Hey all! Just wanted to post an update about the second part of Intensions.
I do have a little bit of it written out already, but, for these last few months, I have been largely focusing on writing my own book. I'll talk more about that below, as well as my future writing schedule.
On to Intensions part 2!
So, while not all of it is written, I do FULLY intend to complete Intensions part 2, which already has its own title. You don't have to worry about the story being dropped or really even put on hiatus because it is being written, just very slowly because I'm juggling multiple projects. :D
I just want it to be good and not some half-effort continuation, so I'm taking my time. Though, I'm still new to juggling two projects at a time. Right now, I've been putting a lot of focus into my first ever book, which is almost complete. Unfortunately, that is why Intensions part 2 has had a setback. However, it will be written to completion and posted for you all to read….eventually. Promise!
In the meantime, do you all have any suggestions for things you'd like to see happen in Intensions part 2? Maybe I can start a post where you guys could leave suggestions for scenes you'd like to see in part 2? OR, I can give tiny sneak peeks as I write the 2nd part?
I want to try to be more interactive with this community since you all have been so supportive. So leave any ideas in the comments! :)
My Book
If you're interested in my book—which I really, really hope you are—I'm gonna talk a little bit about that below.
While I can't say much about the plot right now due to rights and all that comes with trying to create an actual book, writing one with my own plot, characters, and world has always been a big dream of mine. While it hasn't always been a dream I've devoted time to like I should've, it has been in the works probably before I even started any sort of fanfiction account, which was over 9 years ago. So yeah…a while. Haha!
Finally, I've been brave enough to embark on this journey of writing my own story and developing my own characters. And it's been AMAZING! I've had THE most fun. Now, it's become much longer than expected (as do all my stories) and much more fleshed out. But it's almost complete. I hope to have it fully written by February or March. If all goes well in life. :D
That being said, my story lies heavily within the paranormal romance genre, which is basically a technical way of saying that my story has fantasy elements mixed in with its romance. Like the stories I write here, my book has high emotions, a lot of detail, a good helping of tension, and is vampire based….with a twist. ;) Unlike the stories I write here, it is darker, gorier, and a little more serious. :o
That being said, my tentative schedule is to finish my book while flipping back to Intensions part 2 in between. Here's to hoping I can balance these two projects, because I really want to complete them both relatively soon. *fingers crossed*
Anyway, thank you all for always being lovely and patient and simply taking the time to read all my crazy thoughts/ideas. I can't wait for you all to read Intensions pt. 2!
