After that she grabbed her cellphone , within seconds she could hear her brother Steve Burnside's shrill voice from her cellphone.

After Isabella hung up her cellphone, she felt her stomach growl.

"okay..okay...time to eat"

After that, Isabella glanced at the food truck across the street from the hotel, there was all sorts of food and of course beer and cigarettes that could calm Isabella for a while in this DC city.

she quickly went to buy food, drink and clothes in the DC city square.

As she was walking, suddenly a figure she recognized and didn't want to meet, the very and most annoying figure, let's call him Leon Scott Kennedy.

Leon Scott Kennedy is one of the delinquent tutors at the school in Santa Reginal high school, he admits that he took this job because he wanted to take a break from his real job and instead he teaches at her school which is notorious for bullying and gun problems. "Of course I'm glad you're safe Angie, when the news said that Russell State was in an outbreak and the survivors were evacuated here I came right away." Leon explained to his sister, as he entered one of the large eateries near DC square.

Isabella stupidly sat across from the restaurant while playing on her cellphone, in her spare time someone suddenly tapped Isabella on the shoulder.

"So why is there B.O.W here?" asked the red-haired man holding Isabella's hand

"Oh god, Raymond hi, but don't call me B.O.W and what's up man" asked Isabella.

"Okay, I won't call you by that title again but I have a gift from your mother ada wong, she said she wanted to give your 21st birthday present" he said while giving a black box.

"Mama? Hmmm, why didn't she give it to me directly" Isabella sighed as she opened the gift. The gift her mother gave her was quite expensive, namely a Himalayan White Crocodile Birkin Bag.

When Isabella opened the package, Raymond was so shocked he was gaping and his eyes didn't blink at all.

"Isabella your mother is so crazy" he said surprised.

Then both leon and anggie said goodbye to go back to the hotel and prepare for their departure back to boston.

"Hey, why are you changing my name huh?" Raymond annoyed.

Before Raymond protested further, Isabella covered his mouth with her hand.

"Listen, Mr. Kennedy is good friends with Uncle Chris or Claire"

"You think I'm joking ? , but never mind... Raymond, by the way can you put this at the Boston Post Office?" by folding the very expensive bag and putting back in package, Isabella wrote a piece of paper she wrote down her data, the address of the hotel she occupied and the address of the apartment which claire occupied.

"Okay, no problem but I have an information" said Raymond with a troubled face.

"I think I will be here and I will do a little investigation and if what you say is true I will inform my brother. Let's just say this is my comeback"

"okay, princess and good luck" Raymond smiled nodding, anyways he had some very urgent business like he had to meet with Jessica tomorrow night to talk about work.

Then Isabella and Raymond parted ways. Raymond immediately got on his motorbike and left while Isabella took the bus to the tower in DC, after she got there she went to the top observation floor, until there she brought her expensive binoculars which she always carried somewhere. And start investigating the whole city from above, because if the terrorists who will attack DC City are the same with attck russel state, that will easily catch their movements because they are always secretly carrying out their actions in the air and skyscrapers.

Not long ago her cellphone suddenly rang, then she picked it up when she knew Claire calling she was ready if she got a reprimand or anything from claire. But what she answered she was meet with Claire worry voice and she say she gonna pick up Isabella this evening.

Isabella smiled and said don't leave her job, she safe now even though there is a faint danger waiting for her and the residents of DC City, after that she closed her cellphone and returned to focus on her investigation.

Sunddenly when she completed her investigation by marking some of the buildings she was going to visit she felt someone pointing a gun at her.

"Didn't you see the crossbar this place was rented for a meeting?"

"Ahh, I see a fake survivor. Hiding between us" Isabella's smile was crisp but her eyes began to turn gray.

"You bastard B.O.W" he said firing his gun but missed because Isabella can dodge the bullet .

Suddenly a group of people appeared, they came and try kill Isabella,but instead Isabella beat them, first she made a fortress by gathering all the tables and arranging , then she threw one of the tables and used it as a weapon and shield to beat them all. At the right moment she took their gun ak47 and pointed it at the fake survivor she remembered named Margo.

"This isn't fair, you're B.O.W and we're only human. Your kind always looks at terrorists like we're trash. Even though we just want justice," said the man named Margo.

"We are superior? We also want our justice too because we like this was a result of your actions. Imagine how many guinea pigs and other victims died because of your actions," Isabella said, she was very annoyed when terrorists expressed their unrealistic desires or businessmen who boast about wanting to save humanity but secretly they order anti-virus from their older brother anti-VT and try to escape while they sacrifice innocent civilians

Suddenly there was someone screaming out of the way and it turned out that the person who was shouting out of the way brought a basoka and pointed directed at Isabella. Isabella was surprised to dodge but because the damage make glass broke in the observation room on the top floor windows, the wind blew hard and threw several people in the sky including Isabella.

# 13:00 pm.

"Anggie, I'm very sorry but I have a call from work here. Can you go to Boston alone?" Leon asked looking at his sister Angie.

"Ahh, you always. your sister not more valuable than your job?" Angie annoyed.

"No, but it's urgent," he pleaded.

"okay, but you have to follow me to boston when your work is done, okay"

"okay...okay anggie. I'll be back when your work is done" promised leon to his sister anggie.

Anggie kennedy is leon's sister, different mother, if leon is 100% white, different from anggie who is a japanese-american teen and is 12 years younger than leon.

After graduating from high school, Anggie chose to study at a Japanese university majoring in pharmacy, while Leon chose to study at the police academy.

After they talked Angie say goodbye to her brother, she will go by plane today to Boston and Leon gave the keys to his apartment and hope her sister doesn't find the whiskey he hid under bed.

After that Leon returned to the inn after refunding his flight ticket and decided to sleep for a while in his hotel room.
