Chapter 11
Everyone was up and early and recapsulized the houses they were using. while kenpachi had emma over his shoulder. They made sure she was sedated until they find where they were heading next. While they all trekked through the woods searching for Henry as they walk single file. Snow and caius leads the way in front of them. while everyone else was either chatting with each other. or plotting out ways to defeat pan. Charming was still trying to hide the fact that he was feeling what dreamshade could do to someone. And had a feeling that neverland was going to be his final resting place. Hook was looking at his father in law closely. Hook has this feeling that his father inlaw was introuble and was going to die on this island. It seemed that he must have been nicked with dreamshade from their last battle. He knew there was a way to cure the dreamshade. But there was a price that would need to be paid for it. he learned the hard way about how he knew that worked. Hook stopped as he let everyone pass by so they could continue on their way. But he stopped his father inlaw when it was his turn he was going to find out about what he was dealing with.
"So you're gonna tell them?" asked hook
"Tell them what" asked charming
"I saw what happened to you, Let me see." Demanded hook
Hook waited to see if his father inlaw was going to let him see what the lost boys had done to him. even though he already knew about what happened. But he was not going to let this happen if this man died here it would hurt his beloved. He just didn't want to have that to happen. While he saw charming looking around as if he was making sure they were not be listen into by the others. He knew how their hearing and smell can be. he didn't even know if their powers would even be able to help him with this. Charming sighed and knew it was better to show his blasted son inlaw. So he took another look around and lifts his shirt a little. Hooks eyes went wide at what he was seeing he remembered it well when it came down to his brother before he was told to give him the cure but never the price that he would dof paid for the cure. But he remembered those black veins spread all around the cut. He sighed and knew his beloved was going to be heart broken when she found out about this. Most of all his step children they would not be happy to know their grandfather was going to die on the island that the freaking devil basically runs.
"Im sorry." Whispered hook
"Do you know how long?" asked charming
"Days. Weeks at most. You won't see summer. It's really bad. You might want to tell them." said hook
Hook knew he was not going to be in the dog house if he didn't keep this from his wife and mate. He just hoped and prayed that the stubbornness of his father inlaw was going to tell the others. They have every right to know since they are his family. And he was not going to be on the receiving end of his wife and mate in keeping this from her. plus he knew for a fact that kagome was not one to be on the bad side of. But it would seemed that his father inlaw would be thinking much more differently. While charming sighed and knew what he was doing is wrong. But he was not going to be a burden to his family. They needed to find henry and leave. Even if it was going to be his end doing so. Pan made sure of that when it came down to the fact that pan was going to make sure one of them was going to die while here. Or maybe more than one of them. they have no clue on what pan plan is for any of them. hell they have no clue on what his plan was for henry other than the fact that there is some form of a motive was behind all of this. And they will fight until their dying breath to get henry back from pan. Even if it meant his dying breath in doing so.
"no I will not be saying anything to the others about this. Im going to get tinker bells dust and it would cure me." Snapped charming
Hook knew when it was best to leave things alone as he watched his father inlaw march away to go and find tinker bell. He was hoping that tinker bell was going to be helpful since she was one to not to be messed with. plus they were kinda a thing but it didn't last. He didn't feel anything for her. it was just some fling they had for a while. And now that he thinked about it. milah was just some form of puppy love. And sad enough he lost his dammed hand to that puppy love. While he sighed and knew once kagome found out that he knew that her father was dying and didn't share it with her or the others she was going to be making him sleep on the sofa for a while. He sighed and knew there was no way around this until his father inlaw was going to see the truth in all of this. He sighed as he made his way to go and meet up with his wife and the others.
Meanwhile the following day
They all needed to go and find a way off the island so tinker bell would help them out getting into pans came since she knew how. But the one way they where thinking off was hooks idea. It was the cave where neal slepted and lived for a long time before he found his own way off the island. Maybe they could find some clues while they were there. Hook knew that kagome was not going to handle it very well. he knew what he had done to her in the past. while there was far more secrets that neal has that she has no clue about. But they would all find out sooner or later. once they finally made it to the cave that was neals home. they all wondered what secrets could have been kept. As they all looked at the cave and wondered how in the world they are going to be getting inside of it. hook knew this was the one place neal made to be his home. but then again he never understood why the boy was so dark and so evil. It was something that he never understood when it came down to it. it kinda made him afraid of him when it came down to the darkness in the boy. it was like he was born pure evil. He knew the dark one was not born dark. But it seemed that there was more to neal than there was. While he looked to everyone and wondered if they were ready to go inside of the cave. Even though he has a feeling that it needed to be aired out a tad bit.
"What is this supposed to be?" asked loki
"So... what, the sick freak swung out of Neverland on a vine like tarzan?" asked athenadora
Everyone was wondering how the hell the little fucker got out of neverland and into their world. It was like he was meant to go there and cause a lot of pain and suffering. Snow and charming knew they have to accept neal since he is emma soul mate. And sadly enough henry father. But once they knew about neal and what he had done to kagome. It was horrible. And emma seemed to think it was the right and the correct thing to do. hook sighed he knew the feelings from everyone around here was not fond of the kid he once knew. Even though he was not fond of the little bastard now. he was sick for what he had done to someone like kagome. Even though he had a feeling that there was far more that he has done to his family than he even knew. Hell even more than they knew. Hook sighed and needed to get to explaining on how neal was able to escape from this place. Even though he was amazed himself when it came down to how he was able to escape.
"Well, if someone would be kind enough to lend me a hand... What do you say my lovely beautiful wife?" purred hook
Kagome arched a brow at her husband as if he was trying to be playful at this point in time. hook was giving her that smile and it was something that kinda made her legs go weak. But it seemed her birthfather was going to be the one who was going to be stepping in on this one. Hook sighed and knew that there was not much he could do right now. or help his father inlaw. Unless he gives him what he gave his brother. And that would be tying his father inlaws life here to the island. And to neverland. So he needed to think this one through first. But it would mean to give more time with this man and his family. Charming grumbled and was pulling as much as he could in his current state he was in. hook was eyeing him and seeing that he was not looking all that well. but it seemed they kept it quite once they finally opened up the cave and ushered everyone inside of it. as they all looked around to see what they could find inside. But it kinda does needed to be aired out. The smell was just distgusting. It seemed he didn't go out side to use the bathroom or anything.
"What is this place? What are we doing here?" asked momoko
"Neal. This is where he lived?" asked aro
Aro along with everyone was eyeing the walls of the cave with all the stuff neal drew and put up on the wall. But the this is they were wondering why this cave wall supposed to be the answer to their escape on the island. Or if there is something else inside of the cave. while kagome was not feeling well since she was in a cave that one of the men who made her life a living hell lived in. even though she has no clue that tamaki and draco was also harmed by neal as well since he was apart of dumbledors army. And as well worked for tamaki grandmother as well. kagome sighed and wondered if they were going to find something that would lead them to whatever the object that was going to help them get away. Kagome sighed and wondered why in the world this freak has to be her evil twin soulmate. But then again kagome thought about it and had to say that they were made for each other. hook looked over to his wife and knew where her mind had wondered off to. He knew this would not be easy for her but she would not let them keep her back at the camp. Plus they needed to make sure she didn't kill off her sister. They might still need her with this mission getting henry back. When they get back home she can go and do whatever she wanted. Just as long they were not bothered by her.
"Baelfire spent some time in Neverland as a boy. This was his home." explained hook
"So you think he may have left a clue as to how he escaped from here?" spirit
"Well, let's hope so, or we'll be lost just like he was." Explained hook
Hook waved for everyone to start looking around the cave. they wondered what they should be searching for. While kagome and some of the others was still trying to figure what the pictures on the wall meant. Hook sighed and knew that they were trying to see some bigger picture with everything that neal has left behind here in neverland. Snow and charming looked around along with some of the others. They were all in hope that there was a way out of this place. And it seemed this was as good enough of a place to start looking. Since neal had to get off this island somehow. But it would have been helpful if the sick freak was still here to tell them on what he used to get off this island. Or how he did it. even if he used magic it would have been nice to know what he had used. Kagome sighed and knew there was something in here that they could use to escape from this shithole of island. Well they would need to find henry first. Hook came over to his wife to see what was on her mind while he left the others to do what they were doing.
"Anything important my fire goddess?" asked hook
"I can't tell yet. I didn't know he liked drawing. But then again he went by james potter when I knew him. so he was harry's father and Misaki father. The world thought he died by the hands of dumbledor. Well it seemed he was in hiding." Explained kagome
Kagome closed her eyes and willed the memories away. She didn't want to remember anything about neal. Or in her case james potter. So it would seemed that dumbledor was behind all of it. with killing lilly potter. And the fact that he was raised under the purebloods. So dumbledor must of knew there was something about neal to give him over to a family like the potters. Hook sighed and wondered what was going through his fire goddess mind. He took notice that everyone here hates neal. Well now he knew the other name he went by. But they all seemed to want his head on a silver platter. Well if he wasn't dead that is. Kagome was still eyeing the walls as if there was something there that would give them some sense of a idea. Or even show them where they need to look. Or whatever he used to help him get away from this island. Or if he even used some device that he had to crate. Or used some form of a spell to get him away from neverland.
"He got it from his mother." Said hook
"I'm hoping james or neal as my birth parents know him as. Lets just hope he left something useful in the details of one of these. Maybe a map? Some kind of clue. Hand me that candle. What about you? Any luck?" asked kagome
Kagome marched her way over as they lit the coconut that looked like something that could be of use for them. while she waved her hand as the candle lit up the coconut. While they all wondered what in the world would that do. as she went back to the wall as she started to investigate even more while trying to decipher the pictures on the walls. Hook watch his beloved and wondered if she would be able to figure out what was on the walls. He was trying to do it as well. while everyone else was digging around in the cave. well except for the ones who was complaining that they stepped in shit. Hook shook his head and knew neal was not the best of people when it came down to how he used the bathroom back in the day. Loki and thor was in the middle of looking over the map with spirit to see where they would need to go next. And as well to see where pan was going next. Or if he was continuing to move his camp to the next aera to the next. It was kinda annoying when it came down to how he was moving around way to much. Or he was doing something that would make them think he was moving around a lot. Either way if he was doing that or not. It was starting to get on their nerves on how he was able to make them think that he was moving around.
"No potted bean plant or swirling vortex under the rug, if that's what you mean. There may be no rug at all. There are other drawings on the far wall, but as far as I can tell, that's all they are. Probably just a way to pass the time and keep occupied." Explained hook
"You knew him pretty well, didn't you?" asked kagome
"We spent some time together. You all right there my love?" Asked hook
"I'm fine. Looks like you're right. They're just a bunch of pictures. What's all this?" asked kagome
Kagome looked into her soulmates eyes and knew she would never ever stopped loving him. but right now this was a very emotional time for her. she knew knew james as neal or the other name in which was his birth name. but being in a place where he grew up well somewhat grew up at. It was not something she wished to be around. Plus the paintings on the walls he had done was pure evil. There was not much you can tell by the darkness in each one. But if you knew what your tooking for then you would see it. aro perked up as if he found something where he was looking around. While he turned to go and and inspect the item he found. He would have to say that it could have been used for something. He knew it was not for food. But maybe it could be another part of the coconut, maybe he made some form of a night light. Or something like that. sure they could not see any books so there was no reading light. So it could have been used for his escpae.
"Uh, just some cups and bowls he fashioned from things he found here." Said aro
"Don't know how great a cup this coconut could make. It's filled with holes." Said caius
Caius had not clue on if they had pasta in neverland. So that was something that could be questionable there. While regina seemed to be having the same idea. While everyone came over and tried to examine it furth. Everyone was not thinking the same thing when it came down to the pasta thing. hook was wondering what the hell pasta was. Maybe he could ask later on what it was. While everyone was passing it around as if trying to get a feel of what it was or what it used for. They just hoped it was not the thing he jerked off into when he was alone in this cave. some of them shivered to even think such things. While some of them still wondered if he used it for cooking. Snow and charming was kinda in the same boat as well. regina sighed in annoyance. She wondered if she should of just teamed up with rumple on this one. But it seemed that he has his own idea of what and why he came along on this mission. well sure henry is his grandson. But there was much more to why he wanted to come along on this mission. it was as if he and pan had some form of a past. or something like that. she wondered if the two are even related or something. Kagome waved her hand to make sure it was dark in the cave as she placed the top back on it. as they looked up to see that it had some form of lights as if they were stars.
"It's a map." Said hook
"How can you be so sure it's a map?" asked loki
"There was a short time in Neverland when Baelfire was aboard my ship. I taught him to navigate using the stars. What you're looking at is the fruit of my labors." Explained hook
"So you can read it then?" asked athenadora
Everyone looked to hook and wondered if he would be able to read the map that was right in front of them. it was as if he showed and teach the little bastard something before he escaped from neverland and ended up in their lands. Hook sighed and had a feeling they wanted to know if he was able to read the map. He could but not this one. This map was made on its own. Neal had to make it someway so someone who ever needed to escape again would find it. but he had a feeling that was not the case when it came down to his motives now. he remembered how neal was abord his ship and the horrible things he had done around the ship. He had to kick him off if it. the boy even scared even him. and that is saying a lot when it came down to him being afraid of something or a kid for that matter. Well he did find two of his step children a bit odd. Since they have a great plan to using things to their advantage. The whole brotherly love this was something he finally gotten used to. But it worked when it was needed. Plus the two of them can be evil in battle. But either way they were good at what they do.
"Sadly, no." said hook
"Then you can read it.?" asked hikaru
"Yeah!" said karou
"Yes, but I also taught Neal or james something else. The key to being a pirate... secrecy. The best captains conceal their maps in a code. He was an apt pupil." Explained hook
Hook looked at everyone to make sure they were follow where he was going with this one. He was not going to be able to help with deciphering this map. The person who made the map was able to tell what it secrets hold. Kagome growled and left the cave. this was getting to much for her and needed to go and be alone for a little while. Its just to overwhelming for her to even be in this cave. while snow and charming went after her. charming told the others to remain behind to help out with everything else in the cave while they went to help their good daughter. They needed to make sure she was going to be ok. It was as starting to get to her. they don't even like neal. But they had to deal with him since he was emma soulmate. They don't even know if his father knew how evil his son is. Or what his son had done to so many people. Most of all their little kagome. She didn't deserve what he had done to her. or the woman he was married to. She was just a sacrifice for him to cover his tracks. But not the time to be thinking on those throughts right now.
Meanwhile with kagome, snow and charming
Kagome let out a loud scream as most of the trees and plants was turned to pink ash. But what annoyed her that everyone was magically back where they were. She cursed this stupid island. She now hates anything that involved peter pan. She just didn't know what to think anymore. She hated james well now she knew him as neal. And sad enough he happened to be family through her sister. Kagome sighed and didn't know what to do now. snow and charming came over to her and wondered what in the world happened back there. But it seemed she let out some anger from everything that has been going on since they have gotten here. So they understood that part. But there was so much more to her than what they knew about. And being in the cave where neal once lived. That was a very emotional thing for kagome. But if neal was still alive they would have to keep a close eye on him since with him and emma together since they were soul mates they would be pure evil together. But they could not think emma could do anything bad.
"I hate that man with everything I have inside of me. I wished him to be dead ever since I was free from him chains. But nope he would always haunt me for the rest of my days. Just like inuyasha and naraku. Sometimes I think I am amusement for the gods. But loki and thor told me it was not like that. but being inside of that cave brought everything all back to the forefront of my mind." Cried kagome
Kagome punched a few more trees as she released anger that she has been holding in since she had gotten here. Well when she found out that james was still alive that is. And that he was here sister soul mate as well. she just wished she is the one who had killed him. that is how much she hated him. but if he was still alive she would not be allowed to do it. well she could kick his ass and make sure he has some pain to know what he done to her. but since he was her sister soul mate that means she was unable to kill him. but she sure as hell could think of all the ways to kill him. snow and charming was looking at their little kagome with wide tearful eyes. This was something they have been waiting for since they came here. It seemed that their little kagome was opening up to them more and more. Sure she has shared things about her past with them. but she was opening up with deep sadness when it came down to how she feels about the man who happened to be her twin sister soulmate. Sure they hate him just as much as everyone else as well.
"Follow me home if you dare to, I wouldn't know where to lead you, Should I take chances when no one took chances on me? So I watch from the dark, wait for my life to start With no beauty in my memory, All that I wanted was to be wanted, Too young to fight wars on my own, alone and haunted Born into something, At least i have something, something to cling to Visions of dazzling rooms I'll always get let into, And the memories were lost long ago. Scared to call them my friends or family and be broken again, Is this hope just a mystical dream? All that I wanted was to be wanted, Too young to fight wars on my own, alone and haunted Born into something. At least i have something, something to cling to Visions of dazzling rooms I'll always get let into, And the memories were lost long ago, But at least I have beautiful ghosts, And so maybe my home isn't what I had known what I thought it would be, But I feel so alive with these phantoms of night And I know that this life isn't safe but it's wild and it's free, All that I wanted was to be wanted, I'll never wander into wars alone and haunted, Born into something, With them I have something, something to cling to, I never knew I'd love this world they've let me into, And the memories were lost long ago, So I'll fight with these beautiful ghosts, And the memories were lost long ago, So I'll fight with these beautiful ghosts," cried kagome
Kagome flashed out of the area where her birth parents was standing stunned from the amount of emotions she shared with them. while snow and charming was in shock at the amount of emotions they felt from their daughter. Charming hated neal or james or whatever his name is more and more. How could he do something like that to their daughter. Neal was someone they would never like. Sure he kinda didn't like the pirate. But at least he was a much more better choice than neal. Snow closed her eyes and knew that her daughter needed to sort out her emotions. She saw loki rush out as if he knew what kagome was feeling. They watched him flashed out of there to see where kagome left. But thor pulled hook back into the cave so he was able to take loki place. Charming sighed he saw the worry on hook face. But they needed him to help out with the others in cave. snow sighed and knew her daughter was dealing with a lot right now. even though their other daughter was well difficult when it came down to trying to reach her and help her to make her a much better person when it came down to the fact she didn't want to have that help and loved who she is. But they would never give up hope on emma. She would see the light sooner or later.
"She'll be okay. Loki has her right now. he knows what to do." said charming
"Really? Are you being serious right now?" asked snow
"We have done everything we can." Said charming
Charming knew what snow was feeling right now. it seemed that she was overwhelmed and felt like she didn't know what to do. they lost out on so much in their children lives because of the curse. But there was not much they could do to help her right now. since kagome has a huge support system. Most of all hook now since he was her soul mate. And her husband now. but they could only do so much to be able to help out kagome. They knew kagome went through hell. But right now she was trying to help out as much as she could. Snow wondered if she should even open up about any of this. She was stressed out over emma not wanting to change her ways. And trying to not lose hope on her. but it was just so hard to keep track of her other daughter. But kagome she is someone who was special to so many. But she didn't know how to comfort her own children. Or even how to help them that is. And most of all their grandchildren as well. they didn't know how to comfort them either. But they will need to learn how to do so since they wanted to be in their lives. And how to help them as well. but snow was happy that loki went to go after kagome. He knew how to help her since he was her husband two times in a row since he was two different people each time he was banished from his father. So they were going to leave her in his hands while they sort out their own feelings.
"I have no idea how to comfort my own daughters. It is the first thing a mother learns, and I don't know how. One is just pure evil and don't want to change her ways. But I don't want to give up on her. I will always have hope for emma. But when it came down to kagome. She is suffering from all she had done to her from neal or james whatever he goes by. And all of the others who made her suffer. I just don't know what to do." cried snow
"I know. I feel the same way. But she is so upset, but emma is complicated. But she is still our daughter and we cant give up hope on her or trying to save her from the life she thinks she loves. we have to get..." soothed charming
Charming knew that snow was hurting about all of it. kagome was not the one who was not causing the pain for her mother. Emma is the one who is causing the stress into snow. But there was not much he was going to be able to do. but they were going to keep up hope for her. they will never ever give up hope on emma. They just have to try and keep on fighting to get her to open up to them. and in hopes to see the light and become good. Snow sighed and knew what her husband was thinking. But there was not much he was able to do right now either. He was feeling as hopeless as she is right now. there is still hope for emma. She knows there has to be some hope for her emma. But for their kagome she just wanted their love. The love that they should of given to her when she was born. But they were warned about emma when she was born. And tried to do everything they could when It came down to trying to remove her darkness. But it would seem that it just made it just as worst when they did try to save her from it.
"How can we even blame her? If you died, I would not be able to move on." Cried snow
"You must. I'm just saying. Every day we're here, something bad could happen. And if it did to me, I'd want you to move on, to continue, to be happy." Urged charming
"That's really sweet, but nothing is going to happen to you, not while I'm here." Said snow
Snow turned to follow her good daughter and loki back into the cave so they could come up with some other plan. While hook went over to his wife to see if she was ok. She only waved it off to let him know she was going to live. While hook has a plan to help out his father inlaw. It was something he was debating on for sometime now. but he would have to explain the terms before he drinks the water from neverland. And as well try to get him to go and follow him to where he needed to get him to go. Hook sighed and knew it was going to be a challenge. And as well maybe it would help him to warm up to him as family.. after all he is the man who gave the world kagome. And he would be forever grateful when it came down to that. hook sighed as they continued to think on the next course of action.
