People think of me as cold,
I know I am.
But when she came,
I found a reason to smile...
A reason to be warm…
When I met her,
Everything changed…
I know it wasn't meant to be,
But I still did…
I fell in love with her,
So did she…
When she learned my secret,
She did not turn me down…
Instead, she cared for me even more…
We decided to marry…
I asked for HIS permission…
He disagreed, he got mad, he hurt me…
I didn't care… I thought all was right…
I was wrong… I did not blame HIM…
But she…
She blamed herself for what happened to me…
It hurt me to see the one I love suffering…
She was at the brink of her death…
When all HE said was…
"You've got to erase her memory…
It's the only way to make her happy."
Even though it hurts, I must do this…
I did not expect this day…
I did not think of the possibilities…
Possibilities what love could bring…
Her last words had struck me…
She whispered an apology…
"If I only knew from the start…
If I only know that I could hurt you…
I didn't mean to… I wish I hadn't met you…
If only I knew what will happen… I wish I hadn't met you…
I'm sorry Hatori…"
As I erased her memory…
I thought of her beautiful face…
I figured that this must be karma…
This is my punishment as Zodiac…
