepathically
"Okay, Hawk Moth" said Ivan
Ivan's body then gets covered in darkness. Back in Mr. Damocles' office, the principal is still waiting for Ivan.
"Well, come on in", said Mr. Damocles
Just then, the door gets punched down. Instead of Ivan, there is a giant stone monster named Stoneheart in his place
"KIMMM!", roared Stoneheart
Meanwhile in the library, the Dupain-Cheng siblings and Alya were working on their work when suddenly a loud boom caused them to fall on the ground.
"Was that an earthquake?" asked Marlin
"I don't think so, bro" said Marinette as she gets off the floor and helps him up
"Come on!", said Alya
She runs off while Marinette and Marlin follow her. They then reached part of the library with a security monitor where it shows Stoneheart.
"KIMMM!", shouted Stoneheart
"What the heck is that?!" asked Marlin in shock
"And why does it have Ivan's voice?" asked Marinette
"It's as if he's been transformed into a real-life supervillain!" said Alya
"Wait. Are you saying that monster is Ivan?" Marlin asked Alya incredulously.
"Yep" said Alya as she checks her phone. "GPS, check. Battery, check. I am so outta here!"
Alya runs off
"Hey! Where are you going!?" asked Marinette
"Where there's a supervillain, there's always a superhero close behind! No way I'm missing this!" answered Alya
"Are you crazy?! What if you get hurt?!" exclaimed Marlin
"That's a chance I'll have to take!" replied Alya as she runs right out of the library
The Dupain-Cheng twins look at the monitor to see Stoneheart rampaging through Paris. It picked up a car.
"KIM!", shouted Stoneheart as it threw a car at the camera making both the siblings cringe at this.
"Um. Sis. I think now might be a good time to go home." said Marlin
"Agreed. Let's go!" said Marinette
She grabs Marlin by the arm and they took off
The Dupain-Cheng twins made their way back home in the bakery. They both went into their own rooms. Marlin is currently watching the news on his phone. It shows a man named Mayor André Bourgeois.
"I'm asking all parisians to stay home until this situation is under control." said André as other newscast begin to surround the mayor to get his attention. Another screen pops up to show a woman reporting the news. Her name is Nadja Chamack.
"As incredible as it seems, it's been confirmed that Paris is indeed being attacked by a supervillain." said Nadja "The police have been struggling to keep the situation under control."
A small screen then Stoneheart's rampage and then a police officer named Roger Raincomprix, who has his arm in a sling.
"Be confident, the strong arm of the law will come crashing down on the..." Roger wince in pain as he raised his bandaged arm. "I mean, the other arm."
Marlin pauses the video
"Some first day back at school this turns out to be. I just wish there is something I can do." Marlin said. He then thought about something. "Wait a minute."
He gets up from his chair and goes to his backpack. He opens up one of the zipper and brings out the red box.
"I hope whatever that old man gave me could help me out in this situation." said Marlin
He opens the box which reveals a bracelet. Suddenly, a bright light begins to shine, forcing Marlin to drop the box as then shielded his eyes.
"What's going on?!" exclaimed Marlin
As the light dies down, Marlin opens his eyes to see a strange floating creature in front of him. It resembled a spider with a black body and 6 yellow legs sticking out of his back. He has a big head and a small body.
"Greetings!" said the spider like creature
"Whoa!" shouted Marlin as he falls backwards and lands on his rear
"Do not be afraid. I'm not going to hurt you" said the creature
"Y-You talk. Who are you? And more importantly, what are you?" asked Marlin curiously
"My name is Arachnus." introduced the creature "And as for what I am, I am a kwami"
"Kwami? What's a kwami?" asked Marlin
"Kwamis are creatures that gives the person who wears a miraculous powers. For instance, my power is immobility." explained Arachnus
Marlin began to listen to what Arachnus is saying as he picked up the bracelet
"So. This bracelet is a Miraculous?" asked Marlin
"Correct. Since you now possess it, I am now at your command." continued Arachnus
"Wow. That's a lot to process" said Marlin. "Will you be able to fight that giant stone monster?" he asked
"I can't fight him, but you can. With my help" said Arachnus
"Okay. What do you I have to do?" asked Marlin
"Just follow my instructions, kid" said Arachnus
"Oh, and my name's not kid. It's Marlin" said Marlin
"Okay then, Marlin. As I said, follow my instructions" repeated Arachnus
At the Master Fu's massage room. Wayzz begins to doubt his master's actions
"Do you think they'll be up to it, Master?" asked Wayzz
"I only got it wrong once. It will never happen again. At least I hope not." said the old man
"Is it also really wise to give the bracelet of the Spider to that young man?" Wayzz also asked
"Yes. I do believe that he is the right person to possess that Miraculous. And with time he will understand what I told him." said the old man with pride
Back in Marlin's room, Arachnus is instructing Marlin how to use his Miraculous. He had just put the bracelet on his left wrist. The bracelet now has the image of a spider
"Like this?" asked Marlin
"Yep" said Arachnus
"So when you enter this, will I become a superhero like in my comic books?" asked Marlin
"Something like that" replied Arachnus
"I don't know, Arachnus. Am I really cut out to be a hero?" asked Marlin a little unsure of himself
"Of course you are, kid. You just need to have confidence in yourself. And the most important thing to remember is to never give up." said Arachnus attempting to encourage him. Marlin smiled
"You're right. Will I have to fight that monster alone?" asked Marlin
"No actually. There will be two more heroes that will aid you" Arachnus said
"Right. So, what should I do next?" asked Marlin
"To activate your Miraculous say, Arachnus, Webs Up! And to power down, say Arachnus Webs Down!" instructed Arachnus
"Got it!" said Marlin as he holds up his bracelet "Arachnus, Webs Up!"
Just as he said those words, the bracelet glows as Arachnus enters the bracelet. Soon Marlin begins to transform. He now has a black and gold domino mask with lenses to cover his eyes. The magic travels through his body which forms a black and gold spandex suit with web patterns and gold spider symbol on the chest, webshooters on his wrists that connects to his palms, and finally a black hood to complete the look. Then the transformation is complete.
"Well. That was surreal" Marlin said. He begins to look at what he is wearing. "Wow! Look at me! I'm in some kind of black suit. And the gold parts on it is a nice touch." He then reaches behind him and pulls a hood over his head "Not to mention this cool hood."
He goes over to his closet and opens a door that has a mirror on the other side and looks at his reflection.
"Heh. Looking good." said Marlin as he is liking what he is wearing
Marlin closes the door and goes to the desk. He turns on his phone to see the update on the news.
"Stoneheart is heading toward the Montparnasse tower. The monster seems to be unstoppable!" explained Nadja
Marlin notices Alya going after Stoneheart
"Oh no!" yelled Marlin in worry
Someone knock on his door. Marlin flinches at this.
"Marlin! Are you okay?" Sabine called out
"Uh. Yeah, mom! I'm fine. Me and Marinette got home safely." called back Marlin
"That's good. I'm going to check on Marinette. Stay safe." said Sabine. Marlin could hear Sabine going upstairs
"Phew. That was close. Now to get that Stoneheart." said Marlin in relief
Having made his way out of his room through his window, Marlin then ran through the streets and head to another alleyway.
"Before I do anything else, I should probably see what I can do." said Spider-Man
Looking at the wall of a building and then his hands, he gets an idea and puts one hand on the building. Then he puts his other hand on the building wall and begins to climb up. He then begins to climb the wall like he's some kind of rock climber without the need for any equipment.
"Cool. I can stick to any surface like a real spider." said Marlin in amazement
He reached the roof and accidently crushes metal chimney on the roof on the way up. He looks at the crushed chimney
"Hmm. Looks like I also have enhanced strength. What else can I do?" wondered Marlin
Marlin was then seen jumping from building to building due to his enhanced jumping
"Okay, so it look like I have the natural abilities of a spider. Whoa!" said Marlin
He stops to see how far a gap it is to to another building that seems impossible for him leap over to
"That seems kinda far to leap to." said Marlin. He then looks at the web-shooters on his wrists. "I wonder"
He tries several hand gestures until he place his middle fingers in the center of his palm. Pressing his middle fingers, webs shoot out. Marlin does it again and a web line latches onto the other building. He then grabs the line.
"Well, here we go" said Marlin
He then starts to swing forward. He yelps when he sees that he is about to hit a wall. On instinct, his other hand shoots another web line to slow down his velocity. He then shoots another web line and swung to the right.
"Whoo hoo!" exclaimed Marlin in excitement
He lets go of the web line and dives down towards the streets. He then shoots another web and swings up and then shoots another web as he continues to swing.
"Yeah! This is the only way to travel!" shouted Marlin
As he web swings he did not see a person who is jumping over roof tops. The person was a teenage boy wearing a cat costume with a belt that looks like a tail. This is Cat Noir. He stops to see Marlin swinging past him.
"Whoa", Cat Noir said in amazement
As Marlin is web swinging, he sees a trail of overturn and crushed cars on the lane and begins to follow the trail of destruction
"Hmm. Looks like Stoneheart was here. I'm on the right track." said Spider-Man as he was hot on the trail
At the Parc des Princes, the students have just finished P.E., but then Stoneheart appeared
"KIMMM! So, who's wuss now?!" growled Stoneheart
The students run away, but Kim trips. Stoneheart was about to grab him, but then a web line sticks to Kim's back and pulls him away
"Hey big guy! Didn't anybody ever told you to pick on someone your own size?" quipped Marlin
Kim looks up to see a teenage boy in a black suit and golden web patterns. Looking at the spider symbols made Kim a little nervous as he stood up.
"Umm. Thanks, man" said Kim
"Don't mention it. You might want to get to safety" he suggested
Kim nods and runs off. The pink mask appears on Stoneheart
"It appears that the Spider Miraculous has been activated. Stoneheart crush him!" Hawk Moth ordered telepathically
"I'm gonna squash you!" yelled Stoneheart
Stonheart raises his arm and brought it down on Marlin, but he was able to dodge it. Marlin then runs up to Stoneheart's leg and begins to punch it, but it has no affect.
"Wow, talk about hard as a rock" commented Marlin
Suddenly, Stoneheart grows a little big and kicks Marlin away. Marlin skids on the ground until he was on his back. He gets up a little to see Stoneheart walking up to him. Just then, a metal pole landed between them. Cat Noir then appears, much to Marlin's surprise.
"Hey fellow hero. Need a hand?" asked Cat Noir as he offered his hand to him
Marlin takes it as Cat Noir helps him up.
"Yeah, thanks" said Marlin
"Wow, I see you also like to wear black. And the gold patterns is a nice touch too. Also, I like the hood" said Cat Noir as he looked at his attire
"Um. Thanks?" Marlin said in confusion
The pink mask appears over Stoneheart's face again.
"Everything's going to plan. Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculous have been activated as well. Here they come to save the day, and now my supervillain will destroy them." Hawk Moth said
"Come on, new guy! Let's get him!" said Cat Noir as he charges in
"No wait!" said Marlin
Cat Noir attempts to hit Stoneheart, but it only made him grow even bigger. Marlin runs up to Cat Noir
"It's no good. Your attacks are only making him bigger. Believe me, I got the same results." explained Marlin
"Now you tell me" said Cat Noir
Stoneheart then smashes his fist forcing the two heroes to leap away
"Where are you, partner?" asked Cat Noir
"Who are you talking about?" asked Marlin in confusion
"Well, let's just say I'm not the only hero coming here" said Cat Noir
As the two heroes were dealing with the akumatized villain, another hero was watching on the outside of the stadium. She is a teenage girl with blue hair and is covered in a red suit with polka dolts. She was looking nervous as she watched them
"Oh, I can't. I'm not gonna be able to do it!" said the heroine
Stoneheart threw a goal post at Cat Noir and Marlin, but they were able to dodge it. The goal post then headed straight towards Alya, who was recording the whole thing. She gasps as she saw the goal post coming her way.
"Alya!" shouted Marlin
"I got her!" exclaimed Cat Noir as he throws his staff. It extends between the sidelines and the goal post bounces off it.
"Nice shot!" said Marlin
Cat Noir nods his head at this. Suddenly, Stoneheart grabs them both. Alya then calls out to the red and black spotted heroine
"What are you waiting for, super red bug? The world is watching you!" Alya yelled out to the heroine
The red heroine closed her eyes and opens them with determination. Stoneheart was gripping Cat Noir and Marlin very tightly
"Grip too tight. Can't break free!" said Marlin as he was feeling crushed
Just then the red heroine jumps in and flings her yo-yo at Stoneheart, which wraps around his legs. She then dives underneath Stoneheart!
"Animal cruelty? How shameful!" said the polka dotted heroine
She trips Stoneheart, causing him to let go of the two heroes causing them to tumble. Marlin was able to put his hand on the ground to stop himself.
"Yes!" said Ladybug
The red heroine then ran over to them. When Marlin sees her, he can't help but feel something familiar about her
"Sorry it took so long, Cat Noir." said the heroine. She then notices Marlin "Um. Who's this?" She asked
"Oh, this is a new hero. He's uh" Cat Noir turns to Marlin "What's your name? I forgot to ask you that."
"I'm uh" said Marlin. He looks down at the gold spider symbol on his chest and comes up with something. "I'm Spider-Man. Paris' Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man at your service!", he answered in a confident tone
"Wow. It's nice to meet you, Spider-Man! I'm Cat Noir" said Cat Noir. He then motions to the red spotted heroine. "And this is..."
"Wait, don't tell me. Judging by your suit, you look like a Ladybug. Right?" Spider-Man guessed
"Uh, yeah you're right. That's my name: Ladybug." said Ladybug with a blush. "It's very nice to meet you, Spider-Man."
"Cool. Now that we know each other, let's go kick his rocky behind!" said Cat Noir. He about to rush ahead, but Spider-Man grabs him by the belt to stop him
"Hold up, Cat! We need to think about this first." said Spider-Man
"He's right. Haven't you noticed? He gets bigger and stronger with every attack." added Ladybug
"I already figured that part out" replied Spider-Man
"Which is why we need to try something different" Ladybug says
"Different how?" asked Cat Noir
"Uhhh... I don't know." said Ladybug as she was thinking
"Why don't we try using our special powers?" asked Spider-Man in suggestion
"Good idea, Spidey", said Cat Noir as he charges his hand with black energy. "Cataclysm! Apparently I destroy whatever I touch."
"I don't need a superpower to destroy everything." mumbled Ladybug
Spidey shakes his head in amusement. Cat Noir then goes over to the goal post and touches it.
"No, don't do that!" exclaimed Ladybug
The goal post becomes rusted and then crumbles into dust
"Cool! It's just you and me now! Time to rumble, soon-to-be rubble!" said Cat Noir as he charges at Stoneheart.
"Cat Noir!" shouted Ladybug
"Wait!" shouted Spider-Man
Cat Noir jumps at Stoneheart and slams his hand on his foot. Nothing happened. Cat Noir begins to realized what has happened
"Uh oh. I guess I only get one shot to use my power." said Cat Noir
Stoneheart kicks him away
"I got ya!" said Spider-Man as runs over. He leaps up and catches Cat Noir before he can hit the ground. Spidey then lands on the ground and puts Cat Noir down
"Whoa. Thanks" said Cat Noir gratefully
"You're welcome" said Spider-Man
"And you only have five minutes before you transform back. Didn't your kwami explain anything to you?" asked Ladybug in irritation
"I guess I was a little excited about my new life." replied Cat Noir sheepishly
"Well, up to me. Lucky Charm!" said Ladybug as she throws her yo-yo in the air and a suit that in the same color as her costume appears
"A suit?" said Spider-Man in confusion
"Superpower?" said Cat Noir sarcastically
"How is this gonna help?" asked Spider-Man
"I'm trying to process this. My kwami told me I have to break the object where the whatchama-call-it... er, the akuma is hiding." explained Ladybug
"Well, he's made entirely out of stone." said Cat Noir
Spider-Man looks at Stoneheart's closed fist
"Hey, did you guys noticed that one of Stoneheart's fist is closed?" asked Spider-Man. Ladybug then gets what he's saying.
"Of course, his right hand is still closed. He never opens it. It's like the Russian dolls. The object isn't on him, it's hidden in his fist! You're a genius, Spidey!" said Ladybug
"I am? I mean, I am!" said Spidey as feel flustered
Cat Noir looks at them with envy, but kept his cool
"So, what's the plan?" asked Cat Noir
"Hmmm" Ladybug looks around and sees, Alya, a tap, and a hose. They are all highlighted red and black in her vision "This!" she said as she grabs the host and ties it to the suit. "Spider-Man, you think you can distract Stoneheart?" Ladybug asked Spider-Man
"Sure, Ladybug" said Spider-Man. He then runs up to Stoneheart. "Hey, Stoneheart! Come and get me!" Spidey called out.
"Gladly!" said Stoneheart as he tries to smash him with his fist. But Spidey dodges the attack
"Miss me!" taunted Spider-Man
"Huh?" said Stoneheart and attempts to smashes his other fist at Spider-Man, but he dives to left to avoid it
"Come on you can do better than that!" taunted Spider-Man. He then he avoids another punch. "If that's the best you got, then you must have rocks in your head!", he quipped.
"Hold still!" growled Stoneheart
Ladybug and Cat Noir both watches this in amusement
"Wow, it's like he's a combination of both you and me. Wouldn't you say?" asked Cat Noir
"I highly doubt that" replied Ladybug as she wraps her yo-yo around Cat Noir's feet. "Don't resist. Trust me"
"This girl's CRAZY!" screamed Cat Noir as Ladybug swings Cat Noir around and throws him straight at Stoneheart. Stoneheart sees him coming and grabs him.
"Catch me if you can!" said Ladybug as she leaps at Stoneheart. Stoneheart grabs her in his other hand.
"Hey! You forgot about me!" said Spider-Man. His hand charges with purple electricity as he activates his superpower. "Arachno-Sting!"
He then leaps forward and touches Stoneheart's leg. Stoneheart begins to feel the power surging in his body as he became paralyzed.
"Hey! What's going on?! I can't move!" yelled Stoneheart as he couldn't feel his limbs
"Wow. It looks like your superpower is paralysis!" said Cat Noir
"More like immobility. It should temporarily paralyze enemies and making them unable to move for a while" Spider-Man explained
"But maybe give us a warning the next time you do that" Ladybug said
"Sorry. Now how about we blow this" he said
Getting the idea, Ladybug tuned to Alya and said, "You heard him, Alya. Use the tap"
Alya races over to the water tap and turns it on. The suit inflates with water causing Stoneheart to let go of Ladybug and a purple object. Ladybug smashes it, releasing the akuma and it flutters away. Stoneheart was then covered in darkness and reverted back into Ivan with some rocks remaining. Cat Noir, who was still in Stoneheart's grasp falls to the ground.
"This girl is awesome. She's crazy awesome!" said Cat Noir in awe
"She sure is." said Spider-Man. He offers his hand to Cat Noir. Cat Noir smiles and takes it as Spidey helps him up. Ladybug notices that the broken pieces have changed back into a crumbled up piece of paper.
"What's going on? What am I doing here? asked Ivan in confusion
"You were incredible, miss... uh... Bug lady. You did it!", said Cat Noir
"We both did it, partner." said Ladybug. She then looks at Spider-Man. "Of course, we couldn't have done it without our other partner, Spider-Man."
"Thanks, Ladybug", said Spider-Man with a smile
The three heroes does a fist bump
"Pound it!" they said
Just then, Cat Noir's ring begins to beep as it shows a pad missing
"You should get going. Our identities must remain secret." said Ladybug
"Farewell, m'lady. Let's do this again soon, okay?" said Cat Noir
"It was a pleasure to fight alongside you, Cat Noir" Spider-Man said to Cat Noir
"And you as well, Spidey. Take care!" Cat Noir said. He runs off and uses his staff to launch himself away
"Not too soon, I hope." Ladybug mumbled
"Yeah" said Spider-Man. He sees his miraculous is beeping as well. "Oh look at the time. I better go!"
Before he can head out, Ladybug puts her hand on his shoulder to stop him
"Wait. Before you go, Spidey. I have to ask: Have we met before? Cause you look familiar" asked Ladybug
"Uh. Nope. Can't say we have. This is actually our first time meeting." Spider-Man said nervously. "Well, I'll see you around!
He shoots a web line and swings away with Ladybug watching him
"Hmm" hummed Ladybug
Spider-Man swung his way back to the bakery. He opens the window to his room and goes in.
"Arachnus, Webs Down!" he shouted causing him detransform, turning him back into Marlin. Arachnus comes out of the bracelet
"Whoa! What a rush! Who knew being a hero would be so amazing!" exclaimed Marlin in excitement
"Glad you're enjoying yourself" said Arachnus looking exhausted.
"What's wrong, Arachnus? You look exhausted." said Marlin in worry
"Well, Marlin. After you used the Arachno-Sting power, you have also used up my energy as well. Luckily, we kwamis can replenish our energy if we eat food." Arachnus explained. "Speaking of, do you have any?" he asked
"Well let's see" said Marlin as he looks into his backpack and pulls out the box of macarons. "Will these macarons do?" he asked
He opens the box and gives one to Arachnus. Arachnus eats it and smiles.
"Mmmm. It's not exactly chocolate, but it will do." said Arachnus
"I'll get you some chocolate next time. I promise." said Marlin. "By the way, I met two new heroes. They said their names are Ladybug and Cat Noir. Were they the heroes that will help me?" asked Marlin
"They are, Marlin. You can't always do this hero work alone. There will be times when you will need to rely on other people for help as well." the kwami as he tries to give him advice.
A few minutes later, Marlin and Arachnus were watching the news through Marlin's phone. It was about their fight with Stoneheart
"Thanks to this amateur footage, the Parisians now know the identities of their heroes!" announced Nadja
"What do you know. I did it" said Marlin proudly
"It's like I told you, kid. You have to have confidence in yourself and never give up" said Arachnus
Just then a knock is heard on his door. Arachnus quickly hid in Marlin's pocket in his hoodie just as Marinette opens the door
"Marlin, come on. It's time for dinner" said Marinette
"Okay, Marinette. I'll be right down" said Marlin
After washing his hands, Marlin went downstairs to join his family for dinner. As he was doing that, their TV was showing the news.
"I am pleased to announce that we will organize a huge celebration in honor of our city's new protectors. Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Spider-Man." announced André
Meanwhile, the akuma had landed on the Eiffel Tower and begins to multiply. Back in the bakery, the Dupain-Cheng twins were washing the dishes when suddenly...
"Oh my!" Their mother yelled
"Huh?" Marlin said
The two siblings look to their mom and then the news
"Just as Paris is about to celebrate the appearance of our three new superheroes, Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Spider-Man, a new wave of panic is sweeping across the capital as dozens of people are mysteriously transformed into stone monsters. It's simply unbelievable" reported Nadja
The video shows some Parisians being infected by the akumas and turning into copies of Stonehearts. Sabine tumbled as Tom hugs her. Both the siblings gasp at this. Arachnus was shown watching the news.
"These victims transformed into stone beings are still like statues. The police are perplexed to what will happen to them. Will they come back to life or be frozen in time forever?" continued Nadja
The siblings then rushed to their respective rooms. Arachnus then came out of Marlin's pocket just as he is inside his room.
"I don't understand. I thought we defeated Stoneheart." said Marlin as he tries to process this
"Did you capture the akuma?" asked Arachnus
"What's an akuma?" asked Marlin in confusion
"An akuma is a butterfly that is used to transmit powers and make anyone a superhero which is done by the holder of the Butterfly Miraculous. But in the hands of evil, akumas will feed off negative emotions and make them supervillains." explained Arachnus
"That doesn't sound good" said Marlin in worry
"It gets worse. If an akuma is not captured, then they will multiply. And if that kid, Ivan gets akumatized again, then he will control all those stone creature and have them serve as his army." continued Arachnus
"Oh my goodness!" exclaimed Marlin. "Looks like I'll have to go out there and capture all of them."
"I'm afraid you can't do that, kid." replied Arachnus
"Why not?" asked Marlin
"Because, only the holder of the Ladybug Miraculous can purify these akumas and repair the damage done by them." explained Arachnus
"So that means, I can't fight them without Ladybug?" asked Marlin sadly
Arachnus sadly nod his head. Marlin drops to his knees
'That old man was right: 'With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility'. I have these powers, but there is also the responsibility that goes with it. I hope Ladybug learns the same lesson as well.' thought Marlin as he finally understood what that phrase meant.
In Marinette's room, Marlin's sister was kneeling down in sadness. She had just renounced her Miraculous as she felt she was not cut out to be a hero.
Back in Hawk Moth's lair, the villain saw everything.
"Ivan has a sensitive heart. It won't be long before anger and sadness strike again." said Hawk Moth as the akuma goes inside his cane. "And he and the stone beings will come alive. Then we'll see how long you will remain hidden, Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Spider-Man. Once I have your Miraculous, you will be powerless against me. Everyone will be powerless against me! I will have absolute power!", exclaimed Hawk Moth as he laughs evilly.

As you can see, Spider-Man's suit is based on the black and gold suit from the movie, Spider-Man: No Way Home. Also, his Arachno-Sting ability is based on the Venom Blast ability that belongs to Miles Morales aka Ultimate Comics Spider-Man and also based on the given name from Spidey and His Amazing Friends.
